Narration by Joey Styles over clips of Monday Night Brawl’s past events.
“In the evolutionary sport of wrestling, very few networks, federations, coalitions, or broadcasts have made an impact like the EWC has. And with it’s ever growing populous of fans and fanatics, the EWC is on a steady rise to what many believe could be the very end of your WWE’s and TNA’s alike. With success like that, and a progressive rate completed with a steady incline in the stock market, the EWC appears to be going up...and up...and up...without faltering. The beginning of it’s dominance started back before it was called the EWC. However, many believe that the selling to, and buying of by the current President, Danny Mac, might have been the smartest thing in its existence. With the introduction of the EWC staple show, Monday Night Brawl, the EWC was on it’s way to greatness. Crowning the greats like Shadow Man and Memphis Reigns. Watching the rise of Jesse Nunez, and the apocalyptic take over of Retribution Incorporated. It is easy to say that Monday Nights were changed from your boring, work week beginner. To the exciting, ever anticipated day that brings together over half the world.”
Scene fades in to a smiling Joey Styles.
“Tonight, we celebrate the eleventh birthday of Monday Night Brawl. We pay homage to the greats that have entered that very ring, and are lucky enough to have a few of those very wrestlers return for what could be their very last matches in an EWC ring. Tonight, we explore the very foundation of the EWC...the very base, heart, and core, that makes wrestling the greatest sport of all time. Tonight...we give birth to a new era...eleven has past...but there is so much ahead.
Lights....
The lights in the room go black. The sounds of cheering fans begin to fade in...
“Camera...”
The scene jumps from the broadcast booth to the Pyongyang arena in North Korea. The fans are on their feet, pyros are exploding, and the celebration has begun.
“Action.”
Monday Night Brawl’s music hits the PA and the fans emerge with a cloud of energy. The lights fill the arena, and the spectacle is something far greater than words can express.
Skippy – Ladies and gentlemannnnnn......................TONIGHT WE CELEBRATE THE BIRTH OF MONDAY...NIGHT...BRAWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Aiello – It’s a packed house Skip, and the fans in North Korea just might be the most enthusiastic I have ever seen.
Skippy - No doubt about that Aiello. And for damn good reason to. Monday Night Brawl is eleven years old today. And from the very lips of mac himself...”Here’s to another eleven more.”
Aiello - It’s a good thing too, because I’m not sure I could make a living at anything else.
The lights in the arena fade to black.
Skippy – And emerging from all this excitment is our President Danny Mac.
Mac makes his way through the entrance corridor and stands with his hands held high. The audience cheers in excitement, hoping for good news. He motions with his hands for the audience to quiet down. The crowd responds by taking their seats and paying attention.
President Mac – If you had told me last year that It would be possible to host a show in North Korea, I’d have slapped you across the face and told you you were crazy. However...after the goosebumps on my arms subsided, and the hair on the back of my neck finally came to rest...I realized that the energy in the place might be the most spiritual thing I have ever experienced.
The audience responds with cheers and clapping.
President Mac – I plan to return the favor, because your hospitality has been more than inviting. Tonight...the main event could be the greatest match ever put on in Brawl history. Tonight, the lot of you get to experience the tag team of Shadow Man and Moses Lake...going against the hall-of-famer Hurricane Jeff, and the fastest rising star in Brawl history...Jesse Nunez.
The crowed stands with excitement as he cracks a smile.
President Mac – Tonight...we make history. And each and every one of you will be a part of it. Tonight is about you...all of you. The people who made Brawl the show it is today. The people who pampered and comforted the EWC all these years. Because of you, we get to do this for a living. Because of you, we live our dreams. So we thank you...in our very own...very special way...we thank you.
Mac takes a bow and makes his way to the back. Shortly after Mark Carrano’s music hits the PA and he makes his way to the ring, followed closely by Simon Reed. Before the match began, Sinbad came out and introduced two more competitors for the match, making it a fatal four way. Brett Unknown and Noah Rodgers would join the two in the ring.
The match lasted a few moments before an unexplainable anomaly occurred. The lights in the arena went out, and seconds later flipped back on. We find the four men laid out in the middle of the ring. The ref calls a no contest and the paramedics rush to the ring to escort the four men out on stretchers. We cut to the back and find a frustrated Sinbad.
Sinbad – That better be the only *** damn interruption tonight or I am going to kick some major ass.
President Mac – Take a breather Sinbad. Tonight is a celebration. Try and enjoy it...
Sinbad cracks his knuckles and nods in agreement.
