Martinez: Hello ladies and gentlemen, as always I am Omar Martinez and I am joined by Phillip Loydson.
Loydson: Yo.
Martinez: We have a stacked lineup for you folks tonight on the road to StrangleMania. In our main event, Asriel Buzzard looks to make his first defense of the HBO Broadcast Championship against Alex "Bullet" Carbajal. That match could go either way, eh Phil?
Loydson: I think Buzzard has it locked. He spoke about how much the title means to him already, and one doesn't lose something as meaningful as their first title so easily. It's why you never lost your title of virgin!
Martinez: Ok Phil. In our semi main event, we have King Flip taking on Ace King. King Vs King. Who do you have?
Loydson: King.
Martinez: Figured. And in our third marquee match of the evening, US Champion and resident Queen Melody Malone takes on two rookies who think they have what it takes.
Loydson: They don't. Melody Malone is a unique breed. She's literally the perfect woman ever. The only thing more refreshing than Melody Malone is a shot of Crown Royal.
Martinez: Uh... what?
Loydson: Crown Royal... Fit for a Queen! Want to be the best, you have to drink the best. And that's just the bottom line. So do yourself a favor and go get some Crown Royal. First bottles on you.
Martinez: I am unsure what this shilling is about but alright. We'll be right back folks, after this commercial break!
Loydson: Yo.

Rampage returns from commercial and goes straight to the locker room, and the crowd cheers as X-Division Champion Ace King limbers up. After a bit more stretching, Ace turns and heads to the sink, turning on the water and allowing it to pool in his hands before splashing his face with it. He grabs a towel to wipe the excess water from his eyes, but as he opens them, he stiffens up and the crowd boos as they see Marionette, accomplice to the Undisputed Champion, Stitches, standing behind him with a wicked smile on her face as she twirls her hair.
Ace King: Can I help you?
‘The Gambler’ turns slowly to face Marionette, who still has the wicked look, though she remains silent as she subtly bites one of her nails.
Ace King: What, does he move your mouth, too?
Again, Marionette twirls her hair silently as Ace raises an eyebrow, trying not to get too flustered as he runs a hand through his hair.
Ace King: You know what? I’ve got no problem with the quiet type… I’ve always preferred to do my talking in the ring anyway, so let tonight be a message to him.
With that, Ace sidesteps Marionette to head out of the locker room, only for Marionette to put a hand on his shoulder as he walks by, turning him around to face her as she becomes much more serious.
Marionette: He’s listening…
Her wicked smile quickly returns, then turns into a cackle as Ace is left perplexed, shaking his head as he takes his leave from the room as the scene cuts to...
MATCH ONE
S.T. VS The Young Lions
TAG TEAM MATCH
REF: MIKE MICHAELSON
Chriqui: The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall!
"For the Glory" by All Good Things begins playing throughout the Smoothie King Center. Jamie Love and Lorenzo step out onto the stage smiling and talking shit to each other as Maria stands in between them rolling her eyes. After a few seconds, she shoves them both down the ramp as they continue to talk shit.
Chriqui: Introducing first, from South Los Angeles... weighing in at a combined weight of 305 pounds... 'The Love Child' Jamie Love and Lorenzo... together they are THE YOUNG LIONS!
They get into the ring and wait for their opponents while Maria stands at ringside. "Pledge Your Allegiance" by Suicidal Tendencies starts up. 12 seconds in, the "S! T!" chants start. Aoife "Banshee" Maguire takes this as her cue to walk through the curtain with bodyguard and girlfriend, Katrina "Hairicin" Knox, right behind her. A second later, the team known as S.T., Jackie "Bandit" Layton and "Psycho" Saoirse Maguire, walk through the curtain as well.
Chriqui: And their opponents, from New Orleans, Louisiana... Jackie "Bandit" Layton and "Psycho" Saoirse Maguire... S.T.!
The four women make their way to the ring where Banshee steps through the ropes first. The others follow her in. She takes the center of the ring with Hairicin behind her and points to the two corners facing the camera. Bandit takes the left corner, Psycho takes the right and all four raise a fist in the air.
DING DING DING
Lorenzo and Bandit start this one off. Lorenzo makes a run at Bandit, but Bandit side-steps him and olés him into the S.T. corner. She puts the boots to his midsection and then quickly tags Psycho into the match. Psycho enters the ring and both members of S.T. begin to stomp away at Lorenzo’s midsection, knocking him down to his rear. Jamie Love steps into the ring to help his best friend. He runs and goes to splash both members of S.T., but they move out of the way and he comes chest-first down on the top turnbuckle. Love goes tumbling over the top rope and to the floor on the outside of the ring.
Bandit is finally urged out of the ring by Yasahiro. Psycho takes over. She pulls Lorenzo up to his feet and drills him with a European uppercut. She grabs Lorenzo by the wrist and whips him across the ring towards the other turnbuckle. Lorenzo reverses. Psycho crashes back-first into the opposite corner. She bounces off hard and runs at Lorenzo. She leaps with a dropkick, but Lorenzo grabs her legs mid-air and slams her down with a modified powerbomb. He grabs her legs and flips over with a jackknife cover.

She kicks out with relative ease.
Martinez: Still in the early feeling out process here.
Loydson: S.T. may not have Hamilton anymore, but they are still winners in my book.
Lorenzo gets up to his feet and looks over to his corner, but Jamie isn’t back up on the apron yet. He turns his attention back to Psycho, who is back to her feet. Lorenzo kicks her in the stomach, but she catches his foot. However, Lorenzo drops her to the mat with an enziguri. Lorenzo goes over to the corner and exits to the apron. He climbs up top and waits for Psycho to get to her feet. But he sees Bandit coming towards him along the apron. He turns and leaps off with a missile dropkick, knocking her off of the apron and sending him crashing down hard on the apron. He grabs his back as he rolls under the bottom rope and back into the ring.
Psycho walks over and picks Lorenzo up. She drives a knee hard into his aching lower back. Lorenzo arches his back in pain as he leans over the turnbuckle in the corner. Psycho spins him around and drapes Lorenzo’s legs over the middle ropes. She backs up and Lorenzo pleads with her. Psycho sprints and drills him with the Ballbreaker! Lorenzo drops out of the corner in pain and rolls around. Psycho covers him.

Broken up at the last second by Jamie Love!
Martinez: Jamie Love just barely saves this match!
Jamie gets up to yell at Yasahiro about a disqualification. Yasahiro argues with Love. Bandit steps into the ring, but she is cut off by Yasahiro. He instructs her that she needs to return to her corner. As this happens, the two members of the Young Lions grab Psycho and drill her with the SLA Shotgun! Lorenzo covers her, but Yasahiro is too busy with Bandit. Jamie Love comes over to argue with Yasahiro again. Bandit reaches over Yasahiro and drills him with an elbow to the jaw, stumbling him backwards and back towards the opposite corner. She steps back through the ropes and finally Yasahiro turns his attention to Lorenzo covering Psycho.

Lorenzo can’t believe it. He crawls over to his corner and, for the first time, tags Jamie legally into the match. Jamie runs into the ring and delivers a baseball slide to the side of Psycho’s head. He covers her.

Bandit is back in and breaks up the pin by yanking Jamie off of Psycho. Bandit quickly exits the ring as Jamie pounds the mat in frustration.
Loydson: Kid is letting his emotions get to him, that will cost you in the EWC.
Jamie gets up to his feet and Maria climbs up onto the apron. Yasahiro walks over to yell at her. Lorenzo steps into the ring and hands something to Jamie before running over and swinging at Bandit. Bandit ducks and grabs Lorenzo by the head. She drops down off of the apron and guillotines him across the throat on the top rope! Lorenzo’s head snaps backwards and he lands on his back in the ring. Bandit slides under the bottom rope and Jamie looks for The Love Tap on Bandit! She ducks and drills Jamie with the One-Armed Bandit! She goes over towards Maria and threatens to hit her. Maria retreats off of the apron. Bandit then turns and runs at Lorenzo and kicks him under the bottom rope and to the floor. Yasahiro turns around just as Psycho drapes an arm across Jamie’s chest.

