We cut to the backstage area where we see mega movie star Harrison Ford signing some young and older fans autographs. Harrison Ford who seems in a hurry is also thankful for the respect of the EWC fans in Chicago. Just as he tries to go back to his seat. Liz Idol, in her ring gear, rushes up butting her way through the crowd of fans. Bumping a few kids on the ground.
Harrison Ford: Be careful lady.
Liz: O! M! GOD! This is happening, this is happening. The greatest American actor to grace the top 30-40 actors of all time is right here in my presence. Let’s go down the list. Star Wars? Indiana Jones? Witness. Random Hearts! I remember when that movie came out I bought my ticket and I would wait in the cinemas line and shout out “RANDOM HEARTS? More like RANDOM FARTS!” and then I would cut the cheese if you will. Pass gas. Whatever you want to call it.
Harrison Ford(grossed out) Nice to meet you kid, now I got to go and…
Liz: Well I was younger so it was more funny and cute. Not like I’d fart infront of people or a major celebrity such as yourself? Unless… this sexy celeb was into it? Then bring on the can’o’beans!
Liz lifts her leg as Ford looks worried.
Harrison Ford: Please don’t…
Liz(cutting him off): I cannot believe this is happening. Like how do you get into these different characters? You must smoke so much doobage, am I right? Am I right? I mean when you starred in that under rated scifi classic “Sex Man Versus The Goat Men!” where you fight the sexy goat head creatures with your laser gun and end up having very steamy hot sex with the blonde queen at the end. That should have gotten you the Oscar, you think?
Harrison Ford(confused): Um… I wasn’t in that, dear. I think you just made that up.
Liz(also confused): Pretty sure it was you. Anyway, before you get back to your seat. I just wanted you to know that I am an actress too. Yes I do this wrestling thing on the side, but I am the real deal. So if there’s an opening in the next big Star Wars movie. Give me a call? Or we can have dinner after the BRAWL show tonight and discuss our future.
Liz awkwardly licks her lips rubbing her finger down his sports jacket.
Harrison looks over her shoulder and writes down a number quickly on a piece of paper. Gives it to her.
Harrison Ford: Here you go, call me RIGHT after the show. Byeeeeee.
Harrison rushes off as Liz looks at the number and holds it to her heart. She turns around and sees the same number on the paper he gave her posted on the Concession Food Court Sign ‘HELP WANTED’ over the number . Liz looks shocked.
Liz: He… what… huh… wait a minute…. Harrison Ford must own this disgusting food establishment. Well played, Ford. Well played…
Liz walks off screen as it cuts back to ring side.
X-DIVISION MATCH
FOR THE X-DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
Magnificent Mondo
VS Curtis Mars
VS Curtis Mars
Aiello: We have an amazing night on tap for you folks, the opening match is going to be a great one!
Carter: You’re definitely right on the nose there, Joe. Already a great match with the X-Division Title on the line to start the show! Magnificent Mondo is going to be trying to take that title from Curtis Mars. Should be good!
Jessica Stroup: Now making his way to the ring, from The House on the Edge of the Park he’s standing at an impressive 6’10 and weighing in tonight at an astonishing 344lbs...THIS IS MAGNIFICENT MOOONNDDOO!!!!
Dreamweaver by Crowbar hits and Magnificebt Mondo comes slowing to the stage, spinning in circles to show himself off. He circles the ring, climbs to the apron, and enters over the top rope. As he enters the center of the squared a circle a spotlight shines down on him.
Carter: Magnificent Mondo is going to be looking to get his first taste of gold here in EWC, but this is definitely going to be a tough task.
Bennett: Tough task? That’s bull right there, Carter. Mondo is going to take out Mars right here and become the new X-Division Champion.
Pyros hit and "Smile" by Frank Sinatra begins to blast through the arena sound system. The lights flash and a platform begins to be raised in the side of the stage. As the stage itself is filled with smoke, knelt down on one knee is Curtis Mars in the center of the rising platform. He uses his hand to hold up his head and as the platform raises higher, he slowly lifts his head up and there is an odd smile on his face. Once the platform stops, Curtis leaps into the air, lands with his arms spread out wide and lets out a loud scream of excitement. He looks to the fans, then eyes the ring excitedly smirking.
Jessica Stroup: Ladies and Gentlemen making his way to the ring, hailing from Oymyakon, Russia! He stands at 6'0" and weighing in at 205 LBS He is the EWC X-Division Champion 'The Warden Of Extreme' CURTIS MARS!
Once to the ring, Curtis jumps up onto the ring apron, grabs the top rope and uses it to spring himself up and over landing on his feet, but rolling to the center. Stopping his roll on one knee, his arms out screaming in excitement again. Curtis then stands up, circles into his corner and rocks back and forth rolling his wrists waiting for his match to begin with his chin down to his chest smiling ear to ear.
Aiello: Here we go, This man right here is going to put up a good fight. I won’t be surprised if I see him successfully defending and walking out with that title.
DING! DING! DING!
The bell rings and the two men circle one another, neither one looking to make the first move as they try to feel the other out. They walk into the middle of the ring and get into a tie-up. It becomes a battle of strength before Mondo can get the advantage and grab Curtis into a headlock where he flips him over with a hip toss but keeps the force onto the neck, trying to wear him down. Curtis fights back, sending punches into Mondos arm but he doesn’t let the hold go, instead he tightens it, looking to end this fight early.
Aiello: Mondo isn’t playing around! He wants this match, looks like he’d prefer to end it early.
Bennett: That Son O’ Bitch can do it too, wouldn’t be surprised if he did!
While the commentary had gone on, Mars was able to force his way to his feet but Mondo kept the hold on. Mars escapes it though by sending punches to Mondos gut causing him to back up. Mars goes for a punch but Mondo ducks it and instead grabs Mars wrist and gets him into a wrist lock. He quickly transitions this into a hammerlock though, giving Mars the chance to send an elbow to Mondos head before reversing it into a hammerlock of his own! Mondo sends elbows to Mars causing Mars to release the hold. They back up from one another but show no facial expressions as both of them are all business. They circle each other once again this time though Mondo, out of nowhere, shoots towards Mars’ leg and grabs it, flipping him over into a single legged boston crab.
Carter: Woah! Where did he learn that, he’s not a technical guy!
Aiello: Well we did hear he’s been training as of late.
Bennett: Even more reason why that Son O’ Bitch is going to win, he is always gaining knowledge.
Mondo keeps the hold on, putting pressure on the left side of Mars’ back. Mars tries to roll over but is unsuccessful, he tries a second, same result, a third and fourth! He is able to push himself up with both hands finally though and flips through sending Mondo towards the other side. Curtis runs over towards Mondo as he gets up quickly and hits him with a Snap DDT! Mars quickly rolls Mondo over and goes for the cover as ref Josh Daniels drops down for the count.

KICKOUT!
Mars, without even looking at the ref hops up and picks up Mondo. Curtis grabs Mondos arm and whips him towards the ropes, Mondo hits the ropes and on the return goes for a cross-body! Curtis though is able to side step it as Mondo hits the mat hard and in doing so grabs his stomach as he rolls out of the ring and hits the floor with a THUD!
Aiello: Mondo just gave Curtis an opening!
Bennett: He’s going to be fine, he’s just getting a breather, Aiello.
Curtis walks over to the side that Mondo rolled out of and climbs out to the apron then jumps off to the floor. He grabs Mondo who has started to get to a knee and lifts him up to two feet then slams his head against the apron! Mondo stumbles back but is immediately grabbed by Mars who throws him into the steel steps, the steps catching him right on the knees and flipping him over to the other side! A grimace comes across Mondos face as he lands. Mars walks around the steps and puts Mondos arm on the steel steps where Mars steps on it! Mondo immediately grabs at his hand.
Carter: Mars just might have broken that Mondos hand!
Aiello: Does EWC have health insurance!?
Curtis goes to pick up Mondo once more but out of nowhere Mondo sends a knee to Curtis with a low blow! Curtis immediately drops this gives Mondo enough time to recover, as he moves his hand trying to make sure nothing is broken. Mondo lifts Curtis up and throws him towards barrier causing him to hit it hard, Mondo is right behind him though with a knee to the face. Instead of trying to get him into the ring for a cover, Mondo keeps on the attack. He grabs a chair from under the ring and looks at it as Curtis Mars, who seems to have been slightly affected by the knee but not as much as others might be. A small grin crosses his face, Mondo runs at Curtis though and slams the chair against his head knocking his head against the barrier, this time it causes Curtis to slump over. Mondo hits Curtis with a few chair shots to the back of Curtis, each time Curtis lets out a small groan. Mondo picks Mars up and thinks about taking him to the ring but figures it’s not enough so he sets him up on the barrier, his arms resting on the other side. Mondo runs at Curtis and clotheslines him causing them both to flip over the barrier and hitting the floor where the crowd is at! Mars and Mondo both grab at their backs Mondo gets up slightly faster than Mars and lifts him up. He goes for a punch to the head and connects but Mars throws one back and connects with one of his own! They exchange shots as they walk up to the top of the stairs. As they get to the top of the concrete stairs Mondo goes for another punch but Mars is able to duck it and throws Mondo into the hard wall! As Mondo hits it he slides down the wall. Curtis takes his eyes off of Mondo for a second as he plays to the crowd and puts his focus back onto Mars as he has now fallen to the ground.
Carter: We’re just getting started and this has already been a great match!
Bennett: Whatever you think, Carter!
Mars steps on the same hand he did on the steel steps earlier in the match. Mondo immediately grabs it again. Mars immediately follows this up with a couple kicks to the gut of Mondo. Mars, knowing he can’t pin Mondo outside of the ring picks up Mondo instead of dragging him down the steps he goes to throw him down but as he approaches the steps Mondo realizes this and hits Mars in the gut causing him to let go. Mondo hits a kick to the gut and is on the edge of the steps where he gets him in a front facelock and suplexes Mars onto the steps! After the suplex Mondo grabs his back once again as well as Mars grabbing his but he slides down the steps some. Mondo slowly gets up though as Mars is still laying flat on the steps and he slowly pushes Mars down the steps, each time each step digs into his back until they get to the bottom. Mondo picks up Mars and throws him over the barrier as Mars hits the ground with a THUD Mondo hops over the barrier following as he gets him up again and into the ring. Mondo follows and goes for a pin, hooking the outside leg.

