(OOC: This is the ladder match that Jessica compared the Silver/Morrison - Scar & Stripes ladder match to.)
As the fans are excited from all the action thus far, the camera pans toward the ring. Being lowered on a hook is, as they all know, the SCW Alternative Championship. The match was about to begin, although no one had seen the champion that evening, yet. Bad Company plays over the arena PA system, calling for the challenger, Simone.
As the music played, Simone walked out of the backstage area, looking supremely smug and arrogant, as if she had won the match already. The crowd exploded in boos and jeering, slinging insults at her, but she ignored them and kept walking. She reached the ring, calming climbing the steps and entering the squared circle. Directly underneath it, Simone looked up at the Alternative Championship, wondering if she would be its master at the end of the night.
Simone’s music stopped and the arena began buzzing. Now, the champion was about to make her entrance. Imaginary began playing and the fans exploded in cheers and chanting and clapping. However, Jessica didn’t come out. Eventually, her music stopped and everyone looked back and forth at each other. Simone asked for a microphone and began mouthing off.
Simone: What’s the matter, Jessica? You scared? I promise, I’ll make it nice and…long! You earned this ass kicking a long time ago, all the bullshit you put me through, so get your ass out here, bitch!
Still, nothing. Simone grew upset.
Simone: I knew Jessica was all bark and no bite. She won’t even come out and face me, because she knows I’m going to beat her so bad that-
As Simone is talking, Jessica appears on the Titantron, smiling. The crowd begins cheering and eventually Simone sees Jessica.
Jessica: Hey, Simoneeeeeee. How are you doing? Are you having fun?
Simone: Where are you!? Come and fight me!
Jessica: Oh, all in due time, my dear. You see, me and my crew want to show you something, but we are still setting it up.
As Jessica finished speaking, a radio on her hip came to life. She reached for it as the camera zoomed out, showing the crew Jessica was speaking of. In a circle edged by four cars, Challenger, CL65 AMG, 599 GTB Fiorano, and a Camaro. Jessica, Candice, Amy Jasmine, and Ashley stood by their cars, their faces calm, but serious.
Voice on Radio: Skydragon to Paradragon.
Jessica: Paradragon. Go.
Skydragon: We are ready.
Jessica: Put that motherfucker in the air, then.
Skydragon: Roger, Skydragon out.
Jessica smiled and put the radio back on her hip. She looked at the camera, speaking.
Jessica: You want to be in the spotlight, constantly, Simone. You have this inner craving for attention. I told you before, I don’t need the spotlight. However, if I want the spotlight, I can take it. Tonight, this is more than just a match for a championship. This is more than a meeting between bitter rivals. This, Simone, is me, kicking your ass…again. You have no respect for this industry, regardless of how many of your siblings are in it.
Jessica gestured to the other three women.
Jessica: These women, they aren’t just my stable mates and partners. While only Ashley and me share blood, I consider all of these women my sisters. Simone, you have done more than upset Jessica Tendonin. You’ve irritated a majority of the Order of the Dragon. AJ, Ashley, and Candice will be accompanying me to the arena tonight, and will share the spotlight as I arrive, Dragasha style.
Just then, the radio buzzed again.
Jessica: This is Paradragon, go ahead.
Amy: We’re ready, Jessica.
Jessica: Good, good. Skydragon, what’s your ETA?
Skydragon: We’ll be over the truck in 20 seconds.
Jessica: Alright, everything is a go.
Jessica put the radio back on her hip, looking serious. She faced the camera.
Jessica: This, Simone, is how you take a motherfucking spotlight, and run with that bitch. Takes notes while you can. See ya soon, pizda.
The camera began fading as the Order of the Dragon got in their cars, Jessica leading the procession out of Vimy Ridge Park with her 600HP Challenger, Candice right behind her with her CL65 AMG, then Ashley in her Camaro, and finally, Amy Jasmine with the Ferrari.
Overhead, the helicopter is flying along Portage Avenue. Below, a large truck is moving slowly, a large mechanical covering on the back of it. As the camera zoomed in, the casing began to open.
Voice: Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, paaaaaaaaaaapeeeeeerrrr flooooooooooweeeeeeerrrssss!!!
The opening was wider, and form overhead, it could be seen that there were several people standing on the back of the truck, and one of them was holding a microphone.
Voice: Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, paaaaaaaaaaapeeeeeerrrr flooooooooooweeeeeeerrrssss!!!
