"G.O.A.T" by Theory of a Deadman begins to blast throughout the Arles Amphitheatre

Video footage detailing historic events over the EWC's Twenty Two year history.

Images of previous EWC Champions are shown, starting with the very first Champion Black Ninja, then moving onto Big Danny Mac and Steve "The Predator" Bennett. Sped up footage then shows a special montage of Memphis Reigns, Shadow Man, Hirsh Valentine, Jesse Nunez, Hurricane Jeff, Moses Lake, James Chambers, BDC, Jay Cee, Stray, Gladiator, The Rev, Drake, Xplode, Luke Wolfe, Natalie Young, Candy, Dominic Sanders, Ace King and then Cyrus Black all with the EWC Championship.

The opening pyros hit and here we go.

The energy in France is breathtaking as the early crowd is absolutely electrifying in their uproar of cheers.

Spotlights circle around the Arles Amphitheatre as the thousands of fans in attendance are shown in a wide angle shot. The camera then pans back out showing a full-scale view of the jam-packed Arles Amphitheatre and zooms in on some crazy fans. The crowd is rowdy, chanting the company's namesake at such a loud volume that it's a wonder that the music can be heard at all.

Fireworks emit all around the Arles Amphitheatre and then all around the three rings while a fog machine covers the arena in a orange and yellow haze! Fans stand up, pumping their fists and raising signs as the camera feed pans to each one of them. One last round of fireworks blast out now, and we turn our attention to Joe Aiello, Cid Sydney & Sandra Amsler.

Aiello: Good morning, folks! We are coming to you from the beautiful Arles Amphitheatre for what looks to be an amazing weekend of exciting wrestling action! Everything we've been through in EWC comes to a head here, in the seventeenth edition of the tradition that is WrestleFest! I'm Joe Aiello, alongside Cid Sydney and Sandra Amsler, and we are beyond pleased to be joining in this moment with you. 

Sydney: It's an absolute honor to be here today, and to watch some amazing moments that are bound to happen during this weekend...and even enjoy some great food! I got some tacos on the way over here, whodathunk there'd be a taco truck in France?

Amsler: I'm with Cid on this, absolutely thrilled to be here for this weekend. We end our season on a high note as every championship is to be defended, brand loyalty is at stake, and rivalries reach a fever pitch!

Sydney: Today kicks off the festivities with two title matches, with Cyrus Black making the first of his two title defenses this weekend against the Titaness of Rampage, Samantha Hamilton, and two guys I'm familiar with in Lunch Time get their shot at the Tag Team Championship against Melody Malone and Iggy Swango, and I gotta wonder...are Lunch Time as hungry for the gold as they are for the tacos I saw them grab off the truck a half hour or so ago? We're gonna find out in our main event of Day One!

Aiello: That's right Cid, plus we have a unique opportunity for someone to earn an EWC contract for 2020 as a member of the Monday Night Brawl brand, as Brett Bosa makes , not only his EWC .. but his in-ring debut here in the Arles Amphitheatre against one of the top journeymen of the business, the Brooklyn Basher!

Amsler: I swear I had no idea Basher was going to be a part of this weekend until I noticed him on the flight.

Sydney: Did you see him or smell him first?

Amsler: I'd...rather not say.

Aiello: Well, it's still a great opportunity for Bosa to shine this weekend and an opportunity open to both as whoever wins the match will be given a EWC Contract for 2020. We also find ourselves with an added dose of violence in the affairs as four competitors representing each brand face off in an Ambulance Match, with Darius representing Brawl, Samuel McPherson representing Rampage, Jason Rayne representing FSW, and Joe Porter representing Prime!

Sydney: I for one cannot WAIT to see my man Jason Rayne put Joe Porter or any of these other hacks into the whambulance and shut them up for the world to point and laugh at.

Aiello: And rounding out the action on our first day of WrestleFest weekend, a triple threat that sees Brawl's Stormy Taggert and William Manson try to resolve some issues surrounding the possibility of their relation as family...and FSW's Allen Anderson appears to be caught in the middle! That match kicks off our in-ring action, but for now we'll be giving you a glimpse at the exciting festivities taking place at WrestleFest!

The feed opens back with Joe Aiello and company waiting to address the crowd

Aiello: It is absolutely beautiful here right now .. the fans are making their way in .. and all kinds of festivities are about to begin. We have bands setting up, three wrestling rings and all sorts of fan service for all ages

Sydney: Lets take a quick look online and see some of the comments rolling in about WrestleFest ..

Amsler: Speaking of Samantha Hamilton .. who is getting all kinds of love on twitter .. it looks like shes arrived .. lets check out the live footage of her now

We open outside the Arles Amphitheater where we see Samantha "The Titaness" Hamilton standing in front of a booth. She finishes setting it up and holds a signed picture up for the camera to see. Sam then flashes a sly grin to the camera before clicking down on her pen and getting ready to meet and greet the line of fans already waiting to approach her autograph signing booth.

Samantha "Titaness" Hamilton: Crazy how time flies, eh? I remember entering the EWC in my debut and showing I wasn't just some random rookie by beating the ever-living hell outta Brett Kennedy, who was stupid enough to think I was a porn star.

Sam rolls her eyes at the memory.

Samantha "Titaness" Hamilton: And now, despite how me and my sisters entered this company, I'm in what could be viewed as arguably two of the most massive matches, let alone during one of EWC's most major Pay-Per-Views.

Sam chuckles, shaking her head.

Samantha "Titaness" Hamilton: I doubt many people thought I could ever get this far, or even make this sorta impact.

Sam shrugs, not seeming to mind the thought much.

Samantha "Titaness" Hamilton: So be it. Message sent, I'd say. But ...

Sam raises her right index finger, grinning.

Samantha "Titaness" Hamilton: 2019 isn't yet over. I still have these two upcoming fights. And no matter how they turn out ...

Sam's eyes temporarily close, reopening a few moments later. Her smile widens as she firmly nods.

Samantha "Titaness" Hamilton: I'm going to do all I can to avoid leaving France empty-handed, whether that means winning the International Championship, Drake Memorial Cup, or even both. Of course, both is my preference, but ... beggars can't be choosers. And I certainly didn't beg anyone for either of these matches, so I'll take whatever I can get.

Her eyes narrow slightly.

Samantha "Titaness" Hamilton: Cyrus can try to poke fun or whatever he wants to call it by being one of the many people to note I'm not exclusive to EWC. Be that as it may, I already showed him once that I am fiercely devoted to this sport. I know the feeling of not wanting to lose a championship. But remember, Cyrus ... you said - tweeted, rather - it yourself, after all.

Sam leans just a bit closer, her smile expanding even more.

Samantha "Titaness" Hamilton: Everything that stays or leaves does so for a reason. Literally everything does happen for a reason. So if one of those things is me besting you? That will be for the sole justification called ... I am that good, and you were foolish to talk me down. You think my lack of in-ring experience is gonna bite me in the ass? Well ... I'd say that applies to your overconfidence. I'll see you in several hours. Whoever wants to bet on Black can do so, but as for me? I'm gonna see about defying the odds, or make one hell of an impact trying.

As Sam finishes talking, she also concludes the setting-up of her booth. With this, all of the people who had been standing in line begin to walk up. One by one, she starts getting names and signing the large pile of photos, greeting each person with a smile as we cut to a riveting performance by one of the bands on hand for the weekend, This Wild Life, playing some hits from their recent album Petaluma.

Aiello: Well that was some enjoyable music .. and there will be all kinds of music throughout the day .. lots of things going on .. and speaking of going on .. we just got some huge breaking news through our headsets that the EWC 24/7 Combat Championship is on the line throughout this entire 4 Day Festival!

Sydney: That is crazy and very unexpected news. President Mac pulling out all the stops and surprises here on Day 1 ..

Amsler: And it appears EWC Indy Champion, Jordan Sharpe .. is currently climbing the ladder right now .. lets check it out

The feed cuts to Ring 1 footage where a stumbling, overly tired, Jordan Sharpe is atop the ladder .. grabs hold of the Combat Championship .. and sits on top of the ladder looking at the 24 Hour Combat Championship, he doesn't see that two men are sneaking in behind him, as the two men get closer we see it's 'The Memphis Mouthpiece' Tommy Love and Killjoy Ito.

Without making a noise Tommy holds up one finger, then two and then three and both men push the ladder over sending Jordan flying off the ladder.

Jordan lands with a thud and Killjoy goes running at the NEW 24 Hour Combat Champions and hits the Kettei-da knee to the back of Jordan's head. Tommy jumps up and down yelling for Killjoy to pin Jordan but Killjoy hesitated and then looks at Tommy, Tommy is a bit confused and then understands what Killjoy is doing.

Tommy runs over and jumps on Jordan and Killjoy drops and counts

Tommy stands up and looks shocked and then jumps up and down as if he just won the lottery as Killjoy walks over and picks up the 24 Hour Combat Championship and hands it to 'The Memphis Mouthpiece' Tommy Love. The two men look around and then run out onto the grounds of the Arles Amphitheatre grounds

Aiello: Well that was quick .. Sharpe was Champion for about 20 seconds .. and I don't think he has a clue what happened just now

Sydney: It looks like Tommy Love is the EWC 24/7 Combat Champion .. for now .. we will keep you updated as I'm sure that Championship will change hands a number of times throughout the next four days

Amsler: It looks like Theory is on stage 5 and ready to play a song for the fans

The camera feed does a slow pan back to get the scope of the giant venue as we make our way over to watch Theory play out a set

After a short intermission from the live performances, we find ourselves back on the grounds of the Arles Amphitheatre, where we see Candy at one of the food trucks that seems to have the most treats on it.



Candy: First, I just want to thank whoever decided to put this here. They must have been thinking about me!

Candy chuckles as she takes a bit out of her giant sticky bun.

Candy: All kidding aside, the festivities have begun begun. Over the course of the next few days, we will see plenty of action. From an ambulance match, to a War Games match, all the way to the Undisputed Championship match on Monday night. And let’s not forget the rest of the championship matches in between.

Candy pauses.

Candy: Including the FSW Championship, where the Candy Castle will rise again! Just as soon as I take that belt off the Carnival Clown’s hands. Definitely not an easy task. But I’m still more than ready to do so. Just you wait and see.

Candy nods with confidence.

Candy: Every moment we create is truly going to be something special. And it all starts with a triple threat match between Stormy, Allen Anderson, and William Manson. Let’s see which one of these newcomers are going to have their first WrestleFest moment. Something tells me whatever happens from here on out is going to be extra sweet!

Candy goes back to enjoying her sticky bun as she walks off. In the distance we can see a cage being set up, a smiling Grizzly Duggan standing by for what should be an interesting little challenge for the former Tag Team Champion.

Stormy Vs Allen Anderson Vs William Manson

We return to ringside where the commentary team and Nina Debrov are ready to kick the day's first scheduled match off.

Aiello: Welcome back to France, folks! There is certainly a whole lot going on right now .. we have more food trucks setting up, the kids amusement park area opens in 15 minutes, we have bands all over the place setting up to play .. you almost forget we are here for 4 days of Wrestling

Sydney: So true .. we got word that WrestleFest even 'broke the internet' for a few moments .. so it goes to show how much excitement and anticipation is going into this event .. speaking of which .. our EWC Undisputed Champion, Cyrus Black .. who also has a match tonight .. defending his International title .. has just taken to twitter .. 

Aiello: I wonder what he has in store for us .. well .. here we go .. we are at Ring 1 for our first match of the 4 Day festival .. which will be a Triple Threat Match between three people who got some momentum on the last episode of Brawl! We have Allen Anderson, who has been trying to keep pace and showing everyone why he believes in himself so much. William Manson, who overcame getting jumped, to score a needed win—showing his tenacity. Finally, we have Stormy Taggert, who overwhelmed Augustus Nero, to bring some fire with her to this match.

Sydney: An athletic machine, a nigh-masochistic badass, and a woman that will whatever it takes to win. This is a chemical meltdown waiting to happen, and I’m glad to be here to witness it.

Amsler: Everyone has their strategies coming in to this. Anderson with his God-given abilities, Manson with his strength and durability, and Stormy with her craftiness. What a good way to start our night off.

Dobrev: The following match is a Triple Threat match, scheduled for one fall! Joining us first, from Greenwich, New Jersey…weighing in at 155 pounds ... STORMY TAGGERT!

‘Black Wedding’ by In This Moment begins to play, the arena bathed in a dim purple light. A figure emerges on the stage dressed in a flowing black gown, face covered in a black veil and holding a bouquet of black roses. Slowly moving to the top of the ramp, she stops until the piano comes in, tossing the bouquet into the crowd and shedding the veil and gown, dressed in a tight form fitting white singlet with a few carefully placed cuts to show off her figure.

She tosses her head back, letting out a scream before racing down the ramp to the ring, sliding in beneath the bottom rope, coming to a stop in the center of the ring. She holds her arms out, glaring out at the crowd before springing up to her feet and moving to her corner, banging her forehead against the turnbuckle three times before turning to stare down her opponent.

Dobrev: And her opponent, from Harlem, New York…weighing in at 205 pounds ... ALLEN ANDERSON!

“0-100” by Drake begins to play while Allen comes out wearing a red hoodie in attempt to get himself pumped. Sandra Verma stands by his side wearing (describe clothing here) and smiles at the crowd and at Allen. He slowly walks to the ring with Sandra hooking her arm around his and enters with a cocky grin on his face before taking off the hoodie and climbing the top turnbuckle posing for the crowd. Sandra stays in the middle of the ring and claps for Allen stares at the audience with a smile. Allen gives Sandra his hoodie as she exits the ring and smiles at him while Allen gets ready to face his opponent.

Dobrev: And their opponent, from London, England…weighing in at 238 pounds ... WILLIAM MANSON!

