"START A FIGHT" by GHØSTKID blasts in the Arena
The show starts off with video footage detailing historic events over Monday Night BRAWL's history.
From episode 001 in 1997 all the way down to the last episode #587 in Athens.
Images of previous EWC Champions are shown, starting with the very first Champion Black Ninja, then moving onto Big Mac and Steve Bennett. Sped up footage then shows a special montage of Memphis Reigns, Shadow Man, Hirsh Valentine, Jesse Nunez, Hurricane Jeff, Moses Lake, James Chambers, BDC, Jay Cee, Stray, Gladiator, The Rev, Ruthann Hunter, Ashton Drake and then Xplode all with the EWC Championship.
From there we look at the dawning of the Undisputed Championship as we know it today, from Xplode defeating Shadow Man to unify the belts to footage of the men and women of BRAWL who have held the illustrious title including Ashton Drake, Candy, Dominic Sanders, Cyrus Black, and Xavier Reid, before ending on the current champion Melody Malone.
Sped up footage again then takes us through to current Monday Night BRAWL Superstars: Xavier Reid, King Flip, Candy, Tyler Bradford, KU, Antoni Malietoa, Stitches, Rebel Rhodes, Darius, Iggy Swango, Dio, and others making their way onto the red brand.
We then get a shot of the Champions of BRAWL:
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal with the FX Broadcast Championship
King Flip with the EWC International Championship
Xavier Reid with his partner Jamie Love (aka The Bastards), with the EWC Tag Team Championship
The opening pyros blast across the stage and here we go.

Aiello: Hello everyone, and welcome to Monday Night BRAWL! I'm Joe Aiello alongside Hall of Famer Steve Bennett, coming to you from beautiful Hamar, Norway for Night Two of the BRAWLympics! We have a big show ahead of us, and I'm being told that the competitors are so focused on their upcoming contests that there is a curious lack of backstage presence...but that just means more focus on the in-ring action!
Bennett: Athletes such as these occasionally have to focus on their training, and not on antics backstage! I don't blame them, especially with one hell of a main event ahead! Two falls to the match, the first one a tag match and the second a singles match!
Aiello: That's right Steve, if King Dong can overcome The Bastards in the first fall, they earn themselves the spot of number one contenders and will be keeping a close eye on the EWC Tag Team Championship match at Night of Champions XIX, when the champs face off against the Southern Express in a hotly-anticipated rematch!
Bennett: Damn right, and that second fall is just as important to Xavier Reid, who will need to beat King Flip in order to get into contendership for the EWC International Championship! Several matches on the docket are setting up for #1 Contender matches at Night of Champions, and Reid's gonna want in on that action too!
Aiello: That's right, we have Gabrielle Visconty and Stitches facing off, as are Caleb Scott and Iggy Swango, Zack Tyler and Chelsea Skye, and in a curious match that folks have been eyeing all week, JoJo Rush taking on Captain Morgan Darkwater!
Bennett: To top it all off, we've got interbrand action as Antoni Malietoa takes the action to the EWC X-Division Champion El Pablo in a non-title street fight, Mark Storm visits us from Rampage to take on our FX Broadcast Champion Alex Carbajal, and PRIME's own Omega Commandos take on S.T. in tag action!
Aiello: A huge night of in-ring action, and we're gonna get right into it after this word from EWCTV!

SINGLES MATCH, WINNER ADVANCES TO A #1 CONTENDER MATCH AT NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS
Zack Tyler
VS Chelsea Skye
SINGLES MATCH, WINNER ADVANCES TO A #1 CONTENDER MATCH AT NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS
Zack Tyler
VS Chelsea Skye
We return to ringside where commentary is standing by for the first match of the night!
Aiello: Curious video there, I guess we can expect to see Tyler Bradford returning soon to BRAWL after an impressive showing on RAMPAGE...but now, it's time for our opening match!
Bennett: Man, I can't wait for Tyler to grace us with his presence again. I've missed him so...anyway, we know that #1 Contender matches are on the docket at Night of Champions, and dammit if we're not about to get a hell of a bout here between Zack Tyler and Chelsea Skye to see who can advance!
Stroup: The following match is set for one fall. Joining us first, from Chicago. Illinois, she is the “Nightmare Angel”... CHELSEA SKYE!
"Reborn Through Failure" hits the speakers and Chelsea comes out, ready for her match, she goes down to the ring slapping hands with the fans before rolling into the ring.
Stroup: And her opponent. Residing in the alley out back and weighing in at 175 pounds... ZACK TYLER!
The lights go dark as an image of Zack in seen backstage. By now on the entrance stage, fog machines are covering the platform. He stares into the camera with a deep soul stare before the camera fades. Just before the camera cuts off, a quick glimpse of a Red circle with a Red Left hand palm print is seen. Zack's [3:14] music then plays. At the [:17] mark, a Red flash of light illuminates the entrance stage and again at the [:20] mark. At the [:27] mark, Zack rolls out slowly on a skateboard dressed in a Black full length coat with his arms folded over his chest. As he approaches the ring, the skateboard rolls under the ring as he rolls under the bottom rope onto his stomach. The ringside camera catches an up-close image of Zack as he smiles and blood protrudes from his mouth down his chin. Slithering into the corner, he grabs the ropes and pulls himself up to his feet, removing his coat. His music by now has looped or replayed until he folds his hands together as if praying. His eyes roll in the back of his head and the lights come up to normal.
DING DING DING
Chelsea runs off the ropes hitting Zack with a flying clothesline. She runs off the ropes again but Zack takes her down with a hip toss. He attempts an armbar but Chelsea slips away. She runs at him again. This time he takes her down with an arm drag. He grabs her arm but she battles to her feet where Zack hits a DDT. He makes a cover.

THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Zack rolls to his side to stop the count.
Aiello: Both still fighting, still kicking out.
Bennett: But how much is too much? It's one thing to kick out but how much is getting taken out of you by doing so? Sometimes it's better to stay down.
Chelsea lifts Zack to his feet. He kicks her in the gut doubling her over. He lifts her up with his toes and spins for a 666. As he spins, Chelsea throws herself at him with a desperation spear. Chelsea rolls to the apron. She drags herself to the top rope and dives. She comes crashing down on Zack with Skye's The Limit and grabs a leg as the referee counts.

DING DING DING
Stroup: And your winner, via pinfall... CHELSEA SKYE!
Chelsea lays face down in the mat for a second before getting to her feet. She staggers and falls against the ropes. Chelsea pushes away some hair that has stuck to the sweat from her face and raises her arms in victory. Her fists punch the sky in delight.
Aiello: A huge win for Chelsea Skye here on Brawl. She heads now to Night Of Champions but you have to believe she will be watching the other Contendership Series matches to see just who her opponents could be.
Bennett: I too will be watching that one. Chelsea Skye may be the winner here, but I know, and she will too, that this could have been a Zack Tyler win. A couple of times, such as that Michinoku Driver where a three count could easily have come.
Aiello: A fair point, for sure. Folks, in just a moment we will heading into interbrand insanity as S.T. take on the PRIME duo of Omega Commandos! Don't--hey, wait a minute!
Chelsea Skye continues to celebrate her victory over Zack Tyler and her opportunity at Night of Champions. As she does, Caleb Scott makes his way down to the ring. He has his chain-wrapped bat in hand which has some added modifications this time. The chain lying on top of metal plates and bolts penetrate the metal through every other link of the chain.
Aiello: Here we go, Caleb wants his revenge after that attack from Zack. I think we all saw this coming.
Bennett: Caleb looks like he's out for blood. He definitely wasn't going to just back off after that attack on the last episode of Brawl.
Chelsea vacates the ring once she notices Caleb. Caleb makes his way up the stairs and into the ring, standing in the corner waiting to strike. Zack slowly begins to make his way to his feet, not knowing Caleb is ready to attack behind him. Zack turns around only to receive a vicious blow to the skull from Caleb's bat. The strike busts open Zack's head as blood pours from the wound as he lays motionless on the mat. Caleb demands a mic and once he gets it he addresses Zack and the frenzied crowd.
Caleb: Zack, our previous matches were nothing personal. But after the last episode of Brawl, that's exactly what you made it when you cracked me over the head with that chair after the match. From here on out, I am going to make your life hell. You won't be able to do anything without worrying that I might be lurking in the shadows ready to attack you again. I promise you one thing when I get through with you, you're going to wish you never stepped foot in EWC. So, at Brawl #589, I want you one on one in an X-Division match. You bit off way more than you can chew and I’m going to make sure that the only way you leave Brawl is on a stretcher.
Aiello: Scott sending a very clear message to Zack Tyler.
Bennett: You've got to wonder if Zack made a mistake attacking Caleb with that chair. Look what he has awoken.
Caleb's music begins to play and he throws the mic down to the mat. He then places the head of the bat on Zack's chest and raises his other arm in the air as he stands over Zack's body as we move to a commercial break.
INTERBRAND INSANITY: THE BRAWLYMPICS TAG TEAM TUG OF WAR PART DEUX!
TAG TEAM MATCH
Omega Commandos
VS S.T.
TAG TEAM MATCH
Omega Commandos
VS S.T.
We return to ringside where Joe and Steve are standing by on commentary!
Aiello: Welcome back, folks! Big win for Chelsea Skye just moments ago, and now we move to interbrand tag action as Omega Commando come storming in from PRIME to take on S.T.!
Bennett: The pair of Psycho and Bandit might have their work cut out for them tonight, these Commands are two tough hombres!
Stroup: The following match, set for one fall, is a tag team contest, Joining us first, weighing in at a total combined weight of 477 pounds, Duke and Kobro Commando... OMEGA COMMANDOS!
The low, muted thumping from the rotor blades of an AH-64 Apache helicopter can be heard, on the Xtron, the helicopter flies towards the screen as the thumping gets louder. The attack chopper rises up out of sight as the thumping is really loud now. Two ladders lower in front of the Xtron, Duke Commando is hanging on with one hand and leg. Kobro is on the other ladder with a cigar hanging out of his mouth. They touch down on the stage and the ladders retract. The loud thumping of the helicopter fades off into the distance as The Omega Commandos stand at the top of the ramp, staring menacingly at the ring. They slowly look left and right, watching the fans cheer them. They take one step forward and loud drums start banging with military horns and bass instruments complimenting the drums. They make their way to the ring. Duke runs and slides under the bottom ropes while Kobro takes his time to climb the steel steps then enters through the ropes. They both take off their vests and stretch, getting ready to engage in combat.
Stroup: And the opponents, accompanied by Aoife "Banshee" Maguire, weighing in at a combined weight of 225 pounds, Jackie "Bandit" Layton and "Psycho" Saoirse Maguire... S.T.!
"Pledge Your Allegiance" by Suicidal Tendencies starts up. 12 seconds in, the "S! T!" chants start. Aoife "Banshee" Maguire takes this as her cue to walk through the curtain. A second later, the team known as S.T., Jackie "Bandit Layton and "Psycho" Saoirse Maguire, walk through the curtain as well. The three women make their way to the ring where Banshee steps through the ropes first, the others following her in. She takes the center of the ring and points to the two corners facing the camera. Bandit takes the left corner, Psycho takes the right and all three raise a fist in the air.
DING DING DING
Bandit and Duke start. Duke runs at Bandit with a big boot but Bandit ducks and chops Duke hard across the chest, A second one. Bandit runs up the turnbuckles and throws herself at Duke with a dropkick. She runs at Duke for a bulldog but he counters with a side suplex. Bandit gets to her feet but is dazed by a spinning backfist. A jumping karate kick knocks her to the mat where Duke makes the cover.

THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Bandit gets a shoulder of the mat to break the count. Duke pulls her off the canvas and throws her into the corner. He runs looking for a monkey flip but Bandit moves leaving Duke standing on the middle turnbuckle. Bandit chops him on the back of the knee causing him to fall. She leaps into the air, kicks off the middle turnbuckle and drops down onto Duke with a moonsault. She grabs his legs as the referee counts.
ONE…
TWO…
THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Duke gets a shoulder off the mat. Bandit tags in Psycho. She enters the ring and cracks Duke with a European uppercut and whips Duke off the ropes. Both members of S.T. hit Duke with dropkicks knocking him to the mat. Psycho hits Duke with an elbow drop and a hgh knee that sends him into his own corner where Kobro tags in. Kobro gets into the ring and knocks Psycho down with a clothesline. She gets to her feet quickly but runs into a powerslam. Kobro hooks the leg.
ONE…
TWO…
THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Psycho gets a shoulder off the mat. Kobro pulls Psycho to her feet and cracks her with a headbutt. Psycho retaliates with a chop to the chest and a low kick to the front of Kobro's knee that doubles him over. Psycho raises her heel into Kobro's jaw knocking him to the mat.
Aiello: What a kick. Out of almost nowhere.
Bennett: It's not everyday you see someone like Kobro Commando dropped with a kick to the jaw. That's a powerful heel she has on her.
Psycho lifts Kobro to his feet and applies a front facelock. She pulls him to her corner where she tags in Bandit. They lift him for a double suplex but instead of going backward, they lean forward draping him across the ropes. They drive him to the canvas with a Maiden DDT. Bandit rolls him over and covers him.
ONE…
TWO…
THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Duke runs in breaking the count. Bandit lifts Kobro to his feet. He grabs Bandit's legs and pulls her to the mat. Kobro then leans back knocking her into Duke's path who nails her with a Black Ops Command. Kobro makes a cover.
ONE…
TWO…
THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Psycho dives in to break the count.
Aiello: So close but not close enough.
Bennett: Two opponents in tag matches are always tricky.
By now this has become a four way brawl. Kobro and Bandit battle in one corner while Psycho trades punches with Duke in the other. The Commandos whip S.T. but they reverse it sending the Commandos crashing into each other. Duke goes falling through the ropes to the floor while Kobro stands dazed in the middle of the ring. S.T. run at him blasting him with Stealing Sanity. Bandit covers him.
ONE…
TWO…
Duke tries to get back into the ring but Psycho stomps on him to prevent him getting in.
THREE!
DING DING DING
Stroup: And your winners, via pinfall... S.T.!
Bandit and Psycho grab each other in a very brief hug of celebration before taking a step back and celebrating with a fist bump. They climb to the turnbuckles and celebrate with the cheering crowd.
Aiello: That is a huge win! Every tag team in EWC should stand up and take notice of this result and that includes the tag team champions!
Bennett: Going into this match I thought this would be an Omega Commandos win. To their credit, they came close. I thought this was over after that Black Ops kick. This match didn't go their way but they will dust themselves off and come back stronger.
Aiello: S.T. no doubt wanting to keep a close eye on the tag team part of our main event later tonight, as they are slowly starting to etch their way into the tag division! Folks, in just a moment we go back to Contendership Series action as Caleb Scott takes on Iggy Swango! Don't go away!
Camera cuts to the X-Tron, which flickers on with a video package ...
The video package highlights the early chapter of the feud leading into tonight's main event, the early days of King Flip feuding with Xavier Reid including the Very Disturbing Boot Incident. Through this package we come to realize that the animosity is deep between these two, which makes tonight's Two Falls Match something emotional!
The video comes to an end, before we move to a commercial break.

Caleb Scott
VS Iggy Swango
We return to ringside where Joe and Steve are standing by!
Aiello: Welcome back! Folks, we saw Chelsea Skye defeat Zack Tyler earlier in the night to advance to a #1 Contender match at Night of Champions, and we roll on with the Contendership Series as Caleb Scott takes on Iggy Swango!
Bennett: Caleb better grow some eyeballs on the back of his damn head, after mixing it up with Zack Tyler earlier!
Stroup: The following match is set for one fall. Joining us first, from St Cloud, Minnesota and weighing in at 205 pounds ... CALEB SCOTT!
Lights go black as Ze Nigmar plays. Lights stay off as the song intro plays. Once the drums in the song start, a single beam of light from above the ring shoots to the stage as Caleb Scott rises from the floor through a ring of white smoke. Caleb stands there for a few seconds looking at the crowd. Caleb begins to slowly walk to the ring as a short row of fire ignites on either side of the entrance ramp. As Caleb goes up the steps and into the ring, the single beam of light follows him the entire time. He walks towards the corner and stands on the middle rope. He stares out into the crowd for a few seconds before taking a deep breath, extending his arms out to the side, and unleashing a loud scream before the lights come back on.
The guitar strums of "Moonage Daydream" echo through the arena as the lights dim low. Strobe lights begin to flash on stage. Soon, Iggy Swango walks from behind the curtain as smog engulfs her. She pauses, adjusts her sun glasses, before making her way down the ramp.
Its a slow deliberate walk, as she is clearly vibing to the music. After entering the ring, She looks up to the ceiling, and throws her hands up in a classic rock and roll pose
Stroup: And the opponent, standing in at five feet eight inches tall, weighing at one hundred and forty-five pounds, from San Francisco, California, representing DSR VOL II and America's Most Hated,... IGGY SWANGO!
Iggy starts bouncing on the stage and rocking out with an air bass playing along with the music before making her way down the ramp. Iggy rolls under the bottom rope and pops up on her knees in the middle of the ring. She slowly stands her to her feet before raising her hands into the air once more.
DING DING DING
Iggy and Caleb lock up in the middle of the ring. Caleb takes Iggy to the mat with an STO before mounting on top and attacking with punches. Caleb grabs Iggy and rams her into the corner before ramming Iggy with a shoulder. He runs at her for an avalanche but Iggy sidesteps and Caleb hits nothing but corner. Iggy blasts Caleb with a European Uppercut that knocks him down to the bottom turnbuckle where Iggy rams her knees into his face with a meteora. Caleb rolls out of the corner where Iggy makes a cover.
ONE…

THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Caleb easily shoves Iggy off him. Both get to their feet. Iggy grabs Caleb for something but he counters with a backdrop. Iggy spins in mid air landing on her feet but Caleb spins her round and hits a DDT, He makes a cover.