The camera turns back, showing the Order of the Dragon as they tear out of Vimy Ridge Park, making a right on Portage. By the time they catch up to the truck, the covering is completely peeled back and the band can be fully seen and recognized. The four cars lined up and began rotating around the moving truck as Evanescence performed Imaginary on the moving stage.
Amy Lee: What’s up Canadaaaaa!!!
The feed switched to that of a camera that was in a vehicle riding parallel with the truck, though not one of the Dragon’s cars. The view of the band was better now.
Amy Lee: I linger in the doorway, Our alarm clock screaming, Monsters calling my name!
Along the street, people stopped and look, clapping and even following the group along the street. However, the real excitement was inside the arena, down the street. The fans were exploding with applause, having never seen an entrance like this. Simone was standing in the center of the ring, her mouth agape as she watched the live concert coming her way, and bringing with it, Jessica Tendonin, the Alternative Champion.
The band continued playing the song while Amy Lee sung is masterfully. The troupe wasn’t moving fast, by any means, as they did need to take the safety of the pedestrians into account. In her car, Jessica reached for her radio. (Conversation not heard by audience)
Jessica: Lucius?
Lucius: Yes?
Jessica: Are they ready?
Lucius: Yeah, everything is ready.
Jessica: Good, good. We’re making good timing. We’ll be arriving in another two minutes, I think.
Lucius: You should see the look on Simone’s face right now, wife. The woman looks absolutely intimidated.
Jessica: Oh, she hasn’t seen shit yet.
Lucius: See you when you get here.
Jessica put the radio down. Overheard, the helicopter was following and it was flying at an altitude that allowed the camera to pick up details on everything it recorded. At about a kilometer away from the arena, Jessica was in front of the truck. She put her hand out her window and mad a gesture. The rotating stopped and everyone began speeding up.
As the group began speeding toward the arena, the feed switched back inside the arena, where Simone was standing in the ring, looking around. Suddenly, a curtain drops over the stage area where the wrestlers made their entrances and the lights in the arena went out. The crowd then realized there were still lights behind the curtain.
The arena was dark for less than five minutes. The band began playing Imaginary, but the original version, from their Origin album from the year 2000. For a moment, the darkness remained, and then the lights came back on. The band was playing the song, live from the stage. On the Titantron, Jessica was shown backstage, talking to her husband, holding a glass in her hand, of what everyone suspected was her special drink.
Jessica down the liquid and then dropped the glass. It shattered as she began running, her Dragons following her. The cameraman backstage eventually lost them, but only seconds later, the four women were coming out onto the stage. The four of them stood on the stage, looking around. Jessica spoke to the other three for a moment. After the speech, they all put their hand in the air, raising the Dragon hand signal.
Alone, Jessica began walking down the ramp, slowly. Simone stood in the ring, watching. She seemed to have gotten some of her smug confidence back, but would it be enough, only time would tell. At halfway down the ramp, Jessica stopped and looked up at her belt, hanging over the ring. She would do all she could to be holding it at the end of the night. There were several ladder around the ring, she noted. Eventually, they’d all be used.
Jessica continued walking, her live entrance still going. At the foot of the ring, she began jumping up and down, psyching herself up for the hellacious action she knew was about to be carved into the night. She rolled into the ring under the bottom rope, keeping her eyes on Simone. After a moment, the band stopped playing the ref began checking Simone, then Jessica.
No weapons were found on either women, so the ref called for the bell. Right out of the gate, Jessica charged toward Simone, who ran and exited the ring. Jessica exited and began chasing her. Simone turned to see if Jessica was chasing her and she smacked into a ladder, her head hitting it. Before she could even fall, Jessica was upon her.
Simone was facing the wrong way, but Jessica still tried to Spear her. Jessica caught Simone about the shoulder area, but it wasn’t too effective. Jessica stood, kicking Simone in the side roughly. She grabbed Simone by the hair and pulled her to her feet. Jessica slammed Simone’s face into the ladder, over and over again. By the time Jessica stopped, Simone had a small cut on her chin.
Jessica let Simone collapse to the arena floor again. The crowd roared, not expecting this so soon. Jessica then grabbed Simone and tossed the much smaller woman into the ring, before sliding in herself. Jessica picked Simone up and kicked her in the face. Simone stumbled, then tackled Jessica. Simone mounted the champion and began pummeling her. Jessica put her arms up to protect her face and head, but Simone continued wailing.