Pyros hit and "Monster" by Skillet begins to play, smoke begins to fill the stage and through the smoke a silhouette appears. Slowly Manson begins to walk through the smoke, his dead pan stare focused on the ring. He bears his teeth and claws his hands down his face. The then bursts down the entrance ramp, sliding into the ring teeth still beared and clenched this time towards the crowd. He stands as if nothing has happened and faces the curtain/his opponent.

Aiello: And in a few mere moments, that bell will sound and WrestleFest will officially be under way. Every single one of these competitors will be looking for that key stroke of momentum heading into the next season. Who will it be?

DING DING DING

When the match bell dies out, the two smaller competitors look to William Manson. Manson, seeing this, puts up a guard and feels the pressure as Stormy and Anderson both encroach upon him. Soon enough, the two are battering the bigger man down. Though Anderson isn’t much smaller than Manson, he doesn’t let the chance go to get some early damage on the man. Stormy, ever the opportunist, keeps an eye on Anderson. Manson, a man born from pain, takes the brunt of the attack. Stormy tells Anderson to hold onto Manson, which he obliges. She sizes her target up and hits a dropkick, only for Manson to shove Anderson in the way. Anderson’s back coils around the dropkick, and Manson shoves him out of the way. Stormy doesn’t get the chance to recover before she’s lifted off the mat and slammed back down with a ring rocking powerslam.

Anderson gets up, takes hold of Manson, and sends him out of the ring. Stormy, trying her best to recover early, comes in to try to attack Anderson from behind. Anderson scouts the move and sends her out of the ring too. Manson, who landed square on the outside mat with no cushion, favors his head getting up. Stormy’s body lands onto him, but he manages to brush the impact off. Neither, however, can shrug off Anderson flying out of the ring with a Fosbury Flop! The crowd ignites upon seeing the move connect. Manson crashes into the barricade, leaving Stormy to take most of the damage. Anderson himself collides from the ground, tossing about in pain.

Aiello: Anderson’s kicking off tonight with a bang, sacrificing life and limb to get ahead in this match!

Sydney: Yeah, but doing that so early in the match can only catch up with the poor man.

Amsler: He’s trying too hard to prove that he’s special, when he should be worrying about the long term!

As Anderson starts to get up, Manson charges forward and takes Anderson off his feet. He charges for the steel steps and makes Anderson pay for his hubris. The collision sends the steel steps off balance, and Anderson over them. Seeing that one of his opponents were down, Manson goes to collect Stormy. When he reaches down, she meets him halfway with fingers in the eyes. One mean eye rake later, and Stormy has the advantage again. Or so she thought. As she peppers the recovering Manson with backhand chops, Manson retaliates by capturing her arm and sending her into the ground with a clothesline. He doesn’t let her go and whips her back into the ring, returning the action to the legal area.

Stormy creates some distance, crawling to the other side. Manson’s hot on her trail. She’s quick to stop his approaching by driving her heel into his gut. Manson doubles over, but swiftly recovers. Stormy follows with a flying clothesline, taking him off his feet to the shock of the audience. Manson’s not done, though. He rolls to his feet and tries to stop any momentum that Stormy has gained short. She doesn’t allow herself to go that easily. When Manson secures a rear waist lock, she drives her elbow right into his nose. She runs off the ropes, going for a Thesz Press, but it’s a wonderful position for Manson to counter. A Spinebuster rocks the ring but as Manson goes for the pin—Anderson returns with the Harlem Renaissance (Spiral Tap)!

Aiello: When we thought that Manson had it in the bag, Anderson breaks up the pin with style!

Sydney: I gotta admit, it’s crazy to see those two moves one after the other. One rocked the ring, the other rocked the audience!

Amsler: And Stormy’s trying to survive, but if she’s smart, she’ll try to spend some time recovering!

Stormy, content with her handiwork, turns to try to get Manson. Her moment of taunting leads to her getting brought down with Execution (German Suplex)! Manson goes for another cover, but his eyes shift to see Anderson desperately climbing onto the turnbuckle. Anderson positions himself as the referee goes to count the pin. Manson breaks the pin and charges the turnbuckle, trying to get Anderson. He hits the man in the gut and scales the top rope, trying for a superplex. Anderson buries his fist into Manson’s ribs and slips down through his legs.

Manson turns but gets hit in the gut himself. It doesn’t take long for Anderson to size Manson up and hit a Super Frankensteiner! Manson collides with the mat. Anderson spots that he has enough time and goes for Stormy, who has used the ropes to get to her feet. He collects her, trying for Sweet Spot (LaBell Lock) but Stormy doesn’t go. She bites into Anderson’s hand, enough to make him bleed. Anderson rips his hand away, blood and all, and connects with the Game Winner. It opens Stormy to get hit with the Fantastic Finale (Burning Hammer)! Though Manson tries to break the pin, Anderson gets the three count and himself a much-needed victory.

DING DING DING

Dobrev: And your winner, via pinfall… ALLEN ANDERSON!

Aiello: Attaching a victory onto the highlight reel he put on here, Allen Anderson has come out with the win.

Sydney: Risky moves for the limelight, but I guess it’s needed here on the biggest stage. Manson was tenacious and Stormy wouldn’t be denied. But it’s hard to come back against such daredevil tactics.

Amsler: Both Manson and Stormy made some mistakes that were too vital to make.

Aiello: There's no doubt in my mind that this will only add to the issues Stormy and Manson have with each other, for sure. Folks, we're going to take a small interlude as I've heard that we have a bit of a strongman challenge awaiting us on the premise. Yes, I'm hearing that we have an actual, real-life bear stepping into a cage to face our buddy Grizzly Duggan later today! For now, enjoy this special look at the home of this year's WrestleFest in beautiful Arles, France!

We cut to a video package highlighting Arles ...

The crowds are really starting to pick up outside of the Arles Amphitheatre. They are buzzing and ready for this weekend-long event. As we pan around the crowd, we hear a voice pick up over the microphone.

Voice: TICKETS! GET YA TICKETS HERE! ONE FO' FITTY DOLLAS! TWO FO' A HUNNIT! FOUR FO' THREE HUNNIT!

The camera pans around, looking for where the voice is coming from. Finally, it finds a man hustling tickets to the event.

A man and his son approach our ticket-scabber that we now see is former EWC manager and former Combat Champion JeMario Unger.

Man: Yes, I would like two tickets, please.

Unger: Yeah. That'll be one fitty!

Man: But you just said "two for one hundred."

Unger: Yeah yeah but lemme tell you somethin'. JeMario can't be liable for no babies gettin' hurt! So it's an extra fitty for the little one.

Man: Babies? Marcus is twelve years old. He can handle himself, sir.

Unger: Yeah yeah but twelve is twelve. Mightaswell be two, ya dig?! So it's one fitty or nada for you brotha!

The man reluctantly pulls out his wallet and shells out $150 and hands it over to JeMario. Unger hands him two tickets.

Unger: Alright alright. God Bless!

The man and his son start to walk away. The man sees a sign outside of the Arles Amphitheatre for $30 tickets. He looks down at the tickets that JeMario Unger gave him and sees that the seats aren't even anywhere near each other. The man turns around to yell at JeMario, but JeMario has disappeared. We fade away into a few shots of the people the have turned up for day one of WrestleFest. 

[EWC]

We cut live to the food truck park outside of the Arles Amphitheatre. The two members of Lunch Time, Meat and Tater, are sitting at a picnic table with about ten tacos in front of them.

Tater: Okay, man. We’ve got a big match tonight! We have to load up!

Meat: I mean, we have to go light, right? Ten should be good.

Tater: Of course, because normally we would each eat ten and it would be fine.

Meat: That’s for tomorrow.

Tater picks up a tray with two tacos on it.

Tater: This one is from Mustache Taco. I think they had a picture of Kyle Gautier on their truck.

Meat: Yes sir! It should be good, right?!

Tater: You’d hope. Dark chicken meat or as the menu calls it - - -

Tater picks up the menu.

Tater: Cyrus Blackened Chicken. With sour cream, chives, donkey cheese - - -

Meat: DONKEY CHEESE?!

Tater: Yeah. I guess it’s cheese from donkey’s milk.

Meat: That sounds gross, even for me.

Tater: It does. But when in Rome.

Meat: I thought we were in Arles.

Tater: Yes. We are. But - - - nevermind, Meat. Dig in.

Both men take a bite out of the taco. Almost immediately, they spit the tacos out.

Meat: What the hell was that?!

Tater looks closely at the menu. His eyes go big.

Tater: I forgot to read the last ingredient. LETTUCE!

Both men start scraping their tongues in disgust. They toss the tacos in a nearby trash can.

Meat: That’s like - - - my least favorite thing on the planet! I will never eat a Mustache Taco again! What’s next?

Tater: Okay, okay. This next taco comes from the Matsuda truck. This one is called “The Titaness.”

Meat: The Titaness?

Tater: Yeah. It’s ground beef, cheddar cheese - - -

Meat: What? Is there lettuce in here somewhere?!

Tater: No. That’s it. Ground beef and cheddar cheese.

Both men take a bite out of it. The meat is unseasoned. They chew it up a few times and take a swallow. Both men shrug their shoulders.

Meat: It’s alright.

Tater: JUST alright.

Meat: Pretty bland. What’s next?

Tater: Okay. Number three. This one comes from Gabi Vee’s truck - - - - - oh no.

Meat: What?

Tater: This one is called “The Pink Taco.”

Meat and Tater look at each other. They shove their plates into the middle of the table.

Both: Nope.

Tater: I’m not touching that.

They both get up from the table and walk away as the scene fades out and into the next musical performance.

We return to ringside of Ring 1 where the ambulance for our second match is pulling into position nearby the main ring.

Aiello: What a great set that was by Godsmack .. what respect for Xplode too .. I am sure he most certainly appreciated that .. Next up we have potentially the most violent match of the entire weekend!

Sydney: Look, Darius might be nuts, and Rayne might be unhinged, but … alright, yeah.

Amsler: This one is going to be INSANE guys!

Dobrev: The following match is an AMBULANCE MATCH! Joining us first, from Biloxi Mississippi, weighing in at 297 pounds ... BANDANA JOE PORTER!

The Lights go black,and the Sound of A Chopper Revving Up is heard loud throughout the Arena as "Bad To The Bone” Plays directly after a white headlight shines from the stage as Joe Porter Rides down the ramp to a violently loud chorus of boos Showing their hatred for the kind of bully he is as he rides around the ring not giving a damn about them as he parks and steps Over the ropes and Cracks the bones in his neck, back, and hands and patiently awaits his next opponent

Dobrev: Introducing next, from Miami Florida, weighing in at 250 pounds ... JASON RAYNE!

'The Game' by Motorhead plays, and the crowd begins to boo as Jason Rayne comes through the entrance. Jason stops for a few seconds to bask in the jeers from the crowd, letting a cold smirk come across his face. Jason then makes his way methodically to the ring. Jason lifts the top rope slightly and nonchalantly ducks under it and steps into the ring. Jason proceeds to casually remove his leather jacket and shades, handing them to the referee, who removes them from the ring.

Dobrev: Making his way to the ring, from Las Vegas Nevada, weighing in at 280 pounds ... he is the Animal… SAMUEL MCPHERSON!

Animal I Have Become by Three Days Grace plays over the sound system as a large man walks out from the curtain and stands on top of the ramp, looking around with Henry standing behind him before he walks very slowly to ringside as he steps on the apron and goes over the top rope with his feet and goes to a corner to rest himself up on, looking at his opponents with intensity before the match starts.

Dobrev: And finally, from Albany New York, weighing in at 245 pounds ... DARIUS!

"Let's burn it fucking down!"

As the opening rift plays, Darius steps out onto the stage and grins before he reaches behind the curtain and pulls a trash can full of weaponry onto the ramp. The crowd throws boos in his direction as he slowly raises his hands into the air, rocking the devil horns as soon as his arms are fully extended upwards. He then hauls his can of goodies down the ramp, leaving it outside the ring before he slides under the bottom rope, and jumps up in the center of the ring, looking at the crowd with a wide smirk as they continue to boo. He throws his hands up into devil horns once more, then approaches his corner to wait for the match to begin.

Aiello: Ladies and Gentlemen? WELCOME TO WRESTLEFEST!

DING DING DING

The match kicks off as Joe Porter rushes Jason Rayne and Darius immediately ties up with Samuel McPherson. Porter catches Rayne off guard with a shoulder tackle that sends Rayne to his back, while Darius grabs hold of McPherson in a standing side headlock, before McPherson shoves him forward into the ropes and catches Darius on the rebound with a vicious clothesline that bounces Darius’ head off of the mat with a thud. With Darius and Rayne down, Porter and McPherson stare each other down before coming together in the center of the ring and trading blows back and forth. Porter rocks McPherson with a heavy left but McPherson snarls and comes back with an even heavier right! Porter sways, but doesn’t go down before he delivers a clubbing right of his own. McPherson looks dazed now, but before he can retaliate with his own left hand, Jason Rayne rushes forward with a massive clothesline to the back of Porter that drives him straight into McPherson. Both men are down with Jason standing tall in the ring, until the crowd begins to stir as Darius has since rolled out of the ring and begun rummaging through the garbage can of weapons.

Aiello: This is no disqualifications, anything goes and Darius is looking to make full use of it!

Sydney: If you’re gonna put someone in an ambulance, you might as well make ‘em need the ride!

Amsler: Jason might not wanna look so smug in there right now..

Darius tosses aside a bundle of barbed wire that looks almost like a tumbleweed before he pulls out a kendo stick and finds a lighter at the bottom of the trash can. He gets a sick grin on his face, looking to recreate the weapon of choice from his promo against Matsuda and Hamilton, but before he can ignite the kendo stick, Rayne rolls out of the ring and hits a toe kick to Darius’ middle, causing him to double over and drop the kendo stick. Rayne kicks the stick away before digging into the bin himself, unearthing Darius’ favorite baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. He looks from the bat to Darius before winding up and swinging down over Darius’ back. Darius roars out in pain and Rayne slams the bat down again, the barbed wire tearing at Darius’ back. Jason goes to make quick work of Darius, grabbing him by the arm and looking to haul him toward the ambulance, but as he turns he’s met with the chest of Joe Porter who hits him with a thumb to the eye. Rayne lets go of Darius who stumbles back, still writhing from the baseball bat shot and Joe Porter grabs hold of Jason before hoisting him up with a powerbomb onto the ring apron. Jason crumples to the floor but before Porter can capitalize, McPherson leans out of the top two ropes and grabs hold of Porter by the bandana, clubbing him with a forearm that stumbles him back into the trash can of weapons before it tips and the weapons scatter.

