Joey Aiello: Hello and welcome to episode Four One Six of Monday Night Brawl! I am your host, Joey Aiello and beside me is Ari Gold himself.. Jeremy Piven.
Jeremy Piven: Detroit how the hell are you? It's a pleasure to be here for episode Four-Hundred and Sixteen of Monday Night Brawl. So far the Eighteenth season of BRAWL has continued to up the bar and the ratings from week to week. It's something that has never really been seen in the history of Wrestling... a constant growth in viewership from week to week
Joey Aiello: That's an excellent point Jeremy. After such a huge season debut, many expected the ratings to level off, however the ratings have constantly increased. You have to give President Mac and General Manager Xplode full credit for how they have returned, some say... better then ever
Jeremy Piven: As different Mac and Xplode seem to be, they are very much on the same page of growing this brand. With talk of Friday Night Rampage possibly coming back next month, things are only going to get better. I mean.. when you think of the pure excitement and energy that gets poured into each show. You have President Mac who is known to be a lover of all styles of Wrestling, especially his Hardcore brand.. and then you have Xplode who takes it to a whole other level of Extreme.
Joey Aiello: That seems to be a growing concern among some viewers and I'm sure even Mac himself. How far, is too far. Mac isn't shy when it comes to violence, keep in mind he's the mastermind behind StrangleMania which was banned on 4 occasions because it was deemed too violent. However, Mac has never used violence has a tool to sell the brand
Jeremy Piven: Come on Joey, it's called the EXTREME Wrestling Corporation. The name of his other federation? HARDCORE Wrestling.. If Mac has an issue with what Xplode is doing, then he needs to consider changing the names of his federations. The moms out there complaining.. you see the warning, you know the rating, if you don't want to watch... don't watch. The EWC changes for no one.
Joey Aiello: Changing the topic just a little, how exciting is it to see EIGHT Wrestlers making debuts here in Detroit
Jeremy Piven: It's very exciting. Look.. people flock to Mac like sand flocks to your crotch at the beach. Some way, some how.. life will find a way. Mac has put the right people in place, bringing in Xplode, Jon Goldberg, BDC, Michael Saint and Ashton. All the right pieces to this incredible puzzle. Not only that, this is the best brand, the best federation, the best place for anyone with talent to showcase it. Not only that, the EWC gives everyone the ability and chance to succeed and all the tools in the world to get better, progress and become house hold names
Aiello: That's true, and that might be what truly sets the EWC a part from other federations who try and fail. Mac and Co care about everyone on the roster. They work hard on making sure everyone on the roster is given every opportunity to become known. At the end of the day though, it's up to the individual Wrestlers to take the tools handed to them, and make something out of it
Piven: People might come in and talk about the legacy of EWC. That the past is everything. I say, fuck that noise. What is happening right now, even from a pure ratings aspect.. it's never been done before. Nothing against icons of EWC past, but this might be the best roster we have ever had all at once. You have talent on all levels. There is not much separation from top to bottom like there used to be.
Aiello: That's a good point. That was proven last week with Ruthless Aggression winning the Battle Royal and Newman winning the Main Event. Mac and Xplode give these wrestlers the opportunity and EVERYONE is taking advantage of every moment they get. It's incredible.
Piven: The Main Event tonight is going to be something else. Ruthless or Newman.. one of them is going to headline StrangleMania X. One of them is one step closer to winning the EWC title. You have to think that people like Madison, Kingston, Storm, Shooter and Corral are on the cusp of being the opponent at StrangleMania X for that title.
Aiello: You are probably very right. Tonight and next week will probably determine who will be facing who at StrangleMania X. Who will be battling for what title. Who will be in the Main Event. It's all coming down to these final couple of weeks. We are probably very close to the card announcement.
Piven: We also have the return of Jay Reynolds tonight, we'll see if he has any rust or if he's as good as when he was last here
Aiello: Styles, Creed, Maverick and Mosh also all have huge opportunities tonight to prove they belong in the same category as say.. a Kingston, Ruthless or Newman.
Piven: We are in for a treat tonight that's for sure. I'm very interested in the Triple Threat. Storm has faced both Wellings and Madison.. but Madison and Wellings have yet to face off. One of these three could very well end up a champion at the end of StrangleMania X
PRE-SHOW MATCH 1
RUBY Vs REESE SPENCER
Joe Aiello: Very true Jeremy. Folks, before tonight's broadcast began on the air, we had a few matches take place here to warm up the crowd. All the matches featured the debuts of EWC's newest talent. Lets recap the pre-show matches shall we... First we started off the night with a really short match. Once Ruby made her way into the ring, it was game over for Reese Spencer. With just a Spear, Dropkick, Spinebuster followed up with her Send 'Em To Hell, we saw Ruby pick up a huge win on her first night here in EWC.
Jeremy Piven: This was an excellent debut for Ruby. Sadly Reese did not look as prepared and could not take advantage of any situations. Ruby looked like she was on a mission tonight.
......
PRE-SHOW MATCH 2
KING ONYX Vs TROY DEVERAUX
KING ONYX Vs TROY DEVERAUX
Jeremy Piven: The next match featured another set of debuts. King Onyx and Tory Deveraux. After both these men got into the ring, Troy hit a Snap Suplex followed by a Standing Shooting Star Press and went for an early win whene he hit a Nightmare on Troy Street. The match only lasted 47 seconds, fastest match all year.
Joe Aiello: Much like Ruby, Troy wanted to send a message to the roster and he did just that. King Onyx looked completely off his game, and I can guarantee Mac and Xplode will not be happy with this kind of effort. Good thing it was a pre-show match. Troy on the other hand.. wow. What a debut.
PRE-SHOW MATCH 3
MARTIN JAMESON Vs CORY CHEVELLE
MARTIN JAMESON Vs CORY CHEVELLE
Joe Aiello: Things didn't get much better here. Cory Chevelle made his way to the ring first. But no sooner had Martin Jameson got into the ring was everything over.
Jeremy Piven: Oh my GOD, are you right. With three Clotheslines and Three Step Stinker, it was over. But The Silverback didn't end the match there as he hit a Gorilla Warfare on Martin. THEN the match was over.
Joe Aiello: Martin goes home with an impressive loss in one minute and twelve seconds. Cory gets to go back with a win. Luckily things would change in the next match.
......
PRE-SHOW MATCH 4
BRIAH XJ Vs PRINCE ASSAD
BRIAH XJ Vs PRINCE ASSAD
Joe Aiello: This match was much different than the first three. They were complete shut outs but this was really back and forth between Briah XJ and Prince Assad.
Jeremy Piven: You're telling me, these two were going back and forth. They matched each other most move for move, both hit the other with a Suplex, a Dropkick and Diving Crossbodies. This was a rather fast and exciting to see a lot of different Technical and Aerial moves.
Joe Aiello: You're telling me. Briah XJ and Prince Abdullah Assad pushed each other pretty good. Ultimately it was a battle of who hit their big movie. Prince Assad tried to hit his Downfall of America but was countered and hit with the X-Out. But even during the pin, Prince Assad would turn the pin attempt into an Inside Cradle but that got reversed and Briah XJ would pick up the victory.
Jeremy Piven: Very exciting match from these two young men. I'm glad to see these two were both into their first match. Sadly only one could win, and that was Briah XJ.
Piven: Did you see Smitty backstage tonight?
Aiello: No.
Piven: Neither did I. This guy is a weird dude and from what I know of him he spends the majority of his time alone. But I’ve also heard that come bell time he is always ready for business.
Aiello: Our cameras caught up with Mr. Jones earlier this afternoon.
Dissolve to a wide shot inside the empty EWC Stadium in Detroit. The camera is looking down from way up in the nosebleeds. Despite the lack of an audience, the arena is a hub of activity as the crew sets up cameras, details the announce table, and tests the screens and lights. Inside the ring there are two recent EWC signees running spots. Seated in the ringside area is Smith Jones. He is dressed to compete in his trademark all white trunks, kneepads, and boots with a gray T-shirt that reads ‘new bee’ on the front of it in black lettering with a large white X overtop of the whole thing. He stares at the guys working in the ring as Smith keeps glancing up at the time of day on the scoreboard before returning his attention to the workers in the ring. Smith notices the camera coming over to him. His face is a stone scowl as he peers deep into the lens and he speaks.
Smith: I actually can’t believe I’m here. EWC. I’ve always known since my very first pro match back in 2010 that I would end up working for the Extreme Wrestling Corporation someday. True story. I’ve daydreamed about this moment for damned near five years. I knew I had a lot of hard work to do. I saw the level of talent in the locker room and the dedication of the office and every time I tuned into the product I saw something that made me realize that if I came here too soon, I would not survive. So, I’ve been exploring the wrestling world a little bit over the past few years. I’ve worked as many different styles as I could find and I’ve traveled the globe studying new techniques while learning from my sparring partners and from my opponents alike. I’ve collected memories that will last a lifetime and I’ve faced some interesting monsters along the way. I’ve grown as a fighter and as an individual. I thought there would come a day when I would wake up and feel like I was one hundred percent ready to work here. That day has yet to come, but I’m diving head first into tomorrow anyway.
The clock hits 2:29pm and Smith stands out of his chair. He walks over to the retaining wall and steps over it as the two guys in the ring are chain wrestling in the middle of the ring. Smith starts to pace a wide circle around the ring as he counts the seconds down in his head. His eyes start to become more frantic as they flit from the clock to the ring to the clock, the whole time still walking around ringside. He mounts the steel ring steps and stands on the apron, wiping his feet slowly. The clock changes to 2:30pm. Smith parts the ropes and walks right into the match, getting in between the guys and shoving them apart. Both of them look at him with anger as he taps his wrist and points at the clock.
One of the guys scoffs and throws his hands up in exasperation, turning to leave the ring. As Jones watches him go, the other guy, slightly taller and thicker than Smith, in black track pants and a red tank top shoves Smith from behind. Jones turns and instantly throws a textbook standing dropkick, but he gets swatted out of the air by the other guy. Smith gets pulled to his feet by the hair and finds himself above the big guy’s head in a gorilla press! Jones hits him in the face with a flurry of four or five hammerfists to the forehead and nose as he manages to get down from the gorilla press and land on his feet behind the big guy. Jones grabs the guy’s chin from behind and drops back with a Backstabber to the neck! The guy stays down as people are now staring into the ring. Nobody moves as Jones stands over the guy who is sitting on the mat holding his neck and considering further attack.
Smith: Before you come at me again, bro, you should think about the many eyes on you out here right now. You started shit with me. This is my ring time. You should just go. I didn’t come here to make friends or to be a hero or even to impress anyone other than myself. I am here to fight. And if it ends up being you standing across the ring from me in my debut, this warning is for you. I’ve waited a long time to get a chance to shine in this particular ring. This is where I expect to have my last match years from now. The Extreme Wrestling Corporation is a highlight of the wrestling world and I plan to be a highlight of Monday Night Brawl every single week! Don’t think so? Only time knows that shit and he’s a secretive motherfucker. So let’s do this. Let’s take it one match at a time and when you and I cross paths one day, don’t take it personally when I lay you out in front of a bloodthirsty world!
Jones goes over to the corner where the camera now is and he looks into your living room. We see the big guy in the tank behind Smith roll out of the ring and walk away. There is a slight smile across half of Smith’s face.
Smith: You’ve either seen me before or you haven’t. Next Monday Night Brawl, do. I’m Smith Jones and I’m right here.
Smith uses his index finger to draw an X across his chest as he stares into camera and chuckles lightly under his breath. Dissolve back to the announce team at ringside. The crowd is now a slight murmur in the background.
