On the Extreme-Tron, this episode of Paramount Wrestling begins with its opening video montage detailing many of the historic events that have taken place in the five-year history of Future Stars of Wrestling, setting the tone for the history of the Orange brand. From past champions like Jason Hunter, Dixie Dubois, Amis Shelton, Magdalena Lockheart, and Otaki all standing underneath an old FSW logo to the more current Future Stars Champions like Xavier Reid, Cletus Franklin, Robina Hood, Robbie Rayder, Stitches, Candy, and Wes Walker tearing down that mold, showing the Paramount Wrestling Logo...

As more pyro goes off the Paramount Wrestling logo appears and flashes of the roster appear on the screen such as Ibuki Ito, "La Belicista" Isabella, "The Wicked" James Keaton, "The Beautiful Battleship" Sonya, Jadyn Keem, Marcu$ $t. John, Tanja Devereaux, The Kreel Masters, Shaker Jones, Adriana Aquilla, El Pablo, Emma Louise, 3Pac, Nika Kosov, and Sueñe el Molde. The final images shown are a montage of Narumi Tsutsumi from StrangleMania, One half of the current EWC World Tag Team Championship titles over her shoulder and the EWC Undisputed Championship around her waist, Xavier Reaid with the EWC X-Division Championship over his shoulder, "Salvation" Salvador Serenity and the EWC North American championship high over his head, and "The Last Magician" Sally Talfourd proudly sporting the Apple TV + Broadcast Championship around her waist.

The camera pans around the loud and out of control audience. As the fireworks continue to explode, the fans chant and cheer! Cameras pan around the arena to catch some of the signage that many fans have brought to Investors Group Field with them here tonight. The Paramount Wrestling fan-base is as adamant about having their voices heard now as ever:
"The Last Magician Still Has Tricks Up her Sleeve!"
"GIVE EL PABLO HIS SHOT AT NARUMI!!"
"WHERE IS MY SALVATION?!"
"HOW ABOUT THEM JETS, EH?"
"THERE'S GONNA BE AN UPRISING!"
"PAR-A-MOUNT!!!"
"PARA-A-MOUNT!!!"
"PARA-A-MOUNT!!!"

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
WINNER GETS AN APPLE TV+ BROADCAST TITLE MATCH AT UPRISING!
Adriana Aquilla
VS Sueñe El Molde
VS Tanja Devereaux
We return to ringside where Tim and Cid are standing by!
Watson: Woah! Folks, Tag Team wrestling is alive and well here on Paramount Wrestling! Moonshine, Inc look to be coming to pay the Orange brand a visit! Right now, though, we are going to watch three fighters go at it for a shot at the Broadcast Championship at UPRISING! Take us away, Isabella Starr!
Starr: The following match, set for one fall, is a Triple Threat Match! Joining us first, from San Francisco, California she is "Lo Divino"... ADRIANA AQUILLA!

Iron by Within Temptation hits the speakers and the crowd comes alive as Adriana Aquilla makes her way down to the ring, she slaps hands with a couple of fans before rolling into the ring ready for her match as she removes her jacket.
Starr: And the opponents. First, residing in Los Angeles, California and weighing in at 220 pounds... SUEÑE EL MOLDE!
The lights go down as “Sweet Dreams” by Marilyn Manson begins to play. Blue and purple strobe lights begins to flash through the arena as the song picks up. After awhile the lights shine on the entranceway as Sueñe el Molde steps out onto the stage. He looks around momentarily before slowly making his way down the walkway to the ring, paying no attention to the fans. He slides in under the bottom rope and stalks around the ring.
Pyros hit as Videos of bustling crowds of New Orleans appear on the tron as the dark and melodic tones of "Voodoo" by Godsmack blasts. Tanja comes out onto the top of the ramp in a style compared to Gail Kim during her early time in TNA before heading down the ramp with Celeste St. Laurent coming behind her to the ring as Tanja's black leather coat flows at her feet while the boos from the crowd fills the arena. She hisses at those at ringside while coming down to the ring.
Starr: And Coming to the ring hailing from New Orleans, Louisina and being accompanied to the ring by Celeste St. Laurent; she is the Bayou Witch... TANJA DEVEREAUX !

Tanja walk up towards the ring and enters via under the bottom rope and jumps onto the middle turnbuckle. She poses as she does her usual taunt with a hand and arm in the air as "Voodoo" continues to play. Tanja steps off the turnbuckle as she removes the leather coat as "Voodoo" fades.
DING DING DING
Sueñe instantly lashes out at Tanja with a superkick that knocks her rolling from the ring. Sueñe turns as Aquilla runs at him hitting a dropkick. Sueñe gets to his feet but Aquilla blasts him with a series of forearms. Sueñe fires back with forearms of his own and whips Aquilla off the ropes. She dives forward and handsprings off the ropes and back at Sueñe with a moonsault. Aquilla rolls to the apron as Sueñe gets to his feet. She leaps into the ring hitting a springboard clothesline. She makes a cover.

THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Tanja dives into the ring breaking the count. As Sueñe rolls from the ring, Tanja chops Aquilla across the chest. Tanja runs and jumps for a DDT but Aquilla counters with a backdrop. Tanja lands on her feet and boots Aquilla in the gut before running off the ropes and hitting an axe kick. Tanya runs at Aquilla and jumps for a spinning heel kick. Aquilla ducks and Tanja collides with nothing but the mat. Aquilla runs off the ropes but Tanja scoops her up and drives her to the mat with a Death Valley driver. She makes a cover.
ONE…

THR… NO! KICK OUT!
This time Sueñe dives in to break the count. Sueñe pulls Tanja to her feet and lifts her for a bodyslam that he transitions into a reverse DDT. Tanja staggers to her feet. Sueñe runs at her and slides into a sit out jawbreaker. Tanja falls backward where Sueñe makes a cover
ONE…
TWO…
THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Aquilla punches Sueñe in the ribs breaking the count.
Watson: Close not quite! Aquilla is all business here in the opening moments of this match!
Sydney: These matches’ll do that. It’s stopping it that’s the trick.
Aquilla and Tanja lift Sueñe to his feet and whip him off the ropes. Sueñe rebounds dropping both with a double clothesline. He pulls Aquilla to her feet and drives her to the mat with Black Haze.
He rolls her over and makes a cover.
ONE…

THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Tanja pulls Sueñe off Aquilla to break the count. She drags Sueñe to his feet and drives him to the mat with City Of The Dead. She rolls him over and makes a cover.

THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Aquilla breaks the count by shoving at Tanja. Tanja looks confused as Aquilla gets to her feet. Aquilla runs off the ropes and cracks Tanja with a Divine Wizard. Aquilla covers Tanja.
ONE…
TWO…
THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Sueñe pushes Aquilla breaking the count.
Watson: That extra opponent still getting in the way for all three in this match. So many near falls, but all three of them have way too much left in the tank!
Sydney: Teaming up doesn’t even work as Tanja Devereaux just found out. These matches are all about surviving long enough to see someone gas out.
Sueñe grabs Tanja and tosses her outside the ring. He turns to Aquilla who grabs Sueñe and drives him to the mat with Divine Judgement. She makes a cover.
ONE…
TWO…
THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Tanja grabs Aquilla and drops her down onto Sueñe with Voodoo. She covers Aquilla!
ONE…

THREE!!!
DING DING DING
Starr: And your winner, via pinfall TANJA DEVEREAUX!
Watson: A big win for Tanja Devereaux here on Paramount. Let them fight seems to be a good strategy for solving the problem of the extra opponent.
Sydney: That has to be a bitter pill for both as they head up the aisle; especially Adriana Aquilla who was a half a count away from picking up the win herself.
Tanja stands in the middle of the ring. She poses with an arm in the air before sliding under the ropes. She hisses at the fans as she heads up the ramp.
Watson: Well we know the challenger for UPRISING, but up next we find out who the AppleTV+ Champion will be! Stick around as Nika Kosov and Sally Talfourd are up next!
Camera cuts to our first commercial break

