On the X-Tron, this episode of Paramount Wrestling begins with its opening video montage detailing many of the historic events that have taken place in the five-year history of Future Stars of Wrestling, setting the tone for the history of the Orange brand. From past champions like Jason Hunter, Dixie Dubois, Amis Shelton, Magdalena Lockheart, and Otaki all standing underneath an old FSW logo to the more current Future Stars Champions like Xavier Reid, Cletus Franklin, Robina Hood, Robbie Rayder, Stitches, Candy, and Wes Walker tearing down that mold, showing the Paramount Wrestling Logo...

As more pyro goes off the the Paramount Wrestling logo appears and flashes of the roster appear on the screen such as Robbie Rayder, Marcu$ $t. John, Asriel Buzzard, Adriana Aquilla, Nevaeh, Faith Rivers, Isabella, Bathsheba, The Halo Syndicate, Yung Chedda, Shaker Jones, and lastly Remarkable Mark Keaton. Then, the camera cuts to a series of shots of the Paramount Wrestling champions; James Keaton stands tall, the CW Broadcast Championship over his shoulder, Jordan Freakin' Sharpe pounds his fists and prepares to fight, the EWC North American Championship around his waist, El Pablo is shown swimming in skittles, the EWC X-Division championship diagonally across his chest, the Southern Express with Bunny Love holding both EWC World Tag Teach Championship belts is shown next before finally settling on an image from the end of WrestleFest XIX, Killjoy Ito standing alone in the ring, his arms outstretched, the EWC Undisputed Championship proudly around his waist..

The camera pans around the loud and out of control audience. As the fireworks continue to explode, the fans chant and cheer! Cameras pan around the arena to catch some of the signage that many fans have brought to Estadio Azteca with them here tonight. The Paramount Wrestling fan-base is as adamant about having their voices heard now as ever:
"La belicista derrotará al as de EWC"
"¿Por qué Candy, por qué?"
"JFS=Mejor campeona en EWC"
"Lo Dovino probará el arcoíris!"
"¡Mark Keaton es un asqueroso!"
"PAR-A-MOUNT!!!"

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Yung Chedda
VS "Remarkable" Mark Keaton
VS Carrie Samson
Match Writer: @themiracle
We return to ringside where Tim Watson and Cyd Sidney are standing by, ready for the first matchup of the night!
Watson: Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to get things kicked off in the ring and boy what a doozie it is. We’ve got the Care Bear herself, Carrie Samson stepping into the ring for what should be a fast paced, competitive and possibly even BRUTAL triple threat match as she faces not only Ya Royal Dripness, the man bringing big money and even bigger dick to every arena across the globe, King Clout Yung Chedda… but also, last but definitely not least, the always impressive (and always dangerous) Remarkable Mark Keaton! What an opening match, let’s take it over to Isabella Starr who’s ready to introduce the first competitor!
Starr: The following contest is a Triple Threat Match!! Joining us first, from Water Mill, NY weighing in at 120 pounds ... YUNG CHEDDA!

Yung Chedda his the stage with an entourage in tow, and proceeds to head to the ring.
He takes time to stop and pose with his arms folded over his chest and a sneer on his face while his entourage fires off money guns behind him at the mention of his name coming from Isabella. Once at the ring, Chedda makes quick work of the steps, slips in between the ropes, and takes to his corner.

Starr: And his opponent, from TORONTO ONTARIO CANADA, weighing in at 229 pounds ... REMARKABLE MARK KEATON!
Mark Keaton walks out on to the stage, he's wearing a thick, black leather jacket with studs and sunglasses. Mark is smoking a cigarette and sneering. He stops his swagger at the top of the ramp to play some excellent air guitar for a moment. Astonishing Kevin Fisher walks out behind him, he gives Mark a tap on the back of the shoulder. Mark does one final riff then makes a throwing motion, tossing his air guitar into the crowds. Slutty Melons walks out in a revealing, low cut black dress showing off her double D's , she hangs off of Mark's neck in a seductive way and looks playfully back at the camera and winks; Mark removes his cigarette and flicks it at the camera, he starts walking to the ring while banging his head to his entrance music. He removes his sunglasses and jacket then runs, he slides in the ring then runs to the top turnbuckle. He's yelling at the crowds now and flexing his biceps. He jumps down then runs to another turnbuckle, this time he flexes his chest and points to his abs.

Starr: And our last competitor in tonight’s triple threat match, from DALLAS, TEXAS, weighing in at 125 pounds ... CARRIE SAMSON!
Bright lights quickly start floating around the arena as "Doin’ it Wrong" by Brent Rivera begins to play. Carrie Samson saunters out onto the stage with a smile before bouncing down the ramp. She leaps onto the ring apron then jumps over the ring ropes. She continues to bounce around.
DING DING DING
The match starts with all three competitors squaring each other up, slowly moving into the center of the ring from their respective corners. Carrie and Chedda both break the staring contest, storming in for each other, meeting in a lockup. Meanwhile, Mark Keaton immediately backs away, rolls out underneath the bottom rope, and joins his cohorts Astonishing Kevin Fisher and Slutty Melons at ringside, wanting absolutely nothing to do with the fast paced and high flying back and forth affair these two agile lightweights are about to put on. He snaps his fingers at Ms. Melons, who quickly pulls a pack of Camels out of her bra, places one into Keaton’s mouth and lights it up for him. Keaton takes a relaxing pull off the cigarette and exhales all over the fans immediately behind him in the front row.
Meanwhile, in the ring, Carrie Samson and Yung Chedda are going at it showing absolutely no remorse for each other’s bodies, firing off stiff kick after stiff kick at each others’ shins. Chedda eventually breaks, falling to his knees. Carrie rushes back to the corner… and charges back into Chedda… Shining Wizard! Chedda’s head hits the mat with a thud! Carrie kips up, and turns around to Chedda mustering up enough energy to pull himself to his feet. It’s to no avail, however, as Carrie puts him back down just as quickly as he came up with a Zit Zat!
Back on the outside of the ring, now slid into the ring twice to break counts while his opponents wreck each other, Remarkable Mark Keaton continues to enjoy his cigarette as Slutty Melons now comforts him with a back rub. Suddenly, out of nowhere comes Carrie Samson into camera shot as she launches herself over the top rope towards Keaton and Melons, nailing them both with a Corkscrew Moonsault Plancha! The crowd is going wild as Carrie Samson is on fire!
Watson: Carrie Samson is taking care of business inside the ring where it matters, but outside the ring Mark Keaton is showing...Zero care about this match!
Sydney: Also, don't smoke kids. It's not good for your health and the opinions of Mark Keaton are in no way those of the EWC, it's sponsors or broadcast partners!
Carrie grabs Mark’s cigarette that hit the floor during the aftermath of her beautiful Corkscrew Moonsault Plancha and looks around at the crowd who erupt in cheers as she looks down at the fallen body of Mark Keaton. She takes the cigarette and goes in, aiming for the eyeball of RMK! Keaton quickly reacts, grabbing her hand to hold the cigarette back from blinding him! The smoke leaves him teary, although wide eyed as only inches away from him is the red hot cherry of a lit cigarette. Suddenly, and in the nick of time, Astonishing Kevin Fisher crashes into Carrie Samson’s ribs with a running knee, sending her tumbling down, the cigarette once again hitting the ground as Kevin saved his friend’s left eye from the same cruel fate his suffered. Mark Keaton gets to his feet and stomps out the lit cigarette, releasing a huge sigh of relief. He grabs Carrie by the hair and pulls her to her feet. Keaton stares her straight in the eyes and then starts laying into her jaw. With a left, a right, another left… Carrie is dazed… RMK spins her around and sends her straight into the ringpost head first! Carrie Samson’s skull collides with the cold, hard steel, splitting her forehead wide open! She turns around to face Keaton as the crimson mask begins to form. RMK picks her up… and lays her out with a suplex onto the concrete!
RMK rolls into the ring and checks the damage outside from a higher point of view, admiring his own handiwork on Care Bear, paying no mind to where Yung Cheddah Tha Leg Spredda lies in wait and blindsides him with a Reverse Hurricanrana! RMK gets up to a knee, and Chedda goes for a Spotlight - Keaton blocks it, sending Cheddah straight to his ass! Keaton covers him up, laying into the much smaller and lighter Yung Cheddah with some very basic but brutal punches, choking and kicks to the gut, topping it off by stomping on Cheddah’s fingers, drawing a blood curdling scream from Cheddah heard across the entire arena. RMK turns around to face the hard camera and extends his arms wide, his ego on display for the entire world to see. But Carrie Samson is back to her feet… and in the ring right behind him! RMK turns around… kick to the gut from Samson! And she lays him out with a ‘Popping Rivera Junction Box! Carrie hooks the leg.
ONE…
TWO…
TH-NO! KICK OUT FROM REMARKABLE MARK KEATON!
Watson: Samson almost had this one won right there, but somehow Mark Keaton knew where he was enough to kick out!
Sydney: Despite his inept ways, Mark Keaton is an accomplished grappler in Canada. He has the wherewithal to know when to kick out! That's pure wrestling knowledge right there!
Yung Chedda is back to his feet, shaking his hand, his possibly broken fingers flailing about wildly as he grimaces in pain. Carrie Samson is in shock and disputing the count with the ref when Yung Cheddah spins her around… he hits the ropes, looking to lay her out with his ‘King’s Crown’, but she slaps him in the face so hard it echoes throughout the arena! Cheddah grimaces, grabbing his face in sheer pain as his cheek burns as if it was just lit on fire. He stumbles back - right into Remarkable Mark Keaton who is now back on his feet and charging straight at him! Lariat from Canada! Yung Cheddah is out of commission!
Before RMK even has a chance to think about getting to his feet, Carrie Samson lays into him with a barrage of stomps to every single body part she can slam her boot down on. RMK is summoning every ounce of energy and resilience he can possibly muster as he battles back up, now on his knees. Carrie hits the ropes… Shining Wizard! She goes for a pin!
ONE!
TWO!
TH-NO! Kick out from Remarkable Mark Keaton!
Carrie Samson is beside herself and almost to her limit. Tonight it seems no matter what she dishes out, Remarkable Mark Keaton has the answer for it! RMK gets up to his knees - only to be showered in stiff and meticulously calculated and placed shin kick after shin kick to his chest and back! Carrie picks him up… and puts him back down with a Bear Plex! She kips up and looks from one side of the crowd to the other, now almost completely blinded by her crimson mask. The crowd explodes… they are ready! She grabs RMK by the hair, pulling him to his feet - then kicks him in the gut - POPPING PIMPLES! She’s hit it! It’s gotta be over!! She hooks the leg, the ref sliding down for the count.
ONE! …
TWO!! ….
THREE!!!
DING DING DING
Starr: And your winner, via pinfall CARRIE SAMSON!!
The entire arena stands in unison, clapping for the resilient and agile young competitor that tonight showed so much fire and tenacity that anyone watching can now clearly see there is no limit for the future for Care Bear!
Watson: This was a tough back and forth affair, but int the end Mark Keaton's inability to capitalize on opportunity cost him another match!
Sydney: Now Tim, Mark had a valid strategy. He sat back, knowing that the two younger fighters would go all out to start, and he waited for his opportunity. In the end he wasn't successful, but he did do well to play spoiler a few times!
Nina Samson is now in the ring and celebrating with her sister!
Watson: Halo Syndicate has a big reason to celebrate tonight! We have so much more action to come folks, stay tuned, we will be right back!
Camera cuts to...

