-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
WELCOME TO.. UPRISING!!!
"We will Rock You" by Queen blasts in the arena as the show starts off with video footage detailing historic events that have taken place on Future Stars, From past champions like Jason Hunter, Dixie Dubois, Amis Shelton, Magdalena Lockheart; Otaki before switching to new stars Sebastian Conner, Azarel & Draco Lazarus, Elijah Easton; Kyle Gautier to established stars like James Larson, Criss Cassidy, Matt Angel, Lexie Glass, Kristian Bane and Stephan Kingston...and then to the big flip by Xavier Reid onto Maggie Lockheart, breaking through the glass, and finally Xavier Reid standing in the ring with the FSW Championship on his shoulder.
A Pyro show erupts outside the arena!
Followed up by another show inside the arena!!
The camera pans around showing the excited crowd jumping for joy in anticipation for the beginning of the show!
The camera then pans out showing a full scale view of the jam packed arena and zooms in on some crazy fans holding up their signs. Others cheer and clap due to the excitement!!
As the fireworks continue to explode around the arena, the fans begin to chant!
WE LOVE UPRISING!
THE DESTROYER HAS RETURNED!!!
FSW!!!!
THE DESTROYER HAS RETURNED!!!
FSW!!!!
The lights inside the Cow Palace go out as the jumbo screen flickers and comes to life, the fans come to their feet. Further explosions rock the very foundation of the arena as a large video screen is lowered from the rafters, stopping 15 feet above the ring! The fans continue to show their support for a time longer! The camera then pans to ringside where the three newest announcers sit, all of them smiling under the lights!
Jackson: Hello, I am Tom Jackson and this is my FIRST day on the job! Let me tell you, for a first day... this is AMAZING! Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the fresh off of the paint... right off of the showroom floor.... UPRISING!!! Brought to you respectively by the FSW and the EWC itself! I am sitting here with two other talented announcers, one of them I believe that you all know very well! Does she need an introduction?
Hunter: (Laughing) Please do... I don't mind!
Jackson: Absolutely! I am sitting here with a legend in the business... and a former EWC Champion! The first first female world champion in EWC history and wife of Hall of Fame legend... Xplode. Ladies and Gentlemen, the ever gorgeous.... Ruthann Hunter! Hello Ruthann!
Hunter: This is crazy. I am looking around and there isn't a seat open within eyesight! I thought that this was a small production?
Jackson: Oh it was... but incase you haven't noticed, the FSW has really picked up steam over the last few weeks! Currently, its listed as the number 1 ratings draw in it's time slot... and its already being compared to the two big brands in the EWC!
Hunter: I can see that my husband has raised the bar here. He didn't have to work hard to do that either. The talent in that locker room is perfection! So, who is this handsome man to my right?
Calloway: I am Todd Calloway.. and its a pleasure to meet you both. I agree with what you both have said... this is a MADHOUSE!! The FSW has kicked down the damn door and taken over the West Coast! Uprising is here folks... this is where the magic starts! Episode 1... its truly an honor!
The lights dim down now as the fans begin to scream loudly! Smoke billows from the stage area! Rolling into the ring and shrouded in darkness, Stan Gordon smiles at the fans. Dressed in a sharp tuxedo, he accepts a microphone and begins to speak...
Gordon: Ladies and Gentlemen... please welcome... EWC Hall of Famer and 2 Time Undisputed Champion! He is the DESTROYER OF WORLDS.... XPLODE!!!
The Lights dim down as red smoke protrudes from the stage area. The fans completely lose it as "The Enemy" by Godsmack begins to play loudly! Above the ring and above the stage... a video begins to play...
Emerging from the black curtain, Xplode nods as the fans immediately scream their approval! Walking down the ramp way, Xplode shakes a few hands as he arrives at ringside. He then casually walks up the metal steps and enters the ring to a thunderous applause! Once inside the ring, he can barely respond as the screams are deafening! After a few brief moments, Xplode finally gestures for the fans to calm down and allow him to speak...
Xplode: Now this.... this is a damn show!
The fans LOSE IT AGAIN! This time stomping their feet and shaking their fists! Xplode laughs as the arena is amped at what is to come!
Xplode: That's right... this... is... the FSW! THIS IS UPRISING! THIS IS HOW IT WE GET SHIT DONE!!!!
Xplode: I am honored to stand here before you all as I reintroduce this brand to the EWC Universe! How do you like the new arena?! The ring?! The experience?!! What hasn't changed however is the damn good talent in that locker room tonight and trust me when I say that there isn't a soul back there who isn't ready to step into this right tonight... and risk it all.. just to be a part of this moment. None of this would be possible without any of you however... the fans of the EWC. Thank you for showing up here in droves and thank you for the social media responses! Currently, our ratings are the highest that they have EVER been... and thats just the beginning!
Tonight, we have an amazing card to present to you. We have a battle royal to determine who the next number one contender is too. Oh... did I mention that we have a tag team match as well??! Of course.. there is a title defense. The FSW champion will defend that strap against a worthy challenger. It feels good to be here tonight... even if it is just for one night...
President Mac tasked me with revitalizing this brand. He asked me to give it an individual identity. From this day on.. the FSW will fill their own damn seats! We will break down the door and demand to be noticed! We are the Future Stars of this Industry! It begins with us! Many great names have started on this brand and its high time that we were noticed for it! During my career, I didn't let the odds stop me... not once. When people said that I had reached my maximum potential, I defied them and raised the damn bar! When I first took on the job of reshaping the FSW, I was told that it had reached... that maximum potential. Well, looking around at you all and what we have accomplished already, I am going to have laugh at that statement. We are hungry... WE ARE READY.... WE ARE THE UPRISING!!!
So, without further adieu, I bring you the FSW. Tonight, I share my vision with you all. Then, I hand the reigns over to a new GM to take it from there. Let's make history...
Xplode hands the microphone to Stan Gordon as the fans continue to cheer! He then exits the ring and heads up the rampway.
Hunter: I love that man.
Jackson: Xplode is considered the Babe Ruth of the EWC. Based on the changes that I have seen tonight, I can see why. We will be back after these messages as Uprising gets underway!
Calloway: Wait... did X say that he was not going to be GM next week???
The increasing revs of a motor and frequently switching gears of the transmission can be heard echoing off the walls from the buildings above. The sounds are muffled a bit on the inside of the van as the traffic grows louder and louder with the grunts, yelling and screaming from drivers and you can’t forget the constant blaring of the horns and the one finger salutes in the rear-view mirrors. The screen flashes green for a short period of time before static overtakes with a Warning Screen fading in and out.
Grainy footage of the Cow Palace Arena slowly comes into focus before a picture clear as day can be seen, you just can’t overlook the constant shaking of the camera as it bounces in the hands of the handler. A voice can be heard saying "All right Kid, we're in position start hacking."
The first edition of FSW Uprising cuts to ringside, where Stan Gordon is waiting in the center of the ring. Over the buzz of the audience, he puts the microphone to his lips.
Stan Gordon: Ladies and gentlemen, it's my pleasure to introduce to you one of the newest signees to the Future Stars of Wrestling Brand. She is a former mixed martial artist with a career record of 20 wins, 8 losses, and 2 no contests. She is the "Deerfield Destroyer", Sarah Roberts!
"Holding My Breath" by Alien Weaponry comes over the PA, to which Sarah Roberts wastes no time walking onto the stage with a slow and deliberate face. Her face is lit up with an arrogant smirk. Sarah isn't alone, either. Behind her is a shorter woman with large eyeglasses, the arms of which are hidden by a larger-than-needed beanie; it was her manager, Delilah Huang. The duo make their way down the ramp and into the ring, with Delilah hopping onto the ring apron first to separate the top and middle rope with her body. With a quick hop, Sarah is up on the ring apron and through the ropes. Stan relinquishes his mic to Sarah before exiting the ring himself. Sarah paces back and forth while Delilah posts up in the corner, waiting for the music to fade.
Sarah Roberts: "Uprising" feels like the perfect word for this, huh?
The audience rumbles with a cheer.
Sarah Roberts: See, when I was sitting in New York with my FSW contract sitting in front of me - the FSW Uprising branding right there in my face - something felt right. I knew the man in charge now was a vetera not only in the ring, but shocking the system. I knew that Uprising was more than a name, that it's an attitude that this company has worked over a decade to establish. Uprising is wanting to do just that; change the face of the game. That's where I come in. If this brand wants to evolve, it needs a catalyst for that change. If Future Stars of Wrestling want to break out from Brawl and Rampage's shadows, then the herd needs to be culled and new blood needs to flow. I'm that change. I'm the new blood. I'm the wolf that hides amongst the sheep sitting in the back that gets to decide who goes and who stays. To sum it up, I am an unstoppable force of nature that's going to breathe new life into this brand and this company regardless of who gets hurt and what careers are ended in the process.
In turn, the sea of people surrounding the ring let loose with a mixed reaction. It does nothing to sway the smirks residing on Sarah and Delilah's mugs.
Sarah Roberts: Now if I were anyone else, I'd say about half of you don't like what I just said. You're probably the same types that fear change only because what you've become attached to will change. As much as you might disagree with me now, you'll be thanking me later when Dave Meltzer starts breaking his rating system for this show because I got rid of the dead weight. Only the strong will survive, and that is what this brand and this business need in order to continue growing. It's all a part of natural selection; the weak are defeated and the strong stand tall.
At this point in time, Delilah takes the opportunity to catch her client's attention. An inaudible whisper was passed between them, and the mic was handed over from Sarah, to Delilah.
Delilah Huang: In case anything my client has said has been misconstrued or misunderstood, let me clear that air for ya. Ya girl here - Sarah Roberts - is what we would call, "a bad bitch". It's my job to line up the opponents, and it's her job to knock 'em down. If you get made to look like a bitch, that's on you; you best get back to the drawing board or look into a career switch if that's the case 'cause it ain't gonna get any better or easier. It don't matter if you're Johnny Jobber from down the block or that little shit-stain that, somehow, some way, has his grubby mitts all over my client's championship. Future Stars of Wrestling has been put on notice, and the rest of the Extreme Wrestling Corporation better pay good attention to the fuckin' smokeshow that's gonna happen over here. Call it warning shots.
With what will end up being the last for the evening, Delilah proudly hands the mic back to Sarah after saying her piece.
Sarah Roberts: The battle wagon's gonna be crashing through the gates soon enough. It's going to be up to you people if you wanna hop on now; once it gets rolling, there's gonna be no time for changes of heart or fair-weather cling-ons. In case you forgot, I'm Sarah Roberts; "The Deerfield Destroyer", the next step in evolution for combat athletes, and your next FSW Champion.
The mic was dropped and "Holding My Breath" returns to flood the PA. Sarah and Delilah exit the ring as the scene fades to black.