The camera cuts inside the tunnel of Investors Group Field where we find Lisa Goldrush standing by.
Goldrush: Ladies and gentlemen the next time Paramount goes live it will be from Doak Campbell Stadium for Uprising XXIII where, my guests at this time will be challenging for the EWC Tag Team Championships of the World…so without further ado, please help me welcome at this time, along with their manager Bunny Love…Deimos and ‘Little’ Danny, the 3pAC!!!
There is a nice size pop, we are guessing it’s more for Bunny Love than Deimos and ‘Little’ Danny, as the trio walk onto camera, Deimos is dressed in full ‘Hunter’ black tactical gear like we saw in season 1 of Loki, with the TVA patch on his left arm while ‘Little’ Danny is just in a pair of jeans and a Burger King t-shirt that reads: Home of the Whopper.
Goldrush: Now, while I’m sure the fans of Winnipeg would have loved to seen you two in action here tonight all is not lost as you two have been named the ‘Special Guest Time Keepers’ for tonight’s Damage Inc v. Next Level match…
Deimos smirks as he pulls out a stopwatch…
Deimos: And I want to assure all the Paramount fans here in attendance and those watching at home that we take our jobs here tonight SERIOUS and will not be looking ahead to Uprising…we will keep our eyes…
Deimos takes his index and middle fingers on his right hand and raises them to his own eyes…
Deimos: On the match…
He then takes those two fingers and points them at the camera…
Deimos: And we will record right down to the second that this match ends and the ref raises the hands of the winning team that nobody here really cares about…I mean come on, Damage Inc should be relegated to Gambit at this point and Prime should call up The Double Dee’s or those ladies from Mean Girlz…I mean at least they are hot…do you realize that old Malice and Mayhem have the same record as those toothless hillbillies Moonshine Inc…but at least the Evan’s boys bring cheap hooch to the shows for us to buy…all Malice and Mayhem do is recommend we try Grinder…because we’re gay or something…that’s the top notch ‘entertainment’ we get from Damage Inc…I mean seriously, they wanted to be the faces of the Tag Team Division…get Jordan Sharpe on the phone right now, I know of at least a dozen teams…
But before he can finish Bunny Love reaches out and pulls the microphone towards her…
Love: We get it, Damage Inc is sore about us beating them AGAIN and taking that EWC Tag Team Championship match for Uprising against Bloody Sureiyaza, robbing the wrestling world of Bloody Sureiyaza v. Damage Inc. 2 at Uprising and being FORCED to watch us ‘trash monkeys’ get ‘stomped out’ in a ‘squash match’...
Deimos: Dear God, what kind of backwards ass logic is that…newsflash, NOBODY wants to see round 2 between Bloody Sureiyaza and Damage Inc other than those two morons…
Deimos looks right into the camera…
Deimos: YOU LOST, to Narumi and Aiya at StrangleMania and US twice now this season…hell you just lost on Prime #107 to The Heat Packers…THEY HAVE A BETTER ARGUMENT THAN THE TWO OF YOU TO GET THE SHOT AT WORLD WIDE NOW…here is a novel idea…
Deimos removes his tactical helmet and sticks it under his arm…
Deimos: Why don’t you two…I don’t know…WIN A FEW MATCHES BEFORE ACTING LIKE YOU ARE DESERVING CHALLENGER…you get that you two DIDN’T WIN A MATCH AS THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS RIGHT!!! Instead you rented limos and paraded around here like GODS when in fact you weren’t even mortal men…insects maybe if I’m being honest…
Love: Deimos and ‘Little’ Danny didn’t ‘steal’ your shot, they beat you and EARNED IT…while you two belly ached and wanted it HANDED to you…
Deimos: But fear not morons, we have a gift for you…
Deimos looks over at ‘Little’ Danny who reaches into the back of his jeans pocket and pulls out two tickets…
‘Little’ Danny: Since you won’t be on our show we got you two free tickets to Uprising XXIII so you can watch the 3pAC challenge Bloody Sureiyaza for those Tag Team Championship and maybe the two of you can learn a thing or two about tag team wrestling…
Deimos smiles widely…
Deimos: Even Next Level gets that those two are a bunch of bitc…
Love: Complainers…
‘Little’ Danny: Crying about their win on the last Paramount over Adrianna Aquilla and King Flip…champions both past and current if we are being truthful, it was a hell of a win…
Deimos: In the battle of which of The House’s 15 teams might be relevant enough to merit a tag team championship match at World Wide…
‘Little’ Danny: We understand that the pressure is on these two, what with The Heat Packers getting a win at Prime #107, the race is on to be ‘thee’ team of The House and what better way to make that case by doing what The Heat Packers just did and beat Damage Inc…
Deimos: We understand the position you’re end better than anyone, I mean here in The Love Club Bunny’s own brother put together his group of ‘buddies’ to try and challenge us for the top tag team in The Love Club…it sucks, we get it…
‘Little’ Danny: But winning takes care of all things guys, I mean we had to go out there and beat Ruth and Luke Saito to put those two ‘buddies’ back in their place…
Deimos: And while The Heat Packers may have the experience over you look on the bright side, you boys have way better hair than those two bald fucks…
‘Little’ Danny: And you have youth on your side…along with good knees and perfectly working hips…
Deimos: And sure Moron 1 and Moron 2 of Morons Inc said some nasty things about you, called you ‘boys’, pointed out you have ONE win…
‘Little’ Danny: While forgetting they too only have ONE win…
Deimos: Called you sissies…ok maybe not in so many words but called into question your manhood…
‘Little’ Danny: Which I guess is better than questioning your sexuality…
Deimos: Had the nerve to call you Bobby and Jimmy 2.0…
‘Little’ Danny: Which is funny because I thought WE were the Southern Express ‘knock off team’....seriously, can you make your mind up as to who is trying to rip them off already….
Deimos: Or at the very least not recycle material against EVERY tag team…I mean seriously, you threaten to kick more ass than a toilet sees ass…
‘Little’ Danny: See that’s original material guys...
Deimos: I know we are supposed to be ‘impartial’ out there as Time Keepers but fuck it, GO NEXT LEVEL!!!
‘Little’ Danny: I mean it goes without question right, Next Level is from Paramount, that’s a plus…they aren’t arrogant dickheads…ok, they aren’t dickheads…and well, we just can’t stand Malice and Mayhem so fuck it, GO NEXT LEVEL!!!
Love: Tonight we celebrate being the Paramount’s Premier Tag Team and at Uprising we take our shots at the champs and whatever happens at Uprising we will smile knowing that somewhere, maybe even in the nosebleed section of Doak Campbell Stadium that it’s causing Damage Inc heart’s to break seeing us in the ring and them watching…
The trio all smile and Deimos holds up his stopwatch as the camera fades out and we go back ringside.

SINGLES MATCH
FOR THE APPLE TV + BROADCAST CHAMPIONSHIP
Nika Kosov
VS Sally Talfourd
We return to ringside where the crowd in Winnipeg is ready for a title fight!
Watson: 3Pac are certainly ready for their EWC Tag Team Championship opportunity in a few weeks, but right now we have a championship match for you all as the AppleTV+ Broadcast championship is on the line!
Starr: The following match, set for one fall, is for the Apple TV+ Broadcast Championship! Joining us first, the challenger, residing in the USA and weighing in at 145 pounds... NIKA KOSOV!
As the lights dim and the cheers of the crowd fill the air, as Nika's music fills the ears of everyone in attendance. The curtains part, and out steps the stunning Nika Kosov, her piercing blue eyes scanning the audience. She strides purposefully towards the ring, her movements graceful and fluid, as the crowd cheers her every step. With a flick of her wrist, she tosses her black and red jacket to the side, revealing the curves and toned muscles beneath her wrestling gear. As she climbs the steps and enters the ring, she flashes a confident smile, ready to unleash her years of military training and MMA expertise.
The lights turn blue and red. 'TroubleMaker' hits the speakers. The song bursts to life, out races Sally to the front of the stage. Raising her hands to the crowd, she kicks her leg and heads towards the ring, slapping hands with the crowd.
Starr: And the opponent, Making her way to the ring this evening, weighing in at a sublime one-hundred and forty pounds, standing in at five feet and ten inches of perfection, this is the EWC Apple TV+ Broadcast champion, this is ‘The Last Magician’… SALLY TALFOURD!”

