The chants of "MNB!" suddenly switch to a loud chorus of deafening boos as Killswitch Engage's "End of Heartache" begins to play over the sound system. Pictures of Amis Shelton's face decorate the entire arena as the new International Champion emerges from behind the curtain with a proud smile plastered on his face, decked out in his ring attire and his new prize which sits on his shoulder.
Jessica Stroup: Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome the man who would know like to be announced as the new Face of the EWC and the NEEEEEEEEEW International Champion, Amis Shelton!
Amis raises his new championship above his head to more boos from the live crowd. The camera pans to the commentary table where Aiello, Bennett and Carter are shown smiling.
Aiello: Hello and welcome the four hundred and eighty first episode of Monday Night Brawl! We're live from the Rogers Arena, here in Vancouver Canada and just listen to the reaction from the fans towards our new International Champion.
Bennett: Amis Shelton did exactly what he said he'd do and that's beat Catharsis last week. The sum-bitch got the job done and now he's got the International Championship as a reward.
Carter: We can question the tactics but the fact remains, Amis Shelton is our new International Champion
Aiello: We'll see our new champion in action in our main event tonight as he battles Drake in a rematch from Brawl #478 in Sacremento.
Amis arrives at the edge of the ramp and takes a second to look at everything that's happening in the arena right now: The sea of Amis Shelton faces, the pissed off fans, the lights and then finally looking down at his International Championship. He climbs the steel steps and enters the ring, raising his title up in the air once again to further antagonise the audience. He collects a microphone from the ring crew and stands in the centre of the ring as the theme song fades, however the crowd are relentless in their boos chants.
Eventually, the fans settle to a point where Shelton's laughs are heard above them.
Amis Shelton: Now I don't want to say 'I told you so' but... Fuck it.
I TOLD YOU SO! HAHAHAHAHA!
Amis Shelton: So let me ask you, Vancouver, EWC Nation... How does it feel? How does it feel to be proven wrong? I said I was going to beat Catharsis for the International Championship and I said that there was no way that he outlasts me in an Ironman match and I was right. It's just a shame that everybody missed the final blow as a landed the Dream Eater and knocked his ass out cold, that's Pittsburgh for you. But that's not what's important here.
What's important is the fact that I can now save this show from plummeting deeper into mediocrity. The spotlight is finally on me, like how it should have always been. You people in the audience and those in the back, accept the fact that the 'Summer of Shelton' is beginning and I am the new face of the EWC!
Amis Shelton: But it seems like we've got a certain someone that's not okay with that. Drake made his predictable return. But he didn't do it for you people, he did it for himself. As a federation we were moving on to bigger and better things, he just didn't want to be left behind. As for that little stunt, he pulled last week? I can see right through it. You are not 100% Drake, I know it and you certainly know it so the fact that you want a match with me tonight is nothing short of career suicide and--
The crowd erupts as "The Sounds of Madness" by Shinedown begins to play! Stepping out from the backstage area, the EWC Undisputed Champion, Drake, smirks as he holds a microphone in one hand! Without hesitation, he walks down the rampway, his eyes never leaving Amis in the ring. Sliding under the bottom rope, Drake circles Amis now! Amis glares at him as this continues...
Aiello: HERE WE GO!!! DRAKE IS HERE!!! DRAKE IS HERE!!!
Bennett: Calm down, dude. It's embarrassing...
The fans continue to cheer and shout as Drake looks over his shoulder, nodding at them in return. Amis shakes his head in annoyance as Drake raises a taped hand, silencing the fans...
Drake: Hey Amis, long time no see? How are you doing? How are the kids? What about the boyfriend? I was sitting backstage listening to you as you put these fans to sleep when it occurred to me that if I didn't come out here and save you.. the network might just pull the plug on Brawl due to low ratings. You made some fine points tonight. Let me clear the air on a few points that you have made however. You see, you're right. I didn't return because of the fans. I came back for me. I came back because that's what champions do. No retreat, no surrender, and against all odds. Now, you can call yourself the Summer of Anus all that you want, bud. My time though... it's been going on for quite a few seasons now. That won't be stopping anytime soon. Not to be sour apples or anything... but you just don't know when to shut up, do you?
Amis: Look, don't think for a sec-
(Interrupting) Drake: Like I said, you don't know when to shut up. You have the opportunity of a lifetime, mate. You get the chance to face me tonight and to prove that you are half the shit that you pretend to be. Yet, in true Amis fashion, you insist on pissing me off even more. Do you even understand what I can do to you?! I don't think that you are seeing the bigger picture here...
Amis: Oh I know exactly what I am looking at! I am looking at-
(Interrupting again, this time causing the fans to cheer) Drake: Amis... Amis. Let me make this easy on you. Tonight, you are going to feel a degree of pain that you have never experienced before. No amount of backwards thinking or petty threats are going to save you this time. In this ring, in the main event, I am going to rip you in half and proceed to tap... you... out. Fun fact? That's what I am known to do...
