While 'Howlin' For You' by The Black Keys blares over the loudspeakers at every location, a multi colored lightshow lights up the sky in a display that gets the fans screaming the EWC PRIME namesake. Brilliant blue spotlights swirl over the cheering crowds, whipping them up into a near-frenzy of excitement at the show to come.
Cameras flash all around the arena as the X-Tron cycles through Prime's roster. Callie Clark, Narumi Tsutsumi, Dalilah Ashe, "Headhuntress" Aiya, 'The S-Factor' Scorpio, Eddie Dozier, Aaron Kostan, Aeon Khronos, Patrick James, Tyler Quest, Bosa, Kyle Gautier, Saidie Sharpe, The Defender, Mitsuo Shimada, Amber Lisa Hall, ViVi, Timothy Deacon, Jaxton Matthews and Monolith are all featured.
We also get some extra footage of the current Champions on PRIME as we see Bosa with the Showtime Broadcast Championship and then Narumi Tsutsumi holding the Indy Championship over her head.
After one final pan over the crowd, we get some shots of a few of the signs being held up by the fans ..

ONE OF SCORPIO'S DARLINGS!
The camera centers on ringside at the Osaka-jō Hall arena fans stand up, pumping their fists and cheering. One last round of fireworks blast out now, and we turn our attention to Marshall Evans and Hayley Kushnir ..
Evans: Kon'nichiwa, EWCPRIME e yōkoso .. and happy mothers day to all of our mothers out there! I'm Marshall Evans and this is PRIME, coming to you live from the Osaka-jō Hall arena in Osaka, Japan. With me as always is my lovely wife, Haley Kushnir!
Kushnir: Thank you for the welcome hun, and happy mothers day! We are at the midway point of the G1 and I am so excited to be here! There is so much action tonight, so much on the line .. every point matters right now in the G1 standings. Sitting at the top for Group A is a 3-way tie between Eddie Dozier, Scorpio and our Indy Champion .. Narumi Tsutsumi. Over at Group B, it might as well be 'B' for 'Bosa', because he's sitting alone at the top with 4 pts, but Kyle Gautier is right behind him with 3.
Evans: We kick of tonight with an intended invasion by Rampage when Mark Storm blows in-to face the rookie, Timothy Deacon. Last time we saw Marky Mark, he wasn't looking so funky in his defeat at the hands of Grizzly Duggan and our President, Big Danny Mac! What a heck of a 500th show Rampage put on just a couple days ago. After that opener, we turn our attention to six G1 matches. Tyler Quest battles Mitsui Shimada, both looking for their first points. Then it's Jaxton Matthews versus Vivi. Jaxton is coming off of back-to-back wins and is looking for his first points. After that the undefeated and red hot Scorpio takes on Amber Lisa Hall, who is also looking for her first points of the G1 tournament. A win here would be huge for ALH.
Kushnir: In addition we have Dalilah Ashe versus Kyle Gautier. The winner here would jump right into sole possession of second place in group B, or Kyle could potentially jump over Bosa and take the top spot. Speaking of Bosa, he will be defending his Showtime Broadcast Championship for a 3rd time, as he faces The Defender who has looked strong as a rookie. Then it's the big one when Eddie Dozier challenges Narumi Tsutsumi for the Indy Title in our main event! The Indy Championship, 2 points and $500,000 on the line that mammoth of a main.
Evans: That is a great card!
Kushnir: A GREAT card, I can't wait!
Evans: Wait no more, we are all set to go.
Kushnir: Remember if you're unable to see any of our great EWC programming, subscribe to EWCTV today and never miss another second. We'll be right back with our first match .. right after this!
Marshall and Hayley share a kiss as we fade to the EWCTV commercial

We return to ringside where we see Marshall Evans.
Evans: At our last show, Patrick James gave Prime a win over the invading Rampage's Ruby Clifton. This week, Rampage has sent Mark Storm to face our Timothy Deacon. Will Prime win again or will the result go Rampage's way?
Reid: INTRODUCING FIRST, REPRESENTING RAMPAGE!
'Short Change Hero' by The Heavy begins to play through the PA system, emerging from the back is Your Hero and Mine, who has a smile etching onto his face as he stands on the top of the entrance ramp.
Appearing on the tron behind him is the graphic:
Storm begins to make his way to the ring, high-fiving a few of the fans in the front row before leaping onto the apron and striking a pose, nodding his head in appreciation to the reception he's getting. He enters the ring, climbing up onto the top rope and once again, poses for the fans, a grin stretching from ear to the other as his theme song slowly fades in the background.
Reid: AND HIS OPPONENT, REPRESENTING PRIME....
The arena goes black, a single spotlight shines on Timothy Deacon who is down on his left knee with his right hand on the entrance stage in a fist formation. "I still burn" by fozzy blast through the arena as the lights come back on. Timothy Deacon stands up and begins to run down the ramp. Timothy deacon slides into the ring and jumps onto the furthest left turnbuckle with a smile on his face he raises his right hand in a fist formation before doing a back flip off the top rope.
Reid: From Oija, California - Weighing in at one hundred and ninety-five pounds... TIMOTHY DEEEEEAAACCCCOOOONNNN!!!
*HUGE POP FROM THE PRIME CROWD!*
DING DING DING
Storm rushes at Deacon with several fast paced strikes but Deacon ducks, weaves, and even cartwheels out of the way, popping up behind storm with a dropkick to the back that sends him stumbling! Deacon back rolls into the nearby ropes, snaps off and as Storm turns to face him in perfect time to eat a spinning heel kick that spins the Rampage star to the canvas! Storm recovers quickly but Deacon's SUPERKICK follow up rocks him right off his feet again! Storm flails, flat-backing hard on the canvas! Deacon then rushes up the nearby corner and backflips off with a wicked Moonsault pin!
ONE!!!
TWO!!!
TTTHHHRRRRE-KICKOUT!!
Storm just barely manages to kick out!
Evans: That was three! Is that a Rampage ref?
Kushnir: Calm down. We're supposed to call it as down the middle as the referee did.