DING DING DING
Chriqui: Here are your winners, via pinfall… S.T.!
S.T. celebrate their win, they are both visibly happy to break the dry spell they had been in. Jamie helps up Lorenzo and they head to the back.
Martinez: Young Lions gave it their all here tonight, but in the end the much more experienced S.T. picked up the victory. Young Lions can take this and grow as a team.
Loydson: They'll have to Martinez, or else they'll never make it as a tag team.
As Friday Night Rampage comes back on the air, we see Stephanie Matsuda and Phoenix Winterborn, collectively known as Psych Ward, in the backstage area with weapons in hand. Phoenix has a steel pipe, and Matsuda has a steel chair. It's clear they are looking for a fight.
Phoenix Winterborn: Oh Jamie! Jamie Love! Wherefore art thou, Jamie! We just want to talk with you and Lorenzo, we promise! We wouldn't hurt you after such a brutal loss!
Stephanie Matsuda: C'mon! I thought you two were lions! Don't back down like a couple pussycats!
Phoenix Winterborn: You're not afraid of this, are you? Hell, you like playing with toys, boys...we just brought some of our own this time! Just want a little talk, that's all!
A smirk forms over his mouth, as Stephanie blasts the steel chair against the wall in response. As the search for the Young Lions continues, Psych Ward is suddenly knocked down from behind, as Jamie Love and Lorenzo appear with their own chairs in hand. Phoenix and Stephanie roll through the attack from behind back to their feet, and the brawl ensues as everyone drops their weapons in the process. Backstage personnel and referees are quickly on the scene to try and break them up to little avail, as the Young Lions and Psych Ward are throwing hands left and right. The backstage personnel are thrown aside by Phoenix and Stephanie in an effort to get through to Jamie and Lorenzo. The Psych Ward starts to get the upper hand on the Young Lions with Phoenix grabbing Jamie by his hair, and slamming him up against a door while Matsuda bounces Lorenzo’s head off of a nearby production crate. Suddenly, Phoenix and Stephanie look up, and start running off as Southern Express appears with steel chairs in hand. Grizzly Duggan is behind them, fuming.
Bobby Rose: Where y'all goin? Thought ya wanted up to join the party, and make it fun!
Duggan grabs the chairs from their hands and throws them aside.
Duggan: That's enough. I WILL have order. You want to kill each other? Fine. We do it in a match. No DQ. Psych Ward Vs Young Lions... Vs S.T. The winners, they'll face Southern Express at StrangleMania for the EWC World Tag Team Championship. And that's that.
Grizzly Duggan walks away, while Southern Express look at each other, and then back at Jamie and Lorenzo.
MATCH TWO
"THE ANIMAL" SAMUEL MCPHERSON VS SHAKER JONES
SINGLES MATCH
REF: PIERCE PATTERSON
We return to ringside where Martinez and Loydson are standing by.
Martinez: That was a tense brawl between Psych Ward and Young Lions... and now we have a triple threat set for next show! But we move on from that, to a singles match. It's The Animal Vs Shaker Jones. And it's sure to be a fun one.
Loydson: We haven't seen The Animal in a EWC Ring in quite some time. This will be interesting.
Chriqui: The following match is scheduled for one fall. Joining us first, from Boston, Mass weighing in at 230 pounds ... "The Punk Rock Country Boy" SHAAAKEER JONES!
"Rudie Can't Fail" by The Clash plays as Shaker Jones makes his way to the ring.
Chriqui: And his opponent, from Las Vegas, Nevada, he is The Animal, SAMUEL MCPHERSOOOOON!
"The animal I have become" by Three Days Grace plays as the big man makes his way to the ring.
DING DING DING
Shaker runs across the ring and nails The Animal with a flying forearm smash! Samuel staggers back to the corner, Shaker unloads with rights and lefts getting an early advantage and getting the crowds excited early. McPherson stops this momentum quickly with a hard clothesline that folds Shaker right on the back of his neck! The Animal hooks his arms into Shaker's and violently picks him up in a full nelson hold, he whips Jones back and forth like a predator with his prey caught in his jaws. Shaker manages to hook his arm over the top rope, but before the referee can tell Samuel to break the hold, he drags Jones back to the center of the ring and starts shaking him back and forth again relentlessly! Jones kicks his feet up high in the air then swings them back hard into both of Samuel's shins, the big man's legs are immediately bent as he falls straight down into the repositioned head of Jones! Jaw to the top of a skull drops the big man. Shaker gets to his feet, he runs the ropes then jumps high in the air for a splash! 1...Samuel kicks out then stands up with Shaker held in a slam position showing great power! Martinez: The Animal isn't showing any signs of ring rust.
Loydson: He's looking like a true monster!
The Animal runs across the ring attempting a power slam but Shaker slips out the back door then pushes the bigger man face first into the top turnbuckle. He steps on the second ropes and mounts The Animal, he starts reigning down punches as the crowd count along, once he gets to eight, Samuel grabs his neck and nails him with a massive chokeslam! McPherson takes a moment to shake off the cobwebs of the hard punches, he walks over to pick up Jones but is hauled into a small package...
1.....
2.....
Samuel just kicks out in time! He swings a hard clothesline at Jones but it's dodged, Jones hits Samuel with a Supa Dupa kick spring boarding off of the second ropes! The Animal staggers back, Jones hits him with another springboard kick that floors him. Jones quickly drops down and applies his Casey Jones submission finisher! The anaconda vice is locked in but The Animal hooks his leg over Jones' head then kicks his face hard with the back of his heel, breaking the hold and instantly causing Shaker's nose to start bleeding. McPherson grabs Shaker's legs and wraps him up and a sharpshooter right in the middle of the ring!
Martinez: THIS IS IT, WE COULD SEE A TAP OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING!
Loydson: The Animal might just pull it off!
Shaker Jones is red faced and blood is pouring out of his nose, The Animal has the sharpshooter in tight with Shaker bent in half, the crowds start clapping and getting behind Shaker, causing him to amp up, he crawls with all his might and makes it to the bottom rope to break the hold. McPherson wastes no time and grabs Shaker by the hair, he throws him off of the ropes then clutches Shaker's neck in a Tongan death grip! Jones raises both hands in a double axe handle motion then brings them down to break the hold, Shaker staggers back to the corner holding his neck and gasping, The Animal puts his head down and charges at him, Shaker dodges to one side then starts laying in hard kicks to The Animal's chest, over and over and over again! He spins with a kick to Samuel's knee then quickly spins again with a head kick followed by a lightning fast foot sweep! The crowds are loving the speed of his kicks and start cheering louder. Shaker hops through the second rope and waits on the apron, he rubs his forearm and waits for The Animal to get to his feet, he hauls back on the top ropes then jumps, he springboards off of the rope then flies through the air for The Thunderbolt Grease Slapper! The phenomenal forearm fails though as McPherson catches Shaker and holds him in a bearhug position, he throws Shaker with a belly to belly suplex but Jones uses incredible agility to flip then land on his feet! He quickly jumps through the second ropes again and waits on the apron, The Animal slowly gets to his feet, he turns around but is nailed with The Thunderbolt Grease Slapper!

