WELCOME TO FUTURE STARS OF WRESTLING!!
The opening pyros hit and here we go.
The camera pans around showing the excited crowd jumping for joy in anticipation for the beginning of the show.
"Conner's my Hero"
"Oooo-takee"
"Legion's Coming"
‘Cochise’ plays out inside the Denver Coliseum and the FSW fans come to their feet as Xavier Reid walks out onto the stage.
Dick Shelby: Well ladies and gentlemen this is unexpected to start off the show, Xavier Reid was not scheduled to be out here at this time but…
Franklin Wright: Here he comes to the ring…
Xavier walks down the ramp and heads to the ring to cheers from the FSW fans.
Dick Shelby: And listen to these fans
Franklin Wright: Don’t read too much into Dick, they hate Magdalena Lockheart so much they are willing to love the enemy of their enemy, I read that somewhere…
Dick Shelby: It’s an ancient proverb that suggest that…
Franklin Wright: We don’t need you nerding it all up Dick, the people at home get the gist of what I’m saying…
Xavier climbs the steps and enters the ring...a microphone in hand….the crowd continues to cheer as Xavier stands in the middle of the ring and looks right into the camera…
Xavier Reid: So after last week I need to get a few things off my chest...first and foremost I want to thank James Tyson for the opportunity to face Maggie Lockheart for the FSW Championship at StrangleMania...after last week he could have went in another direction and ignored everything I have done since signing with the FSW...nobody would have blamed him for that but he gave me the benefit of doubt and looked at my body of work and not just one night in New Mexico.
Dick Shelby: That being being pinned by Sebastian Conner…
Xavier Reid: I caught a lot of shit when I signed with the FSW, accused of being washed up one second and the next not belonging here because I had a career prior to the FSW. Called out for failing in Brawl and then told I was taking a spot here from someone who deserves the opportunity I didn’t need. In short there was no pleasing people, I was damned either way right...had I went right to Brawl or Rampage I would have been accused of jumping the line and not ‘earning’ my spot...had it been Prime I would have just been on the farewell tour on the indies...but let me let EVERYONE in on a little something...I don’t do this for everyone else...I do this for ME!!!!
There is a bit of a mixed reaction but Xavier holds up his hand…
Xavier Reid: I needed to prove something to myself and honestly I didn’t concern myself that it might take away opportunities away from other people, they were not my concern. From day number one I set my sights on the FSW Championship. I entered the Tournament of Power determined to win that shot at WrestleFest...that was until a certain somebody made the ToP her very own Coming Out Party…
Dick Shelby: That night will go down as a defining moment in the FSW, right up there with Otaki winning the 2016 Rumble in the Bronx…
Franklin Wright: We did have ALL of the wrestling world talking about us that’s for sure…
Xavier Reid: From that night to right now it linked Maggie Lockheart and Xavier Reid, bound us together and set us down a path to our match at StrangleMania. Now some will point out and say I had my shot, that I failed to get the job done at WrestleFest but I will remind them that Maggie pinned Otaki...that all I failed to do was break up that pin. Now I’m not naive...I know this is my last shot at the FSW Championship, my last chance to grab the prize I came here for. If I don’t beat Maggie at StrangleMania then I should just move on…
The fans boo at this but Xavier continues.
Xavier Reid: I came to the FSW to prove that I belong my spot in the EWC...that I was worth the investment and I did just that. I am no longer that pissed off kid that was lost on Brawl...I am one of the FUTURE STARS of the EWC…
The FSW fans inside the Denver Coliseum raise to their feet and clap.
Xavier Reid: But before that happens I have a date with destiny on March 26th at StrangleMania in a Glass Tables Match for the FSW Championship. Now I’m not going to insult you by trying to tell you I want that title more than Maggie...that I want it more than each and every person in the back watching right now...we are all here to be the FSW Champion but what I can tell you is that NOBODY wants Magdalena Lockheart more that I do. NOBODY wants the chance to put her through a glass table more than I do. That night in Melbourne, Australia while you were announcing and ushing in The Future you were doing so at my expense. It was my head being used as a pinata for your foot soldiers to bounce their chairs off of. That night when you tore apart that ring I was still in it...your declaration of The Future was done in my blood so the idea I get to end this movement IN YOUR BLOOD...well I have to say it excites me Maggie.
?: Is that so?
All eyes turn towards the stage where Magdalena Lockheart is seen walking out through the curtain with a microphone in hand. She’s dressed in all black and wearing sunglasses to shield her eyes from the bright lights. She has the FSW Championship belt strapped around her waist and is awarded with a strong reaction from the sold-out Denver crowd.
Magdalena Lockheart: I aim to please.
With all eyes on her, Lockheart moves methodically down the ramp showing a bit of wear and tear from the attack delivered to her by Draco Lazarus and company on this week’s Friday Night Rampage. Lockheart cautiously climbs the steps and steps into the ring. Xavier Reid looks around the ringside area for other Future members, but for the moment it seems they are alone.
Magdalena Lockheart: Alright Reid, you want my blood. I get it. But let me ask you this: Did you think, two weeks ago, when James Tyson made our championship match at StrangleMania a glass tables match, that it would scare me? Well, I’ll tell you something right now, Xavier. It did. And furthermore, I don’t really care what you think about it, or what these fans think about it. You’re goddamn right I’m scared… and I’m not afraid to admit that. But no, I’m not scared of the match. I’m not scared of you. Not scared of what we might do to each other once that bell rings… and what you and I will both have to do to prove that we are the best.
Lockheart pulls down her sunglasses, revealing her bright green eyes to Reid.
Magdalena Lockheart: You just don’t get it. You can’t look at me and see what you’ve done… what you’ve created… what you’ve caused. For two-hundred and five days, this brand was dominated by the purple-haired dynamo, until I came along one summer day. This place was stagnant until I changed the world around you, until I threw out the old rulebook and rewrote what it means to be the FSW Champion. You mock me for forming the Future, for destroying the past, for doing what was necessary to break the proverbial glass ceiling that guys like you created! Everything that you see before you is a product of what FSW is - and what I feel that it’s meant to be. And as long as I hold this championship, I DO have a say in what it’s meant to be! StrangleMania will mark nine months into my professional career. A professional career that I’m quite honestly proud of: The accomplishments, the failures, all of it! Everything!
As your FSW Champion, I’m damn proud that I will walk down that aisle in two weeks time and represent this brand while I go face to face with you - when you try - TRY to take away EVERYTHING that I’ve worked so hard for away from me! I’m going to give you hell, Reid, the best that I can possibly bring - and I know that you’re going to do the same to me.
Lockheart turns her back toward Reid. This time she’s directing her attention up towards the stage.
Magdalena Lockheart: But James Tyson, if you’re even listening in the back in your cushy office chair, eating doritos and counting the ticket sales that I’ve brought you - don’t you EVER discount that every ounce of my professional as well as personal pride is on the line! Don’t you EVER discount the passion, the desire, or the drive that I will bring with me to the grandest stage of them all! What happens to Mister Reid that night may very well be the blood on your hands, but on that night, his blood is mine!
Dick Shelby: I don’t think I’ve ever seen our FSW Champion this fired up before.
Franklin Wright: You can tell that the words ushered to her last week by our General Manager must have struck a chord!
