We cut backstage to StrangleMania, following Trixie’s Indy Championship win. Arcane is lurking in the hallways of the arena, now changed back into his casual clothing - a simple hooded top and jeans. He spots Trixie - with the title on her shoulder - up ahead and approaches with a warm smile.
Arcane: Hey…
Trixie takes a quick glance to her Indy Championship now fitted with her name and still dressed in her ring gear from the match, she looks up to Arcane.
Trixie: Hey sweetie, Indy Champion coming through.
Trixie adds an excited squeal afterwards, loving her new title, and stops right in front of him.
Arcane: Congratulations... what’s even more impressive is you didn’t need my help.
Trixie: Yeah, even after half of Prime decided to attack me outside; Candy, Bella and bitter, old Stitches. But still champion. Oh I forgot!
Trixie smiles and pats his shoulder.
Trixie: Good on you for beating Nevaeh, I was so happy her little streak got ended as well, what goes around comes around.
Arcane: Thanks, it was about time someone knocked her off her perch. I’ve got Kyra Johnson on Prime #6. Obviously if I beat Nevaeh, and Nevaeh beat Kyra, then it shouldn’t be too difficult?
He shrugs his shoulders nonchalantly.
Trixie: Nope, it’s probably going to be a cakewalk BUT don’t take her lightly, I’m certainly not with Richard now, he’s going down on Prime #6 as well, then we’ll see what happens after it. I’m betting Prime want me on another PPV.
Trixie’s eyes go back to her title, looking over the words Indy Champion with pure delight on her face. Arcane cannot help but steal a glance towards the glimmering championship.
Arcane: Well you’re the champ - the figurehead of Prime. They need you to sell some tickets for the PPVs. But if all goes well for me against Kyra, maybe our paths will cross sooner than later…
The corners of his mouth curl upwards slowly to form a wry smirk.
Trixie: Well you know what they say, keep your friends close and your enemies...
Trixie says looking down to the smirk, a blissful knock-back of her blonde hair to stand proud as ever.
Trixie: Closer.
Arcane chuckles softly before stepping forward with a glint in his eyes.
Arcane: Well how close do you want me?
Trixie smiles, adding a wink, and walks past him, saying just as she goes...
Trixie: We’ll see.
And is back to hugging her title on her way to find herself a much needed drink. Arcane watches her leave then turns back to the camera with a wicked grin. The scene fades out.

A thick layer of fog circles the arena, and camera flashes repeatedly strobe the area!
The camera feed pans to different areas in the arena and we see fans cheering in excitement!
The camera captures fans from the various arenas and then the thick fog begins to disappear as the fans pump their fists in the air
Pyros blasts off the ring posts all across the globe as the various fans cheer for the show about to be on display
Leurox: Ladies and gentlemen welcome to another exciting edition of Prime and boy do we have a show for you, but before we get into that, how was that Stranglemania show?
Reeve: It was everything we expected it to be and more, the main event between Drake and Griffin was breathtaking and Xplode versus Mac? There wasn't a dry eye in the room at the end
Leurox: Don't get me started, I'm getting emotional just thinking about it.
Reeve: The Prime matches though, wow! Nevaeh narrowly won the TLC match against Kyra Johnson.
Leurox: That was amazing to watch, they put it all on the line, but how about that Lumberjack match? We have a champion finally!
Reeve: That we do, I remember 2 months ago when Moss announced that there would indeed be a championship for this brand. People started to doubt with each passing week but finally we have crowned one.
Leurox: And to be honest, no one deserves it more, even though she lost the two matches leading up to the biggest event on the planet, she got the job done when the chips were down. Now lets talk about our fixtures for the night, first we have Luke Forrester going up against Candy.
Reeve: This is a chance for both to get back to winning ways, one will capitalize and the other will fall short, both will be looking to fall on the favoring end of this one.
Leurox: Yes that would be quite the match up, next we have Kyra Johnson who will be hoping to get back to winning ways after two losses off the bounce
Reeve: This might be a tough one for her, Arcane may be new to the brand but his last appearance was almost impeccable.
Leurox: It will definitely be a close contest, next we have the champ herself facing Richard Garcia. We spoke earlier of her two losses in a row, one of them was to this man, she definitely has something to prove.
Reeve: Well he has won it before, he can definitely do it again
Leurox: And then last and not least, the main event of the evening, Nevaeh versus Stitches. Last times superstar of the week will be looking to impress against one of the more established members of the roster.
Reeve: It is going to be absolute bunkers, both have something to prove, Nevaeh would want to build on Stranglemania momentum and stitches looking to keep his winning streak going.
...