The camera cuts high above the ring and inside one of Estadio Azteca private suites where we find Paramount GM Chris Brock along with the Undisputed Champion Killjoy Ito and his manager, ‘The Prodigal Son’ Buddy Love. Buddy, who is amazed by the suite is looking all around as Chris Brock offers for Killjoy to take a seat on the couch. Buddy sees this and walks over and plops down on the couch next to Killjoy.
Love: We really appreciate the invite to this amazing suite Mr. GM sir…
Chris Brock waves him off like it’s no big deal
Love: But we do have the Main Event to get ready for so maybe…we watch a match or two, order some suite service, have a little dinner and then we will get out of your hair boss…
Buddy smiles but Chris Brock shakes his head
Brock: I didn’t invite you two up here to watch the show with me Buddy, this is a business call and we can get right down to that business when…
But Chris Brock is cut off by a knock at the door
Brock: Our next guest arrives…
Brock smiles and walks across the room and opens the door, at first Buddy isn’t paying attention to who was knocking but looks that way when Killjoy stands up. There shaking hands with the GM is Ace King, Buddy stands up, smiles and points in his direction
Love: Hey…what is he doing here?
Ito’s Undisputed Championship opponent for StrangleMania simply looks Buddy up and down, almost amused by the question.
Ace King: Oh come on, Buddy, no need for the hostilities. After all, I’ve always enjoyed coming to Mexico, because this is where I got my start, not to mention mi amigo El Pablo and his family are from here. In saying that, I’m a businessman on top of being a wrestler, and I think you both know I’ve got a rather vested interest in your client’s match tonight…
Ace stands still, his eyes never leaving Buddy before slowly raising his arm to point to his client, the Undisputed Champion.
Ace King: …and not just because of him.
Buddy looks stunned and about ready to say something snarky about Isabella but thinks better of it as Ace remains his typically stoic self, though he gently lowers his hand.
Ace King: But have no fear, I won’t be there to wreak havoc on the match itself, because Isabella’s more than capable of fighting for herself. With that said…
Love: Well that’s good to hear, I’d hate to have to rough you up so close to StrangleMania…
Buddy punches at the air in a pathetic manner making everyone in the room wonder if he’s even been in a fight before.
Ace King: …Riiiiiiiiiiiight.
‘The Gambler’ shakes his head before slowly turning his attention to Brock.
Ace King: I have to admit, I wondered if you were going to pull a Jim Connors on me here, but I’ve always appreciated your integrity, so it was nice to not see any Oompa-Loompas waiting to ambush me. All jokes aside, I, too, am curious as to what this is all about.
Brock: Unlike most of the GMs in this company, you’ll know well in advance if I’m coming for you. I’m not a coward like Connors or Price.
Love: Wait…
Ace, Killjoy and Chris Brock look at Buddy
Love: I was told by HR we weren’t allowed to dress up the little people like Oompa-Loompas anymore…was that really an option…
Brock looks at Buddy as if he has three heads.
Brock: Anyway… We are here for a reason gentlemen. At StrangleMania XVII, we have a match that has been advertised since the day after WrestleFest. The EWC Undisputed champion, “The Ace of EWC” Killjoy Ito.
The crowd cheers at the mention of the champion.
Brock: Will take on the man he won the title from. “The Gambler” Ace King.
The crowd goes crazy at the mention of the former two time X-Division and two time EWC Undisputed champions name.
Brock: I have spoken to you both and hammered out requests, and on the table in front of you, you have the match contract to sign. Let’s make this official.
Buddy looks down at the contract.
Love: In the Main Event of StrangleMania XVII for the EWC Undisputed Championship Ace King challenges Killjoy Ito inside the sadistic barbed wire enclosed cell…Ace v. The Ace: Rage In The Cage…wait…
Buddy looks at Chris Brock as he points at Ace King.
Love: THIS IS HIS MATCH…Ace has been in…
Buddy starts counting them off on his hand as Ace is amused by what he’s hearing, though the crowd is understandably buzzing about the announcement.
Ace King: Four…
Buddy abandons the counting and points again at Ace King.
Love: FOUR…what about this concept of a ‘champions advantage’...we are walking into Ace King’s Signature Match!!!
Buddy shakes his head as if he’s pleading with his GM as he looks at Killjoy and then again at Chris Brock but Ace looks down at the contract and sees something else that’s ‘interesting’...something Buddy hadn’t read. As ‘The Gambler’ pores over it, his amusement slowly turns to an almost blank expression.
Ace King: Not just Rage in the Cage… It says here that both competitors must complete 24 hours of total isolation and deprivation immediately before the match.
Ace drops the contract, and it lands on the suite floor with a thud as Brock looks deathly serious. The worry on his face is evident, almost as if he can’t believe the words that just came out of his own mouth. The Mexico City crowd also doesn’t know what to make of it as ‘The Gambler’ slowly turns his head toward the Undisputed Champion.
Love: OH GEEZ LOUISE!!!!
Buddy shakes his head as if he’s lost for words as he looks at Brock and then Ace King. He tosses his arms into the air and walks towards the door mumbling to himself. Killjoy looks at Ace, nods and picks up the contract, following his manager out of the suite. The camera fades to commercial.

We return to ringside where Matt Mercer is kneeling next to the ring ropes and appears to be having a conversation with the cameraman.
Watson: What a wild start of the night so far folks! Carrie Samson picked up a BIG win in our opening bout, but I have a feeling it's going to get even wilder!
Sydney: Are we not going to talk about that major announcement before the break? A Rage in the Cage where both Killjoy and Ace have to be totally deprived and isolated for 24 hours before the fight? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
Watson: This is for all the marbles Cid! The EWC Undisputed Championship means that much to Ace and Killjoy! It's time for our next bout though, so let's go to the ring!

Starr: The following match is scheduled for one fall. Joining us first, from The Smith Grove Sanitarium, weighing in at 194 pounds ... KYLE O'BRIEN!
"Psychopath Killer" by Slaughterhouse, (ft. Eminem & Yelawolf) played over the spears and soon Kyle O'Brien was wheeled onto the stage by the Sanitarium, along with Cameron Savage who twirled the key around her finger as they wheeled him to ringside, unlocking his coat, Kyle slipped into the ring running around the ring...

