🎧🎵 WE RISE..... NEVER BACKING DOWN FROM A FIGHT 🎵🎧
"Rise" by Something Clever blasts in the arena as the show starts off with video footage detailing historic events that have taken place on Future Stars, From past champions like Jason Hunter, Dixie Dubois, Amis Shelton, Magdalena Lockheart; Otaki all standing underneath the old FSW logo... As pyro goes off the new Uprising logo crushes the old and the image of Otaki is replaced with that of Robina Hood before switching to newer stars like Jasmine Powers, Leigh Matthews, Kortni Master, Lofa Lua, Kaden Kessler, Melody Melone and The Butcher; to more established stars like Marquee, Draco Lazarus, Sarah Roberts, James Larson, Matt Angel, Lexie Glass, Sebastian Conner and Smokey Jones...There are highlights from past shows ending with the victory earning Xavier Reid the prized FSW Championship. The end of the footage is that of Xavier Reid punching the screen, shattering it.
The camera pans around the loud and out of control audience many who are holding up signs for their favorites and even some of their not well liked. There are small chants and cheers breaking out around the crowd.
F.... S... Dubbya!
DEERFIELD DESTROYER!!
DEERFIELD DESTROYER!!
UPRISING!
The lights come back to full as the large video screen lowers from it's rafter home. The announcers are on standby and ready for the show to begin.
Jackson: Another episode of high energy coming at you LIVE from the Cow Palace. Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to Uprising, where tonight the FSW Championship is on the line as Xavier Reid coming off a tremendous loss at Night of Champions looks to hold onto the FSW Title yet again in the second meeting with Smokey Jones.
Hunter: Smokey came out as the clear number one contender when he defeated David Scott in a brutal street fight at Night of Champions.
Jackson: We have to wonder though if Megan Treamon now carrying the MITB case will have any part of tonight's festivities or if she has other plans.
The shot opens to the ring, which is carpeted with precious red. The ropes have been draped with golden tapestry to complement it, and in the middle of the squared circle resides a tall oak wood stand with a glass encasement atop it, which protects a very shiny championship belt resembling the television championship. A great buzz is in the air. It seems some know what this is to herald. It’s now that legendary announcer BRUCE BUFFER enters the ring and stands by the wooden obelisk, dressed fancy in a slick black suit.
Tom: Is this what I think it is? That coronation thing Jasmine Powers was talking about on her Fighter Talk feed?
Ruthann: I think you’re right. For those of you not in the know, at Night of Champions Jasmine Powers debuted and shocked the entire roster by winning the battle royal and securing a guaranteed shot at Amis Shelton for the television title.
Todd: And she looked mighty fine doing it. In doing so she made several major announcements on her Fighter Feed about tonight, but I’m not going to spoil it for those left out of the loop. Let this take its course.
Bruce waits for the crowd to die down before entrancing them with his amazing voice.
Bruce: Ladies and gentlemen, at Night of Champions, only one fierce competitor from FSW went into that event and came out of it with their head held high and their vows of victory intact. This lone woman, this lone warrior, this ...woman above all women… succeeded where all others in FSW failed. She did it with flair, with elegance, with beauty beyond reproach. It is time now for Uprising to bear witness to the true-north star of EWC. The godqueen herself… I give to you the impending future REIGNING…. DEFENDING… EWC TELEVISION CHAMPION OF THE WOOOOOOORLD…… JAAAAASSSSSMMIINNEEEEE POOOOOOOOWWEEERRRRS!
The crowd erupts into jeers with a small bolt of cheers mixed in as “Let’s Get Ready” by Jam Jocks plays. It is only now, with the camera switching to the aisle where she will walk upon, that we see it adorned in a long red carpet with golden trimmings befitting a true star. After about 30 seconds the future legend comes out in all her glory, dressed immaculately in a red dress-gown with matching shoulder scarf which she has extended across her back.
She’s surrounded by her co-stars Mr. Smith (her hulking bodyguard), Damon (her personal masseur and motivational coach), and Kiri (her friend and personal assistant). A series of loud pyros go off scaring the hell out of everyone, and following the triumphant volley is confetti raining down on everyone.
Ruthann: Will someone tell her she won a battle royal not the Super Bowl? What is this?
Tom: This is her victory coronation ceremony. She’s already striking me as someone who overdoes the smallest accomplishments.
Todd: How can you two even be talking about that stuff and not commenting on how stunning she looks in that red dress. My eyes don’t deserve this.
The crew of elitists make their dash to the ring smugly and once inside the squared circle they do the classic Charlie’s Angels pose before breaking up and parting ways, Kiri going to one corner and Damon another, with Mr. Smith residing next to the wooden stand close to her. Jasmine smiles for the multitude of magazine cameras at ringside before turning and giving Bruce a hug and peck on the cheek. He hands the mic off to her and politely steps next to the wooden stand.