KICKOUT!
Aiello: Mars barely got that shoulder up! He isn’t giving that title up just yet!
Bennett: That stupid ref counted too slow! That was three!
Carter: One, Josh Daniels isn’t stupid, two, that was a perfectly normal count.
Mondo looks at Daniels with evil eyes but quickly focuses back on Mars. Mondo quickly takes the action back to the outside as he picks Curtis up and throws him through the middle ropes. He hits the ground followed by hitting the announce table. Mondo hops out of the ring, grabbing his back in the process as he walks gingerly and feels around his hand again, making sure nothing is broken followed by him shaking it. He reaches under the apron and pulls out another weapon, this time he pulls out a trash can full of weapons. He empties the trash can with two kendo sticks falling out. He picks up one of the sticks and waits for Curtis to get up. As he does he swings the stick at Mars’ head and connects backing Mars up. Mondo swings another and Mondo connects again! This time Mars leans up against the table and Mondo swings three more times this time hitting Mars’ revealed stomach leaving red welts as the stick breaks. Mondo looks around more and sees a fluorescent tube light. He grabs it and looks at it as he slams it on Mars’ head the glass from the light digging into his skin causing him to bleed along with some of it sticking into his forehead. The slam of the bulb though seems to rejuvenate Mars as he loves the pain from it. A smile crosses his face but Mondo sends a punch to the head of Mars the remaining glass stuck in his head also cutting Mondos hand. Mondo goes for another punch but the love of the pain from the glass lets Mars’ adrenaline kick in as he blocks the punch. He sends punches of his own, backing Mondo up to the apron. As he gets Mondo there Mars sends a boot to the gut doubling over Mondo as Curtis goes to walk over towards weapons that were emptied and he finds a barbed wire wrapped bat. A smile crosses over his face as blood as started to enter his eyes. Curtis holds the bat up and runs towards Mondo who has gotten to a vertical base and slams the bat across the forehead of Mondo slicing him open!
Aiello: A barbed wire bat and a light bulb!?
Bennett: That bat should be outlawed! Barbed wire is not meant for human skin!
Carter: And a lightbulb is?
Mondo hit the ground hard after the slam of the bat. Curtis kneels down and puts the bat on the skin of Mondo then grates the barbed wire across the forehead of Mondo, slicing him open more digging into the skin causing more blood to escape from his body. Curtis removes the bat from his head and stands up then slams the bat against the torso of Mondo, ripping that skin open. Mars throws the barbed wire bat over to the side as he picks up Mondo and throws him into the ring and goes for a cover.

KICKOUT!
Curtis slams his hand against the mat as he gets up and looks at Ref Josh Daniels. Curtis slides out of the ring and grabs the empty trash can and throws it in the ring. He reaches under the apron and pulls out a table, a small black velvet bag, and slides out a ladder. He sets the black bag in the corner then slides in the table followed by the ladder and then himself. Curtis sets the table up in one corner and leans the ladder against the other. Curtis sees Mondo slowly getting up and he quickly goes over and kicks him in the gut knocking him back down. Curtis proceeds back to the objects in the ring as he empties the contents of the bag which happen to be metal thumbtacks. Blood now covering his whole face and onto his body Curtis starts to stumble a bit. He slowly walks over to Mondo and picks up the bloodied Mondo as well and drags him near the thumbtacks. Curtis looks behind him and gets Mondo into a front facelock where he hits a suplex onto him tacks sticking into his back as he arches up, Curtis makes sure that he missed them. Curtis slowly gets up from hitting the suplex as he slowly stumbles to the ropes and climbs up them. He faces to the outside as he goes for The Whispers (Phoenix 630) but misses! His back goes straight into the tacks as Mondo moved out of the way!
Carter: Mondo just saved himself!
Bennett: Damn right he did, that Son O’ Bitch was playing possum. He knew he wasn’t going to get hit with that.
Aiello: Sure.
Both men stay down after Mars missed The Whispers. Mondo slowly crawls towards the ropes while Curtis hasn’t moved from where he hit the tacks. Mondo gets up, a lot of tacks still in his back. His face also bloodied as he slowly stumbles over towards Curtis. He picks him up and throws him through the table that Curtis has set up as Mondo falls back to the opposite corner, trying to catch a breather and wipes blood out of his eyes. Mondo gets up after a few seconds and walks over towards the motionless Curtis Mars. Mondo picks him up and grabs him by the throat, lifts him up and hits him with The Justifier (Sit-Out Chokeslam.) Mondo immediately goes for the pin.

KICKOUT!
Mondo looks up at Josh Daniels and can’t believe it. His look of surprise takes over his rage. Mondo gets up and looks at Mars who is motionless after kicking out. Mondo slides out of the ring and grabs the ladder that Curtis had grabbed earlier in the match and slides it into the ring. Mondo follows and sees that Curtis still hasn’t moved. This allows Mondo to slowly drag the ladder and put it up against the corner before falling to one knee. He gets back to a vertical base after falling to a knee and picks Curtis up onto his shoulder. He runs like he is going for a powerslam but Curtis slides off and throws Mondo face first into the ladder! Curtis brings Mondo from the ladder and hits him with Keep Quiet (Dirty Deeds.) Curtis quickly turns Mondo over and goes for the pin.

Curtis looks at ref Daniels in surprise as to how that couldn’t have been three.
Aiello: Two close pinfalls! I don’t know how either one didn’t win there!
Carter: Simple will and drive to be the best. This is a great match.
Bennett: Only one is the best in there, that is Mondo.
Curtis slowly gets up and slides out of the ring. Ladder still in the corner, Curtis grabs another table and slides it in to set it up in the middle of the ring. Curtis goes over to Mondo who is slowly moving but hits him with a knee to the head before setting him on the table. Curtis grabs the ladder and sets it up. He goes to the opposite side and slowly climbs up it. He gets to the top and faces the other way as he jumps off and hits The Whispers! Sending them both through the table hard. Curtis slowly hooks the leg of Mondo as Ref Daniels drops to count.

Aiello: What a match we had folks, one for the ages! These two fought there asses off in this title match. In the end it was that big The Whispers that got it done!
Jessica Stroup: Your winner and STILL X-Division Champion...CUURRTIIISSS MAAARRSSSS!!!!
Bennett: You aren’t wrong there, Joe. Great match between them both but that tough Son O’ Bitch Curtis Mars proved why he is X-Division Champion, he is one tough son of a bitch.
Carter: That was definitely one hard fought match between Curtis Mars and Mondo but Curtis was able to pull it out in the end.
Aiello: Don’t go anywhere folks, we have more BRAWL action up next. In another X-Division match it’s Hazel Overton and Stalker. First though we’ve got a quick word from our sponsors. Stay in those seats!
We move to a commercial break.
X-DIVISION MATCH
Hazel Overton
VS Stalker
VS Stalker
Aiello: Welcome back, after that crazy X-division title match we just witnessed I have the prefect encore.... another X-Divison rules match! The self proclaimed Bitch of the EWC Hazel Overton taking on the Dark Knight himself, Stalker!
Bennett: Ohhhh yes, I’ve been waited for Hazel to wrestle on Brawl again!
Carter: Don’t start with the creepiness Bennett!
Stroup The following contest is set for one fall and it is an X-Division rules match.... Making her way towards the ring, currently residing in London, England, she is "The Bitch" Hazel Overton!
Gold lights fill the arena as "Scarborough Fair" by Leaves' Eyes sounds over the sound system. Hazel Overton walks through the curtain with her blonde hair flowing freely. She turns her nose up at the audience while slowly walking down the ramp. Hazel slips into the ring and walks around the ring with her manager Ashley Fairchild following closely behind.
Aiello: This is Hazels first match back on Brawl after she lost her debut to Kendrick Kross in a closely fought debut.
Bennett: Hazel was cheated out of that first match! This time things are going to go her way, I can just feel it. Look at her... perfection!
Aiello: Bennett please put your tongue back in! And I seem to recall Ashley Fairchild getting involved in that match against K2 quite a bit.
Stroup: and her opponent... from Dover, Delaware... weighting in at 328 pounds.... STALKKKEEERRRR!!!!
Rest in Peace by Jim Johnston plays as Stalker makes his way out to the ramp and then down towards the ring. The look on his face shows you he means business.
Aiello: Last time out on Brawl Stalker was involved in a crazy triple threat X-Division rules match so you can be sure the big man knows how to navigate this kind of terrain!
Carter: I’m just wondering how Hazel is going to be able to deal with this monster of a man! To put things into context Stalker is over a foot taller than Hazel, standing at six foot ten! He’s also nearly 200 pounds heavier than her!
Carter: The bigger they are the easier they fall! Hazel Overton has brains and beauty, both are qualities that Stalker lacks!
DING DING DING
As the bell rings Hazel looks Stalker up and down and laughs. Stalker advances toward her, Hazel climbs out of the ring and flicks her hair at Stalker before she starts to walk up the ramp. Stalker climbs over the top rope and slowly follows her up the ramp with with a menacing look on his face. Stalker is half way up the ramp when suddenly Ashley Fairchild smacks him in the back with a steel chair! Stalker turns and stares her down, Ashley swings the chair to hit him again but he boots the chair out of her hand. Ashley throws a fist at Stalker but he blocks her with one hand. Stalker grabs a hold of Ashley, picking her off he feet he throws her over the barricade and into the crowd, as the fans scramble out of the way Ashely crashes into a row of empty chairs!!
Carter: Holy shit!!! Ashley Fairchild was just sent flying into the front row, the strength of Stalker is unbelievable!
Stalker turns as Hazel runs at him, he grabs her by the throat and is ready to lift her up when she suddenly grabs a hold of Stalkers private parts as the fans gasp!!! Stalker is in clear pain as a twisted look comes over Hazels face as she squeezes Stalkers middle parts in her hand.
Bennett: OH MY GOD! I can feel that from here. Hazel has got Stalker by the balls..... literally!
Hazel twists her hand as Stalker shouts out in agony, he kicks her away from him. Hazel stumbles back but stays on her feet as Stalker leans against the barricade holding his middle parts. Hazel runs over and knees him hard in the face. Hazel slaps him multiple times, and then she scratches her nails down his face! Stalker rages in pain as he pushes her away. Stalker falls to his knees onto the ramp as he holds his face which is bleeding from the scratch marks. Hazel climbs up onto the barricade and jumps off towards Stalker but he throws an arm at her and clothesline’s her in mid air! Hazel hits the ramp and bangs her head. Stalker walks back towards the slowly, his face still bleeding.
As Hazel gets to her feet Stalker goes underneath the ring and pulls out a table. He leans it up against the ring apron. As he turns he sees Hazel running at him. As she jumps towards him Stalker catches her. Stalker puts Hazel on his shoulder and turns, he takes a run and power slams Hazel straight through the table that was Leaning against the ring apron!
Carter: Stalker just put Hazel straight through the table!!
Just as Stalker is about to pin Hazel, her manager Ashley Fairhild climbs over the barricade and picks up the steel chair again. She cracks the chair over Stalkers back. Stalker stands up, with an angry look he slowly rushes towards Ashley. Just as Stalker is about to get her Ashely dives out of the way and Stalker runs straight into the steel steps, smashing against his knees he stumbles over them and falls against the barricade.
Ashley helps Hazel up, as Stalker gets to his knees and leans against the steel steps. Hazel suddenly bursts into a sprint, she drop kicks the steel steps into Stalkers face. Stalker falls to the floor. Hazel jumps over the steps and gets on top of Stalker, and starts pounding into him with her forearm and elbow. Stalker throws Hazel off her but she is relentless as she runs and punt kicks him in the back of the head which stuns him.
Aiello: Hazel Overton is as aggressive a superstar as I’ve ever seen! She’s in a match against a man the size of Stalker and she does not seem fazed at all.
Stalker tries to get up again but as he gets to his knees Hazel grabs his head, and spring boarding off of the barricade she hits a tornado DDT straight onto the steel steps! Stalkers head bashed off of the steel. Hazel hurts her back off the steps to as she falls to the floor. Ashely Fairchild rushes over and pulls Hazel up and drags her on top of stalker. The ref pins.....