Candy is seen making her way inside the DBL Arena. She has a duffel bag over her shoulder and a bag of candy in hand. Just as she clears the doors, Candy sees the camera ready to capture her arrival.
CANDY: Well, hello there.
Candy says with a bright smile as she adds.
CANDY: I bet you’re thinking this is for me, huh?
Candy questions as she shakes the bag of candy in front of the camera.
CANDY: I’m almost sad that it isn’t. But it’s actually for my opponent tonight. I heard that Luke Forrester had plans to devour Candy on this week’s Prime. Now I know he means me. However, since I’m not going to give him the opportunity to do so...I figured I’d give him the next best thing! Nice of me, right?
Candy questions again, this time with a chuckle before getting a serious look upon her face.
CANDY: It’s time for me to take a stand. Now I know Luke doesn’t believe that I have it in me. Probably thinks he’s just going to have his way with me. But I’ll prove otherwise, once that bell rings. This is my chance to turn my EWC career back around. I won’t let Luke stop me from doing so.
Candy shakes her head.
CANDY: I’ve had enough setbacks. Tonight is going to be different. Just as I did last time around, I’m going to walk out of Indonesia with the win. But no worries Luke, I’m still going to leave you on a Sugar High. In more ways than one!
Candy holds the candy up again.
CANDY: I’ll be sure to drop this off for you…
And with that, Candy went skipping off down the hall as the scene went elsewhere.
Leurox: Well, let's see if she can do it, her match is next
LUKE FORRESTER
Vs CANDY
Live from the DBL Arena in Surabaya, Indonesia (4,000 people)
This was definitely the show opener we all hoped it would be, it started with the powerful Luke using his strength to his advantage. He powerslammed Candy on several occasions and showed just how dominant he could be if given room, unlucky for him, she didn't give him that room. The second half of the fight saw Candy take control of the match up with her quick feet and her tendency to take risks. She flew up off the turnbuckles a couple times in an effort to not only bring the man down but to keep him down. In the end it was her Candy cavity removal took him down and she was able to gain the win via pinfall.
WINNER: CANDY
“Rebirthing” by the skillet begins to play on a black screen, the screen fades in on someone wearing a pair of black Nike Zoom LeBron Basketball shoes, the screen fades away and fades back in to the sight of a pair of three quarter green wrestling tights, a big red celtic symbol visible with the word ‘CARNEY’ above it, the scene fades away once more to only reappear with the a shot of the torso wearing nothing but a white vest top of 'Xplode'. It fades away again to reappear showing blonde hair waxed up with a pair of golden goggles resting on his forehead, the camera zooms out to show the face of a young man smiling, it zooms all the way out to show him standing in the attire highlight previously. The man begins to speak in an Irish accent.
Young man: My name is Arden Carney and I’m coming to Prime!
The camera switches to a black screen with the Prime logo and the words ‘next week’ as the music fades away as does the vignette.
Leurox: Welcome to the EWC Arden, I can't wait to see this man perform, haven't heard much about him but I know it's nothing but the best for Prime
Reeve: He is not alone, Tyr Muertos is another new face that we will get to see in action next time around, I can't wait.
Leurox: What did you think of the first match of the night Nessa.
Reeve: Well she said she would win it and Candy did it, thoroughly impressive.
The screen cuts to a ring in Belgium where a screeching voice is heard as we see 'Miss Dallas' Kyra Johnson, holding a microphone, dressed in her ring gear. Multi-colored balloons litter the ring.
Kyra Johnson: I would like to officially welcome EVERYONE to my sympathy party!
The boos are deafening as 'Miss Dallas' holds her free hand up, trying to ease the fans down.
Kyra Johnson: Now, now, I know you're booing Nevaeh for what she did to me, but this isn't about her, it's about ME, so shut up!
Kyra puts her left hand over her heart, turning on the waterworks as a few stray tears run down her face.
Kyra Johnson: As everyone knows, I was involved in a Tables, ladders, chairs match at the biggest event of the year for EWC, Stranglemania. Nevaeh decided to bloody me, can you believe that? Me! Miss Dallas Diva 2013 was reduced to having my blood spilled all over the ring, an injury that required stitches AND due to the traumatic stress I sustained, I was also forced to take a Twitter sabbatical that lasted over a week!
Kyra walks over to the table set up in the ring that has a beautifully decorated cake. The camera gets a close up of top of the cake that has 'We're Sorry Kyra' written in green icing. She takes a finger and runs it along the cake, gathering a fingerful of icing, licking it slowly and then pressing her lips together in a smile.