Sally stands at the base of the steps to the ring, waving to the crowd, then dashes up the steps, hoists herself over the top and strides to the centre of the ring.
DING DING DING
Kosov hits Sally with kicks to the thigh and tries to grab at Sally’s arm. Sally manages to push Kosov away. Kosov pulls Sally to the mat with a pull guard. Kosov tries to apply a knee bar or an ankle lock but Sally wriggles to avoid anything being applied. Sally manages to take Kozov down to the mat and apply an ankle lock of her own. She doesn’t keep her in the hold for long as Kosov rolls into an ankle lock of her own. Sally screams in pain but manages to get to her feet and free herself with an enziguri. Both get to their feet and Kosov runs at Sally knocking her down with a clothesline. Kosov runs off the ropes hitting a spear. She makes a cover.

THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Sally gets a shoulder up to break the count. Kosov rolls her onto her stomach and grabs her in a rear naked choke. Before Kosov can fully apply the hold, Sally rolls over Kosov and attacks with punches until the hold is broken and Sally breaks free. Sally runs off the ropes and throws herself at Kosov for a spinning heel kick that Kosov ducks. Sally rolls to her feet and grabs Kosov around the knees. Sally lifts Kosov into the air and spins her to the mat with a powerslam. Sally hooks the legs as the referee counts.
ONE…
TWO…
THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Kosov gets a shoulder off the mat to break the count.
Watson: A good move there by Sally Talfourd. A Spinning powerslam is a bit unconventional, but certainly effective!
Sydney: All that matters is that last part: was it effective? After that, who cares what it was?
Sally gets to her feet. She grabs Kosov’s arm and yanks her into the air and smacks her with a short arm clothesline. Kosov staggers to her feet. Sally runs hitting Either Or. Sally rolls her over and makes a cover.

ONE…
TWO…
THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Sally rolls onto her side breaking the count.
Watson: Any closer and a bell is ringing!
Sydney: I have seen boxers stay down for ten after lighter smacks to the jaw. Sally Talfourd is up at two and seven eighths!
Both lay on the mat for a few moments before slowly getting to their feet. Kosov lashes out with punches, a left jab and forearm smashes before booting Sally in the gut. She attempts Kourt-ordered but Sally manages to counter with a backslide. The referee counts.
ONE…
TWO…
THR… NO! KICK OUT!
Kosov rolls out to break the count. Sally is quickly on her feet and she runs at the ropes hitting High Hopes. Sally crashes down on Kosov and the referee counts.

DING DING DING
Starr: Here is your winner, via pinfall and STILL EWC Apple TV+ Broadcast Champion... SALLY TALFOURD!
Watson: Sally’s done it! There were moments I wasn’t sure if she had it in her but Sally Talfourd has successfully defended her Broadcast Championship here on Paramount!
Sydney: We spoke about this a few times during the match. There were points where Nika Kosov was the thickness of a sheet of paper from the championship. Both women will sit in their locker rooms and will know this.
Sally climbs the turnbuckles raising a fist and her championship before rolling from the ring and heading up the ramp.
Watson: Stay tuned folks, we'll be back with a tag team showcase between Damage Inc and Next Level well... next!
Camera cuts to the backstage area

Nika Kosov stepped backstage, feeling defeated after her loss in the ring. She had come so close to winning the championship title, but it had slipped through her fingers in the end. As she walked down the corridor, lost in thought, she noticed a strange sight out of the corner of her eye. There was a young girl sitting on the ground, surrounded by a group of butterflies. They were fluttering around her in a way that seemed almost magical. Nika couldn't help but feel intrigued as she approached the girl. Nika kneels down beside the girl:
Nika: Hey there, What's going on here?
The girl looked up at Nika with wide eyes, smiling:
Girl: I don't know, I was just sitting here, and they came to me.
Nika watched in amazement as the butterflies continued to circle around the girl. It was a beautiful sight, one that seemed almost too perfect to be real. But as she studied the scene, she realized that there was a perfectly natural explanation for what was happening. Nika points to the pattern on the girl's dress:
Nika: They must be attracted to the flowers on your dress, but it's still a pretty amazing sight.
The girl nodded, still smiling.
Girl: I think they like me.
Nika stood up, feeling a sense of wonder and awe. She couldn't explain what she had just seen, whether it was magic or just a natural occurrence. But in a way, it didn't matter. The experience had left her feeling uplifted and inspired. As she walked away, Nika couldn't help but wonder about the mysteries of the world. There were so many things that couldn't be explained, so many things that remained a mystery. But perhaps that was what made life so interesting, so full of wonder and possibility. The camera cuts to commercial...