Aiello: What all did Darius pack in that thing?!

Sydney: I see another baseball bat, there’s a bag of something, a chunk of lead pipe and...is that a brick? Did he just literally swipe a limestone BRICK from the actual building?! I swear that looks like it belongs to the amphitheatre itself!

Amsler: Who would desecrate a historical site like that?!

McPherson gets out of the ring, grabbing at Porter before he hurls him toward the barricade between the multiple rings set up. Samuel picks up a stray weapon from the overturned bin, a police nightstick, and drives it into Porter’s midsection before slamming it down over the back of Porter’s head. McPherson doesn’t waste time, and grabs hold of Porter and starts to drag him toward the ambulance that stands ready with the doors wide open. Before he can quite close the distance, Darius barrels through McPherson with a vicious swing of his trusty barbed wire bat. McPherson lets go of Porter who stumbles into the side of the ambulance to shake off the effects of the nightstick assault, and Darius drives the end of the baseball bat into the back of McPherson’s head. It’s enough to bust open Samuel and Darius looks over McPherson before instead eyeing the ambulance and taking a violent swing at the window, sending glass shattering everywhere with a laugh. Jason Rayne has shrugged off the effects of the powerbomb, entering the fray as he grabs hold of Joe Porter and tries to drag him to the open doors. Porter blocks on the ambulance door, throwing an elbow back at Rayne before he grabs hold of Jason and slams his head into the open ambulance.

Aiello: Jason Rayne nearly put this one away quick!

Sydney: I’m still trying to figure out what Darius’ plan is, why beat up the ambulance?

Amsler: I wouldn’t try and figure out what Darius’ plan is, honestly. Dude is a weirdo.

Porter stuffs Jason into the ambulance, but before he can get the doors closed Darius blocks off the door with his baseball bat and shakes his finger at Porter with a grin. He knocks the ambulance door wide open before swinging the bat at Porter, but Porter takes a leap back and avoids the barbed wire before grabbing the opposite ambulance door and swinging it toward Darius, knocking the baseball bat from his hands. Darius shakes out his hands and Porter grabs hold of him, looking to throw him into the ambulance too. Jason Rayne kicks Darius back toward Porter, looking to get out of the ambulance himself as McPherson yanks open the door and all four men are crowded around the back end of the ambulance. Jason reaches behind him, grabbing an oxygen tank from inside and swinging it wildly, causing the three other men to scramble away from the door to avoid being hit. Jason exits the ambulance, still wielding the oxygen tank as McPherson and Porter both are going to town on Darius. Porter holds Darius against the side of the ambulance and McPherson drills a boot into his midsection before Jason comes in, swinging the oxygen tank into the back of McPherson before he lays it into Porter with a sickening laugh. Darius takes the opportunity to grab hold of McPherson and reverse him into the side of the ambulance with a thud. He drags him toward the front of the ambulance, looking at the windshield with a sick grin. He pulls McPherson up onto the hood of the ambulance, hooking his arms and dropping him onto the windshield with Grey Matter! The windshield shatters, buckling under both men as the crowd erupts.

Aiello: IMPALER DDT THROUGH A WINDSHIELD!

Sydney: Does this lunatic know you can’t win by putting him into the driver’s seat of the ambulance?!

Amsler: This is chaos! McPherson is down, Darius is insane, and in what might be the most ironic moment of this entire pay per view, Jason Rayne is trying to choke out Joe Porter with the oxygen tank!

Darius’s arms are bleeding and McPhersons head is busted wide open as they lay on the windshield. Rayne has Porter on the floor with the oxygen tank cord around his neck. Porter seems to have passed out and as Rayne grabs his feet and pulls him around to the back of the ambulance. Darius pulls himself onto the roof of the ambulance. Rayne opens the ambulance door open but as he turns Porter is pulling himself to his feet. Porter and Rayne are struggling to push each other into the back of the ambulance, neither of them see Darius standing over them on top of the ambulance and he has a maniacal look on his face. McPherson has also pulled himself onto the roof of the ambulance, his face covered in blood as he gets to his feet.

Darius turns just in time to see McPherson throw himself towards him. Darius steps to the side at the last minute and McPherson goes flying off of the top of the ambulance. Porter dives out of the way and McPherson falls straight on top of Rayne, both of them hitting the floor hard. Porter gets to his feet with a smile on his face as he approaches Rayne and McPherson when suddenly Darius throws himself off of the top of the ambulance and he lands on top of Porter. Darius gets to his feet and pulls Porter up with him, running him head first into the ambulance door. Darius then stares to laugh like a madman as he pulls out some defibrillator chest paddles from the back of the ambulance. Turning towards Porter, Darius slaps the paddles on his chest and shocks him! Porters body begins to convulse as Darius takes a step back and then charges at him, spearing Porter into the back of the Ambulance. Darius rolls back out of the ambulance and closes the doors.

DING DING DING

Dobrev: And your winner... DARIUSSSSSS!!!!!!

Medics rush to check on Porter in the back of the ambulance as Darius lays on the laughing like a lunatic as his music plays.

Aiello: That was carnage!! Total and utter chaos.

Sydney: I enjoyed it! Darius’s ruthlessness really showed through tonight.

Amsler: All four men will be feeling the effects of this match for a whole to come!

Aiello: They will! Congratulations to Darius on getting the job done. The next match takes place at 3PM and features our first title match of the weekend! It’s Cyrus Black defending the International title against Samantha Hamilton. 3PM .. don't miss it. Lets see what else is going on around here

Aiello: Big thanks to Shinedown for their performance of "Monsters" for this weekend's festivities! We're gonna take you now to one of our secondary rings for what we're hearing is going to be an exciting bonus match! The action just doesn't slow down here at WrestleFest!

The camera cuts outside of the Arles Amphitheatre to the secondary rings that has been set up under a tent on the festival grounds. Fans who didn’t have tickets for the Friday night line-up have gathered in the makeshift arena to catch what has been advertised as an Open Challenge from the ANDELE Heavyweight Champion. Sitting ringside is Prime’s Play by Play host Micah Everett and he’s joined by Brawl’s Color analyst Max Carter and Rampage’s Color analyst Phillip Loydson

Everett: Don’t adjust your TV folks it is I, Micah Everett, coming to you live this afternoon from WrestleFest and while the action is heating up inside the Arles Amphitheatre and that Ambulance match might be hard to follow and still to come tonight we have the International Championship match as Samantha ‘Titaness’ Hamilton challenges Cyrus Black, an EWC contract for 2020 is on the line as Brett Bosa takes on the Brooklyn Basher, and in tonight’s Main Event the Tag Team Championship is on the line as Melody Malone and Iggy Swango defend against Lunch Time...but you are in for a special treat here now.

Carter: One of the goals for this festival was to introduce the fans of the EWC to products outside the walls of our company and give to spotlight a few independent wrestlers that have not been locked down by Prime for one reason or another and tonight the EWC is going to be introduced to a man that I have been obsessed with for some time.

Everett: Well Max it would cost daddy a pretty penny to pull Villano Volando from ANDELE as he is currently their World Heavyweight Champion, Villano as many of you will know is the uncle of Brawl’s Xavier Reid and Prime’s El Pablo and in some way...depending on who’s under the mask that night a relative of El Volando but tonight he’s in an EWC ring to issue an Open Challenge to any man, woman or child to face him one on one for the ANDELE Heavyweight Championship.

Carter: ANDELE which stands for Asociación Nacional de Lucha Extrema has been an institution in Mexico for decades and thanks to the Volando family ANDELE has gone mainstream to become the fastest growing Mexican Wrestling company and given the exposure they will receive here tonight might take over as the most popular company in Mexico.

Loydson: I’d like to point out this invitation is all Max Carter’s doing so if this company grows up to become our competition well blame your son President Mac because he went all fanboy and made this deal.

Carter: Yes I did and I requested Micah as he’s seen all the best Indy wrestlers in the world just in case the challenger is someone I might not have heard of.

Everett: Happy to help but more happy to cash that pay per view bonus check Max but let’s now head up to the ring where I see you secured FSW’s own Isabelle Starr to make the introductions.

Starr: The following special attraction is scheduled for one fall and is an OPEN CHALLENGE for the ANDELE Heavyweight Championship

Brujeria’s ‘La Migra’ plays out as Villano Volando walks out from behind the curtain

Everett: And here comes The Monster...

Loydson: Jesus, didn’t you say in prep this guy is considered a ‘lucha’?

Carter: Well you’ve heard of being the ‘runt of the litter’ well this is the opposite and in Villano’s case the litter is full of runts…

Starr: From Farmington, New Mexico, weighing in tonight at 323lbs he is the Reigning and Defending ANDELE Heavyweight Champion...VILLANO VOLANDO!!!

The fans are mixed as the Monster of the Volando family makes his way to the ring, some are excited to see another member of the Volando Family while others booing due to his less than stellar reputation

Loydson: Dear god he is a massive man, I was expecting someone more the size of…

Carter: El Pablo and Xavier Reid, yes, where as the rest of The Volando Family are the size of El Pablo and Xavier Reid Villano is the exception and you don’t have to wonder why he’s risen to the Patriarch of the Volando family with his size...that and his coup d’etat of his own nephew El Pablo and the fact that his brother Chico Volando disappearance due to his ‘personal’ issues.

Everett: Those ‘personal’ issues not being able to keep his pecker in his pants.

Loydson: Well I’m not going to lie Max I was going to treat this as a joke but I want to see this kid tear someone apart and while I’m at it encourage President Mac to take a few bucks out of little Max’s trust fund and toss them Villano’s way to get this man signed to the EWC

Inside the ring Villano walks over to Isabelle Starr and takes the microphone out of her hand and walks Rampage’s referee John Dean back to the corner before walking to the center of the ring. He reaches around and unhooks the ANDELE Heavyweight Championship and holds it up in the air as he speaks into the microphone

Volando: I’m about to make one of you VERY lucky…

Villano puts the ANDELE Heavyweight Championship over his shoulder

Volando: Have you ever said to yourself, I could do what they do, I could have beaten him...I could be a champion, well here is your chance, tonight here at EWC’s WrestleFest I’m giving ONE person the opportunity and the ONLY championship that matters, forget about Samantha Hamilton v. Cyrus Black for the International Championship, that championship can’t hold a candle to the ANDELE Heavyweight Championship, forget about Lunch Time v. America’s Most Hated, this match right here SHOULD be the Main Event of tonight’s card, that’s the opportunity I’m giving ONE of you here tonight…

Carter: It should be noted that Villano is 6-0 in these Open Challenges and no match has gone past the 5 min mark.

Everett: And it should also be noted that the challenge carries the stipulation that NOBODY on tonight’s card and take him up on the challenge.

Loydson: So that’s why the kid feels safe talking shit about Cyrus

Volando: So, this challenge goes out to any of the EWC roster in the back, to any wrestler from any company that might be here or to any of you fans ringside that think you have what it takes…

Villano takes the belt off his shoulder and stretches it out at his feet

Volando: Come take your shot because the Open Challenge has been extended…

Villano looks at the stage and then out to the crowd

Everett: I know for a fact that several of the top European Indy Wrestlers are in town, a lot of the local promotions ran shows this week to piggyback off WrestleFest and many of the who’s who in Europe are in town.

Carter: As are all the GM’s of the EWC, and impressive performance could catch the eye of one of them and land you a contract.

Loydson: Or if you come out here and lay an egg your dreams could be crushed right in front of our eyes…

One fan ringside stands up and catches the eyes of Villano, he walks towards the ropes to where the fan is but the fan quickly sits back down, Villano laughs

Volando: Is there nobody back there or out there that has the balls…

But ‘Return of The Tres’ plays out cutting off Villano Volando, who looks shocked.

Everett: I know that music…

The fans explode into cheers as El Volando comes dancing out onto the stage and looks down at Villano who does not look pleased

Everett: Looks like El Volando is looking to take the ANDELE Heavyweight Championship and the Head of the Volando here tonight.

Loydson: I can’t believe Tlatonai is going to challenge his uncle, that ungrateful little…

Carter: We don’t know that’s Tlatoani under the mask.

Everett: Oh Max.

El Volando points at Villano and makes his way to the ring, he slides into the ring under the bottom rope and walks up to Villano, the ANDELE Heavyweight Champions between the two Volando’s

Volando: You dare step up to ME?

El Volando looks out at the crowd who’s broken out into an EL VOLANDO clap clap clap clap clap clap EL VOLANDO clap clap clap clap clap clap and then at Villano and nods yes causing the fans to explode

Everett: Looks like El Volando is taking his shot

Loydson: Well if you take aim at the king you better not miss kid

Villano bends down and picks up the ANDELE Heavyweight Championship and nods at Isabella Starr

Starr: And his opponent, from Farmington, New Mexico, weighing in tonight at 190lbs...EL VOLANDO!!!