Storm and Deacon get up, trading holds back and forth with Storm getting the upper hand at last when Deacon goes for a quick clothesline, but Storm ducks and rolls to backflip with THE RAGE OF GLORY Pele Kick! Deacon falls back, clutching at his head. Storm grabs Deacon up and hits a hard knee lift to the gut and hits THE STORM STRIKE! Flipping Deacon up and over to land on his shoulders and fall onto his stomach. Storm takes a moment after hitting the big move, pumping his fist to the booing Prime crowd. He then makes the cover...
ONE!!!
TWO!!!
TTTHHHHHRRRRE-KICKOUT!!!
The crowd goes WILD as Deacon kicks out of such a big finishing move, which angers Storm, who stands up and stomps on Deacon. Deacon rolls away, trying and failing to avoid the stomps until he rolls right out of the ring to the floor below. Storm stomps his feet in frustration, taking his temper out on the referee and ultimately blaming them for a "slow count." Then all of a sudden he turns and bolts towards the ropes as Deacon gets to his feet. He takes a flying leap but Deacon side steps with a picture perfect roundhouse kick connecting square with Storm's chest, causing him to spin in mid flight, crashing on the barricade back first in brutal fashion. He flips off the steel to the floor, clutching at his back in agony! Deacon stumbles after the kick and falls to one knee.
Evans: Nicely avoided and a nice kick to boot.
Kushnir: Both men down as a result of it but the advantage will go to who gets to their feet first.
The two proceed to battle outside the ring, battering each other along the way. Deacon slings Storm into the ring steps. Storm kicks him in the gut on approach and shoves him into the barricade. Storm throws Deacon face first into a ringpost and busts him open! Storm then grabs Deacon and slams his fast into the ring steps, leaving a little splat of blood. He goes for it again and Deacon halts him with both hands, then elbows him in the gut and slams HIS face into the steps instead. Deacon then rolls Storm into the ring, sliding in after him. His stunned foe rises and SUPERKICK sends Storm falling for a seat in the corner. Deacon signals for his finish, then climbs to the top ropes all the way across the ring. Taking flight, he crosses the entire length of the ring and lands THE COAST TO COAST right into the chest of Deacon, leaving his foe gasping for breath! Gathering Storm up, Deacon then lifts him to the very top. The struggle is minimal there, Deacon keeping him stunned with a hard right to the face. He then climbs up, locks on the front facelock and drops with THE DEACON DDT off the top! *THOOOOM* says Mr. Skull to Mr. Canvas and right there, middle of the ring, Deacon rolls Storm over for the pin!
ONE!!!
TWO!!!
THRRRRREEEE!!!
DING DING DING
Reid: And your winner, via PINFALL ... TIMOTHY DEEEEEAAACCCOOOONNN!!!Evans: WOOOOOO! PRIME WINS!!!!!
Kushnir: A big victory for Timothy Deacon and for Prime but Mark Storm brought the thunder and made the rookie Tim Deacon earn the win.
Deacon's music hits and with blood streaking down his smiling face, the Prime star raises his fist in the air in victory as the wild, cheering crowd goes nuts for their star winning one for the team against Rampage!
Evans: A Prime win, you love to see it!
Kushnir: Ok Alex .. Another thing I love to see is the G1. This week's G1 matches begin with Mitsuo Shimada versus Tyler Quest and it is next, right after this 60 second commercial break!
The camera cuts to a commercial break.
We return from commercial to ringside where the crowd runs hot for the first of the G1 matches.
Evans: We promised the G1. We promised Tyler Quest versus Mitsuo Shimada. So let's wait no longer. Take it away Damon Reid!
Reid: The following match is for one fall! Joining us first, from Angel Grove, California, weighing in at one hundred and twenty two pounds ... TYLER QUEST!
The X-Tron starts playing as "Your Turn To Roll" sung by Ashley Johnson and Laura Bailey begins to play over the loud speakers as Tyler Quest steps through the curtain with the Marine Corps flag draped over her shoulders. Right beside her is Jackson Pollack with his arms down by his side. Tyler smiles toward the crowd before walking down the ramp. Once they reach the bottom, Tyler slides into the ring, walks toward one of the turnbuckles and climbs onto the middle turnbuckle. She holds the flag up high above her head before handing it to a stoic Jackson. Right after doing so, she will hit a flawless backflip before shouting Semper Fi. She stands in the corner and waits.
Reid: And her opponent, from Adachi, Tokyo, weighing in at two hundred and thirty pounds ... the man, the myth, the legend ... MITSUO SHIMADA!
The opening of Stardust by Kazsin plays through the speakers as the arena falls into silence and the lights begin to dim. Emerging from the back is 'The Man, Myth and Legend', Mitsuo Shimada. He stands on the top of the entrance ramp, pumping his fist before holding it up in the air, a smirk appearing on his lips as he swaggers down the entrance ramp.
Once he reaches the apron, Shimada enters the ring and runs towards the ropes, bouncing off of them before performing a forward roll and posing in the centre of the ring, his fist once again raised in the air.
DING DING DING
The pace is furious from the get-go, both competitors hitting the ropes, diving through each other's legs and then leapfrogging in turn before Tyler Quest gets the upper hand with a beautiful handspring into a headscissor takedown, kipping up to hit a second as Shimada surges to his own feet. The Japanese superstar is off-balance, but hit the ropes again, managing to counter a now very confident Ms. Quest with a rolling wheel kick that spins her from her feet.
Hurriedly, Shimada drags her to the corner, goes up for a flamboyant ten punch, and then takes a couple of steps backward, carefully measuring Ty before he rushes in for a Shimada Special Margarita Mix; a wild kick carrying him out onto the apron, where he holds on, trips the leg and dives back over the top rope with a stunning low dropkick. He rolls backward, but Quest comes alive in spite of the punishment, driving in with a swift double-leg, then popping up into a moonsault for the cover!
No! Shimada reverses into a tidy roll-up, nodding frantically at the cheering crowd.
ONE...
NO!
Quest reverses, flips him over with a leglock, and locks in a surfboard submission! Shimada's able to grab the ropes, breaking the hold. Ever just and fair, Quest releases it in short order, and rolls to her feet, where the two begin to warily circle one another as the crowd starts duelling chants.