Starr: And his opponent, from Silicon Valley, California, weighing in at 220 pounds ... MARCUS ST JOHN!
"Fast Lane" blasts through the arena by Bad Meets Evil. A Maybach drives up through the entrance ramp. A chauffeur gets out of the vehicle and opens the back door. Marcu$ $t. John gets out on the entrance stage and money starts falling down from the sky with his face on 100 dollar bills as green laser lights illuminate the arena. As the money shower stops, Marcus walks down the ramp with a confident look on his face.
He stops right before he gets to the ring and listens as he hears mostly boos and a few cheers that he is getting from the crowd. He walks around the ring and high fives people who are cheering and stares a hole in the head of people who boo. He jumps up on the apron and wipes his feet before he enters the ring and poses in the middle of the squared circle as a light shines a hundred dollar bill in the center of the ring with his face on it.
Pyros hits as "Fast Lane" by Bad Meets Evil ends.
DING DING DING
Marcu$ and Kyle step out of their respective corners and begin to circle each other. Around the fourth rotation, Kyle rushes across the ring and immediately begins to pummel Marcu$ with a flurry of strikes. Marcu$ is trying very hard to cover up but Kyle continues to land several hard shots. Marcu$ eventually lands a few shots of his own as Kyle backs off for a bit and Marcu$ taunts him a little.
Kyle comes right at Marcu$ but gets met with a vicious uppercut. Kyle staggers backward as Marcu$ uses the ropes like a springboard and connects with a high cross body. Marcu$ rolls through the contact and gets right back up to his feet. Kyle gets up as well as Marcu$ goes for another springboard cross body. This time Kyle is able to catch Marcu$ and drive him chest first across his knee.
Watson: Some good back and further here, but Marcu$ $t. John seems to have Kyle O'Brien right where he wants him.
Sydney: All bets are off with the psychopath O'Brien. He is so unpredictable, you never know what to expect!
Marcu$ slowly crawls out onto the ring apron hoping to catch a breather. As he is doing so, Kyle comes from behind him and looks to hotshot him across the ring ropes. Marcu$ feels this and drives the point of his elbow into the face of Kyle. Kyle grabs his face as Marcu$ pulls him out onto the ring apron. As both men are standing on the apron, Marcu$ kicks him in the gut and looks to hit with a DDT. Kyle senses that and snatches Marcu$ up onto his shoulders.
Without much hesitation, Kyle connects with a death valley driver on the ring apron as the crowd is in shock. Marcu$ is on the floor in the fetal position as Kyle uses the middle turnbuckle to launch himself into a backflip before landing directly onto the back of Marcu$.
After a few seconds, Kyle is the first one to get up to his feet. He pulls Marcu$ up to his and looks to shoot him off into the ring post. Marcu$ counters by sending Kyle into the ring post instead. Kyle's head snaps back as Marcu$ rolls into the ring then right back out to break up the ten count Mercer had started.
Marcu$ walks around the ring, picks Kyle up as blood slowly begins to flow down Kyle's face. Marcu$ sees this and starts firing right hands into the cut above Kyle's right eye. Marcu$ throws Kyle back into the ring before climbing himself up onto the top turnbuckle.
Watson: Kyle O'Brien has been fearless so far here, and he is really taking it to The Young Mogul right now but M$J is about to go high risk, high reward!
Sydney: He looks like Jimmy Snuka perched one top of that turnbuckle right now! Are we about to see M$J fly?!
Marcu$ is perched on the top rope as Kyle is slowly getting up to his feet. Marcu$ stands up as Kyle turns around and sees him on the top turnbuckle. Kyle runs toward him as Marcu$ leaps and connects with another cross body. Marcu$ quickly gets up to his feet, grabs Kyle by the arm, twists it before connecting with an eat defeat!!!
Kyle staggers as Marcu$ follows it up with a double stomp to his chest. Marcu$ then signals toward the crowd that's over. Kyle manages to get back up only for Marcu$ to strike with the Bankrupt. Marcus quickly goes for the cover.
One...
Two...
Three!!!
DING DING DING
Starr: And your winner, via pinfall MARCU$ $T JOHN!
Marcu$ $t John stands back up as his music is playing. Mercer raises his hand high as a smile is on Marcus's face. As for Kyle O'Brien, he somehow manages to roll out of the ring.
Watson: What a match!!! Marcu$ $t John picks up another win as he works his way back to the North American Championship. Kyle O'Brien fought hard tonight and proved that he can hang with the big boys.
Sydney: Kyle O'Brien scares me. He did impress, but Marcu$ is still the man.
Kyle O'Brien walks back up the ramp as Marcu$ continues to celebrate inside the ring.
Watson: Still to come we have four, count them, FOUR non-title matches and the CW Broadcast Championship will be on the line! Don't go anywhere!
Camera cuts to ...

Watson: Welcome back to Paramount Wrestling folks! We are live from the gorgeous Estadio Azteca here in Mexico City and up next we will have a lucha-libre showdown in the X-Division!
Sydney: Can Adriana Aquilla bounce back and get into the wind column against the X-Division champion? Or will she be just the next person to "Taste the Rainbow?"
"Iron" by Within Temptation hits the speakers and the crowd comes alive as Adriana Aquilla makes her way down to the ring, she slaps hands with a couple of fans before rolling into the ring ready for her match as she removes her jacket.

Starr: Introducing first, from San Antonio, Texas, she is "Lo Divino" ADRIANA AQUILLA!

Starr: And her opponent, from Puebla City, Mexico, his is the EWC X-Division champion ... The Technicolor Tecnico, EL PABLO!
A cry of “VIVA LA RAINBOWLUTION!!!” leads to ‘Party Hard’ by Andrew WK hitting the sound system, as the stage and ringside area becomes bathed in flashing, flickering, brightly-coloured lighting. As the main hook hits, El Pablo bursts through the curtain, playing to the fans and chugging Skittles like a Steveweiser while the X-Division Championship belt glistens around his waist. He charges down the ramp and slides under the ropes into the ring, then runs up the turnbuckle and holds the title belt high above his head to another pop from the adoring crowd. After offering a final salute, he hops back down to the canvas, handing his belt to the referee and performing a few final stretches as his music fades.
Watson: Both fighters getting good reactions from the hometown crowd here, but Adriana is a local to Mexico City and the fans are absolutely here for their girl!
Sydney: That and it seems like half the crowd here tonight is all family of Lo Dovino!
Right as the referee goes to call for the bell, music begins to blare throughout the arena, music belonging to none other than El Pablo's Stranglemania opponent, Darius! Flames erupt from the stage, then Darius emerges from them, donning his signature grin as he matches down the ramp. Addy and Pablo both watch with caution as Darius walks around the ring, ignoring the competitors completely as he makes his way to the timekeeper's booth, taking hold of the ring bell, holding it over his head, and then rings it three times!
DING DING DING
Pablo and Addy both keep watching Darius for a moment, but then Addy takes advantage of the distractions and nails Pablo with a chop-block to the back of the knee! As Pablo drops to a knee, Addy tries to take advantage again by attempting to drop EP with a Divine Wizard, but Pablo manages to fall backwards, just narrowly avoiding her signature maneuver!
Both combatants get back to their feet and lock up in the center of the ring, Pablo using his larger size to his advantage to take control, spinning himself behind Addy, following up with a German suplex, but Addy flips in the air and lands on her feet! Pablo just smiles at Addy as she nods at him, but as they do, a steel chair slides into the ring. Both Pablo and Addy look to the outside and see Darius smiling, mouthing "X-Division Rules" as he backs away from the ring.
Watson: Darius is definitely playing devil's advocate here, tossing that chair into the ring like that! These two Luchadors were just starting to get going!
Sydney: Darius knows that the longer it takes them to introduce the weapons, the more whole Pablo goes into their match at StrangleMania! I say "Let the blood flow" to steal a line from a hall of famer!
Addy looks back to the chair, but Pablo already has it in his hands! He tosses the chair towards Addy, she catches it, but then Pablo leaps up and dropkicks the chair into Addy's face! Addy stumbles back into the turnbuckle clutching her face, but Pablo gives her no time to recover as he leaps up onto the turnbuckle, bounces from the rope with Addy's head under his arm, and bulldogs her face first onto the chair! Pablo flips her onto her back and hooks the leg!
ONE!
TW- No! Addy kicks out before three! Pablo picks Addy back up to her feet and lands a few shots into her midsection before tossing her into the turnbuckle. Pablo then leaps up onto the opposite turnbuckle, runs across the top rope, and then launches himself forward with a dropkick toward Addy …
But she side-steps the kick, making Pablo crash into the turnbuckle and tumble down to the floor below! Pablo clutches at his knee while Darius looks over the timekeeper’s booth down at Pablo with a grin.
Addy slides to the outside of the ring and gets into Darius’ face, showing she has no fear of her long-time rival. Darius throws both his hands up and sits back down, motioning at Pablo. Addy picks the champion up and rolls him back into the ring, but takes a moment to talk more trash toward Darius. She eventually slides back into the ring and begins to stalk Pablo as he pulls himself up with the ropes. As soon as he gets to a knee, Addy rushes forward and connects with the Divine Wizard! Addy hooks the leg!
ONE...
TWO...
TH- NO! Pablo grabs the bottom rope with both hands and pulls himself forward, forcing Addy to break the hold as he falls from the ring!
Watson: Adriana Aquilla almost had this won!
Sydney: El Pablo is a very experienced veteran of the business, he knew exactly where he was and did everything he had to in order to keep himself in this one. This was a fantastic example of this!
Addy pounds the mat with frustration and rolls under the bottom rope to chase after Pablo, but she immediately regrets the decision as Pablo spikes her in the face with the Facepainter! Skittles fly everywhere as Addy stumbles back in a daze, getting no time to recover as Pablo follows up with a roundhouse kick to the side of the head! Pablo takes hold of Addy and rolls her into the ring before he leaps up onto the top turnbuckle.
He poses to the crowd for a moment, then launches himself from the top rope and connects with the R.P.M square onto Addy’s chest! Pablo hooks both legs as he looks to the outside, staring Darius right in the eyes.