Kyra Johnson: Before anyone asks, no, I don't forgive Nevaeh and I probably never will. I've never had to get stitches in my entire life, and for her to act in such an inhumane, animalistic way at such an illustrious event was pathetic and disgusting. Fortunately, the stitches are removed and you can barely see where they even were. It's a miracle!
The camera gets a closeup of the former pageant winner's forehead, and due to the makeup, the scar is invisible.
Kyra Johnson: What I will ask right now is for everyone to rise to their feet and sing a version of happy birthday to me, but replace it with 'So much sympathy for you, so much sympathy for you, so much sympathy for Kyra, so much sympathy for you!' Can everyone do that, or is that too complicated for you guys to comprehend?
Voice: Oh my God, would you SHUT THE HELL UP ALREADY?!?!
The crowd comes to life as Ace King’s face pops up on the big screen in Belgium. The new Television champion adjusts his title over his shoulder as Kyra screams at the screen, livid that ‘The Gambler’ has stolen her moment. The camera cuts to Ace, who’s live via satellite.
Ace King: I know everything’s supposedly bigger in Texas, but Jesus, I didn’t realize it meant bigger crybabies too!
Ace shakes his head in disgust as the Belgian fans get a soccer-style ‘ACE! ACE! ACE!’ chant going.
Ace King: Think about what you’re saying for a second, Kyra; You’re complaining about STITCHES?!?! And not even the Clown? Actual stitches? PLEASE! The fans you’re subjecting to your waterworks right now went through a TERRORIST ATTACK last year. Do you REALLY think your entitled ass is going to get any sympathy from them, or anyone else, for that matter?
The crowd murmurs after the reference to the Brussels bombing, but it’s quickly drowned out by revived King chants.
Ace King: You know, if I didn’t know any better, I would think you have NO IDEA what business you’re in. I know we’re in an age where fake news trumps all, but let me spell something out for you: Wrestling hurts sometimes! It’s not a goddamn pageant, and you’re not going to get your way all the time. The sooner you realize that, the better off you’ll be.
‘Miss Dallas’ continues to scream in the ring, but very few are listening as Ace narrows his eyes.
Ace King: So, I’d suggest you suck it up, and trade in your little cubic zirconium tiaras for a good, solid pair of tights, because you’re already wearing out your welcome, and Prime… Hell, EWC is FULL of people willing to do something about it.
An enraged Kyra shouts into her microphone; her eyes blazing as she looks to the screen.
Kyra Johnson: Are you serious? You’re hiding behind a screen right now! What are YOU going to do about it?
The crowd boos heavily as Johnson continues her outburst; King just shakes his head, but then a smirk comes across his face.
Ace King: It’s funny you say that, because a couple days ago, I had a little chat with your boss, Ben Moss, and you wanna know what I said?
The fans cheer King’s revelation, while Johnson’s eyes go wide.
Ace King: I told him it literally does not matter where it goes down, I’ve had enough of your yapping, so let me just ask the people one question.
The fans’ anticipation is contagious as King’s mouth forms a sneer.
Ace King: Who all around the world would like me to stitch Kyra Johnson’s mouth shut permanently?
On cue, split screens of every venue for tonight’s Prime appear on the screen; all the fans are cheering boisterously at the declaration.
Ace King: I’ll give you credit, Kyra: You smashed my balls up pretty good in South Africa a few weeks ago… But you didn’t put me down when you had the chance. Prime 7, I’m coming back to get mine.
Leurox and Reeve: WOW!!!
Ace King: Like I said earlier, it doesn’t matter where we are, Kyra… I’m coming. Bet On It.
As Ace's image fades from the screen, Kyra stomps her feet, shouting at the fans in earshot as she dropped her microphone. EWC staff members enter the ring to remove the cake and table from the Sympathy party as Arcane's music and Kyra's opponent begins heading towards the ring for their match.

KYRA JOHNSON
Vs ARCANE
Live from the Lotto Arena in Antwerp, Belgium (5,500 people)
Kyra was looking to rebound from the loss she suffered at the hands of Nevaeh and Arcane looking to keep his form going. The provocation from Ace King before the start of her match was able to light a fire under her ass, she was ready for the kill. She moved quickly across the ring almost all match long giving just enough space between her and Arcane to keep him from easily grappling her whilst she delivered some quick kicks and sly dropkicks.
Arcane kept going buying his time and took the moments in the match to truly study his opponents tactic, he seemed to grasp it eventually and caught Kyra off guard with the Magnum Opus and won the via pinfall.