3!!
DING DING DING
Chriqui: And your winner, via pinfall! SHAKERRRR JOOOOONES!!!!
Shaker Jones runs to the turnbuckles, he climbs them and celebrates with fist pumps to the cheering crowd. He wipes his wrist across his nose and sees a lot of blood, he shrugs then does another fist pump for the crowds.
Martinez: The Animal almost had the win there, I thought Jones was going to tap.
Loydson: I definitely thought it was over. This Shaker rookie has more to him than I thought.
Martinez: Indeed.
The camera cuts backstage where we see Iggy Swango knocking on General Manager Grizzly Duggan's door. She has a bag in her hand.
Duggan: Come in.
Iggy enters and cracks a smile to Duggan.
Iggy: Grizzle! G Dog! How's it hanging!
Duggan: Yes Iggy, it is hanging. What can I help you with?
Iggy opens the bag, and pulls out a rather expensive looking bottle of some Italian wine. She sets it on Duggan's desk and slides it to him.
Iggy: Just a little present I picked up in Italy.
Duggan: Is this a bribe? Shouldn't you tell me what you want first?
Iggy: No no, it's a gift. Okay, listen her Duggo. That triple threat, I had a killer migraine man. I was unfit to work but I wrestled anyway. Because it was what's right. But now I am all fine. And I want another shot.
Duggan: Iggy, you can keep the wine.
Iggy reaches into the bag and pulls out a can of Progressive Chicken Noodle Soup. She shakes the can.
Iggy: Imported all the way from Italy!
Duggan eyes the can.
Duggan: I am going to have to confiscate that can Iggy. That looks like a very dangerous weapon. As for the match. I already planned a second chance match. Check the card later!
Iggy: Sure you were.
Iggy winks and then throws Duggan the can. She takes the Italian wine and leaves the office.
MATCH THREE
MICHAEL CADE VS MOXIE
SINGLES MATCH
REF: PIERCE PATTERSON
We return to ringside where PRIME Superstar Michael Cade faces Rampage Superstar Moxie.
Martinez: This should be an interesting match as Cade is stepping into the ring once again after defeating Lavender on PRIME.
Loydson: Moxie looks to make a good showing himself tonight after being victorious on Gambit. He looks to have great potential and should make an impact here on Rampage.
Chriqui: The following match is for one fall. Joining us first, Paradise, California, weighing in at two hundred and twenty one pounds ... MICHAEL CADDDEEEE!
'I Want it All' by Queen begins to play as soon as the beginning lyrics trail off into the opening riffs Michael Cade walks out from behind the curtain. The lights begin to flash in dues of whites and purples as he stops center stage placing his hands on his hips as he looks out towards the crowd. With a few passing moments he begins to walk down the entrance ramp towards the ring.
He’s handed a microphone as he walks up the ring steps and parts the ropes as he stands center ring. His music fades as the audience quiets down in anticipation of what he has to say.
Cade: The Extreme Wrestling Corporation is home to some of the best that this industry has to offer. It’s a long list of legends and budding legacies under four different umbrellas.
I’ve been asked why the EWC Michael Cade? Why’d you decide to step between those ropes of the biggest franchise that this business has to offer?
That’s an answer that’s both complex and yet rather simple. My Rampage opponent suggested that it took me twenty years to reach the pinnacle of this business. I get Moxie’s words though they were mind fumblingly gibberish at times.
But to suggest that I’ve just now come into my PRIME so to speak is rather ridiculous. I’ve been at the top of my game longer than you’ve been alive kid but I respect your gumption. You’ve got to say something, right?
I’m out here to say a little something of my own about guys like you and about guys like Xplode. I’ve had to apologize for some misplaced words previously about THE legend of the EWC. I have nothing but the utmost respect for him and the legacy that he built between these ropes.
I’ll admit that at times I slip back into those arrogant and villainous ways of my youth and my words are at times a little more harsh than intended.
I have nothing but respect for this business and as I’ve stated previously I’ve got some atonement and redemption that I feel like I owe this industry. That does not mean that I’m not going to come out here and give my absolute best night after night.
I’m going to make something extremely clear right now. I’m not in the EWC to simply be an opening match component. I’m here to make a statement.
I made that statement beginning on PRIME #76 when I defeated a former Television Champion. That message is simple.
I’m going to be gunning for that SHOWTIME Television Championship on PRIME. Whoever holds that title when that time comes better get use to the idea that their simply a placeholder champion. Their simply keeping it warm for the guy whose name can be summed up with one word.
Cade.
There’s a kid on PRIME that’s going to be learning that name the hard way. See you soon Lorenzo.
Cade drops the mic, and awaits Moxie.
Chriqui: And his opponent, from London, England, weighing in at two hundred and two pounds pounds ... MOXXXIIEEEEE!
Bring Me The Horizon's 'Can You Feel My Heart' hits the speakers, prompting the lights to dance around the arena with an ominous red glow. As soon as the guitar riff kicks in, Moxie emerges from behind the curtain. He marches to the end of the stage and glares at the capacity crowd surrounding him. Raising his fist to his jaw, Moxie lets out a roar and walks down the aisle, ignoring the paying spectators.
He slides underneath the bottom rope and rises to his feet in the middle of the ring. Moxie faces the crowd before snapping back to face the camera, emphatically raising both clenched fists high above his head before slowly descending them in stereo to both sides of his jaw.
DING DING DING
Things are quick to start as the Problematic Paradox rushes in towards Moxie and executes a Lou Thesz press bringing Mox down on his back on the canvas. Cade begins throwing rights to the temple of Mox who is quick to counter by grabbing the left arm of his opponent.
Cade quickly attempts to pull away as he tries to stand to his feet but Moxie wraps his legs around Cade and locks his legs behind his head.
Triangle Choke!!!
The audience shouts in surprise at the quick turn of events and Cade gasp as he struggle to catch his breath. The referee is quick to come and check on Cade as he attempts to fight off the move. He grasp his left arm and attempts to lift Moxie but is only able to move him forward a few inches.
Cade reaches out towards the ring ropes and is able to narrowly grasp the middle rope as the referee motions for Moxie to break the move. As Moxie releases the hold Cade is quick to roll out of the ring as he shakes his arm and rubs his neck.
Moxie breaks the referee’s count as he rolls out of the ring behind Cade. He grabs him spinning him as he attempts a strike but is blocked by Cade who kicks him in the midsection and then hits him with a knee lift dropping him. Cade rolls back into the ring again breaking the referees count.
Martinez: This one is heating up.
Loydson: Both these men want it badly!
Moxie is able to get back onto his feet but is again knocked to the ground as Cade comes flying over the top rope with a suicide dive. He over shoots the move a tad and has to stop his forward momentum as his arms are flung out to protect himself from hitting the guardrail. He’s back to his feet quickly as he pumps his arms with excitement. The audience applauds both his move and his energy following the dive.
Cade pulls Moxie up by the hair and whips him into the ring apron causing him to hit his lower back. Moxie screams out in pain as he grabs his lower back. Cade grabs him and then slams his head onto the apron before rolling him back into the ring.
Cade climbs onto the apron and then up the turnbuckles as he surveys his opponent. Cade goes for his patented Paradox Theory finisher!
WHAM!!!
Moxie is able to roll out of the way causing Cade to land with a crash onto the canvas. Cade rolls onto his back as Moxie attempts the cover and pin.
1…
2…
Kickout!
Cade is narrowly able to get his shoulder off the canvas as Moxie stands and begins laying hard kicks to the back of his opponent. Moxie then pulls him to his feet before hitting a perfectly placed Super kick. Cade falls backwards into the turnbuckles as he lands on his rear in the corner of the ring.
Moxie follows up with a dropkick to the seated man hitting him in the face. Moxie is instantly back onto his feet now fired up himself.
Moxie again pulls Cade to his feet and slumps his arms over the ropes as he’s leaning into the turnbuckles. Moxie backhand chops Cade with a loud smack as the crowd in the front row cringe with the sound. Moxie shoes Cade back to the canvas as he climbs onto the ropes of the second turnbuckle.
Martinez: Moxie might finish it!
Moxie motions to the crowd in an attempt to fire them up as he’s visibly waiting for his opponent to get back onto his feet. With a few moments Cade is able to stumble onto his feet as Moxie leaps from the turnbuckle and hitting an Enzuiguri from the second rope. Cade falls forward flat on is face as the audience cheers the moment.
The Problematic Paradox is able to push himself off the canvas but stumbles forward as he’s met with a European uppercut knocking him backwards but he stays on his feet. Moxie rushes in put Cade reverses with his Paradise Slam as he scoops and turns slamming Moxie onto the canvas.
Cade stumbles over towards the turnbuckles as climbs once again to the top rope. In a moment of obvious exhaustion Cade slips but catches himself giving Moxie enough time to get to his feet. Cade leaps off the top rope towards his opponent.
DRAGOON’S GLORY!!!
Moxie drills Cade with a v-trigger knee strike in mid air before making the cover.

Chriqui: And your winner, via pinfall MOXXXIEEE!Moxie pushes himself to his feet as he raises his arm into the air. He glances down at Cade before walking over to the ropes and steps on the bottom rope again raising his arm into the air.
Cade sits up and slams his hand into the canvas in frustration.
Martinez: I can’t believe what I just saw. Moxie hit a v-trigger to an airborne Michael Cade. That’s one hell of a move to hit out of nowhere like that.
Loydson: Cade appears frustrated and looks to be peering through Moxie as he celebrates. That’s a well deserve victory of a man with a bright future.