Jasmine: Ladies and gentlemen, you’re welcome. You are so, truly, very welcome for what I did at Night of Champions. I single handedly dominated fourteen superstars in the battle royal and threw him over the top rope into the proverbial waste bin where they all belong, THUS ensuring I would become the television champion soon thereafter, which means finally, finally, good god almighty FINALLY FSW can have a real inspiration to look up up instead of relying on the unreliable Xavier Reid and Snorey Jones.
The crowd jeers her because they saw the royal and they saw what she did to win it.
Tom: I think she’s leaving out a few key details, like how she stayed on the outside of the ring for most of it and won by spraying perfume in Killian’s eyes before pushing him over. That was her only elimination of the night.
Todd: Leave the poor girl alone. She was a model who got lost on her way to a photo shoot and wound up in a wrestling ring. She said it herself. The poor girl probably has PTSD from that violent suplex on the outside she got hit with in the battle royal. Maybe it messed with her memory?
Ruthann: Is she paying you to mark out for her or something? You’re all up in her bandwagon.
He begins to defend himself as Jasmine’s annoying nasally voice starts up again.
Jasmine: And as your new inspiration I will continue to keep my promises. If any of you Daly City hillbillies stopped kissing your cousins long enough to surf my Fighter Feed this week, you would have seen the huge announcements I made concerning right now. Yes, you are about to witness me getting sized for my impending television championship reign. I believe a champion should wear their belt perfectly, professionally, and securely around their waist. I don’t do the dangling sloppy hula-hoop title around the waist that Natalie Young and others do. I’m better than that. So, shall we?
She passes the mic off and a distinguished looking elderly man gets in the ring wearing a classy suit and sporting the most pronounced mustache ever seen. His fashion sense is remarkable, anyone could see it. The man pulls out a tailor’s kit then takes a solid minute or two to measure her waist from different angles and such, which causes the fans to boo and become restless. He finally stops and the fans let out a relieved cheer.
But then he lifts the glass encasement off the replica tv title and begins tinkering with it also, adjusting the clasps and leather lengths. The fans understanbly boo some more.
Ruthann: Wake me up when this is over.
He finishes it and holds it aloft like it’s a precious artifact then places it around her waist. Jasmine sticks that highborn nose into the air in all her smugness as he snaps the belt shut around her and, alas, it is done. The belt is fitted so very precise and custom to her delicate midriff, that it might as well be a part of her skin. Her co-stars clap like crazy for her while the whole building jeers her.
Bruce: Please ladies and gentlemen, no need to boo, she isn’t leaving just yet so there’s no need to be sad. At this time we will allow the wrestling magazines a 30 second photo shoot before Jasmine makes her other announcements.
Jasmine treats the ring like the catwalk she used to walk as a model. She struts back and forth, strikes poses, kisses, winks, and smiles. The cameras go off like she’s a rock star but soon the 30 seconds are up and she returns to the center of the ring.
Jasmine: At this time I’d like to welcome into the ring a local street artist by the name of James Calderwick.
A scrawny little guy dressed in steampunk attire and rocking a mo-hawk climbs over the rail and enters the ring. Jasmine looks completely disgusted with the man’s physical appearance and dress code but seems determined to suck it up and keep her promise.
Jasmine: James here is an excellent street artist from what I’m told. This week I promised I’d donate half my battle royal winnings to a local street artist and I’m a woman of my word. James won the selection and now, James, you are TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS RICHER.
Kiri walks up and hands him a check for ten thousand dollars. James grabs it, kisses it, hugs it, and gets all teary eyed.
Jasmine: And you know something else? I was going to keep the remaining half, but I was in such a good mood I decided I’d go a step further and treat Daly City to some greenback rain. Hit it rafters.
Some rafters pyro go off, making everyone look up. Raining down like the confetti earlier is many 100 dollar bills. The crowd cheers and celebrates as it rains down around them, but just as quickly those cheers turn to jeers because…..
It’s fake money with her flawless face on it. Jasmine and crew get a good laugh before she turns her focus back to James, nudging the mic to his lips.
Jasmine: James, it’s your 15 minutes of fame right now. Use them. Anything you’d like to say?
He’s so happy he doesn’t know what to do. He thanks her. He thanks the fans. Then he does a cheap plug.
James: Uhhh and yeah.. Um.. if anybody wants some work done hit me up at jankyjames@gmail.com thank you.
Jasmine smiles at him.
Jasmine: Yes, and fans you can also email him some GET WELL SOON wishes.
*CRAAAAAAACCCCCCKKKKKKK
*static*
James collapses from the sudden microphone shot to the face, and wallows around in a stupor. She goes buck wild, mounting him with diva girly slaps and claws his eyes like an angry cat! She rolls off him and picks up the mic, her voice enraged and breath panting.