Carter: Stalker did it! It felt like a handicap match tonight at times but the big man got the victory he so sorely needed.
Bennett: Take nothing away from Hazel Overton! She is a bad ass, taking on a guy twice the size of her!
Aiello: I’m sure we will see Hazel back on Brawl very very soon. Stalker moves onwards and upwards, what’s next for the big man I wonder. We will be back after this commercial break.
We move to a commercial break.
“I can’t help the poor if I’m one of them, so I got rich and gave back” – Sean “Jay Z” Carter.
The writing is written in bold on the wall of Hush’s locker room as he seated on the couch opposite it. He sits in silence, his legs closely together, his hands rested on his knees and his chin, just on the tip of his fingers. He would look like a man praying if his eyes didn’t seem so focused on the phrase in front of him.
In a moment of clarity, he jolts to his feet, grabs the gold marker from the coffee table in front of him and begins to write underneath the quote.
“532, murdered in Chicago in 2018 – Did you know that?” He pauses for a moment and stares blankly at the words. “Now you do”. There was a question brought to light by Xavier Reid this week, he questioned Hush’s ability to make change by merely ‘winning matches’ rather than impacting his community directly. The simple exercise above is proof that he would awaken truth in the minds of hundreds of thousands from a stage in Chicago, a feat he cannot manage from screaming on the streets of Chicago. “Muhammed Ali”, he writes and underlines. “Black men went to war and died for their country and didn’t get honored, nor were their lives or deaths glorified. He took a stand for a cause while he fought in a ring like me. He became… A symbol”.
With that wall filled, he moves on to the next wall and continues to imprint his words onto them with the marker squealing at every stroke “Awareness. I am a statistic because I was shot by a police officer, but if it wasn’t him, it could have been someone who looks like me and is from where I’m from; the problem is not just him; it is societal violence.
Hope. I am that because I made it out of an impoverished gang infested community. That gives something more tangible than me yelling for change in the streets without a dollar to my name… It gives them a symbol to believe in.” Hush bends squats down to find some more surface area to write on, his eyes still beaming with determination. “From this stage my actions speak volumes, I can change hearts, I can change minds. The bigger I get the louder my cause. I will find my voice…We will find our voice”.
The scene fades to black.
SINGLES MATCH
Liz Idol
VS Freya Hobs
VS Freya Hobs
Aiello: What a show we’ve so far tonight, folks. If you liked the last one you will definitely like this one, folks.
Carter: That’s right Joe. We got a good match on tap for you this evening. This next match pits Liz Idol up against Freya Hobbs, should be a good one.
Jessica Stroup: From Hollywood, LIZ IDOL.
Hollywood by Madonna hits on the PA. Liz Idol clumsily slides out of the curtain. She waves to the crowd as if she were the queen or some kind of royalty. She isn't. Struts her way down to the ring touching some of the entrance way fans who bother to reach out. Slides in the ring does a NIXON fingers like peace pose as she stands on the middle turnbuckle rope. She gets down and waits for the match to start.
Lights go completely black and right as 'I'll Go Until My Heart Stops'- 36 Crazyfists plays. The lights begin to flash purple and gold and from the back jumps Freya Hobs. She throws her arms back with a yell as the pyros go off. She begins her walk down the ramp.
Jessica Stroup: Now making their way to the ring. Standing 5'6" and 160 lbs, she is the 'Savage Viking' FREYA HOBS!
She slides into the ring, stands in the center and again throws her arms back with a scream as flames shoot from the ring posts. She stands in her corner waiting for the match to begin.
DING! DING! DING!
Liz and Freya circle one another as they gauge what the other is thinking. They slowly move in and lock horns, each one fighting for supremacy with Freya getting the advantage and pushing Liz into the corner. The ref calls for a break and Freya gives a clean one. She walks back and let’s Liz walk out into the middle of the ring where she is met by a quick kick to the gut. Freya then sends a sharp elbow to the back of the neck of Liz causing her to fall to one knee. Freya takes this opportunity to grab Liz in a front face lock and hit her with a DDT! She immediately goes for the cover but before the ref can even get to one Liz kicks out. Liz rolls over and holds her head as Freya lets her get to one knee and then to a vertical base as she does Freya grabs her and hits her with a quick snap suplex! She pops her hips and goes to her up and as she brings Liz up, Liz takes the advantage and hits Freya with a quick snap suplex of her own as she floats over for the cover!

Liz quickly gets up and picks Freya up. She goes for her finisher, The IDOLizer (Stunner) but as she grabs the head of Freya she is pushed away, Liz comes back at her and Freya grabs her and hits her with a belly-to-belly suplex and goes for the cover!

Freya gets up after the pin attempt and stomps on the downed Liz, causing Liz to grab at her stomach as each stomp connects. Liz rolls out of the ring as she hits the ground hard with a loud THUD. Freya doesn’t let up though, she walks over towards the corner and climbs up the turnbuckle. She waits for Liz to get up and as she does she jumps off and hits a moonsault onto Liz who had just gotten up! Freya quickly gets up and rolls her into the ring. Freya follows and goes for another pin attempt!

Aiello: What a match we’re having so far! That was a beautiful moonsault by Freya.
Carter: Picture perfect.
Freya looks at ref Daniels and can’t believe it was only two. She shakes her head and picks Liz up but Liz is able to slide through Freyas legs and lock in a Boston Crab! Ref Daniels asks Freya on if she wants to give up but she keeps saying no. Freya uses all of the strength she can and pushes her self up and slowly pull Liz as she is able to reach out and grab the ropes. The ref starts to count but Liz doesn’t let go of the hold until the ref gets to 4. After letting go of the hold Liz pulls Freya out from by the ropes to where she is close to the turnbuckle. Liz gets up onto the middle rope and hits a legdrop right across Freyas neck! Liz rolls over and hooks both legs of Freya.

This time Liz looks at ref Daniels, surprised that this match didn’t end right there. Liz is clearly getting frustrated but holds back her emotions momentarily as she gets up to her feet. Liz looks at Ref Daniels once again and is surprised once more that she didn’t get the win there.
Bennett: Son O’ Bitch. This has been a great match!
Aiello: Neither one of these women are willing to give up.
Liz gets up and looks at the ref. Holding up three fingers. This gives Freya enough time to slowly recover and get to one knee. Freya looks as Liz turns around and hits her with the Beserker! (Spear) She immediately goes for the pin!