Lockheart turns back towards Reid.
Magdalena Lockheart: LOOK AT ME REID. Your blood will be spilled all over this ring! Are you ready to pay that price? Are you ready to take the weight of this championship on your shoulders? Along with the weight of the bullseye that’s going to be placed on your back soon after? Are you ready to get your revenge at the price of your own soul, Reid? Because quite honestly Reid, that’s what it’s going to take. Tyson would love to see that happen; he’d love to see you walk out the champion that night... or so he thinks. But don’t you know? If you beat me that night on our biggest stage, YOU become the FUTURE of FSW. Are you sure you can handle that, Reid? You becoming the very thing that you fight so hard against?
...and that’s the irony of it all. Isn’t it? Nothing ever goes back to the way it was. Not even if Otaki marched out here right now and took this title from me… and sent me packing off to Rampage and gave these fans here in Denver a night that they will never forget. The Future is written in the Stars now, in the Future Stars of Wrestling, the Future Stars of the Extreme Wrestling Corporation. Tyson laid down the gauntlet, to my face, and said to me if I don’t destroy you then I’m not the champion that I claim to be. But I’ve always been the champion I claim to be - I’ve ALWAYS been the one true champion of FSW, even before I hurt your precious little feelings. So Reid, I’m sorry. But what’s going to happen to you in two-weeks time isn’t my fault at all.
She turns her attention even deeper into Reid’s gaze.
Magdalena Lockheart: I want you to watch very closely. When my hand is raised and I’m standing over this blood soaked ring… broken glass everywhere… I will have proven nothing that isn’t already true. You want your revenge, Reid? Come get it. But if you fail, Reid, and I destroy you… remember that I’ll take no responsibility for doing so. I’ll march right into the backstage area, look James Tyson in the eye, and tell him one thing: look at what you just made me do.
Lockheart drops the microphone and she and Xavier Reid staredown in the center of the ring. Reid is mouthing something to Lockheart that the cameras don’t quite catch while pointing to the FSW title belt. Lockheart is nodding her head.
Franklin Wright: My goodness. It seems as if Magdalena Lockheart is not only confident that she’ll walk out of StrangleMania as the champion, but she’s going to hold James Tyson personally responsible for the damage done.
Dick Shelby: I’m not sure how confident she is, Frankie. If anything, she sounds a little bit shaken to me. Is this Maggie Lockheart off of her game? And what will this mean for our main event tonight when Xavier Reid and Magdalena Lockheart team up to take on Otaki and Criss Cassidy?
Franklin Wright: Oh man, that’s going to be a huge main event, Dick! I can’t wait. So let’s get things started as the two competitors clear the ring and we go down to Deneen McQueen to get our opening match started.
Cameras find Kyle Gautier in the midst of what we assume is his prematch ritual: pointing at himself in a mirror and talking himself up or down, depending on how you interpret it.
Gautier: ...and nobody asked your permission to come into your house and wipe their muddy shoes on your carpet. And another thing I says to Mabel, I says--
Off camera voice: Ahoy, lad!
Second off camera voice: What's good, kid?
The camera pans over and catches glimpse of the International champion Captain Morgan Darkwater and former Indy champion NEVAEH, Kyle's Revolution stablemates. Kyle smiles at the sight of the others coming to see him at his place of work.
Gautier: What're you guys doing here? I never expected to see y'all here.
NEVAEH: You sounded like you were getting down about your involvement in the Revolution so we're here to show solidarity.
Cap'n: Aye, lad. We be all in this together, great than th' sum o' our parts!
Gautier: Well, I absolutely appreciate this but I just don't feel I belong.
Morgan looks to Nev curiously, then back to Kyle, a bushy eyebrow raised curiously.
Cap'n: An' jus' what makes you think that, now...?
Gautier: I mean, look at the both of you. You two are established champions. Hell, Drake is one of the most decorated people that ever came through these halls. And then there's me, a random jack ass from Mobile. I just feel inadequate.
NEVAEH: There's no need to rush things. Keep your head down and your time will come. Besides, I don't have anything right now.
Cap'n: An' I jus' be a humble pirate... besides, belts aren't everything. Th' business be 'bout more than its current handful o' champions, Mr Gautier, but in th' talent an' passion o' all its stars. It's all about ye, lad. Size o' fight in th' dog and whatnot.
Gautier: Nev, I know you don't have a belt right now but you're perennially in the hunt. It's only a matter of time before another chance comes your way. And Cap'n, I sincerely mean no disrespect, but it is a lot easier to say belts don't matter when you're wearing one and have any opportunity for another.
Cap'n: Do ye honestly think that once ye have gold 'round that waist o' yers that th' doubts will cease, that yer fight t' prove yer'self will be won? 'Cause it ain't so, lad - championship or nay championship, th' fight t' prove one's worth an' talent is ne'er truly over. Say ye were t' win th' FSW title somewhere down th' line, do ye honestly think ye fight ends there, that it be all easy-street from there? If anythin', me life has been harder since I won th' TV title, then onto winnin' this 'ere beauty. Few truly believe I deserve it, that th' mere fact a pirate holds th' title be a joke an' a insult t' its legacy, that I don't dare defend it as often as I could 'cause I know I be no true champion an' would lose it immediately... an' I went on t' prove 'em wrong time an' time again, because I believe in myself. When ye become a champion, ye will find that ye fight has only jus' begun... 'cause th' doubts an' doubters ne'er truly go away, lad. What matters, what truly makes ye special is yer belief in yer'self, yer determination, drive an' commitment t' succeed, t' set yer'self apart an' prove t' e'eryone that ye truly deserve t' be 'ere. Ye 'ave th' passion and drive in ye, lad - Drake saw, an' I see it. Ye jus' need to work on believin' in yer'self like we do, too, then ye will be unstoppable!
NEVAEH: I second the Captain. Don't beat yourself up over it, kid. When it all comes down to it, we're all just one heart beating for the same idea.
Gautier: Thanks, y'all. I really needed this. And don't worry, when it comes to beating myself up, in that I'm undefeated.
As he says that, he starts to trail off as if a light bulb has gone off. The Cap'n claps him on the back to bring him back to reality.
Cap'n: Good man!
NEVAEH: Now get out there and show them what your revolution is all about!
Gautier nods and gets into a zone as he jogs off, leaving the two others looking on like proud parents, or at the very least, proud pet parents.
Franklin Wright: Our opening matchup this evening pits the debuting “Dark Horse” Jay Thunder against the Revolutions on Kyle Gautier in what is sure to be a thriller!
Dick Shelby: It’s Go-shay.
Franklin Wright: That’s what I said.
Dick Shelby: No you didn’t.
Franklin Wright: Whatever. Jay Thunder is looking like he’s ready to get things started off right here in Denver and perhaps pick up that W as well. You can see that he is focused, has that look of determination in his eyes. A win over Gautier would certainly impress.
Dick Shelby: But let’s not forget that Kyle Gautier has a lot going on as well. With the recent departure of the Revolution’s leader Ashton Drake, Gautier is out here to make a statement as well. Besides, he doesn’t want to fall to 0-2 in Denver. This may be a battle over who wants this win the most.