Jasmine: MR. SMITH! CLEANSE THE RING!
Her monster bodyguard crouches and when James stumbles back up to his feet Mr. Smith rockets at him and gives him a SPEAR straight from the depths of hell itself, cleaving the poor guy nearly in two.
Tom: WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED?
Todd: I JUST SAW THAT KID’S SOUL LEAVE HIS BODY. I SWEAR I DID! HE’S GOING TO BE WITH THE ANGELS NOW! OH MY GOD!
As if hearing Todd’s words, Jasmine smirks like a evil she-devil and parades around the ring triumphantly.
Jasmine: It’s ok everyone. Mr. Smith has EXORCIIIISSSSEEEDDD THE DEMONS….this ring… is clear.
She wads the ten thousand dollar check up and shoves it in Jame’s mouth then push-kicks the demolished kid out of the ring.
Jasmine: That’s what he gets for dressing like a walking trash can into a classy event such as my coronation ceremony here. Now, this officially closes my ceremony, and yes indeed, as promised…. There’s only one way to leave the ring and that’s with some good tunes by a great man.
Everyone is shocked to see Justin Bieber coming down the aisle dancing and singing to one of his greatest hits, “BEAUTY AND A BEAT”.
Ruthann: Can someone tell me what’s going on here? That kid needs help. He doesn’t need Justin Bieber singing over him.
Tom: This is Jasmine doing a power play to put everyone on notice, that is what it is! She wants to show everyone that she has money and connections, and that she can cruelly flipped the switch on someone like she did that poor kid James Calderwick.
Todd: And yes that it the real Justin Bieber! I can’t believe it! He’s here and it’s all due to one woman only, Jasmine Powers.
Ruthann: Really Todd? Can we go to a commercial or something? This Jasmine is grating on my last nerve. It’s like she’s forgotten she even has a match coming up against Kortni Masters in a little bit.
The fans are in a mixed reaction but it is a HUGE mixed reaction as Justin enters the ring still singing and begins dancing with Jasmine and Kiri as the scene mercifully goes to a commercial break.
Match 1
Lofa Lua v.
The Rascal
The Rascal
DING DING DING
The Rascal, Liam Mason and Lofa Lua start the match off with an old fashioned test of strength. Both men raise their hands and lock up before they begin to tense up. The ever unpredictable Liam, tries some funny business but is caught quickly by an ever ready Lofa Lua. The match is one-sided as Lua uses his unique tonga style of wrestling to keep taking Mason to the mat at least a dozen times over but The Rascal is quick for the rebound. As the fierce impacts begin to settle in, Liam begins to rebound less quickly but still get back to his feet. An attempted pin is unsuccessful for Lua.
A change of pace occurs when Liam uses an odd tactic of baseball sliding between Lua's legs and popping up behind him and blindsiding him. Liam tries for a quick pin but only gets one.
With the momentum briefly in The Rascal's favor he tries a series of open slaps to the chest of Lofa. As Mason swings Lofa off the ropes, he ducks and returns with a diving headbutt. That's the match right there as he picks up the one, two, three.
DING DING DING
Stan Gordan: Ladies and Gentlemen your winner of the match via pinfall, Lofa Lua!!!
Stan Gordan: Ladies and Gentlemen your winner of the match via pinfall, Lofa Lua!!!
Lisa Goldrush is backstage with Uprising General Manager, Brandon Carter Banks who looks to be deep in thought.
Lisa Goldrush: I am backstage with Mr. Banks who has decided to CANCEL the match-up between David Scott and MITB holder, Megan Treamon. Mr. Banks, why the change?
Brandon Carter Banks: Due to the injuries he suffered at Night of Champions, I simply cannot allow him to compete as he is not medically cleared. Much like I did for Iggy Swango, I put the talent's health and well being first. It's a shame when these things happen because people pay to see a match they are expecting and set backs like this don't help.
At that time his phone ringgs and he looks down with a shocked look, he immediately takes it with a "YES SIR" as the scene ends abruptly.
Match 2
Kortni Masters v.
Jasmine Powers
Jasmine Powers
DING DING DING
The match is set to begin as lead referee, Matt Mercer has already called for the bell. Jasmine Powers CO-STARS; Mister Smith, Damon Lawrence and Kiri Nakashinska all surrond the ring. Jasmine looks to Kortni with her nose in the air as a snub as the newcomer, Masters looks amped up to get her hands on Powers. As soon as the bell rings, Kortni rushes as Jasmine who gives a surprised look before sliding out of the ring and running behind Mister Smith and Lawrence. Kortni stares at the two men standing between her and her opponent who is openly mocking her. The referee starts counting urging both particpants to return to the ring in which Master does.