Evans: Fans behind both competitors here.
Kushnir: It makes for a great atmosphere in this arena but will it spurn one of them to a win?
A series of acrobatic counter-holds garner a number of gasps and cheers as these two show just how evenly-matched they are, but it's again Tyler Quest who pulls ahead first, staggering Shimada with a spinning double-footed mule kick, then seizing him by the hand and dragging him toward a turnbuckle, walking up and bouncing off the ropes into a momentous Huracanrana! The Uneven Special! He skids across the ring, coming up in a three-point crouch, and Ty sprints directly after him, shifting her trajectory as she sees him already rising, leaping off his back onto the top rope, where she twists effortlessly and springboards into a corkscrew dropkick!
The fans are on their feet for this display of athleticism, and as he rises, using the ropes to assist, Shimada has to concede the point with an approving nod. The two speedsters take off again, though, another buttery-smooth exchange of running counters culminating in a spinebuster from the Hero For Hire! He doesn't even bother covering this time, pulling Quest to her feet and following up with a picture-perfect vertical suplex that transitions into an Emerald Flowsion; Remix Buster!
ONE...
TWO...
KICKOUT!
Evans: Any closer and a bell rings!
Kushnir: Staff Tyler Quest was able to kick out but can she keep going and turn this around or did she delay the inevitable?
Tyler Quest looks determined as they circle one another again, Shimada bouncing from foot to foot, feinting toward her then dancing away to take a knee. She takes the bait, dashing forward to hit the Kick of Ty, and Shimada slides to his feet, catching her about the waist and turning her over, locking in a half-nelson--
N-No! Tyler Quest drops her weight firmly, landing atop the Starblazer for a swift count of one. He simply shoves her into the air, and she achieves substantial air time, before twisting and catching the man with a leg lariat as he tries to stand. Shimada goes down hard, rolls toward the apron, and Quest takes off at a sprint once more - clearing the top rope with a forward somersault and landing atop the apron, smiling out at the crowd, and reverses her momentum! She flips backwards over the rope, and lands on Mitsuo Shimada's midsection with both knees! He's hurt!
Ty's legs scythe through the air as she rolls back to vertical base, beckoning the man on as he starts to struggle upright. She gives him a moment to breathe, and then he's driving toward her with a roaring elbow. It's too easy for Quest to predict; she bridges under it with the TyVasion, flawlessly glides back to her feet and hauls the larger man over her shoulders.
Taking two steps toward the middle of the ring, she pops him up and over...
And catches his head with her knee on the way down! CLOUDED JUDGEMENT!
ONE...
TWO...
THREE!
DING DING DING
Reid: And your winner, via pinfall ... TYLER QUEST!!!Evans: A big win for Tyler here. This adds some very valuable points to the board.
Kushnir: On the flip side, you have to feel for Shimada. So near, so far. An impressive display tonight but still no points on the board
Shimada remains down in a crumpled heap as Tyler Quest celebrates, overcome with delight as the crowd chant her name. She climbs each corner post in turn, giving a marine salute to all four corners of the arena as they chant:
"LET'S GO, TYLER!"
"SEMPER FI!"
"LET'S GO, TYLER!"
"SEMPER FI!"
Grinning ear-to-ear, Quest blows a kiss to Jackson Pollack and then hops down, coming face-to-face with Shimada, who is nursing his wounded ego with a bit of a scowl; but nonetheless, extends a hand toward her. She barely needs to consider the offer, snapping out a brisk salute to her defeated opponent as well before she seizes the hand and grasps it firmly to a huge pop from the EWC fans!
Evans: A nice show of honor and respect there. You don't see that often in pro wrestling.
Kushnir: Will we see that same honor and respect when Eddie Dozier battles Narumi Tsutsumi later tonight? We may get an indication from the champion herself as we can cut to her now as she's with Jenna Salvatore.
The camera cuts backstage to the interview area.
Narumi is found backstage with her Indy Championship as Jenna Salvatore approaches.
Salvatore: Narumi! It must be surreal to have been able to bring that championship all the way back home here! How does it feel?
Narumi: Yes it’s great to be back in Japan as champion! I’ve had so much work and people I need to catch up with. My family documentary, Yōkai Todokeru, comes out this summer! But tonight the most important thing is of course defending the best brand championship in all of the EWC.
Salvatore: Yes against Eddie Dozier, he’s had quite the things to say about you and Megumi.
Narumi: Honestly, saying things about me is fine, but why go after Megumi? You don’t see me going after Callie’s name, and that wouldn’t be too difficult now, would it? It makes me understand how Will Smith must have felt.
Narumi gives an over the top angry face at the camera.
Narumi: EDDIE KEEP MY TAG TEAM PARTNER’S NAME OUT YOUR BAKA MOUTH!
Narumi’s face becomes less jokingly tense, but one can tell she’s actually still not happy.
Narumi: No seriously, I’m going to headhunt you for that. You’re good and you’re huge, I get why you feel it’s your right to bully everyone, so most of the time I don’t take your words to heart. You’re always talking trash, but you didn’t have to go there and try dishonouring my partner’s name when she isn’t on Prime to stand up for herself. You’ve caused the Senshi of the Blade a lot of trouble, and tonight I intend to make you pay for it.
Salvatore: Standing up for Megumi is fine and all, but don’t you feel a thing about him saying he’s more established than you in the EWC?
Narumi makes a quizzical face, as if she questions if Dozier’s statement is true. She then shrugs her shoulders.
Narumi: I know he can’t mean within the hearts of the fans. So he must mean in the eyes of who that locker room respects and who management banks their money on. Is it true that he’s a bigger name to them than me? I don’t know. It’s not up to me nor Eddie, it’s up for them to say. Personally, I feel just fine with the respect people show me. But if Eddie’s right? And I’m the one who has main evented PPVs and won championships like Eddie never has? All that means is he hasn’t lived up to his potential yet and I’ve exceeded expectations. Let’s see if that continues tonight.
Narumi walks off with her championship.
We return to ringside where fans are pumped for the next match!