The match starts out with these two pretty evenly matched superstars trading the upperhand in chain wrestling combos. Thunder is much more technically sound but Gautiers strange sense of balance seems to throw Thunder off quite a bit. Thunder nails a hurricanrana that elicits a pop from the crowd. Thunder goes for the early cover but Gautier kicks out early. Thunder follows up with knee strikes and gets Gautier backed into the corner. Thunder charges but Gautier stumbles out of the corner and Thunder eats a facefull of turnbuckles.
Kyle Gautier follows up with the Haha, Whoops Half-Nelson Slam and gets a two-count as a result. Gautier seems slightly irritated and follows up with a mexican surfboard stretch but isn’t able to get it locked in before Thunder reaches the ropes. Thunder fighting back, he nails a big slingblade and tries to follow up with a muta lock but this time Gautier reaches the ropes himself. The crowd is torn between cheering for Gautier and Thunder.
Thunder tries to capitalize with a leaping clothesline but gets countered by a drop toe hold. Gautier gets the Surfboard Stretch that he calls New Fam applied and the referee asks if Thunder would like to submit. Thunder powers out of the hold and nails repeated kicks to the chest to fight Gautier off. Gautier counters with chops that back Thunder into the corner. Thunder climbs up to seat himself on the top turnbuckle and catches Gautier in the face with a kick. Thunder then delivers a tornado ddt that takes both men down and allows time to breathe.
Thunder sees his opportunity and drills Gautier with a frontflip piledriver known as the dizzy driver. He goes for the cover but only gets two. Gautier back up to his feet, looking quite dizzy, Thunder goes for the M-R-I… a running knee strike… but Gautier falls down at the perfect moment and ends up tripping Thunder instead.
Both men are down at this point but Gautier is the first to get back up. Gautier reaches down and grabs Thunder and pulls him back up to his feet. Gautier goes for an irish whip but Thunder leaps into the air and catches Gautier under the chin with the M-R-I. One shooting star press later and Thunder hooks the leg and picks up the three.
Franklin Wright: Impressive victory by Jay Thunder in his debut here tonight. It seems like Kyle Gautier’s bad luck in Denver will have to continue until EWC comes back around again.
Dick Shelby: Yeah, it’s gonna be a tough loss for him, but Gautier can shake it off. Jay Thunder was tough competition and he proved to be too much to handle here this evening.
As Jay Thunder makes his way up the ramp, fellow Revolution members, Captain Morgan Darkwater and Neveah make their way to the ring. They come to help the rookie, and their stablemate deal with the loss. Suddenly, the lights begin flickering. Vahalla Rising begins to play over the loudspeakers, then the EWCTron turns to white fuzz before a familiar image is displayed…
Captain Darkwater, Neveah, and Kyle Gautier are prep themselves for a fight. The lights go off for a few seconds. When the lights turn back on again, smoke has filled the ring, the three Revolution members are hardly visible. At first you can’t even tell three mysterious guests have joined the party . As the smoke dissipates, the three uninvited guests remove their gas masks to reveal themselves as “The Gold Standard” Draco Lazarus, “The Reaper” Azrael, and Margot the Mad. Draco ooints to Neveah first, but yells...Not the face. I rather like her face. Margot the Mad laughs hysterically then charges to kick Neveah in the face while she is on her knees, still choking. Somehow Neveah manages to evade the impact of the strike at the last second. Margot the Mad begins stomping her feet before screaming ..You Ruined It.. Neveah stumbles to her feet and into the ropes. Margot the Mad is about to charge again but Draco thrusts his arm in front of her, stopping her in her tracks. Draco struts up to Neveah, then drives his Golden Cane into her gut, forcing her to her knees, starting to choke again. Draco cocks back with the Golden Cane, about to drive it down on Neveah’s back, when, lunges over and grabs the cane from behind, pulling it out of Draco’s hands. Unfortunately, the up and coming FSW superstar gets to his feet, he is taken down from behind from a devastating Clothesline courtesy of the Samoan giant, “The Reaper” Azrael.
He reaches down to grab Kyle, but Captain Darkwater grabs his shoulders, and spins the big man around. Captain delivers a Headbutt, stunning Azrael. Captain follows with a Heart Punch, knocking the intruding threat back a few steps. Captain charges, but as he does, he is met with a Superkick to the side of the face courtesy of Draco Lazarus, knocking Captain to the mat. As Draco is about to taunt The Captain, Neveah comes from behind and connects with a Dropkick to the back of Draco, sending him into the corner. Margot the Mad lets out a shrilling scream then runs at Neveah and grabs her hair, pulling it hard enough to spin Neveah around. However Margot is not match for Neveah without tricks, Neveah connects with a hard right to the face, forcing Margot to lose her grip. Neveah sets Margot the Mad up for a Suplex, she lifts Margot up for a delayed Suplex. But before Neaveh can finish the Suplex, “The Reaper” wraps his arms around the waist of Margot the Mad, and uses his strength advantage to take Margot off Neveah’s hands. Azrael takes a few steps back and lets Margot the Mad off on the closest top turnbuckle. Neveah is about to charge at him, but a Chop Block from Draco prevents her attack. Draco quickly picks her up and connects with the Gold Star, the same move as did Maggie Lockheart.
As he looks down at Neveah, taunting her, Kyle Gautier comes from behind and grabs his shoulder, spinning him around and connects with a hard right hand, then another, and another. Kyle kicks Draco in the gut, goes around Draco, attempts to lock in the HAHA Whoops. But as he tries to lock in the Half Nelson Slam, Draco drives his leg back, connecting with a low blow. He grabs Kyle, setting him up and delivering his finisher, The Golden Ticket. After delivering the 1%er, he rolls Kyle Gautier out of the ring. The fans begin to let Collateral Casualties know how they feel as jeers and boos begin to fill the arena. Draco Lazarus walks to the edge of the ring and yells for a microphone.
Meanwhile, as Draco and Margot were stooping to the their usual scumbag antics to get the edge over Kyle Gautier and Neveah, “The Reaper” Azrael attempted to finish off Captain Darkwater. Azrael notices Captain Darkwater stirring shortly after the Superkick. As Captain Darkwater gets to a knee, “The Reaper” walks up and grabs the back of Captain’s head before bringing him to his feet.Azrael clasps his hands around the neck of The Captain, but the Captain uses a burst of adrenaline to break the imposing Samoan’s grip. Captain Morgan begins to deliver his Swaggering Boxing combos, he has him reeling. Unfortunately for The Captain, at this time Draco Lazarus had the microphone, and interrupted his assault on The Reaper with a shot to the back to the back of the head. Draco sprints toward the ropes, hops on then off, and connects with a Springboard Front Dropkick, knocking The Captain into the waiting arms of Azrael. Reaper proceeds to lift The Captain up into Electric Chair, while Draco heads to the top topre. Reaper falls back, as Draco comes off Top Turnbuckle and brings Captain Darkwater crashing into the mat with a Tornado DDT. Draco gets his feet, and heads over to grab the mic.
"The Gold Standard" Draco Lazarus: FSW, in case your morons from Denver have been too stoned to remember my first date with your Princess, my name is Draco Lazarus… And I am Better than You! I decided to grace yourself with my presence to make up for that borefest of an excuse for an opening match. I am sure your slow reacting stoner minds enjoyed the shit out that amateur hour. The other Revolution members were just a bonus. Revolution. Psshh... Could they pick a more generic name? I mean come on, you got a pirate, some goon from off the street, and some Class-A bitch that hasn’t been relevant since this time last year. And Revolution is the name you come up with? What a joke.