The fans pop loudly as Drake paces the ring once more.
Drake: I am done listening to your constant barking about how good you are, Amis. Do you understand me? You are only here because I wasn't at 100% the last time around. You only have that championship because it was taken away from me... not because I lost it. I can't change the outcome of our last match nor can I make them return that strap now. What I can do, however, is break your jaw and set the record straight tonight. You see, I am the best in the business. These fans know it...
The fans scream loudly.
Drake: You know it....
The fans continue to cheer...
Drake: And after our match... the entire federation will know it. (Drake raises the EWC Undisputed Championship) Tonight... I take back all of the exposure that I gave to you. I have had enough of this banter bullshit now. It ends.. tonight.
Drake drops the microphone and walks past Amis, leaving him in the ring. Heading up the ramp,he reaches the stage, glancing over his shoulder once. The fans continue to cheer as Drake adjusts his title over his shoulder and heads out of sight..
Aiello: Wow .. some powerful words from our EWC Undisputed Champion .. what a way to kick of the show! Folks we will be back with our first match of the night .. right after these messages

The scene opens up to Valora Thomas pacing back and forth in front of Eddie Crank's dressing room door. She stops, then continues to pace. Stops again, then continues to pace. This repeats a few more times before she stops for good and knocks on the door.
No answer.
She knocks several more times, but no answer.
Valora: Oh come on Eddie, I know you're in there. Just wanted to talk to you about last week is all.
Even more knocking, but Crank refuses to open.
Valora: I know you're in there.
Still nothing. The Karate Cutie sighs.
Valora: Fine. You're gonna make me do it, huh? Okay then. Ahhhem.
She pulls out her iPhone, dials up the volume and selects her music playlist. The instrumental only version of "Ms. Jackson" by Outkast kicks in loud, and she begins to sing along, swaying her hips.
Valora: (singing) I'm sorry King Eddie, Oooh I am for real... never meant to make you cry, by chairing your face a bunch of times.
She says the verse again and continues to go on a little bit with her remix, but it gets her no reward. Finally, she shuts the phone off and puts it in her back pants pocket, then pulls out her backup plan - a simple sympathy card. She shows it to the camera real quick, then slides it under his door and walks away.
PETER DRAGON
VS CHASE REX
VS CHASE REX
Aiello: A very warm welcome to all wrestling fans here in the Rogers Arena in Vancouver British Columbia and of course to all fans on the view screens. It´s Monday Night Brawl time again so let´s get this show underway. We of course just saw Valora backstage who .. sang to Eddie Cranks door .. an interesting tactic ..
Cater: Tonight´s first match will see the return of Peter Dragon as he steps into the ring with the Sophisticated Man Chance Rex.
Bennett: I used to start to call him T-Rex after his performance at the War Games match.
Carter: Why? Because he was buried as deep as dinosaur bones back then?
Aiello: Gentlemen …
Jessica Stroup: WELCOME ROGERS ARENA TO MONDAY NIGHT BRAWL! Our first contest is scheduled for one fall! Coming to the ring this moment and weighting in at 235 lbs …from Nashville, Tennessee… and he ain´t no country singer … PETER DRAGON!!!
A Loud Dragon's Roar is heard on the PA as Never Again by Nickelback plays on the PA System as red, gold, and white lights flash. Right by Dragon's side is his wife, manager, and valet, Misty. Walking down the ramp, flames shoot out with each step taken.
Inside the ring, Dragon boes to the fans as a sign of respect. Then flames shoot out of all four corners of the ring posts as he waves his fists in the air and yells.
DEAD!
The single lyric in the song works almost like a jump-scare over the PA, the lights cutting out in that same moment. A piano is the next thing that's heard and just as the song picks up and the drums come in, a sole spotlight hits the stage and highlights Chase Rex, who has Valerie Lennox at his side.
Jessica Stroup: And his opponent from Manhattan´s Upper Eastside, weighting in at 210 pounds, the most sophisticated man in wrestling…. CHASE REX!!!
Rex pauses for a moment, peering out at the crowd before heading down the ramp with Valerie in tow. Without any hesitation, he works his way to and up the steps, then slides his body between the ropes after wiping his boots on the apron. Once in the ring, Chase holds the top and middle rope open as Valerie climbs the steps after him and makes her entrance into the ring as well. He takes to the center of it with arms extended and head tilted back. The lights come back on, and Chase takes to a corner while Valerie crouches between the middle and bottom ropes and drops to ringside.
Aiello: Both men have defeats to make up for. Dragon lost his debut match in Brawl so there is a lot at stake for him. Chase Rex was one of the losers of the War Games, so he too should be all pumped up to score a victory again.