DING DING DING
Starr: Here is your winner, the EWC X-Division Champion … The Technicolor Tecnico, EL PABLO!
Watson: Addy got frustrated and it cost her! She really was on the verge of victory here.
Sydney: This is the difference between someone who's done this for a decade or more and someone still learning!
Pablo pulls himself away from Addy and gets to his feet, staring daggers into Darius as he watches the number one contender take the X-Division championship from the timekeeper. Darius stares down at the championship for a moment, but then turns his attention to Pablo and the ring. Darius walks up the steps slowly, Pablo readying himself for a fight as he does. Darius goes under the ropes and gets into the ring, only a few inches away from Pablo. Pablo clenches his fist tightly, but then loosens the grip as he sees Darius hold the championship out toward Pablo. Pablo reaches forward and takes the championship slowly, looking at Darius with confusion as Darius exits the ring.
Watson: Well that was unexpected! A sign of respect and sportsmanship shown from Darius here tonight!
Sydney: Honestly, it’s a bit disappointing … I thought he was going to tap into his “E of EWC” side!
Pablo hoists the strap onto his shoulder, then turns his attention to Addy, who is on her knees and rubbing her head. Pablo offers her a hand and helps her to her feet, offering a few words of respect as Addy nods at her. Pablo raises Addy’s hand in the air to a roar of applause, but the pleasantries end quickly as Darius slides into the ring behind the two of them and nails both of them in the back of the neck with a stiff double clothesline!
Watson: Darius, that dastardly bastard! These two put on a clinic, took each other to the limit, and now he’s attacking them from behind?!
Sydney: Aha! There's the E of the EWC!
Darius grabs the chair laying in the ring, begins to seethe, and then starts to rain nasty chair shots down onto Addy’s body repeatedly until she’s forced to roll out of the ring. Pablo manages to get back to his feet and tries to attack Darius, but Darius spins on his heel and kicks Pablo right between the legs! As Pablo begins to fall, Darius swings the chair upwards, nailing Pablo in the face with an uppercut like strike! Pablo flips in the air and lands onto his stomach, leaving his back wide open for numerous chair strikes from Darius.
Watson: My god, someone needs to stop this guy … This is entirely uncalled for.
Sydney: He’s making a statement and we hear it loud and clear! He’s coming for El Pablo!
Darius lets out a primal yell and then screams for a microphone. One is tossed into the ring, he catches it, and then kneels down next to Pablo as he lays in agony on the mat.
Darius: You’ve made a mockery of the X-Division championship for FAR TOO LONG, you candy coated son of a bitch. It’s time to put the extreme back into the X-Division, it’s time for the E of the EWC to show the world what extreme TRULY looks like … IN A FLAMING X MATCH!
Flames erupt around the ring as Darius rips the X-Division championship away from Pablo, holding it high above his head as the flames burn around him. Weapons then slowly start to lower down from the ceiling, hovering around Darius as he soaks in the boos being thrown at him from the crowd. Darius starts to laugh loudly as he tosses the championship back down at Pablo while exploring the hardware floating around his head.
Watson: The Flaming X match?! Have we seen one of those yet?!
Sydney: I don’t know but I do know the match is BRUTAL! No pinfalls, no submissions! The only way to win is by setting your opponent on fire and then keep them down for a 10 count!
The camera focuses on Darius as his face twists into his signature grin before fading to black.

We return to ringside where Tim Watson and Cid Sydney are standing by!
Watson: It's time for our second non-title match of the night as the JFS retirement tour continues here on Paramount! Isabella Starr, take it away!!!

Starr: The following match is scheduled for one fall. Joining us first, from The UK, weighing in at 135 pounds ... EMMA LOUISE!
'Angel On My Shoulder' plays and Emma Louise steps through the curtain. She licks between the index and ring fingers on her right hand before she holds her arm out with the middle three fingers on her right hand pointing down and her thumb and pinkie pointing to the sides. Emma walks down the isle half walking half bobbing to the music. She walks up the steps and through the ropes before climbing to the middle turnbuckle and performing the same finger licking and arm out taunts.

Starr: And her opponent, from New Brunswick, Canada, weighing in at 230 pounds ... JORDAN SHARPE
As 'You Ain't Ready' by Skillet plays JFS comes out with Carley California and heads down to the ring, high fiving some fans along the way and slides under the bottom rope.
DING DING DING
The two competitors shake hands before they start to circle the ring, looking fo an opening. Emma Louise finds one and dashes towards JFS but he ducks out of the way and the two of them circle again. Both of them lock up in the centre of the ring but the more powerful JFS manages to shove Emma Louise away. Emma Louise charges at JFS and catches him off card with a head scissors which sends JFS across the ring. Emma Louise charges towards JFS in the corner of the ring and goes for a cross body but JFS moves out of the way, rolling Emma Louise up for a quick pin but only a one count. The two are quick to get back to their feet and start trading strikes, JFS gains the upper hand and throws Emma Louise towards the ropes, JFS goes for a clothesline but Emma Louise ducks under it, Emma Louise bounces off of the opposing ropes but JFS turns around and connects with a vicious Lariat, putting Emma Louise down. A quick cover from JFS but Emma Louise still kicks out at one. Jordan Sharpe is quick to lift Emma Louise to her feet, a little frustrated with her tenacity, and lifts her up for a Spinebuster. Emma Louise squirms out of her grasp and trips Jordan Sharpe up with a leg sweep before dropping an elbow. Emma Louise goes for the cover...
ONE...
TW- Kickout!
Watson: Emma sweeps the leg and gets one and a half on the North American Champion!
Sydney: Good, now get the three count and get this bum out of the ring!
Emma Louise calls for the energy of the crowd as she lifts Jordan Sharpe to his feet. Jordan Sharpe connects with a few stiff elbows to her abdomen before grabbing her by the head and connecting with a Fisherman Suplex. Jordan Sharpe breaks the inevitable cover and continues to target Emma Louise. With her down, Jordan Sharpe connects with a few stomps before once again lifting her back to her feet. Jordan Sharpe shoves Emma Louise into the corner of the ring and drives his shoulder into her abdomen with a few hard shoulder strikes. Jordan Sharpe backs up a little for another shoulder strike but Emma Louise moves out of the way and Jordan Sharpe drives his shoulder into the ring post. Emma Louise is quick to roll Jordan Sharpe up, this time for a two count. Emma Louise takes advantage of the injured shoulder and drives a few stiff forearms into the injured shoulder. The crowd encourages Jordan Sharpe on, but also has a respect and admiration for Emma Louise. Emma Louise lifts Jordan Sharpe to his feet and once again tries to attack the injured shoulder. Jordan Sharpe swats her away with a wild clothesline which Emma Louise tries to duck under by isn't quite successful. Emma Louise stumbles back into the ropes holding the top of her head. Jordan Sharpe charges towards Emma Louise and, with his good shoulder, drives Emma Louise through the middle rope and to the outside of the ring.
Watson: Emma Louise was just yeeted to the floor!
Sydney: Ok, I have to give Jordan credit there. He did that with one good shoulder. That takes some grit for sure. he's still a bum though!
Emma Louise tries to enter back into the ring but Jordan Sharpe is there to prevent that from happening. Jordan Sharpe swings wildly as Emma Louise tries to get onto the apron. Realizing her efforts are futile, Emma Louise grabs Jordan Sharpe's legs and trips him up. Emma Louise is quick to get back into the ring before Jordan Sharpe can recover. Emma Louise connects with a few swift kicks to Jordan Sharpe's abdomen as he is in a seated position. Jordan Sharpe catches the last one, floating Emma Louise over with a Dragon Screw. Both of them get back to their feet and once again start trading strikes in the center. Jordan Sharpe works on the abdomen of Emma Louise, she works on his injured shoulder. The two trade strikes to the adulation of the crowd until both are worn out. Emma Louise, with one last ditched effort, goes for the Showrun (Sky High) but Jordan Shape squirms out of it. Jordan Shape throws a wild clothesline but Emma Louise ducks under it. Jordan Sharpe connects with a back kick to Emma Louise, turns around and delivers a few more precise strikes to Emma Louise's abdomen. Seeing his opportunity, Jordan Sharpe goes for the The BFPT, Emma Louise has the wear with all to move out of the way and goes for the Girl Crush (Snapmare Driver) but Jordan Sharpe holds on, locks her in, and connects with the Sharpeknife (Skull Crushing Finale). Jordan with the cover!!

DING DING DING
Starr: And your winner, via pinfall..... JORDAN FREAKIN' SHARPE!
Emma rolls to the ropes and pounds the mat in a moment of frustration before she gets to her knees. Before she can even get to her feet though, JFS is right there to help her up and wrap her into a hug. Both competitors show a brief moment of emotion before they raise their hands in the air to the roar of the crowd in Mexico City!
Watson: Sportsmanship. Its a rare things in this business anymore, but Jordan Sharpe is showing why he is a class act right there.
Sydney: Emma Louise cam very close to winning this match more than once, but you have to give it to the North American champion. He is continuing to show why he is Paramount!
Carley California is in the ring now, celebrating with her friends as the crowds continues to show their appreciation for the match that they just witnessed.
Watson: We still have two more non-title matches to come and the CW Broadcast championship is on the line later tonight. We'll be right back folks!
The celebration is preempted though as some familiar music plays throughout the arena. “Fast Lane” plays as his opponent for StrangleMania, Marcu$ $t. John walks out on the entrance ramp.
M$J: Congratulations on a hard-fought victory champ. I was questioning whether you would be up for the challenge after the attack you suffered at the hands of the Rayder’s at Paramount 16 but look at you, still standing tall. But that scar on your face, it still shows. It may be healing but I know the scar in your heart is still open, isn’t it? Watching the 3C, Candy Castle Crumble, almost put a tear in my eye.
The crowd begins to boo at the words coming from M$J as JFS looks on disgusted in the ring. Marcu$ looks around the arena and smiles before he begins speaking again.
M$J: Oh, I know, I know. I get it everyone. What Sour Candy and Robbie did last week was disgusting but if you really look at it, it was necessary. Jordan, you just don’t get it do you? Candy is a former Undisputed Champion, Robbie a former North American Champion, and you, you accomplished what they did and then some. Number 1 superstar, arguably the biggest member of the 3C, overshadowing the leaders when you were only supposed to be their bitch. You got too big for your own good and they did what anyone would do to their mutt. They took you out into the back yard and told you to look at the flowers. You were a mutt that was disposable, someone who didn’t know their role and it got you an ass beating in the process. But don’t worry, you’ve got another one coming and it won’t be like the last time we faced off at Paramount 11. So, bitch, no excuse me, my apologies. Stray bitch, you name the stip. What is our match going to be?
JFS: A bitch, that's the best you can come with, Marcu$? I'm gonna let the personal shots slide because you really did EARN your opportunity at this championship. As far as winning it goes, you're going to REALLY have to earn that. StrangleMania is known for its bloodshed and violence so I figure I might as well go out with a bang if I've only got one left in me. So we're going to have a dog collar match, Marcu$, and we'll see who's the yappy bitch when we're done. I'll see you there.
The crowd erupts at the idea of a dog collar match as M$J holds his hands on top of his head in shock and disbelief as he will now be chained to Jordan Sharpe in what will no doubt be a brutal match for the North American Championship. The camera cuts too...