Piven: Like I said, weird dude. And he’s not here to make friends. He’s here to do business. He calls that vicious Backstabber the Point of Controversy and as killer as it is, it’s not even as damaging as his finisher! I look forward to seeing this guy in action!
Aiello: A bit of old school mixed with modern innovation, the stone-faced tactician Smith Jones makes his EWC debut next week on Monday Night Brawl!
BACKSTAGE
Backstage, Ace Heart is seen in the interview area. He looked slightly nervous as he was about to introduce the person standing beside him, but he tried to remain in a professional manner.
Ace Heart: Joining me at this time, Shelley Silver.
Shelley smiled, gently nudging Ace.
Shelley Silver: Thanks for having me, Ace.
Ace Heart: First off, may I ask how things are with Eri--
Shelley held her hand up, cutting Ace off as he was about to ask about her relationship with Eric Steel. She took a deep breath, sighing as she dropped her hand.
Shelley Silver: Yes, I am with Eric Steel. Yes, we are engaged. Yes, we worked together last week in the battle royal. I am much more than that, though.
Ace nodded, swallowing visibly. He then paused a beat before continuing.
Ace Heart: Fair enough. Onto you, individually, then. You have had a bit of a rough start here in EWC. Is that discouraging you in any way?
Shelley's lips curled up into a half smile as she brushed her dark hair away from her face. A disturbing chuckle came from the young woman before she responded.
Shelley Silver: My dear, Ace. It's not like I got all of my black belts within a few weeks of my very first Tae Kwon Do class. I'm just starting out in this business. My very first match was just a few weeks ago against Madison Mitchell. I never expected to be in title contention when just starting out. That's just silly. However, I know that we put on one hell of a match. I was actually hoping to get a rematch in the future.
Shelley then turns to face the camera with a grin as it zooms in on her.
Shelley Silver: What do you say, Madison? Are you and your little Madi-friends up for another round?
Shelley then licked her lips as she walked away from the interview area.
Ace blinked, perplexed at what he had just heard.
Ace Heart: Well, I guess that a challenge has been thrown out. Back to you guys.
Jeremy Piven: I always had a good feeling about Shelley.
Joe Aiello: Yes, it looks like she is looking to get out of her fiance's shadow before she even fully gets under it.

JC STYLES Vs NATHAN CREED
JC STYLES Vs NATHAN CREED
Match Writer: Xplode
The crowd continues to cheer as the telecast returns to live status.
The crowd continues to cheer as the telecast returns to live status.
Joey Aiello: Ladies and Gentlemen, the next match is brought to you by EWC e-Magazine! Make this your number one spot on the internet for the most up to date news, rumors, and stats!
Jeremy Piven: Our next two competitors will surely tear the doors off of the place! The ever destructive, JC Styles squares off, against Nathan Creed! Let’s head to the ring where Jessica Stroup prepares to start the match!
The feed pans to the ring.
Jessica Stroup: The next match is scheduled for one fall. Coming to the ring first, JC STYLES!!!
Unstable" by Krizz Kaliko hits the pa system as smoke fills the stage as JC Styles comes walking out taunting the fans as he gets to the ring and slides in.
Jessica Stroup: And his opponent… NATHAN CREED!!!
"Anxiety" blares in the arena; the crowd explode to their feet to take a gander at one of their favorite extremists, Nathan Creed, stepping out center stage. His golden mane draping down the shoulders of his black leather jacket and toothy grin peering through his thick beard, he paused with his hands placed on his sides looking out to all sides of the arena. He then walked a moderate pace down the ramp that was guided by a spotlight that dangled up above as green lights lit up parts of the crowd and ring. Nathan slapped five with a line of his fans that sat in the front row, then ascended up the cold steel steps. He walks the apron until he comes to a stop in it's center, raises his fist in the air with confidence, and enters through the top and middle ropes. Upon doing so, he approaches the nearest turnbuckle - climbing to the second highest level - clenches his fist and holding them high into the air to where everyone could see.
Both men look out at the fans and then at one another, as they await the bell to be rung. As the bell is rung repeatedly, they circle one another and then lock up. A battle of strength takes place next as both men lean into one another, neither offering up the advantage in any way. Finally, it is Styles who gains the upper hand first, as he Irish Whips Creed across the ring and back again, only to be driven to the mat by Creed with a classic shoulder tackle. Styles rises back to his feet quickly, but is flipped back to the mat with a quick body slam!
Styles rolls away and exits the ring for a time, regaining his composure. Creed watches him, refusing to take his eyes off of Styles. Styles acts fast now and slides under the bottom rope only to be stomped by Creed. Creed brings Styles to his feet and continues the attack by attempting a duplex! Styles lands on his feet however, only to spin Creed around and plant him with a stiff DDT! The fans cheer loudly as Styles hooks the leg for the pin!

Jeremy Piven: You know, this is an impressive showing for Creed here! Not only has he shown a degree of ferocity, he has also exhibited tenacity. I think we might be seeing the makings of a future force in the company tonight.
Joey Aiello: Never count out JC Styles though. Styles is a man who has also proven that he has a great deal of tenacity, and his ability to turn the tide of any match on a moments notice will come into play here.
Styles brings Creed to his feet now. He Irish Whips Creed across the ring and then nails a strong clothesline that nearly decapitates his foe. After a few quick stomps to Creed’s large frame, Styles helps Creed another time to his feet, hooking the arm and performing a textbook snap suplex! The fans cheer loudly as he covers for the pin one more time!

Kick out by Creed!
Styles rushes to his feet one more time and attempts an elbow drop unto Creed but he is aware enough to roll away! Both men are up to their feet with Creed showing a degree of wobbliness due to the damage upon him. Styles grabs Creed but has his hands slapped away! Creed then drives his head into Styles’s forehead, nailing a stern headbutt in return!
Joey Aiello: WOW!!! THAT HAD TO HURT!
Creed then grabs Styles and brings him in! Styles counters by gouging Creed’s eyes, causing him to release Styles! With the fans screaming loudly now, Styles approaches Creed but is simply grabbed around the waist! Creed then lifts Styles into the air and flings him, performing a stiff belly to belly suplex! As Styles hits the mat hard, Creed is up once more. He rushes towards Styles and nails a Fist Drop unto the exposed head of Styles. He does this again.. and again..
Creed walks around the ring now, feeling the reaction of the fans! Unknown to him, Styles has somehow kicked back up to his feet and is ready to attack!! Styles rushes Creed but Creed quickly turns around, snatching Styles in mid air!!! Creed walks around the ring with Styles in tow.. and then runs and plants him in to the mat with a running powerslam!!
Jeremy Piven: That will hurt him even more in the morning!
Joe Aiello: Just the morning if he's lucky!
Nathan Creed begins to build up steam, he locks his hands around JC Styles waist, lifts him up and ones... two...three... FOUR German Suplexes in a row. Creed stands up and drops two headbutts on his downed opponent, then at the top of his lungs, Creed gives out a loud war cry, and allows JC Styles to stagger to his feet. Waiting for the moment, Creed crouches down and when JC turns around hits the Battle Cry and knocks out JC Styles. He grabs a leg and goes for hte cover!
ONE!...
TWO!...
THREE!!!!
Jessica Stroup: Here is your winner by pin fall, NATHAN CREED!
"Anxiety" by Black Eye Peas hits the PA making the crowd come to life. The cheers loudly as Nathan Creed steps up on the ropes to a loud reaction from the crowd.
Joe Aiello: What a match! The two put it all out tonight but it looks like Nathan Creed continues his winning ways.
Jeremy Piven: That's what I'm talking about! Every dog has his day and Nathan Creed has his today. Folks don't go anywhere, we're taking a short break.
BACKSTAGE
The scene heads backstage in Jay Reynolds locker room where he is going through his normal routine before a match, going through his stretches and warm up. He’s already in his ring gear as his match is next up against Chris Maverick. His locker room door opens as Joel Anthony, the Centre-Forward for the Detroit Pistons walks in with his entourage. He was invited to come by Jay Reynolds following an incident after the Pistons last match last week.
Jay: Hey, you showed up, welcome.
Joel: Yeah I’m here, I’m here to watch Chris Maverick kick your ass!
Jay: What and your homies are here for back up just in case your home crowd turn on you after your dismal display last week?!
Joel: Yeah well this is your first match back so I wouldn’t get too cocky.
Mark Storm barges through the entourage and bumps into Joel Anthony and looks up at him.
Storm: What the hell’s going on here?
Joel: See you out there punk.
Joel and his entourage leave and head for their seats in the arena and a confused Storm questions Jay.
Storm: Sorry who was that?
Jay: Joel Anthony from the Pistons, you mean you haven’t seen the local news yet, what cave have you been hiding in?
Storm: You ready?!
Jay: I was born ready, see you in a bit!
Jay wipes himself down with a towel before heading to the ring.
Aeillo: Next up we have a no DQ match and who is that in the front row Jeremy Piven
Piven: It looks like Joel Anthony of the Detroit Pistons. Here to cheer on Chris Maverick I would guess after the face off between the two last week and Jay invited Joel to come along.
Jessica Stroup: The Following contest is scheduled for one fall and is No Disqualification! Introducing first residing in Hollywood California! Weighing in at 209 Pounds! Chris Maverick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seven Nation Army by "The White Stripes" plays as Chris Maverick walks to the ring in a black leather jacket with a angry face as he tags the fans while walking down the ramp and then he points his fist up with a big pop with the fans pointing up their fist as Chrisrolls in the ring and gets on the top rope and does another point the fist up pop with the fans then gets off the top rope and takes off his jacket and throws it in the crowd.
'This Fire Burns' by Killswitch Engage blasts out from the PA system and Jay Reynolds jogs out onto the stage and does his gun taunt as purple and green pyros go off around him. He walks down the ramp to a chorus of boos as he taunts the crowd on his way down.
And his opponent from Chicago, Illinois. Weighing in at 225 Pounds! Jay Reynolds!!!!!!!!!
He slides into the ring and climbs to the second turnbuckle and does his gun taunt again before stretching on the ropes.
The bell rings and the two men circle around one another, Jay then looks out into the crowd at Joel Anthony and gives him the middle finger and the crowd start chanting "YOU SUCK" to Jay as Joel stands up and starts ranting at Jay before the two men finally lock up in the ring. Jay with a go behind and a takedown. Jay slaps the back of Maverick's head a few times before getting up and smiling a bit. Maverick up about half way befor he dives for a double leg. Maverick mounts Jay and smacks him around a bit before getting off.
Aeillo: A little bit of one ups man ship to start the match off.
Piven: A bit of I guess you could say technical wrestling in this no DQ match as well.
Jay once again with a lock up and this time no semblance of technical wrestling just a poke to the eye followed up by a straight right hand to the face. Maverick does not go down he just laughs before jumping on Jay. Maverick with a mounted punch. The ref tries to pull Maverick off, but it does little good. Maverick off Jay and drops a nice leg across the back of his head before heading out of the ring for a toy.
Piven: Ladies and gentlemen that has concluded the technical portion of this match now back to your regularly scheduled violence.
Aeillo: Come on Jeremy this is EWC. Technical wrestling is bad work.
Maverick is back in the ring with a chair. Maverick with chair overhead looking to drop it on the prone Jay, but Jay rolls out of the way and completely out of the ring. Maverick thros the chair out of the ring totally missing Jay. Maverick is jawing with the crowd trying to get them to hype up when from behind Jay come back in connecting with a springboard dropkick! Jay comes off with a swanton that misses as Maverick rolls out of the way. Jay holds his back as he gets up and eats a bice superkick from Maverick. Maverick has the chair and is taunting Jay as he gets to his feet. Maverick goes for a homerun, but misses. Jay goes to dropkick the chair into the face of Maverick who moves. Jay back up and Maverick throws the chair into his face before blasting the chair with a haymaker punch sending right in the face of Jay! Cover

Kickout!