Bennett: Rex won´t be wearing kid gloves tonight.
Carter: Like he knew what kid gloves are.
DING! DING! DING!
As soon as the bell rings the dragon takes flight and comes at Chase Rex with a Running Drop Kick. Rex is knocked back into the ropes, rebounds and eats a karate chop to the base of his neck. But neither thing seems to have an effect on The Madman.
Rex is quick to pick up Peter Dragon and scoop slams him hard, following through with a brutal stomp to his midsection. He picks up Dragon for another scoop slam but this time Peter manages to wrap one arm around Rex's neck and he takes the Sophisticated Man down to the mat with a DDT.
He quickly mounts the back of Chase and grabs hold on his leg to wrap him up in a sharpshooter.
Aiello: Peter Dragon wisely trying to max out on his submission skills here.
Bennett: Good luck with that. Chase doesn´t even know what pain is.
Carter: I´m sure he can learn.
But it seems Rex does not want to learn. Not that particular lesson. He forces his right leg out of the hold before it is complete and lands another hard stomp in Dragon´s stomach.
The Legend is shoved back harshly while Rex rolls around and both men are back to whre they started with each other.
Befitting his nickname as the Voice OF Reason, Peter Dragon takes a more cautious but still decisive course of action now.
He grapples with Rex and nimbly slides behind him to hit a German Suplex on his opponent … then a second one as Rex rebounds from the mat. The chance for a hattrick is ruined though when Mr. Born Bad breaks the third grapple attempt, reverses it and suddenly has Peter dragon lying prettily across his shoulders in a Fireman´s Carry.
Bennett: Now that´s the setup for the Memory Lapse, the move that Dragon will have no chance to remember for the rest of his life.
Carter: Dragon´s one tough cookie. He´s taken kicks before.
Aiello: That and it doesn´t seem to work. Nice back and forth.
Indeed, just when Rex tries to drop his opponent into a overhead kick, Peter wiggles out of his hold. He still has to take a fall from around five feet height and an awkward landing on his left knee but the Detonation Kick explodes in empty air.
Chase Rex screams in frustration while Peter Dragon rolls away.
Although The Legend seems to be nursing his knee, Peter Dragon sets himself up for a Spear attack while an infuriated Rex screams into ref Daniels face at the top of his lungs.
Aiello: Daniels could care less about Rex´s antics.
Carter: And Rex is too distracted to pay attention to his opponent. Bad mistake.
We barely see Outlaw Bennett trying to say something probably in defense of Chase Rex when the camera quickly cuts back to the ring where Rex gets hit from behind by Peter Dragon´s Spear at full force.
Both wrestlers go down hard and Peter Dragon keeps the fight down on the canvas by applying an ankle lock.
Chases screams become higher-pitched as pain mixes with anger. The ref is down on one knee, checking if Rex wants to say Uncle but the Birmingham native violently shakes his head, raising his right arm in defiance to show he´s not giving up at all. Valerie Lennox screams encouragement from the sidelines.
All the time Peter Dragon cranks down on Rex´ ankle. Ref Daniels watches Rex intently, looking for any sign of surrender. He´s watching so closely in fact that he misses how Valerie Lennox produces a tiny slingshot from inside her leather jacket. Keeping the tiny weapon hidden just below the apron she fires a clay bead into the neck of Peter Dragon.
Dragon yelps in pain and involuntarily releases Chase Rex from the hold. Daniels looks up to him in surprise. The slingshot is long gone again and Chase Rex is back with a vengeance.
Aiello: Now that was …
Bennett: What that? Didn´t see nothing.
Carter: Oh come on!
Bennett: Didn’t see nothin´ boy.
In the ring Rex shoots up from the ground and drives an European Uppercut into Dragon´s jaw with all of his weight and momentum behind it. Dragon is knocked clean into the air almost half a foot and when he drops back down Rex is ready with an Inverted Powerslam. The Madman starts to kick his downed and groggy opponent shouting profanities at him. Lennox shouts as well, telling her client to f***ing cover Dragon now. Somehow her high-pitched screams sees to get through to Rex. After one last kick to the head he makes the cover and hooks the leg.

DING! DING! DING!
Jessica Stroup : The winner of this match by pinfall is… CHASE REX!!!
Valerie Lennox storms the ring and throws her arms around Rex not only to celebrate but also to drag him away from Dragon before Chase might do something stupid.
Aiello: A quick and brutal conclusion to a quick and brutal match where The Madman Chase Rex carries home an important win.
Carter: I´m sure there was something fishy about it. I´m sure Lennox doctored the match somehow.
Bennett: And the Illuminati have a plan for world domination going. Just face it. The better man has won.