The frantic and steadily fast tapping of a keyboard can be heard throughout the van. The view shifts to the front of the van as it slowly pulls into the Cow Palace Arena front entrance and quickly turns into the over-crowded free parking lot. The van pulls into the middle of the lot and the driver shifts the transmission into park. With a few slower strokes of the keys and than a final thud of the enter key being pressed is heard before “All right guys I’m in, printing the passes now.” a soft shaking voice replies.
The driver replies “Alright boys, lets make the switch.” Like a gunshot had just went off, as soon at the word switch left the drivers man both front doors swung over followed back the split back doors. The van was white in color as three men stepped outside only visible from the waist down. The driver reached in his pocket and pulled out a red roll. He measured three fingers length from the door frame and pulled the roll free before applying it right next to his finger and rolling it along the length of the van. The passenger ‘s feet hit the ground and he pulled his roll free before measuring a full hands width from his door frame and applying the roll down the length of the van on his side. The third man slams both back doors of the van shut and pulls out two white rolls and applies them to the back door.
The passenger reaches inside his door and pulls out a siren light before sticking in on the roof of the van. He reaches in once more and pulls out three blue button up shirts. The three men each put the shirts on and step back to take a look over of their van as it has been transformed into a San Mateo County EMS Van. The same San Mateo County EMS logo rest across the breast pockets of their all matching blue shirt.
“Move Out, lets make our way through the front gate.” They each slide into the front of the van before driving off.
The camera cuts backstage as Xavier Reid walks into the Cow Palace
Followed by his cousin Tlatoani Volando and they are met but new backstage interview personnel Lisa Goldrush, who is standing there with her camera crew…Tlatoani steps forward to meet Lisa...
Tlatoani Volando: Well HELLO there, my name is…
But she walks right past Tlatoani Volando and smiles at Xavier Reid…
Lisa Goldrush: Hello Xavier Reid, I’m Lisa Goldrush, pleasure to meet you.
Tlatoani looks back at Lisa and Xavier and then continues his conversation to thin air…
Tlatoani Volando: Tlatoani Volando, it’s really nice to meet you and I wanted to wish you the best of luck with your new position here in the FSW and if anyone gives you any problems please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to talk to them and remind them that you aren’t just a pretty face but a woman here to do a job you were hired for, that you were not hired because you are sexy...can I say you are sexy...sure I can, but you are also talented in your field and a real journalist, asking the tough question our fans here in the FSW want to know...so
Tlatoani extends his hand and shakes an imaginary hand that would have been Lisa Goldrush
Lisa Goldrush: Anyways as I was saying it’s a pleasure to meet the champ and I wanted to get a few words from you about tonight’s title defense…
Xavier Reid: Well it’s a great opportunity here tonight to show the fans of Daly City what they are in for now that the FSW has made the Cow Palace their new home. See our new GM Jaden Hunter has a vision for what he’s hoping the FSW will become under his leadership and I want to share in that vision...as his FSW Champion.
Lisa Goldrush: But that could all end here tonight before it even begins as Mark McNair has declared that tonight he will end your championship reign and help usher in this new era with a new champion…
Xavier Reid: Yeah and my cousin was hoping to be the first one around here to nail you...want to know the difference between those two dreams.. he has a realistic chance of making that happen.
Tlatoani winks at Lisa who just ignores him
Xavier Reid: I know Mark thinks he’s ready to stand in my shoes, to be the man that represents the FSW and be it’s champion but I once thought I was ready to jump off the roof of my house with a bedsheet for a parachute and I couldn’t have been more wrong about that outcome and Mark will find out tonight that our last encounter was not a fluke but the reality that is life, that inside that ring Xavier Reid is just better than Mark McNair...that he is not in my league and that his time is not now, it will be a painful lesson, one that will see him fall down the ladder quicker than it took him to climb but it will be educational for him. See this isn’t fantasy land where everyone gets to take their turn with this title, that we don’t pass it around like the class pet to take home for the weekend, no this belt is for the elite of the FSW and Mark McNair does not fit that description.
Lisa Goldrush: But he has his chance here tonight…
Xavier Reid: A chance he wanted, see the smarter play would have been to sit on this shot, to wait and learn from his past failures inside that ring with me but like hot head he is he rushed right back into that ring thinking this time will be different and why...because he wants it to be? Because he feels it’s his time to hold this belt...well he’s sadly mistaken and tonight in front of these fans here in the Cow Palace I will remind him, these fans and anyone who needs reminded why I’m standing here with this belt and why they are not...now, it was nice to meet you but I have a match to get ready for…
Xavier walks away leaving Lisa standing there with Tlatoani…
Tlatoani Volando: So...any plans for after the show?
Lisa rolls her eyes and walks away…
Tlatoani Volando: I’ll be around...nice to meet you...
Show Opener
Fatal Fourway Match
Marquee vs Iggy Swango vs Maurice Yensmen vs Bob
The fans rally behind this match as all four superstars prepare for the sound of the bell. Swango is the first out of the gate as she rushes Bob, looking to make a statement right away. Swango is impressive, and her technical skills are evident. Yensmen and Marquee lock up in what turns into a battle of strength. Yensmen is slightly faster than Marquee, taking advantage of this with sharp suplexes followed up by a sidewalk slam! Swango continues to lay into Bob, driving him up and over the top rope with a thunderous clothesline!
Yensmen, now fully amped, drives Marquee into the mat with a powerful bodyslam. Swango rushes up behind him however and nails a neckbreaker, driving Yensmen into the mat with authority! Swango then panders to the fans, her arms held high in victory. She turns around and catches a drop kick to the face from a freshly rejuvenated Bob! Bob follows this up with a elbow drop.. and then another elbow drop! The fans are behind him! Bob then backs up and signals for his finsher. Swango stumbles to her feet. Bob is then spun around and speared by Yensmen! Yensmen then kicks back up to his feet and nails his finisher on Swango.. the Liberty Spear! Yensmen stumbles backward, a smile on his face as he has cleared house in the ring!
Yensmen rushes to Swango for the pin...