Aiello: Chris Maverick willing to hurt himself to put a hurting on Jay Rey.
Piven: Look at it from his point of view. One week ago Jay Reynolds with an attack that was totally unprovoked. He may deserve anything that is about to happen here.
Jay with a small cut on his head. Maverick with another mounted punch focusing in on the cut to open it up a bit more. Maverick scoops up Jay and slams him down back first on the chair. Maverick goes to the outside once again bringng in a kendo stick. Maverick stands in wait as a bloody Jay gets to his feet. Maverick swing and a miss with the stick. Jay goes for a J-Connection, but it gets blocked. Both men scramble and Jay gets the kendo stick. Maverick turns around and gets cracked over the head! Maverick is still up, but groggy. Jay with another shot and this time Maverick goes down to the mat. Jay goes up top kendo stick in hand. Maverick gets to his feet now he is busted open as well. Jay comes off the top rope with a kendo stick shot to the head of Maverick that shatters the stick in the process!
Aiello: Good god!

kickout by Maverick!
Aeillo: Chris is still in this thing.
Piven: For how long though. Jay is a vet and will not let this slide. I see a J-Connection coming up really soon.
Jay rolls outside and gets right into the NBA stars face at ringside who in turn punches Jay which startles him as the crowd begin to go nuts for Anthony. Jay looks embarrassed and pissed off, and gets another kendo stick from under the ring and throws it in the ring before getting a ladder. Jay with the ladder vertically and slams it on the chest of Maverick 5 times! Jay puts the ladder in a corner and climbs up to the second to the top rung with the kendo stick in hand as we see Gabreal Martin on the entrance way he sets up a chair and watches the match from the top of the ramp
Aeillo: It is over Jay is going to put him down.
Piven: Chris Maverick won't kickout of another one of these things especially damn near off the top of a ladder. Also what the fuck is Gabreal Martin doing here? I have not seen that bastard in EWC in a very long time.
Aeillo: He has a history with Jay and it is not good maybe he wants a piece of him after the match
Jay comes off the ladder as Maverick gets up, but Maverick dropkicks him in the gut on the way down! Maverick with the kendo stick. Jay gets to his feet and Maverick with a shot to the back of the head before following up with a kendo stick assisted russian leg sweep before climbing to the middle of the ladder and dropping an elbow on Jay. kickout by Jay Rey!
Maverick with another shot to the back of Jay's head with the stick. Maverick locks Jay in a camel clutch with the kendo stick!
Aeillo: That is an inventive way to do that.
Piven: Also a very intelligent way. Chris Maverick looks for payback for last week and looks to humiliate Jay by making him tap out.
Jay screams as he reaches for the bottom ropes.Jay is crawlind and reaches, but it is no DQ so Maverick does not have to break the hold! Jay slowly uses the ropes to get to his feet and kicks off into a pinning combination on Maverick!

kickout by Maverick!
Both men are up and exchanging punches with Maverick getting the better of it. Maverick off the ropes and comes back with a big ass lariat that would make Stan Hansen jealous turning Jay inside out before making a cover

kickout by Jay!
Maverick is in the corner he throws out the ladder before motioning for Jay to get to his feet. Jay is up. Maverick throws up a set of horns and goes for another lariat, but this time Jay ducks under. Maverick spins around and Jay goes for the J-Connection, but a block from Maverick. Boot to the gut and Maverick sets up for the Resolution of Death, but Jay backdrops his way out of the move. Both men up and Jay with a running tornado DDT before backing into a corner.
Aeillo: Jay Rey creating some space.
Piven: Smelling the end here get wants to hit that J-Connection.
Jay stalks Maverick. Maverick is up Jay once again tries the J-Connection, but another block. Jay up and eats yet another superkick to the jaw from Maverick! Maverick is up to his feet and he goes to the ouside. MAverick is back in the ring with a 2x4 wrapped in barbed wire! Up and down on the back of Jay! Up and down again! Up and down a third time! Up and Down a fourth time! Up and down a fifth time! Cover by Maverick

kickout by Jay Reynolds!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Aeillo: Jay Reynolds still in this match.
Piven: These two refuse to give up. One will have to inflict major damage to get the win.
Maverick stalks Jay and when he is at his feet Maverick smashes Jay in the face with the barbed wire 2x4! Maverick acts like he is going to pin, but stops before the count is made. Maverick rolls out of the ring puts the ladder back in and brings a table back in as well! Maverick sets up the table. Jay gets to his feet and eats a right hand before being put on the table. Maverick climbs to the ladder sitting on the top and signals for an elbow through the table, but from the crowd runs in Mark Storm who cracks him in the back of the head with another kendo stick!
Aeillo: What is he doing here?
Piven: Looks like he is going to help out his friend.
Mark gets Jay to his feet and points at Maverick who is groggy sitting on the top of the ladder. Jay goes out and gets another ladder sitting it beside the one that Maverick is on and JUMPS OFF AT CHRIS MAVERICK GIVING HIM THE J-CONNECTION OFF THE TOP OF THE LADDER THROUGH THE TABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jay rolls into a cover and looks over at Joel Anthony with a smile on his face!

3!
Ladies and Gentleman.. the winner of this match Jay Reynolds!
Aeillo: Well mercifully it is over.
Piven: Jay Reynolds had to pull something out of his ass that we have never seen before, but was able to get the win here tonight in his first match back, not bad after 18 months away from the ring.
We see Gabreal Martin stand up clapping and pointing at Jay Reynolds and Mark Storm who stand over the fallen Chris Maverick with Mark Storm looking over at Gabreal Martin and Jay Reynolds still smiling at Joel Anthony who's shaking his head while a chorus of boos ring throughout the arena.
BACKSTAGE
The song “Killing Ground” by Saxon plays and clips of “Rebel Angel” Jack Carter in barbed wire
Matches, exploding barbed wire matches, bunkhouse matches is shown.
Afterwards Jack Carter is standing in a Junkyard wearing a black Bomber jacket, black
Skull cap, jeans and boots, holding a baseball bat.
“Next week right here in EWC is the debut of me, “Rebel Angel” Jack Carter, You guys want
Someone who can take it to the extreme? You got it, right here”
Jack then swings the bat and smashes out the passenger side window of a Buick Regal.
“Starting next week… Some people’s faces are going to be smashed in, you can bet on it”.
As the picture fades out a graphic saying “Jack Carter, comes to EWC right here, next week”.
BACKSTAGE
The scene opens backstage in the catering area where there was one guy standing at the table collecting a plate full of food. While piling his plate and eating at the same time, being very sloppy he turns toward the cameras and the man at the table was Chubs. Apologies... Felix Ramon, Troy's assistant. He smiles at this mountain of food and the minute he brings his face down to smell it... BAM! Everything hits the floor.
[devereaux] "What do you think you are doing? This food is for employees only. You don't work here Chubs. You are my assistant and that is it. Also you are my camera man. Do your job."
[ramon] "I'm taking it that food doesn't come with this job? What kind of boss are you? I am clearly still a fan and I know this was my idea and all, but dude... really?"
[devereaux] "You have just about as much attitude as I like, but I am going to dog you no matter what. Got it chicho? You have to remember you were the one coming to me all weird and creepy. You should consider yourself lucky that I didn't call the cops... or get a restraining order."
Felix knew he was right. He knew he was right all the way. That wasn't a very good beginning for them. Felix grabbed his camera from the nearby table and took a look at it.
[devereaux] "No need for you to film right now. We have the entire audience right here at our disposal. There is a camera guy right here in our face. Get out of my shot, it's my time."
There were a couple of footsteps walking toward them and Troy was interrupted, he was never going to have his few minutes of fame.
[sage] "You didn't think you could get away without allowing me to join you did you pretty boy?"
[devereaux] "Why must you bother me again? I don't know who is worse. You, Desirae, or Tamara. Worst siblings ever. Listen, I appreciate you trying to come join me and what not, but I did my part and got you here. Don't make a name off of me alright?"
Sage snickered at the sound of that. Troy stepped back sizing his own half brother up.
[sage] "The fact that you think I need someone like you to make a name for myself is funny. You are the one that needs me bro."
[devereaux] "Last I recall, you disappeared into obscurity while I busted my ass the past two years of my life to accomplish more than ever. And now you come here to follow me to get your career back on track. This chance you are taking right now is amazing and hopefully you are making the right decision. I have my path and you are going to have yours."
Troy smirked as he and Sage both turn towards the camera in front of them.
[devereaux] "And I am personally okay with that. Ladies and gentlemen you are looking at a man who has done it all. He has been there and done that. This man right here... Drake Sage is as lethal as he can be. A top notch player in the game and one person that will do what he has to just to secure a win no matter how gritty or how sadistic it is. Ladies and gentlemen... Drake Sage is coming to wreck havoc in EWC. But enough of him. As far as I am concerned things will heat up for me in no time and Mr. Spotlight will shine bright. Mark my words. Let's go."
MATCH SEVEN
TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
DEREK WELLINGS Vs STORM Vs MADISON MITCHELL
TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
DEREK WELLINGS Vs STORM Vs MADISON MITCHELL
Jessica Stroup: Ladies and gentlemen, the following match is a Triple Threat Match and is scheduled for one fall. Making his way first to the ring, standing 6’4” tall, weighing 280 lbs, from Detroit, Michigan he is “The Airborne Ranger” DEREK WELLINGS!
Derek Welling excitedly runs out on top of the Entrance Ramp. He taunts the crowd to raise the roof on one end, and succeeds. Derek then runs over to the other end and taunts the other end successfully. Quickly, Derek runs down to the ring and slides in ala Edge. Pointing to the crowd, Derek pumps his fist back and forth like a pair of pistons, then cups them around his mouth for a shout out. Once the crowd is riled up from the shout out, Derek flexes his arms in a strong man pose, then crosses them over his chest and waits for the match to begin.
Joe Aiello: This returning star has had a very back and forth month, one win and two loses. Can things be different tonight? We’ll find out.
Jeremy Piven: This match is a match of all the chumps from February in one match. I guess this is a chance for them to feel better.
His opponent, from St. Louis Missouri, standing 6’3 and weighing in at 209 lbs, he is STORM!
The slow melody of "Far From Any Road" begins to play through the sound system, as the crazed fans begin to quiet down as the lights in the arena begin to dim. All eyes divert to the top of the entrance ramp - where smoke begins to rise from the stage, a few pyrotechnics erupting before quieting.
From the dusty mesa, her looming shadow grows
Hidden in the branches of the poison creosote.
As the lyrics from The Handsome Families hit song plays through the arena, emerging from the tunnel is the self proclaimed "Reckoning", Mark Storm - his eyes vacant as he fixated his eyes on the ring, his arms by his side and his feet shoulder width apart as he stood, motionless on the top of the ramp whilst the audience watch wearily.
She twines her spines up slowly towards the boiling sun,
And when I touched her skin, my fingers ran with blood
He begins to walk down the entrance ramp, dressed in his usual wrestling attire of black tights with his surname "Storm" on the right side of his tights, whilst "save" on the other - and of course in his black laced boots & biker gloves. In addition, he wore a long black leather coat, unbuttoned from the middle.
In the hushing dusk, under a swollen silver moon,
I came walking with the wind to watch the cactus bloom.
A strange hunger haunted me; the looming shadows danced.