Aiello: This loss puts Peter Dragon under some serious pressure to prove that he indeed is the fighter he claims to be. He has all the potential in the world .. We´ll be back with more EWC action in a few moments.
REMATCH FROM BRAWL #476
KIMI SMALLS
VS ANTHONY GRUNGE
KIMI SMALLS
VS ANTHONY GRUNGE
Carter: It has been a busy show so far and up next is Kimi Smalls versus Anthony Grunge.
Aiello: Don't I normally do this bit?
Carter: You do, but I wanted to do one.
Aiello: Can't argue with you as you've already done it. Smalls and Grunge went at it a few weeks ago here on Brawl up in Montreal. On that night, Anthony Grunge left with the win. Kimi Smalls will be hoping to change that tonight.
Jessica Stroup: This next match is set for one fall.
Crowd: ONE FALL!!
Jessica Stroup: Weighing in tonight at 210 pounds and hailing from Hollywood, California, he is The Mosh Pit: He is ANTONY GRUNGE!!!!!!!!
Anthony Grunge comes to the ring and high fives some of the fans and then does a cartwheel into the ring.
Jessica Stroup: And his opponent, Coming to you from Sleepy Hollow, New York... She'll be there in the clutch... Kimi Smalls!
As "Won't Back Down" begins to play, the stage area goes dark. Kimi Smalls walks out onto the stage with a red and black bomber jacket on with an evil grin, mouthing along to Pink's parts. As the chorus begins, she runs down, high fiving as many fans that will let her as possible. She makes her way all around the ring before jumping up onto the apron and launches herself over the ropes. She bounces up and down a little and takes off the jacket, handing it to the timekeeper before going over to a corner and does a round-off/back handspring combo before stretching out a little more, getting ready for the match.
DING! DING! DING!
Both wrestlers circle each other for a few moments before Smalls lashes out with a Superkick to Grunge's left arm. This knocks him off balance and Smalls runs at him hitting a Bulldog. Smalls grabs at his arm possibly thinking about a Sweet Release but Grunge is able to get a foot under her arm and almost roll her off him. Back to their feet they lock up in a Collar and Elbow Tie-up and Grunge manages to hoist Smalls up and drop her with a Suplex. He picks Smalls up and knees her in the face before spinning and dropping her with a Neckbreaker. He then picks Smalls up again! This time he bounces her off the ropes and hits a tilt-a-whirl Powerslam and this time he goes for the pin.

KICK OUT.
Carter: For a minute there I was worried that was it.
Bennett: Damn well should have been. Hit it again Tony!
Somewhat frustrated, Grunge picks up Smalls and attempts a Powerbomb but Smalls manages to roll out of it into a School Girl? School Boy? A Roll Up. Grunge rolls out of it so fast the referee doesn't have time to get down on the mat. Grunge gets to his feet and charges at Smalls who performs a headstand and catches Grunge's head between her ankles and flips him forward with an inverted Hurricanranna. Both wrestlers get to their feet and again Grunge charges at Smalls. This time he runs straight into a Superkick. Smalls makes the cover.

KICK OUT.
Back to their feet and Grunge knocks Smalls off balance with a right hand. She staggers back into the corner where Grunge meets her with a series of more rights. Smalls ducks a right hand and catches Grunge in the gut with one of her own. He lands in the corner just as Smalls escapes before running back to Grunge catching him with a running Enziguri. He drops to his knees having to hold his hands out to stop his face landing on the canvas. That is exactly what Smalls had planned as she runs at him striking with a Shining Wizard. This knocks him down and Smalls goes for the cover.

KICK OUT!
Carter: Kimi has gone from being on the back foot in this match to having Grunge on his. An incredible turnaround!
Bennett: Yeah yeah, it's just temporary.
Grunge rolls to the outside to clear the cobwebs or create distance. Whatever the wording, it seemed like a good idea. That was until Kimi Smalls came flying through the ropes at him with a Tope Suicida. The collided and clattered onto the mats at the bottom of the entrance way.
Smalls is back to her feet first, Grunge is on his knees. Smalls wraps an arm around Grunge's head and DDTs him on the ringside mat. Smalls picks up the fallen Grunge and heaves his heavy body into the ring.
As Smalls gets into the ring, she is rolled up by Grunge.

In the ring, both athletes are on their feet. Grunge kicks Smalls in the gut and lifts her for a Suplex. Smalls manages to grab his left arm and pulls him down before rolling him over with a Sweet Release. Grunge yells in pain and desperately tries to reach the ropes. Smalls tightens her grip and moves Grunge's arm under her right armpit causing more pressure on his arm. He has no choice but to tap out.
DING! DING! DING!
Jessica Stroup: Here is your winner: KIMI SMALLS!!!!
Carter: What happened to your plan Steve?
Bennett: I... How...?