SINGLES MATCH
FOR THE CW BROADCAST CHAMPIONSHIP
Faith Rivers
VS "The Wicked" James Keaton
Match Writer: Grace Holt
We return to ringside where Matt Mercer is waiting for the title match to begin.
Watson: Two bit title matches have stipulations now for StrangleMania. First, the Dog Collar Match we just heard about and then that big Rage in a cage announcement at the top of the show! Now, however, we see who goes to StrangleMania as the CW Broadcast champion. Faith Rivers earned this match at Paramount 16, but The Wicked One is looking for that all to rare area FIFTH successful title defense! Let's see how this goes down!

Starr: The following match is scheduled for one fall and is for the CW Broadcast Championship Joining us first, from Miami, Florida, weighing in at 132 pounds ... FAITH RIVERS!
As "Legendary" by Skillet begins to play, the opening lyrics can be heard throughout the arena.
Legendary
Oh!
Legendary
Oh!
Oh oh oh, oh oh oh, oh oh oh
Oh!
Oh oh oh, oh oh oh, oh oh oh
By now, Faith Rivers has made her way out from the back and is pumping up the crowd to her song as she makes her way down the aisle.
After sliding in under the bottom rope, Faith gets to her feet and continues to work the crowd as she walks to the center of the ring where she holds each of her arms out to the side and spins in a circle. As she does this, pyros go off in each corner. From there, Faith retreats to her side of the ring and waits for the match to begin.

Starr: And her opponent, from London, England, weighing in at 248 pounds, he is the CW Broadcast Champion... JAMES KEATON!
The arena lights begin to flash in tune to the drums as "The Wicked and The Cursed" by The Cold Stares plays throughout the arena. As the guitar rhythm plays, James Keaton makes his presence known by appearing at the top of the entrance ramp. Keaton begins cracking his knuckles in a slow and methodical way before walking with purpose to the ring. Keaton takes his time using the steps to enter the ring before leaning against the ropes and testing their strength.
DING DING DING
Right as the bell sounds, James and Faith meet in the center of the ring. James uses his height and weight advantage by locking his arm around Faith's neck. He squeezes several times before tossing her down and landing on top of her. Faith uses her legs to wrap around James' neck and forces him to release the hold. Both competitors make it back up to their feet before Faith catches James off guard with a headlock takeover of her own. She squeezes on the neck before James rolls her off him.
James gets up to his feet and catches Faith flush with his knee. Faith drops back as James gets into a mounted position and just starts hammering down onto her forehead. Faith is trying to cover up but James is just wailing away. James sits up thinking of the next move when Faith slams a double axe handle into his sternum.
Watson: Keaton trying to play to power game early on, but Faith Rivers is showing why she is a former THREE time Showtime Broadcast champion!
Sydney: I volunteer as tribute to take that leg scissors from Faith!
James falls off of Faith as he is holding his midsection. Faith is already back to a vertical base as she hooks her arm around James's head and snaps off a quick suplex. James rolls onto a knee as Faith follows the suplex up by stepping up on James's knee before kicking him behind the ear.
James falls backwards as Faith takes a quick moment to fire up the crowd. She turns her attention back towards James by grabbing by the head. As she is pulling him up, James fires off with a very quick European uppercut to her jaw. Faith's head snaps back a bit as James lands another uppercut before dropping Faith with a hard right to the side of her head. James cracks his own neck before leaping into the air and landing with all of his weight onto Faith's torso with his knee. He then transitions into a quick pin attempt.

Faith just does roll the shoulder up as Mercer is telling Keaton that it was a two. Keaton grabs a hand full of Faith's blonde hair and drags her up to a vertical base. He places her on his shoulders looking for the burning hammer. Right as he goes to drop her, Faith hooks him around the neck and drives him face first into canvas. Faith slowly crawls over, rolls him over and goes for the cover.

James Keaton kicks out as Faith runs her hands through her hair.
Watson: Great back and forth there with Faith and Keaton trading pin falls!
Sydney: This match is very evenly matched. I have to say that this match is on the verge of stealing the show!
Faith rises to her feet just as James is getting his wits about him. James shakes his head and goes for a clothesline. Faith ducks while running towards the ropes, rebounds off them and comes flying at James with a cross body. James manages to catch her and throws her over head with a fall away slam. James grins while slowly stalking her.
Faith slowly gets to her feet as James is lying in wait. She slowly turns around only to get a boot in her midsection. Faith keels over as James hooks his hands around her midsection before bringing her up and dropping her with a gutwrench powerbomb. James keeps his hands clenched together before picking her back up and dropping her down with another powerbomb. James let's go of her and picks up her back up. He gets her up onto his shoulders and this time connects with the burning hammer. He rolls her over while hooking both legs in a pinning combination.

DING DING DING
Starr: And your winner, via pinfall and still the CW Broadcast Champion JAMES KEATON!
James laughs maniacally while getting back up to his feet. He snatches the belt out of Mercer's hand and rolls out of the ring with it on his shoulder.
Watson: James Keaton has done it once again. He has become one person hard to beat since winning the CW Broadcast belt last season. Faith Rivers gave it all she had it just wasn't enough.
Sydney: I tip my cap to Faith on a marvelous effort here tonight unfortunately even Faith isn't able to stop The Wicked. James Keaton will continue holding that championship until he is ready to drop it.
James Keaton is walking up the ramp as Mercer is checking on Faith Rivers. Keaton disappears through the curtain as Faith is helped out of the ring.
Watson: Keaton joins elite company with his fifth successful defense, and in the process goes on to StrangleMania XVII. A lot on the line in that match, where the winner gets a shot at the top title of their brand...which makes you wonder, is the North American Championship on Keaton's radar? We will find out soon enough! Right now though, its time to pay some bills. We will be right back folks!
Camera cuts to ...

The camera cuts backstage in the hallways of the legendary Estadio Azteca Stadium, home of the Mexican National Football Team and tonight the home of Paramount #017. Lisa Goldrush is seen walking down the hallway, she turns the corner and smiles as she sees the EWC Tag Team Champions of the World, Bobby Rose and Jimmy Lane of The Southern Express stretching and getting ready for their match tonight. Their manager Bunny Love is sitting up on a set of storage boxes watching over her team. They see Lisa and the champs wave as they stand up.
Goldrush: Gentlemen, tonight you kick off your Paramount season as The Southern Express Farewell Tour rolls into Mexico City, Mexico and you take on the interesting pairing of Prime’s Amber Lisa Hall and her tag team partner Rampage’s…
Love: Turncoat himself, Benedict Arnold!!!
Bunny jumps down off the boxes as Bobby and Jimmy laugh and look at Lisa
Rose: Otherwise known as Jason Hunter…
Lane: The former member of The Love Club and…
Love: Enemy Number One!!!
Bunny cracks her knuckles as Bobby and Jimmy pull her back
Rose: Easy there tiger…
Lane: Yeah, we don’t want to lose tonight because our manager punches Jason in the face and gets us DQ’ed…
Love: He’d be lucky if I ONLY punched him in the face…
Lisa looks a bit uneasy but she’s a professional and knows she must ask the tough questions
Goldrush: Many people in the business was wondering how this interaction would go, tonight being the first time Jason Hunter was in the ring with The Love Club since Brawl #579 when he…relieved Tommy and Bunny of their managerial duties…
Bobby laughs at Lisa
Lane: That is a REALLY nice way of saying he fired their asses…
Jimmy nods as he puts his arm around Lisa
Lane: You think you can articulate my next divorce…
Jimmy looks off in the distance
Lane: ‘While Jimmy will always love and cherish you and the time you spent together you just don’t have the ass you once had or the ass of the girl Jimmy met at the bar last night…’
Love: Laugh it guys but he didn’t just fire Tommy and me…he fired ALL OF US!!!
Bobby and Jimmy shrug at this
Rose: Ok, true but we simply don’t care as much…
Lane: Yeah, maybe it’s because he didn’t acknowledge us publicly like he did you and your pops…
Rose: BUT…
Bobby and Jimmy walk over to their manager and put their arms around her
Lane: An attack on one member of The Southern Express is…
Rose: An attack on ALL the members of The Southern Express…
This makes Bunny smiles
Rose: We get it, Jason was feeling a little left out…maybe a little taken advantage of…
Lane: I mean SURE…we took some liberties at his clubs and with his ladies but hey…he said enjoy himself…
Rose: If he really had an issue he should have come to us in private, talked it out but…
Lane: He would rather do this out in public so…the gloves are off…
Love: Let’s not forget he tried to strong arm Killjoy and my brother back in 2020 and I wouldn’t stand for it then so why the hell out I stand for it now!!!
Rose: Jason you tried to go to war with us once before and it didn’t end well for you and The F.A.M.I.L.Y. but now you have your real family, Mama Ruth by your side and maybe Mama isn’t a fan of The Love Club…maybe she doesn’t want people like Jimmy and I corrupting her baby boy…
Lane: Or maybe she just hates The Love but regardless you’ve gone and pissed off our managers so like NATO, a war with her is a war with us…
Bobby looks at Jimmy, shocked by this analogy and then smiles
Rose: Did you fall asleep with the news on again?
Jimmy nods
Lane: Yeah…the BBC was the only channel in English man…
Bobby laughs but Bunny has heard enough
Love: LISTEN!!! Tonight we teach Jason Hunter a lesson, you are either with us or against us and he picked against us…the kid gloves are coming off tonight and we are going to send him crying back to his mother…and as for Amber Lisa Hall…girl, you found yourself in the middle of one hell of a turf war. You want to be the mouthpiece of Prime, to prove you are on the level of the STARS of the EWC well KU nearly caved your head in and that’s going to look like a bruise if you get in the middle of this…you aren’t facing just anyone this week…YOU ARE FACING THE 2021 CHAMPIONS OF THE YEAR…you are out of your league here tonight sweetie so do yourself a favor and stay your ass on the apron or we will finish the job KU started…
Bunny turns and walks away as Bobby and Jimmy shrug
Rose: Guess we are done here…
Lane: She’s really coming into her own isn’t she…
Jimmy smiles as Lisa as he high fives Bobby and the tag team champions walk off the scene and the camera cuts to commercial.

