Takeshi Morishima vs Mark Briscoe
This would be a good match. Morishima would completely dominate the first few minutes nearly destroying Mark hitting him with some stiff punches and kicks. Mark would battle back and somehow hit the Cut-Throat Driver, but Morishima would kick out at two. Morishima would get up and hit a lariat that would nearly take off Mark's head. The finish would come when Morishima gave Mark a Backdrop Driver for a three count
Winner: Takeshi Morishima
Money Man
Vs
Nick Sadistic
Vs
SSK
Vs
Nathin Doe
The four opponents come out to veritable cheers and jeers prior to the match beginning. The fans and critics alike seem pretty interested in how the match is going to go down, as the match is littered with fresh talent thanks to EWC's recent in-take of young wrestlers. The bell rings and its apparent that the competitors involved are eager to leave their mark tonight with the coming of Night of Champions. Nick Sadistic and Nathin Doe immediately pair of as the "old heads" of the match and begin battling in a corner as Money Man and Spoiled Steven tentively measure each other up. It isn't long before Sadistic and Doe have each other opened wide up. The ref, clearly has no control of what's going on as Kennedy throws Money Man in the direction of Nick and Nathin. Money Man bounces off the ring post and Sadistic and Doe take the time out of their fist fight to double team the new guy. Spoiled Steven Kennedy thinks he has the upperhand and tries to roll Nathin Doe up while he's distracted by Money Man. Sadistic see's the match slipping away and stomps Kennedy, breaking the count. Doe and Sadistic stomp the hell out of Kennedy before getting bored with him. Sadistic shoves Doe and the two of them end up outside the ring. Money Man on the other hand has been playing dead, and crawls across the ring to get the pin on Kennedy. When Doe and Sadistic see what's about to happen they attempt to climb in the ring to stop the count. But they're hindered by Reign Carter and Jamal Jackson hopping the barriers from the crowd and holding them outside the ring. The referee is too busy with the three count. Money Man along with Carter and Jackson slip through the crowd as Money Man is named the winner.