Cameras fire backstage where the audience goes in an uproar as The Mad King dons his face on Paramount television once again. The chants begin almost immediately, firing off between "Mar-cu$ $aint John!" to "King Flip sucks!" and no middle ground. The Mad King just smirks at the camera as he makes his way through the clearing hallway. People move far out of his way even if they aren't close to him. King stops and stares one down a moment. They begin to tremble as he takes a few steps closer to them.
The Mad King: Christopher's office.
The sound engineer shakily raises his hand to point off in the distance. King pats him on the head and continues on. He draws his hand to his ear as he walks the hall, mocking the fans who just give in, stopping when he finally reaches his destination. A door that reads 'Chris Brock: General Manager' on the placard. Flip motions as if he's going to knock the name out before giving the door a few raps. Something almost inaudible comes from the other side of the door. Flip looks to the camera, shrugs, knocks the 'General Manager' tab out of place, and opens the door to the small office of Chris Brock. The man himself sits comfortably behind his desk and looks neither pleased nor surprised to be seeing the International champion. Before he can say anything, arms raised inquisitively, Flip drapes his International championship across the desk and sits opposite the General Manager. It looks like Chris Brock is going to say something when The Mad King interrupts.
The Mad King: Did you happen to catch Rampage? Exciting brand, that. Banned me, they did. This is particularly unpleasant given that The Mad King was merely... hahaha he was merely denoting an observation to fellow performer, Mercenary. No harm intended. Who was to know that this would lead to a show-interrupting brawl? Hm? Couldn't be me.
The General Manager is still having a hard time trying to figure why the Benchmark of Brawl is in his office. He's going to inquire about such a thing when King Flip continues.
The Mad King: So it begs the question so bad that it brings me here. Live, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada!
Investor's Group Field implodes on itself a little. Part of the audience cheers to the mention of where they are, while the other stands their ground in hating The Mad King. He shrugs them off as he leans in closer to the desk.
The Mad King: Marcu$ $t. John and Tanja Devereaux are not memories and certainly they mean as much, or more, to you than Mercenary to Grizzly Duggan. Only a fool wouldn't see it, Christopher, and you don't consider The Mad King a fool. Why, it would only make sense for you to be the next to besmirch The Mad King. Ban him from your show. Feel high and mighty like that bearded fuck. Oh, yeah, wait a minute. Beat him at WrestleFest one year, did you not?
Chris Brock: I've beaten a lot of people over the years Flip. I fight for what's right and I don't let things get in my way, unlike some. But I don't ban people from my show for being an asshole. That's Brawl's shtick, not mine.
Fans give a cheer for their favorite General Manager. Flip's finger rap the desk a moment as he shakes his head.
The Mad King: Three times you've lobbed insults and all in so few words. Almost impressive. BUT... there is unfinished business here between us. Why... we wouldn't want The Mad King to continue his antics on your lovely little orange roster. Adriana Aquilla... Nika Kosov... perhaps we could drag Sour Candy out just to confirm she's on thr shelf. Ah, such idle threats, hm? Speaking of which: as much as Ibuki Ito loved standing here across from you telling you how much he showed me by going to a draw? We both know the reality there, don't we? So let's stop fucking around.
Flip slaps both his hands on the desk as he stands, still leaning over with an imposing nature. Chris Brock doesn't even flinch, his eyes hardly even moved to maintain eye contact with the International champion. This breaks the King, who can't hold back a laugh as he straightens up.
The Mad King: We aren't here to threaten anybody. Don't be silly. No, instead, why, we were looking at the calendar and we noticed you've got Uprising Twenty-Three coming up.
Fans fire up as they feel where this is going. Chris Brock doesn't even need catching up anymore. He leans back in his seat, head cocked, as Flip turns around to the camera.
The Mad King: And why... wouldn't it fit the narrative, Christopher? The Mad King eliminated one of your top draws. So you STAND against him, on YOUR Pay-Per-View, with Extreme Wrestling as your witness, that THIS is what happens when you would besmirch the orange brand.
Canada cheers even more at the thought of King Flip getting his butt kicked. The King turns back to the desk, arms outstretched.
The Mad King: Any match you like. Any style you desire. Christopher Brock. The Mad King.
He draws his hands up as if lighting the marquee with the names.
The Mad King: Let us finish this like men, Christopher. Not like Grizzly Duggan's. Hm?
A small but steady "Kick his ass!" chant begins as Chris Brock is left to ponder the challenge.
Brock: I don't let people walk all over me, Flip. Go ask Draco about that, he learned the hard way. I fight for my brand, I've got the damn scars to prove it.
Brock points to the scar on his neck, remnants from Prime #100 and the X-Division match between himself and Sour Candy.
Brock: You come in here and throw this idea in my face, expecting to do one of two things. Either I get caught up in my emotions and say yes, or I take the coward's way out and say no. Either one makes me look like an ass. Those days are behind me, so instead here is what will happen, Flip. When the card for UPRISING XXIII comes out, you will have my answer.
The King clicks his tongue to the roof of his mouth several times. He drags his championship across the desk as he slowly makes his way to Christopher's side. To his credit, Chris stands to meet him as the King stops but a few feet from the Paramount General Manager. Flip smiles as he raises his right hand. He rests it closely, and tightly, where Chris brandished a scar. The mass of the King's hand and its plethora of damage leaving it to pale in comparison. He leans in and whispers something inaudibly in Chris' ear. Without a response Flip backs up with three harsh but playful pats to Chris' shoulder.
The Mad King: Excellent. Now, if you don't mind, we really must be going. Inglewood... defending this... awaits us. Enjoy the rest of your evening, Christopher. And we'll hope to see you on the 24th.
The Mad King withdraws his championship from the desk, knocking several things to the ground in the process, quickly flapping the title over his shoulder and making his way out of the office without so much as a handshake. He even leaves the door open. The scene ends as it began. Chris Brock neither shocked nor surprised.