Evans: What an exciting Group A match we just witnessed, folks! We move on now with Group B action as Jaxton Matthews joins the fray taking on Vivi, who holds a point in the G1 as a result of a draw against Kyle Gautier!
Reid: The following match is scheduled for one fall, and is part of the G1 tournament! Joining us first, from Blackpool, England, weighing in at 211 pounds ... JAXTON MATTHEWS!
"DOA" by I Prevail plays, echoing through the speakers. A single spotlight shines down on the stage, a man silhouette stands in the middle of the stage. And as the bass drops red and white lights fill the arena, revealing Jaxton Matthews who takes everything in before making his way to the ring.
Reid: And his opponent, from all over the world, weighing in at 128 pounds ... VIVI!
Pyros hit and "Little Boxes" by Kinky begins to play. Vivi appears and gives a big smile to the crowd, waving and enjoying herself like always. She skips down to the ring and rolls under the bottom rope, ready to compete.
DING DING DING
The bell rings and Jaxton is immediately on the attack, unloading some hard chops on Vivi to send her reeling toward the corner. He charges toward her, but Vivi manages to evade at the last second...and Jaxton's momentum sends him crashing against the turnbuckle! Vivi spins him around before hitting a running bulldog! She quickly follows it up with a legdrop attempt, but Jaxton rolls out of the way and we find ourselves at a standstill!
Evans: Jaxton lookin' real hot in the early going, but it looks like Vivi had an answer for it!
Kushnir: Someone as well-traveled as her is bound to pick up a sound defense like that!
Jaxton once again rushes Vivi, but she has it scouted this time before unleashing a flurry of offense on him. some hard kicks mixed in with an occasional forearm strike before sending Matthews to the ropes...where she connects with a drop toe hold that sends him face first into the canvas! She senses an opportunity and goes for the cover!
ONE!
NO!
Matthews kicks out with authority, shoving Vivi away! She goes back on the attack, but is met with a hard right hand by Matthews that knocks her silly. He scoops her off her feet before driving Vivi down into the canvas--MICHINOKU DRIVER II! This could be it, as Jaxton makes the cover now!
ONE!
TWO!
TH--NOPE!
Evans: What a close call there by Jaxton Matthews, who nearly had the match won right there with that Michinoku Driver II!
Kushnir: You definitely can't count Vivi out though, she has a lot of fight left in her!
Things are really heating up now, as Jaxton starts arguing with the ref over that being a full three count. This gives Vivi a chance to recoup as she stands up again, much to the chagrin of Matthews who looks to have this match under wraps. He starts pummelling Vivi, making good use of his strong style as Matthews wears the Jill of All Trades down with some more chops and forearms. Jaxton takes to the ropes, looking for momentum as he goes for the Knee of God--OOPSIE!
Vivi dodges the running knee attack and gracefully swings around, connecting with a flying cross arm breaker that sends Jaxton down hard before she cinches in the hold! Jaxton's got nowhere to go, and cannot seem to crawl close enough for a rope break! He struggles for a bit, before tapping out!
DING DING DING
Reid: And your winner, via submission ... VIVI!!!Evans: What a win for Vivi here! She took on Jaxton's strong style and matched it with her joshi-based skill well!
Kushnir: This win gives Vivi two points in the G1 tournament and some much-needed momentum going forward!
The ref raises Vivi's hand in victory, much to the disappointment of Jaxton Matthews who rolls out of the ring in frustration, favoring his arm after that cross arm breaker.
Evans: Credit to Jaxton here, submission holds like that are VERY difficult to counter when they come at you so fast!
Kushnir: Great point hun, that's a move the rest of Group B should look out for as the G1 rolls on! In just a moment we return to Group A competition as Amber Lisa Hall takes on Scorpio! We'll be right back after this commercial break! Of course .. if you are watching on EWCTV .. there are no commercials .. another reason to sign-up today!
The camera cuts to a commercial break
We return to ringside where the arena has already united behind fan favorite Lisa Amber Hall; or just as likely, AGAINST the thus far very dominant and much-maligned Scorpio.
"RUN IT! RUN IT! RUN IT! RUN IT!"
Evans: Welcome back to PRIME .. oh what a match we have next. Amber Lisa Hall looking for her first points of the G1, while Scorpio is looking to remain perfect! It's Amber and Scorpio and it's happening .. right meow!
Reid: The following match is for one fall! Joining us first, from Brooklyn, New York, weighing in at one hundred and thirty five pounds ... AAAAAAAMBEEEER!
Run It came blasting over the speakers as Amber stood on the top of the ramp with her leather jacket on with a smirk across her face. She comes out playing to the crowd a bit before she climbs inside of the ring. She takes off her jacket with a smile looking over at the opponents with a grin ready to start
'Rule Britannia' hits the speakers as red, white, and blue lighting flashes around the arena. The crowd begin to boo loudly as the imagine of a waving Union Jack is displayed on the X-Tron. Superimposed on this is the message "Please be upstanding for your Prime Minister". After a little while the orchestral music fades down...
Reid: Please welcome, from London, England, weighing in at two hundred and five pounds ... 'The People's Camp', 'The Baddest Bitch On The Planet', 'The Prime Minister' ... 'THE S-FACTOR' SCORPIO!
'Iconic' - Madonna feat. Chance The Rapper hits the speakers as the house lights go down, switching to a spotlight focused on the curtain. It parts, revealing 'The S-Factor' Scorpio stood behind, a hand on his hip cutting a beautiful silhouette. He sashays forward, a long coat dripping in jewels swaying with every step. Behind him steps Crème de la Crème, Scorpio's drag queen confidant and manager. The two look to one another and nod, before Scorpio opens his coat and drops it to the floor, revealing another stunning outfit. He steps down the ramp with a confident strut, emulating that of the catwalk models of Paris and Milan, before reaching the ring. Scorpio climbs up one set of steps as Crème climbs the other, parting the ropes to allow 'The S-Factor' in. Stepping into the middle of the ring Scorpio raises one arm, and blows a kiss with the other, a smile forming on his beautifully made-up face.