The scene opens up backstage where Brian Spade is shown standing alongside "Lt. ReKon" Davey Dunham. Among the first things we notice is his choice of t-shirt. It's an official "Heavenly Treats" tee. Interesting choice considering most people would rather promote themselves, no?
Spade: Ladies and gentlemen, I'm joined here by newly-signed Brawl superstar David Dunham. In just a few minutes he'll face off against Samantha Hamilton, but we've asked him to share a few words with us beforehand. Thanks again for agreeing to speak with me, David.
Dunham: No problem, Brian. But call me Davey. 'David' is too formal.
Spade: I'll keep that in mind. Okay, so first things first, you know I have to ask about the t-shirt. Big fan of Gabrielle and Candy, eh?
Dunham: You know, I'm as much a fan of this sport as I am a part of it, and I always root for the 'good guys.' Plus neither of them are here tonight as far as I know--but I've been couped up in my locker room. I figured it'd be a nice gesture if they got a little extra publicity.
Spade: That's considerate of you.
Dunham: Hey, we're not all self-centered. Gabi-Vee and Saidie had a rough go of it on Brawl, so I'm showing my support. I'm still waiting for my 3C shirt to come in the mail. They've been sold out everywhere.
Spade: I see. Now, since you mentioned it, I have to ask: What exactly constitutes a 'good guy' in your opinion?
Dunham: Pretty much anyone who isn't anything like Tommy Love.
Spade: Not a fan of The Memphis Mouthpiece, huh?
Davey laughs like he's just been told the funniest joke. Then he suddenly gets more serious.
Dunham: Not. At. All. Though I guess he's part of the reason I came here. I don't like cheaters, and I don't particularly think too highly of people who don't appreciate the fans. I don't get how it's so hard for some people to understand that without them, none of this would be possible. I'm here to defend the sport I love from people like Tommy.
Spade: Well said, Davey.
Dunham: I have my moments.
Spade: So before we get your thoughts on your upcoming match with Samantha, can you tell us what it's been like returning to pro-wrestling after being on a ten-year hiatus?
Dunham: The first thing I noticed was that I've gotten older, but a lot of the competition has stayed the same age. My generation's presence in the wrestling world is thinning out, though that's to be expected with the passing of time. I still have the same hopes and dreams that I had ten years ago, but I've learned to be more realistic about it. Will the EWC faithful ever see me holding the Undisputed Championship? Honestly, probably not. Will they ever see me make it to the Main Event at Stranglemania? Again, probably not. But will they see me go out there night after night, week after week, month after month, and give it everything I've got? Yes. I may not have many 'year after years' left in me, but that's all the more reason for me to make every single match I'm in better than the last.
Davey signals for a water bottle to someone off-screen. One gets tossed to him and he downs it all.
Dunham: I'm getting back into the swing of things. Truth is, leaving ten years ago was the right choice for me and my family. Now my daughter's old enough to understand how demanding this business can be, and how it requires a lot of commitment and sacrifice. I'll give it everything I have, but the one thing I'll never sacrifice is time with my family. I'm fortunate enough that they're both huge wrestling enthusiasts, and they're just as excited to be here as I am.
Spade: Good to hear. Now the time has come to get your thoughts on your match coming up next. Got anything to say?
Dunham: Honestly, I'm a big enough person to admit I sort of lost my cool earlier this week, but Samantha's gone off the deep end. I can't stand idly by while she and Xavier cheat their way to the top of the tag team division. The cat's already been let out of the bag on social media, but I recently reached out to my best friend and fellow athlete, Owen Titleman, and as soon as he's done in Japan he's going to be joining me in pursuit of the EWC Tag Team Titles. In the meantime, Samantha needs a lesson in basic human decency. If I'm lucky, I won't have to wait very long to take a crack at Xavier Reid, as well. These so-called 'Xtreme Ravagers' are already living up to their name, I'll give 'em that much. But in doing so, they're tarnishing the reputation of tag team wrestling. I can't allow that. We won't allow that. When I was my daughter's age, Owen and I dreamed of being the best in what we called the 'Duos Division.' We're finally going to get our chance soon enough.
Davey's attention gets caught by someone off-screen. He nods his head and puts up a finger to signal that he just need one more minute to wrap things up.
Dunham: The one good thing I can say about Samantha Hamilton is that she's talented enough to climb to the top of any division she chooses. It all just takes time. However, if she continues down the path she's on now, she won't have many people left to celebrate with. And if that's the case, then what's the point? You could have it all, but if there's nobody left to share it with, then really, you've got nothing. Now, Samantha, I'm about to head out there and give you a taste of what you're looking to get a lot more of if you don't change course. And if you're watching this, Saidie, this one's for you. Keep your chin up, kiddo. Brian, it's been a pleasure.
Spade: Thanks again, Davey. Good luck out there.
Davey bumps knuckles with Brian Spade, winks at the camera, then heads off toward the ring as the scene comes to an end.

SINGLES MATCH
REF: PIERCE PATTERSON

Martinez: We just heard from Davey Dunham, and he seems ready for this match.
Loydson: I don't think so. This is Ham Sammy we are talking about.

"Crossroads" – I Prevail blares throughout the arena. Davey Dunham makes his way out and heads to the ring, slapping hands with fans as he goes.
Chriqui: And his opponent, from Ft. Lauderdale, FL, weighing in at 145 pounds ... SAMANTHA "THE TITANESS" HAMILTON!

The Titaness saunters down the ramp, flanked by Joseph on one side and Tommy on the other.
DING DING DING
Hamitlon charges at Davey and kicks him hard in the sternum. Davey backs into his corner, grabbing at his chest. Sam then sends a shoot kick into Davey's inner thigh, dropping him to a sitting position. Sam begins to stomp Davey's chest, until she is backed out under threat of a DQ. Davey grabs the ropes and spins to his knees, hunched over. He uses the ropes to stand but Tommy Love is there and jams a thumb in his eye! The ref didn't see it!
Martinez: WHAT? Sam is letting Tommy cheat?!
Loydson: Hahaha, it's not cheating if you don't get caught kid.
Davey stumbles to his feet, blinded by Tommy and holding his eye. Sam rushes and slams him with a spear. The back of his head bounces off the canvas with a nasty thud. Sam makes the cover.
ONE! KICKOUT FROM DAVEY.
Sam drags Davey up to his knees and kicks him in the back of his head. Sam waits for Davey to get to his feet and then superkicks him in the sternum, sending him backwards into the ropes. Sam rushes for a second spear, but Davey goes low and is able to throw her over his back with a back body drop. Davey falls to a knee, while grabbing his chest. Sam is back up to her feet, Davey spins around quickly and jumps into a headlock while dragging Sam down into a brutal DDT. He goes for the cover but Sam powers out at one. Davey cuts a look over to Tommy Love who is now on the apron yelling at the ref.
Martinez: Tommy Love is going to steal this from Davey!
Loydson: It's not stealing, he's just doing his job.
Davey goes over to the ref and Tommy. He shoves Tommy off the apron and asks the ref if they can get back to the match. He turns around right into a superkick from Hamilton! The kick landed flush on the jaw. Davey falls backwards against the ropes. Davey stumbles off the ropes and eats a second superkick to the jaw! Davey dropped to a knee. Sam grabbed him to pull him up, but Davey flipped Sam into a scoop slam! Davey jumps for the leg drop, Sam tries to roll and Davey catches her on the back of the head! Davey covers!

KICKOUT BY SAMANTHA HAMILTON!
Davey has Sam on the ropes and he can feel it, he drags her up but Sam stomps Davey's foot and then knees him in the gut! Davey spins around hunched over. Sam goes low and lifts Davey into an electric chair! Sam slides Davey's leg off her shoulder while pulling his head down into the canvas. The top of Davey's head gives a sick crunch against the canvas. Reversal Of Fate lands flush.

