The show is live... and the excitement is at a fever pitch!
Signs can be seen all over the arena/stadium, some reading:
"THE NEW ERA IS NIGH, TRUE BELIEVERS"
"SANDERS IS LIFE, SANDERS IS LOVE"
"THE THREE I'S: INTERBRAND INTERGENDER INSANITY"
"X-DIVISION GONNA GIVE IT TO YA"
"I'M JUST HERE TO SEE WHATSHISFACE"
and "WHO DAT WHO DAT, I-G-G-Y"
Aiello: Hello fans and welcome to another exciting edition of Monday Night Brawl! Hardcore Revolution has come and gone, and the fallout as it pertains to the red brand happens tonight as EWC's EuroTour rolls on with a night of action from beautiful Madrid, Spain!
Carter: Now all eyes are on what we have to offer you tonight, with two Triple Threat Matches where we'll see a blend of newcomers have at it to see who can climb the contendership rankings for the International and X-Division Championships! On top of that we have two showcases of Interbrand Intergender Insanity, because here in EWC we believe in equal rights and equal fights! First up we have our International Champion in non-title action, as Cyrus Black takes on Rampage's Kennedy Matthews! After that is tag team action as Dr. Psycho and Samantha Hamilton represent Rampage against the red brand's Darius and Hazel Overton!
Bennett: Hell yeah, son! And to top it off we've got two tenacious sons o' bitches facing off in non-title action, as Xavier Reid tries to shake off his Hardcore Revolution loss to Ace King by takin' his frustrations out on our new X-Division Champion, Kendrick Kross! And in our main event, we see the Undisputed Champion in non-title action as Dominic Sanders takes on Iggy Swango!
Aiello: It's a big opportunity for Iggy, if she beats the champ tonight she could stake a claim for contendership later on down the li--
Aiello is cut off as "My Way" by Limp Bizkit blares through the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, garnering a widely negative reaction from the Madrid crowd as Victor Price makes his way to the ring, microphone in hand.
Aiello: Again!? Can't I get a word in without Victor Price cutting me off?
Bennett: Careful Aiello, the Acting President might hear ya. The last thing I want is to lose ya because of a slip-up!
The crowd in Madrid is raining down their disapproval on Price, who just soaks it in with a smile.
Price: Hello, Madrid! It's so good to see all your lovely faces tonight.
The crowd is not having any of it, though, loudly chanting:
Price Sucks
Price Sucks
Price Sucks
Price: Never change, you guys. Tonight we have a very important Brawl ahead of us...we move on from Hardcore Revolution and look forward to the future! My search for a new GM for Brawl has come to a close, and when we roll into Oakland, California, that new GM will make his first appearance!
The crowd cheers for this, like a combination of excitement for the new GM and relief at the thought of Price no longer being on TV on a regular basis.
Price: But enough about the future, let's focus on the now! Tonight we'll see new contenders rise to the occasion, we'll see some great action from a triple threat, tag team, and singles perspective, and in our main event we'll Iggy Swango try to make a statement at the expense of our Universal Champion, Dominic Sanders. Speaking of the Universal Champion, that is the very reason I'm out here now...at Hardcore Revolution, Dominic Sanders defeated Luke Wolfe and in the process, continued his legacy as the top of the food chain in the EWC. So now, we need to determine a new contender for the title...but who?
We hear chants for Cyrus Black, Ace King, and many others amongst the crowd, much to Price's delight.
Price: Well, Lord only knows what we'd do if we left the decision making up to you...but you all make great points! So, this is what we're gonna do...
Suddenly, "Like A Prayer" hits the PA to the delight of the crowd, singing along as Cyrus Black makes his way to the ring with the International Championship around his waist and a microphone in his hand.
Aiello: Well it looks like the International Champion heard his name from amongst the crowd, and is answering the call to be the next contender!
Carter: Can you imagine what a Cyrus/Sanders match would look like at Scars and Stripes?
Bennett: Probably like the many other times they've faced off in recent weeks, with Sanders taking the win and holding the gold up high!
Cyrus enters the ring, staring Price down before he begins to speak with a smirk on his face.
Black: Oh, I'm sorry...were you not finished with what you had to say? Because it seems to me like you're ready to name a new contender for the Undisputed Championship, and I'm throwing my name into the hat!
This gets a big pop from the crowd as Cyrus continues.
Black: Price, we've discussed this before haven't we? You made it clear that you want me gone, and I've made it clear that as long as I hold this International Championship there's not a thing you can do about it...but you seem like a gambling man, so let's go double or nothing shall we?
Cyrus unfastens the belt from around his waist, holding it up as he continues.
Black: You let me put this title up against Dominic's, and prove that I'm the better man...if I win, I get the biggest prize in the business...if I lose, you get what you want, and I'm out of your hair.
Cyrus stares at Price's bald head and chuckles, the crowd cheering in approval.
Black: Well...you know what I mean.
Price lets out a chuckle of his own, shaking his head with a smile.
Price: Ah na na na, I know the game you're trying to play...but I'm not giving you a shot willy nilly. No, I know someone that's actually defeated Dominic Sanders recently...TWICE, in fact.
Price's smile grows wider as a look of concern appears on the face of Cyrus.
Price: You wanna talk about a gamble, Cyrus? I'm willing to bet you can't even beat a Gambler...so let's call it now! Champion versus champion, Cyrus Black takes on Ace King, at the next Rampage...and the winner punches his ticket for Scars and Stripes to face Dominic Sanders for the Undisputed Championship!
The crowd is electric for the announcement, but Cyrus seems just a little less enthused as we cut back to commentary.
Aiello: What a big announcement! In just a couple weeks we'll see Cyrus Black take on Ace King, and the winner will face Dominic Sanders at Scars and Stripes for the Undisputed Championship!
Carter: The future is looking all the more clear as we push forward, but now I'm curious as to what the deal with the new Brawl GM is?
Bennett: Hell, seems to me like Victor buried the lead on that one. You think he's pulling some kind of strings with that, or just wanted to get it out of the way to focus on his other announcements?
Aiello: Either way, we won't wait long to see who takes the lead on the red brand soon enough. In the meantime, we're gonna take a look at the latest from EWCTV, and when we come back the in-ring action kicks off!

We are back from commercial and back to commentary, all three men with a look of concern on their face.
Aiello: Folks, we have ourselves a little bit of a situation at the moment. Earlier tonight we were supposed to see SP Rancid take on Bill Bashem in a match intended only for the packed crowd here in Madrid, but it seems that some tension between three of our competitors on the red brand have taken a stiff turn. Let's have a look...
Backstage we find an absolute melee as Christopher Waynes, Jimmy Spade, and Boston Bruiser are trading lefts and rights at each other...but the action quickly goes off the rails as Bruiser throws Spade into a production rig that comes tumbling down! Spade is all out of sorts as Bruiser focuses his attention on Waynes...who sends Bruiser reeling with a steel chair to the back! Bruiser is down but not out, charging at Wayne and sending him right into the rubble next to Spade! All three men are down as officials and medics come to the scene, trying to make sense of what’s happened as we go back to commentary.
Bennett: Well hell, son, it's like they always say: the card is subject to change!
Carter: That's three men down and two others ready to make an impact for the whole world to see tonight!
Aiello: All three men are clearly out of action tonight and we'll keep you posted on their status as we get word, but for now we get ready to kick off the in-ring action on Brawl!
FUN FOR...EVERYONE!