DING DING DING
With the bell rung, Amber isn't letting anything stop her. She crosses the ring like a speeding Mack Truck and shoulder blocks the shocked Prime Minister clean into the corner with the Run By! She lands on her knees, instantly pops up and follows up with a running hipcheck. The Osaka-jō Hall is firmly behind her, and she pauses for a moment to play to them, then turns her attention back to Scorpio, he slides to his feet and shoves a hand in her face, palming her away.
Amber looks plainly insulted, scoffing as she steps back in, as close to chest-to-chest with the much taller man as she can be, arms out in a display of absolute confidence before she catches him with a slap. It's Scorpio's turn to look disgusted, wiping at his cheek and then springing forward into a lariat that sweeps the powerful woman from her feet. Brexit Means Brexit! The impact is tremendous!
Scorpio keeps going from there, hitting the ropes and sprinting back in as Amber is staggering to her feet, immediately catching her with a corkscrew neckbreaker. She flops painfully from the top of her head to the canvas, as the crowd swell with boos, and Scorpio elects not to make the cover, instead strutting on his Louboutins to the ropes, where he leans out to 'converse' with his not-so-adoring fans.
Evans: Scorpio soaking in the jeers from this crowd.
Kushnir: I'm convinced it powers him like Superman and the sun.
Amber has plenty of time to get to her feet, Scorpio even taking the time to examine his nails before she storms back in with big, clubbing forearms, and scintillating backhand chops once she has him against the ropes. Scorpio clutches at his chest, and she follows up with a hard headbutt that rocks him, going for a second to either break his nose or bust him open-- when a hand catches her legs underneath the ropes and pulls her off-balance.
It's Dalilah Ashe, the Prime Minister's recently-acquired lackey! Amber glares down at her, furiously daring her to step into the ring and join them, but Ashe just bites her thumb at the powerhouse. Scorpio takes the opportunity to slip behind and hit an almost lackadaisical reverse Huracanrana that spills Amber into a backward roll across the canvas. As she comes up in a crouch, he follows up with a dropkick, then pops to his feet and catches her with a snap suplex as she rebounds off the ropes!
He goes for a standing moonsault to follow up but Amber rolls out of the way, psyching up the crowd momentarily before stepping in for an enormous side slam backbreaker! The Prime Minister rolls in agony, and she bundles him up for the cover...
ONE...
TWO...
KICKOUT!
Evans: Is it Scorpio or is it Amber that Dalilah is distracting?
Kushnir: I'm not sure but Amber got a very close near fall from that backbreaker either way.
Dalilah Ashe is up on the apron, jaw-jacking at Amber as the other woman gets to her feet and catches her breath. Having had quite enough of her nonsense, Miss Hall dashes forward and bodily SHOVES her off the apron into the barricade, turning around just in time to dodge a decapitating roundhouse kick from Scorpio! She drops down and drives forward, catching the leg across her shoulder, twisting around to brutally slam him into the canvas!
She picks him right back up, signals to the crowd and hits her Fatback belly-to-belly, then pops back to standing and fires an annoyed glare at Dalilah Ashe, who hasn't shut up despite the punishment she's taken. With the stomps and cheers of the fans driving her on, Amber takes off at a sprint, and clears the top rope completely! Shooting for the Stars! She wipes Ashe out completely with the Topé con Hilo, rolls to her knees on the ramp and slides back into the ring to break the count...
Scorpio is ready and waiting! He goes to seize the woman by the hair before she can fully rise, and she simply cartwheels in response, using her Try Again maneuver to thwart the Prime Minister - who wears a smirk, and lashes out instantly with a Louboutin to the midsection! Amber is caught off-guard as he out-scouts her, stumbles off the ropes and is caught with a Ranhei! Fuck You, Europe!
ONE...
TWO...
KICKOUT!
Amber screams passionately as she surges back to her feet, hits the ropes at a dead sprint and comes driving back in toward Scorpio-- who SMUGLY dodges her patented running bicycle knee strike, clearly deciding he'd rather be the one to 'Run It' as he spins Amber around by the arm and falls back, planting his highly-fashionable boot in her face! THE HEEL TURN! Amber looks out of it, but once the official begins counting, the Prime Minister plants a foot on the ropes anyway, adding a little more leverage for the pin...

DING DING DING
Reid: And your winner, via pinfall ... SCORPIO!!!Evans: He spiked her with that. Almost literally. I'm surprised there is not a heel sized hole in Amber's face! Big win!
Kushnir: Amber came really close here. I believe that it won't be long until she's on top of the entire Prime brand. She has so much fight in her, but tonight belonged to the baddest bitch of them all .. Scorpio.
It's the result nobody wanted, to judge by the crowd reaction. Even in the more respectful climate of Japan, Scorpio has them in the palm of his bitter, cynical hand. Absolutely knowing his own power, he chuckles wryly as he blows kisses to each side of the arena. Dalilah Ashe may have gotten the raw end of the deal in their partnership, but a win is a win; she slides into the ring with Crème to celebrate with the Prime Minister as he postures flamboyantly for the incensed Japanese crowd, his two cronies running verbal interference on both sides of the ring as insults are liberally thrown his way.
Evans: The crowd don't like it but Scorpio really doesn't seem to care if they do or not.
Kushnir: Gets me back to my Superman sun theory. As we enjoy the G1 and the Japan tour, Buddy Love and Killoy Ito see this as a homecoming. I hear we can go to them now via the X-Tron.
The camera cuts to Killjoy Ito and Buddy Love on the X-Tron.
The X-Tron comes to life inside Osaka-jo Hall and the pop from the crowd is deafening as the EWC Undisputed Champion Killjoy Ito appears on the screen in front of his home fans.
From the left side of the screen the smiling face of ‘The Prodigal Son’ Buddy Love appears on the screen as he waves to the fans of Osaka.
Love: Konnichiwa Osaka!!!
The fans cheer even lower as Buddy smiles, thrill with himself for learning ‘hello’ in Japanese
Love: We hope you are enjoying tonight’s G1 matches and are thrilled that Prime was able to bring the G1 home to Japan to continue on the tradition that started right here in Japan.