Aiello: All Kimi Smalls needed was one moment.
Carter: Exactly. She caught his arm to counter that Suplex and hooked in the Sweet Release. If you notice Joe, she slipped his arm to her side giving her more torque. He had two choices, tap out or his arm dislocates.
Aiello: Congratulations to her. Join us after this because we have a lot more action here on Brawl!
EMMA LOUISE
VS VALORA THOMAS
VS VALORA THOMAS
Aiello: Our next match will see an interesting pairing too. The wrestlers Valora Thomas and Emma Louise used to work together to claim the victory in the War Games. Now it is one against the other.
Bennett: Don´t think Emma Louise will care much about the past. She is still Emma Van Damme to me.
Carter: And Jean-Claude is still alive…
Bennett: No, he died in Expendables 2. I´ve seen it. You are lying to me man.
Aiello: (shakes his head in silence) We of course saw Valora earlier tonight .. singing to a door
Jessica Stroup: Ladies and gentlemen, our next contest is scheduled for one fall! Coming to the ring first, weighting in at 145 lbs from Phoenix Arizona … VALORA THOMAS!!!
Kick In The Teeth by Papa Roach plays and Valora comes out with her manager, Mick, behind her. As she heads down the aisle toward the ring, Mick remains behind her, giving her last minute instructions and motivational utterings. She tags hands here and there before running up the steps and entering into the ring, where she goes about doing some boxing and kicks that ooooh and awe the fans. As her music dies, she goes to her corner and engages in some more warm up exercises.
Jessica Stroup: Her opponent from London in the United Kingdom and residing in Los Santos in the United States, five feet and six inches of just the right weight … EMMA LOUISE!!!
Neo Geo plays and Emma dances through the curtain. She waves to the crowd and then walks, half dancing to the ring, waving to the crowd as she goes before slipping feet first through the ropes like an envelope before laying suggestively over the top rope.
DING! DING! DING!
The bell instantly snaps Emma Louise into action and it’s a good thing for her because Valora Thomas is also making her move as well. Thomas is opening up niceties with her trademark Tricky Kicky bouncing off from the ropes in her corner right into an aerial attack that Emma Louise manages to dodge very narrowly. While Thomas lands on her feet in a flawless fighting stance despite the bombed move she cannot avoid that Emma grapples with her and hits a Snap Suplex.
Although Thomas has to absorb the impact, she comes out of it with Emma Louise stuck in an Armbar. Instead of wasting her energy on screaming Emma Louise grits her teeth and fights through the pain. She locks her hands, pushes off Valora´s legs and turns in hard ending up with Valora schoolboy pinned underneath her.
Aiello: Mistake from Valora not to lock her ankles in time.
Carter: She was improvising after the Suplex.
Bennett: Or maybe Emma Van Damme is just showing her how it´s done.
But Valora is far from inept on the mat. She frees herself from the early pin by kicking against the back of Emma´s head and pushing her off while she still is groggy. When Emma regains her senses she has to fight out of another submission hold, this time a Spider Twist. Rolling and arching around Emma finally breaks the hold and the wrestlers take it back to the vertical.
The Ever Beautiful and Very Dangerous starts to trade a flurry of different kicks with Valora Thomas before they hit each other with a collar and elbow tie-up. They start to push and shove each other back and forth in the middle of the ring, each wrestler trying multiple locks and throws on the other without success until Valora gets through with knee to Emma´s midsection and then leaps up to catch Emma´s neck between her thighs and perform a Frankensteiner on her.
Valora now ends up on top of Emma effectively mirroring and reversing the earlier schoolboy pin. But Emma seems to be made of iron as much as the former MMA star. Emma Louise quickly gets one leg up and wraps it around Valora´s throat pulling her down and over into a Figure Four Headlock only to see Valora free herself when she stabs her finger into sensitive pressure points inside both of Emma´s knees.
Valora gets up but Emma´s legs still function well enough to kick her inside her own knees as she does.
Thomas and Emma Louise are both down now, regrouping and recovering from their exchange.
Aiello: Some of the best chain wrestling I´ve seen around here for a while with two clearly evenly matched fighters.
Bennett: The girls show us more moves in one minute than a 1.000 dollar hooch in one hour.
Carter: Can´t you just call it great wrestling?
Bennett: Sure I can but then I would sound too much like you.
Emma drives home a cross chop that echoes throughout the arena like a gun shot. So does the sliding Uppercut Thomas hands back to return the favor.
Both fighters stand there for a moment just staring at each other in defiance. The sick loud slapping continues as they continue to exchange jabs, elbows and knife hands, neither one showing signs of pain or signs of slowing down for that matter.
Bennett: That gives the term bitch slap a whole new meaning.
Aiello: Outlaw, please…
Thomas finally breaks the pattern with a side kick into Emma´s chest, knocking her back into the ropes and following through with a Shining Wizard.