DING DING DING
Chriqui: And your winner, via pinfall SAMANTHA HAMILTON!
Tommy Love enters the ring and is jumping like a darn fool about the win. Sam gets her hand raised when Grizzly Duggan appears on the apron.
Duggan: Sam, congrats on the win. One might call it a tainted win. But still a win. I wanted to let you and Tommy know. Next week, you will face Moxie. And Tommy Love is banned from the arena. Why might you ask? Because this is a big match Sam. Moxie Vs Hamilton, the winner faces Melody Malone at StrangleMania for the US Championship!
The crowd cheers. Tommy Love is yelling profanities at Grizzly Duggan. Davey Dunham has made it to the ramp, Grizzly shakes his hand and they both exit.
Martinez: THAT IS A MASSIVE #1 contenders match annouced!
Loydson: SAM VS MALONE! SAM VS MALONE!!!!!!
Martinez: I think Phil might have a stroke... We will be right back.
Camera cuts to ...
The camera pans over the cheering crowd down to the commentary table where Martinez and Lyodson are standing by
Martinez: Last week in our main event, we saw a great...
Martinez: Well, here we go again. Remarkable Mark Keaton has once again invaded Rampage unexpectedly. You have to wonder if he's calling out somebody again here tonight.
Loydson: Instead of learning to play the guitar, he should've learned about The Rampage roster. He's just going to get another ass-kicking for free.
Mark Keaton is stopped halfway up the ramp, he's elbowing Astonishing Kevin Fisher's arm and pointing to the crowd. The camera quickly catches an incredible blond woman jumping up and down excitedly. Mark makes a phone call motion to her, he makes a kissing motion then continues walking toward the ring to a chorus of boos. His eye-patched manager opts to take the steel stairs to the ring but Mark rolls in. He brushes off his leather jacket and walks across the ring, he grabs a microphone from a staff member. Kevin Fisher crosses his arms as Mark Keaton rubs his hand through his blonde hair before raising the microphone to his mouth.
RMK: Listen, wankers. Show a little respect to the most excellent dude that happened to pay this garbage show another visit! Ya, I'm talking to mostly that second row of the toothless brigade there, holy shit buy a toothbrush people!
Loud boos now, some fans start throwing garbage but security are having none of it as they point and tell them to stop throwing garbage.
RMK: I don't know if you've heard, or if you hillbilly's can even read, but my appearance on Rampage last time generated the biggest ratings spike this third rate show ever received, man! So if you're watching, GM Duggan, I'll be waiting by your office. When you're done handing out the roids to all your loser roster, you can grease my wicked palms with some serious cash.
Martinez: He better tread lightly if he wants to go down that route.
RMK: Now on to some serious business. I'm not here to call out any of these terrible wrestlers on Rampage, no friggin way dude. My manager, Astonishing Kevin Fisher...
Kevin nods.
RMK: ...did a little investigating after the last PRIME went off of the air. I was totally in celebration mode but it was cut short when I saw my beautiful new car damaged in the parking lot. I totally wondered what kind of gnarly animal would do such a heinous act? But Kevin came through, he found the garage footage! Roll it!
Mark points to the Mactron as the camera switches to black and white footage of the parking lot on Prime, Mark's car is parked over two spots and an older car pulls up. Noah Hartt gets out, he kicks Mark's car, then takes a baseball bat out of his back seat then smashes the tail light out. He spits on the car then gets back into his car. It drives off camera. Yaya Banana walks by with his handbag thrown over his shoulder, he walks back into the frame after a moment and stares at Mark's damaged car. He spits on it too before walking off camera.
The crowds erupt laughing.
RMK: Shut up! How would you idiots like it if I went out and spit on all your cars?!
Fisher grabs Mark's shoulder to stop his client from running out of the ring to attack the fans. He says some words to him to calm him down, Mark takes a breath then lights a cigarette. He blows a cloud of smoke out then raises the mic to his mouth again.
RMK: Noah Hartt, I know you're sitting in some god-awful sports bar right now and watching this show while drinking some shitty American beer. I spent a LOT of money on that car dude. Those damages are up in the thousands, man. Thousands! There is NO way I can forgive you for this underfragged... unpreventing....what word am I looking for Fisher?
Fisher: Unprovoked?
RMK: Unprovoked attack! There was no reason to attack my innocent car, you asshole! I promise you, the next time I see you, I'm going to drive my boot right into your ugly face, you fu.....
Martinez: It's Noah Hartt on Rampage! What is he doing here? He doesn't have a match!
The fans erupt as the Brawl superstar, Noah Hartt makes an unexpected appearance on the entrance ramp, he's wearing a black hoodie that's pulled over his head and he's holding a black suitcase in one hand and a microphone in the other. He walks to the ring with a purpose, he gives some kids a high five as they reach out to him. He stands by the ring for a moment, watching a livid Mark Keaton being held back by Kevin Fisher. Noah Hartt takes a moment to listen to his entrance song, he nods his head to the beat then jumps up to the ring apron while flicking his hood off with his head. He easily front flips over the top ropes. Mark gives him a golf clap.
Hartt: Mark, Mark, Mark.. you got to chill out man. I know the reason you've been doing these open challenges the last two weeks. It's pretty obvious that you've been scoping out people to tag with, good luck with that man. But you saw the footage as well as everybody here tonight! It was clear that I had every right to do that to your car. You can't just take up two spots whenever you want. Now I can't speak for Yaya Banana, but what he did was simply unspeakable.
RMK: You did the same thing! In fact, if you slow the footage down, there's MORE saliva coming out of your mouth than Yaya's!
The Mactron shows a split view of both men spitting on the car in slow motion, Hartt's spit clearly shows more saliva flying out and landing on the trunk.
Hartt: What I think you're really missing is what happens after Yaya Banana walks away.
They both turn to the Mactron again, the black and white footage shows Yaya Banana walking away, after about ten seconds, Scrappy Coco walks into the frame. He looks left then right, he leans back and holds his finger to his nose...
RMK: Shut it off! Dammit!! Shut it off! I was wondering what the hell that ball of slime was!
Hartt: Listen man, it's clear you're not very well-liked by the fans, or by the staff or the wrestlers, hell I doubt even your manager likes you. But I'm here to make you a peace offering, I have to admit, I felt the tiniest bit guilty for smashing your tail light.
Noah Hartt raises the black briefcase for everyone to see. Mark's eyes go wide as he gives Fisher a quick look.
RMK: That better be ten grand in that thing, dude. I won't be accepting anything else! You hear me!?
Hartt puts the briefcase on the matt then backs up, he beckons Mark to open the case. Mark balls up his fists, he points at Hartt and shouts a warning. He looks around then takes a cautious step towards the briefcase. Fisher suddenly reaches out and puts an arm over his chest, he points to himself but Mark tells him it's ok, he'll do it, he gently pushes Fisher back behind him as he takes another step over the case.
Martinez: For the love of god, just open the damn thing Mark, he's treating it like a bomb!
Mark reaches down, he undoes the clamps. He slowly opens it, the back of the case is to the camera now as he inches it open. The camera zooms in on his face as it looks like he's ready to cry, absolute joy comes over his features. He reaches in and pulls out a Molson Canadian beer from the briefcase. He opens it and takes a long drink.
Loydson: The drama unfolding here tonight is almost too much to handle.
Mark does a jumping air punch in joy. He points to the beer and runs over to Fisher, his manager doesn't look interested at all as he gives Mark a questionable glare with his remaining eye. Mark calls Noah Hartt over, he extends his hand. Hartt shakes Marks's hand then both men spontaneously break out in excellent air guitar playing right in the middle of the ring while Money for Nothing comes back on.
Martinez: I've been in this business for a long time, and my instincts tell me we just witnessed the unlikely formation of EWC's newest tag team here. How this fan favorite, Noah Hartt and obvious bad guy, Mark Keaton will get along will be anyone's guess.
Loydson: Well the fans will be divided, but I'm just glad that's over myself. Let's move on shall we?
MATCH FIVE
JOSH GAVIN VS TOMMY BURTON
SINGLES MATCH, WINNER GETS A TV TITLE SHOT AT FN'R #481
REF: MIKE MICHAELSON
We return to ringside where Josh Gavin and Tommy Burton are getting ready to face off.
Martinez: These two Rampage Superstars are about to step between those ropes and show EWC what the green brand has to offer.
Loydson: Their both relatively new to the EWC and looking to make an impact.
Chriqui: The following match is for one fall. Joining us first, Toronto, Ontario, Canada , weighing in at two hundred and forty give pounds ... JOSH GAVINNN!
Josh Gavin makes his way out at the exact moment as Fuel’s chorus hits. Gavin raises his arms side to side and looses a war cry.
Gavin pumps up the crowd as he marches down the ramp. Gavin climbs up to the apron and points out to the crowd. He spins across the ropes as he slides toward the other end of the apron, and points to that side of the crowd. Gavin climbs into the ring, and climbs the top rope, holding his arms out once more.
Chriqui: And his opponent, from New Brunswick, Canada, weighing in at two hundred and nine pounds ... TOMMY BURTONNN!
The drum beat. The screaming guitar… The unmistakable sound of Nirvana.
The lights dim slightly, the orange strobe of the lower stage lights strobe over the hooded man walking out. His hardened jaw. His mouthguard. His taped hands clenched hard as he makes his way down to the ring.
As the Scentless Apprentice plays, and the lights come up, we see Tommy Burton pull back his hood and remove his Club jacket. His eyes wide… crazy looking.
The music lowers, Tommy removes his hoodie, dropping it to the mat, he once again clenches his hands together… “Let’s do this”
DING DING DING
The two men circle each other as they are slow to begin as they take a few moments to size each other up patiently. Tommy Burton is quick to dodge a punch attach from the bigger man as he responds with several missed jabs himself. The two men tie up with a collar and elbow as Burton tosses Gavin into the ropes. Burton hits a hip toss and again as Gavin is quick to his feet.
Gavin is again quick to his feet and comes up rebounding off of the ropes and take Burton down with a cross body. Gavin is quick to his feet again as he attempts an elbow onto his fallen opponent. Tommy rolls out of the ring as Josh crashes onto the canvas.
Burton goes for the quick cover but Gavin kicks out at the one count. Tommy stands and begins to pull Gavin to his feet but is rolled up with a small package. Burton is able to kick out at the count of one as well.
Bot men are quick to their feet as they both raise with clenched fist.
Martinez: Both men want that shot at the HOB Broadcast Championship.
Loydson: Everyone wants a hand in being one of the first champions.
Tommy Burton is able to connect with several palm strikes to Gavin’s mid section and then to the head. The combination strikes dazes Gavin as Burton then whips him into the turnbuckles as he follows up with a quick knee strike to the face of the Harbinger of Destruction.
Tommy grabs Gavin in a waist lock take down and then mounts as he begins throwing rights and lefts to is face. Burton stands pulling Gavin up with him and hits a suplex dropping him back to the canvas. Burton then drops and elbow on his opponents neck and then again pulls him to his feet.
Burton goes to whip Gavin into the ropes but Josh reverses and responds with a flying knee knocking Tommy back into the ropes. Gavin dives towards Burton with a flying forearm causing both men to fly over the top rope onto the floor below.
Gavin is the first to his feet as he drops a forearm onto the back of his opponents neck. He then grabs him by the back of his hair and slams Burton’s face into the apron. Gavin rolls back into the ring and pulls Burton by the hair onto the apron. The two men begin trading blows giving Tommy the ability to roll back into the ring.
Josh Gavin is able to knee lift Burton before pulling him into a Exploder German Suplex.
Martinez: That's a big move from Gavin late in this one.
Gavin backs away momentarily waiting for Burton to get back upon his feet. Unsteadily Burton begins to stand.
Inferno Cutter!!
Gavin goes for the cover.