Yensmen shoves Marquee into the corner of the ring but is then spun around and driven into the mat with a DDT by Bob!! Bob is AMPED as he then drives a boot into Marquee's gut! He then pulls a fist back but is now lifted and driven into the mat by Swango! Swango kicks back up to her feet... just in time to be snatched up and driven into the mat by Marquee! Marquee then grabs Bob and locks him into position. Marquee picks up Bob and nails his finisher.. The Grand Marquee! Gordon: Your winner.... Marquee!!!
(Winner: Marquee)
Yensmen is irate as he notices Marquee having his arm raised in victory! Yensmen rushes Marquee and spears him into the mat, unleashing a hellish storm of knuckles and elbows! Marquee fights him off for a time but Yensmen's assault is undeniable! A group of security teams rush down the rampway and slide into the ring to break up the action! All hell is breaking loose now as guards hold back Yensmen and Marquee! Just as everything seems under control, Swango surprises the ring as she begins to attack anyone near her with a metal chair! Yensmen attempts to use the diversion to get at Marquee but Marquee rolls out of the ring, a smirk on his face as he backs up towards the stage area! Swango continues to lay out everyone with the chair until she clears the ring! Finally, Yensmen and Swango are face to face with one another. No words are exchanged... just glares. The fans begin to chant: HOLY SHIT!!! HOLY SHIT!!!!
Jackson: WOW!!! This match really turned things up a notch! Can you believe this?!
Hunter: Swango proved tonight that she refuses to take no for answer. Marquee may have snagged the win here, but I think it was Swango who stole the show!
Calloway: My boy Maurice Yensmen was a figgin predator out there!! I have a feeling that we have not seen the last of Yensmen versus Marquee here. The world NEEDS to see how this rivarly will turn out in the end. Who is the better man?
Jackson: Tonight.. that better man would be Marquee. Wait... look!
The feed pans to Bob now who is in the ring, pointing both Yensmen and Swango. He pumps a fist in the air, yells “Olé!”, and rolls out of the ring. Yensmen and Swango watch him with mild interest as he heads up the rampway...
The titantron begins to broadcast live footage of outside the Cow Palace. Why is footage being broadcasted there? Because in the shot is a statue of the former FSW Champion Otaki. Some cheers could be heard from the people of Daly City yet said cheers increase as the camera recording this pans over to see the milky skinned woman herself. However, instead of wearing something more suitable for the outdoors, we see her in a red military-styled dress. The person in front of us is Otaki’s ‘other side’, Robina Hood.
Hood: People come, people go and legacies can end up lasting forever…
The Englishwoman tilts her head up slightly to look towards us.
Hood: But tonight marks the moment I return to my Road to Perfection. Five men seek to invade my stage and ruin my scene but I’ll take each one of them and make them fall. I’ve done it once before – from Hatchet Gully to…that person – and I’ll do it again. Be it that I have to overcome the five of them ambushing me. Be it that I have to go to war with the current FSW Champion. Be it that I have to deal with Collateral Damage…though I doubt they’ll ever provide any problems to my stage…but back to the point.
She chuckles a little at the fact she let herself get off-track for a moment before sharpening her gaze.
Hood: A problem I do have however is with some puppy claiming to be ‘an FSW guy’…I won’t let myself get too into this, for – unlike Champions that want to make claims – I’m going to be too busy proving my ‘Miss FSW’ correct as I start a new legacy tonight, be it in glory or in the blood of those five poor men I’m allowing into my upcoming performance.
Coldly departs the Purple Haired Dynamo’s lips as shortly afterwards Robina Hood turns and walks away, leaving the live broadcast to fade to black.
Match 2
Tag Team Match
The Syndicate vs Collateral Damage
The match begins quickly and the fans are visibly into this one. Both teams are introduced and await the bell in the ring. Chants of "Bring back the tag teams!" are heard as both teams come out strong, shifting momentum repeatedly. Draco Lazarus aggressively grabs the mic from Stan Gordon, then gives him a wink as he turns away from the Uprising announcer. He struts with his smug swag for a lap around the ring. He thumbs his nose and snickers before bringing the mic up to speak.
Draco Lazarus: California. God I hate this place. I can't wait for an Earthquake to devour this god awful state. I mean this place is called Cow Palace? Cow Palace. This isn't India. What the hell? Don’t get me wrong. It is a fitting name for the herds of overweight slobs that will pile into this trash heap of an arena week after week.
Draco is interrupted by the fans boos and scattered chants of Draco Sucks! Draco purses his lips, putting his thumb on his chin and pointer tapping his lip.
Draco Lazarus: Are you done? You are holding up the very first Uprising. You are disrespecting Xplode. Now shut your sugar addicted traps and let me continue.
Some more Boos and chants of Draco Sucks! scatter throughout the arena, but not loud enough to interrupt the motormouth of the pompous prick.
Draco Lazarus:I am so glad I will get to beat The Syndicate on the very first Uprising. I don’t even need Azrael. I could beat these two with an Eyepatch and One Arm Tied behind my Back. But then they might get a few lucky shots this money maker here.
The camera zooms in as Draco turns and delivers a look that makes Magnum look like someone is crying with their mouth open and have something in their teeth.
Draco Lazarus: I know you are all too busy keeping up the Hipster trends to realize you are in the presence of True Greatness. I should be in that Battle Royal. But Xplode didn’t want me to embarrass the rest of his “STUDS.” Maggie Lockheart wouldn’t be here to save them like at Stranglemania. I mean come ON. Otaki? She looks like a caricature of a K-Pop singer, or is WE a band?, either/or, not a wrestler. Everyone knows she doesn’t have what it takes anymore, except her.
Draco chuckles, walking up to the ropes.
Draco Lazarus: Mr. Mustache. Please. I sweat out more testosterone a day than he will ever have in his life. He is Literally the least threatening person ever. Then there is Newcomer NotGonWin, or whatever the hell his lucky ass name is. Mr. Walk Into Opportunity over is here is about to prove his nickname should be WorstFirstImpressionist as he will probably break the record for the shortest time in the ring ever in EWC History.
Draco smirks as he grabs the ropes, then snapping the top rope back before strutting back to the center of the ring.
Draco Lazarus: Don’t even get me started on Sebastian Conner. He is the worst. Period. People say I have an ego. This guy needs more attention than a Stripper that just lost her Father. Speaking of worthless wastes of space, Smokey Jones. What can I say about Smokey Jones that hasn’t been said about every lazy pothead ever to grace a wrestling ring? His career will last about as long as his “high.”
Draco quickly jerks his head to his corner, eyeing up Azrael for a second with a mischievous grin.
Draco Lazarus: Tonight will be an example of what happens when Draco Lazarus does not get the respect he deserves. Tonight will make the message very clear. It IS ABOUT TO GO DOWN! Collateral Damage style. It all starts with the Syndicate, but WE are just getting started. So before you celebrate whoever wins this pointless #1 Contender Battle Royal, or as it should be called...The person taking The Golden Boy’s spot, and whoever wins between G.I. Blows and the Born Again Satanist or whatever he is... REMEMBER….MY NAME IS DRACO LAZARUS AND I AM BETTER THAN YOU!
Draco acts like he is going to hand the mic back to Stan Gordon. Instead the arrogant asshole tosses the mic over the ring announcer's head and into the corner. Then makes his way into the corner, his aura of arrogance shining bright.
Early on, the match is dead even. The Syndicate display text book teamwork, catching pinfall after pinfall.. but Collateral Damage refuses to give up. Frustrated, The Syndicate turn up the heat, but Azreal manages to get the ball rolling, tossing Kristian Bane out of the ring! Draco really takes it to Bane before the referee, Matt Mercer, can notice! Alexis Glass, not the legal partner in the ring, locks up with Azreal with a dazzling display of chops and kicks! Azrael manages to duck under a huge roundhouse, causing Glass to kick the referee!
Draco rolls Bane into the ring. Azrael grabs Bane and brings him to his feet! Bane counters fast, sliding behind Draco for a German Suplex! Azrael lands on his feet however and nails his finisher! Draco wakes up the referee and the three count is made...
Gordon: Your winners... Collateral Damage!!!
(Winners: Collateral Damage)
With the match over, Draco instructs his monstrous partner to continue to attack their opponents. Azrael grabs Kristian by the hair, lifting him up into the air and slams him down with a thunderous body slam. As the smaller man hits the mat, his back arches as he begins to turn to one side, holding his back. Azrael then slams him back down to the mat and climbs on top of him, slamming his fists into Kristian. While this is going on, Draco focuses in on Alexis who can be seen trying to come to her partners aid. He quickly cuts her off with a clothesline, sending Alexis crashing down to the mat. Draco begins to look down at her with an intense look on his face as he gets down onto the mat, rolling her onto her stomach, locking in a Camel Clutch.
Calloway: Look at this. They are really going in on them.
Hunter: This can’t keep up. Draco won’t stop until he is appeased.
Alexis begins to tap, but Draco isn’t letting go and the referee can’t seem to convince him to stop. All of a sudden, “Iron Man” by Black Sabbath begins to play over the PA-System as a muscular man wearing what looks like Iron Man tights comes rushing down the ramp, causing Draco and Azrael to stop what they are doing and get to their feet. The man slides into the ring and Azrael is right there to meet him. He tries to stomp down on him, but the smaller man rolls under and hops to his feet and immediately goes after Draco. The slightly smaller Draco immediately drops to the mat and rolls out of the ring as the newcomer runs into the rope, grasping onto them as he comes to a stop and stares down at Draco.
Hunter: He can’t stop right there, Azrael is right on him.
Calloway: This guy has no clue what he just ran into.
Azrael grabs him from behind, but the man quickly counters and trips the massive man up, sending him crashing to the mat. The newcomer then finishes the counter by locking in his version of the Lebell Lock. Azrael begins to flail around for a moment as the man digs the holding in deep, all while Kristian and Alexis recover and get to their feet. After a few moments, he releases the hold and gets to his feet. Azrael begins to get to his feet, a scowl on his face when he realizes that he is now severely outnumbered. He rolls out of the ring and joins Draco as they slowly make their way up the ramp. The newcomer then grabs a microphone and walks over to the ropes, facing the two men he just halted.
? ? ? : I am sick and tired of men like you in this business. They are everywhere, thinking they can do whatever they want, to whoever they want, whenever they want. Today that stops. Men like you are nothing more than schoolyard bullies; and I hate bullies. So, from now on, wherever there are men like you, I will be there. You want to keep coming at people like you just did, I will be there to stop you. My name is Steve Barnes...and I AM IRON MAN!
As soon as Draco and Azrael get to the ramp, Draco turns and begins yelling expletives at “Iron Man,” before turning his venom toward Azrael.
Draco: How could you let that happen? That chump is nothing, and you let him manhandle you like that!
Draco scoffs heading through the curtain of the backstage area. He walks out of camera view, but only momentarily, as he now inches backward onto the ramp. Suddenly, a masked individual charges at Draco, but Draco turns and runs behind Azrael. Azrael grunts and steps up aggressively ready for a fight. That is until he senses a presence behind him. He quickly turns his head, to see Draco running through the crowd, and another masked man behind him. This is enough distraction to allow Masked Man Number One to catch Azrael off guard with a hard kick right to the kneecap. The Masked Man Number One then goes for a Hard right, but Azrael has enough adrenaline pumping through his veins to block it, and come back with a powerful headbutt. But this gives the Masked Man #2 the time to come from behind and take Azrael down with a chop block to the same knee Masked Man #1 kicked. Azrael can’t keep his balance and drops to a knee. The Masked Men waste no time pouncing, raining down a storm of stomps to the body and head of the Silent Samoan. They work together to lift Azrael to his knees. They get him into position, lift him up, and throw him off the ramp and through a conveniently placed table with a Double Powerbomb. Without even as much of an acknowledgment of the destruction left in their wake, they turn and head backstage, disappearing as quickly as they entered.
Tom Jackson: What an explosive start we’ve had to this inaugural episode of Uprising so far!
Ruthann Hunter: Yes, it seems we’re off and running here in this new era.
Tom Jackson: I tell you, the excitement in the Cow Palace tonight is tangible, and we haven’t even gotten to our two biggest matches of the evening yet! I understand Lisa’s got a few guests with her, so let’s throw things her way.
On cue, the camera cuts to Lisa Goldrush, who’s standing in front of an entrance ramp barricade, microphone in hand with fans chanting ‘F-S-W!’ in the background.
Lisa Goldrush: That’s right, guys, I’m here with these crazy fans, and they’re LOVING what they’re seeing so far, aren’t you?
The fans chant boisterously behind her as the camera zooms in over Lisa’s shoulder, eventually cutting around the Cow Palace before going back to Lisa, who starts walking toward the ring.
Lisa Goldrush: There’s definitely an energy in here, and you can see and feel the passion each one of these fans has. However, there’s one who’s definitely got the attention of those around him so far.
After a few seconds, Lisa stops and stands next to a man in a red and black luchador mask the crowd seems to be going nuts for.
Lisa Goldrush: This guy has brought it here tonight. What’s your name?
Masked Man: My name is… Armando Volando…
The masked man feigns a horrible accent, but the last name gets the fans’ attention and has Lisa raising an eyebrow.
Lisa Goldrush: Armando… Volando? As in the-
“Armando Volando”: No no no, not them.
Lisa Goldrush: Well then, just a happy coincidence, I guess. Anyway, Armando, who’s your favorite wrestler in FSW?
“Armando Volando”: Kyle Gautier, duh! He’s the hungriest wrestler here!
The crowd cheers mildly at the declaration, though it gets a bit louder as Armando turns around to pump them up a bit more.
Lisa Goldrush: Great, great. Well, any final words you’d like to add?
“Armando Volando”: Well, maybe a couple…
With a flourish, he reaches up to his mask and unties the laces on the back. The mask falls off, revealing none other than…
...UNITED STATES CHAMPION ACE KING!!! He calmly looks around as the crowd explodes at his presence, a loud ‘ACE! ACE! ACE!’ chant reverberating throughout the Cow Palace. A small smirk crosses the United States Champion’s face as he turns his attention back to a stunned Lisa.
Ace King: You’d better not lose your gold tonight, Xavier.
There’s a cumulative ‘OOOOOOOOOH!’ from the crowd before they resume chanting boisterously for Ace; the camera briefly cuts to a shocked Ruthann Hunter behind the commentary table before going back to Ace and Lisa.
Lisa Goldrush: A very pointed challenge from the United States Champion, but I have to ask, Ace… Shouldn’t you be in Europe?
Ace gives Lisa a small smirk and a nod before continuing.
Ace King: You know, it’s two-fold, but ultimately, it’s all about seeing. First off, given all the hype, I had to see the house Xplode built for myself, and then, of course, it goes without saying that I have a vested interest in scouting tonight’s main event. See, Xavier Reid and I have similar histories, but we’ve never gone mano-a-mano before, and I’d love nothing more than for it to be Champion vs. Champion. Either way, I want to see what I’m getting myself into with my own eyes… And at the end of the day, I want to make sure he knows he’s in for a fight this Friday night.
Lisa Goldrush: Well, there you have it, Ace King is in the building, and he’s laid down the gauntlet for Xavier Reid in tonight’s FSW Championship match. Tom?
Match 3
Singles Match
David Miller vs The Brown Eyed Huntress
The feed returns with the match already in progress. Both Miller and the Huntress are exchanging punches. Finally, the Huntress counters by angling herself behind Miller for a German Suplex! Miller crashes into the mat, his arms spread out! Huntress mounts Miller and begins a ground and pound. Miller manages to drive an elbow into the face of the Huntress and both opponents roll in opposite directions. Miller shakes off the cobwebs quickly, but he is still nailed with a drop kick from the much more aggressive Huntress!
Huntress rushes to Miller but is suddenly taken off her feet by a hard leg sweep! Miller kicks up to his feet and times his reaction perfectly, grabbing the Huntress around her waist. He flings the Huntress up and over his shoulder, sending her into the mat hard on her shoulder! The Huntress looks injured as she displays her fortitude, climbing to her feet. Miller rushes to her and lifts her over his head, bringing the Huntress down on his shoulder before letting her splash into the mat once again! The fans really get into the match as Miller methodically attacks his opponent. The Huntress catches a knee by Miller and drags him to the ground! She then rushes to her feet and begins to attack him with hard roundhouse kicks! She then follows it up with a headbutt, sending Miller into the mat! The fans cheer with appreciation!
Jackson: WOW.... EXCELLENT MATCH!
Hunter: The Huntress is sending a message here tonight! I bet no one expected this... but I sure did!
The Huntress spins Miller on to his stomach and locks in the Sharpshooter! Miller screams in agony! Miller slowly reaches for the ropes until finally, he grabs hold! The Huntress is forced to release him. She then helps Miller to his feet.. but is suddenly shoved away! Miller then nails his signature move.. the "Headshot".. busting open the Huntress as well as himself! He then follows this up by shoving her into the corner of the ring and nailing the "Death Roll"! Miller does not hesitate as steadies himself, waiting for the Huntress to rise once again. Finally, he snatches her up and hits his finisher... the "Hard Goodbye". He then covers for the pin.