KICKOUT!
Another close kickout has Freya looking at the ref and wondering what she needs to do to put away Liz. Freya gets up and waits for Liz to get up. As she does she grabs Liz from behind into a sleeper hold and locks in The Blunder! Liz grabs Freyas arms and tries to pull her arms from her neck. She keeps trying to grab them and pull them but she can’t as she slowly fades. Ref Daniels grabs her arm and holds it up. He drops it and as he does it hits the mat and he calls for the bell.
DING! DING! DING!
Aiello: What a match folks!
Jessica Stroup: Your winner by Submission...FREYYYAAA HOOOBSSS
Bennett: Definitely aren’t wrong there, Joe. Great match between these two women but that tough chick Freya really pulled it out.
Freya celebrates in the ring as the announcers give their bits
Carter: Was definitely a tough match between the two, but Freya had just enough to win in the end.
Aiello: Don’t go anywhere folks! We have some more amazing BRAWL action on tap for you, but first a quick word from our sponsors.
We move to a commercial break.
We cut to the back where Dominic Sanders and The Limit are sitting in their locker room. The Limit are digging into a Chicago-style deep dish pizza while Sanders stretches in preparation for his match.
Alexander: This pizza is okay. But it ain't nothin' compared to a pie from back home in Detroit!
Frank: You got that right! Yo Dom! You want a piece of this?
Sanders: Does it look like I am in any mood to chow down on pizza?
Frank: Yeah, I didn't think so.
Sanders continues to stretch as there's a knock on the door. D.J. Frank gets up to head to the door.
Frank: This better not be that damn Brian Spade guy again!
D.J. opens the door and sees an EWC official with an envelope in his hand. The man hands it to D.J. and then walks away. D.J. Frank walks back into the room and sits down.
Sanders: What is it, D.J.?
Frank: It's a letter. It says "Dominic Sanders. Congratulations on being Number One in the Elite Fifteen for the entire year of 2019. Please accept this as a token of our appreciation. Sincerely, the EWC."
Sanders: Accept what?
D.J. reaches into the envelope and pulls out a gift card. $100 for Applebee's.
Frank: It's a gift card for Applebee's...
Sanders walks over and snatches it from Frank. He looks down at it and then starts laughing hysterically. The two members of The Limit begin laughing with Sanders, as well.
Sanders: APPLEBEE'S?! That's just great. Besides... the Elite Fifteen is like "Whose Line is it Anyway."
Alexander: What do you mean?
Sanders: The show where everything is made up and the points don't matter. I'm at the top because I AM the top. No points necessary.
Sanders laughs and tosses the gift card and the letter into the trash can nearby and walks away shaking his head. Ethan jumps out of his chair and digs into the trash can.
Alexander: No offense, Dom, but can I have this? They got some bomb ass appetizers and their happy hour is unreal!
Sanders laughs at Ethan.
Sanders: Sure, big man. It's all yours.
Ethan grins as he pockets the gift card and sits back down. We fade back to ringside as the two continue to eat the pizza and Sanders continues stretching.
SINGLES MATCH
Lynx Boyd
VS Damage
VS Damage
Aiello: Impressive showing so far tonight from all the athletes. This next match will be somewhat of a redemption tale for one of the two involved
Carter: That’s right Joe, both superstars are coming off losses, but we all know how skilled they are, and you can bet they will put that on full display tonight
Aiello: Who do you guys fancy will take this one?
Bennett: Damage for me. The man got nearly 2 feet on Lynx, what’s she gonna do? Bore him to death?
Carter: I think Lynx stands a chance here, she is lightening quick, and that is a skill you can’t teach.
Lynx Boyd steps through the curtain right as "It's not you" by Halestorm starts to play. A loud boo comes over the crowd as Lynx shrugs them off. She walks down the ramp slowly while mocking the fans in the front row.
Stroup: The following contest is scheduled for one-fall, introducing first, Please welcome Lynx Boyd
She leaps up onto the ring apron. She teases them before stepping through the ropes the normal way. She walks around the ring before stopping in the center and crossing her arms.
“DAMAGE” by The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion hits all lights go flickering like its lightning in different colors till the folloing lyrics,
Lyrics:
Get out yer calculator, slide ruleNo matter which way you fold or bend; turn
Well, you never gonna top us
You never gonna beat us...
Can ya dig my band?
Damage makes his way when the guiter plays. He is seen wearing black tank tops with words "DAMAGE" printed below his chest on the tank tops along with the long black leather pants and a black leather sleeveless jacket over his tank top with the black coolers for his eyes. He walks slowly down the ramp as the lyrics goes,
Lyrics:
“Ungh!
Come on! (The Blues Explosion)
Damage! (Git down...)
What it isn't?
Damage!
That's right! (The Blues Explosion)
Takin' orders from a higher power...
Ladies & gentlemen, I got that bad feelin'
But right now, owoooh...
We gonna feel so good...
Please'ah, please'ah, a'feel good; and break it down!
Ungh!
Damage! (Git down...)
At's right!
At's right, 'cuz we're so good lookin'!
Damage!
”
Damage doesn’t shakes the viewer’s hands who tries to reach their hands towards him. He is focused. He climbs up the steps and looks the people around the arena as he walks to the center of the apron, he slowly turns his attention to the center of the ring as he presses the top rope down and gets inside the ring by stepping over the rope. He walks to the center of the ring.
Stroup: From Detroit, Michigan, weighing at 326 Lbs, standing at 7 feet tall, he is the Untamed Demon, DAAAAAMAAAAAAGEEEEEE
Lyrics:
"C'mon... (The Blues Explosion)
Damage!
Get out da way!
With yer elegant 2...
Damage!
C'mon Detroit, 'cuz the blues is still #1, now!
Damage!
Damage!
Damage!
Damage!
Damage!
Damage!
Damage!"
Damage raises his both hands as the pyros goes out from all four turnbuckles.
DING DING DING!!!
The bell goes and we are off, Lynx sprints right at her opponent and swings for his midsection, her hands crash in there steadily but it almost seems like she is hitting a rubber wall. Damage stands tall staring down at his opponent as she pounds into him. Once she has exhausted her series of punches he grabs her by the face and shoves her clear across the ring on her back. She quickly rolls back to her feet without hesitation. Lynx launches another series of attacks, this time mixing up the midsection punches with some kicks to the side of his legs; this attack is more effective than the first; her last kick he feels in his joints though he absorbs it showing only a jitter before grabbing her by her face once more and tossing her across the ring again. She rolls back on one knee and he comes at her with a quick big boot and misses; she rolls out of the way and back to her feet.
Aiello: What a freak of nature! He absorbed her every hit!
Carter: He did! If Lynx is going to win this one she is going to have to fight smarter than that because this tree will not go down easy.
Lynx runs for the ropes, hops on top of it and flies at him with a crossbody. Damage catches her in midair and then transitions into a thundering sidewalk slam. He immediately goes for a pin.

Aiello: It’s just been an impressive show of strength from Damage so far, Lynx will have to figure out a way to balance the scales in this match up.
Bennett: I told you guys, Damage is just too big and too powerful. This will be a cake…
Before Bennett can finish his sentence, Lynx is on her feet sprinting at Damage, he tries to clothesline her but she ducks under, bounces off the ropes and then catapults right back and delivers a spear to the back of his knees downing the big man. With Damage on his knees, she nails him with an Enziguiri to the back of the head. The smack lands so loud the crowd gasp. She goes for a pin.

Kick Out!
Aiello: Not enough!
Bennett: But color me surprised, she was able to get around his size this time around.
Aiello: Definitely a beautiful strategy concocted to take his legs away from him.
Lynx brings the big man to his feet but receives a punch to the gut for her troubles. He then lifts her over his head and crashes her into the mat with a powerbomb. Not done, he pulls her back to her feet and as she wobbles runs at her… ROAD KILL! His boot flies over her head as she ducks under, once he turns around, she pokes him in the eye. As the man struggles to see drives her knee into his midsection and connects with an implant DDT.
Aiello: What a fight we are witnessing here tonight
Carter: I gotta say, Lynx has shown serious heart out there, even though she did poke the man in the eye to get a leg up
Bennett: You gotta do what you gotta do
Lynx goes for her fallen opponent, as she bends over to grab him by the head, Damage’s hand catches her throat to the shock of all onlookers.
Aiello: Oh my gosh what is going on here!
Bennett: The big man has Lynx right where he wants her and I can smell some real trouble for her here
His hand clamps her throat tightly and her efforts to dislodge his arm with strikes is unsuccessful. Damage rises to his feet slowly and then buries Lynx Boyd into the mat with a devastating CHOKESLAM!
Damage goes for the pin.

DING DING DING
Stroup: Here’s your winner, the Untamed Demon; DAMAGE!
Aiello: What a battle! Both superstars put on quite a show.
Bennett: They did. For Damage I’m sure he is glad to get back in winning ways.
We move to a commercial break.
Backstage, Antoni Malietoa is seen getting ready for his main even match against Tom Frost. He is lacing up his boots as Brian Spades walks into the frame.
Spades: Excuse me, Antoni, I just wanted to get your thoughts on Tom Frost’s comments earlier this week that you were going to be too focussed on Ace King and the United States championship that it would cost you your match tonight with him?
Antoni stops lacing his boot for a moment, then continues.
Antoni: He’s wrong.
Spades: Anything else you’d like to add?”He’s wrong” that’s all you have to say?
Antoni: A warrior goes to battle for one reason, Spades. To win. If you’re not here to win then you are here for the wrong reasons.
Antoni finishes lacing up his boot and stands, addressing the camera now.
Antoni: I could sit here all night and talk about how wrong Tom Frost is, but the fact is that Tom used those lines to deflect from the real issue here: Tom knows that he can’t beat me.
Antoni lets that sink in.
Antoni: That’s right, he knows it. He couldn’t be me two weeks ago when I was on the verge of passing out from loss of oxygen and blood, and he can’t beat me tonight when I’m fresh and 100%. In my entire singles career here in EWC I have yet to be pinned or submitted. That’s not to say I don’t have losses in the column, because we all know I do, but one on one, no one has been able to get the job done and pin me to the mat for the three count and none of them have been able to make me tap. Cyrus had to literally make me pass out in the gauntlet and that was after going through Tom Frost and three other people first. The next week when I was fresh, Cyrus couldn’t get the job done there either and we both ate a 10 count. Last week Tom, you picked up the win but what would have happened had The Samoan Warrior not speared Kendrick Kross to keep him from breaking up that pin? That one action on my part changed the entire match and the entire trajectory of this thing we are doing tonight.
You can’t beat me Tom Frost, but one day you will find that drive, that extra gear that the best of the best have to find in order to be successful long term…Assuming your liver or lungs don’t give out first. I’m not distracted by Ace King or the United States title. I haven’t even met Ace King… I was sent by Jon Spartan to go after him and get to that belt by any means necessary and by God that’s exactly what I plan to do. Tonight, that means it’s necessary for my to eat Old Tom Frost.
Spades: Antoni, thank you for that. One more question…The Collector was spotted in Miami this week with Mondo. Any comments about your ongoing relationship with him despite all three members of Criterion claiming they are done with him?
Antoni laughs.
Antoni: You’re really looking for a story here aren’t you Spades? Listen, The Collector has only been collecting garbage since StrangleMania. We all ditched him, but what he’s trying to do to Mondo isn’t right. My brother finally got himself on the right path and The Collector is trying to take that away from him. Let me make this perfectly clear though: If The Collector goes near one of my brothers again, he’s going to be in for a visit from The Great Warrior.
Antoni pauses again.
Antoni: And as for tonight? The war rages on here in Chicago and it’s going to be an honor and a privilege to do battle with you Tom. When all is said and done, I hope you have the honor to stand in that ring and shake my hand after the bell rings declaring me the winner.
Spades: Strong words from a strong competitor. Antoni Malietoa and Tom frost are in our main event tonight, looking forward to that. Back to you Joe Aiello!
The camera fades to black.
SINGLES MATCH