Chriqui: And your winner, via pinfall JOSH GAVIN!
Josh Gavin gets to his feet and allows the referee to raise his hand in victory as his music begins to play. He looks down to his fallen opponent and smirks as Burton rolls out of the ring.
Martinez: Gavin hit an awesome move there at the end taking home the victory. This was a solid back and forth effort from both men.
Loydson: I had Burton winning this one and I’m not gonna lie. I’d like to see these two go at it again at some point.
Martinez: And we have our #1 contender. Josh Gavin!
Camera cuts to ...
With the camera going backstage, we see debuting competitor Jackson Knight Jr. being well underway with his preparation routine, making sure to stretch out and warm himself up ahead of a big match. Before long, the microphone with Brian Spade in tow walks up ready to ask a few questions.
Brian Spade: Jackson, tonight is your big night, in just a few minutes you are going to be walking into the arena for your very first match in the EWC. How do you feel right now?
Slowing down his stretches, Jackson would sport a nervy smile, but a smile nonetheless as he prepared to answer the questions.
Jackson Knight: I mean, surely anybody that says they're not nervous is lying, right? I'm sure Melody felt nervous when she made her debut, and I'm sure Jack Severn is nervous to make a big impression despite all the big words he's been saying about me this past week.
Brian Spade: Speaking of those two opponents, both fellow debuting competitor Jack Severn and the US Champion Queen Melody had plenty to say about you and each other. For people that have no history between each other, it seems that all three of you are preparing to create some tonight?
Letting out a small nervous chuckle, Jackson would rub the back of his head as he did his best to figure out an answer.
Jackson Knight: It certainly look that way. But honestly, I'm just here to make my first step in this business. I'm neither here to make friends or enemies, you really can't get yourself making either in the EWC because everyone knows what happens to friends in this business, and enemies are a quick way to shorten a career...
Brian Spade: But surely there's more than just amicable professionalism, right? I doubt you're looking to go out and injure people, but you'll make enemies however tonight's match goes.
Jackson Knight: You're right, Brian. I can't win without either of them begrudging me the win, I can't lose without wondering what I could've done more to either of them to get away with it. That's just how it is, but I will fight my own style, and unlike Severn i'm not here to snap a few legs. And if he's going to try to snap mine, he's going to figure out really quickly that my knee injury is in the past, not in the present.
Brian Spade: Unlike Queen Melody?
Jackson Knight: Yeah, everyone seems to bring that, but everyone also saw what happened to her knee on the last show. And there's plenty of rumours going around that it's not just a small scare... And don't take this as me trying to preach because i'm a guy that's got as much wrestling experience than Melody has experience in the EWC. But that knee hasn't magically healed in the past weeks, and if I'm not gunning for it, I'm sure Jack Severn will be. My knee is fine, but can you say the same about yours, Melody?
Brian Spade: Ominous words...
Smiling he'd slap Brian on the back, but not without looking somewhat apologetic.
Jackson Knight: I'm just trying to win my match, and I will never in my life go out of my way to hurt another competitor. But i'm not going to stand here and act like i'd look the other way if my opportunity to win presented itself. If she steps in the ring thinking she's ready to fight, then I'll believe that and fight her at the fullest of my abilities.
Finishing his stretching, the nervousness had seemingly disappeared. Instead being replaced with a calm confidence, and pressing his fingers to his chest he'd look at the camera.
Jackson Knight: When it comes down to it, I'm looking to make 2021 my year. And the City of New Orleans will get to see what Jackson Knight can do!
With the speech finished, Jackson would make his deperature. Leaving Brian Spade to mull over what Jackson had said.
Brian Spade: Well you've heard it here, Jackson Knight is ready to start his EWC career and 2021 off with a big victory over Jack Severn and the US Champion Melody Malone!
MATCH SIX
JACK SEVERN VS JACKSON KNIGHT JR VS QUEEN MELODY MALONE
TRIPLE THREAT - NON TITLE
REF: MIKE MICHAELSON
We return to ringside.
Martinez: We just heard from Jackson Knight Jr, and now this triple threat is ready to pop off.
Loydson: I wish Melody would pop off.
Chriqui: The following match is a triple threat match! Joining us first, from Milwaukee Wisconsin, weighing in at 220 pounds ... HEARTLESS JACK SEVERN!
'15 Minutes' by Shattered Skies hits as Jack walks down to the ring once the guitar riff starts, smiling with the utmost confidence in his face. He claps for himself, mocking the crowd, as he enters through the ropes. Once in the center of the ring, he stretches out his arms and relishes in the crowd's hatred, mocking them and their heroes. before taking his jacket off.
Chriqui: Introducing, from Philadelphia Pennsylvania, weighing in at 200 pounds ... JACKSON KNIGHT JR!
As the lights go out and the arena gets plunged into darkness, the spotlights focus on the center stage. The silence eventually gets broken when 'The Show' by the Roots starts playing, and after a short wait the fans start cheering as Jackson Knight Jr. steps onto the stage. Raising a finger to the sky, he takes a short pause before getting his game face on and stepping towards the ring. Sliding into the ring, he takes a dash towards the turnbuckle on the opposite side of the ring, launching himself to the top and posing for the fans for a few seconds before settling down into the corner.
Chriqui: And finally, from San Diego California, weighing in at 145 pounds ... she is the United States Champion… MELODY MALONE!
Finally, the lights dim, but don’t go dark before the soft words of Billie Eilish’s “You Should See Me In A Crown” begin to play over the P.A. system. Melody comes out from backstage with her crown upon her head, the United States championship around her waist and her personal retainer Rory Hyland in tow. She’s unflinching to the crowd’s expression as she comes down the entrance ramp. Rory gets onto the apron, holding the ropes open for Melody to climb through without losing her crown. As Melody climbs into the ring, she gives the crowd a sarcastic smile before she relinquishes the crown and title to Rory and prepares for her match.
DING DING DING
All three start off eyeing one another before both Malone and Knight go in on Severn in tandem. Malone hits a chop across his chest and Knight kicks him in the midsection to double him over. They both grab hold and hit a suplex, and Knight goes to high five Malone only to get a pump knee strike for his troubles. Melody smirks as he stumbles back against the ropes and she clotheslines him over the top, looking across the ring before she races off, looking for a suicide dive onto Knight, only to get caught halfway across the ring by Severn with a spinning back fist. He pulls Malone up by a fistful of hair, hitting a Saito suplex before he drops down into a nonchalant cover that only gets a 1 count. He gets to his feet, looking down while feigning putting a crown on his head, but Knight comes in from out of nowhere to drive Severn back into the corner with a leaping knee strike.
Martinez: All 3 are going at full pace right now.
Loydson: But only Malone has the stamina to keep this pace!
Knight hammers into Severn with a flurry of forearm strikes, stunning the Heartless one before Severn stumbles out of the corner. Knight looks to Severn down on a knee and runs into the corner, 267 City Breakfast! Severn is down and Knight hooks the leg but Malone breaks up the pinfall with a standing moonsault onto both competitors. Malone and Knight both roll out of the pile up and Malone is to her feet first. Severn has rolled out of the ring, shaking out the cobwebs while Jackson and Malone circle one another. He takes a look at the braced knee of Malone, but before he can act on it, Malone jumps up with a standing dropkick. Knight stumbles back and Melody runs the ropes, throwing a crossbody toward the bigger man. He moves back a bit, but doesn’t budge far. He looks back at Malone before he runs the ropes toward her instead. Melody backs away, grabbing the top rope and pulling it down before Knight can make contact. He tumbles over the top rope, but saves himself on the apron. Melody uses the ropes to propel herself up, hitting a stiff kick that drops Knight down to a knee on the apron. Malone quickly steps between the ropes behind Knight, leaping forward with the Royal Treatment on the apron! Knight slumps off of the apron and Malone gets to her feet, a smirk on her face before she’s tripped up from behind by Severn, smacking the back of her head on the ring apron.
Martinez: That's a big fall for Melody Malone, she may be out of it!
Loydson: QUEEN!
Severn rolls into the ring, grabbing Malone by the feet and pulling her fully back into the ring. He takes stock of the woman in front of him before he reaches down and ties up her bad knee with his leg and leans back. He’s got Malone in the JTO! Malone’s already suspect knee has her writhing in pain and at ringside, Rory looks concerned before coming closer to the action. Melody tries to inch her way toward the ropes, and Severn yells for the official to keep Rory out of the action. Malone finally gets close enough to grab the ropes, but the official is too distracted by Rory to force Severn to break the count! Malone is screaming in pain, shaking the rope in an effort to get the official’s attention. Rory argues, pointing toward Malone and the official finally turns around to see Melody’s knuckles almost white gripping the bottom rope. Severn holds on until the official hits 4.999999 before he finally relents, a cocky grin on his face in Rory’s direction. Severn looks from Malone who’s rolled to her side, clutching her knee as the official checks if she can continue, to the crowd before pointing at Melody and saying something about the fallen ‘Queen’. The crowd cheers, but not for Severn as he turns around in realization before Knight grabs hold of him and nails him with a T-Bone suplex that leaves both men on the mat. Severn is slow to his feet, but he makes it up. He looks at Knight and goes for the pin but Melody Malone jumps off the top turnbuckle and catches Severn with a stunner! She also lands a leg drop on Knigth in the process for good luck! Melody covers Severn!

Chriqui: And your winner, via method MELODY MALONE!
Melody Malone is handed her title. She raises it high, proclaims she told us so and leaves. Severn is helped up by medical staff but he shoves them away.
Martinez: Vaillant effort from all 3 wrestlers, but in the end the Queen would not stay down.
Loydson: You just can't keep her down!
Martinez: Seems like it. We'll be right back folks.