Starr: The following match is set for one fall. Joining us first, weighing in at a combined 415 pounds, Mark Paulson & Brian Knight... NEXT LEVEL!
Lights begin to pulsate over the crowd as the voices of both members of Next Level come over the PA system “We are.. The NEXT LEVEL!”
The sound of a guitar riff begins over the PA before “FIGHT!” is yelled out and ‘2nd Sucks’ by A Day to Remember begins to play. Both members of Next Level come out onto the stage, giving each other a fist bump as they cross paths and motion out to the crowd before they make their way down the ramp.
Starr: And the opponents, fighting out of the Fear Factory Dojo and weighing in at a combined 725 lbs, Malice...Mayhem... DAMAGE INCORPORATED!
Pyro explodes across the stage. The light pulses like lightning and Lacey Savage appears wearing a skull bandanna that covers her lower face. When the lightning pulses again a thick smoke rolls in, and from the smoke come two huge figures dressed in matching leather jackets that reach all the way to their matching boots. The two men are wearing full face masks that look like skulls. Each skull face is partially covered by a bandanna, outlaw style. The two men flank Lacey and they all come to stand in the center of the stage.

Removing their masks the group marches in lock step down the ramp to the ring in the shadow of Bedlam Briggs, Lacey's personal security. Once between the ropes both Malice and Mayhem huddle up to go over their final game plan, each member sizing up their opponents and getting ready for a war. Briggs holds the ropes open for Lacey before the bell rings where she takes her place at ringside where she prepares to aid her team however she can while being shielded from harm at all times by the monstrous form of Bedlam.

Watson: Well that happened, that was a thing. Amid all the chaos, Next Level pick up a huge win here on Paramount.
Sydney: We spoke before about the extra man in matches like this. I counted six men in that ring at one point! Two on two and I believe this could have been a win for Damage Inc.
Malice and Mayhem run after Danny and Deimos as they sprint up the ramp. Inside the ring, Mark and Brian climb the turnbuckles and soak in the adulation they think they are getting from the crowd.
Watson: The tag team race in the House is heating up... no pun intended, but sit tight Paramount fans, we'll be right back after this commercial break.
Camera cuts to ....

The cameras cut to the back as Kolby and Daphne Kreel are leaning against the wall with a mysterious individual wearing a sleeveless hooded cloak. Daphne appears to have an hourglass in her hand as Kolby has his hands placed in front of his face.
Kolby : Time is such a relative term. Our lives are drawn to it like moths to a lightbulb. The Kruel Masters haven’t utilized our time very wisely. We have seen how patience can bring you untold riches and glory.
Daphne : Fuck that noise. Listen up bitch wholes, we don’t care how long it is going to take. We don’t care how many losses we gain because at the end of the fucking day. We control our own destiny. The Kruel Masters are here looking to dominate and we reached out to a good friend of ours. Now, we will not reveal her identity until it is time for us to do so.
Kolby’s eyes shift towards the distance as his lips curl just slightly into a devilish smirk.
Kolby: When that day comes, HELL will be UNLEASHED. We aren’t just after the tag team titles. We want everything. As for anyone who steps in our way I have one question for you. How do you want to do this?
Kolby and Daphne laugh as the three of them begin to step out of the shot and are immediately brought face to face with Paramount General Manager, Chris Brock.

Brock: So you two want to cause a ruckus, huh? Make waves, get noticed? is that what I just heard?
Kolby and Daphne nod their heads enthusiastically.
Brock: Lucky for you, I happen to be in a giving mood tonight. You two will get your chance, in Tallahassee at UPRISING. I have a team for you two to fight. Show me something and it might just lead to an opportunity for you two.
The three slowly start to walk off camera, not saying anything. Brock is about to walk the opposite way when he runs into The Queen of EWC herself, Melody Malone. Brock stops in his tracks as the Queen acknowledges him.

Brock lets out a breath, not expecting to run into the Queen. He thinks for a moment, runs his hand over his scarred throat before replying.
Brock: You know Mel, I have and I think I can solve two problems here at once. See on the one hand, I have the most decorated champion to ever come out of the Orange brand asking me for a match at our brand exclusive Pay-Per-View... On the other, I have the longest reigning EWC X-Division champion of all time telling me he wants to forgo his rematch clause in exchange for a shot at the Undisputed championship. Now, normally I would tell him no... but I think I have the solution. El Pablo... versus Melody Malone... at UPRISING XXIII...
The fans in Winnipeg go crazy at this announcement.
Brock: If El Pablo beats you... He gets a guarantied one on one match for the EWC Undisputed Championship. So that's my offer Melody. Take it or leave it.
Melody scoffs, a smirk spreading over her face.
Malone: And here I thought you LIKED El Pablo... Consider it done. If I can't have the shot at Narumi? Then neither can our little sugar addled luchador.
She motions for Rory and Rachel to follow, taking a few steps past Chris Brock before calling out over her shoulder.
Malone: And don't forget about what happens when I win...