Gordon: Your winner... DAVID MILLER!!!
(Winner: David Miller)
The Huntress slowly stirs as Miller rushes to the nearest turnbuckle, raising his fists in victory! The fans scream with approval as he continues to celebrate in the ring.
The van pulls up to the front entrance gate before pulling into the event parking lane. Once reaching the gate attendant the driver hands over the freshly printed pass. The gate attendant looks it over before scanning it with his gun and returning it once approved by the machine. The gate lifts up as the van drives through and makes a right at the sign pointing the way for talent.
The van follows the arrows all the way into the parking garage and pulls into a parking spot in the darkest corner of the lot. The driver shifts the van into park and kills the engine as they each make their exit from the van. The passenger door slams as the driver reaches in the back of the van and pulls out a camera. He talks to the young kid behind the keyboard and instructs him to hack the audio system throughout the arena when he tells him too through the camera.
The young kids agrees as the driver slams his door shut and leads his team inside the building. “We made it in the doors boys, now it’s time to make an impact like never before. Let’s go out there and make sure they never forget the day they get to meet all of us.”
Hunter: What a great match! The crowd here at The Cow Palace is really getting the best from our Future Stars here tonight on the kick off of Uprising on Tuesday Nights.
The camera pans to front row ringside where a large man in a bandanna and dark sunglasses has been watching the matches with particularly intense interest.
When his image appears on the big screen the fans in the arena react with cheers and alternating chants of:
"LIVE HARD!"
"DIE SCARRED!"
and
"Two-Four-Seven. Two-Four-Seven."
"DIE SCARRED!"
and
"Two-Four-Seven. Two-Four-Seven."
Hunter: And it seems that the action tonight has brought out some local talent. The crowd here in San Francisco and the fans watching around the world might recognize former IIW Heavyweight champion and Indy and International standout talent The Mercenary Mike Mercer in attendance tonight.
Jackson: Word around the locker room has it that this Southern California favorite is looking the make a Future Star of himself right here in the EWC, which I for one think would be a great get for our growing roster and reputation.
Calloway: Indeed it seems the best talents from around the world are tripping over each other to join The Uprising in the FSW in our brand new digs here in The Historic Cow Palace.
Mercer smiles and chuckles at the fan response to his appearance on the big screen. Standing he salutes the fans; Signaling a ringside attendant he requests a microphone to address the fans.
Mercenary: "Howdy So Cal crew. California love to ya'll.
The fans cheer in response to this greeting.
The fans cheer in response to this greeting.
Mercenary: When they told me that the EWC and FSW was going to hold an Uprising right in my own backyard I knew that I had to come down here and represent for all my West Coast crew members and the Scarred Life fans around the world. And from what I've seen so far I can tell that I made the right choice. Out in the world we've been hearing a lot about the FS-Dub and the ground work they've been laying down to build up the future of this business we all love so much. These men and women lay it down and out each and every week on Xplode and it can only get better from here and I plan to be a part of all that. So right now I'm going to formally announce that next week, on Uprising, I will be making my official debut as a brick in this thing we're building, and like this great young company itself, I'm gonna rise up from the foundation until I fight my own way to the top. So let's see it. Let's see who the next contender is gonna be. Let's see who my competition is. Let's see who gets to go to school with The Old School and who gets to become...
He holds up the microphone allowing the fans to finish his sentence
"Just Another Victim!"
With a final salute to the fans Mercenary drops the mic and takes his seat, eager to watch the battle royal. Suddenly, music begins to play in the arena! "The Vengeful One" by Disturbed plays loudly as a lone figure steps out unto the stage! The fans completely lose it as a familiar face emerges from the backstage area!!!
Jackson: IS THAT WHO I THINK IT IS?!!
Hunter: Wow.... he returned!!!
Calloway: DRAKE!!! DRAKE IS HERE!!!! HOLY SHIT!!! This night keeps getting better and better!!!! Drake disappeared after his last match in the EWC. He is the winining-est champion in EWC history.. and the only three time Undisputed Champion. Why would he decide to show up here.... in Uprising... tonight?!
Hunter: It's simple... my husband brings out the best in the industry. This is his doing. I think this is great!
Drake walks down the rampway as the fans continue to cheer him on! He stops just short of the Mercenary and offers a handshake! Finally, he rolls into the ring and walks around a bit.. sending the arena into a frenzy!
Drake accepts a microphone as the crowd continues to show their love for him! He smiles and bows to each corner of the arena. He then motions for permission to speak..
Drake: Please.... thank you. Thank you so much.
The fans continue to cheer him on as Drake shakes his head in disbelief. Finally, they calm down.
Drake: So... this is what the other brands are like? Not bad. The FSW has some great things going on here.... (Drake winks at the Mercenary and smiles.) ... in Northern California. You know, I was invited by Jaden tonight to help kick off the very first Uprising. At first, I didn't see the need for it. I was fine with how I stepped away from the company but seeing the results of tonights show.. I am more than happy to be a part of things tonight. Thank you to Jaden for inviting me. It's an honor to be here.
The FSW is the starting point for many in the industry here. For others, its an entry point into a much larger pool of talent. I see so many times that people come in here, like my friend the Mercenary there, and try to cling on to past achievements in much smaller former feds. I think its always a good thing to hold to your past achievements, but make no mistake about it, the EWC is the big time. This is where the big boys play and there is NO OCEAN IN THE INDUSTRY AS BIG AND DEEP AS THE TALENT POOL HERE!! So from one former competitor to another... I say welcome to the EWC.
I also would like to congratulate Luke Wolfe on capturing the Undisputed Championship. He is a good dude and will represent you all very well. I know first hand about the pressures of being the top knucklehead in the locker room and how much it can wear you down. Its tough to keep your head up, despite others telling you that you simply aren't good enough to carry that strap. I wish him the best of luck. Being the Undisputed Champion is an honor... and it is the best feeling in the world. It can wear you down, but I wouldn't have traded it for the world.
People have asked me over and over as to why I stepped away from the sport. The answer simply is.. I was done. I had achieved all that I wished to achieve. I faced everyone that President Mac put before me, and contrary to what Luke Wolfe has said, I never turned down an opponent or title defense. I fought hard and continuously for over two years straight. I told my story. So it's ironic to be here tonight to put a final period on that story.. while this brand's story is truly just beginning! It was an honor to be a EWC Superstar. It's all good.
If I was to give advice to the young talent, here in the FSW locker room, it would be to always stay true to your convictions. Don't change who you are, regardless of the landscape in the industry. Approach each match like its the fight of your life, and never accept anything less than the best. Consistency.. practice... that's how you become the best. Never lallow others to make you feel like you are not worthy of being in that main event and above all else... have fun in this ring. One day, it will all be over. Your time in the EWC will come to an end... and your past actions in this ring will be how others remember you. It wont be about title belts when they call you a legend. Nope. You will be known as a legend simply because you gave your all each and every damn time.
Thank you to all of you fans for supporting me through the years. We told a hell of a story. Thank you to Brawl, Rampage, FSW, and President Mac for all the good times. My Name is Drake.. FSW... it's time to tell YOUR story.
Drake drops the microphone and ascends a turnbuckle, sending the arena into a frenzy!
Hunter: Wow...
Jackson: Drake is as good as it gets... a true legend.
Calloway: Agreed. He gave amazing words for this FSW locker room to live by.
Jackson: IS THAT WHO I THINK IT IS?!!

Match 4
BATTLE ROYAL
The winner of this match will determine the next number one contender for the FSW Championship.
Megan Treamon, James Larson, Kyle Gautier, Sebastian Connor
Smokey Jones , Dirk Buchanan
Stan Gordon: Ladies and Gentleman. The following contest is a 6-Person Battle Royal to determine the #1 Contender to the FSW Title. The winner of this match much either pin an opponent or make them submit. The first to score a pinfall is your winner.
Here are your competitiors. Standing in the ring…weighing in at 235 pounds and hailing from Portland, Oregon...DIRKKK DUCHANNNON! Weighing in at 275 pounds and hailing from Galveston, Texas...SMOKEYJONESSSS! Weighing in at 198 pounds and hailing from Parts Unknown….JAMESSSS LARRRSON! Weighing in at 195 pounds and hailing from Gautier, Mississippi...KYYYYLE GAUTIEEEEERRRR! Weighing in at 183 pounds and hailing from Kent, Ohio….SEBASTTTIANNNN CONNNORRR! Weighing in at and hailing from Sherwood Forest...former longest reigning FSW Champion...ROBINNNAAAA HOOOODDD!
Jackson: Coming up next we have the Battle Royal to determine the new #1 Contender to the winner of tonight’s Main Even Title match between Xavier the champion, defending against Mark McNair.
Hunter: Former champ Otaki, taking on the persona of Robina Hood is looking to make her way back to the FSW Title. She will be joined by Sebastian Conner, a competitor who feels he should be the Number One Contender, and has many in his corner making the same argument. Then we have Smokey Jones, the master of marijuana, looking for his big break. Same can be said for Kyle Gautier.
Calloway: You never know where you will find Kyle, but he is hoping you will find him the next Number One Contender to the FSW Title. James Larson is another competitor in the ring. He has been in a bit of identity crisis. But this new edge could be exactly what he needs to find himself on the doorstep of a title shot. Last and not least, we have newcomer Dirk Buchannon. He is the unknown variable in this match. While not many expect him to win this in his first EWC appearance, he certainly seems to fit right in.
DING DING DING
As the bell rings, James Larson and Dirk Buchannon begin exchanging blows in one corner. Kyle Gautier strokes his mustache as he watches Smokey Jones and Sebastian Conner start to go blow for blow in the center of the ring. Robina Hood bides her time, waiting for an opportunity to arise. And it does when Dirk Buchannon whips Larson into her direction. Robina Hood knocks Larson down with a Butt Bump, but as she gets to her feet, is hit with a European Uppercut from behind, then another, and another. Dirk then grabs Robina Hood, and drops her with a Back Body Drop Suplex. Meanwhile, Conner gets the better of Smokey Jones after blocking a hard right from Smokey, then driving his knee into the gut of Smokey. Conner whips Jones toward Gautier, Kyle steps up, then sends Smokey face first into the middle turnbuckle with a Drop Toe Hold. Kyle runs his hand through his stash and smiles, going to grab his sash, forgetting he took it off days ago. Conner charges, goes for a Clothesline, but Gautier happens to sidestep the impact accidentally. Conner turns into a Hard Chop from Gautier, then another, and another. Kyle Gautier then connects with a Standing Dropkick, sending Conner crashing into Smokey Jones, who had just gotten to his feet.
Jackson: To start we have Larson going after newcomer Dirk Buchannon and Sebastian Conner duking it out with Smokey Jones.
Calloway: These two just faced off two weeks back with Conner taking the win, so you can bet Smokey has a little extra incentive to make sure Sebastian Conner does not walk away #1 Contender.
Hunter: Kyle Gautier and Robina Hood are just waiting for their moment. This will be a marathon not a sprint.
Kyle’s moment is short lived as James Larson gets up, sneaks up behind Kyle, grabbing him the head and upper back, sprinting toward the ropes, then throwing Kyle over. But Kyle lands on the apron. Larson repeatedly stomps on Gautier through the ropes. As this is going on Drik Buchannon has brought Robina Hood to her feet, he goes for a Suplex, but it blocked by Robina as she sticks her leg between his. Dirk attempts again, but again Robina Hood blocks it then delivers a few elbows to the gut of Dirk, forcing him to break lose his grip. She catches Dirk off-guard with an Eye Rake, then him back a few steps with Shoryuken, then finishes the combo by knocking him to the mat with a Spinning Heel Kick. She reaches down to grab Dirk, but doesn’t see James Larson, who has since given up on Kyle, come from behind and nail Robina with a Clothesline from behind. Larson quickly grabs Robina, dragging her to her feet. Then slams her back right back down with The Death Drop. Larson goes for the cover.. The ref counts…

