Notes on sessions with Lilah Anne Ashley AKA Dalilah Ashe
After speaking with Miss Ashley several times in my official capacity as an affiliate medical and psychological consultant for The Extreme Wrestling Corporation it is the opinion of myself as primary care provider that further independent investigation was warranted to clarify certain aspects of this case. The summary of the facts discovered is as follows:
I began by consulting a former colleague who is at current time employed at The Lennox Hills Institute in the records and archives department about the commitment of Noel Ashley (older sister) at Lennox Hills. There was no record of a patient with that name undergoing treatment during that time period. The closest patient matching the age and description of Noel Ashley was a young woman named Ashley Warren.
This patient was admitted for depression, behavioral disorders and narcotic dependency. During her time there the patient was discovered by the staff deceased in her room. Cause of death was ruled an apparent overdose and a possible suicide, however further investigation yielded no conclusive evidence to support the latter assertion. During a short discussion with a staff member who was working during that time period the individual seemed to recall Looking into Ashley Warren’s personal history it was discovered that the young lady in question was sometimes known to go by the nickname ‘Noel.’
By all accounts Ashley suffered from many difficult personal and psychological issues that caused her to act against the expectations of her parents. Records revealed that she was committed several times to various rehabilitation and mental health facilities between fifteen and nineteen years of age with at least two of her stays taking place at the Lennox Hills facility. Medical records indicate that at fifteen years of age patient was diagnosed as pregnant, biological father unknown. Further they indicate that the child was carried to term and was born some time in 1999 just after the mother’s sixteenth birthday while the patient was still under in-patient care in the Lennox Hills medical wing. Records show that the family attorney arranged a closed adoption for the infant female after the mother was deemed unfit by the court due to her status as a minor and her ongoing mental health issues.
Based on the details of my session with Miss Ashe I feel confident in the assertion that Ashley Warren is actually the ‘Noel’ Ashley referenced by the patient during our latest session. Further I deduce that Lilah Anne Ashley is an alias and I suspect that Miss Ashe may in fact be Ashley Warren’s younger sibling Annastasia Warren. It is unclear to me at this time the patient’s possible motive for adopting the alias, but it seems safe to say that the surname was derived from her older sister’s given name.
As Supervising Therapist in this case I would recommend ongoing sessions with this patient as well as further Psychiatric consultation to establish a proper course of medication for probable undiagnosed bi-polar and possible Dissociative disorders. Though I have my concerns about Miss Ashe’s ongoing psychological health I find no physical medical reason to keep this contracted talent from in-ring competition in the EWC. Dalilah Ashe is hereby cleared to return to active status.

Notes on sessions with Lilah Anne Ashley AKA Dalilah Ashe
Upon further investigation of Dalilah’s reported stint in Lennox Hills it was revealed that she was committed due to behavioral and mental health issues but checked herself out against doctor’s recommendation following her eighteenth birthday in October. Little is recorded about her before or after that date but one could safely assume that this may have been when Annastasia Warren adopted the Lila Anne Ashley personality. Miss Ashe seems to connect on a visceral level to her older sister’s story despite knowing very little about her actual life. Her version of ‘Noel’s’ story seems coloured by strong supposition and heavy assumption based on unreliable secondhand knowledge and her own imagination. This patient seems to be suffering from some type of Dissociative Personality disorder.
Much of her own personality seems to be based on the illusion of who she believes her sister to have been. Much of the abuse she claims to have sustained in her life may have either been experienced by her sister or in fact by the fictional version of her sister (‘Noel’) whom she believes to be real and not just a voice inside her head. I also believe that the Noel personality also has formed her own alternate identities that Dalilah calls ‘The Three Sisters.’
It is very difficult when speaking to Miss Ashe to ascertain what details can be proven as factual and what details come from her own confused and creative mind. All of this confusion is compounded by the lack of information about Annastasia beyond some private school records and a sealed juvenile arrest record starting around the time that she was fifteen years old. Most confounding is the fact that it has proven to be impossible to locate an original birth certificate and it has been nearly impossible to schedule a time to speak to her parents. At any rate it will take a massive amount of continuous therapy to fully ascertain the exact nature of Miss Ashe’s condition. A possible period of in-patient care might prove to be necessary in the future.

(On Camera)
She sat in the dark in front of a television monitor. He flipped a switch and the video began to play. On the screen Dalilah was cutting a promo for her last match in Luxembourg. She was speaking to the camera, but she spoke each line in three distinctly separate voices:
“Who are they? They’re so shiny and pretty.”
“They look like rejects from My Little Pony. They make me feel sick, like when the Little One eats too much Halloween candy. That younger chick looks like some kind of social media tramp.”
“They’re two lost little lambs seeking a sharp knife to make their slaughter an act of mercy free of pain.”
Dalilah watched with interest, but she showed no sign that anything about what she was seeing was unusual in any way. Dr. Fine stopped the video and turned on the lights.
Doctor: “Now Dalilah, in that moment, can you tell me who was talking in that part of the tape? Was it you being dramatic, or was it someone else telling you what to say?”
Dalilah looked at him confused.
Ashe: “I don’t know what you mean. OBVIOUSLY that wasn’t me. It was my sister. You were watching the same clip. We both heard them.”
Doctor Fine removed his glasses and cleaned them on his shirt while he considered the correct way to respond.
Doctor: “Dalilah, I’m… concerned. If you are indeed hearing these voices speak you could be suffering from a very serious condition.”
She hugged her knees and let loose a sound like a child on the verge of a tantrum.
Ashe: “I’m NOT crazy. The voices are REAL. YOU just heard them, the same as I did.
Doctor: “Are you telling me that you in fact hear more than one voice speaking to you?”
Ashe: “No, she never talks to me. She talks to THEM. She talks to the other 2 versions of herself about me. They’re all her. They're all Noel. There’s the young one who got locked away the first time. Then there’s the angry one who came back when I was 5. She scares me a little. But the older one makes it all better. She’s the one that I never got to meet. She’s calm and kind. She’s the one who keeps the peace. She always knows what I need to do next.”
Doctor: “And does she tell you to do things? Does she ever tell you to hurt yourself or other people.”
Dalilah scrunched her face in frustration.
Ashe: “I TOLD YOU. She never talks to me. Just to the others. I just listen in and try to learn from what they’re saying. But I want her to talk to me. If I do good enough maybe one day she will. I miss her so much. I miss the sound of her voice. But when I needed her she came back. Don’t you understand? They came back to help me. They came back to help make me great. If I’m quiet I can hear them talking to each other and they always have the best advice.”