MATCH SEVEN
KING FLIP VS ACE KING
SINGLES MATCH - NON TITLE
REF: TOYO YASAHIRO
We return to ringside.
Martinez: Now we have our semi final, King Vs King!
Loydson: I bet King wins.
Chriqui: The following match is a singles match. Joining us first, from The land of money and fame, weighing in at 220 pounds ... KING FLIP!
An ominous boom hits the PA as the arena goes a dark hue of steel blue. A lovely violin solo begins to play as the tron depicts the image of a massive pile of money under several spotlights. After fifteen seconds, the solo peaks into a frightful tone dragged on as the money bursts into flame. 'Machinegun' begins to play as the man in the hooded vest, head low, emerges from the curtain with manager Chanel in tow. He gets to the edge of the rampway when he lifts his hood to reveal that arrogant half smile.
The lyrics chime in as he walks slowly down the ramp with his eyes locked in on the ring. He slides into the ring and leans against the turnbuckle with arms agape as his theme plays, yelling something inaudible to the referee and ring announcer. He turns to the stage / his opponent ready for the action to start.
Chriqui: And his opponent, FROM Las Vegas, Nevada, weighing in at 235 pounds... He is the EWC X-Division Champion... THE GAMBLER... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE KIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINGGGGGG!!!
"Ace of Spades" rips through the Smoothie King, and the crowd cheers as pyro goes off in time with the opening drum beats. Ace King then calmly steps out onto the stage, his eyes narrowed and focused on the ring.
Ace rolls his head around the back of his neck for a few seconds before focusing back in on the ring, then makes his way down the ramp, interacting with a few fans along the way. He stops a few steps short of the ring, then dives in under the bottom rope as red pyro explodes from each turnbuckle. Ace pauses on his knees in the middle of the ring for a moment before getting to his feet, his attention locked in on King Flip.
DING DING DING
King Flip offers a handshake in the middle of the ring. He begins to clap and get the crowd into it. Ace shakes his head, but the crowd is chanting DO IT DO IT DO IT. Ace steps into the center of the ring and grabs Flip's hand. Flip goes for a poke to the eyes with his other hand but Ace slips to the back and grabs a waist lock. He pulls Flip into a German suplex and drops him on his neck. Flip gets up to his feet stumbling around while Ace hits the ropes and comes into Flip with a slingblade, putting Flip back on his neck. Flip crawls to the ropes, and uses them to stand. He puts his hands up and begs Ace off, Ace dropkicks his leg, which causes Flip to fall into a facebuster on himself. Ace pulls Flip up but Flip shoves Ace backwards into Toyo. Flip kicks Ace in the groin and does a double thumb poke to the eyes! Flip takes a back and pulls Ace into his own high angle German suplex, dumping Ace on the back of his neck. Flip grabs his own neck from the strain.
Martinez: That neck pain will only get worse at this match wears on.
Loydson: So he should finish Ace fast!
Ace gets to his feet, and Flip spins into a heel kick that connects with his stomach. Ace stumbles backwards and Flip spins into another kick. Flip pulls Ace up into a side headlock and jumps into a bulldog. Flip makes the cover.
ONE!
KICKOUT BY ACE KING.
Flip pulls Ace up to his feet and grabs another side headlock. Flip goes for a second bulldog but Ace shoves him off. Flip turns around and is met with a second slingblade. Flip yells in agony and grabs his neck. Ace pulls Flip to his knees, then his feet and standing neckbreaker! Ace rolls Flip onto his stomach and hits a standing moonsault with his knee landing flush on the back of Flip's neck. Ace makes the cover.
ONE!
TW... KICKOUT BY KING FLIP.
Martinez: King Flip is still in this one.
Loydson: But for how much longer? You're losing it boy!
Ace King pulls King Flip up to his feet and spins him around. King hits a European uppercut into the back of Flip's neck, causing Flip to fall forward to a knee. Ace spins Flip around but Flip jumps into an enziguri. Ace stumbles backwards, Flip grabs his neck and advances on Ace but Ace is able to get Flip up onto his shoulders in a torture rack. Flip looks like he might tap from the pain to his neck when Ace swings him down into a piledriver! Blackjack Bomb! King covers.

TWO!!
THREE!!!
DING DING DING
Chriqui: And your winner, via pinfall ACE KING!
Toyo hands Ace his X-Division Championship. Medical staff help King Flip up, and in response to his loss he promptly kicks Ace in the groin while his back is turned. King Flip rolls from the ring and limps to the back. Ace is helped up by a ref, clearly in a lot of distress from the testicular assault he just suffered. Ace glares at Flip and you have a feeling this one isn't over yet. Ace composes himself, and the Gambler is left standing in the middle of the ring to soak in the crowd’s adulation. From the corner of his eye Ace King notices Marionette standing in the front row, behind the crowd barricade, chewing a piece of gum between her teeth as she picks at her nails. Marionette notices Ace looking in her direction and gives him a little wave with the most wicked of smiles.
Martinez: We saw Marionette earlier in the night giving Ace a stern warning. What is she doing out here now?
Loydson: Plotting devilish deeds, I would assume.
Ace, at first caught off guard, realizes this may be a trap and turns around in the ring to look for any intruders. As the Gambler turns around he feels the sole of the carnival clown’s boot directly in his face as Stitches connects with the Beautiful Disasterpiece with the utmost ferocity.
Loydson: The Undisputed Champion is here on Rampage!
Martinez: And he is sending a statement to Ace King; his challenger for Stranglemania.
Marionette watches on from behind the crowd barricade as Stitches and Nevaeh beat down Ace King in the middle of the ring. Stitches delivers stomp after stomp to Ace King as Nevaeh lays in several stiff strikes to Ace’s forehead. Suddenly Stitches springs to his feet and informs Nevaeh to stop attacking Ace.
Stitches: Lift the son of a bitch up! The Gambler needs to be humbled just a little bit.
Nevaeh does as she is told and lifts Ace to his feet. However, now that he is back to his feet Ace has more of an opportunity to fight back and he does just that. Ace delivers a few stiff elbows to the side of Nevaeh’s head but is quickly shut down by Stitches who delivers a swift punch to Ace’s gut, doubling him over. Stitches attempts to grab Ace, but the Gambler shoves the carnival clown away.
Stitches: Don’t make this difficult for yourself, champ! No one back there is coming to help you.
Nevaeh drives the point of her elbow into the mid-section of Ace’s spine as the Gambler cries out in pain. Nevaeh shoves Ace in the direction of Stitches who grabs the Gambler around the head and sets him up for the Sound Of Silence. Suddenly ‘Party Hard’ by Andrew WK starts to play as the crowd cheers for the arrival of El Pablo.
Martinez: El Pablo is here on Rampage!
Maintaining control of Ace’s head, Stitches stares up at the entrance ramp and so too does Nevaeh, but there is no El Pablo in sight.
Loydson: Don’t be ridiculous. El Pablo isn’t here tonight.
The carnival clown chuckles a little before readying himself to hit Ace with the Sound Of Silence.
Stitches: See? No one is coming to help you. Not even your best friend.
Stitches is about to drop Ace on his head with the Sound Of Silence. Suddenly, out of nowhere, El Pablo springs off of the nearest turnbuckle and connects with a diving forearm which connects to the side of the carnival clown’s head.
Martinez: You were saying, Loydson?
Stitches lets go of Ace and stumbles backward into the corner of the ring. El Pablo’s focus is on Stitches as he approaches the carnival clown in the corner of the ring. From behind Nevaeh attacks El Pablo and the two of them brawl in the center of the ring. Stitches uses this opportunity to sneak out of the ring.
Loydson: The carnival clown is getting out of dodge.
Martinez: He started this, why can’t he finish it?
Loydson: Why would he risk getting injured before Stranglemania?
Both El Pablo and Nevaeh throw shots in the middle of the ring as Ace recovers from the onslaught nearby. El Pablo manages to gain the advantage over Nevaeh and sets her up for the Taste The Rainbow. Before El Pablo can connect with the move Stitches grabs Nevaeh by her ankles and drags her out of the ring and out of the way of El Pablo’s finisher move. Both Stitches and Nevaeh back themselves up the ramp as El Pablo tends to Ace King. The carnival clown demands a microphone from the nearest production crew member who obliges. Stitches lifts the microphone to his mouth as he pants a little.
Stitches: Read ‘em and weep... the dead man’s hand again...
With that, Stitches tosses the microphone down at the entrance ramp, it bounces a few feet into the air before dropping back down to the ramp once more and resting in place. Both Stitches and Nevaeh head back through the entrance curtain, the carnival clown holding the back of his head. As El Pablo helps Ace King to his feet they both turn their attention back towards Marionette who still stands in the front row behind the crowd barricade. However, this time she is not alone. Towering behind her is the gargantuan Harrow Quinn and standing next to her is Felix Lestrange who has his head tilted slightly to one side. Marionette’s eyes meet Ace’s, and she smiles before reaching into a pocket. From the pocket she pulls out a playing card, the same playing card she had left for Ace on Brawl which reads ‘Don’t forget the Joker’. Marionette holds the playing card up for both Ace and El Pablo to see. All three of them stare, deadpanned, at both Ace and El Pablo standing in the ring.
MATCH EIGHT | MAIN EVENT
ALEX "BULLET" CARBAJAL VS ASRIEL BUZZARD
SINGLES MATCH FOR THE HBO BROADCAST CHAMPIONSHIP
REF: TOYO YASAHIRO
Chriqui: The following matchup is your Main Event for the evening, and it is for the HBO Broadcast Championship!
The lights dim and the Shieldmaidens' motto “Hell is empty and the Maidens are here!” comes over the X-Tron as guitar stabs ring out. Concrete Blonde’s “God Is A Bullet” starts up in earnest and Samantha “Titaness” Hamilton, Jackie “Bandit” Layton, “Psycho” Saoirse Maguire, Aoife “Banshee” Maguire and Katrina "Hairicin" Knox walk out seemingly leading the way for their sixth sister. Alex “Bullet” Carbajal makes her way out in a full length boxing robe, ready for war.
Chriqui: Introducing first, the challenger. From New Orleans, Louisiana... representing the Shieldmaidens... ALEX "BULLET" CARBAJAL!
The Shieldmaidens make their way to the ring and Bullet steps in, starting to shadowbox the second she steps in. She raises her hands into the air and then nods, ready to go. Her music fades.
“IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE?”
As the first notes of "Machine Head" pound through the arena, images of the Great Plains appear on the X-Tron, mixed with pictures of crosses and churches. Spotlights flash around the arena but focus on the stage as the drums and heavier riff starts and Asriel Buzzard appears through the curtain.
“COME ON!”
He stands at the top of the ramp, eyes closed and fists clenched in front of his chest for a few seconds. The HBO Broadcast Championship around his waist gleams in the spotlights.
Chriqui: And her opponent, from Hill City, Kansas... weighing in at 196 pounds... he is the HBO Broadcast Champion! ASRIEL BUZZARD!
After opening his eyes, he starts to march to the ring, glaring at the fans putting their hands out over the barrier. He circles the ring twice after arriving at ringside.
“THE PARANOIA, DROPS ME TO MY KNEES”
Asriel walks up the ring steps, dashes along the apron and climbs to the top rope.
“CAUSE NO FLAG CAN MEAN BRAVERY WHEN BLOODIED BY SLAVERY, THE REBEL, A DEVIL, DISGUISED AS A SAVIOR”
On the top rope, Asriel holds his arms aloft then brings them to his chest where he holds them together briefly before leaping down into the ring and removing his jacket. He unsnaps the HBO Broadcast Championship from his waist and hands it to Toyo Yasahiro. Yasahiro walks over to Bullet and shows it to her before lifting the beautiful HBO Broadcast Championship high into the air. He walks over and hands it to the ringside attendant as the bell rings.
DING DING DING
Bullet and Buzzard circle each other in the middle of the ring trying to feel each other out. Despite being in the ring with one another two weeks ago, this is a completely different situation without Iggy Swango in the mix. Buzzard moves in with a collar and elbow tie-up. He pushes Bullet back into the corner and Yasahiro begins a five count to get him to break it. Buzzard backs off at three and puts both arms into the air. Bullet relaxes for a second and Buzzard drives a boot into her midsection. He lifts her up and sets her on the top turnbuckle. He begins to climb, himself, but she shoves him off. He lands on his back, but does a backwards somersault and back up to his feet. He runs at her and leaps up onto the middle rope, driving a knee into her jaw. He drops off of the ropes and she drops into the corner. Buzzard turns and walks away and then turns back to Bullet. He sizes her up and runs and delivers a basement dropkick. Bullet moves out of the way and Buzzard dropkicks the bottom turnbuckle.
Bullet climbs up to her feet and drops an elbow right into Buzzard’s sternum. She grabs both of his legs and drags him out of the corner. She covers.