I fell down to the thorny brush and felt a trembling hand.
At this point Storm had reached the outside of the four sided ring, his eyes still vacant, his face remaining emotionless as he leaps onto the ring apron entering the ring. With the audience applauding him he walks over towards the centre of the ring, turning three sixty with his arms out wide, his emotionless face finally showing some emotion as a grin appears on his face, his teeth glistening. He then stops turning and reaches for the heavens, whilst doing so another pyrotechnic erupts.
When the last light warms the rocks and the rattlesnakes unfold,
Mountain cats will come to drag away your bones.
And rise with me forever across the silent sand,
And the stars will be your eyes and the wind will be my hands
He takes off his leather coat, passing it over to the ring announcer before moving over to his designated corner.
Joe Aiello: This young man is coming in with an advantage over Derek Wellings as he comes in strong off of a win.
Jeremy Piven: A win that proves he’s not only stronger but also smarter. Two things that will hurt Derek and the other person.
Jessica Stroup: Their opponent, from Philadelphia, PA. Standing 5’8” and weighing 130 lbs, she is MADISON MITCHELL!
'Push It' is heard as Madison Mitchell makes her way to the top of the entranceway moving to the music enthusiastically. She begins her march to the ring, pumping the fans up on the way as she takes the time to greet them and point at some of the signs being held up to support her. She jogs up the ring steps and steps under the middle rope, jogging to the middle of the ring and jumping up and down a few times to get herself ready for action.
Jeremy Piven: The strongest man in this match is a woman and she pulled out a victory last week against Floyd Shooter. Wonder how Derek feels knowing last week he lost that battle royal to a Ruthless Aggression as Mark Storm had the week off to attack Axle Aomori
Joe Aiello: I’m not personally, but knowing that I’m sure they’re both feeling a little intimidated mentally.
The bell rings and both Madison and Mark run over and attack Derek together. Storm gets Derek to the ropes easily as Madison delivers a couple elbows to Derek’s face. Storm bounces off opposing ropes, and attempts to Clothesline Derek over but the Airborne Ranger doesn’t go. Madison tries the same but Derek still won’t go over the top.
The two run off the ropes, bounce back and together they get Derek over the top, but Derek holds the top rope and slides back under the bottom rope. With Derek on his stomach trying to get back in, Madison locks in a double under hook Chicken Wing while Mark locks in a single Boston Crab. The Airborne Ranger yells loudly as the two continue to apply pressure and break all of his offensive capabilities.
Joe Aiello: Brilliant thinking by Mark and Madison. If they break his arms and legs early, the Airborne Ranger will have no chance.
Jeremy Piven: Sadly, only one can win. At this point, it’s probably not going to be Derek.
Even though Derek hasn’t quit yet, Mark releases Derek and hooks an arm around Madison’s neck. She releases her opponent and tries to fight off Mark but he hits a Sleeper but quickly releases and hits a German Suplex which allows Derek to roll on the ring edge. Grabbing Madison by her hair, Mark pulls her up and delivers several stiff kicks around Madison’s legs and midsection before tossing her to the ropes. She bounces off and Storm hits a Drop Toe Hold.
Thinking quickly, Storm goes for an Indian Death Lock and gets it in. Double M screams loudly as Mark increases the pressure. But like Derek, she refuses to quit. After a few short but painful minutes, Madison is released from the hold and drags her to a corner. Delivering a few fists, Mark lifts Madison on top of the ropes and attempts to Superplex his opponent. But Madison fights back. She shoots a couple of stiff fits into the ribs of her opponent and with a kick to his gut, Mark is pushed backwards and lands face first on the mat. Madison gets up and hits a Somersault Leg Drop over her opponent’s throat much to the crowd’s excitement.
Jeremy Piven: Oh look at that, Storm doesn't finish off his opponent in a submission and it comes back to bite him.
Joe Aiello: You sound so full of excitement. But yes, Madison Mitchell is really starting to change the course of this match. She could pull out a major victory here tonight.
Filling with energy, Madison gets up and drops a few knee’s over her opponent’s chest and neck. She lifts him up and locks in a Dragon Sleeper but Mark Storm refuses to give up. When she releases him, Madison throws him at the ropes, they leap frog and Madison hits a Spinning Wheel Kick, knocking over Mark Storm. He holds his forehead which allows Madison to go up once more and come off with a fantastic Moonsault.
Joe Aiello: Madison is picking up a lot of steam now. Despite her size disadvantage against both men, she’s holding her ground very well.
However as she goes for the pin, Derek recovers enough to attack Madison. Before the referee even as chance to count one, the pin is broken. Derek stomps away on Madison as she tries getting up on the ropes. Mark rolls aside and Derek Irish Whips Madison across the ring and hits her with a Powerslam. The Airborne Ranger climbs through the ropes, lines himself up and connects with a Slingshot Leg Drop.
Jeremy Piven: Looks like the Redneck Hero is going big. That’s a hell of a move for a man his size to hit.
Joe Aiello: This match is still anybody’s. I don’t expect this match to be over soon. All three need this huge win.
Noticing that Mark is recovering, Derek runs over and attempts to attack him but Mark Drop Toe Holds the Airborne Ranger into a turnbuckle. Moving quickly, Mark grabs Derek and leans him back first into turnbuckle. He mounts Derek and starts hammering away at the Airborne Rangers face. But before he can really hammer in, the Airborne Ranger strikes back and hits him in his gut then puts a hand around his throat and hits a Chokeslam in the center of the ring. As Derek stands up, Madison jumps off the ropes, spins around and Dropkicks Derek hard in his face.
The Airborne Ranger hits the ground and Madison stomps away at Derek. After a kick to his face, she turns to Storm and he goes for a Jawbreaker but is blocked by Madison. She goes for a Jawbreaker of her own but is blocked. Seeing what’s going on, Derek quickly gets up and grabs ahold of the other two. Suddenly the three hit the canvas hard as they hit each other with a Jawbreaker. Each person rolls around a little before they slowly get up. Once more, they’re all thinking the same thing. Derek hits Storm with a Dragon Kick, Storm hits Madison with a Roundhouse Kick and Madison Hi Kick’s Derek. The three hit the canvas hard.
Joe Aiello: What a painful combination! First Derek Wellings, Mark Storm and Madison Mitchell hit each other with a Jawbreaker then following up a stiff kick to the head. Now anyone can win this match if they just hurry.
Jeremy Piven: These losers got to hurry; one of them will eventually realize they have a great chance to win. The match has been exciting so far, we all want to see who wins it!
Storm looks up and sees Derek Wellings is down, gathers his strength, Mark Storm rolls up to Madison Mitchell and begins to push her. She begins to roll with the pushing and eventually falls out of the ring and hits the hard floor. Derek Wellings starts to recover, but Storm gets up, drives a knee in to Derek’s gut, signals to the audience and hits the Rick’s Reckoning, not letting up Storm sets up Derek and hits the Dystopia, exhausted Mark Storm drops ass first on the mat and puts one arm over Derek Wellings…
ONE!...
TWO!...
THREE!!!
The referee calls for the bell and helps Storm onto their feet.
Jessica Stroup: Here is your winner by pin fall, STORM!
Joe Aiello: Wow, Storm picks up the incredible win tonight!
BACK IN THE ARENA
We open up back at the ring as House of the Rising Son by The Animals hits on the PA and the crowd goes insane!
Aeillo: Well shit he did show up.
Piven: The man. The myth. The legend. The former VP of this company. The man who called himself The Franchise of this company at one point when he competed in the ring. Ladies and gentlemen Michael Saint is in Detroit!
Michael Saint casually strolls out of the curtain and the crowd gets even louder. Saint makes his way to the ring and asks for a microphone.
Saint: Detroit, Michigan!
Cheers!
Saint: How in the hell are you tonight.
Cheers
Saint: It feels good to be in an EWC ring again. It feels good to be in front of my crowd again.
Cheers
Saint: I am back baby!
Cheers
Saint: I have a fun little fact for you all tonight. Just up the road in Lansing, Michigan their is an arena. It was the home of KCW the place that I ran.
Cheers
Saint: I was officially adopted by the state so this is like a homecoming on many levels for me. I bled here. I sweat here. I made and break legends here.
Cheers
Saint: I spent a little time in the back and saw some new faces and I saw some old faces. It is great to see that Mac can hobble his old ass around to make it to shows. Got to meet this guy named Xplode and he is kind of a prick. I saw Shadow Man and well he is still Shadow Man. Oh and Shadow Man you owe me a match.
Crowd goes nuts!
Saint: I do not compete anymore, but you I am willing to show you that even after not being in a match for a long ass time that I am the better man.
Cheers
Saint: And I am still the sexiest man in EWC, but hell you all knew that in the first place.
Cheers
Saint: You see Shadow Man I do not have to bribe people with free tacos to get a rise out of these people.
Cheers
Saint: Tacos suck any way.
uncomfortable silence
Saint: Alright alright. I crossed a line. Can you forgive me.
Cheers
Saint: Thanks I am humbled by ..........
Nightmare by Avenged Sevenfold plays on the PA and out comes Gabreal Martin, Olivia Saint, and El Chupacabra
Martin: Michael Saint as I live and breathe how are you.
Saint: I am...
Martin: Obviously lying since you are not at all a humble person.
Saint: Gabreal Martin what do I owe the honor of this visit?
Martin: Well you see Michael I came out to do a favor to the people. I am here to shut you up.
Booing
Martin: It does not matter what you want I know better than you all.
Saint: Well I was on my way out anyway, but since you are here I may need to stay a little longer.
Martin: Oh how shocking. Michael Saint is going to hog the spotlight.
Saint: I give my people what they way. More Saint all day ever day.
Martin: No you are a glory hound. You want to take away from the hard working younger talent. So do everyone a favor old man. You leave MY ring, because you do not have it anymore. Hell you may not have had it ever. Who did you ever beat right? No one that big or import......
Saint: Okay you little prick. I can take the insults to my age. I can take the jabs about not having it anymore. Hell I can take you saying I was never that good. What I will not stand for is this disrespect. I have been down more roads that you have hallways. I have spilt more blood than you ever will.
Martin: Is that supposed to mean something to me?
Saint: No, but it does to me god damnit. You want to know what I have ever done? Let me enlighten you a bit. I am a former two time International Champion.
Cheers
Saint: I am a former HcW World Champion.
Cheers
Saint: I was a founding member of FORCE and Project FEAR.
Cheers
Saint: I have fought legends and icons in this company and others.
Cheers
Saint: As much as I despise that man sitting on the turnbukle over there I do respect him. El Chupacabra my flesh and blood is a man that I took to the limit. A man that ended my career. A man that I have left in a pool of his own blood more than one time.
Cheers
Saint: In EWC I beat a man known as Memphis Reigns.
Cheers
Saint: The man that made EWC what it is today. God rest that mans soul, because he would never take the shit you are throwing my way. You know what I will not stand for it either.
Martin: Yes we know Michael. You can list your resume all you want, but...
Saint: I am EWC. It is in my blood. Tonight I came home to talk shit and have fun, but you want to ruin that and I know why.
Martin: Enlighten me
Saint: You are jealous that despite the fact that you think I am not superior to you that I can say one thing that eats away at you. The one thing that you deep down inside is why you hate me. It is not the downfall of SWA. I loved the place too and was sad to see it go. Not the fact that you were always the inferior student to Cameron Hayden and Beth Harte. Not the fact that I can't stand to see my little sister on your arm and that because of me neither does our mother. No Gabreal Martin you hate me for one reason. You hate me, because I was a World Champion here and you never were, can be, or ever will be.