Iggy gets a shoulder off the mat, She slowly gets to her feet as Caleb runs through her with a spear. He hooks the leg.

THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Aiello: How on earth? Her shoulder may have been millimetres at best of the canvas but I want to know how she managed to get that shoulder up?
Bennett: All I know is she DID kick out and this match continues.
Caleb pulls Iggy to her feet. She pushes him away and hits a leg lariat that knocks him to the mat. With him down she rolls for a handstand ad brings her knees down on Caleb's gut. Caleb clutches his gut as he picks himself off the canvas. Iggy runs at him hitting Scorpio Rising. She covers.
ONE…

THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Caleb just manages to get a shoulder off the mat to break the count. Iggy lifts Caleb to his feet and positions Caleb for a snap suplex. He blocks. Twice. Caleb lifts Iggy for one of his own but he transitions it into a sitout Black Night. He puts his feet on her shoulders as the referee counts.
ONE…
TWO…
THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Iggy kicks her feet against Caleb's head breaking the count.
Aiello: Again Iggy Swango kicks out! This time from the Black Night!
Bennett: To be fair, Caleb Scott had to kick out of Scorpio Rising so this contest is fairly even right now.
Caleb lifts Iggy to her feet. She kicks him in the gut and positions him for a Noise Pollution. He manages to wriggle his legs free and hoists her onto his shoulders for a fireman's carry. He grabs at Iggy and drops her to the mat and her Final Resting Place. Iggy is spark out as Caleb hooks her legs as tightly as he can.

DING DING DING
Stroup: And your winner, via pinfall CALEB SCOTT!
Caleb gets to his feet and beats his chest in victory. He jumps to the middle turnbuckle and takes in the cheers from the crowd.
Aiello: Caleb Scott with a big win here on Brawl and with that he now heads to Night Of Champions and… what a number one contenders match that is going to be. I can not wait.
Bennett: I gotta take my hat off to Iggy Swango here. She kept kicking out and kicking out to the point I thought there really was no stopping her and she was going to take the win here.
Aiello: Folks, I've just received word from the office of Jim Connors...right...I can now confirm that Caleb Scott WILL be facing Chelsea Skye at Night of Champions! We'll see if anyone else is added to the affairs, as we have JoJo Rush taking on Captain Morgan Darkwater with Gabrielle Visconty as the special guest referee, and that match is up next!
Camera cuts to the X-Tron once again ...
The video package highlights the debut of JoJo Rush, the return of Captain Morgan Darkwater, and the manner in which Jim Connors seems to be entangled in their business. First having them team, and now facing off this week...with the added twist of Gabrielle Visconty as special guest referee!
The video fades to black, before we move to a commercial break.