The punching went on for a moment before Jessica rolled over, now on top of Simone. Jessica pinched Simone’s nose and covered her mouth with one hand while punching her in the stomach with her other hand. This only lasted a few seconds, however, as Simone managed to reverse the move. Simone rolled away while Jessica stayed on her knees.
Simone looked like she was going for and Enzeguri, but Jessica ducked and countered with a German Suplex that slammed Simone into the mat hard. Jessica got up and began stomping away. The ref could only stand and watch, as there were no disqualifications in this match. Jessica then stopped and backed away. The champion looked up at her belt, hanging above her. She exited the ring to get a ladder. Grabbing one, she turned around and received a flying dropkick from Simone.
The smaller woman had recovered and now she was outside the ring. Simone pushed the ladder away and grabbed Jessica by the hair. A kick to the gut from Simone sent Jessica to her knees, gasping. Simone then smashed Jessica’s face into the ladder again and again until Jessica’s face was crimson. Simone let go of Jessica as she fell to the floor again. Simone looked up at the belt and realized she had Jessica down for a few seconds.
Grabbing another ladder, Simone pushed it into the ring and was sliding into the ring herself when Jessica grabbed her leg and pulled her back out. The two began trading punching, rights for rights and lefts for lefts. Then, Jessica hit a big uppercut that dazed Simone making her stumble backwards into the ring apron. The champion followed up with an O-Goshi, dropping Simone onto the ladder. Simone grunted in pain, but Jessica then grabbed her by the hair and whipped her into the ring post.
When Simone bounced off of the ring post, Jessica got in her face quickly with a headbutt. As Simone stumbled backward, Jessica reached and pulled her to her, then sent her overhead with a Belly to Belly Suplex. Simone crashed to the Arena floor, but Jessica wasn’t done. She laid a ladder over top of Simone and began stomping away on the ladder.
When she was finished, Jessica pulled the ladder away. Simone was dazed now, so Jessica reentered the ring. The ladder Simone had used was still in the ring, so Jessica began setting it up. Setting it up right under the belt, Jessica was halfway up the ladder when Simone grabbed her leg. Jessica tried yanking away, but Simone had a firm grasp. Using her other foot, Jessica kicked Simone in the face, breaking the hold.
Jessica turned around on the ladder, and when Simone looked up again, Jessica jumped, executing the Paraguayan Shaker. Jessica landed on Simone’s shoulders and leaned back, putting her hands out. The hand stand became a head-scissor takedown. As Simone lay on the mat, Jessica did a Handspring, jumping to her feet. Seeing Simone down again, Jessica picked her up, but got a slap in the face. Jessica smiled before hitting her Up, Right, Up, Down, Left, Left, Down, UP! Combo.
Simone was stunned out from the last shot and she fell to the mat, falling back. Jessica watched her fall and then turned to the ladder, climbing again. At the top of the ladder, Jessica looked down at Simone, who was still dazed. Then, with an intense looked, Jessica dropped the Latin Layover, crashing into Simone. Simone cried out in pain, but Jessica silenced her with a kick in the face. The champion stood up and pushed the ladder down.
While Simone was still laid out, Jessica exited the ring and grabbed a folding chair. Simone was getting back up with Jessica came back into the ring. Jessica swung the chair, but Simone ducked it. She then hit Jessica with a Leg Sweep Facebuster. Jessica’s bloodied face hit the mat, leaving a crimson stain. Simone picked Jessica up and dropped her with a DDT.
The challenger then took her chance at going for the belt. Simone grabbed the ladder and stood it up. She began climbing, but before she got too far up, Jessica grabbed her off of the Ladder. Holding Simone by the hair, Jessica gave Simone a DDT of her own, the Kickout DDT variation. Simone landed on her head. Jessica kicked Simone in the gut as she stood.
Jessica began scaling the ladder. At the top, she reached for the belt, but the ladder was too short. Then, Simone knocked the ladder over and Jessica was thrown from the ring. The Paraguayan flew from the ring and departed the ladder, the barricade catching Jessica in the midsection, hanging her up. Those seated in the front seat may or may not have heard it, but Jessica broke two ribs when she hit the barricade.
The three Dragons had remained up on the stage, but now, they began running to the ring area to check on Jessica. Simone threw the ladder out of the ring and it hit the three women, knocking them down. Simone rolled out of the ring as Ashley was recovering. Simone pulled a chair from under the ring and smiled at Ashley before slamming the chair into the back of her younger sister.