Archer Barrett
VS Dominic Sanders
VS Dominic Sanders
b]Aiello:[/b] There, strong words form Antoni, impressive win by Damage and now it's time to move on.
Carter: Dominic Sanders up against Archer Barrett.
Bennett: I like this guy Archer, but he's got no shot against Dom!
The generic white lights coating the arena immediately transform into several variations of violet, crimson, and midnight blue tones. The darkened colored lights flicker and continue to shower the heads of the audience members. Sporadic hoots and hollers are heard as fans begin realizing who's preparing to grace them with his presence.
'Whiskey in the Jar' by Metallica begins to play. The hard guitar riff pounds through the sound system at a near deafening volume and is met with an equally deafening roar from those in attendance.
Stroup: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, making his way to the ring weighing in at two hundred thirty-three pounds and hailing from Boulder, Colorado ...
The announcer deliberately pauses for a moment to add a layer of dramatic flair and times the musical post.
Stroup: It's the Straight Shooter. He is Archer Barrett!
Barrett aggressively pushes aside the curtains and enters the arena with a familiar look of purpose. Focused primarily on the objective, he intentionally aims his strut down the middle of the aisle to avoid high fives and handshakes from both sides of the guardrails.
A slight smile can be seen forming at the corner of his mouth as he arrives to center stage and ascends the steel steps. He maneuvers himself between the ropes and commences with his ritual of crouching beside the nearest corner. All the fans receive in return for their cheers is a mere head nod from Barrett. It's quick enough that no one blinks to ensure they witness his acknowledgement.
Barrett extends his chest and rolls his shoulders to stretch the muscles. He closes his eyes, anticipates the sound of the bell, and prepares for battle.
The lights go out in (arena name). Purple lights cut on around the entrance ramp as "Drop the World" by Lil' Wayne begins playing.
"I got ice in my veins, blood in my eyes
Hate in my heart, love in my mind"
Dominic Sanders steps out from the back in a dark purple hoodie and black wrestling tights on, finished by white boots. The EWC Undisputed Championship hangs from his right hand. The hood of his sweatshirt drapes over his eyes as he stands at the top of the ramp. Both members of The Limit follow and flank him on either side as he stands at the top of the ramp and soaks in the boos from the crowd.
"So I pick the world up and I'ma drop it on your fucking head!"
Dominic beats his chest with his left fist and raises the Undisputed Championship in the air with a roar. The crowd boos even louder as he starts to make his way down to the ring. A cocky grin can be seen under the hood of his sweatshirt as he and The Limit walk down the ramp.
Stroup: Introducing his opponent... from Aledo, Texas. Weighing in at two hundred and seventy pounds... He is the EWC Undisputed Champion! DOMINIIIIC SAAAAANDEEERS!
Sanders rolls underneath the bottom rope and into the ring. He jumps up to his feet and stares out into the unadoring crowd underneath the hood of his sweatshirt, all while holding the Undisputed Championship high in the air. He grins and shakes his head as he moves over to the corner and waits.
Aiello: This one is a big one; FNR’s Archer Barrett tries his hands against the Dominant Undisputed Champion Dominic Sanders, how do you think he will measure up guys?
Bennett: Well, Dominic is the Champ for a reason. He has been on an absolute tear, but this will be no walk in a park; We know there are men out there that can pull off an upset, and Archer is as good as any.
Carter: I agree Steve, though both men are coming off a high from Rampage, I think I can argue Archer had a harder time to victory having to defeat 4 other men to get his win. If Dominic underrates him, he will regret it, that’s for sure.
Both fighters are called to the center of the ring, the referee explains the rules and sends them to their corners before calling for the bell
DING DING DING!!!
A quick start from Dominic as he nails Archer with a clothesline. Archer is quick back to his feet, and quick to the mat as Dominic nails him with two more clotheslines before he stays down for a bit. As Barrett rises slow, he is approached from behind by Dominic and he nails him square in the face with an elbow. Archer follows up with a knee to the midsection and then a hip toss, but Sanders gets a hook in the leg stopping the move and then takes off Archers head with a thundering neckbreaker.
Aiello: Fast start from the champ here. He is really giving Archer the works tonight
Bennett: If Archer plans to win this match he needs to find a way to avoid these heavy impact moves being dished by Sanders.
Dominic brings his dazed opponent to his feet and then lifts him onto his shoulder; his Somoan drop is quickly countered and Archer brings Dominic crashing back down to earth with a DDT. The move gives Archer a brief moment to catch his breath on the mat which he does but he returns to work to stay in the drivers seat. Both men are on their feet at the same time but Archer is the most steady, he catches Sanders by the waist and heaves him across the room! Belly-to-Belly suplex. Sanders crashes hard into the mat and Barrett goes for the first pin of the night.

Carter: I could save him the trouble right here and tell him; plenty.
Barrett picks Dominic to his feet but to his surprise, the champ grabs a hold of his hand, and then throws him outside of the ring between the top two ring ropes. He crashes hard on the canvas beneath and takes a while to climb to his feet. The referee begins his count.

Aiello: The crowd can smell blood here; it might be all over for the champ.Bennett: Archer is stalking the champ! We know what’s coming next!
Archer slowly stalks the champ from behind and once he finds the opening he clamps on the champs neck and… Dominic somehow gets his head out of that situation and nails Archer with a punch across the face. Before Archer can recover from the hit he finds himself in the air. FUNKY TOWN! The T-Bone suplex thunders as his back explodes on the mat.

DING DING DING!!!
Stroup: Here’s your winner, the UNDISPUTED CHAMPION! DOMINIIIC SAAAANDEEERRS!
Aiello: The champion looks as good as ever.
Carter: He does; great effort by Barrett, he can be proud of his effort here tonight but it just wasn’t meant to be.
Aiello: Stick with us, we got more to come right after the break.
We move to a commercial break.
The camera cuts backstage where we see Brian Spades standing against the wall enjoying a cup of coffee, he takes a drink and looks to his left and the spits the coffee out in shock, his mouth drops open as he yells out
Brian Spades: What the hell are you doing here?
The camera points to the left to show ‘The Memphis Mouthpiece’ Tommy Love walking towards Brian alongside the newly crowned Indy Champion Killjoy Ito
Tommy Love: Well thank you for that warm welcome to Brawl, it’s not like we took the red eye from Cameroon to Chicago to be treated so coldly, I mean it’s not like WE had a historic night last night and the employees of Brawl wouldn’t be happy to see the WINNER of the Prime G1 and the Indy Champion Killjoy Ito here on their show and get the chance for the exclusive first interview with us, I mean damn, that’s so far fetched isn’t it?
Brian Spades: I’m sorry, it’s just...I’m just…
Tommy Love: Not that good at my job?
Brian Spades: I just didn’t expect to see either of you here tonight that’s it, of course congratulations Killjoy on your impressive win last night and shown today on the EWC Network but if you don’t mind, what brings you here to Brawl?
Brian reaches out the microphone towards Killjoy but Tommy reaches out and pulls it closer to his mouth
Tommy Love: You really must be new, they call me ‘The Mouthpiece’ for a reason kid, first off thank you, last night at Prime 047 Killjoy beat the odds and became the FIRST EVER Prime G1 Winner and as well won the Indy Championship which was of course long overdue but a promise I once made but we are not ones to rest on our laurels and get soft after a huge night, oh no, we know there is business to deal with and to be honest kid, Chicago was just a stopping point on our way to Australia for Thunder II this Saturday night against Brawl’s very own Cyrus Black, so I thought why not pop in and see the man first hand and by my watch we got here just in time to see the International Champion face off here tonight against Stephanie Matsuda
Brian Spades: So you are here to scout Cyrus?
Tommy Love: You are a quick one aren’t you but yes, we are here to scout the International Champion to get a up close look at what makes him tick inside that ring because now this match at Thunder is a Champion v. Champion match and we are looking to start off our title reign with a HUGE win over your International Champion
Brian Spades: Well you are facing one of the hottest EWC Champion in Cyrus Black and Tommy this isn’t going to be easy pickings for you and Killjoy
Tommy Love: Son, we just went through the most grueling tournament in this business, we faced off against five of the very best in this business just in Block action and then last night beat three of the greatest wrestlers Prime has ever seen, two of them being current champions so I would pump the breaks in crowning Cyrus Black the ‘hottest EWC Champions’ at the moment and give my client his much deserved credit. You and the rest of the ‘big wigs’ here on Brawl and in EWC might think Cyrus Black is going to walk into Thunder and make quick work of Killjoy Ito and shut good old Tommy up but let me remind you many have tried and yet he’s still here, a champion and I’m still talking, so, my message to you and the rest of your Brawl audience is tune in Saturday night for the first ever, the EWC International Champion taking on Prime’s Indy Champion, Cyrus Black v. Killjoy Ito
Brian Spades: Well I’m not saying it won’t be good but…
Tommy Love: But you are a Brawl boy and yeah, well your time is up, glad to see you wasted it, I’m sure your bosses will be pleased when they find out you choked away a chance for a Brawl exclusive but Cyrus is about to head to the ring and well we didn’t come all this way to talk to you Ace
Brian Spades: I’m Brian...Brian Spades
Tommy Love: Like anyone cares or will remember, please let your GM’s know we are here if they would like the privilege to talk to us, Killjoy lets go…
Killjoy nods and looks back at the camera, with the Indy Championship over his shoulder
SINGLES MATCH
NON-TITLE
Stephanie Matsuda
VS Cyrus Black
VS Cyrus Black
Aiello: Well, I think Killjoy against Cyrus is going to be great, but it's time for Cyrus against Stephanie Matsuda!
Bennett: Yea yea, let's get it over with already. We already had Dom, the nights basically over now.
Stroup: The following is a non-title match and is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, making her way to the ring! Being accompanied by Monica Vaughan! From Brooklyn, NY! Weighing in at 132lbs,” The War Queen” Stephanie Matsuda!
“Let’s Go” by Run the Jewels plays as Stephanie Matsuda walks out dressed in her signature black fitted cap and a bandanna around her face. Trailed by manager Monica Vaughan, Matsuda walks on stage and crouches low, getting ready for her match.
Stephanie and Monica walk down the ramp, their eyes fixated on the ring. At the bottom of the ramp, Matsuda runs and slides into the ring. She takes a moment to run the ropes and throws her hat into the crowd. She then climbs the nearest turnbuckle and pulls down her bandanna as she stares into the crowd. She then jumps down and prepares for her match.
The whole arena goes dark for a moment, a spotlight hits the entrance ramp and music plays from the PA system.
"Life is a mystery..."
The silhouette of a man moves into the spotlight, arms raised above his head as he starts to clap.
"And it feels like home..."
The lights go up around the arena, two red pyrotechnics go off at either side of the stage as the chorus hits...
"When you call my name
it's like a little prayer..."
Cyrus starts clapping as he merrily skips from one side of the entrance ramp to the other, looking out at the sea of fans, goading them to clap along with him. Cyrus makes his way down the entrance ramp with the International championship around his waist, he engages with fans along the way, dishing out high fives and hugs as he jives his way to the ring.
"I'm down on my knees
I want to take you there..."
Stroup: And her opponent, he is the International Champion! CYRUS BLAAAACK!
Sliding underneath the bottom rope into the ring, Cyrus shuffles from one corner buckle to another, continuously banging the palms of his hands together as the fans are on there feet clapping with him,
"Just like a prayer you know,
I'll take you there...".
Cyrus casually leans against the ropes, with a cheesy grin on his face.
Aiello: Welcome back to the show, our next contest is a bit of a David vs. Goliath scenario, Stephanie Matsuda, the impressive newcomer who is yet to bag her first win, goes toe to toe with Cyrus Black
Bennett: So who’s David? Cause I according to the story, David wins, and I cannot see Stephanie putting one over the International Champion
Carter: I think that’s what makes the story what it is; no one saw it coming.
Bennett: Well, some mountains are too high to climb and Cyrus is one hell of a mountain
Aiello: She might just be one hell of a climber
The referee explains the rules of the match to both competitors, they shake hands and then return to their corners as he calls for the bell.
DING DING DING!!!
Quick start from Stephanie Matsuda as she lands a series of punches on the champ. She lands one hand after the other and then brings Cyrus down with a fast shoulder charge. Both get to their feet quickly and with a smirk and a forearm brush of little trickle of blood from his lip, Cyrus urges her to keep it coming; she obliges. She crashes her knee into his midsection then tries for a scissors kick, she misses. Cyrus pulls his head out of the way at the last moment, grabs her and drops her with a snap suplex. Stephanie doesn’t stay down long; though her body felt the impact of that one, she fights through the soreness and is back on her feet. Matsuda and Cyrus stalk each other in the ring, just 2 feet apart and they watch each other keenly as they move in circles; Matsuda is first to strike, she goes into a grapple, and goes for Black’s feet. Cyrus jumps over her feet and then nails her on the head with an elbow to get out of her grasp. This buys Cyrus a moment, but before he realizes it; that moment is gone, Stephanie closed the gap and nails him right between the eye with a drop kick.
Aiello: Stephanie has had an impressive start to this one.
Bennett: It’s been quite impressive her strategy so far. She has been keeping the pressure on Cyrus, keeping him in close proximity and executing without giving him room to completely recover. This is a recipe for success
Stephanie grabs Cyrus by the head to bring him up to his feet but suddenly he grabs her by her arm, spins her around, wraps his hand around her neck and locks on the sleeperhold.
Aiello: Stephanie looks like she is in all types of trouble right now
Stephanie keeps one hand under the hold and that is enough to help her withstand the hold. She stomps Cyrus’s feet, and he lets go. She immediately goes for a neckbreaker but Cyrus shoves her off, gets behind her, and nails her with not 1, not 2 but 3 German Suplex’s. As she crashes into the mat the third time, he holds her in place for the pin.