SINGLES MATCH, WINNER ADVANCES TO #1 CONTENDER MATCH AT NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS
SPECIAL GUEST REFEREE: GABI VEE
JoJo Rush
VS Captain Morgan Darkwater
We return to ringside where Joe Aiello and Steve Bennett are seated behind the Announcers table. Joe smiles as he looks over at Steve, who doesn’t return the favor.
Aiello: Steve, up next we have JoJo Rush taking on Morgan Darkwater for a future shot at a NOC #1 Contendership. A lot of pressure on these two as they clash tonight, and a lot of history between these two.
Bennett: JoJo has had a chance to kick the rookie nerves off and start focusing on moving forward, which could make him the serious wild card in this matchup. All-in-all, I think the big pressure is on Darkwater. The Captain has been the International Champion once, back in 2017-2018, and he would love to add another feather to his cap by getting right back into that Championship hunt again.
Aiello: Absolutely. JoJo has done well in his past showings, most recently losing to tonight's guest Referee, Gabrielle Visconty. And while some would think that this would be bad for JoJo to have her reffing the match, Gabi Vee has had some very sour run-ins with the old Captain in the past.
Bennett: The history between these two guys, as well as tossing Gabi into the mix, will make for an interesting matchup. And don’t forget, JoJo shook her hand after the match at Brawlympics night 1.
Aiello: Indeed he did. And with that, the guest Ref, Gabi Vee, and Jessica Stroup are in the ring. Let's kick it down to Jessica to start this match!
Stroup: The following match is a singles match. Joining us first, from Seattle, Washington, weighing in at 245 pounds ... JOJOOOO RUUUUSH!!!
”Heavy” by The Glorious Sons starts to play as JoJo steps onto the stage and quickly gets down to his knees to place his fists together and bow his head. At the start of the second verse, JoJo throws his hands out wide and looks up high before strutting down to the ring.
Stroup: And his opponent, Hailin' From the Grand Line, weighing in at 397 pounds ... ”THE CAPTAIN” MORGAAAAN DAAARKWAAATEEEER!!!”
The lights in the arena cut out as first notes of Captain Morgan's entrance theme, "The Sunk'n Norwegian", kick in and the screens around the arena fade in to the image of a perpetually burning skull-n-crossbones flag rippling in the wind. A spotlight rises as Morgan saunters confidently out on the stage, holding aloft his obsidian cutlass "Black Betsy", his other hand behind his back. As the music swells to the chorus he plunges the sword down into the stage, causing an explosion of pyros!
When the smoke clears he is holding a wooden tankard aloft, bellowing "One More Fight!" and takes a heavy gulp of the dark grog, liquid and froth splashing out down his thick black beard. Tossing it over his shoulder, he laughs again and starts marching purposefully down the ramp. He enters the ring over top ropes, climbs the nearest turnbuckle and unsheathes his cutlass, holding it aloft with a raucous battle-cry.
DING DING DING
The Captain wastes no time and charges in wildly at JoJo. JoJo seems already for such an immediate attack and is waiting for the good Captain with a standing drop kick that stops the Captain in his tracks… but Morgan doesn’t stagger or fall, he just glares down at JoJo as he quickly gets back up to his feet. Morgan steps forward right as JoJo is up and grabs him by the neck, hoisting him strongly up into the Hangman’s Noose - a delayed choke slam! But before Morgan can execute the slam JoJo kicks off of Morgan’s chest with both feet, breaking the hold on his throat and escaping the slam. Morgan grabs JoJo before he can get back up and slings him into the corner so hard it shakes the entire ring. As JoJo staggers out of the corner he is met with a vicious heart punch from the Captain! JoJo collapses as Morgan covers him for the pin! Gabi slides in for the count.
1…
2.. KICKOUT by JoJo! Morgan simply pulls JoJo back up to his feet - only to get a European uppercut from JoJo that rocks him. The Captain staggers back a couple steps and JoJo charges in with a running knife-hand chop that echoes like a gun shot through the arena. JoJo then send the Captain to the mat with a slick hurricanrana. JoJo gets back to his feet in a flash and hits a beautiful standing moonsault! JoJo hooks the legs!
1…
2… Morgan kicks out, sending JoJo a good three feet into the air and away from him! Morgan bellows in anger as he rolls up to his feet.
Aiello: JoJo really giving the Captain a run here, but Morgan's still very much in it!
Bennett: He knows what it's like to make it to the dance, and he's looking to seize his opportunity here!
JoJo kips up to his feet as Morgan glares at him as he closes in. JoJo dodges Morgan’s rush by rolling to the side, and Morgan continues on, hitting the ropes and coming back like a cannonball! A running shoulder charge sends JoJo crashing to the mat as Morgan continues on, hitting the ropes again and returning with a big body splash! JoJo looks winded as the Captain gets back to his feet. He quickly moves to the corner and scales the ropes fairly fast for such a big man. He reaches the top rope and turns to size up the jump. He pauses for a second, cocking the elbow and then leaps off with a flying elbow drop that the Captain calls Winds of Fortune - but JoJo rolls to the side at the last possible moment and Morgan hits nothing by the mat, and hard at that! JoJo staggers up to his feet and dashes in on the stunned Captain, hitting a running knee to the side of Morgan’s head. JoJo grabs Morgan’s feet and with an amazing feat of strength pulls off the 8 Second Ride - a Cesaro Swing! JoJo spins Morgan around for a good 8 seconds before he finally tosses Morgan to the mat!
Bennett: Now that is Goddamn impressive for someone of JoJo’s size, Joe!
Aiello: Agreed, Steve! JoJo really starting to turn things around here!
Bennett: And it looks like ol' Morgan's really feelin' it!
Morgan tumbles and seems a little disoriented as JoJo looks fired up! Morgan staggers up to his feet and nearly staggers into Gabi Vee. She slips to the side gracefully as the big man reaches the ropes to stabilize himself. JoJo dashes in for a springboard tornado DDT! JoJo pops back to his feet and steps over and pulls the Captain up and tries for a Cew Gravel - a deadlift powerslam… but he can’t get Morgan up all the way!! Morgan finally shoves JoJo away from him and catches his arm - discus punch right in the sternum!!! JoJo drops to his knees and holds his chest with both arms as Morgan takes a step back to clear his head.
Aiello: A turning point here for Darkwater!
Bennett: Let's see what you've got, Cap'n!
Morgan finally gets to calmer seas in his head and steps forward, grabbing JoJo by the hair and hoisting him to his feet. Out of nowhere JoJo blast Morgan with a tiger-feint kick! Morgan is stunned as JoJo dashes to the ropes and comes off with a springboard European uppercut that he calls Eli’s Uppercut! Morgan crashes to the mat and looks out. JoJo covers for the pin as Gabi slides in for the count!

3!! Gabi calls for the bell!
DING DING DING
Aiello: JoJo is arguing with Gabi?!
Bennett: He is saying Morgan had a leg in the ropes. Did he? What the hell is that sombitch doing? He has this match won![/font]
Gabi nods and shrugs as she signals for the match to continue. The Captain is getting to his feet as Gabi steps away from the two.
Bennett: What a dip shit!
Aiello: JoJo has been a good sport in every match, and continues the streak by pointing out the error to Gabi.
JoJo and Morgan are up and they step forward to lock up - Morgan drives a knee to JoJo’s gut! JoJo doubles over and Morgan pulls him into an Anchor Drop - a bastard driver! Morgan hangs on for the pin!

DING DING DING
Gabi grabs Morgan’s arm and attempts to raise it in the air but falls really short - quite literally. MOrgan raises his own arms in the air as he roars out in celebration. Gabi drops down to check on JoJo as he is starting to stir.
Aiello: Morgan with an extremely lucky break after JoJo called for a restart, and a devastating finisher to knock the wind right out of JoJo’s sails! I mean, what a show of sportsmanship, but at what cost?
Bennett: He might be a good sport, but he has another loss to his record for it. That dingbat had the match in the bag - a win and a shot at a #1 contender match at NOC! What was he thinking?!
Aiello: Well, he can sleep at night knowing he did the right thing, that is for sure. That is what you call character, Steve. Well, no matter how it all played out, Morgan Darkwater moves on to NOC for a #1 contender match. Folks, up next we have more interbrand insanity as Mark Storm takes on our FX Broadcast Champion, Alex Carb--
Joe is interrputed as we suddenly cut to ...
...the office of BRAWL General Manager, Jim Connors, who seems to have a smirk on his face as he looks down at Darkwater.
Connors: Well look at that, Cap'n. You went and got yourself a chance to earn a title shot in EWC, even after what you put me through all those months ago...but don't worry, I don't hold grudges.
The smirk doesn't leave his face, suggesting something otherwise as Jim continues.
Connors: Still, you did earn a spot in a #1 Contender match at Night of Champions. I've been thinking about this match in particular, Morgan, and you winning got me to thinking...you ARE a former International Champion, and you've managed to hang in there since you've returned, so it's time for you to jump right into the deep end of the pool. So, congratulations Cap...at Night of Champions you have to earn a crack at the EWC International Championship, assuming you can overcome the challenge that awaits!
The crowd pops for the announcement, Morgan showing a mix of elation and confusion as we move to a commercial break.