Draco walks over and grabs his Golden Cane, he heads over to The Captain, and slams the Golden Cane down onto the injured arm of Captain Darkwater. He lets out a laugh before turning his attention back to the audience.
Draco: Speaking of jokes. You potheads will probably like these. Captain, Captain, are you paying attention? You inspired these…
Draco again slams the Golden Cane on his injured arm. As Captian clutches at his arm, Draco cocks back and
Thhhwack!
Draco drives the Golden Cane down the head of Captain Darkwater. Draco lets out a maniacal laugh as he points to the downed Captain. Reaper walks over, grabs The Captain, dragging him to his feet. Reaper lifts him up and drives him into the mat with a Fireman's Carry Stunner called Revelations. Draco lets out a maniacal laugh as he continues.
Draco: Oh Captain, my Captain. Still with us? Ok, I think I got your attention. Ok losers… What is Captain Darkwater’s favorite subject? aRRRRRRRRRRRt.
Draco and Margot the Mad are the only ones in the arena to laugh.
Draco: What is Captain Darkwater’s favorite animal? The aRRRRRRdvark.
Draco and Margot the Mad again laugh, this time Margot goes ridiculously over the top. The fans begin to shower Draco with Boos. Draco looks sternly around at the crowd.
Draco: How about we play a game of You All Be Fucking Quiet. You remember the quiet game you play with your kids so you can get a moment of silence. Well it’s like that, except you morons shut the hell up. What are your boos going to accomplish? Not a damn thing. Idiots.
This brings down the wrath of even more fans than before upon Draco Lazarus. Draco just does the “Yap Yap Yap” hand motion.
Draco: Now where was I before I was so rudely interrupted. Jokes. Like Kristian Bane and Lexie Glass being the only Tag Team in FSW. Well you undeserving, overweight, ugly Bronco fans are in luck. Tonight you are lucky enough to witness the first appearance of the best Tag Team that will ever compete in FSW. We can say you were here when The Gold Standard, Draco Lazarus instantly raised the value of the FSW stock tenfold. I am literally, the best thing to happen to FSW since the rise of internet. With myself teaming up with the man that will break a man’s spirit with a Death Stare, The Reaper Azrael, will bring FSW to whole heights that will have James Tyson and President Mac, get on their knees, and offer us the world to stay in FSW when our work here is done. Then when I take that FSW Title from Maggie Lockheart, if that old ass troll looking Xavier Reid doesn’t do it first, I will do the title the prestige it deserves. I will throw it in the nearest trash can and light it on fire.
The arena again begins to fill with echoes of boos and jeers.
Draco: What the fuck do you care? Not like any of you lazy, unathletic, weed smokers will ever get to hold it.
At this time, all three Revolution members begin stirring, all seemingly preparing themselves for Round 2.
Draco: But you know, being a really great guy is like the 14th thing that makes me better than your resident Princess and current Champion. I, we, will not attack anyone else tonight, well unless we are provoked. That is my gift to FSW. Before I go, it would be rude not to say my goodbyes to my new friends. Kyle,if you want to try your luck at retribution, feel try to doom yourself and demand a match with me. It would be fun knocking you unconscious again. Neveah, if you ever want to ditch this irrelevant Tea Party and join some real men, give me a call. Captain, Always wanted to meet a pirate. So thank you for try not to let someone cut off your leg or poke out your eye. You don’t want that stereotype to come true. That would be even more embarrassing than that time you got your ass beat by two dudes better than you a few minutes ago. FSW, I’ve been great. You are welcome for the best part of your night. It is time for us to go. I would rather been strapped in a chair watching reruns of Criss Cassidy’s basketball games for a month than spend another minute looking at all of your ugly mugs.
Draco Lazarus slams his Golden Cane down on the mat three times as The Revolution members gather in the opposing corner. When he is done, the lights flicker and go out before The Revolution can strike back. When the lights come back on Collateral Casualties are nowhere to be found.
As the bell rings Faren Black and Sylas Black, no relation, both charge Lawson and go for a Double Clothesline, but James Larson ducks, heads to the other side, bounces off the ropes, as he gets halfway he is met by Double Dropkick from the Faren and Sylas Black. Sending him down to the mat hard. Sylas is his to step toward Larson, with his back to Faren, Faren strikes the back of the knee of Sylas. Faren circles Sylas delivering a series of kicks to the leg and torso of Sylas followed by a Furious Lariat. Faren connects with a Swinging Neckbreaker then goes for a Suplex when he is hit from behind by Larson. Sylas lands on his feet. Then he and Larson take turns with hard right hands to the face of Faren. Larson and Sylas team up for a Double Suplex, then agree to do a Double DDT. As they get up Faren tries to strike Larson but Larson blocks it, countering with The Death Drop. He gets a nearfall but its broken up by Sylas. Sylas then connects with Welcome to Vegas, and gets a nearfall on Larson until it is broken up by Faren. Faren is quick to grab Sylas and connect with Bruiser. He is a half second from victory but it is snatched by a Running Boot to the Face from Larson. Larson grabs Faren, and drives him down hard with the Inverted Headlock Backbreaker, then the Knee of Fate both nearfalls.
As Larson tries to set up for his finisher, he is taken down with a Russian Leg Sweep. Sylas then gets two nearfalls after a Half Nelson Backbreaker and Northern Lights Suplex. The last of which was broken up by Faren.Faren connects with a Trio of German Suplexes on Larson. Giving Sylas enough time to sneak up from behind and drive Faren down with a Backstabber. Sylas locks in Fade to Black. It looks like Faren might tap, until Larson comes down with an Elbow Drop to the back of Sylas. They get to their feet at the same time, Sylas charges at Larson, Larson ducks, Sylas charges again, Larson sends Sylas over the ropes and crashing to the outside with a Back Body Drop. He turns to the now standing Faren. Faren charges, attempting F2D, but Larson dodges the potentially match ending impact at the last second. Faren turns right into Chain Breaker. Larson makes the cover and the 3 count.
Standing backstage are two people. The first of which being the brown haired backstage correspondent of FSW, Destiny Fairchild. The second person, standing directly to the brunette’s right, is The Second Coming himself, Criss Cassidy. People inside the Denver Coliseum are already cheering at the sight of him, which itself elects a smug smile upon his face.
Fairchild: Thank you for sparing us your time Criss. I understand that this main event could end up being the best way to gain momentum heading into your Stranglemania match. But with Stranglemania only fifteen days away are you certain that you’ll be able to keep your mind on victory? Or will you end up focusing too much on trying to send of message to Otaki?
Cassidy: I’d be lying to you if I said my focus was on anything but Stranglemania. My excitement to be on that card is through the roof. I can’t wait to put on a show. We’ve had 3 incredible matches, I think the message has already been sent. I’m next in line for the throne. Where is she at? I’m surprised I haven’t seen her yet.
Fairchild: That’s another thing. While you’re here right now, we have yet to get any confirmation of Otaki being in the arena tonight. Do you think that this could be a form of mindgame from her? Or do you think she’d go as far as abandon you in your time of need for an advantage at Stranglemania?