WINNER: ARCANE
As the scene switches to the backstage of the Osaka venue, Nevaeh is seen stepping out of the changing area and back into her locker room. As she comes back out in her wrestling attire for the evening, Nev sees something on the bench where she was sitting moments earlier. It wasn’t there before. As Nev walks over to see what it is, she looks about. It doesn’t appear like anyone was in or out. But someone had to be. Right?
As Nev picks it up, she studies it for a moment. She is trying to figure it out when a voice comes from behind her.
---: Sooo, whatcha got there?
As Nev turns around, she sees the camera man there with his camera his camera pointed at her. Nev sighs with frustration due to the intrusion, but still shows what’s in her hand off to the camera.
NEVAEH: Looks like someone decided to play cards and left one behind.
Nev shrugs as the camera man once again speaks up from behind the camera.
CAMERA MAN: Isn’t that Jason Hunter’s calling call?
Nev spins it back around and takes a closer look at it. She was indeed holding the Ace of Diamonds.
NEVAEH: Hmm, I suppose it is.
CAMERA MAN: Any idea what he wants from you?
NEVAEH: How should I know? Do I look like a psychic to you?
Nev responds sounding a bit irritated as she glares into the camera, essentially at the man behind it.
NEVAEH: Guess I’m gonna have to go to the next Rampage and find out!
Nev flicks the card against her fingers.
NEVAEH: In the meantime, it’s about time for me to go out and kick Stitches’ ass! Show him how complacent I am not. Sure, I might be proud of what I accomplished. Who wouldn’t be? But that doesn’t mean I’m not coming into this match fully prepared and focused on the task at hand. I know what I want, Stitches. And I know I got to go through you to get it!
Her eyes lock on the camera lens as she goes on.
NEVAEH: Believe me, I’m more than okay in doing so. So I hope you’re ready to fight. Because this is one I’m going to make sure you don’t come back from!
Nev pauses slightly.
NEVAEH: You see, I’m not Killian Barrett. Nor am I Candy, either. I’m better than the both of them combined. That’s something you fail to realize. Which is why you’ll ‘Fall from Grace’ in the end.
As Nev turns away from the camera, the scene fades and goes elsewhere.
Leurox: Oh my! Was that an invitation from Jason Hunter to add Nevaeh to the faction?
Reeve: Might be, we'd have to tune in to Rampage to find out
RICHARD GARCIA
Vs TRIXIE
Live from the Saku Suurhall in Taxllinn, Estonia (6,500 people)
What a fantastic rematch this was, Richard was looking to pick up from where he left off with Trixie the last time and the champion was hell bent on showing him that the title was on her waist for a reason. Trixie controlled the fight from the beginning and really showed the stuff of champions. She delivered an Enziguiri at one point that almost took Richards head off but it was not enough to put the big man down.
Richard came right back in the second half of the came and a powerbomb helped put him in the drivers seat of the match, he kept the momentum going and dropped her with spinbusters. A little bit of the recipe that helped him win the first time around was repeated but in the end it was not to be, Trixie caught him with the sexy breaker and brought the math a close via pinfall

As Trixie celebrates her victory shutdown by Skepta blasts through the PA system and to the surprise of everyone Ben Moss is in the building here in Estonia, the champion turns her attention to the ramp and is all smiles with her title across her shoulders. Ben Mosss uses the steps and gets into the ring, his music fades and the crod continue to cheer but he calls for some quiet as he addresses his champion.
Leurox: What is Ben Moss doing in Estonia!
Reeve: What does it look like, he is congratulating the new champion
Ben Moss: I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you since you won the title. Congratulations, you truly deserve it for your outstanding hardwork and consistency. Ladies and gentlemen, right here, is your champion and on that shoulder is the pride of the Prime brand, the Indy championship, I expect you not only as champion but as the first EVER, to build the prestige of that title, because you see, a title is only as great as it's champion. So, are you ready to put this brand on your back and run?
Trixie smiles as she stretches out her hand to shake her general manager.
Trixie: You ask me to run with it and you know what I'll do? Fly with it, I am the best on this brand and that I had proven that before I won the title, now that I have...They will have to pry it out of my cold dead hands
Moss smiles and shakes her hands as the scene goes to commercials.

STITCHES "THE CLOWN"
Live from the Osaka Municipal Central Gymnasium in Osaka Japan (8,000 people)
Leurox: What an absolute cracker of a show we have had so far, can you believe what we have seen so far Nessa?
Reeve: I actually can, this is Prime television.
Leurox: I am absolutely hyped to see the man Ace King on Prime next week. He will be the first star off any roster to come over to battle on Prime
Reeve: He is not just a big name, he is the television champion. I can’t wait.