We return to ringside where commentary is standing by
Aiello: Welcome back folks, what a statement we just heard moments ago! Based on the Contendership Series so far, we know Caleb Scott and Chelsea Skye will face off to who see who will be named #1 Contender for the FX Broadcast Championship, but Morgan Darkwater will be tackling a chance to be the #1 Contender for the EWC International Champion!
Bennett: Big moment for Darkwater, but now we have interbrand insanity as Mark Storm takes on Alex Carbajal, and you know Chelsea and Caleb will keep a close eye on this match!
Stroup: The following match is scheduled for one fall! Joining us first, from Brooklyn, New York, weighing in at 225 pounds ... MARK STOOOORM!
'Short Change Hero' by The Heavy begins to play through the PA system...and continues to, for a solid minute and a half. After a couple minutes tension seems to rise in the arena as Your Hero and Mine has yet to make his way out.
Aiello: Folks, we're not sure what's going on here but we're about to move on as Stroup is ready to introduce our champion into this match!
Stroup: And his opponent, from New Orleans, representing the Shieldmaidens, she is the Bullet and your FX Broadcast Champion ... ALEX CARBAJAL!
The lights dim and the Shieldmaidens motto “Hell is empty and the Maidens are here!” comes over the Tron as guitar stabs ring out. Concrete Blonde’s “God Is A Bullet” starts up in earnest and Alex “Bullet” Carbajal makes her way out in a full length boxing robe, ready for war. She makes her way to the ring and Bullet steps in, starting to shadowbox the second she steps in. She raises her hands into the air and then nods, ready to go.
Bennett: Where in the world is Mark Storm, right now!?
Aiello: I don't know, but it seems the ref is being instructed to call for the bell to start this match!

The ref immediately begins the count, as Bullet is pacing back and forth waiting to see what happens.

Aiello: Hang on a second, someone's finally coming down to the ring!
Bennett: It's...it's the Assistant GM!
Sure enough, Timothy Kahrs waddles his way down the ramp to the ring as fast as he can, instructing the ref to continue the count as it's become clear that Mark Storm is NOT in the building.

Bullet just shakes her head in disappointment as the ref calls for the bell, much to a chorus of boos from the crowd!

Stroup: Ladies and gentlemen, your winner, via count-out... the Bullet...ALEX CARRRRBAJAAAAAL!
The ref raises Bullet's arm in victory, but the FX Broadcast Champion shoves him away before getting in the face of the Assistant GM, telling him exactly how she feels about the situation right now. Kahrs reluctantly nods in agreement, expressing his own disappointment in what's gone down as he assures her that the competition will be much more fierce when she next defends her title...and to get ready for the Insanity Cage at Night of Champions XIX! Eventually, the pair shake hands and leave the ring as we cut to commentary!
Aiello: Well folks, we apologize for whatever just transpired here tonight...but it looks like Alex Carbajal now sets her eyes on Night of Champions as she gets ready to enter the Insanity Cage!
Bennett: She pulled off one hell of an upset a few weeks back to become the new FX Broadcast Champion, and you'd better believe she wants to make a statement as she fights for her chance to compete for the Undisputed Championship!
Aiello: Well folks, we have one more Contendership Series contest ahead of us as Gabrielle Visconty takes on Stitches to see who advances to Night of Champions! Don't go away, folks!
Camera cuts to the X-Tron once again...
We get a video package highlighting recent wars between Gabrielle Visconty and Stitches, and the path both have taken to glory: Gabi with International Championship gold, and Stitches being the Undisputed and X-Division Champion at different times. These two collide for a chance at contendership, up next!
The video comes to an end before we move to a commercial break.

We return to ringside where commentary is standing by!
Aiello: Folks, I hope you're ready for some brutality up next! Stitches and Gabrielle Visconty have been at it before, but the stakes are all the higher as they each look to advance to Night of Champions for a chance to be number one contender!
Bennett: It may take two to tango, but only one is gonna walk away from THIS dance!
Stroup: The following match is set for one fall. Joining us first, residing in Honolulu, Hawaii and weighing in at 120 pounds ... GABRIELLE VISCONTY!
The lights in the arena dim and slowly pulse to the opening chords of "By Myself" by Linkin Park. Gabi Vee walks out to the entrance ramp and grins out at the crowd as she stops at the top of the ramp. She smirks as she looks over the crowd before heading down the ramp and towards the ring. Gabi interacts with the fans before she hops up on the side of the ring, smirking out to the crowd before she springboards herself gracefully into the ring and heads to her corner.
Stroup: And the opponent, residing in the Carnival of Shattered Dreams and weighing in at 260 pounds ... STITCHES!
'One Missed Call (2008) Theme' plays as the lights go dark. As the beat in the music drops Stitches appears from behind the curtain. Stitches methodically makes his way down the entrance ramp with no care for the audience. Stitches approaches the nearby steel stairs, climbs up onto the apron and begins walking the edge of the apron like a tight rope before reaching the nearby ring post. Stitches climbs up onto the second rope and throws his arms out wide. Stitches enters the ring and sits down in the corner of the ring, waiting for the bell to ring.