Kick Out!
Aiello: I guess we can say he is taking this match, Cyrusly.
Bennett: Really Joe? Really?
Cyrus climbs to the top rope and waits for his opponent to find her feet. Once she does she turns around to find him in the air. She gets out of the way at the last minute and Cyrus crashes into the mat hard. Stephanie picks the man up to his feet and nails him with the Snapmare driver. Black’s head bounces off the canvas and she goes for the pin.
Aiello: That was a powerful move, I think it’s over
Bennett: After flying head first into the canvas and having that same head bashed into the mat? There is no chance he walks away from this.

Kick Out!
Aiello: WHAT!!
Bennett: Wait what?!
Carter: I don’t believe it. How can he stand after that?
Aiello: I think even I tend to forget how resilient the International champion is.
Carter: Matsuda has been impressive here tonight; she might just get the W she’s craving if she keeps up the pressure.
Stephanie grabs Cyrus back to his feet, this time she tries for a belly to belly suplex but once she lifts him, he locks her head in a Guillotine. She drops to the mat slowly and lock just keeps getting tighter. The air in her lungs is dried out as she dry heaves hoping for a way out of the torturous position.
Aiello: When you fight Cyrus Black, you have to be on your guard at all times; he is a submission specialist and can get you at any point
Bennett: She has been on her guard but for one second she let it down and it may all be over right here.
Matsuda digs deep, reaches and finally grabs the bottom ring rope. She holds on to it for dear life and Cyrus lets go off her neck. Oxygen floods into her throat as she coughs in pain with her face read from the chokehold and her breathing labored.
While Matsuda is slowly rising, the crowd is on their feet. Cyrus waves the crowd into an uproar as he stands on the second turnbuckle behind Matsuda.
Aiello: Whatever you do Stephanie, DON’T LOOK BACK!
Bennett: It’s coming! It’s coming! I can see it; you can see it! She can’t
Dazed and confused Matsuda turns around and her head is caught in midair by Cyrus Black, he brings the head thundering back down into the mat. LUCKY STAR! He goes for the pin.

DING DING DING!!!
Stroup: Here’s your winner, the International Champion! CYYYRUUUS BLLLLAAAAAAACK!
Aiello: What a battle from these two. Both left it all out there
Bennett: They truly did. Matsuda had victory in her sights, but it just wasn’t meant to be.
The referee hands Cyrus Black his title and the cameras fade to commercials.
We move to a commercial break.
The camera picks up Xavier Reid as he’s with his cousin Tlatoani Volando and adviser Nikki Dupree
Tlatoani Volando: I don’t want to say it’s now or never…
Nikki Dupree: Then don’t…
Tlatoani Volando: But…
Nikki Dupree: DON’T!!!
Tlatoani Volando: Come On!!!
Xavier Reid: You think tonight is going to be easy? That it’s just simply going out there and TAKING the win, you may think it’s now or never but there are a lot of factors out there...with this match packed with everyone wanting that championship match for Hardcore Revolution…
Tlatoani Volando: But this is a ladder match, we...The Volando’s are great in ladder matches…
Nikki Dupree: Yeah...how many have YOU won…
Tlatoani Volando: That’s not important, the important thing is this match is right up Xavier’s alley…
Xavier Reid: And I’m sure Kendrick Kross things the same thing, as does Yeshwa, Gabi Vee and I’m sure Hush thinks this is the perfect match for him...my point is this match is going to be crazy and there is not one sane person in this match...look…
Xavier stops and turns towards his cousin…
Xavier Reid: Kendrick Kross is having a breakdown right before our eyes, he’s morphing into this dark, twisted version of himself…
Tlatoani Volando: He’s going Dark Phoenix on us but without the cool powers and tits…
Nikki shakes her head in disgust…
Xavier Reid: Kross has been so close time and time again and it;’s clearly driving him mad and who knows, maybe tonight he snaps and goes full board into this ‘new’ version of K2 and he brings the Murder House right out there into that ring...would you be shocked to see him win tonight…
Tlatoani Volando: Yeah I would…
Nikki Dupree: No, because what Xavier is saying is he’s not the only one desperate out there tonight, for someone like Kross this could be his last chance at EWC gold and he also knows it…
Xavier Reid: Gabi Vee has already shown she is deserving but yet here she is, having to prove it yet again and speaking from past experience it pissed you off...to the point where you want to leave no doubt and that sometimes means leaving some hurt out there to get the point across to those calling the shots. Who’s to say she don’t want to take off one of our heads to slam down on Spartan’s desk to trade for a championship match…
Tlatoani Volando: Oh I can’t wait for the heads to roll on Game of Thrones…
Nikki Dupree: Can you please stay focused…
Xavier Reid: For someone like Yeshwa this could catapult him here on Brawl, to go out there an beat three former champions, it would cement him in the conversation for any and all the championships around here moving forward, plus he’s a lucha guy and if you think this match is up my alley because of by families bloodline than you would have to believe this match is right up his alley as well…
Tlatoani Volando: The Japanese Lucha...that’s nuts
Xavier Reid: And then there’s Hush…
Nikki Dupree: Easy there Xavier…
Tlatoani Volando: Don’t try and mute the guy, have at it Xavier…
Xavier Reid: We don’t know what we are going to get with him, we don’t have much tape on him, what one match…
Tlatoani Volando: Maybe he’s scared of heights...you never know…
Xavier Reid: Truth is he don’t know him and clearly he doesn’t know us...we can try to dive into his head but more than likely we would fail to understand him, hell it would be like him thinking I still am involved in the FSW…
Tlatoani Volando: Well that’s just crazy since you haven’t been there since your goodbye match to kick off the season…
Xavier Reid: My point is this is now or never for everyone in this match, Hardcore Revolution is a little over a month away and it’s time to stake our claim for a championship match, just like everyone else in this match is hoping to do...Frost and Malietoa are fighting for Ace and the five of us are fighting for the rest...tonight one of us locks up a championship match at Hardcore Revolution...I know what’s at stake here tonight, trust me...I get it...I want to have gold around my waist again and tonight if the first step in that quest…
Nikki Dupree: And like it or not Xavier will climb that ladder and take that match for Hardcore Revolution…
Tlatoani Volando: So if that bothers you oh well...we don’t care...we don’t want to hear about how unfair...just sit there and…
Tlatoani reaches into his pocket and pulls out a Post It and places it on the camera lens

