Aiello: Hello and Welcome one and all to another sold out Monday Night Brawl. We are coming to you live from beautiful Dallas Texas, and with me as always are Steve Bennett and Max Carter. Of course, the talk of the town is last nights incredible Super Bowl in Houston, where the New England Patriots came back from being down 21-0 to win in the first ever Super Bowl to reach Over-Time
Bennett: Look, Tom Brady has taken a beating over the years and deservedly so, but last night, he fucking showed the entire world what he was made of. He willed the Patriots back to life and led them to victory. Five Super Bowls for the guy. Love him or not, last nights performance demands respect
Carter: Roger Goodell couldn't get off that platform any quicker then he did. You could tell it was awkward as all hell when Kraft had to listen to Roger congratulate them. I bet Brady would love another suspension next year, so he can rest 4 games once more.
Aiello: And yet another Regular Season MVP fails to win the Super Bowl. It's happened every time since the year 2000. Almost a bigger curse than the Madden Curse
Bennett: Shut the hell up with these curses. Fuck. There is a curse for you. Shit. And another one.
Aiello: We have an action packed show for you tonight. So much happened behind the scenes last week, and then ringside and in the ring, last week was an absolute gong show at times, but all of that is fueling tonight's slug fest where a number of new and old feuds are coming to a head
Bennett: Three Monday's from now is Hardcore Revolution, and I am more than positive we will start seeing some seeds planted tonight and next week as to who from BRAWL will be facing each other
Carter: We have something going on backstage ..
John pauses before continuing
Blade: If you just give me ...
President Mac enters the scene and sits down ... he pauses and then starts to speak
Aiello: Yikes, Chase Rex was just signed last week and he is already making his presence in the EWC known by attacking one of the fan favorites in John Blade backstage
Bennett: I like him already
Carter: Ladies and Gentlemen we need to cut to a commercial break, but don't go anywhere we'll be right back with our first match of the night!

We cut to the backstage where John Blade is spotted inside the personal training room of President Mac
Blade: Mr Mac thank you for meeting with me again. I took your advice and I won my match. Now I ask that you please take me seriously and give me an opportunity to win a title

Blade: If you just give me ...
President Mac enters the scene and sits down ... he pauses and then starts to speak
Mac: John, I don't know how you keep getting these meetings with me, nor do I appreciate you talking to me while I'm in the bathroom. It's creepy and just weird
Mac smirks as John looks down ashamed
Mac: Look kid, I appreciate how excited you are ... but I've told you a million times before, you need to earn a title shot. You are 2-1, that's a solid start. That's a very good start. Come back and see me when that win total hits 5 or 6. If you can get 5 more wins, and keep that loss total to 1 or 2, then I'd say you'd be in a good position for a title shot
Mac pats John Blade on the shoulder and escorts him out of the room. Before John can turn around the door is already closed
Blade: I just want my sho...
Before John can finish his thought, newly signed Chase Rex walks down the hall
Chase: Who the hell are you?
Blade: I'm Joh...
Before John can finish, Chase Rex kicks him in the groin and then slams Johns head into the wall, knocking him out instantly
Chase: I decided I didn't give a shit. Welcome to my world
Chase spits on John and walks away

CODE NAME: PHANTOM
VS SETH
Code Name: Phantom and Seth were both making their debuts here tonight in Dallas. Big Daddy came out with an all out attack and quickly got the fans behind him as he absolutely dominated Phantom. As Seth landed "Hello From The Main Island" he picked up the 3 count, but sadly Phantom laid motionless in a moment that scared even Seth has he screamed for the medical team to come out.
It was a victory Seth will never forget, as it unfortuntaely looks to have ended the career of Code Name: Phantom. Phantom managed to give a thumbs up which got a big pop from the fans. Seth followed along with the stretcher to ensure Phantom made it to the hospital ok
WINNER: Seth
TAG TEAM MATCH
PERRO & MR JONES
VS DONKEY PUNCH
PERRO & MR JONES
VS DONKEY PUNCH
It was a very tough night for The Pack, already losing Code Name: Phantom which clearly weighed heavily on the minds of Perro and Mr Jones. Neither man could muster even a single amount of offense in this match as Donkey Punch easily and quickly defeated Perro and Mr Jones
The highlight of the match was when Donkey Punch hit both the Kentucky Fried and Richmond Poorman on the night in back to back fashion.
WINNERS: Donkey Punch
The lights dim before a few flickering pastel-colored spotlights begin to light up the members of the audience. Ultimately, the rapidly-pulsing lights form one rose pink colored spotlight on the center stage, where Jazzlyn stands in the center of that dull-hued light with a big grin. Her lean body wears a blue "Combo Loading" Mikey Carson shirt that's been sliced up into a tanktop that bares a few inches of her trim stomach, black leggings, and knee-high brown combat boots that those leggings are tucked into. Her multi-colored hair is secured in a ponytail, a few wisps loose and hanging in front of her face. She turned around, per her usual entrance, but instead of showing off her ring coat - she showed off the back decal of the UCI Intercontinental Champion's t-shirt.