The fans of Osaka clap at this statement
Love: We really wish we could be there tonight but we are in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for Paramount #019 against a man competing here tonight Kyle Gautier…Kyle we wish you the best of luck tonight and want to see you step into the ring full of confidence and having 5 full points in the Group B standings…
The fans continue to clap at Buddy’s good sportsmanship…or maybe it’s just that he’s with Killjoy
Love: But as sad as we are about not being here tonight in Osaka we are happy to announce that on May 22 we will be in Echizen, Japan for Prime #097!!!
Buddy waves his arms as the crowd cheers
Love: We are coming home ladies and gentlemen for the EWC Japan Tour and are thrilled to be coming back to Prime, to where it all started for Killjoy…
Killjoy nods which draws more cheers from the Japanese fans
Love: Mrs. Ito’s baby boy is coming home!!! And we can’t wait to be back in Japan and in front of the GREATEST wrestling fans in the world so get your ticket now because I’m sure the Sun Dome Fukui will now sell out with the Undisputed Champion returning home…we can’t wait to see you all so until then…
Buddy smirks
Love: Sayōnara!!!
The fans cheer as Buddy waves goodbye
We return to ringside where Marshall Evans tears at his notes.
Evans: CANADA! I give him the big 'he's enjoying a homecoming' and he's in Canada .. whatever. Up next the G1 continues with Kyle Gautier versus Scorpio's sidekick, Dalilah Ashe.
Reid: The following match, set for one fall, is a G1 Match! Joining us first, residing in Mobile. Alabama and weighing in at 235 pounds ... KYLE GAUTIER!
An elegant Purple spotlight shines on the ramp as ‘The Man’ by the Killers blares. Kyle Gautier is standing at the top soaking in the raucous cheers. He slaps hands with anyone as he runs down to the ring. He slides under the bottom rope and goes to as many corners as he can to get ready.
Reid: And the opponent, from out of the Darkness of your Desires, she is the most Beautiful of Tragedies, the Sweetest of the Deadly Sins and the Last Temptation that you will ever need. She is the Vicious Mistress:
DALILAH ASHE
Committed by One-Eyed Doll begins to play and a purple glow illuminates the arena and a violet mist rises from the stage bringing with it the smell dying roses.

How I wish this Room Was Vacant
Can't Seem To Break Through These Padded Walls
The curtain parts as Dalilah Ashe appears wearing a crown of black roses and thorns which prick her pale brow bringing small drops of dark red blood. She opens her arms to hold the crowd in the long cold embrace of her contempt.
Locked Up in this Nuthouse Crying
All these Drugs My Brain is Frying
Doctor Says the Lunatic Needs More
Cocking her head to one side and holding her arms stiff at her sides she begins a long zombie walk to the ring, followed closely by her handler Lacey Savage. Climbing stiffly up onto the apron she looms over the audience like some ancient goddess of lust and death. She smiles down at them, slowly wetting her painted lips with the tip of her tongue before throwing her head back with a mocking laugh. She slides between the ropes with an evil expression to stare down her opponent with a wicked grin and nothing but bad intentions.

Both go to for a tie up but Gautier rams his knees into Ashe's ribs and, as she doubles over in pain, rains down on her with forearm smashes to the shoulder blades. Gautier whips Ashe off the ropes and lifts her for a back drop. Only it's not a backdrop as he drives her down to the canvas with an Alabama Slam. He lifts Ashe for a DDT but she counters with an inverted atomic drop. As Gautier doubles over, Ashe leaps to his back hitting a code red. Ashe is on her feet and running off the ropes bringing herself down on Gautier with a rolling thunder. Ashe pulls Gautier to his feet and attempts a Cactus piledriver but Gautier tries to counter. Ashe lays in with forearms to counter Gautier's counter before dropping him to the mat with a double underhook DDT. Both get to their feet where Gautier spins cracking Ashe with a back elbow to the face. She clutches her nose as her eyes water. Evans: A shot like that will disorientate you. You can't see your opponent and they batter the granny out of you.
Kushnir: What are you talking about? It is a good move I'll grant you though. Let's see what Kyle Gautier can do with it now he has control of the match.
Gautier whips Ashe off the ropes and catches her on the rebound with a dropkick. Ashe wipes her eyes as she uses the ropes to pull herself to her feet and walks right into a DDT from Gautier. Gautier then rolls to the apron and climbs to the top turnbuckle. He leaps hitting a tMc Club Initiation. He makes a cover.

THR... NO! KICK OUT!
Ashe manages to push Gautier off her breaking the count. Gautier punches the canvas in frustration before getting to his feet. He takes a few steps back as Ashe gets to her hands and knees. Gautier runs. He runs right into a desperation clothesline from Ashe as she throws herself at Gautier. He gets to his feet as she runs off the ropes hitting a front flip stunner. Gautier falls to the canvas as Ashe climbs the corner. She tosses herself back connecting with a Descending Angel. She hooks a leg.

Evans: Both using the high flying offence and both coming close.
Kushnir: Someone needs to win this. Neither wants this to end in a draw
Both get to their feet. Ashe rams Gautier hard in the ribs with a shoulder and brings him to the mat with a swinging neck breaker. Ashe lifts Gautier to his feet and positions him for a Kiss Before Dying. Gautier manages to push her away and kicks her in the gut before dropping her with Oliver Twist of Fate. Both lay flat on the mat before Gautier stretches an arm across his opponent.

Reid: And your winner, via pinfall ... KYLE GAUTIER!!!
Evans: Big win here on Prime. Takes him now to 5 points in the G1
Kushnir: Dalilah had her moments here. If she had connected with her finisher, Gautier wouldn't be grinning from ear to ear like he is now.
Gautier is indeed grinning as he stands on the turnbuckles soaking in the cheers from the crowd. They're booing him but he hears cheers. .
Evans: While Kyle Gautier is all smiles who will me smiling next?
Kushnir: It's Bosa versus The Defender it's for G1 points and the Showtime Broadcast Championship and it's on the other side of this!
The camera cuts to a commercial break.
SHOWTIME BROADCAST
CHAMPIONSHIP
GROUP B MATCH
The Defender
Vs Bosa
Match Writer: EWC Staff Assistant: Em
We return to ringside where we see Marshall Evans.