Aiello: Our next match could very well be a contender for match of the year never mind match of the night because not only do we a five way ladder match on our hands with the winner reviving a championship title shot but the competitors in this match are five of the best the EWC has to offer!
Bennett: Ladder matches can take years off of your career so these five superstars must know they are putting everything on the line for a shot at glory!
Carter: This is the EWC, big risks equal big rewards!
Stroup The following contest is set for a five way ladder match.. the winner is the first person to grab the briefcase handing above the ring... inside the briefcase is a contract for a championship opportunity at Hardcore Revolution.... entering the ring first.... from Las Vegas Nevada.. Here is The Wanderlust King of Luchadore wrestling.... YESHWA!!!
'The Sanctuary' by Darling Violetta plays as Yeshwa makes his way out to the ring wearing his “Dominic Sanders fears me”.
Bennett: I think Yeshwa is secretly Dominic Sanders number one fan. He’s obsessed with the champ.
Stroup: And his opponent... From Chelsea London, weighing at 215 Pounds....Kendrick KROSS!!!
'Seven Nation Army' by The White Stripes as Kendrick Kross makes his way out to the ring.
Aiello: Last week Kendrick Kross lost a tag match that would’ve have thrown him into the U.S title hunt if he had won... and who was his partner? Xavier Reid. One of his opponents tonight.
Stroup: ....and there opponent, weighing in at 220 pounds.... from Edmonton Alberta, Canada.... XAVIER REID...
Papercut by Linkin Park plays as Xavier Reid walks out and down to the ring with a purpose. As he gets in the ring he eyeballs Kendrick Kross. Kross gets in his face and the ref has to get in between them.
Carter: The match hasn’t even started yet and already Xavier and Kendrick are in each other’s faces! This one is going to boil over for sure.
Stroup: and there opponent... fighting out of Baltimore, Maryland, weighing in at 192 bounds.... Huuuussshhhh!!!!
'Everything to Gain' by Pappoose plays as Hush makes his way down to the ring.
Carter: Hush may be the underdog in this match but this guy has so much talent and last week he.... WAIT a minute it’s kicking off in the ring between Kendrick Kross and Xavier Reid!
The camera pans to the ring where Kross and Reid are pounding each other with elbow and forearms shots! Kross tackles Reid to the floor and both men roll out of the ring.
Stroup: And there opponent.... from Indianapolis, Indiana... weighing in at 118 pounds... GABRIELLE VISCONTY!!!!
’oh lord’ in this moment plays as Gabi Vee makes her way out to the ring as she high fives the fans.
Aiello: Gabi Vee has been on a roll as of late! Last week she beat the former International champion Iggy Swango! She has got to be a favorite for this match.... and now Kendrick and Xavier are fighting at our announce table.... watch out!!!
The commentary teams moves from there seats as Reid tackles Kross onto the announce table. Both men are hitting each other with stiff shots! Reid has a cut on the side of his head already and Kross’s nose is bleeding.
DING DING DING
As the bell rings Reid and Kross continue to smash into each other on the announce table. In the ring Gabi, Hush and Yeshwa all stare up at the briefcase that’s hangs above the ring. Yeshwa points to the briefcase as he talks smack to Gabi and Hush. They both look at each other, shrug there shoulders then kick Yeshwa in the gut. Gabi and Hush both hook Yeshwa up and hit him with a double suplex. Gabi points to the turnbuckle, Hush smiles and heads to the top rope as Gabi makes her up to the corner opposite him. Hush hits a perfect top rope leg drop on Yeshwa then Gabi jumps from herself side of the corner and she hits a moonsault on Yeshwa.
Outside the ring the fans are cheering because Reid and Kross are now both standing up on the announce table, still trading blows as blood trickling from the side of Reid’s head. Then suddenly Reid grabs Kross and hits an X-Ploder which sends them both crashing through the announce table!
Carter: Jesus! Reid and Kross are laying out cold in front of us! Someone better come and check on these two men now! Both of them are bleeding!
Hush and Gabi both now have the same idea as they slide out of opposite ends of the ring and grab a ladder each. As they enter the ring they both look at each other for a moment before setting the ladders up next to each other. Then both Hush and Gabi race to the top of there ladders. Hush gets there first and he grabs the briefcase, Gabi then gets a hold of the case to. Both of them struggle back and forth for the case. Suddenly both ladders give way underneath them as Yeshwa pushes them down. Hush and Gabi both hang in the air, dangling from the briefcase as Yeshwa looks up at them.
As they hang on for dear life Yeshwa slides of the ring and goes under the ring, he pulls out a table as the fans go crazy! Yeshwa puts the table in the ring and sets it up underneath the briefcase where Gabi and Hush are dangling from! Hush and Gabi haven’t noticed the table underneath them as they are to busy trying to kick each other and unhook the briefcase.
Aiello: No way! Hush and Gabi are in danger right now! One slip and there falling straight through that table!
Gabi loses grip on the briefcase and as she does she grabs onto Hush and pulls him down with her! Both Gabi and Hush fall from the briefcase straight down and through the table below them!!!! The whole arena full of fans starting chanting!
Holy Sh*t... Holly Sh*t.... Holy Sh*t....
Carter: My god I think we just witnessed two deaths in the ring!!
Medical staff are at ring side with a stretcher as Reid and Kross both still look hurt. Kross is our cold and Reid is bleeding badly. Some of medical staff lift Kross up and put him on the stretcher as the other tend to Reid’s bloody wound on the side of his head. As the medics wheel Kross around the ring towards the ramp, inside the ring Yeshwa is admiring his handy work as he stares at Gabi and Hush who are both laying out cold in a crumpled mess with bit of table around him.
Yeshwa kicks parts of table out of the ring, then he sets a ladder up and starts to climb. He looks around as he is nearly at the top with a smile on his face as he is the only competitor involved in the match who’s in his feet.
Aiello: I think Yeshwa has this one in the bag! Everyone else is down or being attended to by medical staff! It’s all over...
Just as Yeshwa has one hand on the briefcase the lights in the arena dim and "Drop the World" by Lil' Wayne plays over the PA system. Yeshwa is frozen for a brief moment as he stares up at the entrance ramp wondering what’s happening.
Carter: Wait a minute... what hell... is that not the Undisputed champion Dominic Sanders music? What’s going on?
Suddenly Xavier Reid who has pushed the medical staff off him is now on the top rope, he flys and dropkicks the ladder away from Yeshwa. Yeshwa crashes to the mat below.
Aiello: Yeshwa nearly had the match but won but that music distracted him! I’m still flabbergasted! There’s so much going on in this match I can’t keep up.
Reid is up on his feet, blood covering the side of his face, he picks up the ladder when all of sudden a roar goes up around the arena. Reid turns around and sees Kendrick Kross has pushed the medical staff off him, and climbed off of the stretcher at the top of ramp. Kross makes his way down the entrance ramp as Reid runs towards the ropes. Reid cartwheels and launches himself over the top rope with X-Treme Air but Kross sees it coming and drop kicks Reid in mid-air.
Hush and Gabi are now up as Kross gets into the ring. Hush goes for an Enziguri on Gabi, but Gabi ducks the kick. Gabi jumps onto Hush and hits a reverse frankensteiner on him. Kross tries to grab Gabi she’s too quick, she turns and hits a double knee facebreaker on Kross. They face cheer as Gabi sets a ladder up and starts to climb. Yeshwa is back on his feet, he sets the other ladder up that’s in the ring, then starts to climb. Gabi has her fingertips on the ladder when Yeshwa leans over from his ladder and kicks Gabi on the side. As she stumbles Yeshwa grabs Gabi from behind hits her with a reverse DDT off of the ladder!!
Carter: Every single one of these superstars in this match are giving the fans and everyone in attendance a night to remember! I wonder what’s going to happen next!
As Yeshwa is about to get to his feet when Kross comes from nowhere and hits him with the Tramp Stamp! Kross starts climbing up one of the ladders. Kross is nearly the top of the ladder when Hush jumps on the top rope, runs along the ring ropes and jumps towards Kross! He grabs Kross and hits him with the Cutter from the top of the ladder. The fans are on there cheering and applauding the action! Hush pulls himself up with the ring ropes, Reid springboards into the ring and hits Hush with a Superman punch.
Reid starts to climb the ladder as Gabi gets up and stars to climb the other one. Yeshwa is next up as he climbs up the other side of the ladder Gabi is on. Kross is next up, he climbs the ladder that Reid’s on. All four superstars are now on the two ladders, all fighting to get to the top and grab the briefcase. Reid is the first to the top, as he gets hold of the briefcase Kross is at the other side and he hits Reid with a forearm causing him to release his grip. On the ladder next to those Gabi and Yeshwa are both fighting to grab the case. All of a sudden Hush jumps the ring ropes and leap frogs onto the ladder. He is now in the middle, hanging on to a part of each of the ladders. All five superstars are now at the top for the ladder and they all start pummeling each other with kicks and fists and elbows and headbutts as they all try and get the briefcase!
Aiello: All five superstars fighting are the top of the ladder fighting for this shot! This is what it means to all of them, an opportunity to be called champion!
Hush tries to stand on the top of the ladder to get the briefcase but Yeshwa swipes his legs away from him, Hush falls towards Yeshwa and Gabis ladder. He pulls all three of them and the ladder onto the floor below, leaving just one ladder standing and two men on it. Kross and Reid are kicking and punching lumps out of each other as neither will give up. Kross tries to kick Reid but Reid grabs his leg and pulls it through the ladder, Kross ends up dangling off the ladder as Reid reaches up and unhooks the briefcase!!!
DING DING DING!!!
Stroup: The winner of tonight's match via capturing the briefcase.... XAVIER REID!
Xavier Reid celebrates at the top of the ladder with the briefcase!
Carter: What a match! All five superstars put there bodies on the line and Xavier Reid came out the winner.
Bennett: So many questions... were Reid and Kross actually trying to kill each other? Does Hush have wings? And who played that music? Was it Dominic Sanders? I doubt it but someone distracted Yeshwa that’s for sure!
Aiello: Well folks the main event is up next as Antoni Malietoa takes on Tom Frost! We will be back after this commercial.
We move to a commercial break.
SINGLES MATCH
#1 CONTENDERSHIP FOR THE U.S. CHAMPIONSHIP
Tom Frost
VS Antoni Malietoa
#1 CONTENDERSHIP FOR THE U.S. CHAMPIONSHIP
Tom Frost
VS Antoni Malietoa
Aiello: Welcome back folks, if that epic ladder match wasn’t enough for you then how about our main event of the evening? Tom Frost taking on Antoni Malietoa... with the winner becoming the number one contender to Ace Kings United States Championship! The stakes are real and very very high for this one...
Carter: To the victor goes the spoils Joe! I cannot wait for this battle.
Bennett: If I don’t see at least one of them bleed then I won’t be happy.
Stroup The following contest is the main event... and it is scheduled for one fall....Making his way to the ring...from Darling, Michigan...weighing in at 231 lbs...TOM FROST!!!
The lights dim as 'Downtown' hits over the PA. A spotlight shines on the stage, and old Tom Frost parts the curtain. He dons a well-worn suit and a loose tie beneath an old trilby hat. A lit cigarette dangles from his mouth, and he wears a mean, no-nonsense look on his face as he scans the crowd. He turns toward the ring, takes a deep drag from his cigarette, and exhales a cloud of smoke. He starts down the ramp, bobbing his head as he glares forward.
He climbs the stairs and enters the ring through the middle rope. He takes one last drag from the cigarette before flicking it away. He removes his hat, coat, tie, and shirt and hands them to an official at ringside. The music begins to fade as he finds his corner.
Bennett: Old Tom Frost could have his work cut out for him tonight. He might get his ass handed to him again by Antoni just like in Memphis during the gauntlet match!
Carter: Why do people keep calling him old? He’s only in his early thirties! And for the record Tom not only scored the pinfall last week but he was unlucky not to defeat Antoni in the gauntlet match.
Aiello: Tom says that even though Antoni has him beat in size and strength, he has Antoni beat In pure raw ability.
Stroup: ....and his opponent, Making his way to the ring From Apia, Samoa by way of Auckland, New Zealand weighing in at 254lbs......He is the Great Warrior.........ANTONI......MALI-E-TOA!!!!
Fog engulfs the entrance ramp, highlighted by green lights as "Be Somebody" by Fort Minor begins to play throughout the arena. From the smoke emerges Antoni Malietoa with his eyes wide and arms out to his sides. As the fog clears, Antoni takes a step forward as he psychs him self up with a yell.
Antoni makes his way to the ring and slides under the ropes, bouncing to his feet and beginning to prepare for battle.
Aiello: Since leaving the collector and Criterion behind Antoni has just gone from strength to strength, almost as if they were holding him back.
Bennett: I think Antoni owes the collector everything! He wouldn’t be here in the EWC if it wasn’t for him.
Carter: Are you kidding me? Look at the talent this guy possesses! He would’ve made it to the EWC one way or another and now only Tom Frost stands between him and a shot at the U.S Championship.
DING DING DING
Antoni and Frost shake hands as the bell rings. As they circle each other, Antoni throws an elbow at Frost but he ducks. As he ducks Frost throws a left first and catches Antoni square one the jaw. Antoni stumbles back a few feet, holding his jaw. Antoni smiles at Frost, nodding his head with respect. Frost nods back before he rushes Antoni, going for a lariat but Antoni spins around Frosts arm and comes up behind him. Antoni locks his arms around Frosts waist and tries to lift him but Frost throws an elbow back that clocks Antoni in the head. Antoni stumbles back releasing his grip, Frost runs off the ropes and comes back at Antoni with a flying forearm smash. Antoni stumbles back again but doesn’t fall to his feet. Frost again runs off the ropes and comes back at Antoni hitting him with a second forearm smash to the face. Antoni wobbles on his feet but still doesn’t go down. Frost runs off the ropes for a third time and as he goes for another forearm smash Antoni rushes him and connects with a nasty looking throat thrust.
Frost holds his throat gasping for air as Antoni picks him up and hits him with a belly to belly suplex. Still holding onto Frost, Antoni picks Frost up again and this time slams him on the mat with a spine buster. Antoni takes a breather before he again locks his arms around Frosts waist. As Antoni picks him up this time Frost hits Antoni with a headbutt forcing the Samoan to release the hold. Frost kicks Antoni in the gut and then plants him head first into the mat with a DDT.
Carter: Both men are so evenly balanced here! I just can’t call this one.
Frost is on his feet first, he puts Antoni in a piledriver position but before he can lift him Antoni uses his neck strength, lifting Frost up and over his shoulders for a back body drop. As Frost tries to get up Antoni runs and connects with a knee strike. Antoni picks Frost up and tries to hit a powerbomb but Frost hits Antoni with his elbow on the top of the skull. Antoni drops Frost who falls to his feet. Frost throws a punch at Antoni but he blocks it and instead hits Frost with both his palms into Frosts chest. Frost falls back into the corner. Antoni runs at him, launching himself forward trying to hit a spear but Frost dives out of the way and Antoni dives straight through the middle turnbuckle, smashing his shoulder off of the ring post.
Frost kicks Antoni from behind in the back of the knee causing him to fall backwards. Frost runs off the ropes and comes back with a jumping elbow drop but Antoni rolls out of the ring. Frost hits the mat with his elbow as Antoni leans against the ring apron outside, rubbing his shoulder blade which appears to be hurt.
Aiello: Antoni Malietoa smacked his shoulder off that ring post and it appears to have done some damage.
Frost rolls to the outside, he grabs Antoni and tries a suplex but Antoni pushes him back. Frost hits against the announce table then all of sudden Antoni tackles him, sending both men crashing over the announce table and onto the commentators seats at the other side.
The ref is up to a seven count as both men crawl around the announce table. Antoni gets into the ring first, followed by Frost. Antoni grabs Frost, picking him up and hitting him with a scoop powerslam. With Frost down, Antoni begins to climb the top turnbuckle. Once at the top Antoni walks along the ring ropes then he jumps at Frost looking to connect with the Spirit of the Warrior but Frost moves at the last second and Antoni hits the mat hard. Frost immediately locks a guillotine choke on Antoni. Antoni tried to break free but Frost has the hold in tight. Antoni thrashes from side to side as Frost looks to wear him down. Antoni slowly loses energy and seemingly starts to fade. Frost is gritting his teeth as he uses all his power to put as much pressure on the choke as possible, as it looks like Antoni could be out.
The ref picks Antoni’s arm up and it drops once. The ref again picks Antoni’s arm up and it drops twice. The ref picks it up for a third time and just as he releases it Antoni springs to life, catching Frost off guard he pulls free of the choke. Antoni pushes Frost off the ropes, as Frost comes back to him Antoni hits him with a spear! Antoni makes the pin, the ref counts....