Sinbad – Right...enjoy it.

Skippy #2 is walking through the back halls of the arena with nachos in his hand when all of a sudden, he hears his name called.
Skippy: Who dat? Who there?
A man in a white lab coat steps out into the hallway. We then see that it’s Kenny Riboflavin in a fake mustache. He approaches skippy and shakes his hand.
Kenny: Hello there, skip. Nice smile you have. Pity that all of this Korean food will destroy those handsome molars.
Skippy: I have always taken pride in my smile….
Kenny: Which is why you should step into my office.
Skippy: What’s your name, fair doctor.
Kenny: My name is Dr. Art Vandelay. And if you haven’t noticed by now, I’m a dentist.
Skippy: So how much is this service going to cost me.
Kenny: Eh, one of those nachos.
Skippy gladly turns over a nacho. We cut to a later scene of Skippy in a dentist’s chair.
Skippy: You know, my mom always said I had great teeth, my mom was always right….
Kenny pulls out a gigantic syringe with “BLAMMO” written on the top part.
Kenny: That’s right, bitch!
Skippy: What?
Kenny tears off the fake mustache, and dives on Skippy, injecting him with the contents in the syringe. Skippy struggles for a second, and then stops Whatever Kenny used has caused him to go almost into a coma like state. Kenny gets up off of Skippy, and pulls a walkie talkie out of his lab coat. Breathing heavily, he says
Kenny: Phase…One...is…complete.
The scene fades to the ring. An announcer is standing in the middle holding a microphone.
Announcer: Introducing first from Kerry, Ireland! Weighing in at 201 pounds! He is The Irish Phenomenon, Illusion!
I am an Illusion" Rob Thomas hits the PA system and the crowd begin to cheer. After a few moments Illusion appears from behind the curtain. Illusion stands at the top of the ramp and flashes his award-winning smile at the crowd. He looks left, winks, puts up his hand and raises his index finger. Silver pyros explode stage left. He repeats this to the right side then walks down the ramp. Illusion walks up the steps and enters the ring. He stands in the middle and one more time flashes his award-winning smile as the music fades out.
Announcer: Introducing next, for Atlanta Georgia! Weighing in at 265 pounds! He is the current International champion!!! He is, John Green!!!
Between Angels And Insects" by Papa Roach hits the P.A. system and the crowd gets on their feet as Green walks from behind the curtain. Green stands at the beginning of the ramp as he looks at the crowd with a smile on his face, And then poses with his International Championship. Green starts to walk down the ramp slapping the hands of fans while raising his International title in the air. John gets inside the ring and goes to a turn buckle and does his Signature pose while raising his title in one hand. He then jumps off the turnbuckle and goes to another turnbuckle. The crowd gets on their feet again as he poses on the turnbuckle with his championship. He jumps off. Green has a big smile on his face as he walks up and around the ring.
The bell rings, as both men meet in the center ring. Illusion extends a hand, in which Green accepts, but uses it to his advantage as he plants a knee to Illusions mid-section. John Green whips Illusion to the ropes, and John Green comes charging at Illusion with a clothesline, in which Illusion ducks under. Illusion comes back with a flying clothesline in return!
Skippy: Illusion’s coming out like a house of fire!
John Green gets to his knees but is knocked down again, with flying drop kick. Illusion raises his arms, as the crowd cheers him on. Illusion grabs John Green by his hair pulling him to his feet. Illusion nails John Green with a string of chops to the chest, before tossing him into the ropes. Illusion misses an attempted clothesline, and instead is pulled in for a huge spine buster however Illusion is able to grab hold of John Green before driving his face into the mat!
Skippy: Beautiful counter!
Aiello: Wow, this has been rather one sided…didn’t expect this! !
John Green rolls on the mat grabbing hold of his face; he looks to be very agitated. Illusion approaches John Green before setting him up for the Slight of Hand (Twist of Fate) John Green however drops down, and nails Illusion down blow before setting up for the Head-Splitter! John Green pulls out a steel chair, and a sledge hammer before rolling them both under the ring rope. Illusion can’t believe his loss, and slowly makes it back to his feet—he turns around only to be rocked with a steel chair across the face!
Aiello: John Green said he was going to end Illusion here tonight! !
John Green wraps the steel chair around the neck of Illusion, before picking up his International title—rubbing it into the face of Illusion. John Green straps the belt around his waist, before picking up the sledge hammer. John Green lifts the hammer up above his head, as he taunts the crowd.
Skippy: No, not this! Don’t do it, Green! !

Cut to commercial Break.
