Aiello: Hello and welcome to the four hundred and twelfth edition of Monday Night Brawl. What an amazing night we have lined up for you!
Piven: Indeed. Crazy good. But the big one that everyone must be thinking about is that huge Hardcore Title match between Damien Kingston and Joey Orsome. What an incredible match that will be.
Aiello: Couldn't agree more. We're kicking off straight away tonight with some action however. We have a newcomer by the name of Roderick Harper taking on the juggernaut, the tag team champion, the Rumble In The Bronx joint winner. Xplode.
Piven: Huge task for Harper in his first ever match. Let's see how he can do. To the ring we go with Jessica Stroup!
SHOW OPENER
RODERICK HARPER Vs XPLODE
Jessica Stroup: Ladies and gentlemen, this match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first...
Tear It Down by Burn Halo begins to play over the loudspeaker. The arena goes to a purple shine as Roderick Harper emergs from the backstage area. He stands on the top of the entrance ramp as he peers through his hood out into the crowd. Roderick walks down the ramp as he slaps the hands of the fans at ring side. When he gets to the ring steps, he quickly moves up them and grabs the top rope. He hops over the top rope and removes the hoodie from his head. As he stares out into the crowd, Roderick let's out a loud yell as the fans cheer with him.
Jessica Stroup: From Los Angeles, California... weighing in at 215 pounds... RODERICK HARRPPPPEEERRRRRRR!
Joe Aiello: Another veteran coming back to EWC!
Jeremy Piven: Seems like we're getting more blasts from the past day by day, Joe.
Jessica Stroup: And his opponent...
The fans in the arena are heard cheering as various spot lights find their way to the entrance area. As the lights dim, a thick layer of smoke begins to cover the stage.. and the entrance theme begins to play. “I Stand Alone” by Godsmack plays loudly as the arena becomes lively, the fans becoming quite audible as Xplode steps out unto the stage! Dressed in a pair of black wrestling tights and matching elbow pads and wrists wraps, Xplode looks out at the sea of fans and nods his head, before walking down the rampway and heading towards the ring in the distance.
Jessica Stroup: Hailing from the San Francisco, California! He weighs in tonight at 212 pounds..., he is... XPLODE!
Jaden makes his way towards the ring, his head bobbing in rhythm with the theme song. He then slides under the bottom rope and ascends a nearby turnbuckle! His face looks determined, chiseled through complete focus under the arena lights as he stares out into the sea of fans before him. He then hops down from the post and begins pulling on the ropes after to stretch his limbs before signaling that he is ready for the match. The arena lights slowly return to normal as the fans continue to scream with delight.
The bell rings as Xplode and Harper both lock up in a grappling position. Xplode dends his knee towards Harper's gut with aggression. He irish whips Harper to the turnbuckle as he comes up running. A massive clothesline beheads Harper with brute force behind the attack. Harper manages to appear up on his feet momentarily. Xplode then lifts him up for a back body drop with devastating force. Xplode grabs Harper, sending a knee straight to Harper's gut. Xplode then puts him on his shoulder as he delivers a devastating Samoan drop. Xplode rebounds off the ropes as he sends a knee straight to the cranium of Harper.
Joe Aiello: What a brutal set of moves by Xplode in the early going!
Jeremy Piven: Xplode is very quickly showing why he co-won the Rumble in the Bronx! He's just ruthless.
Xplode gets Harper up on his feet as he then hits a quick belly to belly suplex, with Harper landing forcefully on his back. Xplode then makes a quick cover, hoping to make quick work of Roderick Harper.

Joe Aiello: What a comeback by Roderick Harper! He certainly hasn't lost his step!
Jeremy Piven: That might be true but he doesn't have anything on Xplode... just wait and see!
Roderick Harper pulls Xplode in the center of the ring, now applying the sharpshooter. He puts it on with a lot of pressure while Xplode is screaming in pain and agony. Xplode is attempting to use his upper body strength to get to the ropes. Eventually, Xplode does and Harper has to let go of the ropes. Jerem Pive: It's only a matter of time, Joe... I told you.
Joe Aiello: The match isn't over yet, Jeremy!

The scene goes to the backstage area where BDC is stood talking to one of the producers of the show, and Ashton Daniels walks up behind him and taps him on his shoulder. BDC turns round to see Ashton and sighs.
BDC: What do you want? Things are going fine at the moment.
Ashton smiles a cheesy smile at BDC who begins looking creeped out.
Ashton: I've got an announcement to make tonight... have you got an announcement.
BDC: Man your such a child, you better not be going behind my back with anything.
Ashton: Ah I have the power to do what i want Chris, it's up to you to top me.
BDC: I'm not in any mood to be playing stupid games with you Ash.
Jay Reynolds waltzes up behind Ashton and grins at BDC who flips straight away, but is held back by Ashton and the producer, then a couple more people who are around.
Jay: Whoa! Man you not over it yet?
BDC: You son of a bitch, I told you I don't want to see you back here, it's bad enough I've gotta see you out there every week.
Jay: Chill man, I'm not axing off any of your friends legs tonight.
BDC continues to try and grab Jay but is held back by five men.
BDC: Get lost Jay before I do something I might regret.
Jay: Fighting talk... ok I'll go, but like I said before i was backed in a corner Chris, don't blame me, I'm just a scape goat.
Ashton turns around and looks at Jay with a funny look as Jay turns and walks off as BDC calms down and looks at Ashton who follows Jay. The scene cuts with BDC looking quizzical.