Cheers
Martin: You know what you egotistical prick. It does drive me up the wall that I as never a champion here, but I am going to rectify that very soon and do you know why you hate that?
Martin: Because you can't stop me anymore. You can't hold me back. I am the heir to the throne of my friend Cameron Hayden. I am a future EWC Champion. I am better than him and I am better than Beth Harte and I am sure as hell better than you.
Saint loosens his tie
Saint: You know I was waiting for Shadow Man for a match, but I have no problem delivering an ass whooping on you here and ...........
Saint turns to see Jay Reynolds and Mark Storm come down the ramp.
Saint: What do you two want I did not ask for help.
The two men enter the ring.
Martin: Who said they are here to help you?
Saint looks at the three figures standing in front of him
Martin: Michael Saint let me introduce you to my two associates Mark Storm and Jay Reynolds.
Saint: You going to sick your lap dogs on me?
Martin:Lap dogs. You get this wrong. I do not tell them to do anything. That is the folly of FORCE and Project FEAR. One man lead both. When one man leads he breeds contempt. FORCE fell apart, because you and others could not stand to be the underling to Shadow Man. You wanted the spotlight and as long as he was in charge it as on him. Jay, Mark, and I we are willing to share that spotlight.
Saint: Then why speak for them?
Martin: Don't and if you got a question to ask them ask away.
Saint: Mark Storm why are you here? You can be more without Gabreal Martin. Though I will not say you are better than this, because I do not know you enough I know by experience that this man is not someone to associate with.
Once Saint finished his sentence, he looked at Storm with a look of curiosity. Standing tall, Storm smirked arrogantly, bringing the microphone closer to his moisturized lips as he thought for a minute, contemplating what to say. After a few seconds had passed, Storm chuckled, causing confusion with not only Saint but the rest of the EWC Universe.
Mark Storm: "You know what I find funny Saint? When have you ever given a damn about me? Why do you care so much? You wanna know why I'm here? Because these two men are the only people that give a damn about me around here! During my stay here in Extreme Wrestling Corporation thus far, I've come to realize that no one gives a damn.. no one really cares about you.. I mean sure, we all wrestle under the same roof but no one actually cares. It doesn't hurt Saint, for people to just - say Hi once and a while! I'm what people consider unapproachable.. I'm the outcast, I acknowledge that, but you know what would be nice? A friendly greeting.. A friend hows your day been? But I don't get that. And you wanna know why I don't get that Saint? Because people think I'm crazy. The whole locker room thinks I'm crazy! Our very own president of the company, Mac,thinks I'm crazy - and I'm pretty sure he's trying to get a restraining order, keeping me away from Madi. Everyone thinks I'm crazy Saint. But these men, they saw something in me. And you know what they did? They welcomed me! It took me three weeks to finally get welcomed into this company. And that makes me feel sick.. those savages in the locker room, they make me feel sick! They're so narrow minded and egotistical - and if I'm gonna be frank, they have very poor social skills."
Storm finished his sentence, following this was laughs erupting from the audience, who were rather amused by the comments by Storm. Storm, with the microphone still in his hands, turned to the audience, his face stern whilst his eyes flared in anger.
Storm: "And then there's you people! Oh.. you people are as much to blame than the rest of those douchebags in the locker room. You people encourage this sort of behaviour! You people encourage this through social media. You're just as bad as the rest of them, man... I tried to be nice. I really did. But how can I even try and most of you are screaming Mark Storm Is A Bitch half of the time! How can i try to be nice, when all you give me is hate, and abuse.. Hey, don't blame me for talking to Macs girl before he did!"
A chorus of jeers reverberated through the arena as Storm turned back towards Saint.
Storm : "To conclude, I'm here because nobody but these men give a damn about me Saint. These two men took me in and they welcomed me. They didn't make me feel like a crazy lunatic like the rest of you assholes.
Saint goes to Jay Reynolds.
Saint: Now you Jay Reynolds I do know what you are capable of. You beat the man you are associating with tonight for the US Title. You have the raw talent to be great. I predicted it for you. You know that man and are greater than him why on the face of gods green earth would you ever want to side with Gabreal Martin.
Jay Reynolds: Oh Saint, for christ sake will you shut the hell up. If it's bad enough that you have Storm and Gabe in the ring both wanting to beat the crap into you, but with me, they'll be no coming back from it. What kind of game are you even playing here?! None of this bullshit that your spewing is going to help you or anyone else who dares to step in our way of what we want. Last week myself and Storm sent a strong message to the EWC when we attacked poor Chris Maverick and that message is that we are here to create chaos and to do things our way. Stranglemania is only a few weeks away, we’re not stupid, we know how to make an impact just weeks before an event of this magnitude. The question is Saint is what you going to do to stop us or are you going to be bright for once in your life and step aside and let somebody else get the beating instead.
Saint: Jay, I thought you were so much bett—
Jay slams his hand down on Saint’s microphone, not allowing him to finish his sentence.
Jay Reynolds: I HAVEN’T FINISHED!!! Myself, Gabe and Storm, we have an understanding and we all share the same goals and one thing we have all learned in our careers is that trying to live up to these people’s expectations (Points out to the crowd) gets you nowhere fast! People like to say that the fans make you, well that is total crap, I made Jay Reynolds who he is today, not any of these Detroit failures in attendance tonight.
A “YOU SUCK” chant aimed at Jay Reynolds rings throughout the arena.
Jay Reynolds: Now have you made your decision Saint? Are you a smart guy or an idiot!
All three men stare down Saint who takes off his tie and jacket.
Saint: You know what I may get my ass kicked by you, but I will take at least one down with me. So lets do this.
Martin: No I do not need the help. You see Saint I can send you back to the retirement home without them.
Mark Storm and Jay Reynolds get out of the ring.
Saint: You know your problem Gabe you can't get noticed you can't get attention so you need to use me to do it.
Gabe goes for a clothesline, but Saint ducks under. Saint with a boot to the gut and sets up for his Cradle Piledriver. Saint has Gabe up, but gets hit from behind by Mark Storm. Storm gets Saint on his shoulders and delivers Dystopia! Jay is in the ring with a chair. Jay puts the chair on the mat. Mark Storm picks up Saint and Jay Reynolds with a J-Connection on the chair! Gabe hands the chair to Mark Storm as Jay picks up Saint. Mark puts the chair in front of Saint's face. Gabe comes off the ropes and BOMA-YE driving the chair into Saints face! Gabe gets the microphone again and stands over Saint
Martin: Do I have your attention now EWC? Ladies and Gentlemen I am Gabreal Martin!
Storm: I am Mark Storm!
Jay : And I am Jay Reynolds! And from now on we will be known as Project Chaos!
Martin: In EWC chaos no reigns supreme and I dare anyone in that locker room to try and stop us.
Jay: Monday Night Brawl, the EWC and Stranglemania will never be the same!
We go backstage on that note as the three men stand over the fallen EWC Legend.
MATCH EIGHT
DAMIEN KINGSTON Vs CHRIS MOSH
DAMIEN KINGSTON Vs CHRIS MOSH
Match Writer: @swift
Jessica Stroup: This next match is scheduled for one fall!
Jeremy Piven: Oh boy.
The arena was anything but quiet. Thousands of fans were in attendance. All of which were on the edge of their seats waiting for the next bit of action to take place. About that time the arena lights found themselves dimming down a bit. Just as a guitar riff to kick off "World Divided" by Downstait could be heard hitting the speakers inside the arena. Right away the fans were able to put two and two together. Lots of mixed reactions could be heard. It was like the fans were split right down the middle. Cheers and Boos could be heard clear as day.
Joe Aiello: The crowd certainly seems to be borderline about Kingston.
Jeremy Piven: This guy is awesome.
After a few more seconds the curtain could be seen being pushed aside. Stepping out through the curtain at that particular moment was none other than the man himself. He was commonly referred to as the "Man of Liberty" Damien Kingston. Kingston had his zip up hoodie on and the hood was up covering his face. As he made his way to the center of the ramp. Dropping down to his knees with a bit of a smirk spread across his face. He nodded his head to the music a bit before reaching up and pulling the hood back. As he did that Kingston tilted his head backwards and stretched his arms out to either side of him.
He looked right up at the sky with that smirk seemingly growing. The fans seemed to still be torn. The boos got louder at the same time the cheers got louder. He was only in that position for a couple of seconds. Kingston pushed himself up to his feet and grabbed a hold of the front of his jacket starting unzip in while talking down to the ring with an attitude in each step he made.
Jessica Stroup: Introducing at this time. All the way from New York City, New York. Weighing in at two hundred and twenty pounds. The Man of Liberty, DAMIEN KINGSTON!
Jeremy Piven: The power or scope to act as one pleases, Joe. You hear that?
Joe Aiello: I heard it, Jeremy.
Kingston was already approaching the ringside area. That smirk still featured across his very lips. He took his hoodie off his body and just laid it there in the corner of the ring before he grabbed one of the ring ropes pulling himself up on the apron. He turned his back towards the ropes and looked out over the crowd with that smirk. Nodding his head at their reactions. Not seeming to care which way they went. They could boo him, he thrived off hate. They could cheer him, it gave him that extra boost. Soon enough he turned himself around on the apron to face the ring.
He placed one leg over the middle rope and then ducked down getting into the ring. Upon being inside the ring Kingston went to the nearest turnbuckle he could find. Getting to the second turnbuckle. He peered out over the mixed crowd. Before he proceeded to raise his hands into the air and then sticking them out to the side followed by lifting his head back. Literally the same exact taunt that he had done before on the ramp. Not much had changed with their reaction. After a few seconds Kingston leaped down from the turnbuckle as he music started to fade. He faced the middle of the ring waiting for the next course of action to take place.
The music hits as pink and purple lights shine on the stage and ring as Chris Mosh comes out backwards in his purple hood with Mosh written in pink on the back of it. He spins on the top of the ramp as he walks down the ramp and slaps hands with the fans.
Jessica Stroup: His opponent, The Party Boy, Chris Mosh!
Jeremy Piven: Here we go.
He walks around the ring slapping hands with the fans and then when he get to the announce table he high fives the unbias one and then tries to get a high five from the bias one but then shrugs as he continues around the ring slapping hands with the fans then he gets back to the stairs and walks up them. He then jumps over the top rope as he spins into the ring. He then takes off his hoody and throws it into the crowd.
Joe Aiello: One lucky fan gets a sweaty hoodie tonight.
Jeremy Piven: No comment.
The bell rings, but all that ensues is a quiet staring competition from Chris Mosh and Damien Kingston. With a loud audience, The Man of Liberty shows a sly smirk with a slow pace towards Mosh, who follows Damien’s approach with his own. Both men meet in the middle of the ring, smirk still intact on Kingston’s face, but Chris Mosh doesn’t look too amused.
Joe Aiello: Kingston doesn’t look like he’s taking this too serious.
Words exchange. Mute lip movements are subtle but enough to knock the demeaning smirk off Kingston’s face. The audience cheers more as Damien Kingston lowers a hand, approachable by Chris Mosh, open palm and fingers extended. The Party Boy eyes the handshake. The crowd riles up, cheers deafening throughout the venue, but Mosh is reluctant to fancy the offer. Lowering his hand slowly creates a chain reaction; Kingston lifts his hand up to smack the cheek of Chris Mosh, creating a drowned out reaction from the crowd. Mosh takes the strike, but seems completely surprised, whereas Kingston just shines another stupid smirk.
Joe Aiello: Oh my! Sickening response from Damien Kingston! Mosh looks beside himself!
Jeremy Piven: He just smacked the taste out of his mouth! Aha!