John Dean walks over and Villano shoves the ANDELE Heavyweight Championship into his chest, he takes it and shows it to El Volando and then raises it up into the air

Carter: This is going to happen, El Volando is going to take his shot…

Everett: And officially end his wrestling career when Villano snaps him in two…

Loydson: Well I hope another one of the Volando’s is ready to take over the El Volando mask from Tlatoani after tonight or Prime’s going to have a roster spot open

John Dean hands the belt to the time keeper and motions for the bell

DING DING DING

Volando: Tlatoani I’m going to give you one…

But Villano stops mid-sentence as he looks past El Volando to Tlatoani himself that has come out onto the stage waving his arms to get his uncle’s attention, Villano looks at El Volando and then again at Tlatoani who is now being joined but his sisters Chiquitita, Verana Mereiles...and then their father Jerry. Villano locks his eyes back on El Volando and looks at him

Volando: How dare you Sr…

But once again Villano’s attention is drawn behind El Volando as he looks up and sees his adopted brother Sr. Espejo walk out to join Jerry and his kids, one by one Koko, Voltro and Otro walks out to join their father, all looking confused as the rest on the stage, Villano looks back at El Volando, who still hasn’t moved a muscle or looked behind him at the rest of the Volando’s who’ve filed out onto the stage, Villano reaches out and grabs El Volando by the strings of his cape

Volando: YOU BASTARD, I TOOK YOU IN, I MADE YOU PART OF HIS…

But the crowd pops a little as Xavier Reid walks out onto the stage, Villano lets go of El Volando and storms past him, walks up to the ropes and looks out at his family, he begins to take stock of who’s out there and right before he starts to yell out his own two sons walk out onto the stage dragging Xavier’s half brother Vertigo with them, with his back still turned to El Volando

Volando: So, you’ve come back to take back your spot have you...El Pablo…

Carter: EL PABLO IS UNDER THE MASK

Everett: He’s the only Volando...wait look in the front row…

The camera cuts to the front row as El Pablo has made his way to the rail, the fans go crazy and Villano turns to see his nephew, confused now he starts to turn back around towards El Volando

Loydson: What’s the kid got in his...HOLY

Villano turns around to face El Volando but there is a flash of red that fills the screen

 

Loydson: SHIT!!!

Everett: El Volando with a fall ball to the face of Villano Volando!!!

Villano grabs at his eyes as he staggers back, El Volando grabs Villano around the neck and flips back over Villano’s shoulder into a spinning sit out DDT

Carter: VIVA LOS VOLANDO!!!!

Everett: Villano is out, El Volando covers…

El Volando jumps on Villano as John Dean counts…

Starr: The winner of the match...AND THE NEW ANDELE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION….EL VOLANDO!!!!

Everett: We have seen history tonight, we’ve crowned a NEW ANDELE Heavyweight Champion here at WrestleFest!!!

Loydson: And look at the rest of the Volando’s, they are all stunned…

The camera cuts to them on stage and they can’t believe what they have seen, Villano’s two sons Perdido and Abando take a few steps towards the ring before looking back at the stage at the family and then back to the ring as John Dean hands El Volando the ANDELE Heavyweight Championship

Everett: They can’t believe what they have just seen…

Carter: No, they are trying to figure out who’s under the El Volando mask…

Loydson: Is El Volando maybe not a Volando…

But just as Phillip says this El Volando reaches up and pulls off the mask...there is a HUGE pop

Everett: THAT’S CHICO VOLANDO!!!!!

Carter: El Pablo and Xavier Reid’s father, the wrestling world hasn’t seen him in year!!!

Perdido and Abando both charge towards the ring but Chico sees them coming, he takes the mask and drops it on the chest of Villano as Sr. Espejo, Jerry, Tlatoani, Koko, Voltro, Otro and Chiquitita all charge towards the ring, leaving Xavier, his half brother Vertigo and their cousin Verana Mereiles on the stage.

Loydson: Here comes the Volando clan…

Chico drops down to the mat and rolls out of the ring and jumps over the rail, right next to El Pablo, he looks at his son for a second and then escapes through the crowd as Perdido and Abando jump into the ring to check on their father as Sr. Espejo, Jerry and their kids all walk towards El Pablo, who looks back into the crowd where his father ran off and then at the family that excommunicated him and turns and walks back through the crowd in the opposite direction from his father

Everett: Is it me or did it look like El Pablo was just as surprised as the rest of us that his father was here tonight?

Carter: There is a lot of family history there but ladies and gentlemen I can’t believe what I just saw but we are out of time...we'll be taking it back to Joe in a moment, but first here's a special performance by pop music sensation Billie Eilish!

We cut to the stage where Billie Eilish begins to perform her hit single "Bad Guy" for the WrestleFest crowd...

After the performance by Billie we cut to a tweet made earlier today by Xavier Reid...

With that we cut back to Joe Aiello.

Aiello: What an amazing sight to see! Chico appears after being missing and wins the ANDELE Heavyweight Championship! While not an official EWC championship, it is one that with a lot of importance to that family, and I can't help but wonder if Xavier Reid will be inspired by what just took place as he gets ready for his X-Division Championship opportunity tomorrow night. Folks, it's just come to my attention that the big Grizzly vs Grizzly Competition we've been waiting on is just about to start, but first, we have another competition just getting underway!

[EWC]

We move down the road from the Arles Amphitheatre. There is a mechanical bull set up and a group of people watching as people fail to ride the bull for eight seconds. We hear people murmuring about how no one can ride it. A D.J. gets on the microphone.

D.J.: Again! THREE HUNDRED AMERICAN DOLLARS to the first person who can ride this mechanical bull for eight seconds! We've had twelve attempts so far. We had a young lady named Isabella Conti from Italy ride it for 6.2 seconds earlier, but that is as close as we've gotten. Who's next? Step right up!

People look around at each other, waiting for the next participant. Suddenly, we hear a voice.

Voice: I CAN RIDE THAT THERE BULL FOR TEN SECONDS!

The crowd looks around for whomever said that. We hear the sounds of spurs clanking with every step. The D.J. begins playing western music as the crowd splits apart and the willing participant walks his way to the front.

D.J.: Yes sir! What's your name, cowboy?

Yi: Ma name's Phineas Yi! I'm from Rosel, Kansas! And I have a way with them bulls! 

Phineas winks at the D.J. and steps on up to the mechanical bull. He hops on top and the D.J. counts down.

D.J.: Okay! Here we go, Phineas! THREE! TWO! ONE!

The mechanical bull starts bucking. Phineas grabs ahold tightly and throws his cowboy hat up into the air.

Yi: YIIIIIIIIIIIII-HAAAAW!!!!

Phineas casually hops off of the bull and throws his arms up into the air. The crowd erupts into cheers as Phineas takes a bow.

D.J.: He's done it! By God he's done it! We have our 2019 WrestleFest Rodeo Champion! PHINEAS YI!

The D.J. hands Phineas three hundred dollars cash. Phineas tucks it up underneath his cowboy hat and looks at the camera. He gives it a wink as we fade to a special performance by the French Boys Choir in St. Augustine...

From that riveting performance we cut to some more tweets talking about WrestleFest:

And with that we cut back to Joe Aiello.

Aiello: As you can see, a lot of chatter has been taking place on social media about this weekend so far, and it only make sense considering just how special it is. Our next official match takes place in just under an hour as Cyrus Black defends his International Championship against Samantha Hamilton, and as you saw earlier the Titaness looks more than ready to take the Carson City Kid off his throne! Before we get to that, we do have the matter of our friend Grizzly Duggan putting his pride on the line as he faces an actual, real-life bear! That is just moments away, but before we do let's hear it for our next musical performance by Lil Nas X!

We cut to the stage, where Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus play the hit single "Old Town Road" for the WrestleFest crowd...

[EWC]

We cut to Allen Anderson and Sandra Verma in front of a food truck celebrating Allen's recent win in the opener of Wrestlefest. The young man was elated as he was splattered with cheers by 25,000 people as he triumphed over William Mason and Stormy Braggart. The cheers continued as the two of them arrived outside the stadium to join the festivities. Security managed to surround the duo at the last minute as they asked for Allen's autograph. Allen felt his ears redden as he began to sign as many as he can. Chants of: Héros were heard while Sandra clung on to his arm happy for him.

Allen and Sandra were awaiting their food while Allen stared at the wound inflicted onto him by Stormy. He was wearing a dark blue shirt with black skinny jeans along with a Black Adidas shoes. Sandra was still wearing the white dress she wore for Wrestlefest.

Verma: Allen, you did it!

Sandra kisses Allen on the cheek but immediately retracted it blushing furiously. Allen blushed as well staring at Sandra awkwardly.

Anderson: I told you I can do it.

Verma: Indeed! So what's next in the story of Allen Anderson?

Anderson: Well, I signed with another federation part time. I'm gonna use the offseason to continue my redemption tour and to improve my craft. Despite my victory I did stumble to the finish line, that way I can stay fresh and hungry for the big ones.

Verma: Big ones?

Allen just smirks at this.

Anderson: You know.

Verma: Ah as much as I love to join you Allen, I can't I'll be very busy setting for next season. Don't worry though, I've got a friend who wants to join the wrestling business as a manager.

Anderson: Oh?

Verma: She and I were like sisters during my time at UCLA. She'll accompany you and take notes during your matches that I can use for next season. However she has a reputation of, umm...flaunting her body around.

Anderson: Something tells me I'm going to like this.

Verma: Don't worry, Allen! I'll call her and let her know that you'll be her client so to speak! Now come let's eat and enjoy your win! You've come a long way!

The employees handed Allen and Sandra their food and the two begin to eat with gusto. From this we cut to the cage, where a referee is talking to Grizzly Duggan and the wrangler for the bear to discuss the rules of engagement for the upcoming competition...

Before the ref can say much else the bear rears up on its hind legs, clearly overexcited for the match. The crowd is a little bit of worry as we quickly cut to Joe Aiello.

Aiello: Folks, I'm being told there's a delay with this competition due to the bear's mood. We'll come back to this as soon as all parties involved are ready. In the meantime, we have plenty more to see of the festivities as we get closer to our first title match of the weekend...

The camera pulls back once again .. showing the full scope of the thousands gathered around Arles Amphitheatre. Joe Aiello is now standing by to once again introduce live music

Aiello: Back for their finale set of the evening .. playing the song "The Enemy" .. it's Godsmack

A huge uproar of cheers breaks out as Godsmack begins to play once again with a backdrop of 'Xplode' hanging in the back as they play one more of his entrance songs

Godsmack begins to really cut loose on the stage. Sully, the band leader leans forward, yelling proudly when suddenly.... XPLODE EMERGES from backstage!!! Dressed in blue jeans and a black leather jacket, Xplode approaches Sully and listens with a angered look upon his face. He marches down to the ring and enter. He then raises a fist and the music cuts out.

Xplode: This….. This IS WRESTLEFEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSTTTTTT!!!!

The crowd cheers loudly as Xplode looks out into the fans! There is intensity on his face.

Xplode: It’s been awhile since I stood on this stage, looking out into the EWC Universe. I have been through hell and back in that ring out there. THIS… this is my home. Tonight, we experience history. Tonight, the superstars of the EWC find themselves in the same shoes that I was in a decade ago. For some, that means starting a career. For others…. It is the culmination of a lifetime, winning championship gold. Wrestlefest is where dreams are realized, careers are defined, and legends are made..

Xplode paces the ring.

The fans chant: “G.O.A.T!!! G.O.A.T!!!”

Xplode: This weekend, we also honor a man who defined Wrestlefest…. Drake (The fans cheer) Drake would be proud to see what the fed has put together for him. That’s what this sport is truly about. It’s not about how many championships a person wins… no. It’s about being remembered at the end of the day. It’s about creating something special. It’s about telling a damn story…. And Drake told his. I urge everyone in that locker room behind me to look deep into themselves. Tell your story. Be great.


The fans scream with approval..

Xplode: …. Because if you don’t, I may just step back into that damn ring and kick all of your asses! I am XPLODE…. The DESTROYER OF WORLDS…. BRING ON WRESTLEFEST!!!!!

Godsmack begins to play once again as Xplode drops the microphone! The fans respond loudly as Xplode returns backstage.

Aiello: What a surprise and treat for the fans seeing Xplode come out here and show his support. Class act. There has been so much action already folks. From Allen Anderson putting a huge stamp on his impressive season to Darius winning an Ambulance match... so much going on with bull riding and music and the games... and it is only Friday at 3:00 PM!

Amsler: I've got my Monster energy drinks ready to go all weekend!

Sydney: Monster?! It's all about Bang, baby! What is it with you Prime people?

Amsler: Shove it, Cid! 

Aiello: Guys, we have four days together. Let's not unravel on Friday at 3:00 PM! How about we go to Nina Dobrev in the main ring!

Dobrev: The following contest is scheduled for one fall... and it is for the Extreme Wrestling Corporation International Championship!

The crowd begins cheering loudly throughout the Arles Amphitheatre. As the actual lyrics of 'You're Going Down' by Sick Puppies begin playing, the Titaness saunters down the ramp. Walking beside her is her husband, Joseph "Orion" Hunter. A sense of determination and resolve can be seen in her eyes. She slaps a few fans' hands casually on her way towards the ring. Her stoic gaze focuses on the squared circle. 

Dobrev: Introducing first from Fort Lauderdale, Florida... weighing in at one hundred and forty-five pounds. She is one of the members of the Shieldmaidens M.C. She is Samantha "The Titaness" Hamilton!

Now on the apron, Hamilton slips through the middle of the ropes and into the ring. She steps into the center of the ring and looks around the Arles Amphitheatre at the tens of thousands of fans on their feet.

Aiello: This is a rematch from the November 4th episode of Monday Night Brawl. You guys... I witnessed that match live. It was an extremely impressive showing between her and Cyrus Black. One in which she walked away dead even with the Champion.

Sydney: Dead even means nothing to me. Sure, Cyrus Black didn't beat her. But she also didn't beat Cyrus Black!

Amsler: You pompous ass. For her to walk away un-defeated from that match with arguably the most-dominant person in the EWC... that's impressive in itself. She looks to finish the job here this afternoon. And I think she can do it!

Sydney: I hate bloody draws! This one better end the right way here today! And I think Cyrus Black retains, mate!

The lights in the Arles Amphitheatre go dark for a moment. A spotlight hits the entrance ramp and music plays from the P.A. system.