SINGLES MATCH
Jadyn Keem
VS El Pablo
We return to ringside where Tim and Cid are eagerly awaiting.
Watson: Folks, if you are just tuning in you just missed two MASSIVE announcements before the break. First, the Kreul Masters have a match for Uprising against a yet unknown to us team, but the big one.. the SHOCKER of it all.. Chris Brock has announced that El Pablo will take on Melody Malone at UPRISING XXIII and if Pablo wins... He gets a One on One EWC Undisputed championship match!!! WOW!
Sydney: This is big for the orange brand Tim. A chance to get the EWC Undisputed championship back where it belongs on Wednesday nights is a massive thing. And El Pablo is in action next!
Watson: This match is giving me big match vibes, and the rest of this crowd feels it too they're absolutely electric. Isabella, take it away!
Starr: The following match is set for one fall. Joining us first, from Santa Monica, California and weighing in at 210 pounds... JADYN KEEM!

The lights go out.
A spotlight shines down onto the stage as the intro to ‘Top 5’ begins to play throughout the arena before it loudly kicks in, the extreme-tron reading the words of "NEW ERA" just as the lyrics soon are heard. With the opening lyrics playing out through the P.A. System, the entrance curtain opens up as a figure soon walks through with his head lowered and his arms stretched out wide.
That’s when the man lifts his head up and the spotlight shines down onto only Jadyn Keem. A grin on his face as he soaks in his time in the spotlight, before lowering his arms and beginning his walk towards the ring. Upon climbing up the ring steps and entering through the middle ropes, he slowly takes his time entering the ring and heading for the ropes where the hard cam resides—standing on the second rope and stretching his arms out wide again for the spotlight to be soaked in.
Starr: And the opponent, residing in Puebla City, Mexico and weighing in at 180 pounds... EL PABLO!

A cry of “VIVA LA RAINBOWLUTION!!!” leads to ‘Party Hard’ by Andrew WK hitting the soundsystem, as the stage and ringside area becomes bathed in flashing, flickering, brightly-coloured lighting. As the main hook hits, El Pablo bursts through the curtain, playing to the fans and chugging Skittles like a Steveweiser. He charges down the ramp and slides under the ropes into the ring, before running up the turnbuckle and tossing a couple of fistfuls of Skittles out into the adoring crowd. After offering a final salute, he hops back down to the canvas and performs a few final stretches as his music fades.

Keem catches Pablo with an uppercut before grabbing Pablo and ramming him head first into the turnbuckle. Keem takes a few steps back and runs at Pablo catching him on the jaw with a big boot. Pablo falls back but Keem catches him and takes him to the mat with a teardrop suplex. Keem lifts Pablo to his feet and launches him across the ring with a sukui nage. He makes a cover.

Both get to their feet and Pablo runs at Keem. Pablo jumps and sends Keem flying backward with a monkey flip. Keem crashes into the corner. He pulls himself to his feet as Pablo flies toward him smacking Keem with a Five Star Express. Keem drops to the mat where Pablo makes a cover.

Sydney: Yeah, close to breaking the ring. The impact of that echoed all through this venue!

Starr: And your winner, via pinfall EL PABLO!
Pablo leaps to the turnbuckles and tosses Skittles into the air and out to the crowd in celebration.
Watson: That has to be looked at as a big win for El Pablo here on Paramount. He was inches from being dropped and he still pulls out the win.
Sydney: He countered at the right moment. A half second later and he’d still be on the mat snoring
Watson: Half a second is sometimes all it takes Cid. El Pablo is all eyes on the prize, but from one hopeful title contender to one who's secured his spot at Uprising we've got Ibuki Ito taking on Elissa Bradley! It's an X-Division match, and it's next!
Camera cuts to...

We open up backstage with Elissa grinning as she looks straight into the camera. She stays silent ... before slowly clapping.
Bradley: Thank goodness, I'm glad one of you was smart. Thank you, Ibuki, for not being as dumb as your ...
She raises an eyebrow.
Bradley: Co-manager? Comrade? Whatever Bunny is to you, thank you for not saying the same nonsense as her. You're right, I did half expect you to say about half of those comments, so thank you for proving me wrong. Except ... for one simple thing.
Elissa clicks her tongue as she wags a finger.
Bradley: Maybe not in a singles, but I have used weapons here. Like you even noted, in the Hellevator match. But really? You're gonna use the lame ass 'booking logic' against me? Even though I've always put in for the option to be in X-Division? That's cute, but I've been waiting to be in the X-Division scene since arriving. There's also some outside activities I've been doing that have few to little rules. I promise, sweetie ... I'm not coming in as ignorant as you're hoping. I'll be a lot more than a mere 'fan' when all is said and done.
Elissa flashes one last sly smirk as the camera cuts to one final commercial before the main event.

