Once her feet hit the floor she knew right there it was over. She slowly stood up looking up at the FSW Star that just pushes her over the top rope. She looked at the woman right in the eyes giving her a nod as she nods right back at her.
Ruthann stood up running her hands into her hair walking right off to the back of the arena. While the match was still going on she stood there placing her eyes on the ring. It was like as tears were forming inside of hers. She closed her eyes softly reopened them looking out towards the fans.
She closed her eyes just remembering how they call her name for those years in this business. She soaks it all in as she opens her eyes softly looking right down at the ring one last time as the actions were going on. She turns on her heels and walked off to the back in the locker room.
That was about a week ago where Ruthann had her last match. She got some great messages on her boards from her fans. She was sitting inside of Jaden's office at his desk. She was looking over some things for him. Drake didn't know but Ruthann had someone follow him and his coach around New York. She couldn't believe her eyes when she saw the picture of Drake and Tara together.
She looks down at the picture at Tara as she just laughs a bit about how this woman just couldn't just leave things alone. This woman always believes she could try to take down Ruthann and Jaden but every time she tries. She just has it blow up in her face. Ruthann notices how this was been kept so under wrap that people don't know about Tara working with him.
She looked down at the picture moving her head to the side as she wonders if she brings this out. She places the picture away inside of a folder. She will talk to Jaden first before she makes a move. She actually going to try not do some thinking before speaking. She then pulls the picture back out of the draw. She smirks a bit picking up the phone as she dials a few numbers.
"Ace, I am going to fax something to you with a statement from me. I believe you going to like this one.... No problem. Always here to help you the best way I can."
She looked up into the doorway standing there was Jason. Jason wearing a pair dressy pants with his polo shirt on buttons open from the top. He would just smile over at his mother walking inside of the office. She smiles back into the phone.
"Oh no. no problem. Give me a few seconds.... and no Thank you... for those kind words."
She places the phone down standing up from the chair walking around the desk giving her son a hug. Jason gives it back as he looked down at his mother. He was sad to see that she actually was going to leave the ring but in his eyes, she did it at the right moment. He saw that when she was standing up on the ramp in the back.
He also saw something else that he knew his father might not take right. He just hopes this is another Tara, Jaden and Ruth love thing because he is getting tired of it. He also believes every last person in the locker room is getting tired of the love triangle trash around there.
Ruthann knew that look from her son as she sat back in Jaden chair behind his desk. While Jason sat on the edge of it with a bit of a smirk.
"So, how was it like seeing your old friend Ace King?"
Jason would say his name with a bit of nasty behind it because he truly didn't care for the man. He will admit he did once look up towards the man but because how the man ends things with his mother. He didn't like how he went down because he felt he could have been a real man about it with his mother. He had to watch his mother go through grieve during that time with the loss of their baby daughter his sister. He blames Ace not only Matt Covey and his little girlfriend for that but him too.
There was so many reasons and Ruthann knew that Jason couldn't stand Ace King. She notices the way the two acted between and she knew her son would be watching very closely. She just looked up at her son with a soft sighed.
"Just know in my eyes it was a way for two people to end something that isn't there anymore. You know how much I loved Jaden. I will not do anything to put that in jeopardy EVER again. I worked too damn hard to be right back at his side at this moment. Jaden is my life and you know this. Your father and I were good and don't worry. I got an ear full from your father because he heard what happen but now enough about me. Have you thought about this deal?"
Jason stood up from the desk walking over to the window looking out of it right at the ocean. He always wonders why his father love just been by a place where there is water. It hit him. Just by watching the calmness of the waves it like something comes over you and place things in the right view for you.
He turns around looking over at his mother with a big grin.
"Yes, I have but I do feel a bit bad for leaving my wife down there... when I feel we should have made a debut together but I can't wait anymore. After my match with Amis, it made me realized it was time. It, not me running away from FSW but now I know FSW truly is in great hands."
Ruthann smiles over at her son with a grin.
"Well, now.. what show will you be on?"
Jason walked over to his mother placing a kiss on the top of her head as he just grins. Ruthann eyes him closely playfully while he walked out of the office. She just shook her head as she looked back over at the folder with a bit nod as she pulls out a sheet a paper getting the fax together for Ace the reporter.