Without warning, Chris Mosh bulls over Kingston, and this fight is immediately underway. The crowd rallies, cheering all over, Mosh driving punches into the skull of Damien Kingston who flails all over the mat like a fish out of water. The referee attempts to intervene, shoving himself in between the competitors in effort to split the impending street fight. The Man of Liberty clutches the bottom rope of the ring in desperation, shouting back at the referee who now takes firm grip of the unfolding situation, pushing Mosh back with authority.
Jeremy Piven: Hey, hey, hey! This isn’t a cage fight, dammit! Someone get in there and stop this! Chris Mosh is an animal!
Joe Aiello: Kingston is getting what he deserves!
Boos flood the arena as a camera zooms in on a devilish grin upon Kingston’s face as he clutches the bottom rope, seemingly his dirty tactic to free himself of the melee and play mind games with his opponent. Angry fans shout and point fingers at The New York Loudmouth, who now gets to his feet while losing his funny grin, but immediately lifts a gaze upon the incoming Chris Mosh. Kingston ducks the second attempt at a melee, dropping down and rolling out under the bottom rope to walk a slow pace on the outside. This creates a ferocious and uneasy vibe throughout the venue; fans drowning out Damien’s lip movements with a steady stream of boos.
Joe Aiello: Damn that Kingston! Damn him!
Jeremy Piven: He wasn’t ready, Joe!
Chris Mosh remains in the ring, dancing back and forth with the referee who begins his countdown, but keeps The Party Boy from chasing Kingston outside. The obvious bad guy in this situation, Damien Kingston, takes his time on the outside while eyeing the squared circle with enough interest to generate more disdain from the viewership.
Joe Aiello: He’s just wasting time. Damien, get in the ring and wrestle Chris Mosh!
Jeremy Piven: Mosh isn’t letting him in, Joe. This is a wrestling match, not a street fight between two lowly thugs.
Kingston goes for the apron, and Mosh goes for him immediately. Damien drops down with a shake of his head, almost hiding the sly grin on his face from Chris Mosh who shouts at his current foe. This doesn’t seem to be getting anywhere, and it’s enough for The Party Boy. Mosh beelines the ropes, diving through them with enough agility to land on his feet at a decent speed, chasing Kingston who now rolls inside the ring patiently. Mosh follows, but only seems to be the target of a flurry of boots to the midsection, causing another ferocious reaction from the entire venue.
Jeremy Piven: Mosh was outsmarted!
Joe Aiello: Kingston playing games with Chris Mosh and nobody here is enjoying it.
The situation escalates quickly, with Damien Kingston mounting the fallen Chris Mosh with the deadly intention to pummel this man to death after the mind games deployed just earlier. Fist by fist crash down upon Chris Mosh, creating a beat down unmatched; Kingston seems relentless. The referee separates the melee, pushing Kingston back, but The New York Loudmouth shoves his way past the official to grapple onto the locks of hair that Mosh has, dragging him to his feet with the intentions of setting a move up. A quick snap suplex creates a loud thud, but it doesn’t stop there.
Joe Aiello: Snap suplex by Kingston!
Jeremy Piven: Vintage Damien Kingston, Joe.
Kingston rolls Mosh over to quickly apply a single leg Boston crab submission, cranking back with a deadly look in his eye. Chris Mosh writhes in pain, but obviously still has a ton of fuel left in the tank, inching his way towards the ropes to grab onto them rather quickly. The hold is broken, but Kingston seems to desire the time afforded for an opportunity to gloat, or merely just approach the ropes and point a finger down at a ringside fan, shouting obscenities. It is enough time for Mosh to recoup; to regain his posture and meet The Man of Liberty back in the center of the ring. A closed fist crashes against the face of Kingston with a roaring cheer from the audience. Kingston sells the move insanely well, toppling over and hitting the mat with a thud. One punch knocks the man flat over to a devastating response from this insane crowd!
Jeremy Piven: Closed fist! Closed fist! That’s illegal!
Joe Aiello: Chris Mosh just knocked the lights out of Kingston, and this is heating up!
Kingston pops up accordingly, quickly gathering himself to only be leveled with yet another right hand. Selling it perfect once more, Damien hits the mat with another thud but somehow manages to recoup quickly, yet again, getting back up with quick speed. This time, Mosh rocks Kingston with another right hand, but Damien keeps his stance, only fumbling backwards into the ropes to setup an Irish whip by Chris Mosh! Damien hits the ropes and the incoming result from The Party Boy is a clothesline that turns The Man of Liberty inside out! The ring shakes with tremendous force as Damien crashes down from impact of the clothesline that sent him into a beautiful twirl.
Jeremy Piven: Grab the ropes, Damien! Watch out!
Joe Aiello: Oh my! Devastating clothesline from The Party Boy! Kingston doesn’t know where he is!
Kingston flails on the mat with pain, but surprisingly makes it to his feet with the aid of the nearby ropes. Upon reestablishing his posture, Kingston turns around to see The Party Boy lining up The Party Pooper super kick! Damien’s eyes go wide and his immediate reaction is to duck the kick and drop out of the ring under the bottom rope. Queue the insane response from the audience, which results in another drowning session of boos. The Man of Liberty collects himself while walking around the ring slowly, but Mosh isn’t going to let this game continue, dropping out of the ring to chase his foe with every intention to finish this match quickly.
Jeremy Piven: Outsmarted by Kingston once again, Mosh is no match, obviously.
Joe Aiello: Here comes The Party Boy!
The referee starts a normal countdown as Mosh catches up to the Damien, but The New York native lands a stern boot to the gut of The Party Boy, slightly doubling him over. An Irish whip setup by Kingston sends Mosh crashing into the ring post from the outside, creating a sickening thud as flesh meets the cold steel!
Jeremy Piven: That’s how it’s done, Joe!
Mosh is laid out, and Kingston seems content with his work, rolling inside the ring to reposition himself in the turnbuckle opposite of the ring that Mosh lays outside of.
Chris Mosh gets up near the count of five to six, shaking the stars from his vision and rolling back inside the ring with a slight daze. Kingston slithers over to take advantage, dropping a pin attempt upon Mosh.
One!
Tw-
Joe Aiello: Not enough!
Mosh kicks out with authority, creating another wild cheer from the audience. Kingston melees another flurry of left hands onto the cranial area of Mosh, pummeling the man but asserting the position of something better in the near future. Mosh seems out of it, but Damien only wants to go big or go home. Ascending the nearest turnbuckle, Kingston climbs upwards to setup a high-risk maneuver. With a high dive off the top rope, Damien Kingston looks for the diving head butt onto a fallen Chris Mosh! The Party Boy rolls out of the way, creating a sickening drop to the canvas for Kingston who writhes in pain. Mosh advantages the time to his advantage, collecting himself before going for a submission attempt; a figure four leg lock finds its way upon the hurt Kingston, whose eyes pop with shock at the move being applied.
Joe Aiello: Figure four locked in by Mosh, and Kingston looks like he’s in hell! Will Kingston tap?
Jeremy Piven: Grab the ropes, Damien! C’mon!
Kingston shakes his head from side to side, wildly, as if he is telling the world he will never submit to Chris Mosh and his figure four leg lock. The pain continues for a moment, with the crowd clapping at the ambition of The Party Boy to end this in technical fashion. Kingston rallies, pushing his body over and applying the pressure back to Mosh in the reverse look of the figure four, causing Mosh to thrash in pain, but obviously, the brawler is close to the ropes. Therefore, Mosh grabs them with ease, breaking the hold.
Joe Aiello: Kingston flipped it over, and now this is escalating quickly!
Mosh and Kingston get to their feet at the same time, prompting The Party Boy to throw a sluggish right hand. Damien, who wraps his arms around the waist of Chris Mosh to deliver a polarizing German suplex, ducks it! The bridge in intact!
Jeremy Piven: Beautiful.
One!
Two!
Jeremy Piven: What!?
Joe Aiello: Two! Two! Two! Mosh is still in this!
The crowd follows the pin count, but a deafening OOOOH! Is heard throughout the arena at the near pin fall. Mosh crawls to the side, nearing the ropes as Damien Kingston gets to his feet with every intention to end this finally.
Mosh gets to his feet with assistance from Kingston, who now proposes an Irish whip to send his opponent into the ropes. A clothesline from Kingston prompts Mosh to duck it, side stepping to position another attempt at The Party Pooper super kick! Damien turns around after the failed clothesline, only to see a foot flying towards his face! Kingston sidesteps it! Grappling onto the backside of Mosh leads Kingston to lock in a full nelson submission, but lifting Mosh up off the ground and into the Falling From The Empire! The crowd eats it up, with boos, but Kingston watches Mosh go completely limp and fall upon the mat with no fight left. Kingston goes for the pin!
Jeremy Piven: It’s over, Joe!
Joe Aiello: That’s it for Chris Mosh!
One!
Two!
Three!
Jessica Stroup: Your winner by pin fall, DAMIEN KINGSTON!
Jeremy Piven: The better man won, Joe.
Joe Aiello: Give me a break, but you have to give Kingston his due; he did best Mosh.
BACKSTAGE
Derek Wellings is taking the walk of shame, another massive loss this time to Mark Storm. Blinded from the sides, Derek walks with a towel draped over the sides of his head towards his truck.
Joe Aiello: Poor Derek, hasn't been doing too well this year.
Jeremy Piven: Someone has to lose and it's just his luck that he's the loser. Could be worst for him.
The moment the Airborne Ranger is about turn a corner to go to the parking lot, when suddenly Eric Steel runs over as fast as he can and smashes a household telephone against the side of Derek's face. The bell rings loudly as pieces spread over the floor and Derek is knocked out cold. Eric repeated bashes Derek in his face, spreading blood all over his face and even covering his shirt in Derek's blood.
The General Manager, Xplode, passes by and begins watching Eric Steel beat Derek halfway to death. A referee tries to stop him, but the General Manager stops him and lets the violence continue. Blood splatters on the wall as Eric nearly breaks open his hands. Taking a First Aid Kit off the wall, Eric grabs the smelling salt inside and forces Derek awake by holding it under his nose. With a loud gasp, Derek wakes up and gets a foot to the face. Derek's head is crushed against the wall and the only thing General Manager Xplode does is point out a glass table in his office. Leaving the Airborne Ranger stunned on the wall, Eric heads into Xplode's office and grabs the table and carries it out. Then with a burst of energy, Eric Steel hits a Steel Cutter on the glass table, putting Derek through the glass. Shards cover the Airborne Ranger’s face and chest, giving him minor cuts along with Eric's jacket getting cut and covered in glass. The General Manger of BRAWL claps his hands looking at Eric Steel.
Xplode: Good, but not good enough. Do it again, NOW.
He kicks a trash can over. Without thinking twice, Eric forces Derek to stand up once more and delivers another Steel Cutter on the Trash Can, getting the trash can, his coat and shirt further soaked in Derek's blood. This time, Xplode walks over and pats Eric Steel on his shoulder using a handkerchief.
Xplode: Clean yourself up, Shitborne Failure.
Eric tosses his useless, cut up and blood soaked jacket on Derek. Although covered in blood, Eric smiles and gloats over the Airborne Ranger. Then Xplode tosses his handkerchief on Derek's servery bleeding face. EMTs rush over and check on Derek as Xplode and Eric Steel leave the scene and BRAWL fades to commercial.
The video screen flashes to life after the ring clears, showing us the smiling face of Johnny Raike. The camera pulls back to show him in his trench coat, shorts, and boots.