Stitches runs at Gabby who springs off the middle rope hitting a backstabber. She gets to her feet and cracks Stitches with a European Uppercut. Stitches returns the favor with a clothesline that staggers her. Stitches grabs Gabby by the hair and pulls her across his knee with a backbreaker. He drags Gabby to her feet and throws her into the corner and rams a shoulder into her. Stitches drags Gabby to her feet but she lashes out with forearms that back Stitches into the corner. Gabby runs at Stitches in the corner and hits a running dropkick, Stitches drops to the mat as Gabby climbs the corner. She leaps and spins at Stitches with The Falling. Stitches gets to his feet. He looks out at the crowd. His face is a mess of sweat, paint and exposed skin. He raises an arm up in celebration before rolling thought the ropes to the floor and heading up the ramp.
Aiello: A big win for Stitches here. This may move him toward contention for the championships here in EWC!
Bennett: Gabrielle Visconty gave as good as she got here tonight. If there's a conversation about Stitches being in line for championships, Visconty should be in those conversations also.
Aiello: Agreed, and...hang on...yes, I'm being told that Stitches will be taking on the man that won earlier tonight, the very match she was special guest referee in! Captain Morgan Darkwater and Stitches face off at Night of Champions, with the winner becoming number one contender to the EWC International Championship! You know Xavier Reid's gonna have something to say about that as he gets ready for the big main event in just a moment...but up next, we have a street fight on our hands in the final interbrand match of the evening, as Antoni Malietoa takes on EWC X-Division El Pablo in non-title action!

We return to ringside where commentary is standing by!
Aiello: Welcome back folks, we are in for a violent affair!
Bennett: There's not much left to say here, Antoni Malietoa's been on a roll in the tag division but tonight is all about brand loyalty as he takes on the EWC X-Division Champion El Pablo in a non-title street fight!
Fog engulfs the entrance ramp, highlighted by green lights as "Be Somebody" by Fort Minor begins to play throughout the arena. From the smoke emerges Antoni Malietoa with his eyes wide and arms out to his sides.
Stroup: This contest is set for one fall and it is a Street Fight Match, Making his way to the ring from Apia, Samoa by way of Auckland, New Zealand weighing in at 254lbs......He is The Great Warrior.........ANTONI......MALI-E-TOA!
As the fog clears, Antoni takes a step forward as he psychs him self up with a yell. Antoni makes his way to the ring, pulls himself up from the floor by the top rope and then steps over the top rope and into the ring as he prepares to do battle.
Stroup: And the opponent, residing in Puebla City, Mexico and weighing in at 180 pounds he is the EWC X-Division Champion... EL PABLO!
A cry of “VIVA LA RAINBOWLUTION!!!” leads to ‘Party Hard’ by Andrew WK hitting the soundsystem, as the stage and ringside area becomes bathed in flashing, flickering, brightly-coloured lighting. As the main hook hits, El Pablo bursts through the curtain, playing to the fans and chugging Skittles like a Steveweiser while the X-Division Championship belt glistens around his waist. He charges down the ramp and slides under the ropes into the ring, then runs up the turnbuckle and holds the title belt high above his head to another pop from the adoring crowd. After offering a final salute, he hops back down to the canvas, handing his belt to the referee and performing a few final stretches as his music fades.

Bennett: I was expecting a weapons war tonight and we didn't really get that, However both men beat the Skittles out of each other. Yes Pablo won here but there were times where it could easily have been a win for Malietoa.
Aiello: Agreed! Folks, we have a HUGE main event ahead of us...and I'm told we're about to hear from the EWC Tag Team Champions backstage!
Camera cuts to ...
The camera cuts backstage inside The Love Club locker room where The Bastards, Xavier Reid and ‘The Love Child’ Jamie Love are sitting in chairs in their camouflage pants. Xavier is finishing tying the laces of his boots as Jamie is pulling on his green Army gloves. The door to the locker room swings up and the EWC Tag Team Championships look up to see their manager…and Jamie’s father, ‘The Memphis Mouthpiece’ Tommy Love walks in, sporting a new camouflage sports jacket and The Love Sticks as a new camouflage covering. He smiles as he looks at his team.
T. Love: There are moments in this business boys…opportunities that don’t come along all that often. You had one of those moments at Parabellum…you two beat the GREATEST Tag Team, not only in the EWC, but the GREATEST Tag Team in this business to become the EWC Tag Team Champions. It should have been a monumental moment, a moment celebrated by the EWC but here’s the thing…BASTARDS are not celebrated…they are ignored in hopes they will go away and not cause any problems…
Tommy looks at Xavier and then to his own bastard boy Jamie Love.
T. Love: Yeah it was Bobby and Jimmy’s…and probably Bunny’s idea to cash in their rematch clause as soon as they could, at Night of Champions and sure…I get it, they are racing towards their own ‘endgame’ at WrestleFest but understand this…the EWC suits were thrilled they did this…they are hoping The Southern Express can take back the championships and The Bastards will just go away…that they can be forgotten…but that’s not who you are are you…
Tommy looks at Xavier.
T. Love: You had every chance in the world to sit on who you were…to never tell the word that you were Chico’s son…that you were a Volando and yet you pissed in the wind and said fuck it…you tried to burn that house down without a care in the world and no matter what happened to you you never just went away…you kept yourself out there no matter who it made uncomfortable or who it upsest and you…
Tommy looks over at Jamie.
T. Love: You didn’t have to search for who your father was…you could have loved out your days with it being a mystery but you wanted answers and when you found out it was me…me, Tommy Love you could have gone the ‘Xavier Route’ and tried to burn the Love House down but you embraced who you were and made no apologies for it…
Tommy smiles at The Bastards.
T. Love: Now you are no longer Chico’s Bastard or Tommy’s Bastards but you are the EWC’s Bastards and here tonight the EWC is safeguarding themselves just in case The Southern Express failed to take care of you at Night of Champions…their solution…KING DONG!!!
Tommy sirks as he shakes his head.
T. Love: They have rushed King Flip and Dio up the rankings for this chance…they have ONE match under their belts and they are given this chance, beat you two here tonight and they become the #1 Contenders for those Tag Team Championships…
Tommy points down at the EWC Tag Team Titles sitting at the feet of The Bastards.
T. Love: The are counting on Flip and Dio tonight, hoping and praying they can get the job done and give the EWC a new #1 Contenders but…but, they are forgetting…a Bastard has nothing to lose…
Tommy grins at the champions.
T. Love: Yes they have a chance to become the #1 Contenders to those champions BUT you two have the chance to snuff out King Dong and send them plummeting down the tag team rankings…a chance to cut them off at the knees before they can even get their footing…if you beat Flip and Dio tonight they are done…they will have no chance at sniffing those belts anytime soon. You can eliminate them before they even become a threat…and that’s just what a Bastard would do…
Tommy walks over and stands in front of Xavier Reid.
T. Love: And then you get the chance you’ve been waiting for ever since that night in Vegas Xavier…another crack at Flip and on the line…a path back to the International Championship…
Xavier looks up at his manager.
T. Love: You want to be the ‘Ironman’ of the EWC well here is your chance kid, a test of insurance…you have been here before, you are no stranger to two matches in one night but it’s now time to put up or shut up…winning one match isn’t a victory, no…you have to win them both…you need to go out their and show the wrestling world that no matter if it’s tag team wrestling or singles wrestling that Flip isn’t in your league…it’s time to get back on that horse Xavier and be the star you are…this season has been SHIT for you, you know this…you are so much more than the man we’ve seen this season and it’s now time for you to get back to the Xavier Reid that won the Undisputed Championship…Flip claims he wants ‘that man’...but ‘that man’ is the guy that beat Dominic Sanders, that beat Bosa, that beat Scorpio at the height of his power…‘that man’ was the guy that beat 7 other EWC Champions at Night of Champions in a Power Struggle Match…Flip isn’t ready for ‘that guy’ but the question is…can you dig deep and become ‘that guy’ again…
Tommy shrugs.
T. Love: One you can determine that kid, I can’t do it for you…Jamie can’t, Bunny can’t…only you…you have to decide if you’ve had enough of this shit and are ready to become ‘that guy’ again…the man you hate more than anyone else in this word will be right in front of you…it’s on you to decide how tonight goes…
Tommy smiles as he looks from Xavier to Jamie.
T. Love: Two Falls tonight…it will close out the BrawlYmpics…it will be what people remember this for so…you can either lay down and let King Dong take the glory or you can raise up like the Bastards you are and piss all over the plans the EWC and Brawl have post Night of Champions…be the Bastards that piss all over things boy…
Tommy grins.
T. Love: Go out as fucking stars tonight boys, be the last thing the EWC sees as Brawl closes out the BrawlYmpics and send Flip into the Insanity Cage a broken man…stake your claim here tonight and remind the EWC…that THIS BASTARDS, aren’t going anywhere…
Tommy smiles as the camera fades out before we move to a commercial break.

