The fans are shown cheering loudly as the camera feed pans back and forth! Home made signs are pumped up and down as fireworks emit behind them, adding yet another reason for the excitement in the arena!
The television feed promptly switches to the announcer's booth, where Joe Aiello sits with the mustachioed Jeremy Piven. Aiello begins to speak over the still playing Monday Night Brawl theme music.
Joe Aiello: Welcome to Monday Night Brawl, folks! Live from the Mile One Centre in St. Johns, Newfoundland and Labrador for the first time ever!
Jeremy Piven: Aren't those dog names, Joe?
Joe Aiello: I don't think that's too relevant right now, Jeremy. We've got way too much to attend to tonight with Night of Champions just on the horizon now! In fact it looks as if Jessica Stroup while begin the show with some news for us.

The feed cuts to the the fans cheering as they pump their fists, rallying behind the Monday Night Brawl theme music. As the camera pans back and forth, we see some of the lucky few in attendance. Each one is fully in the moment!
The Feed then pans to the ring where we see Jessica Stroup. Dressed in a sparkling evening gown, she smiles as she raises the microphone to her lips to speak. The fans cheer upon seeing her.
Jessica Stroup: Ladies and Gentlemen.. Put your hands together and welcome back, the EWC General Manager.. XPLODE!!!
The fans stand up and unleash a round of cheers and jeers, shaking the very arena to it's core as "The Enemy" by Godsmack begins to play! A smoke machine slowly emits a layer of fog as the lights dim to a dark crimson red glow! Stepping into view, dressed in a sharp suit, is Xplode.
The fans really let loose now, causing the camera feed to shake.
Looking around the arena, Xplode chews on a large piece of gum. His right arm is in a sling, tightly packed to his rib area. Walking down the rampway, Xplode stomps mid way and looks at the fans on each side of him. Various fans bow and offer their respect as he keeps a look of focus upon his face. Satisfied, he heads to the ring now and steps through the ropes.
Aiello: Here he is, our EWC General Manager! He seems to have dropped some weight since we last seen him. It looks like he is getting back in fighting shape!
Piven: And let his hair grow out too. I think we are seeing a big change in Xplode tonight. That may be a bad sign for President Mac and team EWC. I can't wait to hear what he has to say..
Xplode pauses a moment on the ring apron before stepping into the ring.
Once inside the ring, Xplode accepts a microphone as the fans continue to scream with excitement! Camera flashes flicker all around him, offering respect to the long time EWC superstar.
Aiello: Listen to these fans! They are really showing their respect for that man tonight! Welcome back, boss!
Fans (Chant): DES-TROY-ER! DES-TROY-ER!
Xplode nods his head in mutual respect as he waits for his chance to speak. Finally, the arena calms down and he gets that opportunity.
Xplode: Thank you.
The fans cheer one more time as Xplode gestures for silence.
Xplode: You know, sometimes it takes a whack to the head to make someone think about things. As most of you know, two weeks ago, I was attacked by Kurt Newman backstage. I have to admit, I sort of saw it coming but my ego may have got the better of me. Wearing a suit and tie every day, and driving out to sit behind a desk instead of standing in a wrestling ring changes a man's way of thinking. While I still believe that my veins flow with tiger blood and my soul is that of a warrior, I made the fatal mistake of letting my guard down. Newman saw this, and took advantage of that.
I can assure you.. it will never happen again.
Xplode paces the ring.
Xplode: I have either defeated the best in this industry in the ring, or scared them away during my career. Ask any promoter in the industry who their top three talents that they have experienced in their lifetimes, and I guarantee you that my name will come up each.. and every time. I have earned that right, and I am proud of it. Like me or not, you will still respect me. In the case of Kurt Newman, I felt I had nothing to prove due to my achievements.. but I was wrong. Somehow, I forgot that every day I pick my head from off of my pillow in the morning is another chance to be greater than I had the day before. I need to remain hungry.
Two weeks ago, Kurt Newman was hungrier than I was.
So.. no. I am not out here to challenge Newman or defend myself. I respect him far more than I had before. Newman showed me that he is willing to cross the damn line and reach out for the things that he believes in. He made an example out of me. So.. good for him.
I would like to offer a bit of advice to him, however. Kurt Newman has awakened the beast within me. I now remember the man that I am, and have found my way again. What took place between Newman and myself will NEVER happen again. I have 35 staples to remind me of that, running the length of my forearm. These marks of war will be very useful. You see, I am about to step in the ring and face a man whom most consider the greatest competitor in EWC history. This is not the first time that I have been in this position. Sure, there will be talk of how I have never won the EWC title but let me remind you all ahead of time as to who still has a money in the bank title opportunity in this ring. I have chosen to hold on to my title shot for just the right moment. I worked my ass off to get that shot, and I have waited an eternity to be in this position. Now.. time can wait for me to decide when it will happen.
Xplode walks around the ring for a time, looking off in the distance.
Xplode: My focus has instead been on the war between Mac and I. I watched, from the comforts of my hospital bed last week, as Mac ordered a cease fire. First and foremost, I would like to take this moment ad remind President Mac and whomever he puts in charge around here that he holds NO power of myself.. and the Coalition. We do what we want.. WHEN we want. Yet, as I listened to him, and thought about his words, I have to admit, I found myself agreeing with him. The EWC has been busted up pretty bad. The locker room is tired, bruised, and worn out to exhaustion. While I do believe that in order to build a new order, the old one has to come crumbling down.. this is not how I wanted to achieve that. Like it or not, I love the EWC and will fight until my last drop of blood has been spilled to defend it's name! THE EWC IS MY LIFE...
And so..
It is time for this war to come to an end. Two men will square off, in the Hell in a Cell, and they will decide the fate of the entire locker room. Shadow Man, the self proclaimed face of the EWC will once again make a joke of the industry and try to tap dance his ass through yet another EWC historic moment. To this point, he has faced men that were so caught up in Shadow Man's smoke and mirrors gimmick that they had already given up before the match had truly even started. Shadow Man's opponents have all had one thing in common.. They have feared him.
That won't happen with me.
You see, I don't buy into his little song and dance. When it comes to achievements in the EWC, he may have a longer rap sheet than I do but make no mistake about it, my legacy in this industry makes Shadow Man's life story look like something that should be aired on the Cartoon Network! I am the real deal, the predator of the EWC, and I take my match with Shadow Man very seriously. Once that bell has been rung, I will not be satisfied with a victory at Night of Champions... nothing short of breaking his back will suffice. Shadow Man will have to prove that he is more than a funny guy with a taco if he wants to put up a fight against me. This is what I am bringing to the ring in a few weeks... and this is how things will go down.
Xplode checks his watch as the fans start to get loud once more!
Xplode: One way or another.. the war will come to an end.
The countdown to Night of Champions has begun. Another EWC legend will step in to the ring and face me, and another legend will fall. I am known around the world as the destroyer of worlds for a reason. At Night of Champions.. I will earn that damn name once again.
The fans cheer as Xplode's theme song kicks back on. Xplode remains in the ring as they show their respect!
Aiello: You heard it here, folks. Night of Champions is the final battleground! Xplode has accepted Shadow Man's stipulation for what will most certainly be one of the greatest matches of all time! We will be back after a word from our sponsor and get this show underway!
The feed slowly fades out as we see Xplode exiting the ring to a round of cheers!