Johnny: "Well hello Extreme Wrestling Corporation! Great to see you all. And by see I mean talk at, this is prerecorded. Just wanted to pop my sexy little ass in a say hello to all you fine people out there in...Detroit? Ah, son of a bitch, will I never escape this urban pit of terrible? Good not existing god, why does anyone still run here, it's Detroit. Five bucks says most of the people in here won tickets from a radio show, and the remainder had to hock their food stamps. You poor bastards. I know they say beautiful flowers can grow from shit, but this is shit soaked in broken dreams and motor oil. Motown doesn't even make good music anymore."
Johnny rolls his eyes.
"Well, I'll try and make the best of it. First of all I need to thank President Mac for bringing me on board, and apologize for the closing of HCW. I assume that he shuttered it because of my words about hating first blood matches, which wasn't my intention, but I appreciate the desire to keep me happy. It's a nice change of pace from some of my other jobs. And I will repay you, because now you get to plaster this smiling face on your posters and t-shirts. And the marquee. Smell the ticket sales. Just, you know, probably not anywhere in Michigan."
"Now, my plans for this place are pretty simple. Kick a lot of ass, look amazing doing it, get more gold, and show the world just how great and powerful deviants can be. I am here in my ongoing quest to be a lightning rod for the disparate freaks and sluts and burnouts of the world, to show just what one of us, one of you, can do. And if anyone doesn't like it, or thinks I'm some all flash no substance little simpering nobody, then please, step on up and feel the kiss of my vinyl. Until then, I wish joys and joints to you all. Tata!"

FLOYD SHOOTER Vs AXLE AOMORI
FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE
FLOYD SHOOTER Vs AXLE AOMORI
Match Writer: @swift
Dance with the Devil blares through the sound system as the lights go to a blood red color. Axle slowly walks out from the back to a storm of boos and into a cloud of smoke that has come up from the bottom of the stage. He looks around at the crowd with a smirk on his face as he runs his hand through his hair. As he finishes he begins to walk down the ramp towards the ring slowly ignoring any fans that try to reach out to touch him.
Joe Aiello: Here we go!
Jessica Stroup: Introducing first, Double A, Axle Aomori!
Jeremy Piven: Boo!
As he reaches the bottom of the ramp he sees a fan that has a sign that reads "Axle Sucks," Axle rips the sign out of the fans hand and rips the sign which he throws back into the fans face. Axle walks the final bit of the ramp to reach the floor which he then makes a sharp left towards the steps heading up to the ring, as he reaches them he slowly walks up them step by step, when he finally gets to the apron of the ring he climbs through the top and middle ropes, after he has gotten into the ring he walks towards the ropes and yells different words out into the crowd and smirks, as he finishes yelling into the crowd he heads towards his corner and slides down it into a sitting position.
Jessica Stroup: Introducing his opponent …
The initial guitar riff of "I Walk The Line" by Johnny Cash begins to play over the Arena's PA system, as red and orange lights stream down throughout the crowd. Small clouds of smoke waft up around the entrance way, while several tumbleweeds roll across the top of the ramp. Scenes of Cowboys, riding atop galloping horses in to the sunset, play on the EWC Jumbotron.
Jessica Stroup: Floyd “Sheriff” Shooter!
At the entrance way, through the rising smoke, steps Floyd "Sheriff" Shooter with his gaze to the floor and a Cattleman Stetson on top of his head. Floyd lifts his gaze as a smirk spreads across his face. As the crowd erupts, Floyd begins his stroll to the ring. He gives some eager fans high-fives on his way, before rolling underneath the bottom rope on to the canvas.
Floyd grabs his Stetson and slings it in to the crowd, then begins to run the ropes.
The match starts off with a traditional lock up, both men entangling arms and leveraging strength, but the immediate advantage tips in favor of Sheriff Shooter. The slightly bigger of the two breaks the lock up with the intention of going offensive, sidestepping to transition into a waist lock onto Axle, who now struggles to find some technical footing in this battle for an opener.
Joe Aiello: Traditional lock up here, and it quickly turns into the offensive for Floyd Shooter!
Jeremy Piven: Did I mention that I hate cowboys?
Shooter heaves Axle up off the mat, elevating the man into the air briefly, but Axle lands on his feet still struggling with the waist lock. Shooter makes a clean transition into a solid headlock, wrenching down tightly on Double A, who now positions his arm to push Sheriff Shooter into the ropes with a bit of force. Axle Aomori jumps into the air, allowing Sheriff Shooter clearance to glide under him in full motion in route to the opposite ropes. Floyd bounces off once more, heading back towards Axle, who this time hits the mat with a thud, allowing Sheriff Shooter to hop over with ease while keeping his speed.
Jeremy Piven: Surprising agility being showcased.
Joe Aiello: That’s what she said.
Jeremy Piven: Oh, snuck that in there, didn’t we?
Double A rises to his feet for an incoming Floyd Shooter yet again, this time leaping into the air to connect with a dropkick that sends Sheriff Shooter to the mat with a slight thud, shaking the ring from the impact.
Joe Aiello: Amazing dropkick from Axle!
Floyd is a little slow regaining himself, while Axle Aomori capitalizes on the opportunity by grappling onto Sheriff Shooter with every intention to keep this momentum going. Double A sends Floyd Shooter into the ropes once more via Irish whip, but this time backs into the ropes himself so both men are bound for a head on collision. Axle dives forward while twisting his torso, delivering a running wheel kick that knocks Floyd Shooter onto the mat once more.
Jeremy Piven: Check his boots, referee!
Joe Aiello: What? Why?
Double A doesn’t waste any time. He goes for the pin attempt.
One!
Joe Aiello: That won’t put Floyd Shooter away!
Sheriff Shooter kicks out easily, sending Axle Aomori into the reluctance to let up, this time bringing Floyd Shooter into the corner after assisting him to his feet. A few right hands rock Floyd in the corner turnbuckle, but Axle Aomori wants more. The smaller high-flyer sprints across the ring to the opposite corner, and then back with the intention of delivering a diving splash into the corner. Floyd Shooter anticipates it, catching the body of Axle Aomori while in stride and walking out into the center of the ring with him.
Joe Aiello: Uh oh! Floyd Shooter putting the strength on display here!
Jeremy Piven: This doesn’t look good for Axle Aomori.
Thud! Floyd Shooter drops Axle Aomori over with a fallaway slam that generates a loud cheer. It isn’t enough for Sheriff Shooter, who neglects the opportunity for a pin attempt by dragging Aomori up by the head. A tight grapple from the side transitions into a beautiful side Russian leg sweep, taking both men down to the canvas, but Shooter hooks the leg for the pin fall.
One!
Two!
Joe Aiello: Axle gets the shoulder up in time!
Axle Aomori kicks out in time, and it prompts Floyd Shooter to rise the fighter back to his feet. Backing the smaller wrestler into the corner, Floyd Shooter sends Axle into the opposite turnbuckle via Irish whip. Aomori slams into the turnbuckle with force, but somehow takes a small stride towards Sheriff Shooter, but only to be scooped up into a devastating somoan drop! The ring shakes with impact, and it’s enough for Sheriff to go for the pin again.
One!
Two!
Jeremy Piven: This guy doesn’t quit!
Joe Aiello: Axle Aomori isn’t going down that easy!
Axle Aomori kicks out once again, staying in the fight with Floyd Shooter unrelenting on the assault by locking in a tight headlock while both men are still on the mat. A series of claps brings both wrestlers up to their feet. Axle drives an elbow into the gut of Sheriff, prompting the brawler to drop the headlock and clutch his gut. Aomori backs it up with a vicious knife-edge chop, creating a resonating smack throughout the venue. WOO!
Jeremy Piven: Woo? Is that an owl noise?
Joe Aiello: What a strike!
Axle Aomori delivers another knife-edge chop! WOO!
Jeremy Piven: Is there a damn owl in the building?
Joe Aiello: Axle is unloading!
Floyd Shooter writhes in pain while backing up slowly, but it isn’t enough to stop the incoming assault from Double A. Axle Aomori blasts Sheriff with yet another knife-edge chop! WOO! Shooter bounces off the ropes in pain to come face to face with an even more devastating blow, a European uppercut! OOOH! Shooter collapses upon the mat in a heap.
Joe Aiello: Shooter just got the bad end of some vicious strikes, and he’s down and out!
Axle Aomori doesn’t see the opportunity for a pin attempt, but instead brings Floyd back to his feet while ushering him into the corner. Another knife-edge chop echoes throughout the arena, and Floyd Shooter clutches his chest in agonizing pain. WOO! Lifting the brawler upon the top rope in a seated fashion, Axle Aomori ascends the turnbuckle from the front, looking down upon Sheriff before jumping up to deliver a top rope hurricanrana! Floyd Shooter hits the canvas with an insane impact and the fans go nuts! Axle Aomori crawls over to the make the pin attempt!
Joe Aiello: Beautiful!
Jeremy Piven: That was impressive!

Two!
Th-
Joe Aiello: Not enough! Floyd kicks out! So resilient!
Jeremy Piven: That was a narrow escape.
Floyd Shooter kicks out! The place goes nuts, but Axle Aomori just leans over with wide eyes.
Double A wastes no time skittering to his feet and approaching the turnbuckle with determination. Ascending to the rope with catlike reflexes, the technical high-flyer lines up The Phoenix Splash to perfection!
Joe Aiello: Axle Aomori goes to the air! Phoenix Splash! It’s over!
One!
Two!
Three!
Jeremy Piven: Oh my, that was a good finish!
Joe Aiello: Axle Aomori walks away with the victory!
Jessica Stroup: Your winner via pin fall, AXLE AOMORI!
BACKSTAGE
We head backstage where there’s all sorts of commotion going on, the camera catches up with the action as we see Jay Reynolds in just a towel flustered and in panic mode down the hall. The camera pans around to see Chris Maverick chasing after him with a barbed wire steel chair in hand. Jay’s screaming while running down the hall towards the arena exit as Maverick pursuits him.
Jay: Someone stop that fucking mad man!
Jay barges people out of the way backstage as he desperately attempts to lose Maverick and find the back exit as he knocks into Joel Anthony, the same man who he invited to tonight’s broadcast to show Joel Anthony exactly what he’s made of.
Jay: Oh you… not now please!
Joel: Hell yeah now, you’re right, I didn’t want to miss this and I can see exactly what you’re made of. Oh and by the way, look behind you.
Joel has a sick smile on his face as Maverick uses Jay’s distraction to catch up with him.
Jay: Oh fuck no!
Maverick scrapes the barbed wire chair down the back of Jay to the delight of Joel who’s in hysterics with his entourage. Maverick hits Jay across his back who is also trying desperately to keep his towel from falling down and Maverick now has Jay's back bleeding from the barbed wire.
Maverick: Not so tough without your pals now are ya!!!
Jay gets away from the chair swinging Maverick and almost gets away through the exit only for Joel Anthony to launch a basketball held by one of his companions and hitting Jay right on the back of the head knocking him straight into the exit door and Maverick hits Jay over the head with the chair, before Jay finally does get through the exit and into a nearby cab bleeding pretty heavy on the back and forehead and the car skids away leaving a seething Chris Maverick a little happier and he shakes hands with Joel and they share a joke together as we go back to the arena.

As she stand on the top of the ramp taking in the crowd. She bang her head to the music as she walked down the ramp as she stop and take it all in once before jumping on the apron looking around at the crowd singing the song with them. She climb inside of the ring and walked over to the top turnbuckle sinking it all in as she take off her leather jacket and throw it out toward the crowd. She jump down from the turnbuckle ready to fight.