TAG TEAM SHOWCASE
NON-TITLE
Jason Hunter & Amber Lisa Hall
VS The Southern Express
Match Writer: Calamity Nguyen
We return to ringside where the lights have dimmed in preparation for the next match.
Watson: Strong words from the Tag Team champions before the break, but now its time to see if their undefeated streak on Paramount continues! Let's go to the ring!!!

Starr: The following match is for one fall, and is a non-title match. Joining us first, at a combined weight of three hundred and five pounds ... JASON HUNTER and AMBER!
Daechwita comes over the speaker as Diana and Sara came out first as they stood on the stage with Jason with his back to the crowd and hood over his head. Sara slides the hood off his head as Diana walks ahead of them. Sara and Jason play to the fans a bit dancing to the music, as Run It comes blasting over the speakers!
Amber joins them at the top of the ramp with her leather jacket on with a smirk across her face. She comes out playing to the crowd by joining the dance. They proceed to the ring together, as Diana holds the rope for them to get in. Amber slides her own jacket off, as Sara deals with Jason's before leaving the ring, with him glaring at the ramp, making sure his face mask is tight on his face protecting his nose. Amber is simply grinning, ready to start.
The electric guitar kicks in to 'Stranglehold' as the crowd gets to their feet, some of the older females in the crowd start to scream like they did when they were younger as Bunny Love walks out onto the stage and is quickly followed by Bobby Rose and Jimmy Lane.

Starr: And their opponents, being accompanied to the ring by Bunny Love, from Nashville, Tennessee, they are the EWC Tag Team Champions of the World ... Bobby Rose and Jimmy Lane ... THE SOUTHERN EXPRESS!!!
Bunny leads the way as the pair reach out and high five with the fans as the walk to the ring, Bunny marches up the steps and steps through the ropes as Bobby and Jimmy climb up onto the apron and step through the ropes, take off the titles and hands them to Bunny and head to opposite corners, Jimmy climbs up to the middle turnbuckle and Bobby stands in the corner as both men toss out bandannas to the crowd as Bunny stands in the middle of the ring holding up both tag team championship belts
DING DING DING
Bobby and Jimmy are showing some wear at the start of this match, whether it's from their catastrophic falls at Rampage or the, erm, fatigue of life on the road, and it allows Jason and Amber to get the early upper hand. Bobby protests that he wasn't ready as the Prince of Wrestling ties him up with an arm wringer and then hits a kick to the ribs. Lane is meanwhile dealing with a sweet smattering of forearms from a very game Ms. Hall. The impromptu tag team catch each other's eye and share a nod, before Amber erupts into a German Suplex and Jason comes off the ropes with an 'X', planting both members of the Southern Express!
Their authority and validity stamped on the match, Amber and Jason pick up Jimmy Lane and tie him for a double suplex, but the wily veteran fights back with a double stomp - to both their toes. Bobby comes from behind, dragging Amber into a backbreaker, while Jimmy spins out into a high-angle hiptoss on the younger Hunter. Southern Express pause for a moment, nursing their injuries as they take a walk around the ring ropes, stopping in the middle to hit an early high-five.
The impact makes them both yell in pain. Bunny Love facepalms on the outside.
Watson: The champs doing well in the early goings here, even with their pain still evident from recent events!
Sydney: Well of course, champions deserve greater respect than the Southern Express got last Friday!
Smirking as he senses easy prey, Jason rises to his feet and is immediately all over Jimmy, tying him up with chain wrestling that culminates in an elevated surfboard. Amber and Bobby go at it with strikes, she focusing on what seem to be his most tender spots as he comes back with chops and an ill-advised pop-up dropkick that lands flush - but wipes both competitors out momentarily. Meanwhile, Lane has struggled out of the hold, and evades a follow-up from Hunter by hurling the other man against the ropes, catching him on the rebound with a powerslam!
Jimmy celebrates for the crowd, who give a mixed response, and then makes a damp squishing sound and takes a knee. Jason kips up and catches him with a superkick that gets a less mixed cheer! Bunny Love looks annoyed, slamming her hands on the apron and telling her clients to get up. Bobby waves her off, complaining, right before he's stung by a backhand chop from Amber. He goes to respond, but she cuts him off with another, and then hooks him up for a Fatback belly-to-belly, launching him across the ring into Jimmy Lane. Jason backpedals to avoid going down as well, hands raised.
The impromptu partners share a wary glance, and then a fistbump, before falling back into rhythm. They go to isolate Bobby this time, who fights back with fists into Jason's midsection. Jimmy comes alive, too, straining to his feet to hit a stumbling, possibly-accidental headbutt on the Prince of Wrestling. Amber tries to take both men down with a running clothesline, but is picked up and back body dropped instead-- only to land on her feet, grinning at the crowd!
Bobby and Jimmy look at each other, shake their heads, and then act as one. Amber turns into a drop toe hold by Lane, unable to do anything but fall right into the oncoming train of Bobby Rose, who comes off the ropes with a big, chunky elbow drop. They make the cover.
ONE...
TWO...
NO!!!
Watson: Close call there, but Amber stays in the fight!
Sydney: I maintain that the champs are in total control here, and it's just a matter of time before they get the job done!
Jason makes the save, rolling into both members of the Southern Express. This doesn't do any favors to Amber, who gets to her feet quite shakily as all three men brawl a few feet away. Hunter does his best to manage both of the old-timers, raking Bobby across the eyes and going for a running knee lift on Jimmy - who backs up into the ropes to avoid it, coming back with a clothesline that spins that Prince of Wrestling off his feet! He hits the mat in the same instant that a recovering Amber LAUNCHES herself at Jimmy, hitting the Run It!
Knee meets face, and Jimmy Lane is down!
Amber goes to make the cover, but from outside the ring Bunny Love grabs her boot and yanks, hauling the Prime star off her client. Bobby Rose looks around at her command, still wiping the wet from his reddened eyes, and closes in on Amber as she points furiously at Bunny, trying to get the ref involved. With the official distracted, Rose reaches into his tights, then yanks the beefy starlet around and blows a handful of white powder into her eyes. She screams and drops to a knee, and Bobby bundles her down with a bulldog choke before the ref looks around.
Jason is on his feet, and starts forward only to find his foot grabbed by Jimmy Lane. He hits the older man with a kick from the other leg, but is unbalanced in the process, and they go down grappling! Rose picks up Amber and plants her with a DDT, as the other men find their feet - with Jimmy having the upper hand. He barks an instruction to his partner, before turning Hunter over - with what looks like a LOT of effort - into the tombstone position.
Bobby hurries out to the apron, Bunny Love also barking orders at him, and leaps onto the top rope. He almost falls, but shaking and quivering he flops off... and the Southern Express hit the GOODNIGHT MEXICO CITY! Jason is SPIKED into the mat!
Both members of the veteran team flop on top of him for the cover...

DING DING DING
Starr: And your winner, via pinfall ... THE SOUTHERN EXPRESS!
Bunny screams and immediately begins laughing, turning to lean against the apron, jacking her jaw at the crowd as they deliver their mixed response to this verdict. Inside the ring, Amber is the only person getting to their feet, Jason still buried beneath the gasping, groaning forms of the Southern Express. She considers whether or not to move in and start clearing the old, sweaty rubble, before Jesse Lizarraga makes the decision for her, picking up both members of the veteran tag team to raise their arms in victory.
Watson: An admirable performance by a pair whose future is bright indeed, but the past and the present belong to the Southern Express here tonight.
Sydney: And the future belongs to Bunny Love and the greatest family in wrestling, Tim. Gotta love these two old gasbags, but they were dead on their feet when this match started, and the only reason they got beyond these two young guns is the leadership of Bunny. And maybe a few more handfuls of that white powder Rose keeps in his pants...
Lizarraga is inspecting that very powder as the Southern Express move to the outside to celebrate with Bunny, who shrugs off both their attempts to 'hug' her - or, more accurately, use her as a crutch - and raises their arms once more, to the fans at ringside. In the ring, Amber picks up her fallen partner and shakes his hand, to a cheer from the crowd.
Watson: Don't change that channel folks, we've got so much more to come, right here on Paramount Wrestling! We'll be right back after this 30 second commercial break!
Camera cuts to commercial break ..