[SINGLES MATCH]
SP Rancid
VS Bill Bashem
VS Bill Bashem
Aiello: Our first matchup of the evening is going to be an interesting one, two superstars... SP Rancid and Bill Bashem making their debut here on BRAWL, and rumor has it they have already impressed the GM and the rest of the hierarchy in the EWC.
Bennett: I like this guy Bill Bashem, he does not give a f-
Carter: Language Bennett! Yes Bill Bashem is ruthless and he will go to any lengths to win but do not underestimate SP Rancid... he’s just as ruthless but perhaps in a more sick kind of a way! And we’ve already seen him At Hardcore Revolution in the extreme battle royal. This guy will literally do, lick or drink anything. This one could get messy.
Bennett: ....Fuck.
Stroup: The following match is scheduled for one fall.... Joining us first From Cambridge, Massachusetts Weighing 240 pounds, "The Irish Thrasher", SP RANCID!
The Henry Rollins led Black Flag's hit track "Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie" hits the PA system. SP Rancid storms out from the back with his signature battle vest on, patched to hell with band patches and a beer bottle in his hand. He raises it up and matches down towards the ring to the ring as the fans cheer him.
Stroup: And his opponent.. hailing from the neon-soaked streets of Los Angeles. He stands at six foot even and weighs in at two hundred, twenty pounds. He smashes! He bashes! He is "Big Bad" BILL BASHEM!
Carpenter Brut's "Turbo Killer" booms over the PA, Finally, at the thirty nine second mark, Bill Bashem emerges onto the stage with a big, wide grin on his face and his arms outstretched to either side as he swaggers down to the ring.
DING DING DING
As the bell rang Bashem talked smack to SP Rancid, who finished the rest of his beer and then spat it out all over Bashem, drowning his hair and face, much to the delight of the crowd. Bashem wiped the beer from his face and then charged at Rancid, tackling him to the mat as the two traded hard stiff punches to each other's head and body. The two ended up rolling under the bottom rope and onto the floor on the outside. As the two men got to their feet it was Rancid's turn to charge, and he threw himself at Bashem, causing both men to fall back and over the barricade and into the front row as the fans scrambled to move out of the way. As the two continued to throw rights and lefts and kicks at each other in the front row of the crowd, Bashem hooked his arms around Rancid's waist and hit a release belly to belly suplex, throwing Rancid back over the barricade towards the ring.
Aiello: These maniacs were in the crowd! They might just get us banned from the BERNABÉU!
Bennett: Just like Cristiano Ronaldo... heh heh... what? It’s a soccer reference. Since he left and went to Juventus...
Carter: Yeh anyway! I get what you mean Aiello! I have a feeling this one is going to be a wild ride! But they better watch they don't get counted out...
Bashem then came back over the barricade as Rancid got to his feet. Bashem rushes to Rancid and dropkicked him from behind, causing Rancid to fall forward and smash into the steel steps. The ref was up to an eight count now, Bashem rolled into the ring and then back out again breaking it up. Bashem proceeded to bash Rancids head off of the steel steps multiple times, as the camera zoomed in on Rancid's face it is clear his mouth and nose is busted open but he was laughing about it. Rancid then fought back catching Bashem with some hard forearm strikes in the face. Bashem got into the ring as Rancid followed him. Rancid hit a T-Bone suplex on Bashem, pinning him but Bashem kicked out. Rancid wiped the blood from his face onto Bashem, with a sick smile on his face.
Aiello: Blood everywhere and SP Rancid looks happy about it.
Bennett: I just wish Bill Bashem would hurry up and beat this weirdo, so we can say bye bye to him! He belongs on Prime or FSW or Rampage... not an A-show like BRAWL. Plus he looks drunk... he's definitely drunk.
Carter: Well the fans seem to love Rancid, unlike Bashem who is getting booed by these Spanish fans with every move he makes!
Rancid tried to pick Bashem up, but he stumbled and looked like he was ready to throw up. Bashem took advantage, hitting a spinning wheel kick and then a gut buster to Rancid before pinning him. Rancid just kicked out, much to the anger of Bashem. Waiting for Rancid to get to his feet, Bashem rushed him and hit a running shoulder block which caused Rancid to fall through the middle ropes and to the outside. With Rancid on the outside Bashem went for a suicide dive through the middle ropes, but Rancid just dodged out of the way in time and Bashem hit the announce table hard. Rancid dragged Bashem into the ring, once in there he hit a hard Lariat on Bashem and then he went to the top rope and hit one of his finishers Bottoms up, but as Rancid dived off the top rope Bashem got his knees up and Rancid landed directly on them back first. Bashem then hooked Rancid arms and pulled him into a pinning position, as the ref dived down to count it he didn’t see Bashem use his free hand holding onto the ring ropes for leverage! The ref counted three and Bashem got the win.
DING DING DING
Stroup: And your winner, via pinfall... BILL BASHEM!
Aiello: Bill Bashem picked up the victory but if I'm not mistaken I think he was using the ring ropes as leverage!
Bennett: You are mistaken, I didn't see that at all... what I did see was Bill Bashem win! What a victory for this man! Now send SP Rancid to Rampage and be done with him.
Carter: Bashem definitely used the ropes as leverage else I think Rancid might have kicked out. You can bet this isn't over between these two unique and talented superstars.
Aiello: We will be back with more action after this short break.
Camera cuts to a commercial.
We cut backstage, where we find Victor Price on the phone, a look of concern on his face as he speaks to the mystery person on the other end of the line.
Price: You've seen what I've been dealing with, right? I've got Cyrus Black trying to make demands, guys fighting themselves out of a match...and I just got word that a couple others have not shown up to compete tonight! It's absolute insanity, but if there's anyone I know that can wrangle these lunatics up, that can control this chaos...it's you.
His look of concern is replaced with that signature smile of his, delighted at whatever's being said to him by the mystery caller.
Price: That's great to hear! I'm excited to have you join this crew and take control of the red brand. I'm looking forward to seeing how you fare as the new General Manager of Brawl, we'll see you in Oakland!
Price hangs up the phone, his smile widening to a grin. Before we can so much as infer what is going on, we cut to...
We cut to the ring where Jessica Stroup stands with her microphone.
Stroup: Ladies and gentlemen... at this time it is our pleasure to introduce to you our special guest for the evening...
Jessica lowers the microphone and waits.
Bennett: Well, who the hell is it?!
Aiello: I haven't the foggiest!
As she stands there, the crowd is buzzing and waiting. Suddenly "Bamboleo" by the Gypsy Kings begins playing. The crowd ERUPTS as Carlos Ruiz steps out onto the stage.
Aiello: It's Carlos Ruiz!
Bennett: Oh Goddamnit! Not this idiot.
Carlos walks his way down to the ring as Jessica Stroup raises the microphone back up to her mouth.
Stroup: Please welcome.. from MADRID, SPAIN!
The crowd erupts.
Stroup: Former EWC Tag Team and Indy Champion... CAAAAARLOOOOOOOOS RUUUUUUIIIIIZ!
Carlos reaches the ring and climbs up the steps. He climbs through the ropes and begins blowing kisses to the crowd.
Aiello: This place has EXPLODED!
Carter: They love their Spanish Luchador!
Carlos plays to the crowd for a little bit before finally making his way over to Jessica Stroup. He grabs the microphone from her and Bamboleo stops playing. Before he can even get a word out, the crowd is too loud.
CAR-LOS!
CAR-LOS!
CAR-LOS!
CAR-LOS!
CAR-LOS!
CAR-LOS!
Carlos blushes as he finally is able to say something.
Carlos: BUENA NOCHES, AMIGOS!