The referee continues to count but Kortni doesn't want a cheap victory and rushes under the ropes on the other side of the ring and runs around the ring trying to catch a running Jasmine who again ducks behind her CO-STARS.
The referee by this time is up to six and Kortni rolls back into the ring clearly frustrated by the games Powers is playing. Each of the CO-STARS jump onto the ring apron as the referee yells at them to get down. Kortni bounces of the ropes and takes out Mister Smith before popping back up and bouncing off the opposite rope and knocks Damon Lawrence down. As she goes for Kiri she doesn't see Jasmine Powers slip into the ring. Kiri hops down before getting hit.
As Kiri jumps down Mister Smith gets back on the apron and the referee turns his attention to him, and Kiri slides a pair of diamond bedazzled brass knuckles to Powers to then catches a Kortni Masters as she turns back to Jasmine. Poweres kicks the knuckles out of the ring and gets the cheap win as the referee counts.

Tom Jackson: That wasn’t even a one count…
Larson acts quick to keep the bigger man down as he grabs the closest thing to him...a tray of drinks which go flying in every direction and he unloads it onto The Mercenary as be nails him repeatedly with that tray before he grabs a nearby mop, the mop is still wet and Larson swing it at The Mercenary and hits him across the face with mop head and then takes the handle and tries to choke The Mercenary out with it but The Mercenary is able to get his hands up and blocks it as it nears this throat and manages to buck James Larson off him as he rips the mop out of his hands and breaks it over the back of James Larson then grabs Larson’s head and tries to shove it into the bucket of water the mop came out of by Larson quickly knocks it over spilling the water onto the floor…

Tom Jackson: Whose bright idea was it to sell REAL chains to our fans?
Ruthann Hunter: If we can market it we will see it…
Todd Calloway: God I love this business…

Tom Jackson: That was lightening face for a man of his size…
Ruthann Hunter: James Larson is in real trouble here…
Todd Calloway: The Mercenary motions for fans to move…
And he does so as he grabs Larson and delivers a Gut Wrench powerbomb with the waist lock maintained after impact. This was a good match from the beginning, considering the match they had just last night on Brawl in Salt Lake City. Gautier came into this match a little worse for the wear. He received a shattered water pitcher over the dome last night and has his head bandaged up tonight. But the mustache is still very much alive.
Yensman attempted to attack the back of Gautier’s head on numerous occasions, but Gautier’s cat-like reflexes and great awareness kept Yensman from being able to focus on his most vulnerable area.
Midway through the match, Yensman went for the Liberty Spear, but Gautier side-stepped him and sent him into the ring post. This allowed Gautier to capitalize for good. Minutes later, he was able to hit the Failing Upward on Yensman and get the three count for the win.

Match 5
Sarah Roberts v. Lexie Glass v. Melody Malone
The match appears to only consist of Sarah Roberts and Melody Malone as Lexie Glass has refused to come out of her locker room. She has been clear about not wanting to participate in anymore multi-competitor matches and this appears to be the last straw. It will be interesting to see how General Manager Banks handles this heading into the next Uprising.
DING DING DING
The match finally begins with Sarah and Melody taking it to each other pretty fast with each holding their own against the other. Sarah Roberts has been a powerhouse since arriving in FSW and she had proven her worth in the ring but Melody Malone is dishing out her fair share and not allowing Roberts any real momentum. They lock up a few times leading to chain of counters that end with both women back where they started.
Sarah is looking more serious now going as far as slapping herself on the upper arms before running and jumping over Malone who turns and receives a dropkick from Sarah. Ms. Roberts has seemed to gain her footing in this match as the momentum shifts in her favor. She gives Malone a ddt, followed by a wrist lock which Malone was able to get to the ropes to break the hold.
Malone tries for a gut kick but Roberts catches her foot in which Melody serves up a surprising enziguri out of nowhere. She pins Roberts for a quick two count. The tide has shifted as the Siren of Scorn looks unshaken against Roberts. He begins to dish out her own no holding back style trying to keep Sarah from returning to her feet. Each time Malone is there with another move to keep her down. A running bulldog followed by another pin attempt that ends in two.
Melody is caught up in this momentum an gets ahead of herself trying for a second bulldog as Sarah rolls out of the way. She begins to unleash blows to the mid-section of Melody before locking in the Highlight of the Night making sure she is in the middle of the ring. Melody fights it for a moment but gives by tapping.

Stan Gordon: And the winner via submission, Sarah Roberts!