We return to ringside where the tag team matchup between Jason Hunter and Amber Lisa Hall versus The Southern Express recently ended. The camera pans out and shows quite a few fans still very eagerly cheering. We’re inching closer and closer to the main event, and electricity can be felt throughout the whole stadium. The camera eventually pans back to the commentary table.
Watson: Welcome back, folks! We just finished watching the interesting team of Amber Lisa Hall and Jason Hunter take on The Southern Express. We now move onto the fight that will lead up to the main event, adn what a doozy this one will be! Nevaeh faces off against one of our newest superstars in the form of Asriel Buzzard! Let’s see who can leave Mexico City with some momentum behind them. Take us away, Starr!

Starr: The following match is for one fall! Coming to the ring at this time from Las Vegas, Nevada, weighing in at 124 pounds ... NEEEEAVEAHHHHHH!
After walking up on the ring apron, Nevaeh strikes a pose and give her backside a little shake before stepping between the ropes. Once inside, she mouths off to the fans and paces the ring a bit as she waits for the match to begin.

Starr: And her opponent, from Hill City, Kansas, weighing in at 196 pounds ... ASRIEL BUZZARD!
The first few notes of a piece of orchestral music start to play around the arena, with the harps giving way to violins after a few seconds and an image appearing on the screen as the house lights lower.

As the guitars of ‘Animals’ by Architects begins to pound around the arena, strobe lights flash as the image on the screen fades to flashing images of a familiar face.

Slowly, Asriel Buzzard emerges from the curtain and stands atop the stage staring out into the crowd to a mixed response.

He walks down the ramp and circles the ring before rolling under the bottom rope and climbing the turnbuckle to stare into the crowd again, holding a closed umbrella aloft, his expression blank.
DING DING DING
Asriel saunters towards Nevaeh, looking incredibly calm and confident. Nevaeh hunches down, looking as if she’s going to spear Buzzard. He quickens his pace and walks straight into a Spinning Back Fist. Asriel grimaces but manages to shrug the pain off. He quickly grabs a handful of hair and pulls Nevaeh down hard into a vicious Backbreaker.
Buzzard then allows Nevaeh to slump onto the mat and attempts to go for a cover. But Nevaeh easily gets a shoulder up, then adds a slap and flipping him off into the equation. Asriel chuckles at the response as he moves away from Nevaeh, allowing her to get back up to a vertical base.
The space he gives Nevaeh, however, costs him dearly. Now she decides to go through with her original plan and Spears Asriel right onto the canvas. Since he didn’t expect her to follow through with the plan, he fails to catch her, let alone keep his balance.
Right as Nevaeh finishes attempting to get an early cover in, she is hastily shoved off by Buzzard. Both wrestlers work on getting to their feet as the crowd cheers them on.
Watson: Neither one of these two are going to give an inch, that is being made perfectly clear here. Nevaeh clearly has violence on her mind and Asriel Buzzard is ready for war here tonight!
Sydney: Look, as gorgeous as Nevaeh is, someone comes at you with a sledgehammer and you gotta put them in their place!
Asriel turns around in time to be greeted with a boot from Nevaeh. He falls back down onto the canvas. Nevaeh wastes little time in grabbing his legs and getting them secured in a Figure Four Leglock. Buzzard first reaches for the ropes, hoping to reach them and force Nevaeh to let go. Instead, she tugs him backwards, keeping him more towards the center.
Asriel rolls onto his back and yanks his right boot out of Nevaeh’s grip. She tries to trap his leg again, but … WHAM! Asriel’s boot finds Nevaeh’s jaw, dazing her hard enough to make her let go.
While Nevaeh is still in a world of hurt, Buzzard takes advantage of her state. He lifts her up … and brings her back down onto the mat with a brutal Snap Suplex! The ring actually shakes a bit from the sheer force used behind the move, but it doesn’t break!
He then tries to cover Nevaeh once more!

TRE —-- ¡OH DIOS MÍO,NOOOO! Nevaeh manages to get a shoulder up, much to the annoyance of Asriel. He begrudgingly moves away, trying to quickly come up with a game plan before she recovers and stands up.
Watson: Asriel Buzzard thought he had this one in the bag.... He is in shock that Nevaeh did not stay down!
Sydney: The stars of Paramount are not as easy to keep down as those on Rampage that he might be used to!!
Asriel stays in a corner, clearly waiting for the perfect time. Mere moments after Nevaeh stands up and regathers her bearings … there he goes! Buzzard darts forward! He’s going for his finisher, The Survival! Nevaeh tries to dodge out of the way, but Asriel is too quick, and the move lands flush!
Asriel hooks the legs!

Starr: And your winner, via pinfall, ASRIEL BUZZARD!
Nevaeh flashes an irked glare over at Asriel before clicking her tongue and rolling out of the ring. Asriel, meanwhile, grins smugly as he has one arm raised in the air by the referee. He lifts his other arm up himself and basks in the glory. The camera lingers on Asriel celebrating for a few more moments before going back to commentary.
Watson: What a debut for Asriel Buzzard! Welcome to Paramount!
Sydney: There’s little doubt that whoever Nevaeh faces will not have a fun time with her. She’s definitely going to see about making up for tonight. Until then, this is Asriel’s night, and he’s quickly shown that he was last year’s Rookie of the Year and BORT winner for damn good reasons.
Watson: Buzzard continues to shine here in his sophomore season in EWC, but Nevaeh came damn close to knocking off the Rookie of the Year! We still have our main event to come, folks and the EWC Undisputed champion is in action! Don't go anywhere!
Camera cuts to ...

We return to ringside where Matt Mercer stands ready to officiate.
Watson: Here it is folks, it is time for the MAIN EVENT of the evening. We saw earlier tonight that the proposed stipulation for the Main Event of StrangleMania is a Rage in the Cage where both Killjoy Ito and Ace King would have to be isolated and deprived of sleep and food for 24 hours prior to the match. Will knowing that this is on the horizon affect the Ace of the EWC tonight?
Sydney: If it does, then Isabella is about to shock the World in front of her hometown crowd! Let's get to the ring!

Starr: The following match is for one fall, and is a non-title match. Joining us first, from Tijuana, Mexico, weighing in at one hundred and sixty-four pounds, she is "LA BELICISTA" ... ISABELLA!
As "War" by Sick Puppies blasts over the PA, a large red plume of smoke conceals the top of the ramp. The Mexican flag appears on the X-Tron as a shadow appears in the lingering fog. Red pyros shoot off into the air as we see “La Belicista” Isabella’s silhouette. Moments later, another figure appears. As the smoke begins to clear away, we see Isabella's manager, Alejandro De La Rosa, standing beside her.
Isabella strides confidently down towards the ramp with Alejandro in tow, giving high-fives to the fans and audience along the way. When “La Belicista” Isabella arrives in front of the ring, Alejandro pulls the middle and uppermost set of ropes, allowing "La Belicista" to slip through them.
Isabella then stands atop the same ropes she slid through. She clenches her right fist and raises it high up in the air. Her left, meanwhile, raises as she salutes to the EWC audience. After soaking in the reaction and atmosphere, “La Belicista” jumps off the ropes, lands gracefully on her feet, and turns to wait against the turnbuckle whilst waiting for her opponent to arrive.