The camera cuts inside the stadium where we find Paramount’s Lisa Goldrush standing next to ‘The Prodigal Son’ Buddy Love.
Goldrush: Ladies and gentleman on May 24th Paramount head to the capital of Florida, Tallahassee and to the campus of Florida State University for Uprising XXIII where our next guest will challenge for Paramount’s biggest prize, the North American Championship when Ibuki Ito faces Salvation in the night’s Main Event…
But before Lisa can finish that sentence Buddy pulls the microphone towards him.
Love: Listen Miss Goldrush, this is a long time coming…I understand the last few years Ibuki’s attention was well…elsewhere, the X-Division Championship and the Undisputed Championship…one could say he was in fact the face of Paramount, or the very least one of the Pillars of Paramount but now…
Buddy smiles as he looks at Lisa Goldrush.
Love: Now it’s time for Ibuki to take his place here in Paramount and challenge for that North American Championship, to take his shot and put this brand on his back and lead from the front…the only thing standing in his way is…
Goldrush: Is the current North American Champion, Salvation!!!
Buddy nods and points at Lisa…
Love: The man that shocked the world at StrangleMania and pulled off the upsets of upsets when he beat Marcu$ $t. John…now, this match should be Marcu$’s…having been the former champion and having defended it and all but he’s currently out of action…we wish him a speedy recovery and can’t wait for him to be back…BUT in the meantime the show must go on and Ibuki is the next man up…
Buddy Love smirks at Lisa…
Love: And he will be Paramount’s ‘salvation’...
Buddy stretches out his arm and hand to his left as the camera pans back to show Ibuki Ito standing next to the ‘Prodigal Son’...
Goldrush: But before we move ahead to Uprising…
Ito: We have tonight to attend to…I want to assure Elissa Bradley that I’m not looking past her…I’m not counting this match as a win, that I look at her as a dangerous opponent because when someone is granted a championship match they can become blinded by the ‘what if’s’ of it all, they can close their eyes and envision themselves with that championship and not see what is standing there in front of them…and they are prime for an upset…
Buddy nods at Ibuki’s words…
Ito: I have been guilty of this in the past…
Goldrush: Losing to Samantha Hamilton on the eve of challenging Ace King for the X-Division Championship…
Ito: Exactly…just like Elissa pointed out…
Love: However…
Buddy holds up a finger…
Love: To be fair, that was WAY BACK at FSW #102…THREE YEARS AGO, back when there wasn’t even a Paramount…and…
Buddy smirks, proud of his ‘facts’...
Love: Elissa Bradley ISN’T Samantha Hamilton…Samantha was battle tested, proven…Elissa is what, FOUR matches into her EWC career and while she might see herself as a ‘hardcore star’ Ibuki is a X-Division LEGEND!!! A two time X-Division Champion, heck he beat her man in Legends of the Cage…she remembers, she was standing outside the cage watching…the true is Elissa is in over her head this week, she isn’t facing the ‘middle of the road’ opponents she’s use to, no she’s facing an ACE in this business in a match here he’s the most dangerous…
Ito: I know Salvation is watching, hoping I don’t make it out of this match in one piece, maybe hoping that Elissa takes a piece of me, softens me up a bit for him…that I don’t make it to Uprising in one piece but…
Ibuki looks into the camera…
Ito: I hope he’s watching to understand what will be waiting for him when we step into that ring inside Doak Campbell Stadium…I want him to see the monster that awaits him…to see what I’m willing to do to Elissa Bradley, who has nothing I want…who I have nothing to gain by beating, I want him to see what I’m willing to do to her in a tune-up match and see the hell that awaits him at Uprising…Elissa, you are simple in the wrong place at the wrong time…you wanted to be apart of this world, the X-Division…well then, consider tonight your baptism by blood…
Buddy smiles widely as the two exit the scene, which cuts too...

SINGLES MATCH
INTERBRAND INSANITY
X-DIVISION RULES
Elissa Bradley
VS Ibuki Ito
We return to ringside where various weapons and implements are scattered about for the upcoming bout.
Watson: This match has huge implications for both of these competitors tonight. Elissa Bradley wants to bring her A-game ahead of her match at Hardcore Revolution this Monday, while Ibuki Ito wants to keep the train moving toward his match for the North American championship at Uprising against Salvation. Both of them, you could argue, NEED this win.
Starr: The following match, set for one fall, is to be fought under X-Division Rules. Making her way to the ring now from Albany, New York, weighing in at 132 pounds and accompanied by Darius, she is... ELISSA BRADLEY!
’Love, Fury, Passion, Energy’ by Boy Hits Car blares over the PA as a fog appears at the top of the ramp. Both Darius and Elissa emerge forward, holding one another’s hands. As they get in front of the ropes, the couple shares a quick but passionate kiss before Darius holds the ropes open for Elissa, who slips between them easily.
She stands in the center and holds her hands up, making the following pose while coming up with a game plan in her head.
Elissa then proceeds to lean against the ropes as she waits for her opponent.
Starr: And her opponent, residing in Daly City, California and weighing in at 235 pounds... IBUKI ITO!

‘The Prodigal Son’ Buddy Love walks out onto the stage and raises his arms into the air as the lights fade out. He jumps up and down as ‘Deeper Depper’ begins to play. A strobe light circles around the stage as a single white spotlight hits the stage where Ibuki is standing, his back facing the ring, his arms stretched out and his head down. He swings around to face the ring as Buddy Love runs up and stands next to him. After a quick word the pair start to walk towards the ring, Buddy runs ahead and charges up the steps and holds open the ropes for Killjoy to step through. Ibuki walks to the center of the ring, extends his arms and tilts his head back to soak everything in.

Watson: A big victory here on Paramount for Ibuki Ito! This is exactly the kind of message he wanted to send to Salvation before they meet at Uprising.
Sydney: It’s a big win him but it could easily have been a big win for Elissa Bradley had she connected with her Double-Edged Sword. A loss here but wins can not be far away and championships should follow soon after.
The crowd in Winnipeg is brought to another level entirely as something is happening off screen. We cut to a wide shot of the entrance ramp where EWC North American champion Salvation is standing tall on the entrance stage.
Sydeny: Oh what do we have here!!!! I think the champ is reminding Ito what's around the corner for him!