The crowd pops.
Carlos: Welcome to the Monday Night Brawl! I am happy very much to be back in a ring for the EWC! I was invited by Señor Mac to come and say hello to all of the peoples as your Spanish Luchador! There will be a lot of good fights tonight! But first, Carlos want to say how very thankful I am to have been a part of the EWC. And I am very thankful for the support that all of you in Madrid give to Carlos while I fight for the EWC.
Carlos lowers the microphone and begins clapping for the fans as the people cheer loudly for him.
Carlos: Gracias! Carlos hope you all have much fun tonight! And let us not forget that Carlos very very good friend Señorita Iggy is fighting with Señor Dominic in Main Event of the fights! Señorita Iggy, buena suerte esta noche! Te estaré esperando en la parte de atrás después de que ganes!
Carlos winks at the camera and hands the microphone back to Jessica Stroup. The crowd erupts once more for Carlos as he exits the ring and shakes hands, takes selfies, and hugs fans on the way to the announce table.
X-DIVISION X-TRAVAGANZA OF X-CELLENCE
[X-DIVISION TRIPLE THREAT MATCH]
Stephanie Matsuda
VS Gannondorf
VS Stalker
VS Gannondorf
VS Stalker
Aiello: Up next we have three competitors in the X-Division mixing it up for a chance to climb the rankings! Joining us for this exciting match is Madrid's own, Carlos Ruiz!
Bennett: Welcome to the show, Carlos! By all means, take Carter's headset for a while. He won't need it!
Carter: Hey, wait a s-
Ruiz: HOLA, amigos! I am very happy to call this contest with you gentlemen.
Stroup: The following contest is an X-Division Triple Threat Match, scheduled for one fall! Introducing first...
“Let’s Go” by Run the Jewels plays as Stephanie Matsuda walks out dressed in her signature black fitted cap and a bandanna around her face. Trailed by manager Monica Vaughan, Matsuda walks on stage and crouches low, getting ready for her match.
Stroup: From Brooklyn, New York by way of Tokyo, she is the War Queen...Stephanie Matsuda!
Aiello: Stephanie Matsuda made a statement with her recent win on Brawl, and tonight she looks to put an exclamation point on that statement with a big win!
Bennett: Hell yeah, she’s made it clear that she is focused on this division even with some efforts to team with — to go after the belts ReBelle have in their possession!
Ruiz: And she has quite the task ahead of her with not one but two tough opponents!
Stephanie and Monica walk down the ramp, their eyes fixated on the ring. At the bottom of the ramp, Matsuda runs and slides into the ring. She takes a moment to run the ropes and throws her hat into the crowd. She then climbs the nearest turnbuckle and pulls down her bandanna as she stares into the crowd. She then jumps down and prepares for her match.
Stroup: Introducing next, her opponent...
The lights fall to black.... The Haunting Orchestral Voices sing loud as white lights positioned on the stage point upward as a cloud of white smoke fogs up and covers them and as the music plays on Gannondorf descends from the rafters facing back to the camera before turning and walking slowly to the ring.
Stroup: Now residing in Chicago, Illinois, weighing in at 166 pounds...he is The Evil King...Gannondorf!
Aiello: Gannondorf looking to avenge his lost from the last Brawl here tonight, but can he overcome both the War Queen and the Dark Knight?
Bennett: Holy sh...why didn't anyone tell me this was a damn chess match?
Gannondorf enters the ring stepping in over the ropes and then quietly sits himself in the corner of a turnbuckle awaiting his opponent with a menacing look and deep heavy breath taken.
Stroup: And last but not least, their opponent...
"Rest in Peace" by Jim Johnston plays over the PA as Stalker slowly lurks toward the ring, keeping a stern eye on both of his opponents.
Stroup: Coming from Salisbury, Maryland, weighing in at 268 pounds...he is the Dark Knight...Stalker!
Aiello: He's made a bit of an impact in a short time, and tonight Stalker looks to stake a claim in the X-Division at the expense of Matsuda and Gannondorf!
Bennett: Arguably the biggest dog in this fight is Stalker, but will he put that size to good use? We're about to find out!
Stalker enters the ring, his eyes never straying from the sight of Matsuda and Gannondorf as the ref calls for the bell...
DING DING DING
Stalker goes on the attack from the opening bell, going after Gannondorf with some hard lefts and rights...but Matsuda quickly cuts him off with a dropkick that sends the Dark Knight out of the ring! With the big man down on the outside, Gannondorf and Matsuda go at it with an exchange of kicks and punches before Matsuda whips Gannondorf against the ropes...and on the rebound, catches the Evil King with a dragon screw leg whip! Matsuda taunts Gannondorf to get back up, but is turned around by an enraged Stalker who bodyslams her to the canvas with a thud! Stalker stands over Matsuda as Gannondorf rolls out of the ring, looking for something underneath the apron...
Aiello: Stalker making a big impact at the start here, but it looks like Gannondorf's the one that's taking this match to the next level!
Ruiz: Sí, and it could be bad news indeed!
Gannondorf pulls out a kendo stick, a smirk on his face as he gets back into the ring...only to be met with a boot to the face by Stalker! Stalker continues the attack by sending Gannondorf shoulder first into the nearest corner, followed by some hard stomps to the midsection. Matsuda is back up now, grabbing the kendo stick and cracking it over the back of the Dark Knight who takes to one knee as though bowing to the War Queen. However, Stalker is not down and out yet as he rises back to his feet, focusing his attention back on Matsuda...only to take a steel chair to the back by Gannondorf! That's the blow that sends Stalker down hard, much to the delight of the Evil King.
Aiello: The big man is down now, and that means Gannondorf and Matsuda can finish what they started last time on Brawl!
Bennett: It's about to get a helluva lot more violent, folks!
Ruiz: ¡Dios mio!
Gannondorf focuses his attention on Matsuda, a smirk on his face as he swings the chair at the War Queen...but Matsuda dodges it in the nick of time, hitting a German suplex on Gannondorf! The crowd is on their feet as Matsuda grabs the steel chair, staring at it and then at Gannondorf before absolutely wailing on the Evil King with shot after shot against the back! With him out of the way, the War Queen focuses her wrath on the Dark Knight, slamming the chair down on him two times for good measure! With the big man down, Matsuda lays the chair over Gannondorf before climbing up the turnbuckle and hitting a corkscrew Shooting Star Press onto the Evil King!
Aiello: Perfect Blue! That's gotta be it, folks!
Matsuda goes for the cover as Stalker is finally starting to stir...1! 2! 3! Just before the Dark Knight can get to her, Matsuda's picked up the victory!
DING DING DING
Stroup: Here is your winner, the War Queen...Stephanie Matsuda!
Aiello: She's done it again, folks! Stephanie Matsuda has beaten the odds and toppled Gannondorf AND Stalker to pick up the win. Carlos, we greatly appreciate you stopping by to say a few words, we hope you enjoy your retirement.
Ruiz: Sí, always a pleasure to spend time with you my amigos. Buenos noches, and enjoy the rest of your stay in beautiful Madrid!
Aiello: Folks, we're gonna take a short break but when we come back, we have the first of our Interbrand Intergender Insanity matches as Rampage's Kennedy Matthews takes on our very own International Champion, Cyrus Black!
We move to a commercial break.
The cameras cut to the backstage area and are zoomed in on Brian Spades.
Spades: I am standing here with a familiar face in the EWC! He's no stranger to Brawl and he's got plenty of cult fans in the building tonight that will enjoy to hear from him. Ladies and gentlemen please give a warm welcome back to "The Human Highlight Reel" Kenneth Williams.
