Four Days Before Stranglemania: The Tower Of London, London, England
So my last match didn't go according to plan. I had Cosmo beat but then Jack got involved and Cosmo used brass knuckles. I can't hate Cosmo for outcheating me, but I can blame Jack for costing me another win this year. That's two now. I got to London last night and decided to go visit The Tower Of London today, I was walking around the building when I pulled out my phone and started recording.
Jack Jack Jack, how did it all come to this? We were thick as thieves and now we're struggling for power and fighting over my championship? All because you can't control that little jealously monster? Sad.
I shook my head in disappointment.
In recent weeks you've cost me my match with Cosmo after you yourself pegged him as my replacement and stole my pepper spray before our contract signing, I'll admit, you've been one step ahead of me heading into this match, kudos.
I mockingly clapped, then walked up to one of the old jail cells, placing my hand on the steel bars. I now looked back at the camera.
But now the fun and games are over, we're about to be locked in steel cage, in case you forget, I've won a cage match before to retain a title. Sure a cage might limit some of my offense, but considering your bum arm, I'd say it's also going to work in my favor because I'm going to use the cage to break your arm if that's what I need to do to keep my title.
I flashed a cold smile to the camera, then walked over to the crown jewels. I admired the beauty of the jewels in their case, then looked at the Indy Championship on my shoulder before looking back at the camera.
Jack last time we faced each other, I got caught up with playing games with you and it nearly cost me everything. Thankfully I walked away with only bruised ribs, but I learned from our last match, I'm going into this 100% focused and looking at you like any other challenger, and just like anybody else who's challenged me for a title has learned since I first won one, when the lights are brightest, I'm unstoppable! These crown jewels are the prized possession of the royal family, the Indy Championship is my crown jewels, nobody is taking this from me!
I clutched tightly to my championship.
I might not have Tori here with me, and I might not be able to escape the cage to win, but I'm 100% healthy right now and you have a giant bullseye painted on that arm. We've both had horrible starts to this season, including you costing us a tag match, but when I break your arm in route to retaining my title, it's going to send a message to Candy and the rest of the locker room that The Golden Era will never end!
I laughed and shook my head, adjusting my title.
When that cage lowers around the ring you might think you have me exactly where you want me, but hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and there's nothing I do better than revenge. Bring the pepper spray, bring the spray cheese, hell bring Cosmo if you want! But no matter who or what you bring to this match, nothing will stop me from unleashing all this pent up anger on you.
I glared into the camera.
Narumi did the job I hired her for, she softened you up. Now I step into the cage and finish the job. I've had a horrible year so far and I HAVE to beat you to fix that, to prove that Callie Clark is still the face of Prime, to prove I didn't fall off in the offseason! Nothing matters more to me than my Indy Championship and I'd rather die than let you take it from me! This match means everything to me and I'll be damned if I let you ruin 2 years of hard work!
I shook my head in anger.
The Golden Era will last forever, it has to.
I smirked and raised the title to the camera with a crazed look in my eye before cutting the camera. I didn't know what tricks Jack would bring to the match, but I had my own bag of tricks I could still reach into to counter him. London is calling, and I'm ready to answer it.