Tw..Kyle Gautier comes back for more as he comes from behind, and sneaks the Sleeper Hold on James Larson breaking the count.
Jackson: James Larson with the first pinfall attempt.
Hunter: Nice attempt by Larson. I am sure no one else expected a pinfall attempt so early. Worth a shot. Now he has to not let up, and see how far this aggression can take him. Take a hint from someone who knows a little about aggression, it can take him places.
While this was going on, Smokey Jones and Sebastian Conner begin exchanging blows again. This time Smokey gets the advantage after ducking a Hard Right from Conner. Smokey followed the miss with a quick kick to the gut, followed by a DDT. Smokey grabs Conner, whips him hard into the corner with enough force that Conner bounces out of the corner holding his back. Smokey catches Conner, wraps up his neck and leg, and sends him into the center of the ring with an Exploder Suplex. Smokey casually walks up to Conner, at the last second seeing movement out of the corner of his eye. He manages to turn and duck a Clothesline from Dirk. But as he turns back, he turns right into a Spinning Backfist from Dirk, knocking him back a few steps. Dirk follows up with a European Uppercut, then another, then a Headbutt, staggering Smokey. Dirk then takes Smokey to the mat with a Snapmare, followed by a kick to the back. He is about to deliver another kick, until Sebastian Conner comes out of nowhere and connects with a Running Knee to the face of Dirk, knocking him to mat. Conner goes for the cover..the ref counts…

Smokey Jones breaks up the pinfall attempt with an Elbow Drop to the back of Conner. Smokey grabs Conner, goes for an Irish Whip into the corner, but it is reversed by Conner.
Jackson: Sebastian Conner making his first attempt to be the new #1 Contender, but Smokey Jones was there to break it up.
Calloway: I have a feeling that won’t be the last attempt broken up. Call it a hunch.
On the other end of the ring. Robina Hood is delivering the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms to Larson as Gautier has the Sleeper still locked in. Larson seems to be almost out on his feet. As Megan Treamon finishes the combo with the palm strike to the Larson’s heart. Kyle lets go, letting Larson fall to the mat. Kyle goes to High-Five Robina, but she takes full advantage of this by delivering a hard Slap to the face of Kyle, then another with the left, then another with the right, and she finishes the combo off with a Spinning BackFist, sending Kyle to the mat. Robina then surprises everyone when she drops to the mat, then rolls out of the ring. She reaches under the ring, grabbing a few chairs and tossing them in the ring, before grabbing a third and heading into the ring with it in hand.
Jackson: Robina Hood has decided to bring some weapons into the mix.
Hunter: When Robina has the reigns, pain is close by for her opponents. We will see Robina ad fierce and vicious as the night is long here tonight.
Robina takes the chair in her hand, then slams it against the back of Larson. Larson grabs his back, then rolls out of the ring. Then she does the same to Gautier. She drops the chair on Gautier, then grabs another chair. She sets it up, then grabs another chair, setting it up right next to the other. She goes to grab the chair on Gautier, but as she comes back up, Dirk Buchannon greets her with a Hard right, followed by a European Uppercut, then scoops her up, taking her down with a Fireman’s Carry. Dirk kicks the chair away then reaches down to grab Robina, he whips her into the corner, then follows with a Clothesline.
Jackson: It seems Dirk Buchannon does not share the same enthusiasm for weaponry as Robina Hood displayed.
Calloway: That could be a Pro or a Con, depending on the situation. But Dirk has certainly been holding his own here tonight. Still early, but an impressive display thus far for the newcomer.
As this was going down, Smokey Jones fought off Sebastian Conner, as Conner was unloading hars rights and lefts to the gut of Smokey, Smokey becomes the aggressor with a few hard Elbows to the side of Conner’s head followed by the Tapout, slamming Conner to the mat. Jones now whips Conner into the corner, he charges, going for a Splash, but Conner moves out of the way. Jones bounces off, then staggers in a circle, now facing Conner. Conner charges, lunges, and takes Smokey Jones down with a Spear. Conner looks over his shoulder at the same time Buchannon looks over his shoulder, they exchange a look, look at the respective opponents in their grasp, look back at each other and nod. Simultaneously, Conner grabs Smokey, whipping him into the opposite corner, as Buchannon grabs Robina, whipping her into the opposite corner. Kyle Gautier stands up at the worst time, as he gets hit with a Clothesline from Jones, knocking him back down. Robina just misses colliding with Smokey as her momentum takes her toward Conner. She yells “Falcon,” then goes for Falcon Punch, but Conner has it scouted, ducking under the impact. Conner then grabs Robina Hood, trying use her momentum against her, attempting to force her over tck he ropes. On the other side of the ring, Jones went for a Clothesline on Buchannon but Buchannon ducked, and takes Jones to the mat with a Flapjack. He goes to grab Smokey, but Kyle Gautier comes from behind and brings Dirk down with a Bulldog. Kyle proceeds to set Dirk up then lock him into New Fam. Meanwhile James Larson in under the ring, he pulls out his steel chain, wrapping it around his hand. He gets to his feet, surveying the ring. Larson hustles to the other side of the ring, hops on the stairs, climbs up, side steps the ringpost on the apron, then charges, and slams the Steel Chain to the side of Conner’s head. Larson then cocks back and drives the chain down on the forehead of Robina.
Jackson: James Larson has lost it! He just cleared house with that chain.
Hunter: He is really working that aggression to his favor. He might just shock everyone here tonight.
Larson grabs the head of Conner, lifting it off Robina Hood’s shoulder, cocks back, and connects with a hard jab, Conner drops to the mat. Larson then grabs the head of Robina, lifts her off the ropes, then clocks her again with the steel chain, knocking her back before sliding into the ring. Larson sees Smokey Jones going for a chair, so he charges, drilling Smokey in center of the skull with the steel chain punch. Larson keeps it going, as he sees Gautier has Dirk in the Surfboard Submission. Dirk has his fist clenched in the air, fighting the pain, refusing to quit despite the pain. Larson sprints toward them, and sneaks Gautier with a Steel Chain punch to the side of the head. Gautier releases the hold then drops to the mat, Dirk holds his back in pain. Larson has a sinister smile on his face as he surveys the damage. He notices Conner pulling himself to his feet. Larson gets to Conner, then begins stomping relentlessly on Conner. This goes on longer than anyone expected, and probably would have continued but Robina surprises Larson as his sole focus was inflicting pain upon Conner. So he did not see Robina Hood get to her feet, charge, and was too late to stop her from driving him head first through one of the previously set up chairs with a Reverse STO.
Calloway: Payback is a dish best served cold.
Hunter: Robina Hood could have it here after delivering that Reverse STO onto the chair.

Meanwhile, Dirk has gotten to his feet. Conner is a step behind him and a step in front of him. While Smokey Jones and Kyle Gautier begin to get to their feet. Conner gets to his feet, immediately dodging a Headbutt from Dirk by taking a few steps back. Conner charges, leaps, going a Superman Punch, but Dirk ducks under it. As Conner turns he is met with a vicious European Uppercut, Dirk follows with a kick to the gut, followed by a Snap DDT. They grab Conner, bring him to his feet, they lift, and bring Conner down with a Double Suplex. Smokey slaps Kyle on the back, much harder than Kyle did him. Kyle clutches at his back, giving Smokey the window to break the alliance by nearly decapitating Kyle with a devastating Discuss Clothesline. Dirk grabs Smokey, then sends him into the corner with an Irish Whip. He charges at Smokey, but Smokey ducks, then sends Dirk over the ropes and onto the outside with a Back Body Drop. Smokey charges at Kyle just getting to his feet, but Kyle is ready, steps up and delivers a elbow to the Sternum, followed by a knee to the face. THRE...broken up by Larson.
Before Larson broke up the pinfall, he had just kicked Robina out of the ring after a Knee of Fate. Leading up to that moment, Robina noticed all the others were occupied so she made her way to the top turnbuckle. On the top rope she crosses her arms, right over left, just under her breasts and then slowly spread them out to make her body look similar to a pitchfork, all the meanwhile saying something underneath her breath. This quiet chanting continues as Robina raises her hands over her head in an arrowhead fashion, without touching fingers. When the chanting seems to be over Robina will draw her hands down to her side, in a way that makes it look like she's holding a beach ball or something between her hands, as she turns a bit to the side herself before jumping off the ropes. Yelling out "DRAGON SLAVE!" she throws her hands forward and comes down for an Open Hand Double Axe Handle Smash, but Larson rolled out of the way at the last second. Robina was so full of adrenaline she bounced right up, but Larson grabbed her and took her down to the mat with the Inverted Headlock Back-Breaker. He kicks Robina out of the ring, then goes to grab his chain, but as he did, he saw the pinfall attempt.
Jackson: This action is out of control. Robina looked like she was about to put away Larson for good, until Larson turned the tables on her.
Hunter: Robina, as well as the other opponents not named Kyle Gautier were lucky Larson got the advantage or this match might be over.
Larson grabs Kyle, throwing him through the ropes and onto the outside. He turns, reaching down to grab his chain. He begins wrapping the chain around his hand. He grabs the extra length, stretching it out and sneaks up behind Dirk Buchannon, wrapping it around his throat, choking him before spinning Dirk around and punching Dirk in the face with the Steel Chain Fist. He goes for the cover… the ref counts…