Quick kickout by the Champion.
Martinez: Big kickout from Buzzard there.
Bullet stays on the attack and grabs one of Buzzard’s arms and puts him in an armbar. Yasahiro checks for a submission, but Buzzard shakes his head “no.” Buzzard rolls over, pinning Bullet’s shoulders to the mat.

Bullet releases the hold and kicks out.
Both competitors get up to their feet and face off in the middle of the ring. Buzzard goes in for another tie-up, but Bullet drives a forearm into his jaw. She shoves him back into the ropes and runs, clotheslining him over the top rope and to the outside onto the floor right in front of the Shieldmaidens. Bullet sees Buzzard getting to his feet. She runs to the opposite side and bounces off of the ropes. On the return, she dives with a suicide dive through the ropes and into Buzzard, knocking him back into the announce table. Loydson and Martinez scatter as Bullet grabs Buzzard’s head and slams it down hard onto the table. Yasahiro’s count is at three as Bullet grabs Buzzard by the wrist. She Irish-whips him towards the steps. Buzzard counters and Bullet slams hard into the steel steps. Buzzard goes over and picks her up and rolls her into the ring. Buzzard climbs up onto the apron and climbs to the top rope. He leaps off with the shooting star press he calls “Anybody Out There” but Bullet gets her knees up and he lands hard on her knees. He rolls around the ring holding his stomach as Bullet crawls over and hooks his leg for a pinning attempt.

Kickout by Buzzard!
Loydson: Buzzard will not stay down!
Bullet turns Buzzard over and locks in the LaBell Lock. Buzzard reaches back with his foot and is just close enough to drape it over the bottom rope. Bullet is forced to release the hold. She gets up to her feet and pulls Buzzard up to his. Buzzard breaks her grip and drills her with a European uppercut. He follows it up with a second with the other arm. He shoves her head down between his legs and picks her up, spiking her into the mat with a piledriver. He turns over and covers her.

Kickout at the last second!
Buzzard shoots Yasahiro a look as Yasahiro explains that Bullet got the shoulder up. Buzzard gets up and Bullet is up to a seated position. Buzzard runs the ropes and goes for The Release! Bullet drops backwards, making Buzzard miss. Buzzard hops up to his feet quickly and drops a knee right down on her temple. He walks over and grabs her left leg, turning her over into a single leg Boston crab. Bullet is in the middle of the ring. Yasahiro asks if she submits, but she shakes her head. Bullet slowly begins to crawl her way to the ropes. Just as she is about to get there, Buzzard stands up and drags her back to the center of the ring. Before he can sit down, Bullet rolls over and puts both feet into his chest. She shoves him back and he bounces off of the ropes. He returns with a basement dropkick. Buzzard covers her again.

Martinez: This is every bit the back and forth we expected for the first ever HBO Broadcast Defense.
Buzzard slowly rolls off of her and crawls up to his feet. He walks back over to the corner and exits the ring to the apron. He climbs up to the top turnbuckle and leaps off, once again looking for “Anybody Out There.” He connects this time and stays on for a cover.

THR-NO! Bullet kicks out!
Buzzard can’t believe it. He thought he had her beaten. He lifts her off of the mat. He lifts her up for The Survival. Bullet counters it into a DDT! Both Bullet and Buzzard are down. Yasahiro begins to count to ten. He gets to five before Bullet begins to roll over towards the ropes. She pulls herself up to her feet and turns around, leaning against the top rope. Buzzard is slowly stirring. She walks over and lifts him up. She grabs him by the wrist and looks for the ripcord rolling elbow she calls “Dios Es Una Bala.” Buzzard ducks the elbow and lifts her up into a belly-to-back suplex, dropping her on the back of her head. Again, both competitors are down.
Buzzard is the first one to stir, this time. He steps up to his feet and grabs Bullet. He backs up to the corner and climbs to the middle rope. He swings around and drives her down with a tornado DDT. Buzzard slowly crawls over and covers her.

Kickout!
Neither one of these two are quick up to their feet. Exhaustion is beginning to set in. Yasahiro checks on both competitors. Both are able to continue so Yasahiro steps away. Bullet and Buzzard are both slowly up to their feet. Bullet drives a forearm under his chin. Buzzard hits her with a European uppercut. She strikes back with another forearm. He hits her with another uppercut. Bullet backs up towards the ropes and runs at him, jumping and driving a knee under his chin. He stumbles backwards and gets caught up into the ropes by both arms. His whole chest is exposed. Bullet walks towards him slowly, measuring him up. Cabacera right to his head!
Bullet grabs the woozy Buzzard and untangles him from the ropes. She grabs him by the wrist and goes for the Dios Es Una Bala once again! Buzzard ducks underneath it. He lifts her up and connects with The Survival! She drops to the mat and Buzzard collapses on top of her.

Chriqui: Here is your winner… and STILL HBO Broadcast Champion! ASRIEL BUZZARD!
Buzzard is handed his championship. He smiles at it, and then holds it high.
Martinez: Buzzard becomes the first man to defend the HBO Broadcast Championship. Congrats to the champ! But Bullet really seemed to have him on the ropes a few times. I wouldn't be shocked to see these two go at it again sometime. That'll do it for us ladies and gentlemen. Thanks for tuning into another exciting Friday Night Rampage!