"HiiPower" Chants and loud cheers can be heard all the way from ringside as the camera cuts to a wide shot exposing Kenneth Williams.
Williams: Ahhhh… It feels great to be back on Brawl. I hope every missed this sexy ass kickin' mofo… because I’m back from Movieland and I don't plan on goin' anywhere this time. And as you can hear all the way from ringside, the fans can't wait for me to prance my ass in that ring and do what I do best… Put on a show.
Spades: Did I hear Movieland? Are you going to be starring in a movie?
Williams: Yes… but all that's under wraps right now and it's not too much I can speak on besides our blockbuster cast but that's a story for another day. We're here to talk about what in the hell has happened here in my absence. No Griffin Hawkins. Dominic Sanders is Undisputed Champion. And then to top it all off we lost the best wrestler in the galaxy. I had to come back. Sadly I couldn't get my debut scheduled tonight but tune into FN'R and you'll see that I haven't lost an inch of talent.
Spades: Speaking of your match on Rampage, it has been announced that it is an 11 person battle royal for a TBA number one contender's match. Does this make you nervous or…
Williams: Listen Spades… I'm lookin' to make a statement in this mini rumble. I've been out of this business for a while but my trainin' never stopped. Green has had me in the gym everyday for the past 5 months to prepare for my return. I'm faster... stronger… more determined and a hell of a lot more wiser than I was the last time y'all saw me in this ring. But before I start goin' on and on about myself like Dominic Sanders I'll cut it short and simple: I will prevail. Now I've got a blunt to smoke and a show to watch. This is your friendly neighborhood stoner signin' off!
Kenny gives the camera a wink and walks off as the scene fades back to...
INTERBRAND INTERGENDER INSANITY
[NON-TITLE SINGLES MATCH]
Kennedy Matthews
VS Cyrus Black (c)
VS Cyrus Black (c)
Aiello: That was a wild X-Division match we just witnessed but now get comfy because we got a KiltBro in action! The International champion Cyrus Black takes on the Queen of Wrestling Kennedy Matthews.
Bennett: Ewww The Kilt bros just irritate the life out of me!! And talking of life’s... Cyrus Blacks nine life’s are up and he’s about to fall at the feet of a queen!
Carter: If Kennedy Matthews was to cause an upset here and beat Cyrus, that would be huge for her career!
Stroup: The following match is scheduled for one fall... Joining us first, from, From London, England, standing 5 feet and 3 inches tall weighing in at 105 lbs. She is the self proclaimed QUEEN of EWC, KENNEDY MATTHEWS... KENNEDY MATTHEWS
"You Should See Me in a Crown" by Billie Eilish begins to play as Kennedy Matthews walks out of the Gorilla Position to the stage. She smiles from ear to ear before bouncing to the ring enthusiastically. She slides in the ring and blows kisses to the crowd as she awaits her opponent.
Stroup: And her opponent, from Carson City, Nevada... weighing in at 230 pounds... he is the International Champion...CYRUS BLACK!
"Like a Prayer" by Madonna plays as Cyrus Black comes bouncing out to the stage with #KiltBros t-shirt on, showing him, Kyle Gautier and D.O.G embracing. Cyrus shows the t-shirt to the camera before he swaggers down to the ring with the International Championship across his shoulder. Cyrus fist bumps Kyle Gautier and D.O.G who are in the front row before he rolls into the ring.
DING DING DING
Cyrus sticks his hand out as a good will gesture but Kennedy slaps it away and instead kicks him in the gut and slaps him hard across the face. Cyrus smiles and gives Kennedy an applause, which just makes her more angry. Kennedy hits Cyrus with a few hard kicks and forearm smashes, she then tries a enziguri, but Cyrus ducks her kick and instead grips onto her foot and locks her into an ankle lock. Kennedy just manages to grab onto the bottom rope to beak the submission after a slight struggle. Kennedy rolls out of the ring as Cyrus plays up to the Spanish crowd.
Aiello: Wow that’s how quick Cyrus can turn a match on its head.... if he gets you in a submission then you’re in trouble.
Bennett: Please, Kennedy barely broke a sweat, she’ll beat him easily.
Carter: Looks like Kennedy is going over to Cyrus’s fellow Kiltbro FSW Star Kyle Gautier who is in the front row!
Kyle Gautier is holding up a #Kiltbro sign in the front row, as Kennedy approaches him. She grabs the sign from him and rips it up. Kyle looks shocked and a little bit upset as the fans around him boo and jeer Kennedy, who looks pleased with herself. Cyrus comes from behind her and hits a German suplex onto Kennedy on the floor on the outside. He then rolls her into the ring before checking that Kyle is ok. The two embrace in a bro hug as the fans cheer them. Cyrus gets back in the ring, by this time Kennedy is up. She hits a tornado DDT onto Cyrus, and then goes for a pin but Cyrus kicks out at two. Kennedy then climbs up to the top rope and goes for a frog splash but as she jumps, Cyrus pounces to his feet and leaps in the air, catching her with a dropkick in mid-air.
Aiello: I can’t believe Kennedy ripped up Kyle’s Kiltbro sign!
Bennett: Hahahhahaha!
Carter: The fans are not happy.
Cyrus locks a Texas cloverleaf on Kennedy but she pulls herself onto her back and instead she rolls Cyrus up into a pin. The ref counts but sees that she has a hold of Cyrus’s tights so he breaks the pin. Kennedy angrily argues with the ref which gives Cyrus the opening he needed, as he runs off the ropes and back at Kennedy, hitting her with his finisher the Blackout!!! Cyrus then locked in his submission, a modified version of a bridging arm triangle choke hold which he calls PAPA DON’T PREACH, which causes Kennedy to tap out giving Cyrus the win.
DING DING DING
Stroup: And your winner, via submission... CYRUS BLACK!
Cyrus jumps into the crowd with his championship, and he celebrates with the fans and his Kiltbros Kyle Gautier and D.O.G.
Aiello: The Kiltbros are having a party in Madrid tonight!
Bennett: Cyrus cheated! The ref distracted Kennedy!!!!
Carter: I believe Kennedy was the one who tried to cheat but either way... it’s Kiltbro time!!!! Wooohoooo!!!
Aiello: Okay people, next up we got a hell of a tag team match for you after this short break.
Camera cuts to...
The camera pans up to one of the hospitality boxes, where a number of EWC fans are enjoying the complimentary catering. The crowd cheers loudly, for in the middle of it all is United States Champion Ace King, who’s wearing a Luka Modric Real Madrid jersey with the United States Championship over his shoulder as he looks at the fans surrounding him.
Ace King: So many of these people have seen crazy showcases of skill with countless El Clásico duels going back generations, and yet they’re still hungry to see the best competition the world has to offer.
‘The Gambler’ sits down in one of the seats in the lower portion of the box overlooking the ring, where thousands of fans cheer for the United States Champion.
Ace King: I, too, am hungry… Hungry for one more shot at getting to the top, and now there’s a pathway to that opportunity, though the path does go through one Cyrus Black.
The crowd heartily cheers for the International Champion as Ace simply nods along.
Ace King: Absolutely, the guy’s on fire right now… But as bright as that fire burns, it can’t match the burn I feel whenever I’m reminded of the one thing that’s eluded me in my EWC career.
The United States Champion takes a breath, the frustration evident on his face as he does his best to push through.