Starr: And her opponent, from Daly City, California, weighing in at two hundred and thirty-five pounds, The Ace of Paramount ... KILLJOY ITO!
‘The Prodigal Son’ Buddy Love walks out onto the stage and raises his arms into the air as the lights fade out. He jumps up and down as ‘Deeper Depper’ begins to play. A strobe light circles around the stage as a single white spotlight hits the stage where Killjoy Ito is standing, his back facing the ring, his arms stretched out and his head down. He swings around to face the ring as Buddy Love runs up and stands next to him. After a quick word the pair start to walk towards the ring, Buddy runs ahead and charges up the steps and holds open the ropes for Killjoy to step through. Killjoy walks to the center of the ring, extends his arms and tilts his head back to soak everything in.
Watson: Two powerful competitors, one with all the momentum - and the Undisputed Championship on his shoulder. The other, a hometown heroine here in Mexico! Let's get to it!
DING DING DING
A moment passes, between the bell and the first collision, where both wrestlers look supremely focused. Each take their breath, each turn their mind to the battle ahead, and the ring would be silent but for Buddy Love urging his Ace on at ringside. He seems a million miles away to either; and then, as the crowd surges in anticipation, there is only the fight.
Isabella explodes forward, spinning into a leg lariat that should by all rights decapitate Killjoy Ito-- but he flawlessly bridges under it, and catches the falling Belicista with a vigorous upkick. The breath sputters from her lungs, but she rights herself to land in a three-point crouch, looking up at Ito - who stares right back, and beckons her on. She sets her jaw, then sweeps him at the ankles, rising to vertical base to follow up with an axe kick to the midsection.
Ito catches the kick, stands still holding it as Isabella tries in vain to pull it away, and takes her down with a Dragon screw. She crashes to the mat hard before managing to roll back into a crouch, and Killjoy is already upon her, hitting a sliding lariat before - smooth as butter - picking the woman up and planting her clean in the center of the ring with a falcon arrow! Straight into the cover!
ONE...
TWO...
THRE- NO! Kickout!
Ito takes it calmly, unsurprised, relishing further exchanges as Isabella pushes herself upright and turns to catch him under the chin with a side kick. The Ace of Paramount is forced back by the blow, but comes right back in, crouching, trying to catch La Belicista in a fireman's carry. Across his shoulders she goes, and right back over the other side, showing her own precision-under-adversity as she catches him with a big, fat side suplex. The crunch of impact gets a roar from the crowd!
Watspm: Isabella with a big suplex on the champion!
Sydney: She's gonna have to do a lot more than that to take down the big dog of the EWC!
Isabella is fighting on the mat for a Kirifuda clutch, but eats a couple of elbows for her trouble. Still shaking off the cobwebs, Ito stumbles to his feet and takes a moment against the ropes. He's having his ear bent by Buddy Love when Isabella comes surging hungrily back in, barely missing a kick to the kidneys as an astonishingly wary Ito weaves aside, and shoves her against the ropes instead. She's forced into a run to avoid a follow-up, coming off the ropes as Ito hits the opposing set. He misses a big running knee by an INCH, as Isabella puts on the brakes and spins a full rotation, responding with a massive discus lariat! SUSFU!
Roaring, Isabella turns out to the crowd, throwing them a salute before throwing her body into a standing moonsault, crashing atop the Ace of Paramount and into the pin...
ONE...
TWO...
THRE- KICKOUT!
Watson: What a close call there!
Sydney: No big deal for the champ, way to show that fighting spirit Killjoy!
Buddy Love is beside himself at the near-fall, slapping the apron as he yells at Ito to get to his damn feet. Killjoy sits up, wiping his mouth, looking across at Isabella who has fallen back to the corner, one hand on the post as she crouches, waiting. Her expression is beyond intense, and Ito tempers his to match. Both find their feet and surge forward in the same instant, once again, and whatever La Belicista has planned is lost as they lock up and start throwing wild elbows to the delight of the fans in Mexico.
Soon enough, the competitors accelerate to an exchange of knees, both nailing one to the midsection. Each wince in appreciation of the other, and then Isabella takes a step back, launching back in with a high knee of her own. It's Ito's turn to evade one, wagging his finger in admonishment as he steps aside and shoves La Belicista away, following his own momentum with a pump of his legs, throwing a scissor-stepping knee strike that gets air time, smashing against Isabella's temple to throw her down upon the mat. Spreading his arms, the Ace of Paramount does a full, slow rotation, as Buddy Love cajoles the fans to applaud along with him - mimicking Ito's own turn.
Isabella has risen to her knees, and a ripple runs through the crowd. Killjoy Ito hits the ropes, comes driving back in with astonishing force, and then smiles, braking hard. Instead of the anticipated Kettei-Da, he leaves his feet, corkscrewing into a roundhouse kick! It may not have been his fight-ender, but it's enough to ragdoll La Belicista, and Ito is able to take his time getting her back up and in position for a bridging Tiger suplex.
ONE...
TWO...
KICKOUT!
Watson: Oh wow, Isabella now the one to show plenty of fight left!
Sydney: Gotta give credit where it's due there, she's definitely hanging in there with the champ!
There's a lull in the pace of the match, both competitors equally wary of one another, pacing a circle as mixed chants erupt from the fans. Their intensity returns as they lock up, the larger and stronger Killjoy Ito getting the immediate upper hand, hitting a very pointed arm drag, but missing the follow-up mule kick. Isabella darts back, then falls into a cartwheel, catching Ito's arm in turn and performing a second rotation of her body to screw him into the ground! He yells in pain, slapping at his shoulder to try and relieve the pressure as La Belicista works a kimura, perhaps trying to set up for her Semper Fidelis submission.
Ito uses his greater mass to power out, but it costs him dearly; his shoulder looks swollen from the strain, and he's still shaking out his arm as La Belicista pursues him across the ring with a combination of kicks. He swats away the last of these with his hurting arm, his expression pained as he turns and tries to send her on her way with a spinning elbow to the back of the skull! No! Isabella ducks it, and shoves Ito into the corner. He catches himself and is ready to step out as she comes in to capitalize; but it's the Ace of Paramount who is on the back foot once more, as the woman springs catlike onto the corner post, stands with the sternness of ice and fire, and twists into a spinning body press that carries both of them to the mat! She hooks a leg as she lands...
ONE
KICKOUT!
Somewhat frustrated, Ito comes back to life with a battle cry, powering Isabella up with him, getting her atop his shoulders and flinging her clean over the top rope with an hellacious powerbomb! La Belicista crashes down hard, rebounding off the barricade outside, and is only just beginning to stir when Killjoy Ito follows her over, taking two big strides and leaving his feet majestically with a suicide somersault senton. The arena EXPLODES as both competitors are down on the outside for a full count of five...
Isabella finds her feet first, but looks dazed. Ito is still favoring his one arm, but has the more grace in his motions, keeping La Belicista rooted in place with a sharp knee to the midsection before manhandling her back into the ring. He climbs onto the apron, and Buddy Love warns him of his intentions - but Killjoy gets into position anyway, springboarding into the ring as his opponent starts to rise, his powerful form flying through the air to bring a devastating forearm to bear, as Killjoy Ito hits the Kushu! Isabella is down! Ito uses both legs to make the pin.
ONE...
TWO...
KICKOUT!
Watson: Killjoy STILL unable to keep La Belicista down!
Sydney: What will it take, champ? Let's get to it!
This time, it's Isabella up first. Ito remains on his knees, clutching at his arm - the budding injury all the worse for that last technique. Isabella is rattled and hurting all over, but shakes off the cobwebs as she sees her opponent suffering. Drawing in rapid breaths, she steps back and pulls herself up onto the corner post, measuring Killjoy carefully as he lifts his head and sees her. Instinctively, he tries to push himself up with both hands, but the right fails halfway and he reaches his feet stumbling gracelessly. It's the moment Isabella needs, launching a missile dropkick that blasts the Ace of Paramount clear to the opposite turnbuckle!
Ito slumps, his arms on either set of ropes, as Isabella kips up and closes in, predatory. She catches the big man with a right across the jaw, then moves to stretch out the injured arm, putting a foot into Killjoy's midsection to assist with this agonizing process. The official gives a warning, but doesn't apply the count just yet, as Ito comes alive with desperate elbows to Isabella's bracing leg, managing to remove her base long enough to tackle her away from the corner.
They go down together, and Ito is ROARING, moving on adrenaline and instinct, hauling Isabella back up with him into position for a brain buster. He's shaking from the effort, but his shoulder holds as he turns, delaying the move to very deliberately place his opponent just-so. The very arena holds its breath, and then Ito drops with authority, nailing the Burakkuauto!!
Paramount knows what's coming next. Mexico knows what's coming next, and rallies to Isabella. Ito gasps and cringes from pain, stalking across the ring to get in line with his opponent. The crowd, mixed until now in appreciation of a strong contest, is firmly against him and firmly with La Belicista. Alejandro yells at ringside for her to get up, but she can only find her knees - the very place she doesn't wish to be. Killjoy Ito breathes in, finds his composure, girds his loins, and measures the woman for a Kill-Shot. He judges her a perfect fit.
Killjoy Ito charges...
...and hits it! The Kettei-Da! Woman down!
The Ace of Paramount throws himself into the pin, at once supremely confident and a little desperate.

DING DING DING
Starr: And your winner, via pinfall ... KILLJOY ITO!
Shock runs through the Estadio Azteca, an uncertain and displeased quiet falling over the crowd before they erupt in jeers mixed with just a few appreciative voices - for the quality of the match alone. This does nothing to make up for the boos and the pitter-patter of plastic rain as Mexico shows its displeasure. Killjoy Ito doesn't acknowledge their feelings, standing resplendent against his own pain, staying to have his arm raised and turn to each side of the ring, honoring the match and his fallen opponent as he bows.
On the outside, Buddy Love couldn't be more delighted, and is absolutely acknowledging the feelings of the crowd - by pissing all over them ... Figuratively speaking.
Watson: Say what you like about Buddy and his complete lack of sportsmanship, this was a hard-fought contest between two amazing competitors who gave their all tonight. Isabella worked to focus on that arm, and though she could smell blood in the water, ultimately it was Ito who overcame. That man is a warrior, and that technique, the Kettei-Da, let me tell you--
Sydney: Please don't, I am begging you. Nobody needs another biology lesson, Tim. Certainly not 'La Belicista', who disappointed her fans but did a great damn job isolating that limb. I don't always like her, but she made the Ace of Paramount work his ass off for this win. Next time, maybe go for the knee bar, though. Just sayin'.
Watson: Folks, we are completely out of time! Thank you for tuning in, Paramount comes to you live from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas April 13th, but don't forget to tune in on March 28th when we present StrangleMania XVIII from Narenda Modi Stadium in India! It's the biggest stage of them all! Have a good night EWC Nation!
The scene fades on the final Paramount before the EWC's biggest show of the year .. StrangleMania. The fans are in a fever pitch, celebrating the night as footage recapping the events airs on the X-Tron as the feed fades to black.
