WELCOME TO FUTURE STARS OF WRESTLING!!
The opening pyros hit and here we go.
The camera pans around showing the excited crowd jumping for joy in anticipation for the beginning of the show.
Three talented ladies took to the squared circle looking to add their name to the #1 contender match in Fresno. Otaki initiated the fisticuffs, starting out after Lexie, but Ms. Glass took the fight right back to Otaki. BEH wisely stayed out of their fight until necessary, getting her hsots in, and even felling Lexie with a Shotgun kick when she least expected it. Otaki managed to break up BEH's attempt to win the match in that instance, and those two went at it, giving Lexie just enough time to gather herself and surprise Otaki with a rollup just as she put BEH down with a Kamehameha to get the win and the next contender slot.
Creed has been a bit of a dynamo since coming to FSW, having won every match he's been in. Dorian Black came in up to the task of dealing him his first loss, and went all out in efforts of doing that and making good on his second chance at the contendership match. Black brought the fight to Creed, and Creed gave no quarter either. Both men showed well, but Creed was just a bit better than Black tonight, hitting him with Poetry in Motion to win the match
Kristian Bane, having lost in his qualifier the previous show, got a shot to show the world that he could hang with the FSW champion, and hang he did. Bane truly took it to the fireman, bringing the power game and keeping the champ on his heels early and often. However, Warren is the champion for a reason, and he showed it again here, taking a huge Hit and Run from Bane, but kicking out at the very last second. Bane went for it again, and Warren caught him with a big flying Backdraft that staggered the big man. Warren then maneuvered to hit Bane with a Gear Up!, taking him down long enough to get the pin and win.
Deneen: Our main event of the evening is set for one fall, with the winner getting a shot at the FSW championship at the Los Angeles Supershow! Introducing first, now residing in New Orleans, Louisiana, weighing in at 208 pounds....Stephen Kingston!
"Have a Cigar" hits the PA and Stephen Kingston heads onto the stage with a wide grin. The lighting in the building changes to gold and a sole spotlight highlights Stephen as he heads down the ramp with swagger up to his ears. He marches up the steps onto the ring apron, then beckons for the referee to hold the ropes open. After entering the ring, he pats the referee on the head and takes to the center of the ring with arms spread.
Deneen: And his opponent, accompanied to the ring by A$hley Quid, now residing in Erie, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 225 pounds, Hatchet Gully!
Heavy Metal Kings blares out and A$hley Quid runs out from the back and jumps around celebrating, then insulting the audience when they boo. She waves a hand behind her and Hatchet Gully walks out and bounces to the music as he goes to the ring.
Wright: This is a matchup of clashing styles with a shot at the gold on the line. Let's see who will prevail.
DING DING DING!
Both men lock up, Kingston pushes off Gully and nails him with a hard right hand and a quick hiptoss. Kingston follows it up with a kick to Gully's spine. He picks him up and sends Gully off the ropes, but Gully nails a floating cross body and hooks the leg. He just gets a one count. Gully gets to his feet dropkicking Kingston to the mat before stomping his right leg. Gully puts his leg on the second rope and climbs the second rope himself and nails a crab fish elbow to it. Kingston screams in pain. Gully begins to stomp him some more before locking in a half crab on that hurting right leg. Kingston begins to squirm reaching for the bottom rope. His fingers are about two inches away when Gully pulls him back away from the ropes. Kingston finally makes his way to the ropes, and grabs the bottom rope. Gully keeps the hold locked in and the ref begins to make the count...1...2...3..4...Gully lets go of the hold and begins to stomp Kingston. Gully picks him up and delivers a quick snap suplex and then a quick cover, he gets a good strong two count. He picks up Kingston and looks for a hard right hand but it is blocked and Kingston nails one of his own before delivering a side Russian leg sweep to Gully. Kingston hobbles around the ring while Gully gets up pretty fast, and both men begin to trade blows in the middle of the ring. Kingston soon gets the upper hand and goes for a kick with his right hurting leg. Gully catches his foot and laughs in Kingston's face, but all of a sudden Kingston jumps up and wraps his other foot around the head of Gully sending him over the top rope and to the apron on the outside. Kingston rolls out of the ring and stomps the lifeless Gully before whipping him into the ring post.
Wright: Gully looked strong in this match, but after Kingston's big left boot nailed him in the head, Gully seems to have lost his grip on this match...
Shelby: Kingston's leg is hurting...He is beating down a poor Hatchet Gully at the moment with hard rights and lefts as Gully is trying to shield his face and head.
The ref nearly gets to a ten count but Kingston rolls Gully back in the ring. Kingston begins to stomp him with his left leg and then goes for a cover...1...2...Kick out. Kingston picks up Gully and delivers a scoopslam, and follows up with an elbow drop. He then picks up the battered Gully and sets him up for what looks like a suplex but his leg gives way. He begins to limp around the ring as Gully gets up and chop blocks Kingston from behind and locks in another Boston crab. Kingston screams in pain and looks like he is about to tap but he manages to shake Gully off him. Gully dropkicks Kingston back to the mat and he begins to climb the top rope. Kingston wobbles to his feet, and Gully leaps off the top rope but is met with a HUGE clothesline from Kingston. Both men are down. Gully gets up first, and proceeds to kick the struggling Kingston in the back. Gully rolls out of the ring, then makes his way under the ring itself. Kingston rolls out of the ring and pulls Gully out and throws him into the ring post busting him wide open. Kingston rolls Gully back into the ring and then jumps over the ropes with a legdrop to Gully's chest. Kingston then goes for the cover. 1.......2..........kickout!!
Shelby: This kid Kingston is definitely making an impressive showing.
Wright: Yes he is, but don't count out Gully yet!
Kingston picks Gully up, but Gully slips out of his grasp, and kicks Kingston right in his injured leg, sending the big man down to the mat in pain. Gully then puts Kingston in the Figure 4. Kingston screams out in pain as he tries to reverse the hold, but to no avail. Finally, after a few tries, Kingston does reverse the Figure 4, and Gully is forced to release the hold. Makc gets up slowly, while Kingston is trying to pull himself up using the ropes. Gully goes over and picks Kingston up, sending him into the far corner. Gully runs over, but is caught with a forearm to the head, and Kingston follows up with a hard clothesline. Kingston tries to pick Gully up again, but his leg gives way, and Gully takes advantage by hitting a spin kick to Kingston's head. Gully then picks Kingston up and tosses him to the ropes, and hits a hurracanrana. He goes for the pin. 1........2........no! Kingston gets his shoulder up.
Wright: Gully has definitely taken control of this match again. How will the rookie rebound?
Gully starts to work on Kingston back, kicking him and stomping on him. Gully then does a legdrop across Kingston's back. Kingston screams out in pain. Gully then puts Kingston in a camel clutch. Gully locks in the hold for a minute, but Kingston reaches the ropes. Gully picks up Kingston and whips him into the corner, where Kingston hits face first. Gully then goes for the Hidden Path to Shangri-La, but Kingston moves, shoves Gully into the corner. Gully hits the corner hard, and slowly staggers out.
Shelby: I hear a clock ticking! It's all over now!!
As Gully staggers out of the corner, Kingston follows right behind him, turns him around and hits him with 15 Minutes of Fame. Gully falls to the mat in a heap. Kingston pulls Gully out of the corner and goes for the pin.