But Emma drops to the side in the last second and Thomas goes over the top rope, out of the ring and twists and contorts in mid-air to land on her feet outside the ring.
She rolls back immediately but Emma Louise is ready and uses that moment when Thomas passes through the bottom rope to come crashing down on her with a Moonsault.

Thr..
Thomas violently pushes Emma aside as she gts her shoulder up. She rotates on her other shoulder blade like an eighties break dancer and turns it into a sort of baseball slide that hits Emma hard with both feet first and knocks her away even further.
Emma Louise and Thomas turn the seconds they need to regain their breath and their footing into another stare down.
Aiello: It seems that despite the vicious exchange the ladies have just reached working temperature.
Bennett: Emma has that look that tells me she´s going to end it.
Carter: We just have to see which way it ends.
As Emma and Thomas go for each other again Emma Louise manages to lock in her HLA Front Sleeper. Just when it seems Valora is going limb in the hold she nails a Scorpion kick right onto Emma´s forehead before she wraps herself around Emma Louise in The Ride of The Valkyries.
Undoubtedly still dazed by the kick Emma starts to twist and roll on instinct, trying to shake Thomas off. Crouched low ref Daniels circles the pair checking every minute details of their body language for signs on how the match is going.
Emma Louise is going down with a fight but she´s going down. Thomas has practiced this hold way too many times to let an opponent escape who still has a head spinning from a badass kick. Thomas pours every bit of strength, skill and determination she has into this submission. As much as Emma Louise struggles in the end she can take only so much pain from having her arm bend against its natural alignment. The hurt starts to take his toll even on her and eventually it starts to show.
As Emma Louise slows down in her struggles the ever beautiful face tense with pain but too proud or stubborn to give, Daniels calls for the bell.
DING! DING! DING!
Thomas immediately releases her opponent and Emma Louise remains kneeling on the mat, massaging her arms while Valora´s arms is raised for the crowd.
Jessica Stroup: The winner of this match by submission is… VALORA THOMAS!!!
Aiello: Thomas brings in her third successive win here in a match a match that was as hard-fought as it was technically superb, further cementing her growing reputation.
Carter: I´m sure that soon she will be a serious contender for one of the belts. Rumor has it she wants a shoot at the really big title.
Bennett: A lot of people are laughing about that idea already. I think I´m one of them. She made a couple of mistakes tonight and Daniels shouldn't have called for the bell to begin with. It was like cheating Emma.
Aiello: It is at the very core of his job to determine when to end a fight for the greater good of a wrestler. As far as I can recall he has been right more often than wrong. Now after the break his skills will be truly challenged once more.

AMIS SHELTON
VS DRAKE
VS DRAKE
Footage from last week´s Monday Night Brawl appears on the titantron with Drake making his big announcement.
Drake: Oh come on … give the guy a break. He still fought like a man a warrior to win that strap. He should be treated not as an interim champion … but as a… wait a second I almost forgot. That dude shit talked me. I think he said that he would beat me when I returned and prove that he was the champ or something to that extent, didn’t he? (Drake digs into his ear with his finger.) Apparently the EWC has been hiring comedians lately? I don’t know … Catharsis didn't do too well tonight now did he?
Then there is Amis … apparently our NEW NEW EWC International Champion.
Amis, you tried to take credit for my injury. Well played, Sir. Sadly, like your career wins record, not everything is as it seems. You won tonight. Congrats. Your a Champion once again. However I am going to make this nice and easy for you. We are going to step back into that ring again, preferably next week if possible, and I am going to give you the opportunity to back up all of that in the ring with me … once again … one on one. Know this though. I am at 100% again. I also now have a reason to rip your spine out and wear it as a tie. Every heard the expression … never wake up a sleeping bear?
The fans stand up and cheer as Drake paces the ring.

The fans stand up and cheer as Drake paces the ring.
As the titantron goes blank the camera switches to the commentators table.
Aiello: The time is now for the Main Event of the night. It is something very special as this match will see the return of our EWC Undisputed champion. Ashton Drake will be back in the squared circle for the first time after his injury to prove that he is at one-hundred percent again against Amis Shelton.
Bennett: We saw these two suuuuum bitches last week and then again earlier tonight in a war of words .. but now .. it's time to put it all on the line with fists, elbows, knees and whatever the hell else they want to use
Carter: No offense to Amis Shelton but something tells me Drake has more to worry about with our new Brawl GM lurking about. If the lights go out again tonight .. I'm just saying ..
Bennett: Could be. Maybe Drake´s the next one to get served a fist sandwich on the house.