Ace King: Cyrus, and the rest of the EWC fans, will get a reminder of that in Baku, on a night where we’ll burn the house down in the name of a chance to reach the top of the EWC mountain. Bet On It.
With that, Ace settles in as we cut to commercial.
INTERBRAND INTERGENDER INSANITY 2: TAG TEAM BOOGALOO
[TAG TEAM MATCH]
Darius & Hazel Overton
VS Dr. Psycho & Stephanie "Titaness" Hamilton
VS Dr. Psycho & Stephanie "Titaness" Hamilton
Aiello: Next up we've got a bit of an unorthodox tag team match. Two members from Monday Night Brawl who have nothing in common with each other will go up against two members of Friday Night Rampage who might have even less in common with each other.
Bennett: Two pretty blondes against a Psycho and a pretty blonde.
Carter: You're unbelievable sometimes.
Bennett: I call it how I see it.
Stroup: The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall!
The lights in the stadium darken as the beginning guitar riff of "I Don't Wanna Stop" by Ozzy Osborne hits the stage lights at the ramp flash and strobe in an eerie green color.
Stroup: Introducing first… from Baltimore, Maryland... Standing five feet and nine inches tall and weighing in at two hundred pounds... He is the “Surgeon of the Squared Circle”... DOCTOOOOR PSYYYYCHO!!!
As the song continues to play, Dr. Psycho rises up from the stage his back facing us from amid a fog and slowly turns around revealing his face from behind a plague doctor mask with top hat and cane wearing a black cape. He makes a slow march to the ring stepping over the ropes and sitting in a random corner and awaiting his partner.
Aiello: This guy gives me the creeps.
Bennett: I think he's hilarious!
Carter: It will be interesting to see how he and Samantha Hamilton work together tonight.
As the actual lyrics of 'You're Going Down' by Sick Puppies begins playing, the Titaness saunters down the ramp. Walking beside her is her fiance, Joseph "Orion" Hunter. A sense of determination and resolve is seen in her eyes. Not knowing how to feel about this combination with Dr. Psycho, she remains serious and stoic as she walks to the ring.
Stroup: And his tag team partner... making her way to the ring weighing in at one hundred and forty-five pounds, she is one of the members of the Shieldmaidens MC. She is Samantha "The Titaness" Hamilton!
When she finally gets in front of the ropes, the Titaness slips through the middle and top ropes. She stands in the ring near, but not necessarily next to Dr. Psycho.
Aiello: Samantha Hamilton is a very, very tough competitor.
Carter: She's shown time and time again that she is one of the top wrestlers over on Friday Night Rampage, especially when she went toe-to-toe with Ace King awhile back.
Bennett: She's as fine as a Hollywood Blonde!
The other two members of the broadcast team shoot Bennett a look as he stares up into the ring. The Titaness' music stops playing and there is a bit of a dead silence in the stadium. Everyone stares at the entrance ramp waiting for Darius or Hazel Overton to come out. After a few moments, "My Way" by Limp Bizkit begins playing. The crowd erupts in boos as Victor Price makes his way onto the stage with a microphone.
Aiello: Well, this is certainly unexpected.
Bennett: But very much welcomed! Although I was looking forward to seeing Hazel!
Price raises the microphone up to his lips and his music cuts.
Price: I've got some good news for you two slaps from Rampage. You don't have to compete tonight. You see, that little window licker Darius went and flipped us the middle finger and decided he no longer wanted to be a part of the best company in the world. So he will not be here tonight, nor will he be here for any further shows.
The crowd boos loudly.
Aiello: That's unfortunate. Darius was a bright superstar. He had a chance to become something big here.
Bennett: He was a horse's ass and you know it!
Price: As for Hazel Overton, she is back in the United States nursing an injury. She was unable to get cleared by the trainers and was not allowed to make the trip. She did herself a favor by not getting into the ring to get dissected by that Psycho freak in the ring.
Carter: So neither of their opponents are here?!
Price: So you know what that means? You two pick up the easiest win of your careers. Congratulations.
Price drops the microphone as the crowd boos and Price heads to the back. In the ring, Samantha shakes her head and exits the ring. She and Joseph begin walking up the ramp. Dr. Psycho raises his arms in victory and runs around the ring with excitement.
Aiello: This nutcase is something else.
Bennett: Tonight, he's a winner! Good for you Dr. Psycho!
Carter: Well, folks. Hopefully the rest of the night goes smoothly. Up next we've got Kendrick Kross and Xavier Reid squaring off in the battle of the current X-Division Champion and a former X-Division Champion. Stay tuned!
The camera cuts backstage where Xavier Reid stands
Reid: So predictable Kendrick...I’m a ‘choker’ now...I can only win the contender matches...boy that sounds like someone else we all know...
Xavier smirks and laughs
Reid: FINALLY Kendrick Kross win a big match around here and it goes right to your head...right to that ego...all of a sudden you think of yourself as what Kendrick...a big match star…
Xavier laughs a bit harder
Reid: Congratulations you beat Curtis Mars...you beat a man we haven’t seen in weeks and you needed Darius help to do so but sure...you went in that ring and did what I couldn’t...ok...if you really want to believe that then you do so buddy but we all saw the truth out there...you beat a man who had no interest in being here and it’s safe to say we will not see again...and you did so kicking off the ppv that I closed...you were the damn curtain jerking match but you are a champion so congratulations on that and I wasn’t lying when I said I was rooting for you Friday Night on Rampage...the truth is I wanted you to come into tonight still the X-Division Champion...I wanted you still on cloud nine and full of confidence...I wanted you to think you were ‘The Man’ in the X-Division because it’s going to make things so much sweeter to knock you back down again…
Xavier smiles and raises his eyebrows into the camera
Reid: Do I sound like the man you described this week Kendrick...do I seem like a guy that is suffering from self doubt..a guy that lost his drive and fight...haha...Kendrick did you suffer some sort of brain injury or are you just trying to convince yourself that I’m a beaten man to make yourself believe you have a chance out there...jesus you are a champion...maybe you should start acting like it…
The smile leaves Xavier’s face
Reid: The thing you don’t seem to understand Kendrick is you want to make me out to be...well you...a down on his luck sad excuse for a human being...a man that is searching for who he is and where he needs to go but that’s just not the man you are facing tonight...I know you want me to be him but I’m sorry...I can’t be Kendrick Kross...but you can...what’s it going to say about YOU after I go out there again tonight and beat you...after everything you said about me this week what’s it going to say about YOU when you can’t beat the man you described...where are you going to go when the guy that’s made a career out of beating the X-Division Champions adds yet another name to that list...because after I beat you tonight Kendrick nobody is going to see you as the guy that sits top X-Division...no they will see you as the guy that can’t get past Xavier Reid and you better hope...you better hope and pray that Victor Price doesn’t see it fit to give me a return match with that championship you clutch so tight to your chest on the line because Kendrick you and I both know I will take that from you…
Xavier locks on the camera
Reid: You want to see me as a ‘choker’...that’s fine but what will you be after yet another loss to Xavier Reid...what will they see you as...will they snicker a little when you call yourself a champion...knowing damn well that that championship means nothing while it’s on your shoulder...so come out to the ring tonight and show the world who exactly Kendrick Kross is...show them when you get into the ring with me you just don’t have what it takes yet again...championship or not...that you are and will always be second fiddle when being compared to Xavier Reid...
With that chilling statement, we move to a commercial break.
SEMI-CHARMED, SEMI-MAIN EVENT
[NON-TITLE SINGLES MATCH]
Kendrick Kross (c)
VS Xavier Reid
VS Xavier Reid
We return to ringside where we're preparing for the upcoming fight between Kendrick Kross and Xavier Reid.