Once "Gasoline" by Porcelain and the Tramps is heard, Nevaeh comes walking out from the back to a chorus of boos. But judging by the smile on her face she doesn't seem to mind. As she makes her way down the aisle, Nevaeh does her best not to let anyone touch her long the way.
Damon Reid: "Ladies and gentlemen the following contest is our main event of the evening, introducing first from Las Vegas, Nevada, this is...NEEEEAVEAHHHHHH!"
After walking up on the ring apron, Nevaeh will strike a pose and give her backside a little shake before stepping between the ropes. Once inside, she'll mouth off to the fans and pace the ring a bit as she waits for the match to begin.
Leurox: What a performance we saw from that lady at Stranglemania, she finally shut Kyra up
Reeve: Well not really, I mean she was running her mouth earlier on
As the beat drops at around the thirty seven second mark the curtains are brushed to the side, smoke spewing out from behind the curtains, and out walks Stitches. A wide, red-painted Chelsea-esque grin is across the face of Stitches as he stares out at the crowd of people before him.
Stitches methodically makes his way down the ramp, staring down the crowd members who dare lean too far over the crowd barricade. As he reaches the bottom of the ramp he stops and once again looks out at the crowd of people before him. Stitches approaches the nearby steel stairs, climbs up onto the apron and begins walking the edge of the apron like a tight rope before reaching the nearby ring post. Stitches climbs up onto the second rope and throws his arms out wide for the crowd to embrace him. As expected, the crowd does not embrace a sinister-looking clown.
Damon Reid: And her opponent from New Orleans, Louisiana, Stitches, the clown!
Leurox: Stitches has been flying high under the radar, one of the more efficient men on the roster
Reeve: Well he isn’t getting overlooked any more if at all, he’s got the main event, he will definitely be looking to make the best of it.
Stitches hops down from the rope and enters into the ring before approaching the nearby corner of the ring. Stitches turns around, facing the center of the ring and sits down in the corner of the ring, waiting for the bell to ring.
The referee calls both of them to the center of the ring and explains the rules of the match up to them, the nod in agreement with his rules and then he sends them back to their corners and calls for the bell.
DING DING DING
We are off and both superstars are eager to get their hands on each other from the get go, they find themselves in the center of the ring dishing out blows like a backroom brawl. Neither is letting up and the punches continue to land till Nevaeh decides a more tactical course of action would be better off, the delivers a knee to the mid-section of her opposition and then catches him with a DDT to ground him really early in this fight. This move did not keep stitches down for long, after all he was fresh from a three week break. His quick rise did not catch Nevaeh off guard as she delivered an uppercut that sends him back a couple paces, she goes for him with a crossbody but Stitches is not quite dazed enough to be taken down by this, he catches her mid air and tosses her across the ring and crashing on her back.
Leurox: What a start to the fight, they both look up for it
Reeve: That they do, from the first couple of moments you can’t bet on this fight
Stitches looks to build some momentum as he picks Nevaeh up and delivers some backhand slaps to the chest of Nevaeh who screams in pain as the loud hands clatter against her chest. He lays her on the turnbuckle and begins to offload some punches to the midsection. He pauses for a moment but isn’t done, he climbs up to the second rope and brings down some hammers that stun Nevaeh some more. He continues and drops three more hands on her before she digs deep and shoves him which brings him to the mat on his feet but she follows up with a wicked drop kick that almost takes his head off. Stitches crashes hard to the mat and she tries to win it with a pin here.

Leurox: Great move by Nevaeh and impressive show of resilience from Stitches.
Reeve: He is definitely…Not clowning around
Leurox: Jesus Nessa, how long have you kept that one in?
Reeve: Not going to lie, been waiting for the perfect moment to use that for weeks
Leurox: Well I’m glad you’ve gotten it over with, hopefully I don’t have to hear it again
Reeve: Oh trust me, thetre is more where that came from
Leurox: Dear God help me
Nevaeh and Stitches slowly get to their feet almost in unison and then both go into a grapple, this time it is Stitches who gets the upperhand, he catches Nevaeh with a spinbuster out of nowhere. He gets back to his feet and then picks her up and takes her straight to the turnbuckle and begins bouncing her head off the post, once, twice, but she wouldn’t allow for the third, she holds on to the ropes and hits him with a surprise back kick to the groin missed by even the referee. The kick sends Stitches down to his knees and then she lands a roundhouse kick and goes for the pin once more.

Leurox: With performances like this, he has quite a case.
Both superstars quickly rise to their feet and Nevaeh is the first to attack, she charges right at the clown, she goes for a clothesline but he ducks and hits her with a knee to the midsection and finishes off with The Sound of Silence. He immediately goes for the pin.