Ashley ran forward but Simone was ready. Simone threw the chair at Ashley’s feet, causing her to trip over it. A few seats from where Jessica was still passed out on the barricade, Lynn Brewster sat, watching. Simone spotted her and smiled. Then, Simone shot her the bird. She grabbed Jessica by the hair and pulled back, dropping her with a reverse DDT.
Lynn watched as Simone took the definite upper hand. It was noted how Jessica had a good deal of respect for Lynn, so she had been interested in seeing this match, as high profile as it was turning out to be. Simone was grabbed from behind by Amy Jasmine. AJ pushed Simone away from Jessica before dropping to her knees to check on the Champion.
Jessica was still out of it. Candice began crawling toward Jessica. The Swede had token the most of the hit from the ladder. The two women began trying to rouse Jessica, but she was still too out of it. Then, Simone leveled both of them with a few chair shots. Ashley was back up now, having hit her head on the floor when she tripped over the chair.
When Simone turned around, Ashley was waiting. Ashley grabbed one of Simone’s hands and ducked behind her, wrapping the arm behind her. Then, Ashley came back around her. She picked Simone up, planting her on her waist, then, she hit the Telerana DDT. Simone went face and head first into the arena floor.
Jessica was only now beginning to stir. Candice and Amy were still out, but Ashley was standing over Simone. Jessica stood beside Ashley, looking at Simone as well.
Ashley: Finish this.
Jessica: Si, konechno.
The champion’s chest was on fire, but she managed to pull a ladder, one that was tall enough, into the ring and begin setting it up. Jessica began climbing, but saw Simone was back up and trading shots with Ashley. Jessica hesitated. Ashley could hold her own long enough for Jessica to win the match, but Simone was out of her mind. Simone pokes Ashley in the eye before smashing her face over the barricade.
Blood began to drip from Ashley’s face. Simone picked up a chair and gave Ashley a DDT with it. Jessica jumped off the ladder and dove out of the ring to check on her sister. Simone laughed and ran into the ring while Jessica assessed Ashley. Ashley was out and bleeding a lot from the face shot. Medics ran down to the area to take care of Ashley.
Meanwhile, in the ring, Simone was climbing the ladder when suddenly, it was knocked over by Lynn Brewster. Simone landed on her feet and looked around. Seeing who had pushed her, Simone got in Lynn’s face. Lynn, though pregnant, wasn’t backing down. Simone pushed Lynn, who responded with a huge slap that took Simone off her feet.
As Simone was getting up to fight Lynn, Du Hast by Rammstein began and Feral Destruction, Cam Davit and Brian Brewster, came out of the crowd seconds later. They slid into the ring and stood between Lynn and Simone. Words were exchanged and Feral Destruction dropped Simone with Never Forget Us. The two men ducked out of the ring and back into the crowd again, followed a moment later by Lynn.
Jessica watched as her unmoving sister was carried away by the medics. Simone had taken out all three of her Dragons. Jessica rolled into the ring in a rage. She climbed the ladder and when she reached the top, instead of taking the belt down and winning, she drilled Simone with her 450 Corkscrew Knee Drop. Jessica slammed into Simone’s chest, breaking at least one of her ribs.
Simone rolled over and screamed in pain. Jessica had hurt her kneed as well, but she stood up, limping slightly. The ref looked around the ring, seeing the carnage. Two women laid out and third in the back getting medical attention, none of them even involved in the match. Jessica picked Simone up and ducked behind her.
Jessica locked her arms around Simone’s midsection and used her strength to lift Simone up and slam her. One German suplex followed by four more before Jessica released Simone. Jessica picked Simone up again and looked like she was about to go for the T5, having lifted Simone onto her shoulders, but the smaller woman countered with a DDT. Jessica was laid out now, so Simone went for the ladder.
As Simone scaled, she didn’t notice Jessica recovering and rising. Simone was at the top when Jessica jumped half way up the ladder, grunting for the pain in her leg. She climbed up quickly, realizing Simone had her hand on the belt. The two began trading punches. Jessica gained the upper hand by grabbing Simone by the back of the head and smashed her face into the top of the ladder. Jessica then looked around then, noting their position.
