LAS VEGAS - With less than a week to go before Monday Night BRAWL emanates from the T-Mobile Arena, the General Manager took some time to address the ongoing situation between Gabrielle Visconty and Darius from his makeshift office at Desert Wind Coffee Roasters.
"After what happened at Brawl in Greensboro, I want to make something very clear. We take the health and safety of our athletes very seriously, so when people go out of their way to put themselves and others in danger, it forces my hand. As such, I'm handing out a hefty fine to both Darius and Gabi in the amount of $950 each. You might recognize that as the amount we give our staff and roster per month as a car allowance...and if you put two and two together, you'll realize this will help offset the cost of getting Joe Aiello a new vehicle in time for our next show.
In addition, I've determined that an X-Division match is not nearly enough for the two of you, since you seem so intent on tearing each other apart. We need to keep that contained...contained within a cage. So your match at MNB #554 is now a cage match, where you can only win by pinfall, submission, or escaping the cage."
Needless to say, Jim Connors has just upped the ante on what is already an amazing show in Paradise, Nevada!