Aiello: Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen! We've had quite an evening so far, but time for the show to go on!
Bennett: That last match was a goddamn embarrassment to Brawl. We got our asses handed to us by freaking Rampage members! And a hand-picked team at that rate, not an established one!
Carter: Gonna be sour about that for a while, huh?
Bennet: Should I not be?!
Aiello: Well, you should at least try to focus on the other fights. What's done is done.
Stroup: The following match is a non-title, singles match! Joining us first, from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, weighing in at 220 pounds ... XAVIER REID!
The jumbo screen flickers and the picture of a sky appears on the eve of a storm, the clouds are dark and rolling across the sky quickly and with aggression. The lights inside the arena start to dim, the rumbling of a storm can be heard over the speakers as lighting appears in the clouds
The cracking of lighting grows louder and louder until two strikes hit the stage
First from the right and then from the left as ‘Papercut’ starts to play out…
Smoke rises up from where the lightning hit stage as Xavier Reid walks out onto the stage, his arms crossed in a X over his chest as he stands at the top of the stage and looks out towards the ring.
The fans have a mix reaction as he starts to walk towards the ring, shadow boxing as he does so ignoring the fans until he reaches ringside
Xavier bounces up and down while looking at the ground and then looks up and smirks as he heads towards the steps and slams his foot down on each step as he marches up the steps and jumps into the ring and heads right to far corner and climbs to the middle rope and tosses his arms into the air and crosses them into a X as he looks out over the crowd.
3 seconds guitar intro plays before the first line of the Chorus 'ONE MINUTE YOU'RE ON TOP!
At the word top red Pyro shoot straight up from the stage. Kendrick is revealed on the stage with a red spotlight put on him, his X-Division Championship around his waist. Kendrick reaches back and unsnaps the title throwing it on his right shoulder. A smirk crosses his face before he begins to walk down.
Stroup: And his opponent, from Chelsea, London, weighing at 215 Pounds ... KENDRICK KROSS!
Kendrick slowly walks down the ramp ignoring any fans that try to touch him. He just shakes his head at signs that read 'Kendrick Sucks' and other various signs. He reaches the bottom of the ramp and stops as he lets a small smirk out and he takes a breath. He closes his eyes before opening them and walking forward taking a left towards the steps. He hops over the top rope and onto the second turnbuckle looking out into the crowd before jumping down and walking to his corner.
Aiello: With these two having come off of very recent wins in Rampage, it's time to see who will keep their momentum and who will need to bounce back.
DING DING DING
With both wrestlers knowing they have a lot to prove, neither waits for the other. They both charge at one another, and hit each other with their own European Uppercuts! The impact and force from their own hits makes both Kendrick and Reid stumble back from one another.
Kross recovering first charges at Reid, who moves out of the way and allows Kross' momentum to carry himself into the ropes and on the way back Reid lands the X-Ploder!
Aiello: Whoa! What a move by Xaivier .. really setting the tone for this match
Reid then grabs Kendrick by arms and proceeds to lay into him with the F#@^ You Stomp
Carter: Reid with .. shall we call it .. the BRAWL stomp?
Bennett: Just .. stop ..
Reid with the cover
ONE
TWO
THR ..
Kick out! Reid .. frustrated .. brings Kross to his feet .. but Kross with the cheap shot to the groin of Xavier! Kendrick, fighting through the pain .. is able to firmly wraps his arms around Reid's waist. He lifts him up and tosses him over with a massive Belly-To-Belly Suplex!
Aiello: While things looked to be going Xavier's way for a moment .. Kendrick is really aiming to make a statement tonight by battling through .. what must be Motrin pain right now
Bennett: I guess it would be a decent statement if he could not only beat Annabelle to retain the title, but get a win over Xavier.
Carter: That's very likely his exact goal; to show everyone he has zero intentions of easily losing his championship.
Reid is up on one knee, only to be kicked in the back by K2. The X-Division Champion then yanks Xavier's right ankle and starts twisting it in a firm Ankle Lock. Xavier visibly grimaces, but he refuses to tap! The fighting spirit of the Bastard of Volando only encourages Kross to keep twisting and turning on Reid's right ankle, seeming determined to finish the match right then and there!
Aiello: Is ... is he trying to end Reid's career?
Bennett: Might not be the dumbest idea he's had. It'd definitely help solve a lot of Kendrick's worries and problems.
Carter: I dunno about that, Bennett. I doubt Mac or Price would be overly happy at the extremes K2 is looking like he might go to.
Reid is wincing in pain, but still hanging in there as he looks for a way to get out of the hold. Right when it looks as if Xavier is finally about to tap, he uses all of his strength to roll onto his stomach and kick Kross hard in the gut, forcing him to let go. Reid gets up, albeit shakily, and uses his better leg to toss a Pele Kick against the side of the champion's head! K2 is down as Reid goes to work on the champ with some more hard strikes.
K2 slowly wills himself back to his feet, taunting Reid with a verbal quip. We can't hear it though, because the audience is too loud. Regardless of the words, he backhands Xavier and follows up with a Roundhouse Kick, and finally his own Pele Kick!
Reid is still standing, but barely, in the center of the ring as he and K2 have another exchange of hard strikes to see who can get the upperhand. Kross manages to catch Reid with a punch that sends him reeling back.
K2 sees his chance and goes up on the top ropes. He jumps off them, landing Mountains Rain (Phoenix Splash) perfectly against a half-conscious Xavier! K2 goes for the cover!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
DING DING DING
Stroup: And your winner, via pinfall KENDRICK KROSS!
Kendrick looks absolutely ecstatic. He happily raises his left fist into the air, allowing the referee to do the same with his right. Reid, meanwhile, looks visibly frustrated.
Aiello: What an incredible match! I gotta say, I kinda hope we can keep seeing this version of Kendrick Kross. I like him.
Bennett: I actually gotta agree. He's a lot more impressive like this.
Carter: Well, whatever got him motivated, he came out and showed us this new version of him tonight against a very game Xavier Reid.
Aiello: In the end, it seems this round of very physical chess went to the X-Division Champion. Folks, up next is our main event as Iggy Swango takes on the Undisputed Champion, Dominic Sanders!
Camera cuts to ...
The scene heads backstage and there’s a loud cheer as we open to ‘The S-Factor’ Scorpio holding a pose with his arms framing his head, pouting into the camera, his EWC World Tag Team Championship around his waist. The camera pans to the side as ‘The Rebel Child’ Georgie Nickles has an exasperated look on her face, staring up at her partner with her own EWC World Tag Team Championship over her shoulder. The camera holds on Scorpio’s posing for a few more seconds before he side-eyes Nickles, and with a loud sigh his shoulders drop as he turns to her.
Scorpio: Georgie, we agreed!
Georgie Nickles: I’m not holding a ‘vogue’ pose on my first Brawl appearance… I don’t care how ‘on fleek’ and ‘sickening’ you think it’ll be, we’re champions now, and we have a certain standard to keep up t—
There’s a loud cough from the camera operator and both members of ReBelle turn to the camera. They independently each spot the red light indicating the camera is rolling, and both look shocked, before Scorpio throws himself back into his pose and Nickles folds her arms with a determined and confident look on her face.