Evans: We have seen G1 wins for Tyler Quest, Kyle Gautier, Vivi and Scorpio. But who will win this one? It's Bosa versus The Defender and it's for the Showtime Championship. Bosa already has two successful defenses, can he make it three? We're about to find out!
Reid: The following match, set for one fall, is a G1Match and it is for the Showtime Broadcast Championship! Joining us first, from Gatlinburg, Tennessee and weighing in at 270 pounds, he is ... THE DEFENDER!
The lights in the arena dim and the smoke machines go into overdrive as Kid Rock's "Warrior" hits the arenas PA system! Out through the curtain first comes controversial right winger Ben Thomas, met with a chorus of boos from everyone in attendance. Just when you think it can't get any louder the few left in the building NOT booing join in when out comes THE DEFENDER! Cloaked in an elegant sleeveless leather American flag duster and hosting an American flag up on his shoulder the young powerhouse and his father make their way down to the ring and step inside, The Defender ready to go to war.
The arena goes silent as Damon Reid stands at center ring. Around him, camera's flash and fans speak amongst themselves as he slowly raises a microphone to his lips.
Reid: Ladies and Gentlemen, I bring your attention to the Beast Incarnate. He is a man known the world over for his power, strength, and never surrender attitude. He is a second generation superstar with a family legacy that will be spoken about for years to come. Hailing from Marin, California! He is the Showtime Broadcast Champion, Here is the BEAST OF PRIME..... BOOOOOOOSSSSSSAAAAAAAA!!!!
"Psychosocial" – Slipknot begins to play! The crowd completely erupts as Bosa emerges from the backstage area! Stopping on the stage area, he glares at the ring a moment, adjusting his gloves and pads. Taking a deep breath, he looks around the arena as the fans cheer him on. Licking his lips, he nods his head.
The camera slowly pans around Bosa now as the fans continue to respond loudly! Bosa remains in place, allowing himself to bask in the moment. With one last nod, he begins to walk down the rampway and slide under the bottom rope. He paces the ring, stretching his arms as he does so. The arena is completely overwhelmed by the sounds of the fans stomping their feet and clapping their hands.
Bosa's theme song slowly fades out as he stands in place, anticipating the battle that is yet to come. In the distance, the fans begin to chant his name. Bosa nods and remains focused on the match that is about to begin.
DING DING DING
Defender opens with a backhand chop to Bosa's chest and a headbutt. Defender grabs Bosa and brings him to the canvas with a side suplex before getting to his feet and putting the boots to Bosa. Defender brings Bosa to his feet and whips him off the ropes but it's Bosa who takes the advantage when he comes back with a clothesline. Bosa hits Defender with a DDT and a Suplex. Kushnir: No new champion either but I know The Defender will keep on trying.

DING DING DING
Reid: And your winner, via pinfall and STILL Showtime Broadcast Champion ... BOSA!!!Evans: He did it! He won! That's three successful defenses for Bosa.
Kushnir: The Defender had a few moments where I thought we were going to have a new champion tonight, but the Champion proved to be too much for The Defender tonight. I will say though, The Defender is a name to watch for Rookie of the Year, he continues to impress each week.
Bosa stands on the middle turnbuckle holding his championship up in the air in celebration to the cheers from the crowd.
Evans: Bosa continues to be all alone at number one in Group B!
Kushnir: Wait a moment, what's that on the X-Tron?
The camera turns to the X-Tron as it flickers to life.
The X-Tron flickers to life as "Killer" by JJ Lin begins to play. The crowd pops and sure enough, the figure of "Headhuntress" Aiya appears on the screen. She bows her head and then looks back towards the audience, grinning from ear to ear.
Aiya: Tadaima! Watashi wa min'na-ka ni imasu! However you wanna say or know it, I am back!
The audience continues to cheer as Aiya resumes speaking.
Aiya: As much as I'd love to be in Osaka right now, by the time I was medically cleared, it was too late to throw my name in for being booked. As such, I have a date with Paramount #019 and Rampage #501, but rest assured ... I absolutely am fully intending on returning to Prime. I'll see you guys at Echizen, Japan, for Prime #097! I may also have missed the G1 ... but don't think I haven't been paying attention to everything that's been happening since my absence. Until Prime #097 ...
Aiya flashes a knowing smirk and waves before the X-Tron shuts off. Camera fades to ringside and Marshall Evans.

WINNER TAKES OVER TOP SPOT IN GROUP A, EARNS AN EXTRA $500,000 USD AND TAKES HOME THE INDY CHAMPIONSHIP
We return to ringside where we see Marshall Evans at the commentary desk.
Evans: I like Aiya and can't wait to see her at the Prime #97. However, who will be the Indy Champion when we do? Eddie Dozier, the challenger? Or current champion: Narumi Tsutsumi? There's only one way to find out and that is to head to the ring for this behemoth of a match!
Images of rain falling on cement are seen on the big screen as "Raining Blood" by Slayer begins to play. When the guitar riffs begin, the lights in the arena turn yellow. Eddie Dozier steps out from the back to a loud chorus of boos. Dozier has a look of disgust on his face as he bends down and starts rocking back and forth.
As Dozier stretches out his arms and wipes down his vest, he calmly walks down to the ring, ignoring all of the haters.
Reid: Ladies and gentlemen, introducing the challenger! Weighing in at two hundred and fifty-five pounds. Louisville, Kentucky's finest. THE EWC NIGHTMARE, EDDIE DOZIER!
Reid: Making her way to the ring, weighing in at 125 pounds, from Shinjuku Japan.......she is the Onihime and your Indy Champion!!! NARUMI TSUTSUMI!
Stage spotlights shine down in the dark as "The Baddest" by Raon Lee begins to play with the oni princess skipping onto the scene in a pink oni mask. Narumi waves at the fans as the spotlight follows her. As she makes her to the ring apron, she turns to the camera to take off her mask and blows a kiss as the lights turn back on in the arena. She enters the ring to skip around and wave at the crowd.