THRE...broken up via a kick to Robina’s head from Dirk. Drik grabs Robina, sets her up, lifts her up for a Brainbuster, but Robina escapes out the back. What she doesn’t see is Smokey Jones enter the ring behind her. Smokey comes from behind, and locks in Lightweight. Robina Hood is clearly in pain, struggling to breath. But it is short-lived as Dirk comes to break up the submission with a kick to the head of Smokey. Dirk quickly grabs the head of Smokey, dragging him to his feet, while locking in Ruby Magic. Now the tables are turned as Smokey struggles for air. He is trying to reach for the ropes or the turnbuckle but he is too far away. Smokey looks like he has no choice but to tap, he clenches his fist in pain, then he, and the match is saved courtesy of a devastating Roundhouse Kick to the head of Dirk from James Larson.
Jackson: Dirk Buchannon almost walks about with a debut win here in the first chapter of Uprising.
Hunter: Each and every one of these competitors has their goal to be FSW Champion. It will be very difficult to get a pinfall with all these hungry competitors in the ring at once.
Kyle doesn’t even get a chance to go for Dirk as Sebastian Conner comes out of nowhere with a Superman Punch, knocking Kyle to the mat. Conner grabs Kyle, yanks him to his feet, delivers a toe kick to the gut of Kyle, sets him for a Suplex, lifts, and goes to bring Kyle down with Honorable Deeds, but before he can, Robina gets to her feet, and spits Red Mist into the eyes of Sebastian Conner. Smokey smiles wide then points behind Larson. Larson eyes light up as he feels a set of arms wrapped around him, then lifting him, as Sebastian Conner comes from behind with a German Suplex, but he doesn;t realize, he rolls, lifts Larson, dropping him with another German Suplex, he keeps his grip, rolls, lifts, and slams Larson down with a third German Suplex. THRE...THE LIGHTS GO OUT!
Jackson: WHAT! NO!
Calloway: Did Uprising accountants forget to pay the Electric Bill?
Hunter: Robina had the win in hand. She was about to pin Larson.
When the lights come back on, “The Golden Boy” Draco Lazarus has his Golden Cane in hand with two masked individuals standing right behind him. He points to Conner and they go stomp on the downed Conner as Draco cocks back and slams the Golden Cane into the back of Otaki’s head.
Hunter: THAT SNAKE! HE IS RUINING THE INAUGURAL UPRISING!
Calloway: General Manager, Xplode, Will NOT be happy about this.
Jackson: Xplode? What about the participants. This has been action packed, and this jealous, spoiled son of a gun had to stick his nose in it.
Draco jams the Golden Cane into the ribs of Robina Hood a few times. He slams her in the head one more time before dragging her to her feet, then driving her into the mat with The Gold Star. Meanwhile, one of the masked men sits atop the top turnbuckle as the biggest member of the group grabs Conner, lifts him up into a Razor’s Edge in the corner. The masked man on the turnbuckle, stands, and leaps as the bigger Masked Man drops Conner, the aerial Masked Man comes down with a Moonsault. Draco then points to Dirk. Dirk sees this coming, lunges to his feet, but before he can connect with a strike, his arm is grabbed by the biggest member of Draco’s group. The biggest man in the ring spins Dirk around and connects with a Headbutt as the other masked man takes out Dirk’s legs with a LegSweep. They pick Dirk up, for Draco to drive his Golden Cane into the chest of Dirk. The masked duo then lift him up, and connect with Double ChokeSlam onto one of the chairs from earlier. Kyle comes from behind, delivering a kick to the back of Draco’s knee, causing Draco to drop his Golden Cane as he drops to a knee. Gautier is about to grab Draco for a Reverse DDT, but a third masked individual comes from under the ring, hops in behind Kyle, a Stop Sign in hand, then smashes the Stop Sign onto Kyle’s back. The Third Mask drills Kyle one more time before dropping the sign. Draco grabs Kyle and delivers The Golden Ticket onto the sign. Draco points back to Robina Hood with his Golden Cane as he whistles for his partners in crime. All 3 begin stomping Robina Hood. Draco laughs as he looks around. But his laughter is cut short as he notices every other competitor begins to get to their feet. Draco yells at the crew to Exit Stage left. They each get in a few more kicks to Robina Hood before dispersing out the ring and in two separate groups in two different areas of the crowd.
Hunter: COWARDS!
Jackson: It was a tough break for Robina, and a few other competitors are worse for the wear.
Calloway: I mean technically, they did a favor for five other competitors, by keeping their hopes alive.
Hunter: That’s not the point.
Smokey Jones and Larson were first on their feet, but Dirk and Conner are not far behind. Larson strikes first with a Dropkick to the legs of Smokey Jones taking the big man down. Larson stomps on the downed Smokey a few times, before grabbing Smokey by the hair, dragging him to his feet. Larson Headbutts Smokey, stunning him. Then delivers an Uppercut, standing him back up. Larson leapsm grabs the back of Smokey’s head, then drops down, going for the ChainBreaker. But Smokey catches Larson on the way down.He lifts Larson up a pick, then transitions into Package DDT, slamming Larson headfirst into the canvass. He goes for the cover. The ref counts…

THRE...broken up by Dirk.
While that started in one corner, Sebastian Conner and Dirk Buchannon were on the other half of the ring. They sized each other up then grappled. Sebastian got the upper hand, having put Dirk in a Headlock. But Dirk was quick to counter with a Back Body Suplex. Dirk grabs Sebastian, drags him to his knees, then delivers Headbutt. He sets up a stunned Sebastian in Powerbomb Position. But as he does, Conner counters by breaking free of the hold, while he straightens out he grabs the legs of Dirk, and pulls them from under him, causing Dirk to slam into the mat. Conner looks over his shoulder to see Smokey Jones going for the pin, he falls back and catapults Dirk onto Larson breaking up the count.
Jackson: Quick thinking by Sebastian Conner there. Smokey Jones almost had this match.
Calloway: Too bad you don’t get points for creativity.
Sebastian Conner grabs the arm of Smokey, setting him up in Suplex, position. He goes to lift Smokey, but Smokey fights it, landing back down his feet. Sebastian delivers a few hard rights to the kidney of Smokey, then tries again. This time as he lifts, Smokey lands behind him. He wraps his arms around Conner but Conner quickly reverses it getting behind Smokey. Unfortunately for both of them, Dirk Buchannon is charging at them, lunges, and explodes into them with a European Uppercut drilling Smokey with enough force it sends him back into Conner, sending them both into the corner. Dirk charges and follows up with European Uppercut with even more force behind it. Smokey drops, Dirk backs up, charges again, he drives his knee into the head of Smokey as he delivers a European Uppercut to Conner. Dirk quickly surveys the area, missing Kyle Gautier coming from the corner of his eye. Dirk drags Smokey out of the corner, then he feels Kyle coming, he turns to deliver a European Uppercut to Gautier, stopping Kyle in his tracks. Dirk turns drops onto Smokey for the cover…