Carter: Oh man I thought Frost had managed to choke Antoni out there with the guillotine but Antoni then came back with the spear and then I thought he had the win! This is a back and forth war going on here folks!
Antoni gets to his feet, and then starts dropping multiple elbow drops onto Frost. One after another as the crowd count along with him. After about the tenth elbow drop Antoni gets to his feet, he picks Frost up as he does Frost hits him with a sharp punch to the side and then another and another. Antoni brings both his fists down on Frosts back with an Ax handle smash but Frost continues to try and fight back with all his energy, hitting the big Samoan with body shot after body shot. Just when it looks like Frost is regaining the advantage and getting to his feet all of a sudden Antoni catches him with the Malosi!! Antoni throws an arm across Frost. The ref counts....

THRE....Frost kicks out at the last second! Antoni runs his hands through his hair as he leans on Frost. With a smile on his face Antoni pats Frost on the back as he gets to his feet.
Carter: Tom Frost is one tough S.O.B but it’s only a matter of time before the big Samoan puts him away.
Antoni holds his shoulder as he leans against the corner. Frost is getting to one knee, he looks up at Antoni and gestures to him with his hand to bring it. Antoni grins and as Frost gets to his feet both men starting pummeling each other with fists and elbows and forearms. The noise is defeaning as the crowd show there appreciation for both men’s efforts in the ring as they continue to trade shot after shot. Frost hits an elbow at Antoni’s hurt shoulder causing him to wince in pain, that gives Frost an opening as he hits the Frost Bite on Antoni. As Antoni falls to his knees Frost then catches him with Face the Music. Tom quickly hooks Antoni’s leg for the pin as the ref counts.....

THR....Frost gets a shoulder up! Antoni falls off him as the crowd are on there feet giving both men a round of applause.
Aiello: Neither of these men are willing to give up tonight! I’m getting exhausted just watching them! This is what it means to both of them, a shot at the U.S Championship and to be honest both of them deserve it!
Both men are on there knees now, looking tired but neither men willing to give in they both again trade shots back and forth. Tom grabs Antoni’s head and with everything he’s got he smashes him square in the face with a couple of forearm strikes. Antoni is dazed as Tom gets to his feet, he picks Antoni up and tries to lift him up for a vertical suplex but once in the air Frost wobbles on his feet and Antoni drops to his feet behind him. THREE!!!!Antoni falls off of Frost and into his back breathing heavy the ref calls for the bell.
DING DING DING!!!
Stroup: The winner of tonight's match via pinfall.... ANTONI......MALI-E-TOA!!!!
Carter: Antoni Malietoa did it and it took two resurrections to put Frost away! Antoni has earned the right to challenge Ace King for the United States Championship... but I have to say both men put it all on the line here tonight, there were no losers!
Bennett: But there was a loser and his name was Tom Frost! How will he cope with this set back?
Aiello: Tom Frost won’t give up that’s for sure, he will get up an he’ll fight on like he always does but tonight is Antoni Malietoa’s night! Congratulations to him. We are out of time folks, thank you for joining us on this wild ride tonight! We will see you soon.
Antoni picks Tom Frost up and both men shake hands. Frost holds Antoni’s arm up. The crowd give both men a standing ovation as the Brawl logo appears and scene fades.
The referee raises Malietoa’s arm following the victory, and the big man takes a moment to catch his breath in the ring, but as he does…
Voice: Antoni…
Hearing his name catches the Samoan’s attention, and he turns his gaze toward the entrance ramp, only to find himself staring at the giant face of Ace King, United States Championship on his shoulder, on the MacTron as the fiery Chicago crowd cheers the sight of ‘The Gambler,’ who claps for Malietoa.
Ace King: Though I wish I could have seen it in person, I’ll still extend to you a job well done in showing the true warrior spirit tonight, and I look forward to facing you whenever that time comes.
Malietoa simply nods back, his eyes fixated on Ace on the MacTron with the championship he covets, no trace of fear in his body language whatsoever.
Ace King: Much like your family, the EWC United States Championship has a rich lineage, with Hall of Famers and EWC icons counted among those who have carried this with pride. All I’ve ever wanted was to add to that legacy, and I’m not ready for my work to be done yet… Bet On It.
With that, the MacTron goes blank again, leaving Malietoa alone in the ring as the crowd is split in its chanting.
Joe Aiello: Oh man, that’s going to be a barnburner whenever that happens!
Max Carter: Antoni could well be the man to bring an end to an iconic run.
Steve Bennett: *loud snoring* ..My bad, that son o’ bitch always puts me to sleep.
Antoni resumes his celebrations... But the lights go out. When they come back on, Dr. Psycho is in the ring standing behind Antoni and as Antoni turns around he is cracked in the knee with a kendo stick. As Antoni falls, grabbing his knee, Dr. Psycho continues the onslaught with the Kendo Stick to Antoni’s knee until the stick breaks in two. As Antoni holds his knee up to his chest, obviously in pain, Dr. Psycho seems to be enjoying himself as he backs away, drops and rolls out of the ring.
Aiello: COME ON! Antoni was just in a grueling match with Tom Frost, this wasn’t right! What was Dr. Psycho thinking?
Carter: Well, I think he’s still upset about his loss.
Bennett: That’s how you get things done around here! That’s what I like to see! You go Dr. Psycho, we need more like you over here on the Red Brand!
Aiello: There should be no place for that. This isn't right, but that’s all the time we have for tonight folks. Thank you for joining us on this weeks addition of MONDAY NIGHT BRAWL!
