· 1. Big Mac was the North American Champion from April 8th 2002 - September 21 2002 having defeated Steve "The Predator" Bennett at Mayhem.
· 2. Ebon defeats Jesse Nunez at StrangleMania 4 in a ladder match to become the second EWC North American Champion! Thus marking the return of the EWC North American Championship
· 5. Tommy Aero vacated the North American Championship on April 9th 2007, Max Carter spends a month evaluating the roster for the right contenders for the title and both Lance Fiennes and Mr. X are named as the top contenders. Lance Fiennes walks out the new champ after defeating Mr. X in a ladder match on the May 28th 2007 episode of Monday Night Brawl.
· 8. After being traded to Monday Night Brawl from Friday Night Rampage, Link made his Brawl Debut by defeating Ricker and becoming the new EWC North American Champion
· 9. After Link relinquishes his North American title, newly appointed Brawl General Manager Saul Weisz evaluates the most worthy contenders to the EWC North American Championship and has them face off in a four man pin or submission Battle Royal. Gladiator outlasts John Green, Alex Draven, and his own Sedition partner Money Man to become the 9th & newest EWC North American Champion.
· 10. Pence Weatherlight – Defeated Gladiator after winning the #1 Contender Battle Royal on a previous episode of Warfare - In the weeks prior the North American Championship moved from Monday Night Brawl to HCW (Wednesday Warfare).
· 11. Moira Murdock defeats Pence Weatherlight in a rematch at Night of Champions X after losing their previous battle one month earlier at Scars and Stripes. In October of that same year, HCW closes its doors thus retiring the North American Championship once more
*· 12. It is announced on April 18th 2019 that the EWC North American Championship will be returning as a FSW Exclusive Championship.
13. Kyle Gautier defeated 4 others to capture the reinstated North American title at FSW: UPRISING '19 in a ladder match.
14. Wes Walker defeated Kyle Gautier at WrestleFest XVII after winning a match against Mercenary one month prior to establish him as the # 1 contender.
15. Ezio Deluca defeated Wes Walker at FSW #100 to capture the North American title, ending the longest North American title reign in EWC history.
16. Robbie Rayder defeated Ezio DeLuca at The Rumble in South Africa, becoming the 4th person to hold the title since its return in 2019.
17. Marcu$ $t. John defeated Robbie Rayder at Paramount #9, becoming the 5th person to hold the title since its return in 2019. Robbie Rayder is owed a rematch for having 3 successful defenses.
18. David Miller defeated Marcu$ $t. John at Rumble Down Under, becoming the 6th North American Champion since the championships return in 2019. M$J is not owed a rematch.
19. Jordan Sharpe defeated David Miller at WrestleFest XIX becoming the 7th North American Champion since the championships return in 2019. David Miller is not owed a rematch.