"Life is a mystery..."

The silhouette of a man moves into the spotlight, arms raised above his head as he starts to clap.

"And it feels like home..."

The lights go up around the Amphitheatre. Two red pyrotechnics go off at either side of the stage as the chorus hits.

"When you call my name.. it's like a little prayer..."

Cyrus starts clapping as he merrily skips from one side of the entrance ramp to the other, looking out at the sea of fans, goading them to clap along with him. Cyrus makes his way down the entrance ramp with the International Championship around his waist and the Undisputed Championship over his shoulder as he engages with fans along the way, dishing out high fives and hugs as he jives his way to the ring.

Dobrev: And her opponent... from Carson City, Nevada... weighing in at two hundred and thirty pounds. He is the Extreme Wrestling Corporation International and Undisputed Champion... CYRUS BLACK!

"I'm down on my knees.. I want to take you there..."

Sliding underneath the bottom rope into the ring, Cyrus shuffles from one corner buckle to another, continuously banging the palms of his hands together as the fans are on there feet clapping with him.

"Just like a prayer you know, I'll take you there..."

Cyrus casually leans against the ropes, with a cheesy grin on his face.

Aiello: Cyrus Black may be the most charismatic person in the entire EWC today.

Amsler: I, honestly, can't stand this smug prick. 

Sydney: You're crazy! He's so likable!

Aiello: Well, he's got his work cut out for him here this afternoon. And one has to wonder... with his Undisputed Championship defense looming in three days against his girlfriend Melody Malone, IS HE COMPLETELY FOCUSED ON THIS MATCH?!

Sydney: He's a professional, mate! He's going to do whatever he can to retain both Championships!

DING DING DING

As the bell rings, the entire crowd is on their feet. Two of the more-beloved competitors in the EWC stand opposite each other in a rematch of their epic first try just over a month ago. The two begin circling the ring. Black’s goofy antics have faded and he now has a serious look on his face. Hamilton shares the same look on hers as the two finally knot up in the center of the ring. Black shoves her back into the corner and the referee begins a count. At two, Black backs off respectfully and allows Hamilton to get out of the corner. She lunges at Black, who hip tosses her halfway across the ring. She gets up quickly and sprints at Black, looking for a big boot to his chest. She connects and drives him back into the corner. She goes to grapple him in the corner, but Black escapes out behind her and puts her into a sleeper hold. Hamilton quickly grabs the top rope and forces Black to break the hold.

The two face each other, once more, and Black goes to kick her in the stomach. She catches his foot, however. But Black quickly turns it into an enziguri. Hamilton drops down to her hands and knees. Black steps off of her back, jumps onto the middle rope, and moonsaults right across her lower back. He rolls her over and covers.

Aiello: The two are easing into this one.

Amsler: Neither one wants to make the wrong move, Joe.

Black picks Hamilton off of the mat up to her knees and begins to go to work on her lower back. He drives a knee right into the small of her back and grabs her chin. With a lot of pressure applied to the lower back and the chinlock wrenching her backwards, the referee asks Hamilton if she submits. She says “no” and the match continues.

Aiello: Cyrus Black is very smart in going after one area of Samantha Hamilton’s body. The lower back will help to keep her from performing a few moves that may take some strength to pick Cyrus off of the ground.

Sydney: The man is systematic! There’s a reason the bloke is a double Champion!

After about ninety seconds, Black releases the hold and drives a forearm into the side of Hamilton’s face. She drops to the mat and Black grabs her legs, looking for a Boston Crab. But Hamilton squirms over onto her back and kicks Black in the gut with both feet. She gets up off of the mat and stretches her back for a quick second before going on the attack. She drives a kick hard into his ribcage. With him doubled over, Hamilton drives a knee hard into his temple, sending him tumbling onto the ring apron. Black gets up to his feet and Hamilton goes over to suplex him back into the ring, but her back twinges and she lets go, walking into the middle of the ring and holding her back. Black leaps up to the top rope and looks for a springboard missile dropkick, but Hamilton catches him mid-air with a kick right to the side of the head. Black collapses to the mat and Hamilton covers.

Sydney: I felt that bloody kick over here at the announce table!

Hamilton reaches down to lift Cyrus off of the ground, fighting through the lower back pain inflicted on her. As she slowly lifts him up, Cyrus rolls her up in a small package.

Hamilton gets up quickly and drives a shin right into Black’s face. She grabs him and pulls him to his feet. With an Irish-whip into the ropes, Black returns and is met by another big boot, this time to the chin. He stumbles backwards and gets hung up in the ropes!

Aiello: This is not good for the Champion! His arms are wrapped in between the top and middle ropes and is helpless right now!

Hamilton rears back for a superkick to the unprotected Cyrus Black, but Black manages to escape quickly enough to duck the kick. He grabs Hamilton and belly-to-back suplexes her up and over the top rope and to the floor. Black lays on the mat while the referee begins a count on Hamilton on the outside. After a few moments, the count is up to four and Hamilton is on her feet. Black pops up to his and runs across the ring. He returns and nails her with a baseball slide, driving her stumbling backwards and hitting her lower back hard into the announce table. She grabs it in pain as she falls to the floor. Black exits the ring and walks over to her, picking her up off of the floor. He rolls her into the ring and slides underneath the bottom rope himself. He lays on top for a cover.

Aiello: These two competitors are finally starting to wear down a bit. It’s only a matter of time before one of them slips up. The question is: which one will it be?

Sydney: Definitely Hamilton! She’s worse for the wear right now!

Amsler: I might disagree. Cyrus Black has a giant knot on his cheek. His face has taken a beating!

Sydney: She’d better watch out. Melody Malone isn’t going to like that one bit!

Cyrus grabs ahold of Hamilton’s arm and looks to put her in Like A Virgin! But Hamilton rolls over onto her back and on top of Cyrus!

The two are up quickly. Hamilton grabs her back in pain, however. Black, with a smirk on his face, runs towards the opposite side of the ring. He returns, looking for The Blackout! Hamilton ducks! She was playing possum! Black lands on his feet in front of her. She spins him around and kicks him in the gut and hooks him up! WRATH OF THE TITANS! NO! Cyrus counters into a back-body drop. He steps away. Hamilton gets to her knees. BLACKOUT! BLACKOUT! CYRUS COVERS!

Dobrev: Here is your winner… and STILL EWC INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION! CYRUUUUS BLAAAAAACK!!!

Aiello: What a tremendous effort by Samantha Hamilton! She came so very close to winning here this afternoon!

Sydney: And just like I said, Cyrus Black is STILL the Champion!

Amsler: A very good match, but how much will Cyrus have left in the tank for his Undisputed Championship match on Monday night?

Aiello: For that matter, how much does Samantha Hamilton have left in the tank for the Drake Memorial Cup match on Monday?

Cyrus stands in the middle of the ring, one hand holding his face and the other holding the International Championship up high.

As Cyrus continues celebrating his win, we cut back to Joe Aiello.

Aiello: Cyrus has done it here on the first day of WrestleFest, successfully retaining his International Championship against a very game Samantha Hamilton. I suspect this isn't the end of the road for the Titaness, and she will be preparing to come back stronger than ever for the next season. Folks, I've gotten word that they've had to rebuild the cage for Grizzly vs Grizzly, but in a little while we will be seeing that take place! In the mean time, let's check out another look at the lovely city of Arles, France!

[EWC]

After the video we cut to some more tweets covering WrestleFest:

And with that we cut to the revamped cage over in ring 3, where a ref is standing by to once again explain the rules to Grizzly Duggan and the grizzly bear he's competing against.

Ref: Alright, I want a good clean fight. No hitting below the belt, or the approximate area respectively. No eye poking. No biting...especially you, Duggan. Are we clear?

Duggan glares at the bear for a moment before finally nodding his head in agreement with the rules.

The wrangler speaks to the bear, who nods its head in agreement as well.

Ref: Excellent, let's get to it!

The ref signals for the bell to start this competition, and Grizzly and the grizzly immediately lock up. It's a dead heat for a moment before Grizzly manages to push the grizzly aside, taunting it to come at him again. The grizzly obliges, charging at Grizzly who manages to clench its head, turning behind it so it cannot reach him. This continues for another minute before the bell rings, signaling the end of the first round. The wrangler checks on the grizzly, as Grizzly warms himself up for the second round. The bell rings signaling round 2, and Grizzly knows what he must do...suddenly, we hear a yelp as we cut away to the commentary team in ring 1.

Sydney: Good lord, what was that sound!?

Aiello: Folks, I'm being told that there's been an incident in ring 3. Grizzly Duggan as you know was not cleared to compete in the ring, but apparently that only applies to human competitors...hence this special attraction. However, it seems as though...

Sydney: Penis.

Amsler: Excuse me, Cid?

Sydney: That's why that sounded so familiar. I'm pretty sure Grizzly just grabbed the grizzly by the penis.

Aiello: Folks, I want it to be clear we do not condone that sort of behavior here in the EWC, so we will check back in with ring 3 momentarily to make sure everyone is safe.

Sydney: Including the bear.

Aiello: In the meantime, we're gonna take another look at the festivities here in Arles, including...wait a minute, it seems our beloved President is here!

We cut to the festival, where President Mac can be seen signing autographs for the fans at WrestleFest...

We move live to outside of the Arles Amphitheatre. The International Championship match finished a short time ago and Dominic Sanders and Cora Whittaker make their way out of the Amphitheatre's gate talking to each other.

Sanders: Okay. Scouting Samantha Hamilton - check. She's good, but I still maintain that she's only second best to me in The Dominic Sanders Cup.

Cora: As long as she - and her husband, for that matter - keeps her focus on the match and doesn't mess with me then everything should be just fine. But don't be surprised if I have to get physical if need be.

Sanders stops and looks at her. He quirks a brow.

Sanders: Physical? You?

Sanders laughs as they continue walking.

Sanders: Since when?

Cora: Come on, Dom. You know I've been taking lessons... just to keep up with the times, you know? If I'm going to be at ringside regularly then I've got to know how to defend myself. That snake Tommy Love will be there on Monday. He will stop at nothing to get in our heads.

Sanders: That's not untrue, Cora. It's not the worst idea, anyway, for you to...

Sanders suddenly bumps into somebody. The man turns around and looks at Sanders right in the eyes. Sanders' eyes light up in surprise.

Man: Well, well, well.

As the camera focuses in on the man, we see that it is none other than Sanders' former best friend and manager Gil Griffin.

Sanders: Gil. What in the blue hell are you doing here? You selling insurance now-a-days?

Griffin laughs and shakes his head.

Griffin: Oh, Dominic. The same fucker as always. Come on, it's kind of nice to see me, right?

Sanders smirks and shakes his head.

Sanders: It would be nice if you hadn't stabbed me in the back a year ago and left me out to dry.

Griffin: Stabbed you in the back? I stuck with you through everything before you went and aligned yourself with The Limit and JeMario Unger last year. That lasted long, huh? If it wasn't for me you wouldn't be here. You'd still be crying about Hannah and Michael back in Texas and you never would have moved along with your career. You never would have come to the EWC. You never would have won the Undisputed Championship. And you never would have been... what is it? The greatest that ever was. 

Sanders glares at Gil. Cora decides to step in between the two men.

Cora: Yeah, well he ended up WINNING that Championship all on his own. He's been the greatest that ever was all year and he didn't do it with you at his side. And, now that I'm here, you're looking at the future Indy Champion. Because he's about to take 2020 by storm on the Prime circuit.

Griffin: Ah, you must be Cora. I've got some advice for you, Cora. Watch your back. This man is just as much of a snake as anyone in the entire EWC. 

Griffin looks back at Sanders.

Griffin: You can bet on that...

Griffin smiles and turns and walks away. Cora puts her hand on Sanders' chest to calm him down.

Sanders: Don't listen to that bullshit, Cora. You and I have more together than Gil Griffin ever did. Let's go.

Sanders and Cora walk away and we fade to the stage, where Motionless in White is performing the theme of Monday Night Brawl, "Loud"...

Aiello: As you can tell things are really heating up on social media, as we see Scorpio and Cyrus Black getting into it after Black's successful defense of the International Championship. Scorpio, on the other hand, has his eyes set firmly on Ace King and the United States Championship, looking to end the record-breaking title reign of The Gambler. That's our main event for Sunday night, but in just under an hour we'll see Brett Bosa take on the Brooklyn Basher for an EWC contract in 2020! Let's take it away to our next musical guest, the worldwide phenomenon that is...Poppy!

With that we cut back to the stage, where Poppy performs her most recent hit "I Disagree" for the WrestleFest crowd...

The camera cuts to tent set up on the grounds of the Arles Amphitheatre, a group of 200 or so people look up at the stage where two chairs and a table are set up under the huge sign that reads: The Doug Robinson Show, the fans cheer as Doug walks out onto the stage and waves to the fans that have traveled to Arles, France.

Doug gets a good laugh at this and walks to the front of the stage

Robinson: Welcome one and all to The Doug Robinson Show, I am ‘Dangerous’ Doug Robinson and if you aren’t familiar with me and maybe only wandered into the tent because the line to audition for the The Sheildmaidens was too long and because they are only interested in girls welcome, we are an all inclusive crowd and happy to have each and every one of you, regardless of what you look like and don’t care if you have a penis or not. A little about me, I was a former manager in the late 70’s and early 80’s and then transitioned behind the scenes to a GM and head booker and now I’m the host of The Doug Robinson Podcast on Sirius XM Monday through Friday from 9am-Noon eastern and take this little show LIVE every other Saturday to host one of these Town Hall shows and I know what you’re thinking, Doug it’s Friday at 6:30pm est but hey, spots were limited here at WrestleFest so I took the spot that was given to me...YES, I sold out to the man…

Robinson: And given the massive undertaking that WrestleFest is, I’m just happy that the EWC invited me to do my little old show and what a show I have for you tonight, joining me here in a moment is a man that needs no introduction, he is a LOCK for EWC Manager of the Year...if they had one, a man that has guided Killjoy Ito to an Indy Championship, TWO TV Championships, a Prime G1 Championship and on Monday Night has Killjoy in position to claim the Indy Championship for a second time this year, love him, hate him but you have to respect him and chances are he still owes you money your lent him...he is ‘The Memphis Mouthpiece’ TOMMY LOVE!!!!