He tries to go for Duly Noted, trying to lock in Dirk Buchannon’s Ruby Magic as he brings him to his feet, but Dirk counters by driving Conner’s back straight into the corner. Buchannon then sets Conner, and this time successfully sends Conner crashing into the corner with Bucklebomb. Before he can get the pin, Kyle comes from behind, and takes him down with a side Russian Leg Sweep. He gets to feet, grabs the legs of Dirk, and sets in The End. Dirk is in obvious pain as Kyle leans back more, creating more torque on the back of Dirk. Dirk shakes his hand as he attempts to deal with the increasing pain. He tries for the ropes but is too far. He tries pushing up, but not to avail. It seems he may be about to tap. Until Conner comes in and delivers a series of closed fist punches to the face and chest of Kyle Gauter. Gordon: Your winner... and NEW number one contender... SMOKEY JONES!!!
(Winner: Smokey Jones)
Jones celebrates in the ring as everyone remains in their places... exhausted. The fans begin to chant: THANK YOU FSW!!!! THANK YOU FSW!!!!
The feed fades out..
The cheers from the audience can be heard bouncing off the walls of the backstage area. The camera is still shaking in the hands of the leader of the group still only showing everything from the waist down. The guys can be seen running from hall to hall, hiding behind doors and ducking around corners trying not to be seen. He reaches into the cargo pockets off his pants and pulls out three matching face masks. The leader throws up his fist and the other two men stop cold in their tracks. He hands them each a mask and all three men put them on.
The static of a walkie-talkie can be heard before a voice comes booming across the speaker as it bounces off the hip of a backstage crew member. “The rings all clear”. The passing crew member grabs the mic strapped to his shoulder and simply responds with “10-4”
The leader then takes the camera in his hands and for the first time zoom it on his face.
Leader: “Alright Kid, hit the music and EWC Universe, it’s Showtime!!”
The leader swipes the camera away and as it falls to the ground, it shows him twirling his fist in a circle before pointing forward, as all three men step out of the view of the lens. The lights in the arena suddenly go out and the audience lower their voices to a mumble.
Calloway: Well what’s going on here, we don’t have anything scheduled for the ring at this time.
Hunter: Our mics are working to the live audience, but I can’t hear anything from backstage.
Calloway: Folks, it sounds as if some funny business may be going on, so just hang tight.
‘Shoot Em’ by Brick hits the arena with thundering force through the audio speakers and quickly followed by strobe lights bouncing off the walls. Three masked men step out onto the stage and the one in front throws up his fist as the other two stop dead in their tracks. With his fist still clenched they hold their position, but then he lifts two fingers and motions to the left and than right. One man flanks his right shoulder while the other one steps to his left. All three men look straight ahead as they hold their position.
Calloway: Who the hell are these guys and why have they taken over our show.
Hunter: Just let it play out and see where it goes.
Calloway: This is going to get interesting here, hold onto your seats.
The front man snaps his finger as an image appears on the titan-tron.
After the image shows their faces on the screen they each take their mask off and throws them to the side. Talon Gatz throws up Too Sweet as Jaxson Trigger and Bodhi Miles do the same meeting in the middle of the stage bringing their hands together. Like magic the lights turn back on and everything seems to be back to normal.
Gordon: Weighing in at a combined weight of eight hundred and six pounds, residing from Colorado Springs, Colorado. Introducing “Machine Gun” Talon Gatz, “Director of Chaos” Jaxson Trigger and “The Enforcer” Bodhi Miles, together they are known as Bulletproof!!!
They break their hands and begin to make their way down the ramp taunting and enticing the fans in attendance to strike them. Once reaching ringside they continue to entice the fans as they make their way around the ring over to the steps. They each climb onto the ring apron and wipe their feet before stepping into the ring. They meet in the middle of the ring and throw up Two Sweet before breaking.
Jackson: Well ladies and gentlemen, you have just met the group known as Bulletproof, an impressive looking trio.
Calloway: All three members stand over six feet tall and are rock solid, these guys are going to be a dangerous mix.
Hunter: They might look the part, but we haven’t seen them in action just yet so don’t go getting your hopes up.
Talon Gatz makes his way over to the nearest stage hand and motions for a microphone. The stage hand looks around confused at first, when another stage hand grabs a microphone and hands it over. He brings it up to his mouth before motioning the crowd to simmer down a bit.
Talon Gatz: Ladies and Gentlemen of the EWC Universe, please shut your damn mouths and give me your full undivided attention.
The fans respond with highly negative boo’s across the entire arena.
Talon Gatz: Go ahead and boo all you want, you people’s opinion don’t mean a damn thing when it comes to the three of us. We could care less whether you cheer us or boo us and I’m going to say what I have to say regardless of how you act. So unless you want me taking up the rest of the night I would suggest you shut your damn mouths.
Jackson: They clearly have zero respect for the fans, these guys are still considered green in the world of professional wrestling and they are acting like complete assholes.
Talon Gatz: Now that you civilian scum have shut your damn traps, listen up. My name is Talon Gatz, I am the leading man behind this unit. Standing to my right here is Jaxson Trigger and to my left is Bodhi Miles. Together we make up Bulletproof, a highly trained force that is hungry and ready to feast on the competition. We heard about the all exclusive FSW Tag Team Division that General Manager Xplode has in the works. We are here to be the first team to declare themselves exclusively to the FSW Roster. We are the first team to enter this Tag Team Division and you are all looking at your inaugural FSW Tag Team Champions.
Calloway: These guys totally reek of confidence, they believe every single world this guy is saying, but you have to ask yourself folks, is it all talk or can they walk the walk as well.
Talon Gatz: Now the three of us all know what the hell you’re all thinking. Damn, these guys sure do like to brag, but can they back it up too? We say line them up and we’ll show you how we’ll wipe the floor with each and every one of them. Be warned now, when you step across that ring from the three of us, just know this first, the ass beating is going to be the least of your worries. You all know the saying Survivor is a Must, we have one of our own. Survive if we let you.
Talon hands the microphone over to Jaxson Trigger.
Jaxson Trigger: Listen to the words that man speaks, the knowledge of tag team wrestling he carries in his head is what will lead this team to countless victories. I’m talking victory after victory after victory after victory so on and so forth. We will always be two steps ahead of anybody that is standing across that ring and guarantee we will know exactly everything you’ll be thinking.
Hunter: I’ve seen tapes of these guys in action, they talk the talk, but I’m telling you all now that these three men can walk the walk just as well.
Jaxson Trigger hands the microphone over to Bodhi Miles.
Bodhi Miles: The three of us have trained over thousands of hours together and we all know the ins and outs of one another. We know what makes each other tick and we know how to continuously push ourselves to always be better than we were the last time. We’re grabbing ahold of this tag team divison and we’re going to shake it and rattle it and destroy whatever is left standing.
Bodhi Miles hands the microphone back over to Talon Gatz.
Talon Gatz: The three of us are one. With their skills and my brains we’re going to hit this tag team division like nothing any of you have ever seen before. What one man lacks there are two others to pick up the slack and that makes us an unstoppable force. Just to point out one last thing if you haven’t gotten it just yet.
Talon takes a minute to look around the ring and than back at Jaxson Trigger and Bodhi Miles. He than mocks a light bulb going off above his head with his hand. He points to his chest and says one, than points to the chest of Jaxson Trigger and says two and than the chest of Bodhi Miles and counts three.
Talon Gatz: We have the numbers advantage, the element of surprise you’ll never know what duo combination you’re facing until the bell rings. You can’t forget about the remaining member of the team that will always be standing ringside with specific instructions to interact in anyway possible behind the back of the official. Bulletproof, will be taking over this brand new FSW Tag Team Division, by hook or crook, the only thing that matters is securing that pinfall or submission. The entire EWC Universe and FSW Tag Team Division have been made aware of our intentions, you’re looking at your first FSW Tag Team Champions, so drink it in man, bask in the glory of Bulletproof.
Talon Gatz drops the mic and spins his fist in a tight circle before pointing forward. Jaxson Trigger and Bodhi Miles quickly make their way out of the ring followed by Talon Gatz as they make their way back up the ramp.
FSW Championship Match!
Mark McNair
Vs XAVIER REID (c)
The camera cuts back to Tom Jackson, Ruthann Hunter and Todd Calloway sitting ringside.
Jackson: Well now it’s time to make history here in FSW as we close out our first night in our new home with a FSW Championship match…
Calloway: In a match that was scheduled to take place at FSW/Prime’s Showtime before the FSW pulling out of that joint ppv and Mark McNair did not want to wait for Scars and Stripes and came to the ring last week in Cologne, Germany and challenged Xavier Reid for this match here tonight at Uprising #1 in the Cow Palace…
Hunter: Well I know Jaden wanted to make night one here at Uprising special and what better way than to have a FSW Championship match and show the FSW fans here in Daly City the excitement of what the FSW is going to bring each and every show…
Jackson: But the question is is Mark McNair rushing into this match, it was just a few shows ago that we saw Xavier Reid beat Mark McNair so it begs the question is Mark McNair making a mistake not taking his time before stepping back into the ring with Reid?
Hunter: Well as a competitor we always want to avenge a loss, we want to get back into that ring with that person and show them and the fans that we will not be defined by just one loss and you can’t take away what Mark McNair had to go through to get back into this match, he beat Sebastian Connor and Criss Cassidy to earn the right to face the champion and Todd Mark is rising a huge momentum train as he comes into this match and well Xavier...the last time we saw him in the ring his shoulders were being pinned on Brawl…
Jackson: Very good point so will tonight we will see Mark McNair usher in a new era on our first night in the Cow Palace or will Xavier Reid prove that he’s the man to lead the FSW into the Jaden Hunter era...let’s head up to the ring...the FSW Championship match is NOW!!!!
DING DING DING
The camera cuts away from Tom, Ruthann and Todd and up into the ring to Stan Gordon…
Stan Gordon: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is for THE FSW CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!
The FSW cans inside the Cow Palace get to their feet cheering…
Stan Gordon: Introducing first...the challenger…
The music starts and at :10 when the song first says Freedom he walks out into the entrance of the ramp.
Stan Gordon: Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing in at 235 pounds...he is The Number One Contenders... MARK MCNAIR!!!!
At :23 when the first Cymbals Crash and the word Freedom hits again. The red and white Pyro hit in a diagonal direction crossing. Mark slowly walks down the ramp with a slight smile on his face. He stops in the middle of the ring when at :32 the word Savage is said he raises his hands to the air in a fist then brings it down and he continues to walk down the ramp. When he gets to the end he turns to the left and he gets to the steps. After he gets to the apron he wipes his feet, climbs in and takes off the robe.
Stan Gordon: And his opponent…
The lights inside the Cow Palace go out as the jumbo screen flickers and comes to life, the fans come to their feet.
‘Cochise’ plays out inside the arena as once last image fills the jumbo screen and illuminates onto the mat
The sold out crowd screams out DOOMSDAY as Xavier Reid steps out onto the stage, the FSW Championship over his shoulder as the arena lights come on.
Stan Gordon: From New York City, weighing in at 220 pounds, he is the FSW Champion...XAVIER REID!!!!
He holds his arms up into the air and crossed them into a X over is head as he poses on the stage for a few moments and then walks down towards the ring, holding the FSW Championship out in front of his so the fans can reach out and touch the championship belt, his eyes glued into the ring. He reaches the steps and marches up them one by one and then climbs up the ropes and looks out over the crowd. He smiles and once again crosses his arms into a X as he jumps into the ring. He marches to the center of the ring and stretches out the FSW Championship belt and mouths 'step up to the line' and Mark McNair comes thundering out of the corner and goes nose to nose with Xavier Reid as referee Matt Mercer orders them both back into their corners, Xavier winks at Mark before taking a few steps back as Mark continues to yell in the direction of the champion before himself taking a few steps back…
Jackson: These two are ready to go...
Hunter: Xavier is so good at getting under people’s skin and he seems to have gotten to Mark McNair…
Calloway: Xavier Reid while young is a veteran of this business and big championship matches but you can’t count out the hunger of someone wanting to prove he’s the man…
Matt Mercer picks up the belt and walks it over to Mark McNair and shows him the belt and then over to Xavier Reid and then back to the center of the ring and holds up the belt up high…
DING DING DING
Hunter: Here we go...
Calloway: And Mark McNair comes firing out of his corner…
Indeed Mark comes firing out of the corner towards Xavier Reid and lifts him into the air and slams him back into the corner, Mark takes a step back and nails Xavier with two overhand punches and follows it up with a chop across the chest that echoes throughout the Cow Palace and draws the WOOS from the Cow Palace crowd but Xavier grabs Mark, spins and throws him back into the corner and unloads with kick strikes to the legs, midsection and then to the head of the challenger but Mark eats them and then backs Xavier up with a well times European Uppercut and then comes firing out of the corner with a boot to the face of the champion…
Jackson: Heavy blows from both men...
Hunter: Neither one wanting to give an inch here…
Calloway: Yet it’s Xavier Reid that’s down and Mark McNair yelling at him to get to his feet…
Mark screaming at Xavier to get up and Xavier nips back up to his feet but McNair is there waiting with a kick to the stomach and grabs Xavier under the arms and drops him back down to the mat with a double underhook DDT!!!!
Jackson: And Mark McNair spiked Xavier Reid with that DDT and we are seeing a more savage Mark McNair here tonight…
Calloway: Well championship gold will bring out the best and the worst in people…
Hunter: You are willing to do whatever it takes when gold is on the line...
Mark McNair doesn’t waste any time and stays right on Xavier Reid and hooks him around the waist and lifts him up into the air and back over his shoulder with a picture perfect German suplex but he keeps his hands locked and rolls back up to his feet with Xavier Reid still locked in and sends him flying over his shoulder again with a second German suplex and again Mark keeps his hands locked and rolls to his feet and sends Xavier flying over his shoulder for a third German suplex but this time McNair bridges the suplex into a pin, Mercer slides into position…
Jackson: McNair with a cover…
Calloway: Could we see a new champion here…

But Xavier kicks out to the cheers of the fans who want to see more and the irritation of Mark McNair who wanted to end it right there…
Hunter: Xavier isn’t going to just hand over that title, Mark McNair is going to have to beat him to within a inch of his life to take that belt…
Calloway: I wouldn't set that challenge for McNair, he wants nothing more than to be the man that is the new face of the FSW now that we are coming live to you each Uprising from our new home here in the Cow Palace…
Jackson: Nice plug…
McNair grabs Xavier around the head and into a headlock, he gets to his feet and Xavier is able to shove him off into the ropes, McNair bounces off the ropes and takes Xavier down with a shoulder block, he hits the ropes again and goes for a running lariat but Xavier ducks under, McNair spins around as Xavier jumps…
Jackson: PELE KICK!!!
Calloway: Got him square in the face…
McNair eats the kick and staggers back a bit as Xavier nips up to his feet and grabs McNair by the back of the head and locks in a Plum Clinch and drives his knees up into the chest of Mark McNair and finishes it off with a jumping knee to the face of the challenger that sends him back into the corner. McNair bounces out and meets a dropkick to the chest by Xavier Reid that sends him down on his butt in the corner, Xavier up to his feet and comes running into the corner…
Jackson: A Running Fash Wash by the champion…
Calloway: And Mark McNair showing a veteran mover here and rolls out of the ring to regroup…
Hunter: But Xavier doesn’t seem like he’s going to let him have a free walkabout…
Xavier runs to the far ropes and jumps through the top and middle rope going for his suicide dive into a tornado DDT but Mark McNair has this scouted and times it perfectly and meets the diving champion with a European Uppercut that stops Xavier Reid in mid air and the fans ringside nearly jump over the rail as Xavier crumbles to the floor…
Jackson: MARK MCNAIR NEARLY BROKE XAVIER REID IN HALF!!!
Hunter: Xavier down...
Calloway: And the champion is not moving…
McNair pulls Xavier up to his feet and wraps his arms around Xavier’s waist and sends Xavier flying into the guardrail with a Belly to Belly Overhead Release suplex but McNair right back up to his feet and comes running in and drives a knee into the face of the champion and raises his arms into the air as he looks down at the FSW Champion…
Jackson: Mark McNair showing these FSW fans he’s up to the task here tonight…
Hunter: As if they needed reminded...
Calloway: Mark can feel it here, he knows his time might be now…
McNair pulls Xavier up to his feet and shoves him onto the ring apron and jumps up onto the apron himself, Mercer telling him to bring it back into the ring but Mark McNair ignores him and lifts Xavier up into a suplex and drops him into a falcon arrow right on the apron…Xavier screams out as the fans groan at hearing the THUD...
Jackson: That is the hardest part of the ring and Xaver Reid took the full brunt of that falcon arrow…
Hunter: That has to be murder on his back...
Calloway: McNair pulling out all the stops here…
McNair rolls Xavier back into the ring as he heads up to the top rope and comes flying off with a flying elbow drop to the chest of Xavier Reid...he grabs a leg and covers…