Aiello: Somehow I doubt that. Clocking John Blade is one thing. Clocking Drake is a totally different thing for a variety of reasons. I can't see it happening, and I am sure, Mac is somewhere making sure there is not outside interference here tonight
Carter: It's about to happen folks .. Amis Vs Drake Part 2
Jessica Stroup: Vancouver are you ready? This is the prime rib, this is the Main Event of the night. This is going to be punishment! Entering the ring first now, weighting in at 200 pounds from Springfield, Illinois … here comes the EWC International Champion … AMIS FN SHELTON!!!!
The lights in the arena dim, causing the fans in the arena to murmur among themselves.. The murmurs cease when the beginning of Killswitch Engage's End of Heartache hits the speakers.
Seek me, call me.
I´ll be waiting…
As the scream kicks in, Amis Shelton emerges from behind the curtain to a chorus of boos from the capacity crowd! The boos are met with a look of disdain from Amis as he nonchalantly strolls down the ramp towards the ring.
Amis climbs onto the apron and hops over the top rope and climbs a turnbuckle, aggressively outstretching his arms which generates more boos from the fans. Amis throws out insults to the crowd members before climbing off the turnbuckle and warming up on the spot.
SHELTON
SUCKS
SHELTON
SUCKS
SHELTON
SUCKS

SHELTON
SUCKS
Aiello: The Vancouver fans have already learned something from the American chapter.
Bennett: Man, these are canucks…
Carter: With an attitude. And a temper. If you are not careful with this canuck stuff you might get hit by a paddle on your way out. And yes, it´s quite clear whom Vancouver favors – not.
Slowly the SHELTON SUCKS chant fades out, mostly because Jessica Stroup is signaling that she wants to be heard again.
Jessica Stroup: And his opponent from Brooklyn New York, weighting in at 210 pounds, making his way to the ring as he makes the comeback of the year, here is your Undisputed EWC World Champion, here is … DRAKE!!!
The Vancouver crowd squeals in delight as the name is announced.
The lights fade to a dark grey, and the arena becomes silent instantly. The video screen above the entrance flickers to life, showing an image of a hooded man, his eyes ready for battle. The fans erupt into a frenzy as the man removes the hood, revealing his face.
Explosions rocket from the stage, catching the fans off guard as "The Sounds of Madness" by Shinedown begins to play! Stepping into view, Drake runs to the end of the stage and crouches, looking out into the sea of fans. There is a sarcastic smile on his face, as he shakes his head, overwhelmed by the fans around him!
Nodding his head, Drake hops up to his feet and cranks his arm. He then heads down the rampway and runs towards the ring as the fans cheer him on. His dark pupils stare at the ring as the arena explodes around him. Arriving at ringside, Drake hops up to the ring apron and remains in place.. looking out at the fans around him. He then walks along the outside of the ring and ascends the turnbuckle, looking out at the fans as they offer their support! Drake slowly unbuckles his championship and raises it above his head for all to see!
Nodding his head once again, Drake enters the ring and slowly struts around, his arms held out as he soaks up the fans' responses. His theme song slowly fades out as Drake ascends a turnbuckle, finding a seat on the top pad. The fans continue to cheer as the theme song comes to an end.
Aiello: So here he is again to continue his story.
Bennett: Or perhaps Amis Shelton will be writing THE END tonight
Carter: Wouldn´t be so sure. Drake pulled a fast one on all of us last week with that fake leg brace. This guy got a head on his shoulders for a reason.
Bennett: Yeah, to entice others to kick it off like a truckin´ soccer ball.
DING! DING! DING!
Amis and Drake stand literally nose to nose in the center of the ring, hardly listening to the ref as they stare each other down.
Drake opens up business negotiations with a hard Backhand Chop that goes off like a freakin´ cannon much louder even that the blows Thomas and Emma traded earlier on. Shelton is thrown backwards and keeps pedaling away from Drake, ducking under further chops until he can land a kick on Drake´s previously injured knee. Getting more bold for having distracted the Vengeful One Shelton darts forward with a Superkick.
Drake takes the punishment only to retreat a bit and shakes his head with a mocking smile rather than pained expression on his face. He is all like: Is That all You Can Bring?
Aiello: Somehow Shelton fails to impress his opponent.
Bennett: He doesn´t need to impress. He just needs to whoop ass.
Carter: Interesting how easily Drake´s damaged knee took the first attack.
Shelton seems stunned by Drake´s reaction. He´s surely stunned in the literal sense of the word when Drake dishes out a Running Neckbreaker seemingly from nowhere and follows through with an Elbow Drop.
Shelton catches the elbow and puts it into an Armbar only to see Drake slip out of it. Drake nails a Sharpshooter but Shelton kicks out of it before Drake breaks free from Amis´ attempt at a Boston Crab.
Tired of the submission game for now Drake hits the ropes running and drills a Springboard Elbow into Shelton´s face.
The Vengeful One goes for the cover.