‘Black Betty’ plays out as ‘The Memphis Mouthpiece’ Tommy Love walks out onto the stage to boos and some cheers from the more degenerate wrestling fans, Tommy is dress in a pair of black warm up pants and a shirt with his face on it with the #SEEDED on it. He smiles at the response from the fans and walks towards Doug Robinson and reaches out his hand, Doug extends his but pulls it away and looks at Tommy’s hand and shakes his head and gives a jerk off motion in which Tommy laughs at

Robinson: Sorry Tommy but I have a good idea where that hands been and I’m not touching it

Love: Smart man.

Robinson: Tommy you and me go way back, I believe I first met you in 1971 in Atlanta, Georgia…

Love: Yeah, I was managing The Southern Express and you came down to our territory with The Chi-Town S.W.A.T. and we tore the hell out of Atlanta, you know I’m still banned from the Hilton there?

Robinson: I had nothing to do with that and if memory serves me right you were banned from there because you and Rokkin Eddie Ace tried to tag team a hooker in their lobby...and neither of you two were staying there…

Love: What can I say, the 80’s were a blur man, coke and hookers everywhere we went, the fact that Eddie Ace is still alive is one of the great mysteries of life, I can tell you how many times I watched that moron snort a line of coke every min for an entire hour and then go wrestler damn near 60 mins…

Robinson: The good old Eddie Ace Power Hour-Hour…

Love: Did you hear he married Lady Bird Miller, the widow of the late ‘Wild’ Bill Miller…

Robinson: Bill Miller who you wrestling historians will know was the owner of the largest Texas Media conglomerate that brought Texas Championship Wrestling all over the US in the early 1980’s and would later bring Mexican Championship Wrestling to the US in the early 2000 and sold that company just a few years ago for almost a billion dollars…

Love: Then the poor bastard stroked out less than a year later and old Eddie Ace is putting it to his old as balls wife in hopes of fucking her into the grave and inherting all that money…

Robinson: I’m a little shocked that you didn’t try to slide into that…

Love: It was my damn idea Doug, I was in Croatia with Killjoy for Prime #028 when Bill died, Eddie called me to tell me the news and I said, ‘damn well I’ll fly back for the funeral and try to get in good with the old lady in hopes she takes a liking to me and I’ll just turn off the lights and pretends she’s Molly McFaden in her anorexic days and fuck her into a heart attack and be set for life’ and by the time I got back state side and got down to Texas that little fucker had already got his hooks in her and was living in that giant ass mansion, Bill’s body wasn’t even cold yet...what an asshole…

Robinson: Yeah, he’s the asshole in that story but hey, good for old Eddie Ace, with her he’d be living on the streets…

Love: Well he better break me off my 10% finders fee…

Robinson: You seem to be doing quite well these days Tommy, Killjoy is having an impressive 2019 here in the EWC and he’s in a PRIME (no pun intended) position on the WrestleFest card Monday night when he takes on Jordan Freaking Sharpe for the Indy Championship in a ladder match where the winner will walk out Indy Champion and have a LOCK for Prime Wrestler of the Year, Tommy your thoughts…

Love: Listen, that little punk is lucky to be walking around with the belt, he didn’t beat Killjoy, he pinned Richard Garcia and save the ‘well Killjoy never pinned Carlos Ruiz but pinned Nevaeh’ we would have given Carlos a rematch the next week...trust me…

Doug gives the fans a wink and a OK hand gesture that draws a laugh

Love: But Carlos went back to Spain for a siesta and wasn’t interested in wrestling anymore but Jordan never offered Killjoy a rematch, to make things right and cement his claim to be the REAL Indy Champion, nope he didn’t want a piece of Killjoy so he avoided him like women avoid you when the bartender yells Last Call and the lights start to come on in the club…

Robinson: I’m a happily married man and a father of three…

Love: So that wasn’t you last night in the hotel lobby telling that cute little indy start from the UK Lily?

Robinson: I was just putting her in contact with a few people I know in the UK, not everything people do is seedy…

Love: Sure…

Tommy mock Doug as he now winks and gives a OK hand gesture to the fans that also draws a laugh

Love: Killjoy had to go to Youngblood and win a Golden Ticket match just to get a rematch, which he did and not we have come to WrestleFest to take back what is ours, that Prime Indy Championship!

Robinson: In a ladder match, where Killjoy has very little experience…

Love: But I do, I filled the gym with the best ladder match wrestlers in the world to give him a crash course in this style of match and Doug he will be just fine. He didn’t have experience in cage matches and did just fine in the Insanity Cage match and he didn’t have experience battle royals and he tied for 3rd in the Rumble, all better results than Jordan…

Robinson: Aw, the rambling Jordan accused you of…

Tommy smiles to the crowd

Love: Yes he played the ‘is that all you have left, the ramblings of an old guy’ card and followed that up with the ‘yeah I didn’t win but neither did Killjoy’ card but what the little guy can defend is that in each of the matches Killjoy out shined him, Killjoy was right there at the end and was factoring in on the outcome where Jordan played no role in the outcome yet will stand there and act like he’s ‘the man’ around here. Hell on a night where the EWC was going to showcase the best YOUNG talents and they plopped him down in a tag team match, way to showcase the Prime champion, that’s how much they believed in him...while Killjoy represented Prime and beat Brawl, Rampage and the FSW while Jordan’s team was the last team to enter into a gauntlet match and pissed down his leg against a team that started the night out...it was a damn disgrace for someone that wrestlers under the Prime banner and I can’t stand for it. Every second this man holds the Indy Championship match is a second longer that he soils that championship with his mediocrity so Monday night can’t come fast enough.

Robinson: But Killjoy has had very little success against Jordan, with Jordan having TWO clean wins of Killjoy…

Love: And THREE times Killjoy has been in the ring with Jordan Killjoy has been the better man, Prime #053 when he beat Jordan and Mark Storm, at Night of Champions inside that Insanity Cage and inside the Rumble itself, this match will define WHO is allowed to walk away saying they are in fact the better man, listen we know what’s at stake here, the loser of this match won’t be getting another Indy Championship match anytime soon, not with the former champions likes of El Pablo, Nevaeh and Richard Garcia still around or even newcomers like Silver Ann Gold, Quinn Collins and El Volando and I just saw Rafe White is back with us and not to mention former Undisputed Champion Dominic Sanders now out on the indy circuit, Killjoy understands that it’s now or never, he either wins that Indy Championship back or he might as well pack it up and head back to Japan.

Robinson: That’s a pretty strong statement, it’s like you are saying Killjoy is in a win or go home situation here...

Love: Listen, I has handed this kid and told ‘make him a star’ Prime is his excursion, he was sent to me to learn the ropes and to become a star but he’s been under my wing now for two years, IJWF still technically owns his rights and could call him back to Japan, I know this and so does he but if he’s the Prime Indy Champion why will not call him back out of respect to the EWC but times a ticking with him so this could in fact he the last EWC show we see Killjoy Ito, that’s just a possibility.

Robinson: And you would have no way of stopping the recall of Killjoy back to Japan?

Love: I could of course try and talk them out of it, listen when Killjoy was sent to me by Jun Yao it was because an American based company had just bought IJWF and he was afraid they would fuck Killjoy up, he didn’t know them and he didn’t trust him with his project so through an old friend I was hired but in those two years IJWF has grown to the number two Japanese promotion and they have been keeping tabs on Killjoy, they have seen the success he’s had here in EWC and it’s only a matter of time before they recall him and make him the face of IJWF, I’ve exceeded expectations with him Doug, I’m just too damn good at my job but Killjoy loves it here in the EWC so I explained to him he’s fighting for his right to stay here, there can be no slip ups or it could all be gone just like that…

Love: If you look around the indies Killjoy has been one of the very best and the suits over at IJWF wanted him to become a global star and thanks to Prime he’s become just that. He’s been all over the globe these last two years and you can’t think of Prime without thinking about Killjoy Ito, that’s just fact...yes there is still so much more to do with him but I understand this us a business and he can be taken away from me just like that…

I know the International Championship is near and dear to her heart and under my guidance she will win that championship in 2020, BOOK IT!!!!

Robinson: Well if he is able to retain that would bring you face to face with Cyrus Black…

Love: Cyrus loves me…

Robinson: I beg to differ, he hates you, as much as your three ex-wives man, he has an entire #FreeKilljoy campaign going to break Killjoy free of you…

Love: That was just a way for him to make some side cash because his #KiltBro stuff wasn’t moving…

Robinson: You #SEEDED his belt, his dressing room and tried to #SEED his rental car…

Love: Yeah I still feel bad for whoever car that was…

Robinson: He tried to get you banned from coming to France…

Love: Did in fact get me banned from the hotel him and Melody are staying at, true story, my picture is up on all the walls…

Robinson: Why on earth would you think this man loves you?

Love: Because no matter what he has going on he still thinks about me, I’m still dancing in his little head and come Monday nights on Brawl he will get to see my lovely face each and every week with Gabi Vee, we are taking that championship from him or Samantha Hamilton, it makes no difference to us, Gabi Vee will be International Champion in 2020.

Love: Ok, well Mac and the GM of Brawl went on one just the other day and you no neither of them mentioned my name when they were talking about WrestleFest and all the great things happening this weekend…

Robinson: That doesn;t surprise me Tommy, when people ask me if we are friends I just say we’ve met a few times and wouldn’t call us close...because I don’t want the judgment…

Love: Yeah well that hurts and so did my exclusion in that podcast Doug so you know what I did…

Robinson: Oh please tell me you didn’t..

Love: Right before I came out here I stole one of those staff walkie talkie things and said there was a major issue with Cyrus’ car and parking and watched as the Brawl GM took off running out of his office and I slipped right in there…

Robinson: NO…

Tommy stands up and pulls down his pants as screams from the front row can be heard…

A censor box pops up over Tommy’s junk and the feed to the Doug Robinson Show is cut before we go back to Joe Aiello.

Aiello: Folks, I just want to apologize for Tommy Love's actions, and hope he can get things sorted out before his client Killjoy Ito faces Jordan Sharpe on Monday night for the Indy Championship. In the meantime, I've gotten word that ring 3 has been cleared out after what happened between Grizzly Duggan and the grizzly bear he was set to wrestle. Everyone is fine, and they're getting things cleaned up in time for the next match happening in about a half hour! For now, we want to give a special thanks to the Arles Office of Tourism for this special look at the location of this year's WrestleFest!

The Brooklyn Basher Vs Brett Bosa

We move over to ringside of Ring 3 where ringside workers prepare for the next match. There is a feeling is excitement in the air for this one, as the fans pump their fists and begin to cheer.

Aiello: Well .. that was unexpected .. anything can happen when you are live .. but listen to this crowd right now .. is there something about the next match that I don't know about?

Sydney: Actually, yes. The next match is a special one! We have two debuts taking place next, the winner gaining a contract to compete in the EWC! Both of these men have the look of an EWC Superstar and it's always exciting to watch the birth of new talent! The unknown .. it's exciting!

Amsler: I agree. Again, the winner of this match will win the ultimate prize .. an EWC Contract. That has to be stressful. Let's get to the ring as Dobrev is ready to start the match.

Dobrev: The following match is scheduled for one fall .. Joining us first, hailing from San Jose, CA and weighing in at 220 lbs! He is the Samoan Warrior ... BOSA!! 

The stadium goes completely silent save for the whispers in the crowd. The camera pans slowly towards the stage area as we see the shadow of a large man behind a shaded white wall. "Indestructible" by Disturbed begins to play loudly as the fans stand up and cheer. No one emerges from the stage area until...

Bosa blasts through the wall with a kick!

The crowd completely erupts as Bosa walks through the freshly made hole in the wall! Not stopping, he walks towards the ring, his face beaming equal parts determination and anger. Stopping at ringside, he looks at the ring, his chest slowly heaving as he nods his head. Finally, he ascends the metal stairs and steps between the ropes, circling the inner ring once before raising a fit just as a crimson pyro explodes above the ring! Bosa bounces in place, stretching his arms and cracking his necks as the theme song slowly fades out..

Dobrev: And his opponent, from Brooklyn, New York weighing in at 350 pounds ... THE BROOKLYN BASHER!!!!

The Brooklyn Basher steps through the entrance with no theme song. He raises his fists, sending the crowd into a frenzy! He points to the ring where Bosa waits for him. Bosa points to himself and then motions for the Basher to come on down to the ring! The fans cheer and Basher races to the ring!

Aiello: Impressive entrance by The Brooklyn Basher! He looks the part of an already established wrestler .. he's been around the block .. bouncing around in the Indys and hoping for a chance to make it big with the EWC .. Big guy... massive. Gonna be tough for Bosa to overcome that. Here we go!! For the first time ever .. in any ring .. it's Bosa Vs the Brooklyn Basher .. EWC contract on the line

DING DING DING

Both men circle one another. Basher attempts to grapple but until Bosa side steps the attempt. The crowd begins a low cheer as the two men circle one another one more time. Finally, Basher grabs hold of Bosa and brings him in for a bear hug. Bosa struggles, but Basher squeeze hard, looking to end things quickly. Bosa begins to droop... his arms growing limp. Basher smiles. The crowd begins to stir.

Aiello: Look at this! The Brooklyn Basher is not going to disappoint! He has already begun to dismantle Bosa!

Sydney: I didn't think it would end this fast .... but Basher is a big dude. He has the look of a killer. Bosa didn't have a chance. Perhaps he could try out next year?!

Amsler: Wait ... look at this?!

