This match would be short and sweet. The vet Vampiro would be able to effectively ground his younger opponent completely taking away any sort of offense that he would attempt to have. Teddy would be kicked into near submission before finally falling prey to The Nail in the Coffin for the three count.
Winner:
“The Dark Soul” Jonathan Peters
DJ
DJ came into the match looking to lock up early with Peters but it backfires as Peters quickly puts him up and uses a gorilla press slam on his adversary. Peters begins to paint brush DJ’s face with his foot and draws lots of heat from the crowd. Peters eye’s his injured opponent with a sick smile on his face and then lifts him back to his feet and finsihes him with The Darkhammer. The referee checks on DJ and then waves off the match.
Winner:

(Scene opens in the office of Vice President Michael Saint. All six competitors in the Trios Tournament are arguing over the controversial finish to that match.)
Shadow Man: That is pure BS. Why should I let you give the title back to Cameron when I pinned him fair and square?
Saint: I outrank you my word goes.
Blade: That is bullshit.
Ebon: I agree if you strip Shadow Man I refuse to wrestle ever again.
Chupa: Wow a real loss there.
Ebon: Screw you b***h
(Chupa gets in his sock and pulls out his railroad spike.)
Chupa: What you call me puta? You want me to spike you like I did last week. I will cut you man. I will cut you bad man. I will cut you so bad man that...that....that you no wish I cut you so bad man.
(Mac enters the room)
Mac: What is going on here?
Shadow Man: Chupa is flipping out over here.
Mac: Put it away now or I will fire your ass!
(Chupa puts the spike away)
Saint: Thank you. Now back to business. The tag titles are back on Cameron and Chupa.
Shadow Man: What?!
Mac: Excuse me. Are you attempting to over power me. Go over my head.
Saint: I am sorry I do not agree with this situation.
Mac: Well guess what its not your choice anymore.
Saint: What the hell Mac?
Mac: I am not happy with how you have handled things lately. If you value your job you will get these men in line. Shadow Man and Chupa are the tag team champs.
Cameron: Whatever
(Cameron walks out.)
Saint: So what? Now I am back to answering to you every week?
Mac: You should have been in the first place. I have half a mind to fire you right now. This was your mess and I have to clean it up.
Saint: Whatever
Mac: Here is how I see it. Either the Impact Players are kept in line by you or you lose your job.
Chupa: I have half a mind to cut your ass up right now Mac.
(Shadow Man steps in)
Shadow Man: Like hell you will.
Chupa: You want some to Shadow Man? What the stitches in your forhead are not enough? What about what I did to Ebon over there? You think I am above kicking your ass? I do not fear you.
Mac: Stop it both of you. You are the tag team champions and need to get along! Come here both of you.
(Mac whips out a pair of handcuffs and puts them on the two men.)
Chupa: What the?
Shadow Man: Why?
Mac: I am forcing you two to get along. If either man hits the other man unprovoked between now and Night of Champions both of you will lose all your titles. You two are not to take these off unless you are having a match understand.
(Mac leaves)
Chupa: Don't worry we will get Cameron the title back.
Saint: No! My job is on the line here. I am not losing it over this.
Shadow Man: So what now we are forced to get along?
Saint: Looks like it.
(Fade to commercial)
Kia Lee
Gillberg
This match would never really get under way. About two minutes into the match Big Evil would make his EwC return brutalizing the two poor souls that just happened to be in the ring at that time.
No Contest
Post Match After the match Big Evil would continue his assault before demanding a US Title Shot next week in the main event which he wants granted. Beware EwC Big Evil has returned and he is not taking any prisoners.
Link
“The Jackal” Brian Alexander
In a great show of technical wrestling, Link and Brian Alexander put out an instant classic. The Jackal’s athleticism helped him in the match as he appeared to be one step quicker. He was one step quicker till Link caught him with a Extreme Kick, and Link quickly locked in the Chain Linked for the submission victory
A rather pissed off Shadow Man would be forced into a managerial role for this one after being handcuffed to El Chupacabra by Mac. The match would turn out to be very close as both stars were able to utilize their strong points. Jones would start off with the advantage bringing in his various aray of suplex's and slams that he seems to be so good at in the ring. Jones would go for a german that would be blocked into a bulldog. Beth would begin her flying game by hitting a series of chops followed up by a big dropkick that would get a two count from the ref. Beth would have the advantage until Kia Lee would come in from the back and distract her. Kia would slap Beth leading to a roll up and a two count for Jones. The finish would come when El Chupacabra would attempt to get pay back on Kia by spitting mist at her, but Kia would duck and Jones would get the move. Beth would take the chance to roll up Jones and get a three count.
Winner:
Post Match After the match DJ Jones would get in the faces of Chupa as well as Kia accusing them of costing him the match. Wade would come out and make a match next week DJ Jones vs Kia the winner would recieve a X Title Shot on the following show.