The camera cuts backstage and into the locker room as Xavier Reid sits on a trainers table as he is getting his shoulder taped up. His cousin Tlatoani Volando and special adviser Nikki Dupree stand by and watch as the trainers apply the black tape and both turn around as the door opens as Lisa Goldrush and peeks her head in…
Tlatoani Volando: Oh hey Lisa...Xavier isn’t really ready to do…
Xavier Reid: It’s fine Tlatoani…
Nikki Dupree: Are you sure Xavier…
Xavier Reid: Everyone watched Night of Champions...they saw us nearly kill one another...I’m not hiding anything…
Lisa walks in as the trainer puts the last strip of KT Tape and runs his hand over it to smooth it out…
Lisa Goldrush: Xavier how are you feeling?
Xavier rotates the shoulder around and gives the trainer a nod that it’s fine…
Xavier Reid: How am I feeling, well I’m beat up, I’m sore and I’m tired but I’m here tonight to defend this championship in what I can only expect to be a war tonight against Smokey Jones…
Lisa Goldrush: Was there any thought about taking the next Uprising after Night of Champions off to rest after competing in the Insanity Cage?
Xavier Reid: There was however I took Uprising #005 off to prepare myself for the Insanity Cage and I know how people in this business are...if I had taken #006 off then I would have been accused of not being a ‘fighting champion’ so I made myself available and if Brandon Carter Banks wanted a FSW Championship match on Uprising then so be it…
Nikki Dupree: We were hoping that this match would have been made for Rumble in the Bronx but…
Xavier Reid: But we are chasing history...162 days...I have been FSW Champion for 162 days….43 days away from tying Otaki and I’m not about to try and run the clock out on breaking that record...I hold it in high regards just as the FSW does...so I will defend this belt right up until Uprising #009 if I am still the champion…
Lisa Goldrush: You came up short at Night of Champions and that had to take a lot out of you...not only physically but emotionally…
Xavier Reid: I went into Night of Champions willing to do whatever I had to do to become EWC Undisputed Champion...I didn’t give much thought to the next day while I was in that cage...I wasn’t thinking about Uprising #006 all that mattered was winning that championship and bringing it back to the FSW and I failed...the EWC Undisputed Championship now resides in Prime and I’m pissed...I’m pissed at myself that I didn’t get the job done but I can’t dwell on Night of Champion...Brandon Carter Banks did me a favor by tossing me right back into a title match...it forced me to refocus on my duties as FSW Champion and my chase towards the history books…
Lisa Goldrush: And it starts tonight with Smokey Jones...who felt cheated at Uprising #002…
Xavier Reid Of course he does...that match has been his crutch ever since the referee counted his shoulders down for three and the bell rang...if you listen to him you’d be convinced that Annabelle hit him with a chair or got inside that ring but that’s just not the case...he took his eyes off me and showed he wasn’t ready for the moment...if this championship means as much to him as he claims then nothing and NOBODY would take his attention away from it yet he locked eyes on Annabelle and wanted her to get inside that ring...he got caught up in the moment and it cost him...EVERYTHING...yet here he stands again with a different voice coming out of his mouth...yet still staying the same thing...declaring himself the FSW Champion even before the bell rings...trying to taunt me as if he’s a nightmare and I’m a child...it’s sad really but I get it...Smokey Jones isn’t interesting enough...so now he’s dark and twisted but at the end of the day he’s still Smokey Jones...a man in sheep's clothes...yet tonight he has a chance to become a champion...he has a chance to let the FSW Championship define who he is...and bring down everything I have built this championship up to be…
Lisa Goldrush: You don’t think he will be a good champion…
Xavier Reid: Listen to him...one thing you could always say about Otaki, Magdalena Lockheart and myself is we all had our own voice...our own vision of what the FSW Champion should be and how we should carry ourselves...we were about promoting the FSW and bringing it to the standard of both Brawl and Rampage and maybe that was their undoing...maybe it will be mine...but we didn’t try and be something we are not...we knew who we were and I don’t think Smokey does but I know the man I’m getting into the ring with tonight...I know he’s stepping into that ring tonight with revenge in his heart...fueling him to right the wrong from Uprising #002 and I know it will take all I have to put him down...to end this fantasy that Smokey Jones is FSW Championship material...to leave no doubt in anyone’s mind that I’m one of the greatest FSW Champions in this brand’s history…
Lisa Goldrush: But the flip side of that is it could all end tonight...the 2nd longest Championship reign could end at 162…
Xavier Reid: It could...and if it does I will be forced to come to grips with it...all championship reigns come to an end...but I’m not there yet...I don’t feel like tonight is the night it ends so if Smokey is counting on me to walk out there and just hand him this championship then he’s higher than he is most nights...you want to be the destroyer of worlds then you are going to have to be willing to destroy yours in order to put your hands on the FSW Championship...because I’m not willing to just hand over the keys to MY world...because that’s what the FSW is to me...it has been for over a year now...I have given it my blood, sweat and tears to the FSW...what have you given Smokey...what makes you worthy to add your names to the champions that came before me...to replace me...everyone has wins...you have no bigger win on your record than I do...yet to stand there and think you are better than me based on what...your own ego...ok, well tonight you get your chance to impress me...bring me everything you has and I’ll do the same and when that bell rings we will either be heading towards 163 days or the start of a new era…
Lisa Goldrush: Thank you for your time and best of luck tonight Xavier...