KICKOUT!
Carter: Show ain´t over yet.
Aiello: Hard to believe that Drake expected such an easy win so early.
Drake is still on the roll, putting Shelton into a Front Headlock before he drives his knee into Ami´s face and takes him down with a DDT.
A new chant erupts in the arena…
IT´S YOUR STORY
IT´S YOUR STORY
IT´S YOUR STORY
IT´S YOUR STORY
IT´S YOUR STORY
Drake pumps his fist into the air to acknowledge the crowd and then goes back to work on Shelton.
However, the Dream Eater is far from burying his own dreams just yet.
Shelton buys himself a moment of surprise with a headbutt right onto Drake´s nose and traps the EWC World Champion in a Calf Slicer.
Drake rolls around and start to mule kick at Shelton, missing him at first. Even after he connects it take Drake several stomps into Shelton´s ribs to break FN`s dogged determination to ruin his trapped leg.
Aiello: If Drake´s knee was fully functional again it might not be so anymore after this match.
Bennett: Did I mention old son o´ bitch should have retired?
Carter: Surely Drake figured that into his decision to return. He´s not as blinded by ambition as Amis is.
Bennett: Just let Shelton do his job, kay?
Right now in the ring Drake is doing his job too. After some jabs to follow his kicks he drags Shelton back to his feet and into another Front Facelock that Drake transitions into a T-Bone Suplex.
Instantly he is all over Shelton again to lock in a Triangle Choke.
But Amis has been on both ends of such chokes often enough. He twists his head to take the pressure off of his main artery and throat and contorts like a rubber man, finally slipping out of the hold. He can´t land his second Calf Slicer either though and both men struggle back into a standing position while being all locked up in a collar-and-elbow tie, each combatant jockeying for an advantage.
Suddenly Shelton dives down and tosses Drake across his shoulders, rising up again to hit the Ushigoroshi, the Fireman´s Carry Neckbreaker on him.
Shelton immediately goes for the cover.

KICKOUT!
Drake´s shoulder is up and he shoves his hand into Shelton´s face, pushing him aside.
But Amis Shelton does not relent. There´s too much at stake for him tonight, last but not least the risk of being seriously injured should that be Drake´s idea of punishment.
Shelton moves quickly to heave his opponent onto his right shoulder and runs across the ring where he wants to launch Drake face and throat first into the turnbuckle with his Lawn Dart.
Only it never gets that far.
At the very last moment Drake twirls around on Shelton´s shoulders and turns the Lawn Dart into a Crucifix Takedown, one that really yanks at all of Amis´ joints and tendons when the man´s own momentum adds impact to Drake´s maneuver.
Drake rolls around until he´s on top of his opponents.
It´s time to fire up The Machine again.
Shelton twists, spasms and toils on the mat but to no avail. Drake has his favorite finisher still down to a science even after his absence.
It´s almost anticlimactic when Shelton suddenly stops moving.
The ref check on him, shakes his head and tells Drake to release his opponent while Daniels motions for the bell.
DING! DING! DING!
Reluctantly to say the least Drake let´s go of Shelton.
Jessica Stroup: The winner of this match … DRAKE!!!
This is the moment the arena explodes.
IT´S YOUR STORY
IT´S YOUR STORY
IT´S YOUR STORY

The chant of the fans drowns out Drake´s music as he stands victorious with his arms raised.
Aiello: It´s official now. The champ is back and the first thing he did was eat the Dream Eaters dream.
Bennett: That´s poetry I guess. You could also say he made a dangerous enemy for life.
Carter: Now what else is new in this line of work? All hail the king for the king is pretty much alive.
Bennett: As of yet.
Aiello: So this concludes Monday Night Brawl number 481 from Vancouver. The champ is back in all his glory and the rest of the roster is going to notice. The story of the Drake will continue to unfold. No doubt we will have more about in two weeks when BRAWL returns. For now good night ladies and gentlemen. Good night Vancouver. You have been a great host.

The scene opens backstage with Amis Shelton in his dressing room holding his International Championship. He is clearly upset with himself as he reflects on tonight's match and watches the replay of how it ended
Amis: Fucking bullshit .. I had this fucking match .. I could have fucking continued
The door to Amis' dressing room is kicked wide open .. entering the room is Brawl GM Victor Price
Victor: One job .. one FUCKING job and you couldn't get it done. Remember I made you kid .. but I guess I'm an asshole for thinking a chump like you could dispose of Drake
Amis: You better calm the fuck down Vic .. I'm not some ..
Victor: Son, interrupt me again and I'll shove that title so far down your throat it will hang out your ass like some kind of fucked up leather tail
Amis shakes his head and raises his hands in confusion
Victor: It's time for Plan B
The scene fades as Victor slams the door shut as Brawl goes off the air