Georgie Nickles: ¡Hola España! We are so, so excited to be here on Monday Night Brawl as your new EWC World Tag Team Champions! You see when we were challenging for these titles we came up against a team tantamount to Penn and Teller with their ability to disappear without a trace…
Scorpio: Which is why we’re here; we vowed from the minute we took these titles that we would be fighting champions, visible champions, exemplary champions. These next few shows we’re touring every show in the EWC, scoping the tag teams, making ourselves known, and doing our part to re-build the Tag Team Division.
The fans give a cheer for this statement and both Nickles and Scorpio smile in response, The Rebel Child nodding her head slowly.
Georgie Nickles: So tonight we’ve been watching, seeing what Brawl has to offer…
Scorpio: And next Brawl? Well… the MNB ring could well be getting… fabulous…
The People’s Camp winks to the camera before both members of ReBelle show off their Tag Team Championship belts. There’s another cheer from the crowd at the suggestion of Scorpio competing on Brawl, before ReBelle’s expressions fall and Scorpio steps towards the camera.
Scorpio: We can cut the first bit right?
Camera Operator: Oh, absolutely.
Scorpio: Fabulous, thank you darling.
He turns to Nickles with a nod and the pair head off down the hallway. After a couple of seconds the area is filled with the sound of clicks and rattles and the camera pans around to see Crème de la Crème in a flamenco dress and curled black wig strutting her way down the hallway, waving a maraca with one hand and clicking a castanet with the other. Crème spins around pulling a classic flamenco pose before she looks confused at the empty interview area. Slowly she realises she’s missed ReBelle’s segment and sighs, shaking her head befoe she heads off…
Aiello: It’s ReBelle on Monday Night Brawl! The tag champs are here and they’re promising to be a visible, accessible force within the EWC.
Bennett: … I’m sorry but how are we focusing on the crap spilling out of their mouths instead of the fact a man dressed as a woman just played castanets on screen like that’s just something that happens now? Honestly these freaks getting the belts might just be the worst thing to happen to the EWC.
Carter: Oh I wouldn’t jump to conclusions just yet, ReBelle have an impressive record and could be just what this tag division needed!
With that, we move to a commercial break.
STEPPIN' UP TO THE CHAMP
[NON-TITLE SINGLES MATCH]
Iggy Swango
VS Dominic Sanders (c)
[NON-TITLE SINGLES MATCH]
Iggy Swango
VS Dominic Sanders (c)
Aiello: Ladies and gentlemen. Welcome back to our Main Event for the evening!
Carter: The former EWC International Champion Iggy Swango will take on the current EWC Undisputed Champion Dominic Sanders.
Bennett: Sanders.
Carter: Sanders? What about him?
Bennett: That’s my damn pick. Without a doubt in my mind the Champ is going to dominate Piggy Swine-flu!
Carter: That’s a flashback to Rob Garcia, there.
Bennett: I learn from the best!
Aiello: Let’s go to Jessica Stroup who is ready to introduce our Main Event competitors!
Stroup: The following contest is a non-title match and it is our Main Event for the evening!
“3’s & 7’s” by Queens of the Stone Age hits the arena as the lights dim low before strobing between red and the pitch blackness of the arena. Just as the loud guitar riffs echo throughout the arena the lights starts pulsing red and Iggy Swango emerges from behind the curtain as smog engulfs her. She stands at the top of the stage for a few moments as she nods her head to the rhythm of the music.
Stroup: Introducing first... standing in at five feet seven inches tall and weighing in at one hundred and forty-five pounds... from San Francisco, California... Iggy Swango!!!
Iggy starts bouncing on the stage and rocking out with an air bass playing along with the music before making her way down the ramp. She throws the devil horns with her hands and sticks out her tongue taunting her fans as red and black confetti streamers come raining down from above on her way down to the ring. Iggy rolls under the bottom rope and pops up on her knees in the middle of the ring. She slowly stands her to her feet before raising her hands into the air.
Aiello: Iggy Swango has had some ups-and-downs lately, but there's no telling what is going through the former International Champion's mind right now.
Carter: She said she is out for revenge on Sanders for smashing the Prince guitar when they last went one-on-one. I bet she is ready for this one.
Bennett: Ready to get her ass whipped!
The lights go out in the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Purple lights cut on around the entrance ramp as "Drop the World" by Lil' Wayne begins playing.
"I got ice in my veins, blood in my eyes
Hate in my heart, love in my mind"
Dominic Sanders steps out from the back in a dark purple hoodie and black wrestling tights on, finished by white boots. The EWC Undisputed Championship hangs from his right hand. The hood of his sweatshirt drapes over his eyes as he stands at the top of the ramp. He stands alone at the top of the ramp and soaks in the boos from the crowd.
"So I pick the world up and I'ma drop it on your fucking head!"
Dominic beats his chest with his left fist and raises the Undisputed Championship in the air with a roar. The crowd boos even louder as he starts to make his way down to the ring. A cocky grin can be seen under the hood of his sweatshirt as he walks down the ramp.
Stroup: Her opponent... from Aledo, Texas. Weighing in at two hundred and seventy pounds... He is the EWC Undisputed Champion! DOMINIIIIC SAAAAANDEEERS!
Sanders rolls underneath the bottom rope and into the ring. He jumps up to his feet and stares out into the unadoring crowd underneath the hood of his sweatshirt, all while holding the Undisputed Championship high in the air. He grins and shakes his head as he moves over to the corner and waits.
Aiello: No sign of The Limit, tonight?
Bennett: He doesn't need them to be here for this one. He doesn't EVER need them to be here. He just likes to include them from time to time. What a guy!
Carter: Well, he better not be too confident. I haven't seen this look on Iggy Swango's face in a long time.
DING DING DING
Swango stares a hole right through Sanders as Sanders smirks from across the ring. Iggy makes a run at Sanders, who side-steps her and tosses her into the ropes. She bounces off and ducks a clothesline attempt. Sanders turns around and is met by jumping rump attack from Swango. Sanders hits the ground. Iggy bounces off of the ropes. Sanders flips over onto his stomach. Iggy jumps over him and bounces off of the other ropes. Sanders pushes up to his feet and leapfrogs her. Iggy stops in her tracks and Sanders turns around. Swango slaps the absolute taste out of Sanders’ mouth.
Aiello: My God what a shot!
Carter: The Champ might have lost a tooth on that one!
Sanders grabs his jaw and swishes some spit around in his mouth. She smirks at him as Sanders runs at her. Swango with a hip toss. Sanders gets up and runs at her again. Another hip toss. Sanders rolls out of the ring to regroup.
Carter: Iggy Swango is a house of fire!
Bennett: It won’t take long before Sanders stops toying with her!
Aiello: Yes. “Toying” with her.
After only a two count, Sanders rolls back into the ring. Swango runs over to stomp on the Champ, but Sanders rolls out of the way and up to his feet. He drills her in the side of the head with an elbow. Sanders pushes Swango back into the corner as he drives a shoulder into her midsection. He grabs her wrist and Irish-whips her to the opposite corner. Sanders runs at her with a big boot, but Swango ducks and Sanders lands straddling the ropes. Swango grabs the top rope and begins shaking it up and down as Sanders unceremoniously rides the top rope. Sanders finally slings off of it and onto his back in the ring.
Aiello: That wasn’t an eight second ride for the Texan!
Bennett: Oh you think you’re so damn clever! Show some respect to our Champ!
Swango drops a heavy leg across his face and goes for a lazy cover.

Easy kickout by Sanders. She lifts his head up off of the ground and puts him in a reverse chinlock. The crowd is behind Swango as the referee asks Sanders for a submission. The Champ says no and pushes himself up to his feet. Sanders grabs ahold of Swango and delivers a side-suplex to her to break the hold. Sanders gets up to a knee and shakes some cobwebs out and looks down at Swango. He drives his right hand down onto her throat.