While "Karate" by Babymetal reached a crescendo of Japanese notes and power beats, she turned on her heels and excitedly bopped down the ramp. One hand reached out to the side, collecting high fives on the way from everyone within reach. Ascending the stairs, she walked along the outer apron of the ring and gave a pose to the crowd - upon an orchestrating point of her fingers, glitter cannons pointing from beneath the ring skirt explode, dousing the first rows of people in attendance with a flurry of silver sparkles. Excitedly nodding her head with a grin, she pushed into the ring and posed once again, the lights returning to normal while shooting a mile-wide smile to the fans in attendance. "Karate" faded to nothingness while she took hold of a microphone in hand, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear in the process.
Lifting the microphone to her lips, she took a moment to pause, lowering it as she took in the crowd's reactions. The cheers soon broke into a chant, that left her cheeks burning red with humbled humility.
"J-S-J! J-S-J!"
Jazzlyn St. James: Dallas... wow. Just wow!
She lowered the mic from her lips, sucking her lips in from the grin that stretched across her face.
Jazzlyn St. James: It's... kind of surreal to be here, if I do say so myself. Especially when there was quite a bit of back and forth with myself regarding whether or not I actually wanted to muster up the courage to show my face after Brawl 472 in Tampa. It was me and Tommy Esparza... and as much as I wanted to wipe that smug little smirk off of his face... ultimately? He got the best of me. And that was pretty devastating, not just to be fed a big slice of humble pie when it mattered so much not to... but because of everything that led up to that moment!
Her hand went to her hip, that vibrant smile slowly falling to something a bit less content with the result. She glanced to the apron, slumping her shoulders.
Jazzlyn St. James: Y'see, I'm used to people like Tommy and Alexis and anyone who's ever laced up a pair of boots looking at me and thinking they have me figured out. They pull my records, see the check my dad wrote for my training, and paint me as some kind of pampered little daddy's girl. But, Tommy really pushed things too far when he not only took shots at me because of my gender, but when you basically threatened to rape me in the ring! Thankfully... there's a reason he's not scheduled to be here tonight and I am. But... it wasn't always set to be that way...
She could hear the light boos from the crowd at that, before tacking on...
Jazzlyn St. James: The REASON I didn't think I was going to be here tonight is because part of me... this small, little raging fire that burns inside of me... was pretty sure I'd be on a flight back from Taiwan because after what went down in Tampa, I really just wanted nothing more in this world than to head over to PRIME and to kick the head right off of Trixie's shoulders and send it rolling until it hit Nangang!
The cheers roared at that remark, while Jazzlyn eagerly bounced from foot-to-foot, before she eased herself down from the adrenaline rush she was on.
Jazzlyn St. James: So when I decided not to waste the airfare, or the page on my passport, the next big reason I didn't think I was going to make it to Dallas tonight was... honestly? Did I deserve to be here? My supporters, it really has felt like after what happened at Wrestlefest that you guys were all put on this high plane of high hopes for me... and after falling for a cheap roll-up because Alexis didn't want any more of me and coming within just seconds of actually beating someone who violated me as a person... as a competitor... as a woman... it was tough to feel like I didn't let everyone who supported me and believed in me down. It was tough to feel like an athlete that deserved support and respect because lately, I hadn't been able to commandeer it. And after a lot of years, a lot of blood, and a lot of hours spent flying home without anything to show for it... what was in the forefront of my mind was... was it all really worth it? The injuries, the strain on my body, the mental tax that I pay every time I enter this ring and come up short, and I watch those tapes back and see the devastated little girl with the blonde streaks in their hair like mine who's wearing my shirt who looks just absolutely devastated, like I knocked the wind out of them! How many times could I let everyone, including myself, down, before it was just too much to take?
She questioned, grabbing onto the rope and leaning against it, her hands trembling a bit as the overwhelming amount of disdain for those words left her squeezing her eyes closed. She exhaled a heavy sigh, a bit of glassiness overtaking her chocolate-covered gaze.
Jazzlyn St. James: It got me thinking about Winnipeg... my family, my friends, my parents... the people who drove twenty-two hours out to see me and to watch me lose. They deserved better than that. It got me thinking about tapping out to a man who threatened to rape me just two show cycles later, and how devastated the fans were to see that. THEY deserved better than that. They deserved better than everything I could give them. They deserved better than to watch me lose, and all of these setbacks and all of this heartache and every single last detour was just piling on and it was becoming just too much to take. And that's when I got to thinking that maybe I'm chasing something that wasn't meant to be... maybe 2016 and now the beginning of 2017 was a sign that this just isn't for me and I'd be better off back home in Carson City doing... I dunno', anything else, really. Because anything else had hurt less than chasing something I love so much that just doesn't seem to love me back.
She took a moment, pushing off of the ropes that she had been leaning against to glance down at the canvas beneath her feet. "Please don't go! Please don't go!" chants had filled the air. Her grip on the mic tightened, but her head did not raise.
Jazzlyn St. James: But then...
A thunderous roar of applause followed suit as she lifted her head, using her free hand to dab at her waterline with her ring finger.