Aiello: This is it, folks! Weeks upon weeks of some bold words and actions between the teams and individuals involved, the rise of new tag teams and new EWC Tag Team Champions as well as King Flip ascending to the throne of EWC International Champion...and it comes to a head here tonight, just weeks before Night of Champions!
Bennett: This match, as convoluted as it might look on the surface, boils down to one simple idea: two falls to a finish, King Dong must defeat The Bastards in the first fall to secure a spot as number one contenders to the EWC Tag Team Championship after Night of Champions, and Xavier Reid must defeat King Flip to earn a spot as a contender for the EWC International Championship once Night of Champions is all said and done!
Stroup: The following match is a Two Falls Match. Joining us first, weighing in at a combined 425 pounds, King Flip and Dio... KING DONG!
The beautiful violin intro to 'When You're Evil' by Voltaire begins to play throughout the arena, reaching its peak before Dio and King Flip emerge through the curtain. Dio tugs at the collar of his leather jacket as Flip pulls back the hood on his hooded vest. The King turns around, tossing a thumb overhead to point at the 'King Dong' etched into his vest. The team bumps fisted forearms and heads toward the ring.
Stroup: And the opponents, accompanied to the ring by Tommy Love, weighing in at a combined weight of 340 pounds, they are the EWC Tag Team Champions: Xavier Reid and Jamie Love... THE BASTARDS!
As 'For The Glory' plays out as 'The Memphis Mouthpiece' Tommy Love walks out onto the stage first, he turns and points 'The Love Stick' back as his son Jamie Love walks out and then Xavier Reid. The three men stand there for a moment looking at each other but all three turn as Maria Love comes walking out, she ignores Tommy and motions for Jamie and Xavier to follow her as she leads the two towards the ring as Tommy runs to catch up with 'his' team.

Stroup: And your winners of the first fall, via pinfall... KING DONG!
Aiello: And with that King Dong are the number one contenders for the EWC Tag Team Titles. Dio looked down and out in this match but he wisely was able to tag in a fresh Flip. That pin for Flip will give him confidence going into the next fall.
Bennett: The Bastards didn't go down without a fight. I thought it was all over after that codebreaker knee to Dio's jaw. They had plenty of chances to win and Flip will be aware of that in this next fall.
Stroup: Your second fall is between King Flip versus Xavier Reid!

DING DING DING
Stroup: And your winner, via pinfall... XAVIER REID!
Reid kneels in the ring and raises his fists into the air. He clutches his jaw as he rolls out of the ring. He leans against the barrier where the fans at ringside slap his arms and congratulate him on his win. . He turns and acknowledges them before he and the Loves head up the ramp while Dio slides in to check on Flip.
Aiello: After the loss earlier in the night, Xavier Reid has won here! With that he moves into contendership for the championship currently held by King Flip. He took a hell of a beating in this match and he leaves victorious.
Bennett: This match was an absolute fight. Reid goes away with the win but King Flip goes away with the championship and could easily have gone away with the win. On many occasions in this, I thought Flip had won this.
Aiello: Agreed! Man, what a main event! Thank you all for joining us for Night Two of the BRAWLympics! Until next time, I've been Joe Aiello alongside Steve Bennett saying so long, good night, and we will see you at Night of Champions XIX!
The final shot is of Dio and King Flip, the latter looking disappointed at the second fall lost but taking comfort in knowing he and his new tag partner have a potential tag title shot down the road as the show comes to a close.