The crowd continues to stir until finally they chant "BO-SA, BO-SA, BO-SA!" Basher notices this and leans down harder on Bosa, smiling as he does so! Finally, the Referee walk towards Bosa and raises his arm. It drops once. The Ref does it again... and it drops once more! The Ref raises the arm once more.... and Bosa keeps it up in the air!! In a sheer showing of strength, Bosa slowly pulls apart the arms of Basher. Finally, he drives a fist into the face of Basher! The Crowd begins to cheer loudly!

Aiello: Look at this!! Bosa is showing a little something here!!

Sydney: NO ONE COULD HAVE SEEN THIS COMING!! 

Amsler: We may be seeing an underdog victory here! Brett Bosa from San Jose, CA! He knows the stakes! He knows the risks! Can he get it done?!!!

Bosa punches Basher again... and again. Finally, he drives his forehead into the forehead of Basher, sending him stumbling backwards! Bosa backs up and uses the ropes for momentum now! He launches off of the ropes and nails Basher with a HUGE clothesline, sending the large man into the mat with a thunderous impact! Bosa backs up into the corner of the ring and raises a fist, causing the arena to completely go nuts! He looks out into the fans and nods his head. Flicking his hair out of his face, he waits... stalking his prey!

Aiello: I am so damn impressed! This is Wrestlefest, where legends are born! Can Bosa end this match!?!?

Sydney: Basher is stunned. He has no idea where he is! There is no way that Bosa can lift Basher over his head though. It's just too much!

Amsler: LOOK!!

Basher slowly rises to his feet. Bosa rushes him and kicks him in the gut! Basher is hunched over! Bosa grabs him and struggles, his arms shaking, as he slowly lifts Basher over his head! He then drives Basher into the mat with a thunderous powerbomb! The ring shakes violently as the fans completely lose it!!

Aiello: DID HE JUST LIFT BASHER OVER HIS HEAD??!!

Sydney: WHAT A DISPLAY OF STRENGTH!!!! AMAZING!!! THE FANS ARE GOING NUTS!! THEY LOVE THIS KID!!!

Amsler: Can he end it?!

Bosa rolls away, his facial features looking more determined than ever. He waits one more time as Basher slowly stirs. The fans begin to scream with delight as Basher rises to his feet. Bosa scoops him up once more and walks across the ring. He then nails his finisher.. The Samoan Death Drop! Basher's eyes gloss over as Bosa covers for a lazy pin..

Bosa's theme song begins to play but suddenly shuts off as he rips the microphone out of Dobrev's hand! The fans are in a stunned silence as Bosa walks around the ring. Raising the microphone ... he speaks.

Bosa: MATCH IS OVER... CONTRACT IS MINE!! All of you out there, in this venue, this story has just begun! It's been a long time since you have had someone to cheer for that is actually one of you. I am just a regular guy with a big dream. I will earn my spot in the EWC just like I will earn the respect of every one of you. 2020 is going to be OUR YEAR!! WARRIOR'S UP!!!!!! WHERE YOU AT?!!

The fans stand up and cheer as Bosa pounds his chest! His theme song begins to play once more as the place becomes a madhouse! Bosa nods his head and smirks as he tosses the microphone over his shoulder!

Aiello: What the hell just happened?!

Sydney: We just saw the start of something special ..

Amsler: Brett Bosa ... Welcome to the EWC! Folks, we've got plenty more action for you tonight, but first we have another performance from Rage Against The Machine!

With that we cut to the stage, where Rage Against The Machine begins their performance of "Bulls On Parade" for the WrestleFest crowd...

Outside the arena in Arles, Gil Griffin arrives, dressed in a suitable attire befitting of a co-manager of a wrestler’s themed food truck. He has a small but noticeable Kilt Bros branded pin on his polo and a grin wide on his face. He sees another gentleman dressed in a purple kilt and waves.

Gil: Kyle!

Kyle places a finger up for a second to finish his phone call but flashes his ground a toothy smile. Kyle finishes up his ‘uh huhing' on the phone and turns it off.

Kyle: Gil! It's been so long, my friend.

They do a quick embrace.

Kyle: So I've got a bad news, good news, bad news, good news situation.

Gil: Oh, no! I hope it isn't too upsetting?

Kyle: Well, the first good news is I've hired you two new employees! I met them at the Moulin Rouge the other night and they were ever so excited to come to WrestleFest.

From seemingly nowhere, making as outlandish of an entrance as you can in a parking lot is two impossibly tall beings, one with red hair, one a blond, and makeup and outfits done to the nines.

Kyle: Gil, meet Brandi LaCroix and her twin sister Shay Kitt!

Gil shakes the large hands of both women as is a gentleman's right and they each curtsey slightly.

Gil: Amazing to meet you ladies! So what's the bad news?

Kyle: Sr. Espejo will not be here to help. He just called and said he was unable to work on account of coming down with a major case of “gigantic balls”

All the actors in the scene kind of nod and agree with that, throw out a few “been there 's

Kyle: …or something. He truly has a terrible Mexican accent. But good news is you are no longer the co- manager. You are the full fledged manager!

Gil kind of takes that to heart the way it was given.

Gil: Well, I guess it could be worse! But… what's the other bad news?

Kyle: Well….

As Kyle starts to hem haw, the food truck they'll be working in pulls up. Plastered all over the truck are pictures of Sr. Espejo holding food and Volando family merchandise he was hoping to sell. The name of the truck, in huge letters, is KYLE GAUTIER'S THE SR. ESPEJO EXPERIENCE STARRING SR. ESPEJO AND OTHER. The horn plays ‘La Cucaracha.’

Kyle: We probably shouldn't have let him get the truck. But it'll be fine! So anyway, I've got to go do press and such. I believe in all of you and if you need anything at all, please don't hesitate to call!

Gil and Kyle hug again and Kyle drags a nod to the ladies. He leaves and Gil takes in the scene for a second before addressing his employees for the first time as full manager.

Gil: So… do either one of you know how to work a food truck?

They look at each other and shrug.

Gil: Yeah, me neither.

With that, the scene fades to another peformance by Shinedown for the WrestleFest crowd...

Before we go back to the action in Arles, we take a look at some more tweets discussing the events taking place at WrestleFest!

We cut to one of the side-attraction rings. A few hundred people are watching as a local wrestler, Jean-Luc Lappierre, wins his third match in a row. The cocky Jean-Luc stands in the middle of the ring.

Lappierre gets onto the microphone.

Lappierre: Ah, oui! I win again! I will fight anybody and defeat zem. Is zere anybody out zere that can beat Jean-Luc Lappierre?!

Voice: I'LL STRAIGHT KICK YOUR ASS, CHIEF!

From the crowd, a man hops the guard rail. He walks up and slides into the ring. He stands face-to-face with Lappierre and crosses his arms.

Lappierre: Who are you, American tough guy?!

Yensman: I'm fuckin' Maurice Yensman. I don't know who you think you are, but I will put a carton of smokes on the line that says you can't beat my ass, bitch!

Lappierre: Such tough words for an American in a khaki shirt! Okay, Maurice. You are on!

DING DING DING

Lappierre grabs ahold of Yensman and puts him into a headlock. Yensman sends Lappierre into the ropes. Lappierre puts him down with a shoulder block. He bounces off of the ropes, Yensman flips to his stomach and Lappierre leaps over him. He bounces off of the other ropes. Yensman is to his feet. Yensman ducks underneath a clothlesline. Lappierre gets up laughing and brushes his hands off from the quick work. Yensman rolls over onto his stomach and grabs his jaw.

Lappierre begins laughing as Yensman slaps his hand on the mat.

Yensman: Best two out of three! Come on, bitch!

Lappierre: Ah, no. I have ozer things to do. Where are my cigarettes, bitch?

Yensman becomes angry and drills Lappierre with a Liberty Spear. He exits the ring and grabs a steel chair. He slides back into the ring and begins wailing on Lappierre.

Yensman: Call me a bitch one more time!

Security gets into the ring and restrains Yensman. They usher Yensman out of the ring and away from the scene as we fade to another performance by Gorillaz for the WrestleFest crowd.

We open up backstage where Kirk Oakley is standing by with a cameraman, unsupervised by his client, Justin Paird. This ought to be interesting...

Kirk Oakley: You know something, EWC? My boy Justin is just too damn nice to even speak a single bad word about his opponents, too damn nice to go all-out and just whup those asses with extreme prejudice. No, Justin cares more about putting on "a good show." I can't believe he actually gives a rat's ass about the fans. He even likes the dirty, filthy, disgusting low-lives here in nasty-ass France. Fucking pussies is what you are, and you're a bad influence on my boy. Y'all go shower and shave your pits, you sickos!

Heavy boos ring out from the audience so loud we can hear them plain as day backstage.

Kirk Oakley: Oh, DO SHUT UP! I'm not done talking. You see, the EWC doesn't think I'm good enough to compete on one of their precious rosters. They're scared by my record of disembowling every goddamn sumbitch that's been dumb enough to step in my way. Well, looky what we have here: Thunder IV is just around the corner, and I don't need a piece of shit contract to kick some ass then. So I'm issuing an open challenge right here and now, to any stupid-ass sumbitch the EWC is willing to sacrifice. Being nice is Justin's best quality--or so I've been told. But I ain't nice, and if you step up to me? Your ass is gonna get knocked the fuck DOWN! Now get that fuckin' camera outta my face!

The scene ends as Kirk grabs the camera from the EWC employee and destroys it "with extreme prejudice" before we cut to a shot of the festivities outside.

In an auxiliary ring off to the side of the grounds, a decent-sized crowd has gathered around under the lights with a match already in progress; the ring skirts bears the branding for King’s Court Wrestling School. The feed cuts to a secondary camera situated at a makeshift announce table, where Ace King has the United States Championship sitting before him, accompanied by a man in a plaid blazer who’s sporting a headset.

Announcer: Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to this special King’s Court Wrestling School Showcase, which we’re so grateful to have during this WrestleFest weekend! My name is Stan Jones, and the man to my left… Well, he needs no introduction, because he’s Ace King, folks.

Ace King: Thanks, Stan, and you said it: As much as I’m focused on Sunday, when the opportunity presented itself to bring some of the students from my school over, I couldn’t pass it up, because I care about their progression very much.

Stan Jones: Well, by way of a rundown, we’re in the middle of what we call our King of the Court match, where all King’s Court Students compete in a Gauntlet Match until somebody can say they’ve defeated every competitor put before them, going in a rotation until that happens. Now, typically, the last winner starts in the ring, but Ace, I understand you’re doing things a little different this time around.

Ace King: Well, you were there for it, Stan… T-Bone Barnes had a little too much of the bubbly or something else when we were in Monaco last week, and in that state, he said he’d go into this match first, so here we are, and he’s got a fight on his hands right off the hop.

Stan Jones: No kidding there, Ace King, as he’s looking up at the near seven-foot Billy Ray Fontenot, known in our circles as ‘The Backwoods Behemoth,’ and he only knows how to hit hard, so our dear T-Bone Barnes might be in for a bruising.

Ace King: But if there’s anyone who can handle it, it’s T-Bone. I don’t say this often because I don’t like blowing smoke up his ass, but he’s got a natural talent for this.

The camera shifts to the action inside the ring, with T-Bone looking perplexed as he tries to figure Billy Ray out, but the large Louisianan stands firm, using his size advantage to maintain command of the ring. Billy Ray’s eyes go wide as he stares T-Bone down, but as he tries to grab him for a Bear Hug, the charismatic T-Bone evades the grip, then connects with a technically-sound Dropkick to Billy Ray’s back, which sends him staggering toward the turnbuckle.

Sensing an opportunity, T-Bone amps up the crowd a bit before running headlong at Billy Ray with another dropkick… Only Billy Ray moves at the last minute, and T-Bone crotches himself on the ring post!

Stan Jones: What agility from the big man! I tell you, somebody had better get Eddie Murphy on the line, because he needs a Professor to look at his nuts!

Ace King: ...What?

Stan Jones: I can’t tell, is that Jeremy Renner in there? Because that guy’s in a Hurt Locker!

Ace King: Good Lord.

T-Bone writhes in agony as he slowly slides down to the canvas, still clutching his groin area. Billy Ray doesn’t waste any time, however, picking T-Bone up and locking him in his Cajun Clutch submission hold! He forcefully tosses T-Bone from side to side, his expression never changing. However, just as he’s beginning to fade, T-Bone stiffens up and tries to break out of the hold! Thinking quickly, he throws the back of his head into Billy Ray’s face, causing the big man to go down and release the submission. With Billy Ray still down on a knee, T-Bone gears up and races toward the ropes! He rebounds forward… AND HITS HIS T-TOTALER SPINNING ROUNDHOUSE KICK SQUARE TO BILLY RAY’S JAW!!! The big man tumbles to the canvas, and T-Bone falls on top of him for the cover…

The crowd applauds politely as referee Marco Castillo calls for the bell, and a member of the medical staff tends to a dejected Billy Ray at ringside.

Stan Jones: Good Lord, he spun more than a politician on that kick!

Ace King: The man’s quite an athlete, and he just showed it again right there.

Stan Jones: And now, we’ll see who’s next in line!

As Billy Ray is led to the back, everyone turns their attention to the curtain to await T-Bone’s next challenger. After a few seconds…

Ace King: This will be interesting!

Stan Jones: Ladies and gentlemen, this next student is Brian Chapman, a proud Mississippi boy with a good head on his shoulders… Now, there may not always be much in that head, but it’s a good head nonetheless.

Ace King: He’s jokingly said he picked that song so he could remember his own name, but make no mistake: Once he’s in the ring, he generally knows what he’s doing.

Stan Jones: A truly ringing endorsement there, Mister King.

The scrawny-looking Brian comes through the curtain, unsure of what to feel or how to act with more eyes on him than usual; T-Bone talks trash from the ring, and that gets Brian amped up enough to make his way down to confront him. However, as he gets to the ring, T-Bone holds his hands up to calm his opponent down, eventually putting his arm around him to take a moment and absorb the atmosphere.