Joe Aiello: This young woman has made a very clear path here in EWC. She wants the EWC Championship and she more than ready to prove it to everyone and anyone. Tonight she has the opponent as she faces off against Kurt Newman.
Jeremy Piven: If she’s successful her tonight and again at Stranglemania X, she could very well become the first woman to win the EWC Championship. Don’t confuse that with Amy Rosen, who was the first woman to win the EWC World Heavyweight Championship, a different title than our the one these two are competing here tonight to fight for at Stranglemania.
Joe Aiello: Right you are buddy. Everyone in EWC, nay in Professional WRESTLING wants to be one of the few to hold the EWC Championship which includes men like Black Ninja, Steve Bennett, FBI, Gladiator, Memphis Reigns, Shadow Man, Hurricane Jeff and “The Elite” Jay Cee. Who will be competing for that title? We’ll find out who one is TONIGHT!
The arena erupts with cheers as Voodoo Child by Stevie Ray Vaughn begins to play throughout the arena. Kurt makes his way out with a cocky smile on his face as billions of flashes from cameras from the fans cover him. The Awesome Title is wrapped around his waist as it shines in all its glory as the camera gets a good look at it. Kurt grabs the camera and brings it up to his face so that you can see his million dollar smile.
Jessica Stroup: Standing at 6'0, 220 lbs from Chicago Illinois..... he is the Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.... KURT NEWMAN!
Jessica Stroup: Standing at 6'0, 220 lbs from Chicago Illinois..... he is the Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.... KURT NEWMAN!
Kurt flips into the ring and makes his way over to one of the ring post as streamers of different colors fill the ring. Kurt claps his hands in celebration as he jumps off the ring post and walks over to a nearby ring post and places the Awesome Title next to it.
Jeremy Piven: Here he is, Kurt Newman. This man has been making one Hell of a name for himself ever since he debuted here a few weeks ago. Tonight he has the chance of locking out Ruthless Aggression and securing himself the main event at Stranglemania.
Joe Aeillo: You’re right, last week he possibly sent Damien Kingston out of the EWC Championship scene at Stranglemania X and now he’s fighting for the right to not only Main Event Stranglemania but the EWC Championship as well.
The referee looks at the two and then calls for the bell. Kurt and Ruth circle around each other for a few moments but Kurt is the first to offer his hand. Being a sportsman, Ruth reaches out and shakes his hand. The crowd cheers for this and gets louder as Kurt jumps up and hits a Pele Kick. Ruth stumbles towards the ropes and leans on them. Bouncing off opposite ropes, Kurt builds up steam as he drives a knee into Ruth’s back.
She yells out and tries rolling out the ring and successfully does so. Kurt leaves the ring with her and turns Ruth around, nailing a knife edge chop but Ruth returns one of her own. Kur first back and drives his knee into her gut. Looking under the ring, Kurt finds a trashcan, pulls it out and dumps the weapons contained inside over his opponent. Ruth tires to shield herself from bricks, cheese graters, street sighs and wine bottles. Kurt lifts the trashcan high but Ruth throws her leg straight up in between Kurt’s legs and he drops the trashcan on his head. The guys in the audience share in Kurt’s pain.
Jeremy Piven: Oh and you know every single guy shares in Kurt’s pain, regardless of age. I know I’m feeling it too.
Joe Aiello: But that’s most likely not enough to get Kurt to forfeit this match.
Grabbing the cheese grater, Ruth first hits Kurt with a Lariat, knocking him down. He gets up and once more she knocks him down. This time his head hits the trashcan and he stays down. Using the cheese grater, she slides it back and forth across his head. He screams bloody murder on the first slice removes some flesh and makes his forehead very raw. The referee grabs the mic and holds it to Ruth first.
Ruthless Aggression: Do you give up?!
…
……
……..
Kurt Newman: NEVER!!
Kurt feels around for a weapon and feels a wine bottle. With as much strength as he can, Kurt swings the bottle and knocks off Ruth. She stumbles forward and hits the stairs. Fearing for his good looks, The Big Bad Voodoo Daddy grabs the camera, see’s he has no real scaring or blood, smiles at the camera and gives it back. Running up behind Ruthless Aggression, Newman runs past her and hits a Bulldog on the stairs.
Not letting up his assault, Mr. Awesome grabs the Queen of Hardcore and helps her to the announcer’s positions. They look at the Joe Aiello and Jeremy Piven and continue to do their jobs. Grabbing the ring bell, Kurt places Ruthless over his knee and begins to spank her with the bell, metal side first. The referee holds the mic by her mouth.
Kurt Newman: You’re a bad, bad girl! Stop being a bad girl, say the magic words and I’ll stop
…
…..
…….
Ruthless Aggression: Up yours, dude!
Jeremy Piven: Don’t expect any less from them. They’re going to give as much guff and flak back as they possibly can.
Joe Aiello: You’re right, there’s just too much on the line tonight.
Growing tired of spanking his opponent, Kurt pushes her off and begins to stomp on her lower back. However, Ruthless rolls away and reaches under the ring to pull out a fire extinguisher and empties it on Kurt Newman’s face. Unable to see, Kurt stumbles around and hits the barricade. The Queen of Hardcore drops the weapon and hits a Bulldog of her own on Kurt. The two jump over the barricade and Kurt lands on the ground hard but so do Ruth.
The energy from adrenaline has Ruth too high to notice her pain at the moment. She grabs a drink and pours it over Kurt making him wake up and get back up. He steals a can from someone’s hand, shakes it up and sprays it at Ruth’s eyes. She heads up the stairs and Kurt helps her out but she counters with an elbow to his midsection and helps him up the stairs. They near the concession area and Ruth tosses Kurt over the counter. She gets around only seeing Kurt is on his knees and throwing hotdog buns at her.
She looks away but gets smacked in the face with buns, hot dogs, several bags of popcorn and finally Kurt begins emptying beer bottles on her while singing.
Kurt Newman: She’s my cherry pie! Cool drink of water, such a sweet surprise! Tastes so good, make a grown man cry, SWEET CHERRY PIE!
Jeremy Piven: That song is horrible and so is his singing.
He takes a beer bottle and smashes one against her back and the other against the back of her head. Once down, Kurt locks in a Camel Clutch. She screams loudly and tries to resist the pain of the attack.
Kurt Newman: Say it, Ruth! Admit you’re finished with this match and the pain is too much, girlfriend!
..
….
……
Angry now, Kurt releases his submission and tries walking away. However, Ruthless fights back by tosses some of the cans and beer bottles at him. Kurt yells as the weapons strike him all over his body including his groin and head. She runs over and hits a Hurricarana on Kurt, then throws him thrown the popcorn display case. The glass shatters, sending shards of glass everywhere and into his back. Kurt slowly gets out with several cuts all over his back as Ruth has several on her legs herself.
This doesn’t slow either down as she pelts him with salt, pepper and napkin dispensers. Each one hurting more than the last and Kurt yells as each one strikes him hard. He stumbles through the backstage, sees a cake, pulls out a piece and toss it at Ruth. Seeing cake over hear gear, she grabs some fresh BBQ and the two start a food fighting. Chicken Caesar salad, croutons, fish sticks, hot dogs, hamburgers and potato salad fly around the room and cover several people including wrestlers from earlier in the night and stage hands. Ruth hits Kurt hard in his knees with several Coke cans, dropping him down. She walks over, hits a Snap Suplex and puts Kurt through a table back first as vinegar gets into his open wounds. She grabs the mic and presses one of her knees into his chest.
Ruthless Aggression: Do you give up? Have you had enough pain?
…
……
………
Kurt Newman: NEVER!
Jeremy Piven: What the HELL? Is this a wrestling match or a food fight? These two are throwing anything and everything they can at one another.
Joe Aiello: They’re doing everything they can to win this match! So why not humiliate their opponent a little more and cover them in food or beer or anything for that matter.
Ruth gets up and notices a door to the boiler room. However Kurt sees it first and drives a fist upward in between Ruth’s legs, causing her gasp loudly for a hard crotch shot and Kurt’s fist driving into her gut. With a hand full of her hair, Kurt tosses Ruthless into the doors which fly open. The referee and a camera man follow through as the two throw and bash each other off different pipes and such. Seeing a pipe, Kurt grabs it and swings for Ruth’s head; she barely ducks it and punches Kurt in his gut. He throws wrench and breaks a fire extinguisher.
Thinking quickly, Ruth grabs a bag full of screws thumb tacks the proceeds pours them on the floor. With Kurt feeling a bit sluggish, he stumbles backwards and leans on a boiler. The Queen of Hardcore hits several fists over his head and tries a Suplex but Mr. Awesome counters and hits a CCS Enzugiri which in turn causes Ruth to fall down and hit the screws and tacks hard. She yells loudly as they stick in her skin refuse to get out.
Jeremy Piven: Damaged goods!
Ruth slowly crawls to a table and grabs a window pane laying on a table. Luckily, Kurt notices on himself and grabs a pane. The two stand up, turn around and swing their panes at one another. The glass shatters on the others face and both are instantly bleeding. They fall down and slowly take time to recover.
Joe Aiello: It’s almost over; these two have beaten and pelted one another with everything and anything they could.
Jeremy Piven: You’re telling me, how much longer can this go on? I’m a sadist and all but this might be a little too much.
Noticing a wicker chair, Ruth us it to stand up and places it against the wall. Once it’s where she wants it, she grabs some nearby chains and ropes and throws it past Kurt. He starts getting up but the Queen of Hardcore grabs a pipe and swings it down on Kurt’s legs and back. He yelps loudly and hits the ground hard as his opponent brings it down over his back several times. Once he stopped moving, Ruthless grabs her opponent, and shoves him down hard in the chair. She then ties his feet down with chairs and around some boiler pipes as ties his hands behind the chair with the rope. Once he cannot move, Ruth takes another rope and makes a very large knot. She pours some cooler water over Kurt’s face to wake him up. He notices his situation and is worried from his facial expressions.
Kurt Newman: What the Hell?
Ruthless Aggression: Want to see why I'm the Queen of Hardcore?
Without waiting for an answer, Ruth swings the knot into her opponent's gut, then into his legs. Each time he cries out as the knot weighs a good deal. She lays it down, picks up a Steel Chair and begins to smash it all over his body. Still refusing to say anything, Ruth picks up a lead pipe and readies it by his mouth.
Ruthless Aggression: I can keep going. How about you, Kurt? Do you give up or do you need a few more hits?
Kurt Newman: .....I QUIT!
Despite all his pain, Kurt refuses to sound as if he was in pain. While the blood hid any tears Kurt’s tough voice didn’t break at all either. The referee raises her hand as several EMTs and referees help out Kurt from his situation.
Jessica Stroup: Here is your winner, RUTHLESS AGGRESSION!
Jeremy Piven: HOLY HELL! Was that last part vicious! Kurt and Ruthless left it all on the table in this match
Joe Aiello: I have to agree with you there. God DAMN is Ruthless Aggression just that. I had no idea how far that woman would go for a win but now we all know! Ruthless Aggression will be one of the people to compete for the EWC Championship at Stranglemania.
Kurt Newman is checked on by EMTs as Ruthless Aggression is helped out of the boiler room by the referees and EMTs.
Joey Aiello: Well, that wraps up another exciting episode of Monday Night Brawl! I cannot wait to see what happens next week in Vancouver
Jeremy Piven: Hopefully we will get to hear from Xplode and President Mac. Not having either of them come out this week was shocking, and might show more then anything.. something is brewing backstage between the two
Joey Aiello: Either way, we have one person in the Main Event of StrangleMania X ... who will join Ruthless? Stay Tuned next week to see if we find out! Good Night from Detroit.