Cassidy: I have no clue what she’s up to. The girl has gone mad and I wouldn’t be surprised if she did try to screw me over tonight. The three faces of Megan Treamon have appeared but doesn’t matter which one of them show up. At Stranglemania, she’s going down.
The brunette couldn’t help but look momentarily surprised by the sheer confidence shown by The Second Coming. Yet before she could speak up he politely indicates that he hasn’t finished talking yet.
Cassidy: If she doesn’t want to participate in our match tonight, that’s fine with me. I never thought of this as a tag team thing anyway. I’ve been wanting to get a rematch with Xavier and Maggie since the Tournament of Power. What better way to settle that score then by beating them both at the same damn time.
Fairchild: What a bold sta-
Cassidy: Watch out!
Criss pushes Destiny down, immediately backsteps and-BANG! A metal crowbar practically bounces off the wall from the impact it makes as the male steps back forward to pick the crowbar up, only to take a note off it and read it. It only takes him to read said note before dropping it and walking off. The camera recording and broadcasting this onto the titantron pans downward to see the words written on the note.
See you out there Criss Cassidy...
From
Robina Hood.
Franklin Wright: Our next matchup is between two competitors who have been on hot streaks as of late, each of them looking to win to keep up their momentum as we continue along on the Road to StrangleMania.
Dick Shelby: That’s correct Frankie. We have Matt Angel going against “Savage” Mark McNair. Angel, as we know, picked up the win last show in New Mexico in a strong contest against Joshua Acquin. McNair, however, has been 2 and 0 since debuting here in Future Stars of Wrestling. Can he make it three for three?
Franklin Wright: I don’t know, Dick. But we’re about to find out. Both of these men had strong words for one another leading up to tonight’s contest. Both of them seemingly guaranteeing victory here tonight.
Dick Shelby: Which I’m sure both competitors have heard the words of the other by now. If nothing else that gives each of them a reason to pull out of all of the stops here. My money is on the former Army vet, McNair.
Franklin Wright: Well I’m not one to bet on anything that goes on between those ropes. As you very well know anything can happen. But I think the recent uptick from Angel may be just the tip of the iceberg. Perhaps the best has yet to come with the agile aerialist Angel.
Dick Shelby: Anything can happen so let’s see how this one plays out.
The match starts out with a strike war between Angel and McNair. Angel going with calf kicks while McNair sticks with punches. Angel gets the calf worked over enough to irish whip McNair but it’s reversed. McNair lowers his head and Angel flips over him and attempts a pele kick but McNair moves out of the way. McNair picks Angel up and drives him right back down with a hard german suplex. McNair goes for the cover and gets only a one count.
McNair with control lands a vertical suplex and a belly to belly suplex before attempting to pin Angel again. Two count. The crowd working behind Angel now, Angel fights his way back up and lands a northern lights suplex of his own. Angel follows up with a lionsault which he then converts right into a cover for a two count. He pulls McNair back up and over to the ropes where he attempts a Tornado DDT that is blocked and turned into a Falcon Arrow. McNair hooks the leg and gets a really close two count on that exchange as well.
McNair pulls Angel back up to his feet and goes for the Lulu 101, an argentine backbreaker, but Angel slips out of McNair’s grasp. Angel hits the pele he was looking for earlier in the match, and follows it up with a trademark superkick. Angel slides into a cover on McNair but only gets a really close two as a result. Sam Davis informs Angel that it was only a two. Angel pulls McNair back to his feet and goes for The Prophecies End twist of fate, but McNair shoves Angel off and catches him with a huge Mark 1 Missile spear that nearly takes Angel out of his boots.
McNair back up and he’s sensing victory is in his grasp. He yanks Angel back to his feet and sets him up for the Sidewinder, a big black hole slam. He spins Angel around but Angel manages to counter the maneuver into a version of the tornado ddt. With McNair dazed, Angel goes to the top rope and goes for the Heaven Sent spiral tap but McNair gets his knees up in time. Angel up and clutching his kidney area, he walks right into the Mark 4 pop-up powerbomb and that’s all she wrote.
Franklin Wright: Matt Angel went for that big time Heaven Sent off of the top rope, but high risks don’t always pay off. McNair capitalizes and hits the Mark 4 for the W. He’s now three for three as you said earlier, Dick.
Dick Shelby: Mark McNair continuing his streak of perfection here tonight which may be bad news for the folks just above him on the ladder. I’ve got to give credit where credit is due, though, Frankie. Matt Angel did bring it tonight. This match could have gone either way.
The EWCTV camera feed switches to the backstage area where Magdalena Lockheart is seen pacing through the halls. She’s checking every doorway as if she’s looking for someone in particular. She opens the first door to see an empty locker room. She stomps off and moves to the next door where she finds a bunch of EWC crewmen standing around a water cooler drinking and laughing about something. She slams that door shut and opens the next door to find Destiny Fairchild in the middle of a wardrobe change wearing nothing but her bra and panties. Fairchild screams and Lockheart pauses for a moment, before finally shutting the door. The Denver crowd is heard laughing in the background.
Bradley Dyne: Magdalena!
Her manager, Bradley Dyne, enters the frame from the side and immediately places his hands on Maggie’s shoulders.
Bradley Dyne: What are you doing? You cannot be doing this. Not alone, anyway.
Magdalena Lockheart: Get out of my way, Brad.
Lockheart tries to push past Dyne but Dyne hooks her around the waist and keeps her from moving any further. Maggie struggles against him but Dyne holds firm.
Bradley Dyne: You have a lot bigger things to worry about right now, Magdalena! You’ve got tonights match and two more at StrangleMania…
Magdalena Lockheart: Get off of me!
Bradley Dyne: Just think about the big picture right now. It’s not worth it… they are not worth it!
Just when it seems like Maggie is about to break through, she groans and pulls herself back and out of Dyne’s grasp. Frustrated, she bangs her fist on the nearby wall.
Bradley Dyne: Look. If you really do feel like you’ve got to go after them, let’s get Bane, Glass, and Kingston to at least be your back up.
Maggie shakes her head in disgust.
Magdalena Lockheart: No. I’m the FSW Champion, goddamnit. I’m not starting a war with some punks who have never stepped a single foot into our ring. This ends tonight, as quickly as it started. I’m going to stomp stupid Draco Malfoy’s head into the earth here in Denver - and I’m begging Margot or Big Tuna to try and stop me…
Bradley Dyne: His name is Draco Lazar-
Maggie catches a glimpse of three people crossing by down at the end of the hallway.
Magdalena Lockheart: Who gives a shit!
She darts past Dyne who stumbles trying to catch her at the last moment. As the camera crew races to catch up, we see Lockheart being held back by at least six members of security as Draco Lazarus and crew are seen grinning behind their human blockade.
Draco Lazarus: Well well, if it isn’t our esteemed champion Miss Magdalena Lockheart. To what do I owe the pleasure Princess? Did you want to ask me out on a second date?
Lockheart bucks and kicks at the security team, but Dyne latches on, helping to hold Lockheart back.
Magdalena Lockheart: You really are looking to die here tonight, Draco!