DING DING DING
The Doze wastes no time bursting across the ring, but Naru is quicker, ducking a swinging arm and tagging him in the leg with a low kick from behind. He turns around and eats a Mae Geri Front Kick to the mid section followed by an jumping roundhouse right into a low legsweep that takes him right off his feet! He rolls on impact, getting up to his knees when Naru moves in quickly with a Ippon Punch right to his head, but the big man still rises, catching her by the throat, downing her with a wicked Twisting Uranage Slam! The champ bounces on impact! Dozier gathers her up for a wicked Powerbomb and holds her for a quick pinfall!
ONE!
TWO!
KICKOUT AT TWO!!!
Evans: Almost one championship and five hundred grand richer.
Kushnir: Almost but it's early going still.
Eddie hoists Naru up to the top of a nearby turnpost, her back facing the ring. He then gathers her up in the Crucifix pose, the crowd going nuts! He gets a walking start, only for Naru to slide free of his grip and drop down behind him! He turns right around into a jumping MASTERSWORD (Roaring Elbow) and is utterly rocked, falling down to one knee and shaking his head! Eddie gets to his feet, bent forward as Naru hits the ropes and rebounds into a cartwheel, taking his legs and bringing him down for a pinfall with the TONITRUS BOLT BOMB!
ONE!
TW-KICKOUT!!!!
He kicks out and Naru rolls away from him, readying herself...
Evans: Barely a two. Dozier is ready for this one.
Kushnir: If anything, he's showing Narumi that she needs to inflict more punishment on him. Be interesting to see how she responds to that.
She rushes at him full steam ahead, he catches her for a Tilt-A-Whirl, but she flips out of his arms wildly, her feet hitting the very top rope! It's all poetry in motion as he turns, she springs off and delivers a MOUSOU EXPRESS SPRINGBOARD KICK which sends him spinning to the canvas! Even then, the big man doesn't stay down as she vaults to the top rope and diving off with the QUEEN ME-NO!!!! Eddie tucks and rolls forward and Naru lands on her feet awkwardly, stumbling forward a bit! Wasting no time, Eddie hits her with the Big Boot to the back of the head, absolutely flooring her! He then gathers her up, whips her onto his back in a Crucifix hold, then walks to the center of the ring and delivers her with great VENGEANCE to the canvas!!!
ONE!!!
TWO!!!
TTTHHHRRR-KICKOUT!!! A clap of her ankles to his ears forces him to let go, allowing her to back roll out of her pinning predicament.
Evans: A kick out! No bell there.
Kushnir: No, but Dozier's ears will be ringing after that.
Before Dozier can sit up, she rushes in with a running low dropkick, flat backing him! Naru, then gathers him up by the arm, presses her foot to his chin and falls back with THE PAYMON! His jaw clacks and he bounces off, falling flat on his back! He hits the canvas seemingly out cold! The champ covers the challenger!
ONE!!!!
TWO!!!
TTTTHHHRRRE-KICKOUT!!!
Dozier kicks out with a shoulder and an arm raised! Naru gathers him up and whips him to the ropes, then hits the opposite side and comes back. The big man stumbles on the rebound as she comes flying at him, only for his boot to come up instinctively, catching her in mid leap and knocking her out of the sky! He falls to one knee as she skids right past him, still affected by the Paymon jawbreaker. Whipping his head back he forces himself to his feet, gathering Naru up and hitting a knee lift to the gut, hooks on a half-nelson and hits THE KENTUCKY DELUXE! The Champ hits the canvas and rolls on impact out of the ring, completely out of it! Eddie rises to a knee, shaking his head and adjusting his jaw.
Evans: Has Narumi just saved her championship by instinctively rolling out of the ring?
Kushnir: Dozier needs to get her back in the ring if he wants the championship. He will get the win, the points and the cash on a count out though.
Eddie sees he overshot his mark, chuckling a bit as he rolls out of the ring. He wipes a small bit of blood from his lip and just shakes his head. The big man gathers up Naru and slings her back into the ring, rolling her up into a pin!
ONE!!!
TWO!!!
THRRRRRRRRE-KICKOUT!
The crowd lets loose with a huge OMFG pop for the champ still being alive! Snarling Dozier gathers Naru up and slings her into a corner, then gets a running start only to eat a pair of boots to the face! He stumbles back, a bit stunned. She vaults to the top rope, waits for him to turn to face her and leaps off, but EDDIE CATCHES HER! He flips her onto his shoulder and hits THE END-NO!!! SHE REVERESES INTO A DDT! The champ then locks on her deadly TSUTSUMI RAPPU CHOKE!!! Rolling him over, she locks the choke in deep and before he can tap out, he's unconscious! The referee motions for the bell!!
DING DING DING
Reid: And your winner, via SUBMISSION ... AND STILL INDY CHAMPION, NARUMI TSUTSUMI!!!Narumi releases the hold, staggering and swaying away from the big man after such an intense battle! Her music plays as the ref brings her the Indy Championship.
Evans: A big money win for Narumi Tsutsumi. How do you stop her?
Kushnir: All week long I thought this would be Eddie Dozier's crowning moment. For a large portion of this match I still did. He has nothing to be ashamed of with that result. I'm sure his time WILL come. Oh wait .. look at that .. here comes our General Manager .. Victor Price.
As Narumi celebrates in the ring, Victor Price makes his way down to the ring with a mic in one hand and a briefcase in the other. Price and Eddie lock eyes for a moment before Victor focuses on Narumi who is celebrating the win.
Price: Narumi, what a win. Good job tonight .. a damn good performance. You got the two points, you picked up another successful defense and I'm here to live up to my end of the bargain .. a briefcase with $500,000 cash!
Victor Price hands Narumi the briefcase and claps for her as she holds both the Indy Championship and half a million dollars.
Evans: What a moment here tonight .. what a show! As our sun sets tonight, I wish you goodnight from myself, Hayley, Victor Price and the entire Prime Roster. Once again, Happy Mothers Day .. and we now turn our attention to the Sun Dome Fukui Arena in Echizen, Japan which is were we will see you next time on Prime. Stay safe everyone .. good night! I love you mom!
The camera fades out to black as Narumi continues to celebrate and Victor Price makes his way back up the ramp with a big grin on his face.