Match 6
Bob v. Leigh Matthews
Bob and his new manager Millie come down to the ring as Bob and the fans are giving off a lot of energy with the Bob Mob in full form tonight. Bob jumps up and high fives fans on the way to the ring yelling OLE' at each of them. Millie stops the celebratory mood urging Bob to remain focused much to the dismay of the crowd.
DING DING DING
Leigh Matthews and Bob square off as Matthews looks to prove his words to be ever true and Bob looks to get a foothold on his new quest to boost his career. An exchange in the corner of the ring leads to the referee telling Leigh to release Bob from a hold after keeping on it for a little longer than needed. Matthews keeps at Bob with a few under hooked suplexes tossing him around with ease.
Leigh is refusing to let up but Bob musters back from a sleeper that the fans gave him the energy to get out of. With each chant of Bob, he fought a little harder. He catches Matthews unexpectedly with a spinning elbow. Bob then gives a full swing backhanded smack to Leigh's chest and the fans scream OLE' Bob gets hyped by this and does it again, and again the fans scream OLE'. He decides to keep this going for four times. On the fifth OLE' he runs off the ropes and hits Matthews with a Bob's Crusher for the three count.

Stan Gordon: And the winner via pinfall, Bob!
MAIN EVENT
FSW CHAMPIONSHIP
SMOKEY JONES
v.
XAVIER REID (c)
SMOKEY JONES
v.
XAVIER REID (c)
Hunter: One hell of a show we have had here tonight just eights days from Night of Champions XV and it’s just about time for our Main Event of the evening.
Calloway: A Main Event that will feature Smokey Jones taking on Xavier Reid once again for the FSW Championship.
Jackson: The last time these two went to war it was an instant classic, let’s see what they have in store for us tonight.
Calloway: I’m getting word through our headset that Smokey Jones is standing by backstage.
The cameras cut backstage to Wood rocking back and forth across the pavement almost sounds just like marbles rolling across a wooden game board. Smokey Jones is seen sitting in a rocking chair within a thick cloud of haze can be seen broadcasting from a dark backstage corner of the arena.
A single lantern rest upon top of an Uprising production box giving off just enough light to see Smokey through the haze. The cloud of smoke slowly begins to disperse a bit and the face of Smokey Jones becomes more visible.
He clears his throat while continuing to rock back and forth with his hands interlocked together resting across his chest. His hands rise with each breath Smokey takes and falls as he exhales.
Smokey Jones: “The time has finally come once again Xavier for the two of us to do battle for your FSW Championship. Our first encounter has begun to haunt your mind and thoughts ever since Night of Champions came to a close. Those memories have not just haunted your nightly dreams this past week, but they've started to creep their way into your daily thoughts."
Smokey's tone begins to intenisfy by the base in his voice as he begins to speak next.
Smokey Jones: "Last night when you got in that rental car of yours, made sure it was an Enterprise. You buckled in your seat belt and you drove to your hotel room with a wet bar, made sure it was a Holiday Inn Franchise. You checked into your room, made sure it was a king size bed. You went up to that room and made a drink, made sure it was whiskey. Did you pick pepsi or coke? Who Knows? You proceeded to consume that drink while browsing on your cell phone. After the drink you took a shower and brushed your teeth before getting on your knees and saying your prayers.”
Smokey's tone continues to increase the longer he speaks and each point highlighted by the base in his voice.
“Then you pulled them covers back and crawled into that king size bed placing your head on that pillow and started to toss and turn. Laying there with your eyes wide open wondering why you couldn't go to sleep! When! You! Knew! Damn! Well! Why!. It's because you had those little hairs standing behind your neck and you felt those goosebumps running through your body! Your head was on a swivel because you felt like someone was creeping behind you, No that wasn't Paranoia!, that was Smokey Jones!”
“How do you train for a man who has nothing to lose?!, you can't!. How do you train for a man that has no limit?!, you can't!. You can't beat me and you know it Xavier and that thought has haunted your mind ever since. Just know in a few moments that nightmare of yours becomes reality.!”
Smokey continues to rock back and forth in his chair his words crisp and sharp pierce the truths that he has spoken. In his mind and heart, he knows it's only a matter of when, not if. The FSW Championship will not slip through his grasp a second time.
Smokey Jones: “I have been through HELL and back ever since that night Xavier Reid. I've had to fight, crawl and scratch my way back to the Number One Contendership. Every step of the way digging down deeper into the tank in order to continue pushing myself forward no matter what stood before me. I did it all, everything I've been through just to get another crack at you and your FSW Championship.”