Draco Lazarus: My my. Miss Lockheart, such a temper. A bit uncalled for if you ask me. Then again, I’m not a hypocrite like you. What makes your attack of Xavier Reid any different from the way we treated you? And in case you couldn’t count, because you know, being half conscious and all, there were only 3 of us. You are a hypocrite Princess. Do you dare admit it in front of all these future Viagra using, Alzheimer’s patients in the crowd here tonight?
Draco lets out a snobby chuckle.
Magdalena Lockheart: Newsflash, asshole. The only thing different about the Future’s attack on Reid and your attack on me was in who you have to deal with once the job was done. The world is full of hypocrites though, so you’re really breaking my heart.
Draco Lazarus: Asshole. Ouch, Now who is breaking who’s heart? I thought that might really be a breakthrough moment for us. Well maybe this will do it…
Before another word can even be said, Margot the Mad lunges through the crowd with a small device in her hand, aiming it in Magdalena’s direction. It shoots out a cloud of green gas aimed for her, but Lockheart ducks out of the way. The cloud of gas catches Bradley Dyne square in the face and in moments he’s coughing and clutching his throat.
Magdalena Lockheart: Brad!
Draco and Marot the Mad begin laughing hysterically. Dyne drops to one knee choking, and then falls to the floor like a rock. Magdalena slides down to her knees to check on Bradley as the security team turn their attention towards the Collateral Casualties, now forcing them back up the hallway towards their intended destination.
Magdalena looks up in their direction with a snarl on her face.
Magdalena Lockheart: This isn’t over Draco!!!
The FSW camera cut to the back to show Xavier Reid walking towards his locker room with his cousin Tlatoani Volando…
Tlatoani Volando: I know I shouldn’t say this...but I’m sort of rooting for Maggie...not against you of course but just in life...the girl’s got spunk…
Tlatoani sort of laughs when he sees Xavier shakes his head but his attention is grabbed by his phone ringing, Tlatoani pulls out the phone and looks down at the screen and then shows Xavier…
Tlatoani Volando: Villano again…
Xavier Reid: How many times is that now since Rampage…
Tlatoani Volando: Eleven now...and IGNORE…
Tlatoani hits the ignore option and pockets the phone…
Xavier Reid: I told you you should have stayed in the car…
Tlatoani Volando: It wouldn’t have mattered...he would have still been pissed you ignored him and when to Rampage looking for Luke Wolfe...he doesn’t want you getting mixed in with Legion...or what WAS Legion or what Luke Wolfe is trying to do…
But as they turn the corner Xavier and Tlatoani come face to face with the young lady they met at Rampage...Nikki Dupree…
Nikki Dupree: That is because Villano Volando wants to use you Xavier...as a tool of his own destruction...he needs you to be able to claim the Volando Throne...and he knows that Luke Wolfe and bring it all crashing down…
Tlatoani Volando: So...you’re following us...like a stalker now...a very cute and mysterious stalker...I’m cool with that…
Xavier Reid: Well I am not...I came to Rampage for Luke Wolfe...after weeks of him coming here with cryptic messages...watching from the rafters...taunting me with my past...but he wasn’t anywhere to be found was he…
Nikki Dupree: Luke Wolfe had matters of his own to attend...he sent me…
Xavier Reid: And you aren’t who I am looking for...Luke Wolfe has made it clear he has his eyes on me...some sort of twisted interest in me...for what I do not know...but when I came for him...when I came to sort this out...he is nowhere to be found...he’s too busy...handling his own matters...the fall of Legion...this Undisputed Championship match...his attentions are elsewhere...AS ARE MINE…
Nikki Dupree: The FSW Championship match…
Xavier Reid: You’re damn right...you see ALL of my focus is on that match...that match is MY everything...so I don’t have time to deal with Luke Wolfe’s lackey...tonight I step in that ring and partner with my StrangleMania opponent and my head needs to be in the here and now...and not spending time trying to figure out...whatever THIS all is…
Nikki Dupree: This...is your awakening Xavier Reid...you have a bigger role to play in this world...and I will teach you…
Tlatoani Volando: Yeeeaaahhhh….see when you talk all crazy...that’s then you lose us...see we caught on...yeah we were slow on the uptake but we get it now...Luke Wolfe is all about the mind games…
Nikki Dupree: Luke Wolfe does not play mind games...he answers the calling of those that are lost and Xavier Reid...you are truly lost...you want to deny it...block those feelings out...ignore it...but deep down you know I’m right…
Tlatoani starts to laugh then stops when he looks at Xavier who is glued on Nikki…
Nikki Dupree: I am not here to take tonight away from you...Luke Wolfe wants to focused and ready to go for StrangleMania…
Xavier Reid: The why are you here…
Nikki Dupree: That...he will be waiting for you at StrangleMania...to explain it all...and to set you down the path you are destined for...good luck Xavier Reid...we will be waiting for you…
She smiles as she walks past the cousins...Xavier turns and watches her make the turn and disappear off camera…
Tlatoani Volando: Come on Xavier...we have a match to get ready for...leave this alone…
Xavier Reid: Yeah...let’s go…
Tlatoani starts walking down the hallway but the camera gets one final shot of Xavier Reid looking back over his shoulder at the hallway Nikki Dupree left down...
As the bell rings all four members of the match stand in the center of the ring, Bane and Glass take turns talking at Sebastian and Hatchet, who seem to be taking it all in, Bane is the first to strike by shoving Hatchet Gully but before he can retaliate Sebastian Conner drops Kristian Bane with a hard right. As Conner stands over Bane Lexie Glass springs into action and smacks Sebastian Conner across the face with a thunderous slam and as she jaws way Sebastian whips his head back around only to see Lexie hit the mat from a return slap across the face from Hatchet Gully that draws OOOHHHHSSSS from the Denver crowd.
The referee manages to separate the four and the match starts out with Kristian Bane and Hatchet Gully and Bane is able to use his strength to push Gully into the corner and him and Lexie trade quick tags with one another to keep the advantage over the dangerous Hatchett Gully. One of the final combos being a running powerslam by Bane as Lexie comes off the top rope with a splash. She covers and the referee counts but Sebastian Conner makes the save at 2. Bane makes a run at him but he’s able to duck the running boot and counter with a superman punch that sends Kristian Bane to the outside.
The referee pushes Conner to his corner as Lexie waits for Hatchet Gully to get to his feet, once he does she runs in and goes for the Glass Cutter but Hatchet has it scouted and catches her coming in with his KTFO spinning back fist that drops Lexie. He heads to the top rope and just as he jumps off and nails the Ninja Splash Sebastian Conner tags himself him. Hatchet jumps up off Lexie and gets face to face with Sebastian who just points to their shared corner before going to work on Lexie.
Sebastian lands a running knee to the chest of Lexie that sends her into the ropes and as she rebounds so does Sebastian who takes her off her feet with a spare and then hits the ropes again and a leg drop across the back of Lexie’s neck. He rolls into the corner and readies himself and motions for Lexie to get up. She gets to her feet and as Sebastian is about to run out of the corner Hatchett slaps him across the back and Sebastian aborts his attempt at the Glass Cutter on Lexie. He turns around and comes face to face with Hatchet Gully.