But as Matt Mercer is just about to hit the mat for a third time Xavier is able to get his shoulder up to the shock of the challenger and the joy of the fans who want to see more of the title match…
Jackson: Xavier just barely beats the count…
Hunter: That was so close there...
Calloway: Mark McNair was just moments away from becoming the FSW Champion…
McNair looks at Mercer who holds up two fingers and Mark looks at him for a second or two and then rolls towards Xavier and grabs his arm, hooks his legs around the arm and then locks his own hands around the face of the champion and locks Xavier into the crossface, he wrenched back on his neck as Xavier tries to reach out with his free arm for the ropes...but Mark continues to pulls back on his neck and head…
Jackson: Mark McNair has that crossface locked in tight…
Hunter: Xavier is in trouble here...
Calloway: Matt Mercer right there seeing if Xavier taps out as he reaches for the ropes…
Mark McNair pulls back and Xavier’s neck looks like it might snap off as he desperately reaches for the ropes...he is inches away...fingertips away...but looks as if he might be fading out as his outstretched arm starts to drop a little and Matt Mercer goes to check the arm which drops to the mat...Mercer grabs the arm and shakes it and raises it up to see if the champion is out but Xavier’s arm straightens out as he reaches out...and grabs the bottom rope...Matt Mercer turns and tells McNair to break the hold which he does after pulling back a little more…
Jackson: Xavier looked as if he might have been out there...
Calloway: Did Matt Mercer wake him back up by lifting the arm?
Hunter: I don’t believe so...but it’s the only way to check if he’s out…
Xavier remains on the mat as Mark McNair gets to his feet and wipes his face with his hand as he looks down at Xavier and wonders what he has to do in order to take out the champion…
Jackson: Mark looks a bit annoyed here, he is backing up to the opposite corner…
Hunter: He looks to be planning something big here...
Calloway: He needs to keep his head here...don’t do anything crazy…
Mark squats down and motions for Xavier to get to his feet...screaming at him to get up and Xavier uses the ropes to get to his knees and then to his feet as Mark McNair explodes out of the corner and charges Xavier Reid…going for the spear...
Jackson: MARK 1 MISSLE!!!!
Calloway: NO!!! XAVIER DRIVES A KNEE INTO THE FACE OF MARK MCNAIR AS HE CAME CHARGING IN!!!!
Hunter: THAT WAS A BRUTAL KNEE TO THE FACE!!!!
The knee drops Mark McNair to the mat but out of instinct he pops right back up, woosy on his feet Xavier runs towards the rope and springboards off…
Jackson: SPRINGBOARD SUPERMAN PUNCH DROPS MARK MCNAIR!!!!
Calloway: But what’s Xavier Reid have left in the tank?
Xavier climbs to the outside and heads up to the top rope as Mark is still down on the mat, Xavier gets to the top rope and he leaps…
Hunter: DOUBLE FOOT STOMP!!!! And hit all of it!!!!
Calloway: Xavier covers…

Jackson: AND MCNAIR KICKS OUT!!!!
The fans once again pop for the kick out
Calloway: And now it’s Xavier who looks at Matt Mercer is disbelief…
Xavier looks shocked that Mark kicked out…
Jackson: Xavier hit that combo right on the button and it wasn’t enough to keep Mark down…
Hunter: It would have kept lesser men down for sure...
Calloway: Both these men are reaching deep down in order to keep in this match…
Xavier looks at Mark who has gotten to his knees and jumps at him, grabbing Mark around the neck and wrapping this legs around McNair waist and locks in a guillotine choke...he wrenches on the neck and gets his forearm around the throat…
Jackson: Xavier locks in that choke...he’s squeezing trying to end this now…
Hunter: It’s locked in tight...
Calloway: He needs to be careful and not kill his arms here…
Mark McNair tries to break the choke and then gets to his feet with Xavier still hanging on...he’s still bent over but wraps his arms around Xavier and runs him right into the corner driving Xavier’s back into the turnbuckle...and then again and again and finally on the fourth time he manages to get Xavier off his neck as Xavier slumps in the corner, Mark lifts Xavier up onto the top turnbuckle and then jumps up to the middle rope…
Jackson: McNair setting up something big here…
Calloway: McNair turns so he’s facing the ring and...oh my god, MCNAIR LIFTS XAVIER UP ONTO HIS SHOULDERS…
Hunter: MARK MCNAIR GOING FOR LULU 101…
Mark jumps off and directly down with a rack breaker and the fans jump to their feet, Mark leans back and grabs the nearest leg and covers…

Jackson: XAVIER GETS HIS FOOT ON THE BOTTOM ROPE TO SAVE HIS CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!
Mark looks at Matt Mercer who points to the foot on the rope and Mark rolls off and can’t believe Xavier’s foot got to the rope...he sits there with his head in his hands and can’t believe it…
Calloway: Mark McNair thought he had won the FSW Championship right there…
Hunter: He has been all over Xavier Reid here tonight and now Mark is getting to his feet and motions to the fans this is it…
Mark rips Xavier Reid to his feet and sends him to the ropes...Xavier bounces off the ropes and Mark tosses him up into the air for the Mark 4 but as he goes to plant Xavier with the powerbomb Xavier wraps his legs around the head of Mark, his right shin under Mark’s chin and on his throat and grabs the back of Mark’s head before he can complete the powerbomb and locks him into the X’ed Out…
Jackson: WHAT A COUNTER!!!!
Hunter: Xavier locks in that hell’s gate triangle choke out of nowhere…
Calloway: Mark is in trouble here...fighting to get to the ropes…
Mark McNair fighting to reach the ropes as Xavier Reid pulls down on his head trying to choke him out...but he’s not able to reach the ropes, he’s too far away so Mark starts to try to get to his feet, he gets to one knee and then lifts Xavier up as he gets to his feet…
Jackson: I’m not sure if this is the best thing to do here...
Calloway: This is the worst thing you can do in this hold...he need to break Xavier’s grip…
But Mark runs to the corner and bounces Xavier off the top turnbuckle with a sort of powerbomb slam on that turnbuckle to break the X’ed Out Triangle Choke…
Hunter: Yeah that’s one way to break that choke...and Mark has another way but what did it take out of him...what did it take out of both of these men?
Both men are down on the mat as Matt Mercer looks at them both and starts to count…

Matt Mercer holds up his hands as both Xavier and Mark get to their feet and stagger for a moment but remain standing as the FSW fans pop for both competitors…
Jackson: Did they make it in time...
Hunter: They are both up…
Calloway: They are up but on jelly legs…
They both turn and meet each other...head to head and then Mark swings a right that connects to the face of Xavier who turns and fires right back with a right of his own that turns Mark who then in turns nails Xavier with a forearm and Xavier fires back with a forearm of his own...both men stagger and then reach out with their left hands and grab the other by the back of the head and then unload on each other with rights to the face...neither wanting to give an inch as the fans go insane…
Jackson: THESE TWO LEAVING IT ALL IN THE RING HERE!!!!
Hunter: Brutal strikes...
Calloway: This is how important this FSW Championship is…
Mark lets go of Xavier’s head and is able to block his right punch and hits him with another forearm to the face before bringing a knee up into his midsection that stops the champion in his tracks. Mark grabs Xavier by the arm and sends him into the ropes, Xavier bounces off and Mark catches him, tosses him up into the air but instead of coming down into the powerbomb Xavier lands behind Mark, Mark spins and Xavier with a kick to the stomach that doubles over Mark, Xavier lifts him into the air and runs towards the corner…
Jackson: The champion has him up...
Calloway: Xavier going for the X-Ploder…
Hunter: Or something new he’s been working on…
Xavier throws Mark McNair into the corner with a turnbuckle powerbomb and as Mark hits the turnbuckle Xavier jumps to the middle ropes and springboards off into a cutter…
Hunter: X-TINCTION!!!!
Calloway: Xavier busting out a new finisher here tonight...he covers…
Xavier hooks a leg as the ringside fans count with Matt Mercer...

DING DING DING
Calloway: But take nothing and I mean NOTHING away from Mark McNair here tonight, he gave the champion everything he could handle...and then some…
Hunter: What a way to close out our first Uprising!!!!
Stan Gordon enters the ring and hands Matt Mercer the FSW Championship belt and then raises the microphone to his mouth…
Stan Gordon: The winner of the match and STILL FSW CHAMPION….XAVIER REID!!!!!!
Matt Mercer hands the FSW Championship to Xavier Reid who drops to his knees and raises the belt over his head…
Jackson: Xavier Reid said tonight he wanted to be the face of the FSW in the Jaden Hunter era, that he wanted to be the champion that bring the FSW to the next level and tonight he took the first steps towards that…
Hunter: Xavier Reid is a man the FSW can be built around...
Calloway: Well Xavier should enjoy tonight because the line to take that belt away from him grows longer each week…
Tom Jackson: What an incredible first episode of Uprising! What better way to top it off than seeing our champion Xavier Reid standing tall in the middle of the ring after a successful defense over Mark McNair?
Ruthann Hunter: The entire show from top to bottom was jam-packed with incredible action. But yes, seeing our champion stand tall in the center of the ring is the perfect way to end our very first show. Jaden wanted to start out with a bang and have his FSW put the rest of the EWC on notice and I think he did just that, Tom!
Tom Jackson: Absolutely. He's your husband, and an icon of the professional wrestling industry after all. Well, that's about all the time we have this evening, so for FSW's inaugural Uprising, this is Tom Jackson alongside the Ruthann Hunter saying so long-
Suddenly, the lights in the Cow Palace begin to flicker and fade. The crowd, still on their feet, turn their attention back toward the ringside area and to Xavier Reid as he looks as confused as everyone else.
Tom Jackson: Wait a second, what’s going on?
Ruthann Hunter: Something is happening with the lights. It’s probably nothing.
Then, all of the lights in the arena cut out at once. The entire audience is mired in darkness. The FSW faithful cheer at the development. The light from cell phones begin to illuminate the stands.
Tom Jackson: I don't think this is nothing. There is definitely something going on here.
The brand new, massive Future Stars tron screen begins to flicker with the same static from earlier. But every few moments, an image appears to jump in and out through the flickering, faded and distorted; until finally the static settles and the image can be seen clear as day:
Tom Jackson: Oh my, can it be?
Ruthann Hunter: No way...
The deep heartbeat bass of Taylor Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do” drops over the arena’s public announce speakers as the artist Magdalena Lockheart emerges from behind the curtain to huge fanfare!
Ruthann Hunter: It is!
Tom Jackson: I can’t believe it! The former FSW Champion, Magdalena Lockheart is here in the Cow Palace!!!
Ruthann Hunter: Well I'll be damned...
Magdalena steps out into the center of an orange spotlight that matches the color of the Uprising logo perfectly. She's wearing a long black dress. For a moment she stands at the top of the stage and applies a dark cherry lipstick to her lips with the aid of a pocket mirror.
I got smarter, I got harder, In the knick of time.
And me I rose up from the dead I do it all the time.
I got a list of names, yours is in red underlined
I check it once, then I check it twice- Ooh!
Lockheart grabs her dress with both hands and on beat with the song, she rips the dress down the center! The spotlight shines straight down on her as glittering, sparkling confetti rains down from the ceiling onto the crowd. Flashes go off from all of the hungry cell phone cameras in attendance as Lockheart sheds the rest of her dress and reveals her slim waistline beneath. Lockheart pauses for a few moments to allow the crowd to snap more photographs.
Tom Jackson: I can't believe she's actually here!
Ruthann Hunter: I can, Tom. I've had a couple of run-ins with her in my career. I'm glad to see that she has taken my words to heart.
The cameras pan to Xavier Reid who is standing in the middle of the ring shouting something up the ramp at Lockheart as he pats the main plate of his championship belt and holds it high in the air. Lockheart stands beneath the tron screen and holds up two fingers.
Tom Jackson: Two? What does two mean?
Ruthann Hunter: I think we all know exactly what that means. Maggie wants to be a two-time FSW Champion. She just put our champion on notice.
Tom Jackson: Wow! But we are absolutely out of time! I guess we’ll have to find out in two weeks at the next episode of Uprising! We’ll see you then!
The show fades out with Reid and Lockheart locked in on one another as the feed cuts to the new FSW logo.