“Xavier, we both went to war at Night of Champions and have now each had the time to lick our wounds and heal our bodies. However, it's time we dress in our battle gear and get ready to clash once again.”
“You know it’s a crying shame that you needed Annabelle’s help in order to put me down before, but this time you’ll need all the reinforcements you can muster just in order to survive what awaits you in that ring tonight. Like I said before I’ve been through hell and back, but never once said I came back alone.”
Smokey brings the rocking chair to a stop and leans forwards sitting on the very front of the chair.
Smokey Jones: "You either evolve or you begin to decompose during moments like tonight. Evolution holds a source of power from deep within. I've been to war with you before Xavier Reid and I know what's it like to stand across you inside that ring. I know the legend of Xavier Reid and I know I can beat Xavier Reid, but it never hurts to have something more. Xavier, you will meet your downfall when your reign as FSW Champion decomposes right before your very own eyes."
Smokey pauses for just a brief moment and locks eyes with every member of the Uprising Universe.
Smokey Jones: "When a warrior enters a great battle, when he knows that his limbs and his flesh are not enough, he can tap into that power of Evolution and become a man greater than himself. He can become the Myth. Everyone has their demons Xavuer, but you've never seen a demon like this. In just a few minutes Xavier you will meet "Decay"."
Smokey Jones slowly begins to change right before your very eyes and something different than before sits in his place.
The rocking chair abruptly stops rocking as this new manifestation simply stands up and walks away before a repetitive heavy bass line begins to fill the arena as the lights fade to pitch black.
Hunter: I don’t even know what to say at this point, but it looks as if Smokey Jones has gone through a transformation.
Jackson: Is that even legal in the first place? What is going on here?
Calloway: I kind of dig it, Smokey doesn't want to become extinct, he wants to become FSW Champion.
‘Jekyll and Hyde’ by Five Finger Death Punch begins to fill the arena as red lights begin to pan all around. The lyrics begin to play as smoke begins to rise from the stage before fire erupts from either side of the stage as drums overtake the music.
The hooded figure slowly steps out onto the stage stopping at the top of the ramp and reaches us slowly pulling away the black veil. Smokey Jones’s face is painted a bright white with his eyes blacked out and black cracks forming all around. “Decay” is spelled in black letters across his forehead as he slowly starts to make his way down the ramp.
Gordan: Standing in at six feet three inches tall, weighing in at two hundred and seventy-five pounds, residing from Parts Unknown, Decay!
Jackson: This is a completely different side of Smokey Jones then we are used to seeing.
Calloway: That's the beauty of Evolution Tom, you never know what the end result may be.
Hunter: The only thing left to do at this point and wait and see what happens when that bell rings, folks this get got a whole
The figure known only as Decay slowly makes his way ringside before sliding under the bottom rope and crawling to the center of the ring. He stands tall and waits in the middle of the ring for his opponent
The lights inside the arena go out as the fans come to their feet. The jumbo screen sparks to life
Cochise starts to play inside the arena as once last image fills the jumbo screen and illuminates onto the mat
The fans cheer out DOOMSDAY as Xavier Reid steps out onto the stage, the FSW Championship over his shoulder as the arena lights come on. He holds his arms up into the air and crossed them into a X over is head as he poses on the stage for a few moments and then walks down towards the ring, holding the FSW Championship out in front of his so the fans can reach out and touch the championship belt, his eyes glued into the ring. He reaches the steps and marches up them one by one and then climbs up the ropes and looks out over the crowd. He smiles and once again crosses his arms into a X as he jumps into the ring. He marches to the center of the ring and stretches out the FSW Championship belt and mouths 'step up to the line'
DING DING DING
Jackson: What a strange turn of events here tonight.
Hunter: Xavier Reid still looking determined as ever.
Decay and Xavier both approach the middle of the ring, for the second time these two will do battle but the first time anyone has cam face to face with this Decay form. The stoic look of Reid's face fades as he lunges towards Decay, grabbing a hold of his right hand with his own left and quickly gets him in a twisting wristlock as Decay begins patting his elbow in pain for only a split second before doing a quick somersault roll frontwards, spins around on the mat and flips up to his feet using the momentum to not only get out of the wrist lock in quite a stealthy way but to also flip Reid over on his back down to the mat as the crowd lets out some mixed reactions for both men.
Calloway: It would appear Smokey, I mean Decay has added some new moves to his arsenal.
Jackson: Clearly he is determined to not go home emptied handed this time.
Xavier tries to get to his feet quickly but Decay is already running in and hits Reid with a hell of a forearm smash that just about takes Reid’s head off! Xavier rolls out immediately and tries to gather himself as he clutches his mouth. Decay sees an openning and acts on it, he charges towards the far ropes, hits them and comes off charging towards the ropes above the champion. Decay flies over the top rope, and hits Xavier hard with a cross body that sends both to the floor.