This gives Lexie the time to roll to her corner and tags in Kristian Bane who comes running in and takes both Hatchet and Sebastian off their feet with a running clothesline. Sebastian rolls out of the ring and leaves Kristian to work over Hatchet Gully. The big man hits a few of his high impact moves like a powerbomb, powerslam and tops it off with his double handed chokeslam called Baneful Existence and goes for the cover but Hatchet is able to get his foot on the bottom rope to save himself a three count as Sebastian watches on.
Lexie tags herself in and nails a Shattered Glass stunner but instead of following it up runs over and takes a swing at Sebastian Conner, bringing him into the ring. Once again all four members of the match are in the ring.
The referee is unable to stop all hell from breaking loose. Sebastian goes after Lexie and as Kristian Bane bends over to grab Hatchet he kicks the big man right in the face. Bane staggers as Hatchet gets to his feet and sends him up and over the top rope with a clothesline. Sebastian nails Lexie with kick to the midsection and then lifts her up into the air and into Honorable Deeds but he’s not the legal man and Hatchet shoves him out of the way and rips Lexie to her feet and grabs her around the neck and drops into the Hidden Path to Shangri-La. Sebastian watches as Hatchet covers for the 1, 2 3!!!
Wright: We've had a combustible night to say the least, and now, it's time for our main event.
Shelby: The champ, the former champ, the #1 contender and the 2nd coming, all with different motives and stakes...what will this bring us?
Deneen: Our main event tonight is a tag match scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, Criss Cassidy!
"Second Coming" by Juelz Santana begins to play as smoke shoots out in front of the entrance. Criss Cassidy walks out from behind the curtains and stands on the ramp in a lavish robe and matching long tights. He holds his arms out and makes his way down to the ring.
Deneen: And his partner, from Sherwood Forest....ROBINA HOOD!!
They say we wanted attention
Those five words of “Ignite” by Noisestorm, None Like Joshua & Veela, along with a momentary flash of bright light, immediately caused an incredibly loud, and mostly positive, response from the tonight's audience as red petals rain down from the ceiling of the arena. A purple-haired lady comes through the black curtains, black jacket proudly draped over her shoulders and, instantly knowing that she is Robina Hood, the people in attendance begins to become even louder with their cheers. The forest-dweller throws her arms up high in the air, her forefingers pointing out towards the sky. This causes the jacket to fly off her shoulder and onto the stage floor, revealing her military-styled red dress - with a translucent portion in the front of the skirt - to the cameras and generated a lot of wolf whistles from the men and lesbians in attendance, before confidently beginning to walk down the ramp, keeping her distance from the people in attendance while doing so. She didn't waste much time in getting to ringside, up the ring steps and onto the ring apron. But instead of immediately entering the ring Miss Hood partly sat down on the middle rope and glanced towards the crowd, giving him a happy looking smile before finally entering the ring. Shortly after entering the ring Robina did a 270 degrees spin and punched the air at the moment “watch me ignite” escaped the P.A. System, electing an even louder response from the people in attendance tonight.
Deneen: And their opponents, first, from New York City....XAVIER REID!!!
The lights inside the arena go out as Cochise starts up to a now mixed reaction from the fans. A single strobe light flashes in the direction of the stage. As the lyrics come in Xavier walks out from behind the curtain and onto the stage. He paces back and forth across the stage before walking to the edge of the ramp and raising his arms into the air, crossing his forearms into a X over his head. He walks down to the ring, eyes glued on the ring and ignores the fans he passes. Xavier marches up the steps and jumps into the ring. He heads right to the corner and climbs up to the middle rope and once again raises his arms into the air and crossed his forearms into a X.
Deneen: And his partner...
The deep heartbeat bass of Taylor Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do” drops over the arena’s public announce speakers as the FSW Champion Magdalena Lockheart emerges from behind the curtain. Magdalena steps out into the center of an amber spotlight wearing a long black dress. For a moment she stands at the top of the stage and applies dark cherry lipstick with the aid of a pocket mirror. The ramp in front of her lights up like a model’s runway. Lockheart struts down the ramp as if she’s modeling the dress, pausing briefly at the bottom to pose while flashbulbs go off all around her.
Deneen: ...from Inwood, New York - She is the FSW CHAMPION...MAGDALENA LOCKHEART!!!
Lockheart walks around the ring towards the camera side, moving all of the way to the southeast ringpost before pulling herself up onto the ring apron. She centers herself on the apron and stands facing the crowd.
Lockheart grabs her dress with both hands and on beat with the song, she rips the dress down the center! An amber spotlight shines straight down on her as golden, sparkling confetti rains down from the ceiling onto the crowd. Flashes go off from cell phone cameras as Lockheart sheds the rest of her dress and reveals the FSW Championship belt hidden beneath. Lockheart pauses for a few moments to allow the crowd to snap more photos.
The two teams make their decisions on who will start. Cassidy and Maggie step through the ropes to the outside leaving Robina and Reid in the ring to start this match. The referee rings the bell. Cassidy is leaning over the ropes yelling at Maggie. Reid is sticking his tongue out at Cassidy. Reid grabs Robina, boots her in the gut and connects with a snap suplex.
Shelby: Ya see that? Robina can’t keep focused. If they’re gonna spend all night trying to to play games their going to lose.
Reid whips Robina into his corner and makes a quick tag to Maggie. Reid lands one more punch before exiting the ring and
Maggie enters. Maggie Irish whips Robina off the ropes. Maggie drops down, but Robina jumps over hier and bounces off of the far ropes. Robina runs back, but Maggie leapfrogs over top of Robina; Maggie rolls onto her back as Robina bounces off of the ropes again and puts her feet up.
Wright: Monkey flip, nicely executed there by Maggie.
Shelby: I’ll say, she shot Robina halfway across the ring with that.
Following up her advantage, Maggie picks up Robina and applies a headlock as she pulls her over toward Reid. Maggie makes the tag, then picks Robina up into a side slam position, spins her around, applies a backbreaker and holds Robina across her knee. Reid then climbs the ropes and springs off coming down across Robina’s neck with a leg drop.
Wright: WOW!!! I haven’t seen that in years.
Shelby: Great tag team wrestling thus far from Reid and Maggie.
Wright: Yeah, these two even look like they could give those tag team titles a run.
Back in the ring Reid whips Robina off the ropes. Reid sets up for a backdrop, but Robina sees it coming and nails Reid with a kick to the face. The kick straightens Reid allowing Robina to connect with a vicious clothesline.
Shelby: Nice counter there by Robina; now’s her chance to make a tag.
Robina does manage to get over to her corner and tag in Cassidy. Cassidy explodes into the ring and runs straight at Reid. Just as Reid is getting up from Robina's clothesline, he receives another from Cassidy. Cassidy keeps going straight through Reid and runs into Maggie knocking her to the arena floor.
Wright: Cassidy certainly was prepared for this one.
Cassidy picks Reid up and whips him off the ropes. Reid wisely holds onto the ropes and makes the tag to Maggie.
Shelby: Nice move.
Maggie enters the ring and she locks up with Cassidy. Cassidy gets the upper hand and turns the hold into a side headlock, but Maggie is able to counter the hold with a side suplex.
Wright: Cassidy was on a roll!!
With Cassidy down Maggie applies a head scissors, but Cassidy is in the ropes before the referee can even ask him if he submits.
Wright: Nice job by Cassidy.
Both get back to their feet and tie up again. This time, however, Cassidy knees Maggie in the gut and hits a gutwrench suplex. Cassidy then tags in Robina.