Climbing higher and lifting Simone, Jessica positioned them for one of her most devastating finishers, the Dragon’s Deceit. Her arm around Simone’s shoulder and torso, Jessica jumped, bring Simone with her. They flew out of the ring and landed on the arena floor, hard. The crowd was in a state of hushed awe and shock. Jessica had never done the Dragon’s Deceit directly to the arena floor, as there was nothing to slow their decent.
Both women were down now, and neither was moving at all. The ref dropped to his knees to check on them. Both were breathing, but they were out. There was nothing he could do, though, as the match had to have a winner. For several moments, both women lay motionless. Amy and Candice were recovered by now, and they were near Jessica, trying to rouse her.
Eventually, Jessica began moving. She was facedown and when she rose, her face was covered in freshly flowing blood. The blood covered her face and was even in her hair, and her golden attire was bloody, too. She tried to stand, but she was dizzy from the blood loss. Amy and Candice caught her before she fell. Amy pointed up at the belt and Jessica nodded.
The two Dragon’s helped Jessica into the ring, where she crawled toward the ladder that was still standing. Jessica slowly pulled herself to her feet with the help of the ladder. She then used her arm strength to pull herself up the ladder, painstakingly slow. Outside the ring, Simone was beginning to move again. She saw the Dragon’s watching her, but they didn’t move forward.
Simone hadn’t lost a lot of blood like Jessica, so she wasn’t as dizzy as the Champion. Jessica was two rungs from the top when Simone entered the ring and grabbed her off the ladder. Jessica collapsed, but Simone picked her up and whipped her into the ropes. Simone was going for a Clothesline, but Jessica ducked it on her return trip before hitting the other ropes and coming back.
Simone turned around just as Jessica practically ran through her with a massive Spear. Jessica rolled away from Simone and began crawling toward the ladder again. Standing against it a moment later, she called out to Candice, who rolled into the ring.
Jessica: I know this…bitch is going…to get up…again.
Candice: You sure? That was a hell of a spear.
Jessica: She’s stubborn…she’ll keep…fighting.
Candice: Me and Amy can take care of that.
Jessica: No…You and AJ…get some tables. Put them on the…outside of the ring.
Candice: Okey.
Candice exited the ring and spoke to Amy. They began pulling two tables out from under the ring. They set them up as Jessica instructed. The champion herself was climbing the ladder and near the top. By the time Simone had gotten up, Jessica had her hands inches from the belt. Simone dragged herself up the ladder as Jessica went up higher for a better chance at releasing the belt.
Jessica had her fingers on the belt when Simone smacked her in the face. Jessica released the belt after Simone hit her. Jessica screamed at Simone now, her rage having reached the high point. She spat in Simone’s face, blood splattering the other woman’s face before reaching over and shoved Simone off the ladder with enough force to send her over the top rope, crashing through one of the tables her Dragon’s had set up.
The crowd exploded as Jessica collapsed over on the ladder, exhausted. Jessica didn’t see it, but from the back, Ashley came running down the ramp, her head stitched and bandaged. The elder Wallace sister climbed the ladder and began trying to rouse her sister. Jessica had fainted from the blood loss and the exhaustion.
Ashley: Jessica! Wake up!
Jessica wasn’t moving. The crowd then began to chant her name, slowly at first, then quicker and louder. After a moment, Jessica began moving. The sound of fifteen thousand people calling her name was enough to bring her back into a conscious state. The bloodied champion raised her head. She smiled, seeing her sister.
Ashley: Take that shit and win this!
Ashley screamed the encouragement at Jessica who was still a bit dazed. Jessica began rising higher, moving up one rung. She reached up and grabbed the belt. Using one hand, Jessica freed the belt from the hook and the bell rang. With more than forty minutes from bell to bell, Jessica had retained the SCW Alternative Championship.
Jessica’s theme music, Imaginary (Version 2), began to play over the PA system. Jessica began to faint again and she fell off of the ladder, but Amy and Candice were there to catch her. The held the woman up, supporting her, but Jessica was deadweight now. As Jessica came around again, Lucius was walking down the ramp. Jessica saw her husband enter the ring and move toward her.
Lucius: I got her.
Lucius spoke, telling Amy and Candice he would carry his wife. Lucius looked at Jessica, seeing her face covered in blood. Then, he kissed her and she leaned against him, passing again. Lucius lifted her up and the group began leaving the ring. The crowd was chanting loudly, even though Jessica could only hear them every few seconds.
As the fans are excited from all the action thus far, the camera pans toward the ring. Being lowered on a hook is, as they all know, the SCW Alternative Championship.