Jazzlyn St. James: I got to thinking a little more about my family that came to Winnipeg. My friends that went to see me live. The little girls, grown women, even the men who buy my shirts in droves. The ones who, for whatever reason, support me week in and week out, when I can't even find a reason to imagine why they would! And suddenly, my own doubts seemed to matter a lot less. How lucky am I? Really? How lucky am I to wake up and do what I love, every single day of my life, and have people who motivate me in the process? Then it really drove home to me that my biggest problem... is ME. My biggest obstacle is ME. And what I need to overcome is ME. Because Alexis Morrison could BARELY overcome ME! Tommy Esparza needed to all but choke me out to handle me! And I've said it since Wrestlefest, and I say it now because I believe, fully, it is more true than ever. I do believe on any other night... I would be standing in this ring as your EWC International Champion.
Glancing to the camera, it took in the svelte figure of the Canadian.
Jazzlyn St. James: Ashton... Mr. Drake...
She trembled, at the little rousing that the crowd gave her to push forward.
Jazzlyn St. James: I've needed that championship since the day I made my debut at the biggest stage EWC has to offer. Not wanted. Needed. I have absolutely NOTHING left to lose anymore! You have something that I need, and something I'm willing to do whatever it takes to acquire! You've been to war with Xplode... so if I'm not on your radar, I'd understand. But, I besmirch you... keep your eyes open. I've seen the bottom... there's nowhere to go from here but up! And I've got a plan for once I'm up there. I'm coming to collect what I need sooner rather than later! So please... keep that championship polished nicely for me.
"Karate" plays once again, while Jazzlyn bends down to plant the microphone carefully in the corner of the ring to avoid the loud squeal noise that would omit otherwise. After all, at the end of the day, she was still the good-hearted girl from Vancouver. Bending out of the ring, she stuck a hand out as she headed up the ramp, collecting a few high fives on the way up.
ANTHONY GRUNGE
VS TSUJIRI
VS TSUJIRI
Aiello: Well that was the lovely Jazzlyn St James who appears committed and hungry for that International Championship that Drake proudly holds.
Carter: Here we go folks, our next match of the night. This one stemming from an altercation last week on BRAWL where Grunge came to the defense of Emma Louise
Jessica Stroup: Ladies and Gentlemen the following contest is scheduled for one fall, Introducing first from Hollywood,CA weighing in at 210 pounds… ANTHONY GRUNGE!!!
Grunge Comes to the ring and high fives some of the fans and then does a cartwheel into the ring.
Jessica Stroup: And his opponent, from Tokyo, Japan… weighing in at 189 lbs… Toshihiro Tsujiri!!!!
DING! DING! DING!
Aiello: Tsujiri certainly has his work cut out for him tonight, Grunge looks like he is ready to burn the house down.
Bennett: Hold up, Tsujiri was a legend over in Japan, I expect him to bring that same style of violence to the EWC.
Carter: Only one way to find out!
With the match under way, Grunge starts things off with a monster clothsline turning Tsujiri inside out!
Carter: Woah! And what a way for Grunge to make a statement!
Grunge turns looking at the fallen Tsujiri who appears to be completely dazed, he grabs him and hooks him for a suplex lifting him into the air, he twists in mid air bouncing him off the top rope and crashes him down to the mat!
Bennett: Maybe I was wrong… It looks like Tsshu…TIjur… However you say it is about to get a lesson on how we do things in the EWC.
Grunge stands up opening his arms wide as the crowd roars it’s approval! He goes to pick up the Japanese star and Tsujiri counters and pulls Grunge down into a small package!!!

Aiello: Oh my Lord that was close! Grunge almost just got caught sleeping!
Grunge gets up wide eyed shocked at how close that was, before he can react he is met with stiff kicks to the back by Tsujiri!!! Grunge makes it to his feet and locks up with Tsujiri! He overpowers him to the middle of the ring but is taken down with an arm drag take down! Tsujiri is quickly spinning to his feet, as Grunge sits frustrated with himself. The two meet in a stare down once more and this time the lock up and Grunge shoves Tsujiri to the ground! Tsujiri spins back to his feet and sprays Grunge in the face with the GREEN MIST!!! But Grunge saw it coming and ducks out of the way, and lunges forward at the Japanese superstar and nails a superkick!!!
Carter: That mist can be painful if it gets in your eyes—
Bennett: Max it doesn’t tickle…
Aiello: But Grunge saw it coming and landed a superkick to Tsujiri!
Grunge quickly walks up the turnbuckle and flips backwards!
Carter: MOSH PIT!!!
He comes down HARD on Tsujiri, but he doesn’t go for the cover… he shakes his finger “No-No” and he grabs the legs of Tsujiri pulling him to the middle of the ring, and locks in THE IRON MADEN!!! The ref checks Tsujiri and it only takes a moment and he TAPS OUT!!! The ref calls for the bell!!!
DING! DING! DING!
Bennett: Yikes, that's back to back losses for Toshihiro Tsujiri!
Carter: Grunge makes short work of Tsujiri and Brawl management have to take notice of this young man!
Jessica Stroup: Here is your winner…. ANTHONY GRUNGE!!!!
Aiello: We will be back with more Monday Night Brawl .. right after these messages