Wright: Can Robina and Cassidy take advantage of this right now?.
Cassidy and Robina each grab a leg of Maggie.
Shelby: Make a wish…
Cassidy and Robina snap Maggie’s legs. Everybody in the crowd groans as Maggie almost has her crotch ripped in half.
Shelby: Damn! That's ugly!
Wright: I think the rules of the wishbone only apply to turkey bones, not people’s crotches.
Maggie lets out a high-pitched scream at the move. Reid enters the ring to protest, but the referee cuts him off. While the official’s back turned Cassidy & Robina violently stomp the life out of Maggie.
Wright: Not very smart wrestling by Reid. He’s doing more harm than good.
Shelby: Hey...considering they'll be facing each other for FSW gold, why not let her take a few extra shots?
The referee ushers Reid out of the ring. As he turns his attention back to the action Cassidy steps out of the ring leaving Robina to continue the punishment. Robina whips Maggie off the ropes and nails her with a powerslam. Robina then drags Maggie over to the ropes and drapes her neck across the middle rope. Robina bounces off the ropes and comes back with a leg drop of sorts to the back of Maggie’s neck driving her neck into the ropes. Maggie begins to roll around the canvas trying to get her wind back, but Robina makes the cover.

Cassidy gets up disgusted and walks over to Reid goading him on. Reid tries to get at Cassidy, but the referee stops him again. Meanwhile, Cassidy and Robina put the boots to Maggie. While the referee is still dealing with Reid Robina claps her hands and Cassidy steps out. The referee turns back to the action just in time to see Robina hit Maggie with a sidewalk slam.
Wright: Ya know… I never saw a tag there.
Shelby: I did, pay attention. Robina is making a cover!

Shelby: NO!! Can’t this guy count to three?
Robina tags in Cassidy and the two proceed to double team Maggie. Maggie gets whipped off the ropes as Cassidy and Robina link arms for a double clothesline. Maggie drops and slides under the attack, out under the bottom rope tagging Reid as she goes. Reid jumps up onto the top rope and delivers a double dropkick to Cassidy and Robina as they turn around.
Wright: Can Reid turn the tide of this match?
Reid knocks down Robina with a clothesline, then he delivers one to Cassidy.
Shelby: Wow, Reid is really on fire.
Reid attempts to whip Cassidy off the ropes, but it is reversed and Reid is sent for the ride. Cassidy catches Reid as he comes back and plants him with a clothesline. Robina gets up and comes over to help Cassidy double team Reid but Maggie is back up and into the fray.
Wright: All four in the ring… the referee has lost control of this one.
Maggie whips Robina into the ropes at the far side of the ring and clotheslines her over the top rope. As Robina staggers up Maggie dives over the top rope and connects with a flying cross body block sending both women crashing hard to the floor.
Shelby: Damn!
Wright: The champion is going all out.
Only Cassidy and Reid remain in the ring now. Cassidy starts to take it to Reid as the crows grows louder behind Cassidy. Lefts and rights drive Reid into the corner, then Cassidy follows up with a Heaven's Gate! Reid is down and staggered. Cassidy pulls Reid into position, and makes his way to the top rope to go for the Christening. He leaps, but Reid rolls out of the way. Cassidy adjusts and rolls thru the landing, but Reid pounces....
Wright: Wow! X-CEUTION OUT OF NOWHERE!!! Reid covers…

Shelby: The attempted save by Robina is too late. Reid and Maggie win!!!
Deneen: Your winners, the FSW Champion Maggie Lockheart and Xavier Reid!!
Now alone in the ring with no one else but only the senior official, Sam Davis, Criss breathlessly gets up to his knees. Either possibly amazed or overwhelmed by the round of applause that the cheering people of Denver Colorado are giving him, as if proudly accepting him as a genuine FSW highlight.
Shelby: He may have not won the match but with such a phenomenal performance the amount of respect from our faithful is more than deserved for Criss Cassidy.
Wright: I guess you could say that he has found victory in defe-
The colour commentator is suddenly interrupted by Robina Hood suddenly smacking both her hands against the table out of anger. She leans towards both men and hiss something out that couldn’t be fully picked up by their headsets before spinning around to look underneath the ring for something.
Wright: Maybe Robina is angry that Criss has cost her the chance to defeat both the FSW Champion and the number one contender in one match?
Shelby: But it is a team effort. They’ve lost as a team, not as individuals.
Wright: Try thinking that if you’re in her shoes.
Dick wants to say something in response to Franklin’s words yet before he could members of tonight’s audience shriek out at the sight The Emo Princess pulling a crowbar out from beneath the ring. Instead of saying something straight away the demented archer simply looks up towards her item with a look of almost sensual bliss before snapping her eyes upon a still breathless Criss like a shark that smells blood in the water.
Shelby: Don’t you dare think about taking out Criss before your match at Stranglemania!
Wright: Then again any advantage entering what could be her only Stranglemania is a good advantage.
Shelby: But there may not be a Stranglemania match at all if Criss can’t make it.
While the commentators talk the official quickly moves to get in between the standing Robina Hood and the kneeling Criss Cassidy, trying to explain that she doesn’t need to do this. It took some shouting but it seems that Miss Hood has been convinced as she turns away. Relieved at this the official turns to prioritise checking on Criss Cassidy…
Only for The Emo Princess to spin back around and crack the crowbar against the back of referee’s with a sickening crunch.
Shelby: Oh god what a sadistic thing to do! And she’s smiling! What is wrong with her!?
Wright: Maybe we’re going to find out.
The colour commentator indicates toward Miss Hood sliding out the ring to, surprisingly politely, request and receive the microphone from Miss McQueen. Once holding the microphone in her left hand Robina slides herself into the ring and coldly stare down at the male.
Hood: The fourth of February...
She points the freshly bloodied curve of her crowbar at The Second Coming.
Hood: You told me that you wanted me to show you ‘the real Otaki’...
Slowly departs her lips before she points her weapon towards the official, who happens to be lying in a puddle of blood while multiple EMTs are quickly trying to stop Sam Davis’ bleeding.
Hood: You see that is just a teaser trailer...
She slowly points the object towards the Stranglemania sign.
Hood: And at Stranglemania...you’ll get to see the real me.
After finishing her words Robina Hood lets the microphone slip from her fingers and takes a moment to lick some of the blood off the crowbar before rolling herself out of the ring. Backing up the ramp way the Purple Haired Dynamo starts mouthing off words that can be fully picked up by the cameras while Criss mixes keeping a firm eye on his upcoming opponent with checking on the referee as FSW 56 comes to a close.

FUTURE STARS!
OPENER
Kyle Gautier Vs Jay Thunder
MATCH 2
Faren Black Vs James Larson Vs Sylas Black

Robina Hood.
MATCH 3
Mark McNair Vs Matt Angel
MATCH 4
Hatchet Gully & Sebastian Conner Vs Lexie Glass & Kristian Bane
Sebastian watches as Hatchet covers for the 1, 2 3!!!
wrestler Vs wrestler
But I got smarter, I got harder, In the knick of time.
And me I rose up from the dead I do it all the time.
I got a list of names, yours is in red underlined
I check it once, then I check it twice- Ooh!