Sanders releases the chokehold.
Aiello: Come on, now. Is that necessary?
Bennett: I’d choke a bitch too if I was him!
Carter: Steve, that is not politically correct.
Bennett: Fine. I’d choke a hippie too if I was him!
As Bennett’s broadcast partners roll their eyes, Sanders is up to his feet. He walks over to the ropes and steps through onto the apron. Sanders climbs up to the top, perhaps looking for the Titletown. Swango is to her feet and she runs at the ropes and bounces off, causing Sanders to drop and rack himself on the top turnbuckle.
Carter: That’s twice, now. Sanders will be out of gonads once this one is over!
Bennett: Gonads?! What the shit, Carter!
Swango goes up to the top rope and pulls Sanders up to his feet. She hooks his leg and the two of them stand up top. She delivers a high, hard fisherman’s suplex from the top turnbuckle. She keeps ahold of his leg and floats back over, this time delivering a second fisherman suplex. She bridges it into a pin.

NO! Sanders barely kicks out!
Aiello: Iggy Swango ALMOST had that won!
Bennett: What the hell is happening here?!
Swango is up to her feet now and Sanders is slowly up to a knee. Swango runs and bounces off of the ropes. She goes for a leaping hip attack, but Sanders catches her in mid-air. He goes for a German suplex. Swango resits and is able to roll through with a pinning combination.

Kickout!
Swango bounces up to her feet. She grabs Sanders and delivers a snap suplex in the middle of the ring. She runs over to the ropes and climbs to the top. She looks through her legs and Sanders is on his feet. Swango leaps off and nails a moonsault into a cover!

Kickout again!
Aiello: Dominic Sanders is just getting handled here!
Bennett: Bullshit! If that’s what you call getting handled, then Iggy Swango needs to go back to the training academy because this offense is amateur!
Swango grabs Sanders and pulls him to the corner. She leans him up against the turnbuckle and stomps him in the chest. She runs over to the opposite corner and then returns, driving her posterior right into his chin! Sanders slumps down in the corner as Swango raises her arms in the air and gets a pop from the crowd. As she turns around and towards Sanders, Sanders drives a thumb up into her throat. She stumbles backwards holding her throat. Sanders is up to his feet and sprints at her and spears her into the mat. Sanders covers.

Swango kicks out!
Aiello: Finally a little bit of offense from the Champ, albeit by a cheap tactic.
Bennett: Throats should be legal! I don’t see any harm in it!
Sanders is up to his feet and he goes over to the corner. He climbs the turnbuckles and turns around, looking for another Titletown! But Swango, once again, is to her feet. Sanders jumps off this time and walks towards Swango. Swango surprises Sanders and lifts him up. ACROBATIC TENAMENT!
Aiello: That’s it! Cover him and it’s over!
Wanting to make sure it’s over, Swango gets up to her feet and grabs Sanders. She shoves his head down indicating that she’s going for the Non Zero Possibility! Suddenly, “No Limit” by G-Eazy begins playing.
Aiello: Not now! The Limit!
The Limit, however, does not come out. The music stops playing. Swango is over at the ropes looking at the entrance way.
Aiello: Uh… I just heard over my headset that that was a glitch from our technical department.
Carter: Whatever it was, it might have saved Dominic Sanders!
Swango decides it’s nothing and turns around. Sanders lifts her up. RIPTIDE! SANDERS NAILS THE RIPTIDE! He covers Swango.

DING DING DING
Aiello: Damnit! That was just bad, bad luck for Iggy Swango!
“Drop the World” begins playing and Sanders sits over in the corner. Even he looks a bit confused by what just happened. The referee brings over his Undisputed Championship as Swango rolls out of the ring and leans on the apron.
Stroup: Here is your winner… Doooominiiiic Saaaandeeers!
Bennett: Just like I said! Dominated Piggy Swine-flu!
Swango slowly begins to make her way up the ramp as Sanders stands up to his feet in the ring. He raises the Undisputed Championship in the air.
Carter: I would hardly call that “dominating”, Steve! Iggy Swango was in charge that entire match!
Iggy has made her way up to the top of the ramp and suddenly Dominic Sanders has a microphone.
Sanders: Iggy!
Swango stops in her tracks and turns around on the stage to face Sanders. Sanders climbs out of the ring and slowly starts to walk towards her as he talks.
Aiello: This could get ugly.
Bennett: Beat her hipster ass more!
Sanders: You proved me wrong tonight. You fought a hell of a match and even though you did not beat me, I acknowledge your work. I’d like to offer you two things. First, I want to present a peace offering. BOYS!
The Limit emerges from the back. Iggy turns her attention ready to fight. However, instead of an ambush, they wheel out a platform with an object covered by a black sheet. They stop and stand feet from her on either side of the platform.
Sanders: Back on March 4th in Minneapolis I destroyed something near and dear to you. I busted the Prince guitar into pieces!
The crowd boos as Iggy’s face begins to turn bright red with anger. Sanders now stands within striking distance from her.
Sanders: Hold on, Iggy. I said I had a peace offering. D.J… Ethan… do it.
The two members of The Limit grab the sheet and lift it off revealing…
Sanders: I was able to get ahold of another one of Prince’s guitars. BUT… if you look closely, Iggy, you’ll see that this is a special version. Right there…
Sanders points to the signature.
Sanders: … is the signature of Iggy Swango on your very own Prince guitar. I want you to have it.
Iggy looks around hesitantly getting a mixed reaction from the crowd.
Carter: Something is fishy here.
Bennett: Hell no. This is just another instance of our great Champion being a great human being!
Sanders: But the other thing I want to offer you is a place in America’s Most Hated!
Aiello: What?!
Bennett: WHAT?! HER?!
Sanders: You’ve proven tonight that you’ve got what it takes to be one of the best in the EWC. "America’s Most Hated" takes on many meanings. For most of us, it’s because we are assholes or are downright hated people. But it can also mean that you’re hated for being one of the best. You bring out jealousy in others because you sit in the upper echelon of competitors. I’m not saying you’ve got to be an asshole. I’m not saying you have to be anything but yourself. But by being a part of America’s Most Hated, this is an opportunity for you to have ultimate strength in numbers and always have people at your back. The Limit. Draco Lazarus. Melody Malone. Jeff Noon. Rob Garcia. Dominic Sanders… you will be a part of us in a way that you never have to feel unconfident about what you’re doing because you’re one of the best. What do you say?
The crowd yells “no!” repeatedly at Iggy as she stands there and looks at Sanders. She looks down at the Prince guitar and back at Sanders. She walks over and checks the guitar out and picks it up from its stand. She inspects her signature on it and sees her reflection off of the fiberglass. She grabs the strap and slings the Prince guitar over her shoulder. Sanders extends his hand to Swango and Swango pauses. She looks at him once more and extends her hand, shaking Sanders’ hand. Sanders raises Swango’s hand high in the air as the crowd reacts in shock.
Aiello: I can’t believe it! Iggy Swango has joined America’s Most Hated!
Bennett: Normally I don’t question the Champ. I sure hope he knows what he’s doing!
Carter: And I sure hope that this isn’t a set-up for a backstabbing that we all see coming!
Aiello: Folks, we are about out of time. We thank you for tuning in tonight! We will see you again July 1st back in the States in Oakland! Goodnight!
The scene focuses in on Sanders and Swango with their arms in the air and The Limit posted up behind him as we fade to black.