Ace King: He’s certainly become one of the leaders within King’s Court, and I think T-Bone can do big things when he finally branches out.

Stan Jones: He’s really got his arm around him tight there, such a supportive guy Miami’s Tyrone Barnes is.

The gathering politely applauds as they both take a breath; however, T-Bone tightens his grip around Brian’s neck, then drops him with a Headlock DDT! Marco drops to the canvas for the count…

THR-NOOOOOOOO!!!

Brian kicks out, looking none too pleased with his King’s Court training partner. T-Bone offers Brian a small smirk before they tie up in the middle of the ring, T-Bone using his height advantage to gain leverage over his diminutive opponent. He eventually Irish Whips Brian across the ring, only to catch a High Knee to the chin on the rebound! The blow staggers him a bit, but Brian continues on the pursuit, bouncing off the ropes and hitting a Baseball Slide to knock T-Bone all the way over.

He then rolls T-Bone onto this stomach and puts T-Bone in a single-leg Boston Crab! However, T-Bone uses his power to break the hold and fling Brian backward toward the ropes, allowing him time to recover. Brian is undeterred, however, capitalizing on his opponent’s back being turned and connecting on a nasty Double Knee Backbreaker! He quickly rolls T-Bone over for the cover…

T-Bone kicks out as Marco’s hand starts upward for the third time, giving Brian a Dikembe Mutombo-esque finger wag as he gets to his feet.

Stan Jones: Well, I gotta tell you, folks, Tyrone Barnes has never been one to lack swagger when he’s in the ring, as confident and arrogant as it comes.

Ace King: More often than not, he finds a way to back it up, but I’m really impressed by what I’ve seen out of Brian so far, he’s really taking it to him. I’m proud of how he’s grown since he joined us.

Both men get to their feet and stare each other down, then tie up one more time in the ring; however, Brian shows a bit of aggression, quickly breaking the hold and shoving T-Bone backward, then attempts to follow up with his signature Swinging Neckbreaker he calls Old Chap! However, T-Bone escapes the predicament and pushes Brian back… AND HITS THE T-TOTALER AGAIN!!! Brian crumples in a heap in the middle of the ring, and T-Bone slides over him to make the cover…

T-Bone raises his arms triumphantly once more as Marco calls for the bell, then helps Brian out of the ring to be tended to by medical staff.

Ace King: You never know when that kick’s going to come out, and that unpredictability is why that man in the ring could be a special talent in the very near future.

Stan Jones: He’s definitely got a leg up on the competition, so to speak. Alright, ladies and gentlemen, let’s see which one of Ace’s super students is coming out next to try and take this T-Bone down.

The crowd looks to the entrance area, but there’s still nothing after a few seconds.

Stan Jones: Well, this is certainly odd. For those of you watching, the next participant is supposed to be Mario, the Kansas City Penguin, but he’s nowhere to be fun, so I’m utterly puzzled by this.

Ace King: Yeah, me too… Excuse me a moment, will you?

With that, Ace stands up from the announce table and is set to go to the backstage area, but he’s stopped dead in his tracks as the sound of high-heeled footsteps echo from behind the curtain. As it parts the vision of elegance and beauty that is ‘The S-Factor’ Scorpio steps out, dressed in a black-and-gold catsuit with over-sized Chanel sunglasses cover his eyes. King tenses up and clenches his fist, causing Scorpio to lower his glasses and raise a finger…

Scorpio: Oh, I really wouldn’t if I were you, baby. Not if you want your precious little ducklings to make it out of here with any hopes of a future career.

He sneers as the curtain parts again to reveal Crème de la Crème in a hot pink gown holding Vidal the Hairdryer, however the cord continues behind the curtain, clearly tethered to something. Crème gives a few hard pulls on the cord before the curtain parts again, this time Mario The Kansas City Penguin comes stumbling through, wires wrapped around his neck. Crème kicks at his legs and brings him to his knees, raising Vidal above his head like an executioner raising the axe…

Scorpio: You wanted you students to learn something at WrestleFest, right Ace? Well tonight they’re going to learn that their leader is not the untouchable being they so desperately hoped he was. Now… you make one move… ONE FUCKING MOVE… and Crème there lays absolute waste to Penguin McGee. Got it?

The S-Factor raises an eyebrow as he begins to stroll down the ramp, the microphone raised to his lips.

Scorpio: This is one part of Ace King’s legacy, his band of merry students, the King’s Court. Given I’m going to end Ace’s 777 day legacy on Sunday, I figured why not end his other one too? So T-Bone, sweetie, it seems you’re meant to be the top dog around here. Let’s see what you really have to offer, shall we?

Scorpio continues pacing towards the ring, before he walks around the squared circle, throwing his sunglasses at Ace King. He stops in front of the United States Champion and cocks his head, twisting both hands in front of his eyes to mock someone crying, before he smirks and climbs in. He screams at the referee to ring the bell, which he does so, and Scorpio blows a kiss at T-Bone. He beckons Tyrone Barnes forward, and to his credit T-Bone runs with an attempt at a clothesline, only for Scorpio to duck it and fire back a kick to Barnes’ gut, all while keeping his eye on Ace. T-Bone recovers and swings a fist behind Scorpio’s back, but the S-Factor ducks it once more, driving a knee into Barnes’ gut, before he fires a roundhouse kick at Barnes’ head and sends him into the turnbuckle. Scorpio runs off the ropes and springboards into a moonsault, completing his signature Lipsync For Your Life and dropping T-Bone.

Scorpio: Well, well, well. What an impressive fight your student has Ace. I mean… I’m trembling in my Louboutins… I don’t know how I’ll cope…

Ace stares up at Scorpio, still stood in front of the announce table, as his gaze flicks from The S-Factor to Crème on the stage still threatening Mario with a shot from Vidal. Around the ring Ace’s students urge him to get involved. Scorpio hauls T-Bone up and blows another kiss at Ace -- BEFORE LEAPING AND DRIVING T-BONE DOWN WITH THE AGR! King winces as Scorpio covers… one… two… thre-- no! Scorpio breaks the pin himself. King surges forward, leaping onto the apron and with cat-like reflexes Scorpio leaps off of his victim and screams at Crème to finish Mario off! As Crème raises the hairdryer for a brutal shot King drops down to ringside, shaking his head, and Scorpio calls off his manager.

Scorpio: Naughty, naughty, Ace. I told you the rules.

Ace King, through gritted teeth: You fuckin’ sonofabitch…

Scorpio: Watch your language sweetie! Just for that T-Bone here gets a little longer… training time… with me!

He grins as he turns back to the downed T-Bone and places a heeled boot on his neck, pressing down with as much weight as he can. T-Bone writhes in the ring in pain and King instinctively makes a move towards him, however Scorpio wags a finger at the United States Champion and gestures over his shoulder at Mario on the stage, calling The Gambler off. The S-Factor then hauls Barnes to his feet and runs off the ropes, blasting him with a superkick that seems to knock him out whilst stood up! As he falls back Scorpio catches him, flooring him with the Paparazzi’s Flash, his brutal ranheii! King is damn near tearing his hair out as Crème tightens the cord around Mario’s throat, almost daring King to get involved.

Scorpio: Y’know Ace, I think they’re almost ready for the big leagues! Maybe T-Bone here could do his trainer justice and be my first defence as the next United States Champion?

Scorpio raises an eyebrow as Ace stares absolute daggers into him. For a moment The S-Factor keeps looking as if his little quip is going to land, before he rolls his eyes and mutters “fine” to himself. He drags T-Bone up and twists his arm around, lifting a leg to place a heel under T-Bone’s jaw, setting up The Heel Turn! King shakes his head and a hand instinctively rests on his own neck having experience the same move some weeks before…

Ace King: That’s enough Scorpio! You’ve got my attention… you’re in my head… well done…

Scorpio: Enough? ENOUGH?! I’LL TELL YOU WHEN IT’S ENOUGH YOU FUCKING PRICK! 777 DAYS OF YOU BEING THE UNITED STATES CHAMPION IS ENOUGH. ANOTHER PAY-PER-VIEW WITH CYRUS BLACK ON THE POSTER IS ENOUGH. THE EWC GIVING YOU FUCKERS EVERY OPPORTUNITY UNDER THE SUN WHILE I’M LEFT ON THE BACK-BURNER… I’VE HAD ENOUGH!

AND WITH THAT HE DROPS BACK -- NAILING THE HEEL TURN! King leaps up onto the apron and Scorpio once more gestures to Mario on the stage as he pushes T-Bone’s limp body over, laying him out in the middle of the ring. The S-Factor places a heeled boot in the middle of T-Bone chest and blows a kiss to his WrestleFest opponent as the referee makes the count… ONE… TWO… THREE! The S-Factor smirks as he steps off of T-Bone and climbs from the ring, allowing Ace King to run to his student and check on him. Scorpio struts back up the ramp, microphone in hand.

Scorpio: That… that felt fabulous. Honestly, the way his neck wrenched under that heel, oh just divine. See Ace, not everything you touch is perfect and unbeatable. You are not perfect and unbeatable. Your 777-day streak might be impressive, it might be record-breaking, but it’s coming to an end… just like your T-Bone’s streak today… it will come to an end under my six-inch heels. Let the child go, Crème…

As Scorpio reaches the stage Crème untangles Mario The Kansas City Penguin from the hairdryer’s cables, and King looks visibly relieved -- BEFORE SCORPIO PLANTS HIM WITH AN AGR ON THE STAGE! King’s eyes widen and he leaps from the ring, storming up the ramp as Scorpio and Crème back-up towards the curtain.

Scorpio: See you at WrestleFest, bitch.

He disappears behind the curtain with Crème de la Crème in tow as Ace King drops by his second student’s side, cradling him and shouting for a medic as we fade to another performance by Billie Eilish for the WrestleFest crowd...

Aiello: What a first day we’ve had! This is shaping up to be one of the greatest wrestling events of all time... and I’m just getting word that our Undisputed champion is on our main stage.

Sydney: Ugh haven’t we had enough of this guy already.

The camera cuts to the main stage where Cyrus Black is standing with a mic in front of the sell out crowd.

Black: First off I just wanna thank all of you for helping us kick off Wrestlefest in style on this first day! And I wanna say thank you to Samantha Hamilton. You truly gave me a fight that we can both be proud of. The International Championship means more to me than anyone will ever know and I’m glad I can honor the legends who’ve held it in past like the great Ashton Drake.

An ‘Ashton Drake’ chant goes around the entire Arles Amphitheatre.

Black: And speaking of legends... I was in the back listening to Xplode. Man, not gonna lie I mark out every time I see the guy. He’s created a lot of buzz with his comments tonight here and on social media. A lot of people have these pipe dreams of challenging him. Let’s be honest if he’s going to step back into the ring for one more match it’s not going to be against a Jordan Sharpe or a Gabrielle Visconty or a Silver Ann Gold. No offense to any of you, it’s just a fact. If Xplode comes back then he’s going to want to fight another legend or one of the best the EWC has to offer like Ace King or Dominic Sanders or a Melody Malone...

Cyrus turns and looks directly into the camera.

Black:... or me. Xplode you are one of the greatest of all time and I ain’t gonna lie, facing off against you is on my bucket list, and here’s the difference between me and the rest of the hungry pack who are chasing a once in a lifetime match against you.... I know I can beat you. The question is, can you beat me? Your mouth works just fine as we’ve all seen.. but your knees... not so much. Anyway I doubt you’ll step back into the ring but on the off chance that you do then Xplode I’ll be waiting. Bet on that.

Cyrus turns back towards the crowd with a grin on his face.

Black: Now where were we... oh yeah... we’ve still got our main event to come but before that I thought seen as its the first day I thought I would plan a special treat for for you all!!! Sooo I made a few phone calls, got In touch with someone, asked them to perform for us tonight... and she said YES!!! She is here to sing a song very close to my heart and I know you all love it especially Dominic Sanders who listens to this song everyday in the car...

Cyrus pauses for a moment as the crowd hang on his every word.

Black: So without further adieu... give it up for.... MADONNNNAAAAA!!!!! with LIKE A PRAYER!!

A loud cheer erupts throughout the crowd as ‘Like a Prayer’ starts to play.

Madonna struts out into the stage and gives Cyrus a wink as she starts to sing.

Madonna has an outfit change as she calls Cyrus to come over and sing along with her. Madonna puts her arm across Cyrus as they belt the song out into the mic to the delight of the crowd.

The crowd in the Arles Amphitheatre are bouncing as Madonna finishes the song and gives the crowd a bow and a quick wave.

Black: Woooo yeh!! Thank you so much for coming here tonight!! You are a secret wrestling fan right. So who are you routing for at Wrestlefest?

Madonna pauses for a moment before leaning into the mic.

Madonna:... Scorpio baby!!!! Oh yeah!!

The crowd immediately start to boo loudly and jeer her as an Ace King chants starts up. The camera cuts to a familiar face in the crowd.

Madonna: Oh come on! That bad bitch knows how to rock a pair of louboutins! Gotta respect that... thank you Arles and have a great weekend!!

Madonna gives Cyrus a kiss on the cheek before making her way off the stage.

Cyrus: Well that was quite the performance!!! Enjoy the rest of the show and you’ll see me real soon, bet on that.

’Like a prayer’ plays again as Cyrus exits the stage and the camera cuts back to the announce team.



Aiello: Well folks, it's clear to me just how high the stakes are for Sunday night's main event! Will Ace King be able to retain his title one more time in 2019, or will Scorpio crush the dreams of The Gambler? We'll find out on Sunday, but for now let's focus in on our main event for tonight! We are just moments away from Melody Malone and Iggy Swango defending the Tag Team Championship against the team that earned their shot at the Rumble in Texas event, Lunch Time! Three brands represented in our main event tonight, but only one will walk out with the titles!

With that we get a shot of our nighttime view of the stage, just before another performance from Poppy for the WrestleFest crowd...