Hirsh Valentine
Gladiator
Former EWC Champions do battle in this match. Gladiator put on a great showing and appears to be back in championship form. Gladiator executed a picture perfect Death Valley Driver, and then finished him with the Stars and Stripes.
“The last title I planned on holding here in the EWC, the last title I had, the one and only title I had left, was robbed of me. My title was robbed from me, when I didn’t even loose the match. This title is stolen from me, and by who? That lowly piece of shit, Shadow Man. See, Shadow Man, I had you beaten, you were officially done for. And then you some how sneak back and take my title. Well, guess what? I may be retiring, but nothing says I have to stay gone. I am not scared to come back and beat the living hell out of you!
“And when he walks around with that title, just remember, he didn’t win it, no, he had to steal it from me, because his little partner Blade and him, they weren’t GOOD ENOUGH to beat El Chupacabra and myself. So, Shadow Man, live the rest of your career. Knowing that Tag title you “won” will always be an illegitimate title reign, and you will always be an illegitimate Champion. A bastard Champion, just like the Bastard you actually are. And when you loose those title, you best remember, I’ll be there somehow. And this little thing going on over the belts? It isn’t over. And my Tag Title theft will be avenged, someday.”
(Fade to the ring)
( "Digging up the Corpses" by DevilDriver hits on the PA as Hades and Maddog come to the ring with Cameron Hayden)
(Save Me by Remy Zero hits on the PA as Shadow Man and Blade come to the ring with a reluctant El Chupacabra.)
( The ref takes off the handcuffs and makes Chupa sit at ringside. The bell rings as Blade and Hades start off the match for their respective teams. Blade with a lock up and a go behind into a back suplex. Blade drops an elbow and covers 1..2..kickout by Hades. Blade with a hard slam before tagging in Shadow Man. Shadow Man locks in a reverse chin lock. Hades gets to his feet and hits a series of elbows to break the hold. Hades with a snap suplex before running over and tagging in Maddog. Maddog comes off the top rope with a beautiful flying leg drop and a cover 1..2..kickout. Madd with a whip to the corner and charges in hitting a clothesline. Maddog sets up for a superplex, but Shadow Man blocks and pushes Maddog off the ropes. Shadow Man with a flying back elbow to Maddog. Cover 1..2..kickout. Shadow Man tags in Blade who gets a clothesline from Maddog for this troubles. )
Caan: Hades and Maddo working well as a team.
Madd: I think they are both professionals so they know what they are doing.
( Maddog has Blade rocked and kicks him square in the face with a Yakuza Kick. Maddog sets up for a Gore, but Blade gets out of the way. Blade tags out to Shadow Man and Maddog to Hades. Hades with a sidehead lock to a takeover. Hades wrenches the hold, but Shadow Man is able to get free and drop a leg on the back of Hades' head. Hades is up and takes down Shadow Man for a second time into another side headlock. Hades wrenches on the hold and Shadow Man is able to get to the ropes for a break. Both men are up and Hades dropkicks Shadow Man. Hades goes back to the head of Shadow Man trying to keep him grounded and on the mat. Shadow Man is able to get up and take over Hades with a snapmare before following up with a seated neck snap ala Curt Henning. Hades is still seated and Shadow Man hits a charging diving clothesline. Cover by Shadow Man 1..2..kickout. )
Caan: It is odd that Hades is trying to keep Shadow Man grounded.
Madden: A bad idea at that, because you can't out mat wrestle Shadow Man.
Caan: I bet Chupa could
Madden: He is the only exception
( The men tag out and Maddog comes in with a leaping clothesline onto Blade. Maddog with a whip to the turnbuckle. Maddog charges into a boot from Blade. Maddog stumbles and tags Hades back in. Blade gets on the turnbuckle and grabs the head of Hades when he turns around. Blade nails Hades with a tornado DDT Cover 1..2..Maddog breaks up the pin. Maddog is sent out. Shadow Man and Blade start to double team Hades. The ref is distracted as Jonathan Peters runs out of the crowd and gives Maddog a powerslam off the apron! )
Caan: Bastard.
Madden: Yeah Hades is screwed.
(Hades is out of it as Shadow Man gets on the middle rope. Blade and Shadow Man work together to deliver a Spike Death Wish! Cover 1..2..3! )
Winners: Shadow Man and Blade
Post match
Aftert the match Dark Soul gets in the ring attacking Shadow Man from behind. Blade is distracted and El Chupacabra enters the ring. Chupa spins around Dark Soul and grabs his head for a snapmare, but instead of whipping him down to his back Chupa hangs on and drives Dark Soul into the mat head first. A shocked Shadow Man looks at his unwilling partner as we fade out.