Jackson: And what a crossbody!
Decay is up, grabs Xavier by his head, tosses him into the ring and stops for a moment to give a hard glare towards some nearby fans in the front row with a sinster smile coming across his face. Xavier has gathered himself and is right on top of Decay before he can get all the way into the ring with hard right boots, stomping away at him while holding onto the top rope. Xavier now grabs the middle rope, places his knee across Decay’s throat and begins using the force of his knee to choke him while the referee is in there with the count.

Xavier breaks at four and a half, grabs his opponent by the hair to bring him to his feet and then drives him back down to the mat with a huge short arm lariat that causes Decay to land on the mat in a crashing blow.
Hunter: And Xavier Reid is back in the game and that shows you why he is the FSW Champion!
Jackson: Xavier is always quick with the rebound.
Reid uses the tip of his boot and begins nudging the side of Decay’s head a few times before the new incarnation of Smokey snaps his head in a quick stare at Reid. Decay tries to throw a quick strike but Reid is quick to counter by grabbing him by the right wrist and driving in a hard strike with his right knee. Reid keeps a grip of Decay’s right wrist and he tries to throw a left with everything he has but now the champion grabs Decay's other wrist. Xavier then jumps, hitting Decay with a double stomp directly to the face abd attempts a pin.

KICKOUT
Wasting no time, Reid doesn’t think about the fact Decay just kicked out and goes back to work by giving him a round of stomps to the chest. Reid now moves to attack Decay's legs by stomping away at the knee. He scoops up his left leg and kicks the inner part.
Jackson: And now the champion is going after the legs of the beast.
Hunter: Smart thinking!
Calloway: I wouldn't get excited yet?!
Decay manages to get his right leg loose and kicks Xavier directly into the knee, hard enough to cause him to buckle. Decay then sits up quickly with the same deep look on his face. Decay runs and bounces off the ropes and returns with a high knee while the champion, Xavier Reid was still on one knee.
Calloway: And he nearly took his head off!
Hunter: That look like it hurt.
Decay takes the chance and tries for a cover as the referee hits the mat to count.

KICKOUT
Jackson: Quick kickout by the champion!
Like Xavier did earlier when Decay kicked out, he gets right back on top of Reid, giving him not a second to think as Decay grabs Xavier’s head off of the mat and begins delivering nasty looking forearms. After about five, Decay gets up and throws his arms out yelling aloud. He makes his way over to turnbuckle and begins climbing it until he gets to the very top. Reid is sitting up now and still trying to catch his bearings as Decay stalks him from the top but suddenly Xavier burst out with energy running and hoping on the second rope and pulling Decay down with a brutal ddt which also catches Xavier wrong as they both crash land.
Jackson: Shear athleticism shown by Reid, but it look like it hurt him as well.
Both competitors lay on the mat in complete exhaustion. And it's Reid to his feet first followed soon after by Decay. The two meet near the middle where this all started and Xavier throws a right that Decay blocks and then retaliates with an attempted clothesline in which Xavier ducks below. As Decay turns Xavier hits a hard kick to the mid-section of Decay. Xavier tugs at the arm of Decay sending him bouncing off the ropes. Xavier runs at the ropes as well and he leaps to the second one and returns hitting Decay with X-Tinction. He covers Decay.

Jackson: I can't believe it! He kicked out of X-Tinction!
Calloway: He has supernatueral abilities!!!
Jackson: I don't know about that but clearly impressive.
Reid throws his hands to his head in utter disbelief, as he musters the will to pull Decay back up to his feet. He again drags his weight to send Decay bouncing off the ropes. Decay counters by wrapping his arms around the ropes stopping him quickly. Reid is already began running and Decay tries for a big boot in which Xavier ducks under and jumps to the second rope behind Decay who has already quickly turned knowing what's to come. As Reid dives in air towards Decay he catches him mid-air with his arm across his chest. He is throwing his body weight forward as well causing a collision of intensity in a modified hellevator type manuever causing Xavier's head to crash hard against the mat and Decay to his own back.
Hunter: OUCH!
Jackson: What a devestating move right there!
Decay slowly crawls over to Xavier to make the pin.

Jackson: I just can't believe it, I just can't. Decay has done it, he did it!
Calloway: Decay has done it, he has toppled the reign of Xavier Reid.
Hunter: Xavier wasn't expecting that and I don't think any of the fans did either by the reactions we are seeing around us.
Jackson: Xavier has secured himself the second longest FSW title reign and nobody can say he doesn't deserve to be amosnt the top.
Xavier is in complete shock as the episode comes to an end with the lost look on his face as Decay holds the title up and stares darkly at it.
